During the purchase #KHOSLAELECTRONICS PVT LTD #WORSTEXPERIENCES committed:

1) Free installation on next day of delivery,

2) Fee exchange if defective and 2 years warranty

Product delivered on[protected], but no person came for installation on[protected] till evening. Then I called #KHOSLA ELECTRONICS PVT LTD #WORST EXPERIENCES but no reply received. At last I called to Voltas customer care and came to know that they did not have intimation regarding installation of the product from #KHOSLAELECTRONICS PVT LTD #WORSTEXPERIENCES.

Voltas technician visited my house on[protected] and detected that #KHOSLAELECTRONICS PVT LTD #WORSTEXPERIENCES delivered damage washing machine, same was mentioned on call report by voltas . The technician verbally told by pima facie the washing machine seems “display wala” delivered to you.

While I contacted #KHOSLA ELECTRONICS PVT LTD #WORST EXPERIENCES: Soumyajit Sharma([protected]), Partho ( Manager) : Only one reply I have received “ Once product sold from #KHOSLA ELECTRONICS PVT LTD #WORST EXPERIENCES, #KHOSLA ELECTRONICS PVT LTD #WORST EXPERIENCES discards responsibility, you must co-ordinate with Voltas, neither product will be exchanged nor replaced”. While I called customer care of #KHOSLAELECTRONICS PVT LTD #WORSTEXPERIENCES ([protected]) I received standard reply contact to Khosla Electronics Beckbagan, 37 Syed Amir Ali Avenue, Kolkata:7000025.

The washing machine is still idly lying in my hall.

So #KHOSLAELECTRONICS PVT LTD #WORSTEXPERIENCES is established as “ Broker/ Middle man”

      Faced cooling issue in 2nd week of buying LG refrigerator and filed complaint against it but now my request is forwarded to someone who has again forwarded to other. I have asked to call manager supervisor and their manager. Whenever I am calling getting same response to call other number.
      Kindly help me to get the refund.

        I had purchased a Television in the month of September. 2022 I was promised a cashback of 10% approximately INR 6, 000. after 90 days but same is not credited to my account. I have been following from a month but no response from PAI. Have sent mail to [protected]@paiinternational.in; [protected]@paicrm.in. with bill copy and bank statement via mail also through WhatsApp to the mobile numbers[protected] and[protected] till now no response.

          I have bought LG refrigerator on dec 27, 2022 from flipkart and unpacked on Jan 14, 2023 due to unavailability. I just wanted to tell that its not been 15 days and found compressor issue. Called customer care and they told they will repair. I don't want to repair it I want replacement or refund.

            I have purchased an iPhone 12 on january 4th 2023 at pai international rt nagar branch bangalore, on 12th January 2023 I had an issue on my phone when I showed my phone in sunlight suddenly a pink marks (dots n lines) appeared ...I rushed to the store n I told them the issues I'm facing so they guided me to go to the icare (mantri mall) so I went there n I contacted them so I explained the issue I'm facing they told me to submit my phone to rectify the issue n they asked 4 to 5 days time to rectify n they called me n they told me that new I phone is having an display issue so we need to change the display...and I told them that I don't want my new phones display to be changed instead of that I asked for an replacement n wat they told is they cannot provide an replacement because I have purchased in pai international and again I visited pai international but they are refusing me to replace and they are not giving an solution except changing display., wat I want is I don't want my phone display to changed why because I have purchased phone only 8 days ago so I just want to complaint against them and do need full for me...I

              We have purchased a top load washing machine on 14th January this year from Modern Sales Group, Sector-70, Mohali, Punjab. The piece which we received at home was defected and had lot of scratches on it. Even installation engineers verfied the same and asked us to get it replaced. We raised this to Modern sales group and they promised to get it replaced. Since that day, these people have been making false promises that washing machine will be delivered soon.

              We are being harassed mentally for last 3-4 days by this dealer. Dealer is not even agreeing upon returning our money and not delivering the washing machine. LG group, kindly look into this matter on priority as this is not expected from such a prestigious brand.

                This problem has been going on since Oct 2021.
                I had issues with my refrigerator not working that was under warranty.
                The parts were ordered nut never came in.
                Because of that you were supposed to issue me a refund of $2031.00
                I still don't have the refund, you have taken my information. I can't count the number of times I have given you my home address. Somebody contacted me that the RA department didn't have my address, which I verified. That was Wednesday Dec 14, 2021. I still don't have a check! What I do have is a refrigerator, that doesn't work, that I am going to have to figure out how to dispose of.
                I have been patient, but now I am going to do what I said before. I am going to post on any media I have access to about how bad your customer service is, and to spread the word to everyone I know now to buy your product.
                The BBB says I need to take this to the next level. Which is contact the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission

                    I have called years ago and sent a message last year and received no response. I bought my washer less than ten years ago and mold started happening within the first few months. We leave the doors and drawers open to help, but it's no use. We have to pull the drawers out, scrub them, scrub the inside of the drawer area where the detergent goes with bleach and long scrub brush. Our clothes smell. The mold is impossible to remove entirely. It's on the rubber ring around the drum as well. Not to mention my kids have mold allergies.

                      I Have an LG OLED B6 TV 65 Inch...I noticed on 2020..that my TV has Burn in issue...I thought its normal..but after 1 year...its increased ALOT..SO I Complaint to LG, they said its panel problem and costs 1 lakh at least...

                      I Purchased this TV for 3.56 Lakhs...in 2018 and after two its like that..

                      there is a LG Policy for Burn in Panel..They will replace the panel one time as Courtesy replacement..

                      but for me they denied, first time they said..there is no such policy...after calling them 1 month...they told me your product not eligble for policy its 5 years old...and mine tv is not 5 years old!

                      they just making excuses and excuses making Indian Consumers FOOL...Everytime

                      now its been 2 years..I didn't got any resolution...they just want me to pay for their manufacturing error!

                      I JUST WANT MY PANEL REPLACED AND BURN IN FIXED...I Paid Too much already for this TV

                      please help!

                        I haven't got my LG Tone HBS FN4 satisfactorily repaired under warranty.

                        After Multiple attempts to repair/replace faulty parts, finally I was told nothing can be done from their end and they returned the faulty headphones back to me.

                        I requested for new headphones to be given under replacement, but that request was also denied saying that LG Tone HBS FN4 is no longer under production.

                        That is certainly unacceptable if there is no replacement and you should provide a higher model. But kindly resolve the complaint rather than apologising for putting utmost effort yet failing to deliver on promise of warranty.

                            My LG microwave had little issue with its timer and it was randomly stopping during heating hence I registered a complaint with LG (RNP[protected] and one engineer Nikhar Singh came on 13th Nov 22 (Sunday) and told me that the PCB and 2 multi plugs are not working properly and changing them will cost Rs 1800 including service charge however arranging PCB will take around 6-7 days as it is out of stock. I agreed and he left.

                            Surprising, I got a call from another engineer on Monday (14th Nov 22) by the name Sumit Kohlli who said that parts have got arranged as he wants to come to fix my microwave..he told me that these parts were ordered for some other customer but as they would like to help me first hence he wants to come and repair my microwave. I told him that I will have weekly off on Saturday (19th Nov, 22) hence requested him to come on the same day.

                            The engineer arrived on 19th Nov 22 and in spite of being aware that he had to replace the PCB and 2 multi plugs came without PCB and said that he is going out to arrange the same from service center. He left to arrange the PCB and after coming back in 45 min he said that the charges will be Rs 2250 through the parts replaced were exactly the same. When I protested for difference in amount as the parts getting replaced were just the same, he offered me a 'special discount' and reduced the overall expenditure to Rs 1875 and I agreed and got the PCB and 2 multi plugs replaced.

                            Next day when i started the microwave on 20th Nov 22 though the microwave started but the magnetron stopped working and the microwave stopped heating.

                            Seems a faulty PCB has been installed in my microwave which corrupted the magnetron and now it has stopped heating without any fault of mine.

                            Seems a fraud as been done to me by putting faulty PCB board which corrupted my magnetron. Please resolve it else I will take it up legally in the court.

                            I will write on various social media platforms if my genuine complaint is not addressed immediately.

                              July 2nd week when TV was in warranty the panel went faulty and Sudeep from LG service center Nadakkavu informed that it needs replacement and he will call when its available
                              After 2 weeks no response and not answering calls and answered when called with different number. They asked us to wait and made it 1.5months.
                              He then asked to contact M/S Golden Electronics Ulliyeri and informed they will support and fix the issue as per your address.
                              M/S Golden Electronics Ulliyeri Nidheesh phone number: [protected] was very rude and informed he will call when panel arrives and then started refusing to take calls
                              When visited center he informed to bring the TV to the center and after that again delayed and stopped taking calls. It was September 26 when TV was handed over and not fixed until yesterday 25th November 2020
                              M/S Golden Electronics Ulliyeri Nidheesh is very rude and ignorant and arrogant. He told if you need the product come to the service center or else they will delay again for 2-3 days
                              We received utter pathetic response from LG electronics even though the product was in warranty. It took 4months to have the TV panel replaced and there was a lot of harassment we faced.
                              We raised several complaints and received just acknowledgements and no action was taken

                              An employee Rakesh Kumar Yadav working in Dwarka sector 16 and Vasant Vihar Delhi. He is doing fraud with costomers. He stolen stand of Tv and sold it in black market. Also, he picked up TV from home and repaired in private shop and took the more amount. He took 13k to rplace a simple wire. He stolen the origanal part from my new Tv and installed duplicate part. After 4 to 5 days my Tv stopped work and dead then he asked to me that around 30k to 35 k can be charged to repair Tv. I gave 32k then again he repraired my in a private shop. After 3 months, my tv stopped working. A new costomer exacutive told me that your warrenty has been expried because it was repaired in private shop.
                              So, i want to ask LG company that are you allowing your employees to do this? If not then how such kind of persion you have.

                              LG is meant to make an easy and good life as tough & painful.
                              Just a stereotyped response with no sign of the reality of resolution and just a pass of time.
                              Is it not a sign of fake resolution of the complaint dated 25.11.22 on Dec 29, 2022, when the Complaint was marked as Resolved when a customer says in last but one para in his complaint on 25.11.22"We received utter pathetic response from LG electronics even though the product was in warranty. It took 4 months to have the TV panel replaced and there was a lot of harassment we faced.?"

                                    Product name : lg w. M f/a front loading 8 kg FHV1408ZWP washing machine.
                                    Amount paid - rs.40, 300.

                                    Your dealer sales man said if i pay the amount through SBIcredit card i will receive 12.5% cash back after 90 days.

                                    According i have swiped the card and purchased the product, later 90 days amount has not reflected my account, i have contacted the branch and visited several times and sent the account statement of credit card to dealer but still no proper response.
                                    Kindly look into the issue and do the needful at the earliest.

                                      Have purchased LG IC Smart invertor fridge in 2017.
                                      In April 2022 it stared troubling us the freezer portion cooling is there. But fridge portion no cooling. This i complaint to LG in april. The technician came seen fault not attended. I paid the service charges. This is valid for three months. After that due to sameproblem exist i called three times technician just coming not attending the fault. Still problem is there. Today also...
