PCB complaint in LG washing machine

My name is Arun (from Ernakulam, Kerala) ([protected])

I had bought a LG front loading model (TROMM) 3 years back for around 26000/-. Now the problem with the washing machine is it does not stop running.
For example, if I set the time as 30 minutes, the count down timer will come down till 5 or 6 minutes left and then go back to 12 or 15 minutes.
This will repeat again when the time left reaches 5...

Burning smell from Fridge

We have purchased this 320 Ltr - 02 Door fridge from LG show room in June 2011 and after six months o[censored]se "when you open fridge door - it gives very bad burning smell".

We have contacted the LG care center - they have sent the technician - as per him the fan winding might be burnt. Then next day other technician visited and he is saying there is no issue.

When i did the search in google - I see similar...

faulty auto defrosting

i bought a double door refrigerator LG / model GL368yvq G5 on 19/2/2011 .for some time the auto defrosting was not working for which i complained number of times. now i realised that the refrigerator installed to me was model GL365yvqg5.this refrigerator is a lower model.secondly it's auto defrosting is not working....

HORIZONTAL SWING NOT WORKING

We have made a complaint as our new A.C.s Swing was not working. A complaint with Number RNA[protected] dated 13.06.2011 was lodged. The technician has visted and removed the part and informed us that it has to be replaced. But so far there is no information from the LG service centre as when this will be replaced. Unskilled and low paid workers employed by LG for after sale service

They are demanding more money for fake job offers..so gals and guys, please dont believe those..There will be two people, a guy and lady in that office(like) giving duplicate job letters getting money...They are money eaters..Be carefull......

Arrogant behaviour of LG Service Person and Mishandling of Service

I own LG Front Load washing machine (WD-80495NP) since Oct 2008. Here is chronology of events regarding the fault and mishandling of the service request from LG people.

1. The said machine got a fault and was unable to start giving "dE" error, which to me looked like failure of door sensor after looking at the handbook. I launched a complaint on 6/11/2010 at 9:00am at your 1-800 number and was given id C10B0600272....

Non working of split AC

My parents bought a split AC from M/s Gangotri Electronics . While purchasing the ac they asked the capacity of the ac that will be ideal for a room of 10ft x 12 ft capacity and were adviced that one tonne capacity would be sufficient.
