This has ref to the complaint mentioned above. I am a loyal customer of LG and I have all equipments ( TV, Fridge, DVD player, hometheatre system of LG ). I had a problem with LCD TV within the one year Guarantee period. The complaint was lodged on 12 July 2010. The response od your service engr was very poor. Your service engineer attended and mentioned that the panel is faulty and needs to be changed. We followed up for almost 10 days and then the panel was replaced. The TV still did not function after a few hours the service engineer left. The screen went blank.... with a lot of follow up the service engineer ( Mr. Brijesh ) kept promising me every day that he would visit the next day....the next day never came. Finally , service engineer visited on 31/7/2010 to inform us that the mother board is faulty.
Customer complaint no C[protected] dt 12 July 2010 for LCD TV ( with in the guarantee period ) has not yielded results even after 2 visits of service engr and the TV remains stopped till date.
The TV is in non working condition from 12th July 2010. Out of the 3 main components ( power supply, panel and mother board ) 2 components have already failed.

Brand LG promises "Life's good " for customers by assured maintenance service. This has not been my experience till date and I urge LG to raise to the Brand promise printed on the catalogs.

As a loyal customer I demand that the TV be replaced with a new one to give me trouble free performance.

We would appreciate a response in return.

LG — Substandard performance of LCD TV

Without taking much of your time; wish to highlight lack of initiative on LG Customer Service. We normally purchase all consumer durable goods from LG stable. The reason is the service received by us in past. But this time around no representative visited for demonstration and now we had a very disappointing feedback from LG customer service team.

We bought a LCD TV 2-3 months back from Vijay Sales, Mumbai. As my father was admitted to hospital we could start using the set only by December 2008 monthend. We noticed a crack in the sound. We tried few adjustment options like, Cinema, Music, Sports etc.., we tried adjusting Bass, treble etc.. but when nothing worked we decided to call LG representative. Your representative agreed to the fact the LCD was hardly used and there is manufacturing defect and they would replace the speakers. As I was skeptical about the quality of the product I asked if he could replace the LCD, he replied, if any other fault occurs in next few months they would replace the piece. I wanted them to give this writing for which they disagreed.

Now whether you want us to use the repaired piece (which is just 2-3 months old) and regret taking LG LCD or you would want to provide us with a customer delight experience.

I have following up with LG customer service for quite some time now without any resolution from their side. Kindly let me know if you could assist in getting this resolved.
LG customer care and service center one peace of *********, i bought a new TV form CROMA next to Forum mall with in a month there is a line on the screen and called the customer care logged a case its been 3 weeks no one called or came to see the TV from LG service center. This is the standard of LG company ( LG stands for Local Group)

    I had bought a LG Window 1.0Ton A/C in the year 2007. From the date of purchase till date, whenever service call is booked under warrenty period, their response is poor. And now, I had faced the biggest problem after expiry of warrenty period.

    The spare parts used in LG are chinese / korean make, hence we can't expect the quality after 2-3yrs. My digital display unit in have some problem, I had raised a request to LG service, a service engineer came & confirmed that the display unit need to be replaced and spare need to be acquired from the LG main branch. Without any notice, they closed the request stating that "customer to revert". Again, I called the LG service to reopen that request but they raised new request stating that they can't reopen old request. Again the local service agency never came for inspecting the unit or providing the status of the request, but they closed without any notice. I again called up the LG service, but their response is irrresponsible, they say that I need to track with the local LG service agency for the status. So, I again called Mr. Purusothaman (Vision enterprises - Chennai LG Service) for the status, he just give false promises to provide within a day and I track him for one week for the status.

    I request that these fraud service agencies spoil the name of the brand and also the service call (telecalling) executives are irresponsible to answer to customer questions.

    I brought all LG products for my home and now I face the problem of service and spares. I suggest every customer in this country to buy Indian brands, instead of foreign brands like LG.

    LG India — Poor after sales Service

    I have purchased LG Automatic washing machine model LG WF T7516LS on[protected] from kings electonics New Panvel & with in 6 months it started giving high vibration in drying mode i made no of calls to service centre but no competent technician send by company to fix the problem.

    The service is Hell .
    I bought new dual door refrigrator and for few months its not working properly, I have complained about this to the retailer he didnot turn to provide service to us and some how I bought the adress of the LG company service center and even I complained about the repair there also they are not coming to my home and repairing the Refrigerator.

    I have so many LG goods in my home NOW I DONOT WANT TO USE LG WHICH IS SO BAD IN SERVICE, I PLAN TO SWITCH TO OTHER BRANDS IMMEDITELY AND I WANT TO SELL OR PUT TO SCRAP ALL MY LG GOODS IN MY HOME.

    PLEASE DONOT DEPEND ON LG SERVICE TO ALL CONSUMERS OF INDIA

    LG customer service is WORST .We have registered for a complaint as our TV is not working . In Last one month our TV got repaired 3 times (which was just bought one year back), and finally the last technician who came told us that some part needs to be changed which he will get in 1 - 2 days. Now it is almost 15 days that he has not turned. We have been continuously following up with the Call centre team and The service Centre team of Mumbai and everytime they will say the same thing as the technician will come today. But till date he has not arrived .

    Decided that going forward we will never buy an LG product

      Inspite of repeated requests, my complain No. C[protected] dt. 16 Jul 2010 for my LG LCD TV model 26LG30R is not yet attended by the company service centre. TV is just 2 yrs old but its display penel has developed defect which is not being attended. On four occassions customer care person just tells that he has sent reminders to service centre and service engineer will give a call within 24 hrs. Please help.

      LG — Not attending repair

      Sir,
      I am a customer from Mangalore, Karnataka state, India. My Television is not getting switch on since19/02/2011. I called your customer care No.[protected] on21/02/2011 at 12:00 hrs.They told within 2 hours their technical staff will call and fix appoint ment for repair & within 24 Hours TV will be repaired. They have given No: RNA[protected] for complaint. Upto evening 18:00 no body contacted me for appointment. So I called at 18:00 same No. nobody was responding to the call. Then again I called the No. on 22/02/2011 at 11:00 hrs. they told will remind to technical staff, and will be attended today.Since today 23/02/2011 no response from your end. No body even contacted till today.
      I never expected this kind of product support from your end. To get reapir TV I have to leave my all work and fall behind you. This is your service in heart of the city in corporation town!
      So kindly do the needful at the earliest .

      I had given a cd player, model no.- LPC12W-AO on 20th August 2011 in Patna ''SERVICE PLAZA(IN[protected]) and was told to collect within two days but even after visiting the center 15 times and contious reminders, I haven't recieved any response. Please look into the matter on urgent basis. ( Not attending repair )

        I have purchased window AC on 4th of July 10 from Uttam Sales, Bistupur, Jamshedpur, Purbi Singhbhum. The m/c was not installed properly. There is all around gap from the frame. The lower portion is not resting on the channel. The vibration is such that my window glass has cracked. Inspit of complaining several times to Uttam Sales / LG local dealer, the problem has not been attended. I have lodged a complainton LG website also. The complaint no was '[protected]' butnoaction has been taken till date. I am not able to use the AC because of this problem.

          Hi,
          This is regarding the complaint no: c[protected] which was registered on 09-July-10 regarding my LG Window AC 1.5.

          The person approached on 10-july-10 and confirmed that there is some problem with the compressor in the AC. After that no one turned up and we were chasing the engineer and calling him to confirm the time for pickup of AC. After 2 days two Auto rickshaw persons came and take the AC along with them but they had not given anything in written that they are taking the thing with them. When I asked for the same, he said we don’t give anything in written.

          Finally on 15th July 10 after a long chase again 2 auto rickshaw persons came and installed the AC telling that the compressor of AC has changed and even after warranty charged around Rs1800/- without telling me earlier.

          Since that day the AC is making a very loud and vibrating noise, the noise is so terrible at times that no one can sit in that room when AC is on. I complained about this with the same complaint no. to LG customer care and even to the service centre of Faridabad, but no one seems to be bothered about this.

          Even the water discharge from the AC is not from the given location it is leaking from the whole base, now the swing is also not working.

          Please help, as we are having no hope from these LG people.

          It was resolved with proper solution . The company persons visited and check the problem, again and replaced the parts required. Thanks a ton.

          L.G. WINDOW A.C — After sevicing many problem arising Stared sounding much

          I sent my 1.5 ton window Ac to Sakchi, Jamshedpur service centre on[protected].After servicing & gas filling in compressor they retured back on[protected] with bill of Rs-1400/= +Rs-250 transportation charge. Since the we use AC it stops working after five hours conteneour operation. compressor and blower stops working.
          Scondly blower starts cracking sound & compressors sound increased enormously.
          Please arrange to make it smooth & make operation conteneously & smoothly.

            I AM GIVING BELOW THE DETAILS SEQUENCE WISE FROM THE DAY OF THE COMPLAINT LODGED........ALTHOUGH I DO NOT WISH TO BOTHER YOU WITH THE NITTY GRITTIES AND ATTITUDE OF THE PERSONS I TALKED TO ON LINE.
            *MY COMPLAINT WAS LODGED AS PER DETAILS GIVEN ABOVE AND I WAS ASSURED OF A SOLUTION WITHIN 24 HOURS !

            *THE SERVICE PERSON REACTED AFTER 48 HRS AND HONOURED ME WITH HIS VISIT ON MONDAY26TH JULY 2010.

            *AFTER A CHECKOUT HIS VERDICT WAS THAT THE PCB IS BLOWN OUT AND WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED AT THE COST OF RS.1060 PLUS RS.440/- AS VISITING CHARGES;AS I HAD BOUGHT THE UNIT ON 30TH MAY 2009.....JUST TWO MONTHS ABOVE THE WARRANTY PERIOD.....I PROMPTLY AGREED TO THE CHARGES AND REQUESTED FOR A SPEEDY RECTIFICATION.DUE TO THE GREAT INCONVINIENCE........ SEEING THE WEATHER AND STORAGE PROBLEM OF PERISHABLE PRODUCTS

            *IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT AS THEY DO NOT HAVE TEH PCB IN STOCK [AT LUCKNOW ...A COMPANIES SERVICE CENTRE SAYING SO IS MOST SURPRISING;WE TALKING ABOUT A B-METRO] NOT SOME LOCATION IN AREMOTE VILLAGE] THEY SHALL BE PROCURING THE SAME FROM NOIDA AND EITHER BY TUESDAY EVENING [27TH] OR LATEST WEDNESDAY MORNING [28TH] THE ISSUE SHALL BE RESOLVED.

            *TILL 1800HRS WEDNESDAY THERE WAS NO FEEDBACK OR ANY VISIT FROM YOUR LOCAL OFFICE OR SERVICE CENTRE.

            *I THEN TOOK UP TEH MATTER WITH MR ASHISH [INTRODEUCED AS CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER].....AFTER HOW MUCH TIME OR ARGUMENTS I COULD GET IN TOUCH WITH HIM IS A ISSUE ,I WISH NOT TO BOTHER YOU....BUT SURELY IN SUCH TIME AND LINE HOLDS I COULD HAVE MANAGED AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE PM.


            *MR ASHISH CONFIRMED TOOK ME ON CONFERENCE WITH THE SERVICE PERSON [SOME MR VIRENDRA] AT LUCKNOW;TEH ATTITUDE I WISH TO HIGHLIGHT.......AFTER 96 HRS NO REVERT FROM LG AND AFTER SO MUCH TROUBLE THE SERVICE PERSON AT LUCKNOW SAYS THAT THEY HAVE LOCATED THE PCB AT LUCKNOW BRANCH AND HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK FOR 48HRS MORE TO PROCURE THE PCB FROM HIS BRANCH AND REACH IT TO MY RESIDENCE;THE TOTAL DISTANCE EVEN IT WAS PICKED UP FROM HIS BR. OFICE TO MY RESIDENCE WAS NOT MORE THAN 12 KMS AND HE ASKED FOR 48 HRS!!!!!!!

            *AFTER MUCH DISCUSSIONS .......MORE THAN 96 HRS HAVE PASSED FROM TEH INITIAL ASSURANCE OF 24 HRS]......AND THE INTERVENTION OF MR.ASHISH....IT WAS AGREED THAT THEY WOULD ENSURE NEXT DAY A SOLUTION / RECTIFICATION........HOW WAS 48 HRS REDUCED TO LESS THAN 15 HRS IS WHAT YOU HAVE TO SEE.......AND SECONDLY IF THE PART WAS IN LUCKNOW WHY DID THEY HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY CALL ON WEDNESDAY TO ACTION TEH COMPLAINT.

            *ON THURSDAY [29TH JULY]....THE SERVICE ENGINEER MR.SANTOSH SINGH FINALLY ARRIVES WITH TEH NEW PCB.......HE PROMPTLY REPLACES THE OLD ONE AND SWITCHES ON TEH REFRIGERATOR........POOFFFFF.........TEH PROBLEM STILL EXISTS !!!!! AFTER THAT TEH COMPLETE REFRIGERATOR WAS DISSECTED......ALL CONNECTORS DISCONNECTED AND SO ON.........TEH PROBLEM .........AS IT WAS........LASTLY AFTER 3 HOURS AND VARIOUS TRIALS AND ERRORS HE DEDUCED THAT WHEN HE WAS CONNECTING THE BIG CONNECTOR THE MCB WAS DROPPING............CONCLUDING THAT THERE WAS A IN SIDE SHORTING...HE CLOSED HIS BAGS A WITH THE ASSURANCE THAT NEXT DAY MORNING HE WOULD COME AGAIN .. WHY I DO NOT KNOW????

            * NEXT DAY [30TH JULY] AFTER REPEATED CALLS AND REQUESTS A NEW TEAM COMPRISING OF ONE MR.GUPTA AND ANOTHETR PERSON LANDED AT 1600HRS [6 HRS BEYOND SCHEDULE......WHY IS TEH ASSURANCE OF 24HRS IS GIVEN IN TEH FIRST PLACE I AM SIMPLY AT A LOSS TO UNDERSTAND].............ANOTHER 2 - 2.30 HRS REPEATING TEH SAME PROCESS WHAT WAS DONE PREVIOUS DAY..........WASTING MY TIME AND THEIRS........STILL NO SOLUTION;

            *AGAIN I TAKE THE HELP OF MR ASHISH.......ASKING HIM TO GET ME TO A PERSON WHO CAN ASSURE ME OF A RECTIFCATION OR REPLACEMENT...[TILL NOW I HAD ALWAYS PRESUMED LG AS ARESPONSIBLE AND PRODUCT WORTHY COMPANY.........BUT IF SUCH EXPENSIVE GADGET GETS SCREWED UP IN A YEARS TIME.......AND IS STANDING AS A JUNK PIECE FOR TEH LAST 8 DAYS.......IT DOES GIVE ME SECOND THOUGHTS]....BUT HE COULD NOT PROVIDE SO [SURPRISINGLY]......BUT I DID RECEIVE A CALL AT 1930 HRS FROM MR.GUPTA OF LUCKNOW OFFICE THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO TAKE THE UNIT TO THEIR OFFICE...........IT SEEMS THAY HAVE SOME SPECIAL ELECTRIC POINTS WHCH WE DID NOT HAVE AT HOME OR YOUR SERVICE PEOPLE COULD NOT POINT OUT DESPITE 2 VISITS AND 7 HOURS OF WORKING???????OR LG OFFICE HAS A SPECIAL SUPPLY UNIT....ALL VERIOUS POINTS ON WHICH TEH TRIAL AND ERRORS WERE DONE AT MY RESIDENCE SEEM OBSOLETE IF TEH PROCESS CAN ONLY BE DONE AT THE LG OFFICE.
            I MADE A REQUEST TO TEH GENTLEMAN ON LINE THAT I NEED A CONFIRMED SOLUTION....EITHER RECTIFICATION OR REPLACEMENT BY TODAY EVENING AS I HAVE CROSSED ALL LIMITS OF PATIENCE.......

            *TODAY 31ST......1240HRS.........I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOME ONE FROM LG TO GET INTO ACTION !!!!!!!!!

            I JUST WISH TO SAY I AM SIMPLY AT MY WITS END ......NOW ......AND MY PATIENCE HAS WORN THIN [IN FACT ITS ON BREAKING POINT]..........I HAVE BEEN AN ARDENT LOYALIST OF LG TILL NOW AND AM USING ITS AC'S , MOBILE ........MICRO.........NOT ONLY THAT..... I HAVE RECCOMEMDED TO ALL I MEET FOR A LG PRODUCT .......HAVING ACQUAINTANCES AT VERY SENIOR POSITION IN TEH UP GOVT. ANY AC REQUIREMENT I RECCOMENDED LG AND ALSO DID PROCURE QUITE A FEW ACS FROM VARIOUS DEALERS........BUT NOW HAVING SPENT NAERLY 40000/- FOR A FRIDGE [LAST YEAR] I WAS SHORTLY GOING IN FOR TEH 42 INCHES PLASMA ALONGWITH TEH BLUE RAY HOME THEATRE.......I AM NOW HAVING SECOND THOUGHTS........BECAUSE I HAVE A PIECE OF JUNK WITH NO RESPONSIBLE COMMUNICATION FOR THE LAST EIGHT DAYS FROM A COMPANY WHO SWEETLY JINGLES "LIFE'S GOOD"

            I HOPE THE ABOVE DETAILS WILL PROMPT SOME ACTION [ONLY A REPLACEMENT WOULD BE SATISFACTORY,AFTER SO MUCH SURGERY HAS BEEN DONE TO THE PRESENT UNIT].........FROM YOUR END......AND HOPEFULLY MY CONFIDENCE IN THE LG NAME SHALL BE MAINTAINED.

              I have made a compliant with LG customer care regarding the picture quality problem in my LCD TV. My filled compliant no. C[protected]. The compliant is made on 29th July 2010 at 9:30 a.m. they told me the problem will be resolved in 24 hours. But is has already 48 hours passed, but nobody in LG listening to me. I have called up customer care almost 10 times but they are giving me round answers. I request your forum to raise this issue with the appropriate authorities.

                I am dividing my complaint against LG laptop ED500- L. ADM3A2 whose serial number is 808MSFV010027 in two parts :-
                1. Lapse of extended warranty before stipulated period - I bought LG Laptop( X NOTE) on 26/10/2008 from SAHU AGENCIES for Rs. 30288.46 with special offer of 4 years international extended warranty, but when I got to get my laptop repaired after 1 year the service center "INFOVIEN" denied to repair it due to lapse of warranty. Service center replied that you don't have 4 year extended warranty and your 1 year normal warranty is already finished and from very that day till now i faced lots of financial and mental harassment. My laptop's fan module (part) was not working up to date.

                2. Careless Work of LG authorized Service station on Paid repair - On 21/07/2010, when my laptop's display was not visualizing but its indication lights was on. I taken it to get repaired from LG SERVICE CENTER "INFO VEIN SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD." at faridi building, Hazartganj where i met Ms Rastogi who told me that i have to leave it for inspection & will let me know afterwords by phone and said that they will charge me Rs 828/- as service charge. Though i agreed and departed from that service center.
                On evening, when i called Ms rastogi by myself for feedback, she told me that the problem is in Fan module and it is to be replaced by new fan module which will cost Rs. 2460/- including all taxes + Service charge of Rs.828/- which will round of Rs. 3288/- in Total amount. I agreed upon replacing that part on that stipulated cost and wrapped up our telephonic conversation.
                On 26/072010, i received my equipment from service center after paying Rs.3250/- and inspected its working. But, in evening when i started my laptop the same problem was persisting and then I packed up my laptop and taken it to service center where they replied that "maybe" the Motherboard of your laptop have been broken down and when after a day i gone there to receive my equipment they said that thr RAM of your eqipment is brokendown and i experienced new problems in my laptop after it.Now, what can be done in this case please let me know soon.

                I hope you understand my complaint and I request you to please take possible action against LG and that service center who tortured me so badly. Thankyou

                Lg x notebook — what should i do

                hi.
                i am a mba student. i got a laptop from my college side. after one year i had some in my laptop, through the college i have given my laptop to service center, its being 3 monthes,

                    I had purchased a Lg.1.5 ton split air conditioner in April 2009 from a local dealer Ms. Uttam Sales,in Bistupur,Jamshedpur.Since the day of installation there had been a water leakage problem from the main unit inside the room.I had given several complaints to the dealer, i purchased the ac.from and the local authoris ed lg. service center..The complain was seen by the service center representatives and the problem rectified,but only for a short period.The problem started repeating every ten fifteen days again and again and then the ac. was in warranty period.I had requested the dealer to change the unit as it was in warranty period,but he kept on giving excuses and assurance for a good after service and to permanently solve the problem,but it has been more than a year and the problem remains even worse.Now i have given up contacting the dealer and the service center executives because all the repeated services done are of no use.Therefore i request you to see in to this problem and get something done as soon as possible.Thank you.

                    LG-Split A/C — Water leakage-no service

                    Hi I am Heena Shah from Mumbai, We bought LG split A/C on 19th of October from Ezone electronics, Mumbai.
                    Since about a month the A/C has started leaking and so I called the customer service center they assured that the call will be attended within 24 hours which never happened their engineer came after 8 days serviced the unit but within 2 days it stated leaking again I registred a complaint on 6th May (complaint no. W9C[protected] and today is 15th may nobody has yet come to check the unit though again this time too I was told their person would come within 24 hours(complaint no. W9C[protected].I am still waiting...

                      I totally agree. Same exact problem with my 42 inch LG plasma. Power supply failure. I've been in touch with them several times to see if they can work with me on covering the cost of repair, but they won't budge. I understand that the TV is no longer under warranty, and I don't expect them to fix it outright, but I would at least like them to cover the cost of parts.

                      If you do a Google search of "LG TV power supply, " you'll see that this is widespread problem with their products. Buyer beware!

                      I've lost faith in LG, their products, and their customer service. Common sense dictates that a $1300 television should last for more than 2 years.

                      Spend a few extra bucks and buy a quality product from another manufacturer!

                      LG 42" PLASMA T.V. — POOR QUALITY OF PRODUCT

                      I, MANOJ GAJJAR, bought an plasma t.v. on 13/10/2009. After a long time I saw low picture resolution and contanted lg services but it was just the after the warranty period's expiry. They asked for Rs20,000 for repairing. Still my complain hasn't been solved. So, I recommend the people viewing this complaint should buy any other product except LG....

                        Hi Friends,
                        I had placed a compliant (C[protected]) on June 1st 2010 with LG for my LCD for display error. I have the annual maintainance contract from LG for which i had to shell about Rs3000 more for two years. But till today (26th July 2010) the service has not been provided and now i am told that the part is not available as they have discontinued the particular LCD model purchased 3 and half years back.
                        Hence i request everyone please do not go for LG products as they keep changing the models regularly and later on you will have to suffer for non availability of spares from thecompany itself even though you have the annual maintanance contract with them. None of the officials will get in touch with you even after you drop several mails to their mail id [protected]@lgindia.com.

                        Please don't buy the LG products and later on suffer as i am sufferringnow.

                          Previous complaint

                          I have purchased LG Mobile (GS155) on 10th July 2010 from Paragon, 23, Inside Udiyapole, Udaipur(Rajasthan) vide VAT inv No. 34220 , IMEI No:[protected] & Sr No. 003CQSF011446.

                          This is to inform you that since than the said mobile is not working properly & automatically switching off. Sometimes hanged & does not work for hours . We approached to the Service Center located at 31, Indraprasth Complex, Outside Delhi gate, Shastri Circle, Udaipur & we were informed that new LG sets were having similar complaints & software will have to be updated. Please be informed that after updating the software, the same problem is still persisting. We request you to kindly change our handset immediately since it is in warranty period.

                          On the request of your customer care I have once again approached to the LG Service Center & assured by them that problem of software has been rectified now. However on coming to home after an hour I found that the complaint has not been attended to properly & set is giving the same problem.

                          I once again request you to kindly replace the set immediately since it is in warranty period otherwise I would have no option but to register my complaint with CONSUMER COURT.

                          I was not aware that mobile phones were being classified as Car Driving schools these days!! Since you have had problems with the phone service centers, maybe you should consider taking your mobile to the RTO instead since you apparently think that it is a car (in disguise).

                              I am Chandubhai Majithiya. I Had purchase one new split ac from Super air condition. 4 Classical Bhuvan. Bhulabhai park. Ahmadabad.
                              While Invoice no. R-274. Dated 23 July 2010. Model No. LSA5LP3AF6 L G air conditioner.

                              Wrong delivery address wrote in invoice by supplier.

                              Same has been installed on same day by your team .

                              While installation and charging the gas they found that cooling coil of indoor unit was leakage. Then after that indoor unit was replaced by new unit sent by supplier. They didn’t charge gas after replacing the indoor unit.

                              Your installation team has not made Installation report. Or any written document for installation.

                              Next day I observed that abnormal noise coming from indoor unit. I complain for that and your team has visited on 7th July but they could not solved the problem.

                              Then after I made number of call and discussion with Supplier and your Ahmadabad representative Mr. Bimal Mehata . He has sent a team on Tuesday 20.10.2010 . They found the problem but could not solved. They has also not prepared any written documents. But disused with Mr. Bimal Mehata on Mobile regarding problem.

                              He has discussed with me on Tuesday 20th July 2010. regarding Problem in new installed LG split AC at my Home. And commuted to solve the problem within two days…. But it’s not solved.

                              Most thing is that . today I observed that abnormal noise coming from outside unit also.

                              Now I have doubt about LG product stability and also doubt about your service providing capability.

                              You are requested to depute your technical team to check the product quality. If it is defected arrange to replace by new.
                              I hope you will take appropriate action to solve this problem.

                                I have purchased the split A.C. model no. LSA5LP3AF6, (sr. no. 003NLWT[protected] on 15.05.2010. The remote control was malfunctioned and hence given to dealer M/s. Sardar Enterprise, Rajkot. He has lodged the complain on 11.07.2010 and sent the malfunctioned remote to service Centre at Ahmedabad. THIS COMPLAIN WAS REGISTSRED VIDE NO. HOEC[protected];20;04.                                 LG — No replacement during warranty

                                I have purchased an LG side by side double door refrigerator which is under warranty. The refrigerator has sensor and defrosting issues from day one. I had complained to LG and the service rep who attended it said it could be because of moisture. Now the refrigerator is not cooling or defrosting. I had registered a compaint on 16th. May. LG service centre says it does not have the parts and I would have to wait for more time. The area serice manager was very unprofessional and arrogant saying he cannot do anything and when asked for someone above him, said there is no one else who can help and hung up, I ha e also sent an email to LG but have not received any reponse. This is affecting us as we cannot store any food for our children as we are both working and have to stay at home. LG has bluntly refused a replacement and has said we would have to wait for the parts. This after spending 55,000 for purchasing a premium produst and all the service pomises whixh is pathetic.

                                  I purchased one LG Split AC-LSA-3065VF1 (1 Ton) from your dealer M/s CAMS CORNER (P) LTD 8/1, Middleton Row KOLKATA 700 071. Tax invoice NO CA900, Dated 13/07/2010. S/N

                                  I have the following complaints against your brand

                                  1. I was promised installation on 15th but no one came till 6.00PM of 17th

                                  2. As per the technician Mr Shanti Karar who came to install your product, the indoor unit of the A/C was defective.

                                  3. Your service manager was immediately contacted and information was given to one Mr Tushar[protected] of CAMS CORNER. I was promised that a replacement will be given by 19th.

                                  4. When nothing of this sort happened & I kept on calling I was given the number of one Mr Suman [protected] of LG.

                                  5. Mr Suman first promised to look into the matter but later refuses to take my calls. Neither any body has called from your side till now.

                                  Today is 22nd and I am still running from pillar to post to get my A/C installed. I am sure that I have made a mistake by putting my money in LG product. It is noteworthy to mention here that we keep on buying products from LG and very recently we have procured two more LG Split A/Cs of the same model from the same dealer.

                                  It is my earnest request that my A/C be immediately replaced and installed.

                                    I have purchased a one ton AC model No. lsa3cg2af8.am20ql1(II) from the dealer Haryana T.V center on 25/5/2010 Serial No.004lprs005254. Right from the day it was not working properly after making repeatedly complaints to the vendor he again refilled the gas saying that there was a leakage . But the AC is still not working properly there is no cooling at all. Whenever we complain to vendor he said he cannot do anything. He threatened me to go to consumer court. Now AC is not working last months.


                                    The LG engineer visited said that I can't repair it now. He visited again after one week days and said the Ac compressor was faulty and we will repair in three days. I am still waiting for any positive response from the company.


                                    I would request you to please get the AC refund my money back as soon as possible, defaulting which force me to go to consumer court.

                                        Since last 10 days we are asking for a remote control of an AC from your local agency Delight serives but they say that its not in stock.. We informed them 10 days back and they said that it will come in 2 days pls come after 2 days. After 10 days we have called up and now they are saying call again after 7 days as still not come..

                                        Kindly inform us if you will be able to provide this or not and also kindly talk to your delight services and clear this matter
