I Maj Manpreet Singh had applied to buy 320 lit refrigerator from Canteen Stores Department at Banglore on 23 Jun 2010.All documents and payments pertaining to the purchase were submitted to the company representative on 23 Jun 2010 .I was assured the delivery of the refrigerator within 2 days.
