I customer named M.G Ashokan purchased the LG AC from Adishwara Showroom on 22 Apr 2023

On Monday ie 24 Apr 2023 today the installation persons came and checked the site and started giving us the accessories list. and also gave the pricing. however, when we checked the same price in market it was much lesser than he quoted. he also demanded to pay him extra fitting charge for each and every unit he installs.
when we spoke with the manager the manager responses were very rude and was like if you like you get it fitted otherwise live it and he told his people to live the site without informing us (customer).

The manager behavior was very mannerless and rude and was not professional.

Request you to look into the issue and resolve and should not repeat with other customer.

even when raised the same compliant with showroom Adishwara LG in charge Ms Uma was not in favor of the customer, didn't understand the queries raised by us, instead she got into argument and at last she agreed to send some other technician, the AC is still not installed at home till time.

    Thus, LG has violated the following provisions of consumer laws in a consumer complaint lodged by Shri Dhirubhai Vaghela before NCH.
    1. Para 5 of Consumer Protection (General) Rules, 2020
    2. Section 2(47)(vii) of C P Act, 2019 9Not 1986)

    LG didn't stop here but LG service team created fake narratives of replacement, policy, and documents giving fake feedback to other LG teams & higher ups adversely impacting the protection of consumer rights to suppress the voice of consumers and crush their consumer rights

    1. This is a case of purchase of a new model product in lieu of part considerations in the shape of NEFT payment of Rs.9632 and the rest of part considerations worth Rs 34560 in the shape of in return of defective model product purchased at a cost of Rs.43200.
    Thus, LG is totally wrong in interpreting to say this case as an exclusive free-of-cost replacement and it forms a fake narrative far from truth
    2. LG policy is a fake narrative afterthought when it is not transparent to share or disclose to consumers. LG never intimated LG policy, terms, conditions, etc before or after payment of 9632 on 25.6.21 ignoring the email request dated 22.6.21 or before or after delivery of the new model on or after 8 7.21. LG first time remembered its policy afterthought in company remarks on 4.8.21 in docket no: 2851219 and never to the customer before 2.8.21
    3. Document with fake narrative. As an affected concerned consumer, I swear and confirm on oath that I have not received any original bill, invoice or cash memo or NEFT money receipt or voucher or debit note, or credit note in the name of “Dhirubhai Vaghela" as customer name and address but LG created a fake narrative in company remarks to misguide that LG has given all the documents to the customer. Prima facie is a lie of LG under what accounting principles or consumer laws, does LG need to generate all five documents of similar nature for one and the same transaction of purchase? LG can confirm this fact prima facie by sending me copies of said documents to expose untruth & fake narratives and I can confirm its truth through email or docket attachment to LG.

    Such an anti-customer approach is not expected from a global company and LG Service team etc acts in a cheating manner like a local brand. What stops LG to follow Para 5 of Consumer Protection (General) Rules, 2020 ? I am sure and confident that LG policy is not the culprit but the fake narrative and fake narratives created by Mr. Ramandeep & Mr. Shakeel Ahmed and Mr. Dasari Paripoornaiah, RSM in close touch with Mr. Manish Paliwal, ASM behind the scenes played a key anti-customer role in non-resolution of my complaint wasting 20 months time which is abnormal period higher than required period to resolve in a positive manner.

The resolution is fake for the reasos explained on 26.8.23 thereof and not worth accepting and my all complaints with ID Nos: ID: 3418064; ID: 3418043; ID: 3419947; ID: 3194419; ID: 3194371 stand unresolved. 1. I appreciate the initiatives of consumercomplaints.in Consider this description as an instruction to help other users to resolve their complaints as fast and easily as possible. 2. LG company has not taken any action or steps except fake feedback and fixed contrary narratives to resolve my complaint and just wasted the time of 20 months now. 3. No LG team including escalations to CEO has responded to my concerns coming out of a vague excuse of LG Policy including fake feedback and fixed narratives. 4. No LG team has replied to my email out of 150 emails and more. 5. The company has lost its credibility to entertain any telephone talk or personal visit with elite consumers. 6. LG teams misuse that to create fake feedback and narratives, creating a trust deficit and widening the trust deficit over time. 7. LG teams have a uniformly set rigid and negative mindset with no system of checks and balances. 8. Once the bottom level like ASM decided on any issue with a fixed mindset with wrong perceptions, there is no one to correct it and the wrong will continue up to the TOP level without the application of mind or laws because it is the LG policy that has no concerns with any consumer concerns. 9. Even the LG Corporate Office doesn’t bother to reply to any of my three RPAD letters dated.23.8.21, 5.9.21 & 5.12.21 under influence of wrongs created by ASM. 10. The number of LG escalations to the CEO depends on fake feedback & narratives created by ASM and is silent with the fixed mindset on my questions and concerns explained to all the LG teams with three lucid examples during the past 20 months. 11. No LG team nor Mr. Dasari Paripoornaiah, RSM or Mr. Ramandeep, or Mr. Shakeel Ahmed has time or guts to come out of a fixed mindset, fixed feedback, and fixed narratives created by ASM and its policy that makes them read, study or understand the consumer complaints in true perspectives of consumer laws to come out of defects and limitations of LG policy and to know asto what the customer expects from a global company. 12. All LG teams behave in such a manner of conspiracy, cheating, etc like a local brand while earning the bread-butter of the entire LG family and earning the most profits out of the pockets of Indian consumers for no care. 13. All the LG teams have failed to understand a so simple requirement of consumer law (Consumer Protection (General)Rules, 2020) that prescribes a need to issue a bill or an invoice or a cash memo or a voucher, or a money receipt in the name of its elite customer especially when LG can afford it at ZERO cost and without the involvement of any additional or other financial burdens to LG. 14. To sum up, LG needs to develop a vision of broad mindset and customer-friendly vision to reorient its LG policy to tune the requirements of consumer laws including para 5 of Consumer Protection (General) Rules, 2020, and thereby the requirement of the elite LG consumers too and also needs to upgrade its management systems to world-class standards to meet/address the consumer concerns as emphasized in NCH Mission.

    The complaint made on 22.4.23 is shown as resolved on 23.4.23 using the fake narratives. My complaint has nothing to do with the fake resolution of LG to misquote my complaint while replying "Custom expect service & documents & NO Fake narratives" My complaint is made for following unfair trade practices by LG in violation of 1. Para 5 of Consumer Protection (General) Rules, 2020 and
    2. Section 2(47)(vii) of C P Act, 2019 (Not 1986)
    It has no relevance to the customs Department that is an internal matter between LG and the customs Department. Therefore, My complaint holds good and is stated as resolved in fake manners It is a wasteful exercise of LG to misguide the complaint forum in focus by manipulating the subject matter from the protection of consumer rights and mislinking it to the Customs Department as part of the fake narrative to manipulate the performance of resolution in fake manners but that can't change the reality of poor after-sales services & denial of lawful documents in such whatsoever fake manners using unjust, unfair and undemocratic ways

    LG is the habit o[censored]sing fake narratives for the last 783 days that I experienced in reality and misguiding the consumer forums to show them as resolved to justify the fake performance status of in reduction of pending complaints and fake numbers of resolution.
    LG is designed to change fake narratives from time to time. LG used the fake narrative of LG policy in a non-transparent manner not to disclose to customers up to 18.5.23 and shifted the fake narrative to free of-cost replacement mechanism mislinking to internal data security from 19.5.23 and misguided and managed the NCH and Ministry / Department of Consumer Affairs. So this is a usual feature of LG to create different fake narratives to misguide different consumer forums but no shame.

    The present status of all the complaints reveals that LG does not care about any complaint raised and is shown as resolved in a fake manner.
    Whether two years and three months is insufficient for LG to take action and respond to or resolve any complaint. This leads to suspect that LG company is closed or about to close or following unfair trade practices ignoring the importance of consumers and the consumer laws unilaterally with no shame!

    I regret to inform that None of my complaints ID: 3418064; ID: 3418043; ID: 3419947; ID: 3194419; ID: 3194371 have been resolved, nor none they been responded to https://www.consumercomplaints.in/lg-electronics-b100246 . All the complaints are recklessly and negligently dismissed without addressing mandatory compliance with the newly introduced mandatory provisions about invoices and e-receipts containing mandatory contents of my name and address as recipient and consignee as prescribed in Para 5(1)(d) of CP General Rules, 2020 read with section 2 (47)(vii) of CP Act, 2019 and Rule 46(f) CGST Rules 2017. It is my prerogative to get a mandatory valid invoice and e-receipt naming with address as - Dhirubhai Vaghela, Plot No.29/2, Sector 4 A, Gandhinagar-382006, as per the mandatory provisions in Para 5(1)(d) of CP General Rules, 2020 read with section 2 (47)(vii) of CP Act, 2019 and Rule 46(f) CGST Rules 2017. LG violated the mandatory provisions ibid, and did not issue an e-receipt and a valid mandatory invoice, but issued an invalid invoice on 12.2.22, after seven months of supply of goods, yet it did not include my name and address, and it did not meet legal standards as prescribed, rendering it invalid. Illegal LG action for providing an invalid invoice (LG policy compliant but not meeting legal standards prescribed by GST Act, 2017 and CP Act, 2019) as a substitute for a legally valid mandatory invoice and e-receipt has stonewalled my legal action to make a complaint to the consumer court, and suggests legal hindrance in an insurance claim in case of contingencies like theft, fire, etc and can force me to corruption/bribe to police during transit from one place or city to another for invalid invoice not acceptable to police or other agencies. I am in badly need of a valid mandatory invoice and e-receipt containing my name and address as per the mandatory provisions, ibid as requested. I again request that LG comply with the mandatory provisions as noted above and issue a mandatory valid invoice and e-receipt containing my name and address immediately, as the issue of a mandatory valid invoice and e-receipt has been badly stonewalled in violation of the mandatory provisions of the CP Act and GST Act.

      Again Very bad experience with LG Customer support, i had raise the request on dated 19th-Apr-23 for my LG split AC service customer executive booked my slot within 24 hours, after wait for 12 hours yesterday i called to LG CC he ensure that my request attend by with few hour however 36 hour gone no one come to my premises,

        Compressor repaired under warranty but freezer temp going to max -17.9•C even though temp from panel set at -24•C . Technician says won’t go below this . It’s so disappointing

          Hello sir,
          i went to purchase a brand new lg c2 48 inch oled tv from lg brand store, i made the paymet and the store manager said that he will deliverthe tv next day, after a day a guy came from lg electronics and installed the tv.on the same day i found out that the tv isnt brand new, its a 6months old used unit used for 1500+ hours, so i rushed to the store and said that its not a new tv firstly they deied, after i provided proof the store manager said that yes i gave you the display unit so i asked for a replacement as i didnt paid for 6months oldtv, i paid brand new price so i should get a brand new tv, but he deied to replace the unit and i asked why and he said there is no reason we simply cant replace the unit.so basically he fraud me, please help me get a brand new replacement.i have every kind of proof from call recording to everything that indicatd that the tv i got is a used tv.

            LG is well aware of my complaint with Service Request No: GCP[protected] .
            Every time the LG service team used & misused the talk and visits to create fake narratives and present them in twisted & otherwise different wilful manners far from the reality of the facts discussed because that facilitate them to create a wrong picture, to misguide, to twist the original contents of discussion and present the discussion in wrong, misguiding and wilful manners that is far away from the truths and conceal the real facts of discussions in the feedback to other teams.
            LG service team wilfully avoided transparency by not using WhatsApp and emails that can not facilitate them to conceal or tamper with the facts presented in a black-and-white manner on WhatsApp and email. LG service team created a fake narrative by fake feedback to all other teams that LG has issued all the documents but conceals the fact that LG has issued no document in the name and favour of the customer “Dhirubhai Vaghela” by not naming them as to what documents issued, in whose favour issued and didn't substantiate by providing a copy of each one. I have lost faith in talk or visit of a service team that has nothing to say the truth but depends upon fake narratives to elite consumers and fake & negative feedback to management but still, I am open and ready to face any question at any point of time from LG end but in email or WhatsApp only. I believe in truth and confidence and no fake narratives because I have nothing to conceal and my every presentation is in black and white in email form or WhatsApp form and no compulsion of any concealment or no need to create any fake narratives meant for any cheating. I can fight for the truth of protection of consumer rights and the laws of the lands as a nationalist even at the age of 69 with limitations of health and can venture anything warranted including the patience of giving every chance of a resolution to LG in-house irrespective of fake narratives created by LG teams.
            A kind reference is invited to my email of Tue, Mar 14 at 8:04 PM [Part 1] and email of Thu, Mar 16 at 4:59 PM [Part 2] on the above subject. In continuation thereof, I submit Part 3 for your kind consideration.
            Part A: By the passage of 20 months time, LG is exposed as a group or a small crowd of well-educated chaps with fixed negative mindsets with fixed fake narratives at all levels creating negative environments with negative results even in simple consumer issues costing zero to LG who framed and used an internal policy consisting of full flagged defects and limitations reflecting fixed negative mindset that has fixed negative guts to interpret everything in fixed negative set manners ignoring consumer laws including para 5 of Consumer Protection (General) Rules, 2020 and handling all the consumer issues with a sole negative and anti-customer approach under bias and prejudice with endless negative results by passing (really speaking wasting) the time, energy, manpower etc for mean and negative purposes as follows. This list is illustrative in nature and not exhaustive.
            1. to create fake narratives,
            2. to take U-TURN to what is discussed on the telephone mobile or personal visit and project & present them for otherwise wilful usage,
            3. to shirk from responsibility,
            4. to avoid commitment and not to set any transparency or accountability,
            5. to avoid routine courtesy manners expected with a senior citizen as an elite consumer reported in black & white,
            6. to make & instigate a customer to be stubborn,
            7. to create a stalemate,
            8. to misguide government offices and officers in NCH, Ministry/Department of Consumer Affairs, PMO and others creating and using such fake narratives in company remarks in 113 dockets, in Minister complaint dated.26 / 28.2.22, PMO complaint No: PMOPG/E/2022/0083416 dated.18.3.22
            9. to say that most dockets contain their own merits as duplicates ignoring facts and merits presented in these most dockets to tamper with records etc
            10. to influence and avoid convergence to escape reply,
            11. to ignore most dockets to reply in company remarks using fixed fake narratives
            12. to cause tampering with records, Minister complaints,
            13. to replace three nominated concerned officers in the PMO complaint without any intimation to me to decide the case in pro company advocacy manner in an unjust, unfair and discriminatory manner totally ignoring the due part of the protection of consumer rights prescribed in para 5 of Consumer Protection (General) Rules, 2020 and simultaneously linking to the matter of protection of consumer rights with undue & irrelevant LG policy and irrelevant Covid-19 and Mr. Surendra Singh decided with pro company advocacy and not decided the PMO complaint in consumer advocacy as required & expected in the mandate of Department of Consumer Affairs on its public webpage ignoring persuasion with LG to reorient lG policy & management system to address consumer concerns.
            14. to cause the removal of feedback sent by customers in continuation of respective dockets and not to restore them ignoring consumer requests in black and white
            15. to abuse, blame, challenge and draw the worst and fake/wrong picture of consumers using fake narratives to influence NCH, Ministry/Department of Consumer Affairs, PMO and others to make bias and create prejudice to the NCH, Ministry/Department of Consumer Affairs, PMO and others
            16. to impress and influence the working of NCH, Ministry/Department of Consumer Affairs, PMO and others to create a negative environment to cause hurdles in the protection of consumer rights,
            17. to tempt the offices and officers of NCH, Ministry/Department of Consumer Affairs, PMO and others to create vested interests and indulge in malpractices including corruption and causing dereliction of duties of NCH, MCA, DCA, PMO & others
            These are my keywords based on my personal experience & interaction of 20 months with negative LG teams including Mr. Manish Paliwal, ASM, Mr. Dasari PariPoornaiah, RSM, Mr. Shakeel Ahmed and Mr. Ramandeep in the Corporate office who played a key role in creating and using the fake and fixed narratives with fixed negative mindset surrounding the words- 1. replacement, not exclusive free of cost with the same model or meant for commercial use ( misinterpreted in fake meaning), 2. No transparent LG policy ( an internal matter LG says not to share or disclose to customers) and all documents were created and updated but for what purpose and why was no name to any of the documents or no beneficiary customer name "Dhirubhai Vaghela" and none was given to me as a customer and such fixed fake narratives are presented without any supporting documentary pieces of evidence or supportive law documentary pieces of evidence at any point of time in any of the 113 dockets etc
            Part B: Any Interpretation is required and is desired in broad perspective, broad vision, and broad and positive mindset to get and give positive and better results.
            A Positive mindset is guided and governed by laws with logic, and words with spirit, causing positive interpretations with a human sensitive attitude and giving positive results only.
            In this case, It is quite possible to interpret this case as a case of purchase of a different and new model with its purchase cost as 44192 in consideration of part payment of NEFT Rs.9632 and the rest part consideration in the manner of replacement in lieu of return of the defective old model product. This is called and termed a positive interpretation of a positive mindset. This interpretation has the support of the CP Act, 2019 with logic and causes no hurdle to give all the four documents requested and prescribed in para 5 of Consumer Protection (General) Rules, 2020 and LG could have easily escaped following the unfair trade practice u/s 2(47(vii) of CP Act, 2019 (not 1986) and could have complied with the consumer laws and also could have satisfied the laws of the land in addition to addressing the concerns explained with 3 lucid examples explicitly to all the LG teams during past 20 months and the requirement of the consumer to meet with any contingent future situations explained by the consumer with 3 lucid examples explicitly to all the LG teams during past 20 months.
            Unfortunately, LG teams failed to interpret in so positive manner indicating and giving identification of negative mindset. This kind of true, due and positive interpretation could have certainly given better results, a better image and goodwill to LG, better customer satisfaction and better compliance with the laws of the land and significantly all of these at no cost i.e. zero cost and no need or occasion for fake narratives, no need of conspiracy, no need of cheating, and all at no cost & just a positive interpretation
            A negative mindset is guided and governed by mere words and no spirit, laws with no logic, and causes negative interpretations & produces negative results consuming abnormal time, money and energy damaging the image & goodwill of a global brand like a cheating local brand, dissatisfaction in consumer class and violation of laws of the land including applicable consumer laws i.e.para 5 of Consumer Protection (General) Rules, 2020.
            Unfortunately, all the LG teams applied their fixed mindset in a uniform negative manner to create and cause negative interpretations of replacement treating it as exclusive and free of cost with the same model ignoring the fact of involvement of different models involving additional payment of Rs.9632 and penalty of Rs.8640 as abnormal depreciation

              I made my complaint to all the LG teams to get custom documents like a bill or an invoice, cash memo, or NEFT money receipt etc in the name of consumer "Dhirubhai Vaghela" as prescribed in para 5 of Consumer Protection (General) Rules, 2020 but LG ASM Mr. Paliwal abruptly says it is ingenuine and forcing me to accept a defective and irrelevant document i.e. debit note issued in the name of "LG Electronics" as the customer name. Is it not unethical behavior on the part of LG? He failed to explain to me asto to what way the Debit note is applicable in this case and what consumer law supports it. Why the use of such fake narratives?

                I bought LG's AC on 13 April 2023.I called customer care and requested for installation of LG.
                But till now no service agent has come from their side. I called again and again. Also called the service agent. Called customer care also but no one gave any satisfactory answer.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I bought the LG air conditioner on 15th April 2022 which got delivered on 16th April 2022. I got the AC installed much later and when I tried to use it this year (for the first time) it was not cooling. I then tried contacting the customer care on 14th April 2023 but couldn’t get through. On 15th April 2023 I was able to have a word with the LG customer care rep who registered my complaint and said that my AC will be repaired as 1-2 days post warranty also LG takes care of the repairs. It was a good gesture from LG and I appreciated it. The technician came on 16th April and said that there’s no gas in the AC and that it I will have to pay Rs 4, 000 to get it repaired. This was completely unprofessional and not expected from a brand like LG. Thus, I request you to look into the matter and get my AC repaired free of cost as I haven’t used it even for a single day since purchase due to such issues.

                      I am using lg purifier from last three year No complaint but in March 2023 I take amc from service centre but they damage my purifier I made complaint to lg customer care from last month. After many home visit of lg engg. many telephone conversation with customer care many experiments with purifier but no resolution.

                          Dear Sir / Ma'am,

                          I bought an AC from Reliance Digital of Jharsuguda, Odisha on 26th March 2023. I observed that Swing Blade of AC is not fixed/installed properly on 31st March 2023 when ResQ (Installation Party) is installing. Later that, I complained to them i.e. ResQ & LG (Complaint ID - CNP[protected] also. ResQ Team is not supporting & responding at all. They are just declining my complaints & they are not giving any warranty support at all. LG team came today & found my complaints are correct i.e. Manufacturing Defect in Swing Blade & they have informed to their Office. Also told that, After confirmation of ResQ they will change but no supports are responded at all.

                          Requesting to you, Kindly look into this matter as I am facing big trouble with this matter.

                            We (My wife and I) decided to have a kirtan at our new built home this Navratri on 26th of March hoping to get 70+ guests, So we have planned well in advance for this and to avoid the suffocation and heat and humidity I have ordered a 1.5 Tonn Split AC from LG.com/India on 6th of March (20 days before the scheduled event) against order # [protected] which was duly delivered on 12 March and on 17 Akram from Coolcare (LG Service Associate) came at my home for installation. He unpacked and installed the Indoor unit first, then when he unpacked the Outdoor unit he found that the installation kit was missing from the package despite mention on the packaging. When I asked him about its cost (i[censored]pto few hundred I was ready to pay for that out of my pocket) he said 380+ GST per feet while there was 10 feet of installation kit should be there amounting to approx 4000. For which he informed his senior Mr. Saurav and also informed LG customer care about the incident.

                            I have the recording of the call, at first she blamed it on me that I must have misplaced it, but when I told her and the Mechanic Akram Confirmed that he has unpacked the product till then it was properly sealed. After his confirmation she started to say that and please emphasis it that "Although it is mentioned on site as well as packaging but this model does not come with installation Kit so I need to purchase it additionally" but when Akaram confronted her and told that this model do come with it and in my case it is missing from the packaging so she said that she cannot help with it and we need to raise the matter with ASM (I dont know who he is) when I asked for his number she again refuse to provide saying that Akram will manage by his own.

                            So Akram left my home saying that he will discuss it with his Senior Mr Saurav, who subsequently called me and told that I need to return this AC and get the refund issue for this as he cannot help me in this matter as he is a third-party associate only.

                            Since then I have tried to register my complaint more then 15+ times via various channels including Customer service, Website, Email, FB Page and somehow I got 2-3 contacts of LG Service of my area so via call and whatsapp to them also, but till 0 response from there side.

                            Not a single time anyone from LG officially Called or wrote to me let alone the engineer visit. it's always same response :

                            "We have escalated the matter with our DEDICATED / SENIOR TEAM and they will get in touch with you within the next 4 working hours."

                            It has been 25 days now that event has been passed and all the relatives and attendee has bear the discomfort of heat and suffocation due to lack of service by LG and we feel quite insulted and ashamed due to this.

                            Luckily the weather was pleasant in Delhi due to which there was no serious problem to any attendee other wise either we have to cancel our program or there was sure going to be some medical problems.

                            Now I am totally disappointed by the unprofessional ways of LG as Not a single person in such a large company is responsible enough or concerned enough or care enough to connect with me for resolution. I am really amazed at the work efficiency of this organization.

                            Even though I have warned them in written that if this situation continued then I will be forced to report the matter to the authorities but still 0 response from their side.

                            This shows how insensitive and tyrant a multi-national organisation can be towards a poor alone customer.

                            After all this when I have even requested them to as they are unable to provide service then please arrange a pick up of your half-installed item and issue me a refund as after this fiasco I do not want to have any LG product in my home. If this is the state of affairs during an ongoing sales God only know what nightmare and horrors awaits for me if I needed after sales service. But this time too I got zero response like always despite many follow ups.

                            So now I want consumer court to teach a lesson such ignorant corporations that in India they have to follow proper sales and service protocols and I demand a generous compensation for all the mental, emotional, physical and financial trouble my family and I have been through during past 24+ days and still going through along with the full refund of the sale amount.

                            One more thing the item is huge in size and is eating up precious space in my small 1 BHK home, which is causing a lot of problems due to this since last 18+ days and I cannot anymore take care of it and held responsible for its condition, so please arrange its pickup ASAP.

                            1.) Humiliation in front of all the Guests on the day of the event for which it was purchased
                            2.) Mental and Emotional trauma My family and I are going through
                            3.) Interest on paid amount/Late payment penalty
                            4.) Warehouse charges for the Large Package eating up precious space of my tiny home for the past 40+ days
                            5.) Compensation for the precious time and energy I have spent in and over Request/Complaints/Chat/Emails/Calls in the past 40+ days
                            6.) Compensation for loss of mental peace
                            7.) Compensation for the trouble of my family, especially my wife who has been suffering from the heat for the past 15+ days despite paying for an AC to LG full in advance almost a month ago.

                              We booked the first issue on 30.04.2022 and were promised that our refrigerator issue would be resolved asap, however even after numerous calls and multiple tickets for almost one year there is no resolution by LG. Instead, multiple technicians working on refrigerators as trial and error methods whiteout full knowledge of the product repairs has made our refrigerator worse and has damaged the refrigerator completely.

                              Technicians changed the compressor once in May 2022, two or three times in September/October 2022 and again in March 2023 refrigerator has stopped working again.

                              LG technicians who visit were not able to diagnose the problem correctly and initially were telling us that the issue is due to gas, filter choke etc, upon repairing as per his advice the refrigerator only would work for a day and would stop working the next day. Again we had to raise the issue and post multiple calls and different executives working on the refrigerator as trial and error methods they would change the story, stating the compressor has to be changed and that they do not know how to do it, hence it has to be sent to a different place. This has happened all the times we raised a complaint

                              Due to negligence by LG, our refrigerator is in bad condition now as they have been trying to repair it without full knowledge or even correctly diagnosing the issue for one year. Every few months the refrigerator was not working for one year and is now completely damaged.

                                We have purchased two Lloyd ACs from pai international at Suncity Hyderabad and store people told that installation charges are included and not to pay again but at the time of installation they told that installation charges should pay it is not included.. this is cheating to sell the product.. please take action

                                  I purchased symphony cooler from pai on 22nd March ugadi from indira nagar brach banglore . Neither from pai or from symphony nodody came to install stand of the cooler and demo. Cooler Remote also not working. I called Dileep sales manager to fix the problem, nothing happend.

                                  Pai cistomer service is very worst and reccomend not to purchase the product.
                                  Otgerwise customer will suffer after buying the product.

                                    I purchased sympony cooler on this ugadi (22nd march, wednes day). Nobody came from pai to install stand of this cooler. I called sales magar dileep, but he told somebody will come and fix this problem.
                                    But nobody came yet.
                                    Here once product sold, i felt like no support from pai for installation.

                                      Refregrator has stopped cooling upon checking got confirmation as the compresser has gone bad. Even though I've 10years warrante on compresser
                                      executive denied warranty even when I have valid proof.

                                      3. Proof of Serial number confirming same product

                                      After multiple phone calls and CEO escalation one more executive visited and took a video of the Refregrator to send the video for approval.

                                      After 6 days ther was no update and when contacted they have confirmed that they have closed the case mentioning as the executive resovled the issue.
