I was interested in LG 24ML600S PC monitor. I had some profound technical queries which were not available on LG product page.

So I called customer care and spoke with a representative named Ms. Sakshi. I was disappointed to find from her that LG does not have any pre-sales support over phone and they handle only post sales queries.

However she said she will arrange for a call back within 24 hours from the tech department to address my queries.
I was fine with that approach.
However for a day I did not receive any call back and so I called up the day after again. However I was surprised to find that they had not recorded anything in their system about my previous interaction.

The next person I spoke with had no information and he again said he will arrange for a call back. I asked if you have recorded this in your system and can you give me a ticket number. He did not respond to that and just kept on telling me again and again that call back as been arranged.

This is a reflection of poor accountability, lack of customer centricity and poor professionalism.

I request prospective choosy buyers to stay away from LG. When they can not support pre-sales you can imagine how poor their post sales support is going to be.

    My 4k LG tv sending for repairing but after repairing found tv bottom corner dark spot as circle but as lg service centre person said that it is by default and they not accepting it so my tv is in service centre 02 month still today not getting return back to me so do needful

      LG Electronics — Not Responding of Manufacturing Defect on Dual Converter Inverter Split Air Conditioner

      Dear Sir / Ma'am,

      I bought an LG Spilit AC from Croma (Crown Interior Reliance Mall) Faridabad on 03rd Nov 2021 (From Bajaj Finance). It was having 1 year basic warranty and 2 years of Extended Warranty through its 3rd Party vendor of ONSIGHT GO. And in the month of April 2023 when my Brand New AC was not cooling properly i raised the reuqest complaint to LG they told mam now it is out of warrnaty then i told them that i have taken 2 years of EW, they said mam it is not punched in system, so from 20th April 2023 i raise the telephonic complaint with Croma team that why EW is not punched from their side if the amount is already paid from my side, and after that they took 1 month to get it approval from LG & Onsight Go and after so many follow ups & reminders it was punched And then on 11th May my 1st complaint was registered trough on sight go but tech always comes through LG as per them, their tech visited on 18th May 2023, he mentioned there is ac gas leakage due to which it is not cooling properly then next day again their tech came and get it fixed and fill the ac gas. Again after just 03 days, my ac again got poor cooling for which i raised a complaint again on 31st May 2023, after complaint they were fix it again and told that its ac cooling coil needs to replace and for which he uninstalled my ac for 6-7 days and told that there is delay due to there is delay in getting the approval of this part, and after 7-8 days it was replaced, and again just after 1 week its again the same issue with low cooling of AC, then i again, made a complaint on 30.06.2023, for same issue, then they send their tech on 2nd July 2023 and he checked and welding that cooling coil as the new tech told that now their is leakage in the coiling coil which was replaced last week only as per the 1st technician . How it could be possible that with in 10-15 days a new cooling coil was leaked out. NO explanation from LG/Onsight Go tech side. Even he burnt my newly bedsheet, he do not have Coursey to tell us that pls remove the bedsheet as i have to welding the cooling coil. So again i raise the complaint on 4th July and 9th July, 17th July, 19th July but till now no one is responding the update, no one is visiting to resolve the problem of my AC, are you guys (LG/Onsight Go) is making your customers fool, am i paid the 2 years of extended warranty amount for this type of service. So that i can spoil or destroy my 1 year EW with chasing you guys to resolve my brand new ac cooling, because from April till Aug is almost a high temp. wether of Summer, and i am still didnot receive any permanent solution of my problem. Are you guys really cares about your customers??? I Have a doubt, I must say very pathetic customer service experience by A Named Brand- LG, and the EW provider ONSIGHT Go. I am also working in a service industry but never ever make such type of customer experience. I Want the permanent solution of my problem on high priority along with the compensation of my all mental harassments.
      Requesting to you, Kindly look into this matter as I am facing big trouble with this matter. I Must Say LG Should remove the EW panel through ONSIGHT GO.
      Also i am attaching all the Chats and Invoice of my AC for your speedy action on my complaint.

        मैंने 18 6 2023 को एक एसी खरीदा था,
        जिसका इंस्टालेशन भी उसी दिन हुआ था,
        जिस व्यक्ति ने इंस्टालेशन किया था, उस व्यक्ति ने अपना नंबर भी दिया था, और कहा की अगर आपको कोई शिकायत हो तो आप मुझे कॉल कर देना,
        एसी भी अच्छा चल रहा था कोई दिक्कत नहीं थी, मगर 2 दिन बाद ही एसी की कूलिंग कम होने लगी तो
        मैंने तुरंत एसी लगाने वाले आदमी को फोन किया और उसे बताया कि एसी ठीक से काम नहीं कर रहा है तो उसने कहा ठीक है मैं आकर देखता हूं,
        कई बार फ़ोन करने पर पर वह व्यक्ति रात के 9 बजे आया और बोला कि गर्मी ज़्यादा होने के कारण एसी काम नहीं कर रहा हैं और एसी में गैस डाल के चला गया और एसी भी अच्छा चल रहा था
        4-5 दिन बाद एसी में फिर वही प्रॉब्लम आ गयी कूलिंग कम होने की उसके बाद मैंने उस व्यक्ति को दोबारा फोन किया और कहा कि यह एसी काम नहीं कर रहा है, आपने इसमें जो गैस डाली थी वह फिर से खराब हो गई है, तब उसने कहा कि ठीक है, मैं आकर देखूंगा, लेकिन अभी ईद है, इसलिए ईद पर तीन दिन छुट्टी पर हूं, किसी भी हालत में 3 दिन से पहले आपके पास नहीं आ सकता
        उनके मना करने के बाद मैंने एसी की सर्विस के लिए कस्टमर केयर में भी कॉल किया
        कस्टमर केयर ने कहा कि ठीक है सर अच्छा 24 घंटे के अंदर आपका काम हो जाएगा

        मगर 24 घंटे के अंदर ना कोई कॉल आयी और ना ही किसी कोई व्यक्ति आया
        जब मैंने दोबारा कस्टमर केयर में कॉल करी तो पता चलता है कि ईद की वजह से सभी जो उनके काम करने वाले व्यक्ति हैं वह छुट्टी पर जा चुके हैं तो काम एसी का ईद के बाद ही होगा
        ईद की 3 दिन की छुट्टी खत्म होने के बाद एक व्यक्ति आए और उन्होंने आकर पूरा एसी इनडोर आउटडोर पूरा चेक किया और बताया कि लीकेज है उन्होंने लीकेज ठीक किया और एसी में गैस डाल कर चले गए और ऐसी बहुत अच्छी तरीके से काम कर रहा था कोई भी प्रॉब्लम नहीं थी
        11.07.23 को एसी की कूलिंग कम होने लगी
        13.07.23 तक ऐसी की बिल्कुल कॉलिंग खत्म हो गई
        14.07.23 को मैंने कंप्लेन करी है और 15.07.23 को एक वयक्ति का कॉल आया कि कावड़ यात्रा की वजह से रास्ते बंद है मैं नहीं आ सकता हूं 16.07.23 को रास्ते खुल गए तो मैंने उनको कॉल किया तो उन्होंने मेरा कॉल कट कर दिया 17.07.23 को एक व्यक्ति मेरे घर आए और उन्होंने आकर से चेक किया और कहा कि ऐसी में लीकेज है और हम गैस डालने वाले नहीं हैं गैस डालने वाले टीम दूसरी होती है वह आपके घर आएगी हम उनको बता देंगे

        आज सुबह यानी 18.07.23 को कॉल आया उसी व्यक्ति का जिस व्यक्ति ने मुझे 15 तारीख को कॉल करी थी उसके बाद उन्होंने बोला कि आपका ऐसे ठीक होना है मुझे 12:00 बजे का समय दिया मैंने उन्हें दोबारा 1:30 बजे कॉल किया तो वह बोलते हैं कि मैं फील्ड छोड़कर आज जा रहा हूं आपका ऐसी अब कल होगा इसके बाद मैंने कई लोगों को कॉल किया कस्टमर केयर में भी कॉल किया उन्होंने भी कहा कि आपका काम करवा रहे हैं
        आपकी कंप्लेन हाईलाइट कर दिया है मगर मेरा एसी आज भी ठीक नहीं हो सका
        1 महीने में 3 बार इसी की गैस लीक हो गई और कंप्लेन करने पर कोई ना बहाना कोई न कोई बहाना बना देती है कंपनी

          I had purchased LG REFRIGERATOR on 26/06/2022 from Shop MALHOTRA AIRCONDITIONING KANPUR UTTAR PRADESH, it's not been a complete year of the purchase and fridge stopped cooling. There after sales service is so poor that even their technicians are not able to identify the issue. We were given baseless reason that it too hot so the fridge will cool in this way only. There technicians gave all hit and trial with the product but even after two months they are unable to resolve the issue. Surprisingly, they are sending message that issue is resolved from their side, so they are closing the ticket. Starting from complaining to the customer care and escalating it to MD office to CEO office via the links they have provided to raise the complain online, none of them is coming up with a resolution that seems reasonable customer. Instead there entire team is asking us to purchase extended warranty for one year. We have already spent Rs. 65, 000 for the fridge and now they have made it as a investment on investment product for us. Please don't purchase if you are reading this. Multiple request raised since last 2 months no. RNP[protected] and RPN[protected], model no. H702HLHQREFG.

            Our LG washing machine on 26th June 2023. It was working as usual, morning washing, we saw smoke and checked to see the machine up in flames, heavy smoke filled the room and adjacent rooms with smoke. With much effort my elderly parents with the help of neighbors put off the smoke, there was smoke burns but inhaling smoke has left some effects on all 4 people. Our machine was 2014 model top load automatic, 6.5 kg, there’s was no electric short as we checked the plug and connection, with the help of an electrician. We need to know why and how this happened since it’s a major health hazard and possibly life threatening situation can be avoided in the future. We’re counting on your brand credibility for an answer.

              Customer data leak

              I lost 4500 Rs because LG or Lg FRanchise Adishwar India Ltd, marathahalli, Bangalore shared customer data to fraudsters

              Im alleging of data leak as fraudsters could call to My and my wifes mobile numbers for fake service for LG washing machine.
              Both numbers were shared during purchase with LG.

              Fraudsters have scalego LG powder with LG logo and they share bill with correct customer details having alternate...

              I sent complaint emails to CEO and MD through their website. Emailed proofs to their [protected]@lge.com, sac.[protected]@lge.com, b2b.[protected]@lge.com ids.

              I also called LG's customer care number at [protected] daily for more than 50 times with an average 30 minute talk-time and spoke to their OBS department executive (Mintu, Anurag, their manager - Joginder Verma) who kept on asking me to wait for 2 hours or 24 hours or 48 hours to be contacted by other team which approves refund still my funds are stuck with LG.

              There policy is to refund the money in 7 to 10 days yet. I am literally facing harassment on a daily basis, and no one has paid any heed.

                I have made the purchase of LG TV on 4th Feb 2023. I have cancelled the installation of TV due to visit to native.
                I was back to Bangalore on 15th June, 2023. I have called customer care for installation. Post four hours of installation I was able to find the display patch in right top corner of the TV. I have called customer care of LG and Pai International to register my issue. Until today I have not received any proper response from Pai international. I have requested for replacement of TV or cancel my order. But they are not agreeing.

                I have not received any response from concerned team. Just verbally received the statement LG technician has sent a mail that replacement is not possible.

                If I need the service, technician says its chargeable.

                  I Dr. Vishal Ramdas Badgujar ordered LG Instaview Side by side Refrigerator on 27 th May 2023 from your website "lg.com". Till now I don't get delivery or refunds after repeated reminders and requests through customer care service.

                  Payment through netbanking 1, 63, 670 done on same day.
                  On 5th June I complained 1st time for being not received fridge. After repeated daily enquiry call from technical team came on 9th June 23 asking what you want? Refund or fridge? I replied whatever you can provide earlier... But till now I don't got Refund.
                  What is solution for my problems? What is my mistake? Choosing LG or doing payment in advance?
                  When i will get refund?

                    Dear LG Team,

                    This is a application regarding re-occurring failure in LG split AC having AMC brought for the smooth operation, having attachment in email.

                    I am discussing about last two service with in two months period.,
                    1) Changed the Coil of Outdoor & indoor unit.
                    2) Make & Top up of refringent gas in next month after the parts changed.

                    Due to repeated failure means action on Root cause is/was missing so that leads to Customer dissatisfaction in peak season.

                    AC is not working from last 10 days, today service engineer came & decided to take outdoor unit with him, this was disgusting & lead to stolen of original parts.
                    we want AC must be repaired at HOME.

                      Booked online lg split AC from official website of Lg India on 29 may 23, product received on 31 may23, service engineer came to install on 01 jun23, service engineer found that copper pipe is missing and outdoor is damaged, I raised a complaint against but no one is able to provide solution, customer service is pathetic, executives are completely blank, they know nothing,
                      Never buy any product from LG,
                      Service area manager is giving excuses and talking rubbish,
                      Horrible service from LG.

                        Today I have visit for exchange laptop and take for new laptop but laptop battery problem is there but overall condition is good they given only 2k for exchange very worst service in your pai show room. This what your giving service for customer??? But in out side and online they giving 8k to 9k for customer your giving only 2 doing fraud for customers

                            We purchased a lg 50 inch led Tv in the year of 2020 in that Tv we facing continues issues in under warranty we faced display problem after we booked a call and changed from service centre and in the year 2022 dec it self mother board is got damaged because of thunderstorms and also main board affected after many calls bookings and continues efforts only after 6 months they changed the board in April 27 2023 itself now not even completed one and half month again the Tv is having problem only audio is playing not video for this we bookings calls 3 times but customer care side they are not arranging any of the technicians and we called the technician persons from lg he is also not responding to us so from lg customer care side we are not getting any support very poor response to the customer

                              I bought a AC in March 2022 from Pai Intl, Puttur. It stopped working while under warranty in June 2022. After multiple complaints the store sent someone to service it. But they just filled the gas and left. Unsurprisingly, it stopped working again after 3 months. It was winters so I stopped using the Ac. From January to February I registered multiple complaints again and finally they sent someone and I made it clear to him to not just refill the gas and check properly if it’s damaged as the warranty will expire soon. He told me everything is fine and refilled the gas and left.
                              Now, It has been 1 year 3 months since I bought the AC from Pai International, it has broken down 4 times already and I’ve had to call them many many times to get it repaired.

                              Today I am literally in tears. It has stopped working again. I feel helpless. They have sold me a defective model and I am left sweating all night even after spending so much money. I called a third party Ac technician, he has assured me I was sold a defective piece and it has without a doubt a minor leak In the system because of which once you fill gas it works for few months but eventually it stops working again.

                              This is nothing but a scam, i had personally registered complaints several times and I have proof of it. Why cheat costumers like this?. Please either fix this or I’m going to take this to court.

                                We had bought 2 Split Room ACs, Model: LSNQ18SWZA from Aditya Vision Samastipur (Bihar) for around 1 Lakh rupees on 04.08.2020. One of these two ACs was defected and it did not cool ever since the day it was installed.

                                So, we filed a complaint with Ref No. RNP[protected] on LG's official website on 09.04.2021, when the AC was under its warranty period. After making multiple calls to LG's helpline numbers, technicians started visiting our house. But even after a month of multiple technicians visits and after changing the compressor of my AC within the first year, my AC was still not cooling. So, the technicians told us that they will replace the AC, but they did not replace it. And, finally they cancelled my request on 05.05.2021 without my consent and without fixing my AC.

                                Recently, we filed another complaint with Ref. No. RNP[protected] on LG's official website on 14.05.2023. As LG did not take any action, we escalated our complaint to the CEO office through LG's offical website with Escalation No. VCP[protected] on 17.05.2023. After all of this, my AC was taken to the service centre by Krishna Enterprises (LG's service centre in Samastipur) technician Suresh on 19.05.2023 and my AC is still in the service centre after more than 15 days of filing the complaint. Suresh told us that the cooling coil of my AC has a leakage and it needs to be replaced and told us to pay around 9000 rupees. And, on 23.05.23 we received a text message from LG stating that they were not able to complete our request and hence they cancelled our request without any charges. So, again we are stuck in the same situation where LG just cancels our complaints without our consent, and without fixing my AC and nor does it replace the defected AC they sold us.

                                We have been mentally harrassed by LG and Krishna Enterprises (LG service center in Samastipur) for over a period of 3 years now, for one defected AC. Neither do they fix my AC nor they replace their defected product, and on top of that now they want us to pay 9000 rupees more over the actual price of 48000 rupees we bought it for.

                                I demand replacement of the defected AC with a new functional AC.

                                Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis.

                                  I have purchased LG Double Door Fridge Big Size in year 2016.
                                  It worked perfectly and in 2022 it had cooling problem i gave complaint to Customer Service Service Engineer Came and said Main PCB has to be Changed,
                                  I agreed and after Board Changing he says Compressor is Faulty Company Replaced it under Warranty and it Functions became Normal and repair was done by Company authorised Service Centre Raghava Electronics [protected],
                                  Again in 2.5.23 Cooling was issue i called Raghava Electronics directly and Engineer came and said after checking Fan Unit need to be Serviced I agreed and he Charged 500.00
                                  Next day i felt cooling not Normal Called engineer and informed he guided me to Call Customer Care and register a Complaint,
                                  Engineer by Name Hari Came from the Raghava Electronics and said after inspecting display board has to be changed and ir will cost 1800.00 as he had not came with the Board he took Service Charges and gone saying he has to order and get it from Company
                                  He called up 2days later asking 500.00 rs advance to order for the Display Board i have to agree and paid him 500 by GPAY he came with board in 2days fixed it and said it will be ok in 3 hours time but nothing got ok
                                  I called him and informed the status he came back next day after checking says Main PCB Board and Fan Unit has to be Changed and it will Cost 7000+ i have to this also as i don't have any other options
                                  It was now already 15days
                                  He came with Board and Fan Unit fixed Board and Fan was not Suitable He demanded 4500.00 for Boad and fridge still not working
                                  I asked him to complete the work and collect the full Payment on Sucessful performance of the Fridge
                                  He got annoyed and raised a police Complaint on 100 and started harassment,
                                  Police man came and understood our plight and asked him to Complete the work and collect payment on Successful running of fridge,
                                  He started pleading with Police Man saying Company will penalise him 3 times the cost of spare if he doesn't return it to Service Centre
                                  Till date 2.6.23 complaint is not resolved
