I am dividing my complaint against LG laptop ED500- L. ADM3A2 whose serial number is 808MSFV010027 in two parts :-
1. Lapse of extended warranty before stipulated period - I bought LG Laptop( X NOTE) on 26/10/2008 from SAHU AGENCIES for Rs. 30288.46 with special offer of 4 years international extended warranty, but when I got to get my laptop repaired after 1 year the service center "INFOVIEN" denied to repair it due to lapse of warranty. Service center replied that you don't have 4 year extended warranty and your 1 year normal warranty is already finished and from very that day till now i faced lots of financial and mental harassment. My laptop's fan module (part) was not working up to date.
2. Careless Work of LG authorized Service station on Paid repair - On 21/07/2010, when my laptop's display was not visualizing but its indication lights was on. I taken it to get repaired from LG SERVICE CENTER "INFO VEIN SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD." at faridi building, Hazartganj where i met Ms Rastogi who told me that i have to leave it for inspection & will let me know afterwords by phone and said that they will charge me Rs 828/- as service charge. Though i agreed and departed from that service center.
On evening, when i called Ms rastogi by myself for feedback, she told me that the problem is in Fan module and it is to be replaced by new fan module which will cost Rs. 2460/- including all taxes + Service charge of Rs.828/- which will round of Rs. 3288/- in Total amount. I agreed upon replacing that part on that stipulated cost and wrapped up our telephonic conversation.
On 26/072010, i received my equipment from service center after paying Rs.3250/- and inspected its working. But, in evening when i started my laptop the same problem was persisting and then I packed up my laptop and taken it to service center where they replied that "maybe" the Motherboard of your laptop have been broken down and when after a day i gone there to receive my equipment they said that thr RAM of your eqipment is brokendown and i experienced new problems in my laptop after it.Now, what can be done in this case please let me know soon.
I hope you understand my complaint and I request you to please take possible action against LG and that service center who tortured me so badly. Thankyou

LG — Substandard performance of LCD TV
Without taking much of your time; wish to highlight lack of initiative on LG Customer Service. We normally purchase all consumer durable goods from LG stable. The reason is the service received by us in past. But this time around no representative visited for demonstration and now we had a very disappointing feedback from LG customer service team.We bought a LCD TV 2-3 months back from Vijay Sales, Mumbai. As my father was admitted to hospital we could start using the set only by December 2008 monthend. We noticed a crack in the sound. We tried few adjustment options like, Cinema, Music, Sports etc.., we tried adjusting Bass, treble etc.. but when nothing worked we decided to call LG representative. Your representative agreed to the fact the LCD was hardly used and there is manufacturing defect and they would replace the speakers. As I was skeptical about the quality of the product I asked if he could replace the LCD, he replied, if any other fault occurs in next few months they would replace the piece. I wanted them to give this writing for which they disagreed.
Now whether you want us to use the repaired piece (which is just 2-3 months old) and regret taking LG LCD or you would want to provide us with a customer delight experience.
I have following up with LG customer service for quite some time now without any resolution from their side. Kindly let me know if you could assist in getting this resolved.
