I have purchase a split AC of LG Electronics from the dealer Sri Padmaja Electronics, K.N. Road, Tadepalligudem - 1.on[protected] vice invoice No. LS A 5 CW 2 AF1,Unit S.No. IDNV - 002NLLG000688 and the dealer says the free service will not take place in small towns, and when I requested to show at least how to service it, it was denied and said that it will happen in only Metro Cities not in town areas.

Could you please help me if it is so ,how to service my self the AC on my own. All these CHEATING things are not mentioned at my purchase of the AC.

Kindly do the needful.

Most of my gadgets in my house and in my family we prefer to purchase from LG. Unfortunately i have shifted my house from Visakhaptnam to Tadepalligudem and purchased from the air conditioner to my new house. I hope your prompt service will satisfy my befief about LG.

    I gave complaint for my LG LCD 32’’ TV and complaint number is – [protected]

    After calling repeatedly to customer care (who keep saying the same dialogue – your issue will be addressed in 24 hours), I got few service centre numbers too.

    [protected] KR Road service centre – keeps ringing no one picks up
    [protected] - Maria, KR Road – asked me to call Mr. Chandrakant
    [protected] – Chandrakant – Talk to our Mechanic
    [protected] - Mechanic - Will come today
    [protected] Mechnic comes, tries his best and confirms that the Panel has problem and can’t be replaced. So the TV needs to be replaced. Assures to call next day
    [protected] Didn’t get any call. After calling he told - already informed supervisor and will get back on Monday.
    [protected] Again didn’t get any call. After calling the mechanic told to talk directly to supervisor - Chandrakant. Called Chandrakant and got assurance that by evening he would call back.
    [protected] Once again no call back. After calling Mr. Chandrakant said - Sir I will follow up and get you back this evening.
    [protected] As expected no call back. After calling Mr. Chandrakant said - Sir I will follow up and get you back now it self in 20 mins
    [protected] – Again as usual no call back. wrote mail to LG India with some hope.
    Thankfully Mr. Chandrakant woke up and called me with some branch manager in conference call. To my utter surprise the person asked me for the original bill receipt, reason - the xerox copy is no longer visible (And this comes after one week of submitting the bill copy). Assured me that someone would come today to my house and take the bill and the issue would be addressed in 4 days.
    [protected] One person came and collected the xerox copy of the bill and he was satisfied atleast.
    I guess LG doesn't atall care for its customers and don't give outgoing calling facility to its employees in office.
    [protected] As expected no call back from any one. Called Mr. Chandrakant and his famous reply came back - Sir I will get back to you this evening.
    [protected] No call back as I said LG doesnt give call back facility for its customers. After calling he gave his manager's number Mr. Umendra ([protected]) who never picked up the phone.
    Again called Mr. Chandrakant and he started telling stories again. When I asked for a tentative date - he rudely answered - "WE CANT GIVE YOU ANY DATE"

      There is no concept of after sales service at LG. I made a blunder by fitting my home with all LG products six years back. This year one by one starting with my DVD player I have required service and it has been an endless chase. While the company is quick to sms enquiring about service satisfaction there is no urgency in problem solving. Service centres function at whim, engineers have to tracked down like ministers -- the answer after three defunct products is that Life's Good till LG products fuction the day they require service its simpler to dump them than chase LG for after paying for the visit you will either be asked by the engineer to sell him the product as it costs more to repair -- in the case of my DVD. Or in the case of my microwave be stuck with an open machine with no sign of the engineer. With the fridge I realise that the neighbourhood mechanic is a better bet.

        Dear Sir
        I have forth time problem facing on my lg gd510 mobile the touch screen are not working properly.
        Few days later I complain the same problem & then I go to the service center for replacing the mobile I say the authority I won’t
        Other lg model because this model is not success for touch screen, so please replace my mobile & give me other model.
        He suggested me the lg cookie fresh (290) but my cookie (gd510) price is 6300rs & gs290 price is 5600rs so
        The price different is 700rs, so please gives me the different between the money of handset, & solves my problem.

        LG/LG GS290 mobile phone — not working properly

        My phone LG GS290(cookie fresh) is not working properly although it is under warranty.
        It got problem with its touch screen but 2months ago now it is showing a message like not enough memory to do that operation. or i m unable to download any file from internet. And now i even unable to reply the messages.

        LG GS 290 — Replacement of mobile

        I bought LG GS 290 before 8 months ago and my mobile had problem in Tough Pad it's not working properly. I face this problem 2 times till date. I didn't get proper service.When i m visited to lg service center that time they are not giving satisfactory answer and ignore to customer. so try to solve my query. I want to replace my mobile. Also they told to me that touchpad is not available.

          The Refrigerator was purchased on 4th Jun'10 from Malaika Appliances. It was a 390 Litre grey , 2 door refrigerator. The person from the complany did not come for a demo till 15th Jun'10. Initially the refigerator was cooling too much in the freezer area. when we asked the dealer, he said since its a new refrigerator, it wud be like that. However the refrigerator stopped colloing today in the next 1 or 2 days. my first complaint i made directly to the dealer but since i didnt get any response, i called the company directly after few days.
          My first complaint to the company was on 25/6/2010 Complaint no C[protected].
          My Second complaint was on 30/6/2010 Complaint no C[protected].
          My Thrird complaint was on 6/7/2010 Complaint no C[protected].
          My forth complaint was made on 10/08/2010 Complaint no C[protected].
          When the person came for the first complaint (Name mr Barkat) he said that there was is some fitting and wiring issue and please ask for a replament. We asked him that we have said the same, he said that the complany cannot do the replacement since 15 days have passed but the dealer surely can. I spoke to the dealer and he said he will check and revert. I was told by the dealer that the replacement formality would take time and that in the meanwhile the repairing would be a stand by issue. The dealer also gave me the number of Mr Praful in Mumbai who handles the complaints. I was assured by him that this was a minor issue and would not require a replacement. I clearly specified to him that if the issue persists i will ask for a replacement.
          The first call was forcibly hence i logged a call on 30th Jun again. The same issue was prevalant and we logged a 3rd call on 7th July. The technician Mr Ashfaq came and said that there is no issue and this is how the freezer works.
          Every alternate week either the freezer would nor cool or the refrigerator would not.
          Again the complaint was made on 10th august and i spoke to both the dealer and Praful. I told him the issue has been prevalant and we had not spen such a big amount to get harassed every week.. We have other things in life to do.
          Mr Barkat who visited us 2 months back came again and said that there was some thermocol stuck in the packing of the fridge. He took 5-6 vessels of hot boiling water and passed thru the back side. there was ice pieces that came out and he said that post 9 hours the fridge would be working again. However one again as usual the same issue is there. the fridge is cooling but the freezer is cooling too much and there is ice forming on the utensils.
          Just to inform you that this is harassment that i am going through. I am fed up of making 10-15 calls every week and begging and pleading people to help solve the issue.
          I need a replacement of the piece else a refund of the money.

            My LG intello wash front loading washing machine, Model No. WD-1055F, 7.0 Kg capacity, is giving problem for three months. I am running from pillar to post for its repair but in vain. My repeated complaints have fallen on deaf ears. Every time on my complaint, I receive a mail that my request has been forwarded to concerned office. Nothing happens there after. Is this the way LG provides after sales services to its esteemed customers?

            Probable defects are as under:-

            1. Shockers at bottom need replacement which cause excessive vibrations during rinsing.
            2. Foreign material has choked drain & which needs to be cleared. Drain pump is OK.

WORKED FOR ABOUT FIVE MINUTES AND STOPPED.TAKEN BACK TO THE CENTRE FOR REPAIRS SAME DAY (10/8/2010) PRESENT CUSTOMER ID C [protected]. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PRODUCT AS ONE CANNOT AFFORD TO INVEST SUCH A HUGE SUM OF MONEY AND THEY NOT GET THE SATISFACTION.                 I have a 17" colour Flatron ( E700SH) computer monitor which has been stop working with no display from first week of July 2010. so I called up and register my complain to service call center.Then a serviceman came and he said two parts are required and he will come next day but didn't. I asked him about warranty on spear parts and he said that there is 3 months of warranty on "spear parts ". After that I had register my complain again and again for 3 times, the serviceman called me and says to come but he didn't. After that I collect the phone no of Barasat/Barrackpur service station and called up for help, then on 28th of July 2010 he came and replaced two parts and monitor seems to be working and he said that " work is done, your monitor is ready" but I have discovered that there was still some problem with display. Then he said that he have to take that monitor circuit board to service station and after 2 days he will bring it back but it took 7 days. On 5th of August he came and I had to pay a amount of Rs. 718. But the problem is still there as it was and he said that it’s only because my monitor’s parts are now out of manufacturing, so why it’s took 7 days to revealed ? Beside that he said warranty is only on service not on spear parts, he denied and it just my hearing problem. But I have came to LG only for genuine parts and this makes me so disappointed.
                The story of my misery is not going to end here. On the next day of final repairing (6th of August ) my monitor had a new problem. The problem is that when I boot my computer my monitor goes black & white and the problem lasts for at least one hour then its turns into color. I again register my complain to service call center.Then that serviceman phone me at 5.45 on next day and told me that he not used to work after 6 p.m. so he will come next day. But the next day was Sunday, after I mentioned that he said that he will come on Sunday. But the days gone and my monitor’s problems are increasing but there is no one to recover. I now come to belief that LG is going to loose it’s goodwill day by day in this competitive market for only it’s kind of dumb and ridiculously irresponsible staffs.
                I want to draw attention of higher authority of LG customer care to solve my problem and take necessary steps towards true “CUSTOMER CARE ”.

                    To LG Disservice India,

                    My Refrigerator has been out of order since 06 Aug 2010, the service engineer who visited my residence on 07 Aug 2010 found that the compressor (under warranty) has gone faulty and need to be replaced.

                    But till date, all I get to hear is that the part has been demanded, is not available and whenever it comes, it'll be replaced.

                    This is the most pathetic experience I've ever had and LG people should be ashamed of themselves by giving this kind of disservice.

                    I shall communicate the same to all my friends & relatives never to buy LG Products ever again since all LG People are cheats and harass the customers and provide no support.

                    LG India — Ashamed of buying LG Refrigerator

                    I had purchased a Refrigrator double door, model no GL 304VMG4 from VK distributors it had stopped working within 2 days of purchase and had registered a compliant, engineer was sent, it was repaired and again within 4 hrs it stopped working, then again after reregistring the compliant it was picked from home and again repaired but inspite it again stopped working, now it is lying idle and it has no use except for use as almira, It is just 19 days since i purchased the product.We are having a difficult time in summers, but really frustrated

                    We want a replacement of product of money back immediatiely

                    i am ashamed o[censored]sing the LG product this time while i have been a
                    long user of the product
                    I had a similar experiance. LG is a big cheater. There products are very bad. I purchased LG refrigerator. There is problem in refrigerator door of freezer. The quality is so bad that it can not withstand drinking water bottle load and selves came out from door.

                    If you are adventorous, use LG products.

                    If you buy LG products, It will always be in your mind.

                      About 5 months ago, the fridge (purchased 24.10.2007) stopped cooling... I called you and had a technician sent from Anantapur... he said that there is a need to fill up gas and came after few days to do so... I was charged 1200 rupees(!!!) for this... a week ago, again, same problem occurred... I called you again (request i.d C[protected]), and same technician called me, came here again... he said that, again, there is a need to fill up gas... and again arrived here with another man to do so (they said the problem was actually too much oil in the compressor ?!)... again I was charged 1200 rupees (!!!)... that was yesterday... well the fridge worked fine for several hours...

                      There were very strange sounds coming from the fridge since that last treatment... I thought it was due to it being just re-filled with gas and re-activated... well... early morning I heard a STRONG SOUND coming from the fridge... and for about 2 hours it seemed that all the gass went out, and there was also a strong smell of gas in the house... that I checked and the fridge again... stopped cooling...

                      I called that technician again... the problem is that his English is very poor and I it is very hard to communicate... I told him all the gas went out... he told me I should bring the fridge to the service center in Anantapur (2 hours from here). Now... I don't have a car...

                      My questions are: Why so many problems to a fridge quite new ?

                      Why so expensive ? (and also he could not give me a receipt last time, saying "he forgot" to bring it) ?

                      I wish there was someone more professional to check it out... maybe someone from Bangalore can come ?!

                      and if needed to take to the service center, who should pay for taxi, there and back ?

                      I have wasted so much money and time for this fridge already...

                      I feel the prices are way to high and the service is poor and unprofessional...

                      Also, I must say - I was not born in India... and I feel I am looked at as a "foreigner"... which gives way for greedy minds to take advantage and make the costs too high...


                      Please call me or answer my complain as soon as possible...

THEN , AFTER 20 DAYS THE PROBLEM IS REPEAT SAME. SECOND TIME I WILL REPAIR THE MOBILE ON[protected] THEN AFTER 30 DAYS SAME PROBLEM. EVERY 20 TO 30 DAYS THIS PROBLEM IS REPEATING .

                          My Complaint : Touch Pad not working while reply to messages or searching any contact-continuously gets stuck/ hanged after one month of purchasing.

                          After lodging a complaint on mail id regarding my new LG mobile KS660 to the customer care. One of your executives called me named Mr. Prasad having a mobile no. [protected] saying that the issue will be rectified after visiting LG service centre. I agreed to his point and went to LG service centre, Thane on 20/7/2010 after 2 weeks of the mentioned complaint as I was quite busy in my schedule. Prasad told me that the service centre will install the new software after which all the issue will be resolved.

                          After having a service done with reference to Job No. R[protected] for the mentioned complaint, my mobile was working fine for only one day. Once again the same problem arises along with some new problems – now the whole screen gets hanged, either cant reply nor cant view the message as it gets stuck continuously, in some messages if I open the message the mobile gets automatically restart.

                          I want to know why the company is having such a faulty piece and sell them to the customer. The company should focus on electronics items like TV, AC, etc except mobile because lg mobile is worst than china mobile. So just stop manufacturing mobile and focus on other electronics item.

                          I just want the money back Rs. 9500/- as a refund as I am not at all interested in this mobile.

                          Hope some senior managers will reply to these mail or else get back to me on my cell as soon as possible rather than some executives.

                            This has ref to the complaint mentioned above. I am a loyal customer of LG and I have all equipments ( TV, Fridge, DVD player, hometheatre system of LG ). I had a problem with LCD TV within the one year Guarantee period. The complaint was lodged on 12 July 2010. The response od your service engr was very poor. Your service engineer attended and mentioned that the panel is faulty and needs to be changed. We followed up for almost 10 days and then the panel was replaced. The TV still did not function after a few hours the service engineer left. The screen went blank.... with a lot of follow up the service engineer ( Mr. Brijesh ) kept promising me every day that he would visit the next day....the next day never came. Finally , service engineer visited on 31/7/2010 to inform us that the mother board is faulty.
                            Customer complaint no C[protected] dt 12 July 2010 for LCD TV ( with in the guarantee period ) has not yielded results even after 2 visits of service engr and the TV remains stopped till date.
                            The TV is in non working condition from 12th July 2010. Out of the 3 main components ( power supply, panel and mother board ) 2 components have already failed.

                            Brand LG promises "Life's good " for customers by assured maintenance service. This has not been my experience till date and I urge LG to raise to the Brand promise printed on the catalogs.

                            As a loyal customer I demand that the TV be replaced with a new one to give me trouble free performance.

                            We would appreciate a response in return.

                            LG — Substandard performance of LCD TV

                            Without taking much of your time; wish to highlight lack of initiative on LG Customer Service. We normally purchase all consumer durable goods from LG stable. The reason is the service received by us in past. But this time around no representative visited for demonstration and now we had a very disappointing feedback from LG customer service team.

                            We bought a LCD TV 2-3 months back from Vijay Sales, Mumbai. As my father was admitted to hospital we could start using the set only by December 2008 monthend. We noticed a crack in the sound. We tried few adjustment options like, Cinema, Music, Sports etc.., we tried adjusting Bass, treble etc.. but when nothing worked we decided to call LG representative. Your representative agreed to the fact the LCD was hardly used and there is manufacturing defect and they would replace the speakers. As I was skeptical about the quality of the product I asked if he could replace the LCD, he replied, if any other fault occurs in next few months they would replace the piece. I wanted them to give this writing for which they disagreed.

                            Now whether you want us to use the repaired piece (which is just 2-3 months old) and regret taking LG LCD or you would want to provide us with a customer delight experience.

                            I have following up with LG customer service for quite some time now without any resolution from their side. Kindly let me know if you could assist in getting this resolved.
                            LG customer care and service center one peace of *********, i bought a new TV form CROMA next to Forum mall with in a month there is a line on the screen and called the customer care logged a case its been 3 weeks no one called or came to see the TV from LG service center. This is the standard of LG company ( LG stands for Local Group)

                              I had bought a LG Window 1.0Ton A/C in the year 2007. From the date of purchase till date, whenever service call is booked under warrenty period, their response is poor. And now, I had faced the biggest problem after expiry of warrenty period.

                              The spare parts used in LG are chinese / korean make, hence we can't expect the quality after 2-3yrs. My digital display unit in have some problem, I had raised a request to LG service, a service engineer came & confirmed that the display unit need to be replaced and spare need to be acquired from the LG main branch. Without any notice, they closed the request stating that "customer to revert". Again, I called the LG service to reopen that request but they raised new request stating that they can't reopen old request. Again the local service agency never came for inspecting the unit or providing the status of the request, but they closed without any notice. I again called up the LG service, but their response is irrresponsible, they say that I need to track with the local LG service agency for the status. So, I again called Mr. Purusothaman (Vision enterprises - Chennai LG Service) for the status, he just give false promises to provide within a day and I track him for one week for the status.

                              I request that these fraud service agencies spoil the name of the brand and also the service call (telecalling) executives are irresponsible to answer to customer questions.

                              I brought all LG products for my home and now I face the problem of service and spares. I suggest every customer in this country to buy Indian brands, instead of foreign brands like LG.

                              LG India — Poor after sales Service

                              I have purchased LG Automatic washing machine model LG WF T7516LS on[protected] from kings electonics New Panvel & with in 6 months it started giving high vibration in drying mode i made no of calls to service centre but no competent technician send by company to fix the problem.

                              The service is Hell .
                              I bought new dual door refrigrator and for few months its not working properly, I have complained about this to the retailer he didnot turn to provide service to us and some how I bought the adress of the LG company service center and even I complained about the repair there also they are not coming to my home and repairing the Refrigerator.

                              I have so many LG goods in my home NOW I DONOT WANT TO USE LG WHICH IS SO BAD IN SERVICE, I PLAN TO SWITCH TO OTHER BRANDS IMMEDITELY AND I WANT TO SELL OR PUT TO SCRAP ALL MY LG GOODS IN MY HOME.

                              PLEASE DONOT DEPEND ON LG SERVICE TO ALL CONSUMERS OF INDIA

                              LG customer service is WORST .We have registered for a complaint as our TV is not working . In Last one month our TV got repaired 3 times (which was just bought one year back), and finally the last technician who came told us that some part needs to be changed which he will get in 1 - 2 days. Now it is almost 15 days that he has not turned. We have been continuously following up with the Call centre team and The service Centre team of Mumbai and everytime they will say the same thing as the technician will come today. But till date he has not arrived .

                              Decided that going forward we will never buy an LG product

                                Inspite of repeated requests, my complain No. C[protected] dt. 16 Jul 2010 for my LG LCD TV model 26LG30R is not yet attended by the company service centre. TV is just 2 yrs old but its display penel has developed defect which is not being attended.                                 I am a customer from Mangalore, Karnataka state, India. My Television is not getting switch on since19/02/2011. I called your customer care No.[protected] on21/02/2011 at 12:00 hrs.They told within 2 hours their technical staff will call and fix appoint ment for repair & within 24 Hours TV will be repaired. They have given No: RNA[protected] for complaint. Upto evening 18:00 no body contacted me for appointment. So I called at 18:00 same No. nobody was responding to the call. Then again I called the No. on 22/02/2011 at 11:00 hrs. they told will remind to technical staff, and will be attended today.Since today 23/02/2011 no response from your end. No body even contacted till today.
                                I never expected this kind of product support from your end. To get reapir TV I have to leave my all work and fall behind you. This is your service in heart of the city in corporation town!
                                So kindly do the needful at the earliest .

                                  I have purchased window AC on 4th of July 10 from Uttam Sales, Bistupur, Jamshedpur, Purbi Singhbhum. The m/c was not installed properly. There is all around gap from the frame. The lower portion is not resting on the channel. The vibration is such that my window glass has cracked. Inspit of complaining several times to Uttam Sales / LG local dealer, the problem has not been attended. I have lodged a complainton LG website also. The complaint no was '[protected]' butnoaction has been taken till date. I am not able to use the AC because of this problem.

                                    This is regarding the complaint no: c[protected] which was registered on 09-July-10 regarding my LG Window AC 1.5.

                                    The person approached on 10-july-10 and confirmed that there is some problem with the compressor in the AC. After that no one turned up and we were chasing the engineer and calling him to confirm the time for pickup of AC. After 2 days two Auto rickshaw persons came and take the AC along with them but they had not given anything in written that they are taking the thing with them. When I asked for the same, he said we don’t give anything in written.

                                    Finally on 15th July 10 after a long chase again 2 auto rickshaw persons came and installed the AC telling that the compressor of AC has changed and even after warranty charged around Rs1800/- without telling me earlier.

                                    Since that day the AC is making a very loud and vibrating noise, the noise is so terrible at times that no one can sit in that room when AC is on. I complained about this with the same complaint no. to LG customer care and even to the service centre of Faridabad, but no one seems to be bothered about this.

                                    Even the water discharge from the AC is not from the given location it is leaking from the whole base, now the swing is also not working.

                                    Please help, as we are having no hope from these LG people.

                                    It was resolved with proper solution . The company persons visited and check the problem, again and replaced the parts required. Thanks a ton.

                                    L.G. WINDOW A.C — After sevicing many problem arising Stared sounding much

                                    I sent my 1.5 ton window Ac to Sakchi, Jamshedpur service centre on[protected].After servicing & gas filling in compressor they retured back on[protected] with bill of Rs-1400/= +Rs-250 transportation charge. Since the we use AC it stops working after five hours conteneour operation. compressor and blower stops working.
                                    Scondly blower starts cracking sound & compressors sound increased enormously.
                                    Please arrange to make it smooth & make operation conteneously & smoothly.

                                      *THE SERVICE PERSON REACTED AFTER 48 HRS AND HONOURED ME WITH HIS VISIT ON MONDAY26TH JULY 2010.

                                      *AFTER A CHECKOUT HIS VERDICT WAS THAT THE PCB IS BLOWN OUT AND WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED AT THE COST OF RS.1060 PLUS RS.440/- AS VISITING CHARGES;AS I HAD BOUGHT THE UNIT ON 30TH MAY 2009.....JUST TWO MONTHS ABOVE THE WARRANTY PERIOD.....I PROMPTLY AGREED TO THE CHARGES AND REQUESTED FOR A SPEEDY RECTIFICATION.DUE TO THE GREAT INCONVINIENCE........ SEEING THE WEATHER AND STORAGE PROBLEM OF PERISHABLE PRODUCTS

                                      *IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT AS THEY DO NOT HAVE TEH PCB IN STOCK [AT LUCKNOW ...A COMPANIES SERVICE CENTRE SAYING SO IS MOST SURPRISING;WE TALKING ABOUT A B-METRO] NOT SOME LOCATION IN AREMOTE VILLAGE] THEY SHALL BE PROCURING THE SAME FROM NOIDA AND EITHER BY TUESDAY EVENING [27TH] OR LATEST WEDNESDAY MORNING [28TH] THE ISSUE SHALL BE RESOLVED.

                                      *TILL 1800HRS WEDNESDAY THERE WAS NO FEEDBACK OR ANY VISIT FROM YOUR LOCAL OFFICE OR SERVICE CENTRE.

                                      *I THEN TOOK UP TEH MATTER WITH MR ASHISH [INTRODEUCED AS CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER].....AFTER HOW MUCH TIME OR ARGUMENTS I COULD GET IN TOUCH WITH HIM IS A ISSUE ,I WISH NOT TO BOTHER YOU....BUT SURELY IN SUCH TIME AND LINE HOLDS I COULD HAVE MANAGED AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE PM.


                                      *MR ASHISH CONFIRMED TOOK ME ON CONFERENCE WITH THE SERVICE PERSON [SOME MR VIRENDRA] AT LUCKNOW;TEH ATTITUDE I WISH TO HIGHLIGHT.......AFTER 96 HRS NO REVERT FROM LG AND AFTER SO MUCH TROUBLE THE SERVICE PERSON AT LUCKNOW SAYS THAT THEY HAVE LOCATED THE PCB AT LUCKNOW BRANCH AND HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK FOR 48HRS MORE TO PROCURE THE PCB FROM HIS BRANCH AND REACH IT TO MY RESIDENCE;THE TOTAL DISTANCE EVEN IT WAS PICKED UP FROM HIS BR. OFICE TO MY RESIDENCE WAS NOT MORE THAN 12 KMS AND HE ASKED FOR 48 HRS!!!!!!!

                                      *AFTER MUCH DISCUSSIONS .......MORE THAN 96 HRS HAVE PASSED FROM TEH INITIAL ASSURANCE OF 24 HRS]......AND THE INTERVENTION OF MR.ASHISH....IT WAS AGREED THAT THEY WOULD ENSURE NEXT DAY A SOLUTION / RECTIFICATION........HOW WAS 48 HRS REDUCED TO LESS THAN 15 HRS IS WHAT YOU HAVE TO SEE.......AND SECONDLY IF THE PART WAS IN LUCKNOW WHY DID THEY HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY CALL ON WEDNESDAY TO ACTION TEH COMPLAINT.

                                      *ON THURSDAY [29TH JULY]....THE SERVICE ENGINEER MR.SANTOSH SINGH FINALLY ARRIVES WITH TEH NEW PCB.......HE PROMPTLY REPLACES THE OLD ONE AND SWITCHES ON TEH REFRIGERATOR........POOFFFFF.........TEH PROBLEM STILL EXISTS !!!!! AFTER THAT TEH COMPLETE REFRIGERATOR WAS DISSECTED......ALL CONNECTORS DISCONNECTED AND SO ON.........TEH PROBLEM .........AS IT WAS........LASTLY AFTER 3 HOURS AND VARIOUS TRIALS AND ERRORS HE DEDUCED THAT WHEN HE WAS CONNECTING THE BIG CONNECTOR THE MCB WAS DROPPING............CONCLUDING THAT THERE WAS A IN SIDE SHORTING...HE CLOSED HIS BAGS A WITH THE ASSURANCE THAT NEXT DAY MORNING HE WOULD COME AGAIN .. WHY I DO NOT KNOW????

                                      * NEXT DAY [30TH JULY] AFTER REPEATED CALLS AND REQUESTS A NEW TEAM COMPRISING OF ONE MR.GUPTA AND ANOTHETR PERSON LANDED AT 1600HRS [6 HRS BEYOND SCHEDULE......WHY IS TEH ASSURANCE OF 24HRS IS GIVEN IN TEH FIRST PLACE I AM SIMPLY AT A LOSS TO UNDERSTAND].............ANOTHER 2 - 2.30 HRS REPEATING TEH SAME PROCESS WHAT WAS DONE PREVIOUS DAY..........WASTING MY TIME AND THEIRS........STILL NO SOLUTION;

                                      *AGAIN I TAKE THE HELP OF MR ASHISH.......ASKING HIM TO GET ME TO A PERSON WHO CAN ASSURE ME OF A RECTIFCATION OR REPLACEMENT...[TILL NOW I HAD ALWAYS PRESUMED LG AS ARESPONSIBLE AND PRODUCT WORTHY COMPANY.........BUT IF SUCH EXPENSIVE GADGET GETS SCREWED UP IN A YEARS TIME.......AND IS STANDING AS A JUNK PIECE FOR TEH LAST 8 DAYS.......IT DOES GIVE ME SECOND THOUGHTS]....BUT HE COULD NOT PROVIDE SO [SURPRISINGLY]......BUT I DID RECEIVE A CALL AT 1930 HRS FROM MR.GUPTA OF LUCKNOW OFFICE THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO TAKE THE UNIT TO THEIR OFFICE...........IT SEEMS THAY HAVE SOME SPECIAL ELECTRIC POINTS WHCH WE DID NOT HAVE AT HOME OR YOUR SERVICE PEOPLE COULD NOT POINT OUT DESPITE 2 VISITS AND 7 HOURS OF WORKING???????OR LG OFFICE HAS A SPECIAL SUPPLY UNIT....ALL VERIOUS POINTS ON WHICH TEH TRIAL AND ERRORS WERE DONE AT MY RESIDENCE SEEM OBSOLETE IF TEH PROCESS CAN ONLY BE DONE AT THE LG OFFICE.
                                      I MADE A REQUEST TO TEH GENTLEMAN ON LINE THAT I NEED A CONFIRMED SOLUTION....EITHER RECTIFICATION OR REPLACEMENT BY TODAY EVENING AS I HAVE CROSSED ALL LIMITS OF PATIENCE.......

                                      *TODAY 31ST......1240HRS.........I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOME ONE FROM LG TO GET INTO ACTION !!!!!!!!!

                                      I JUST WISH TO SAY I AM SIMPLY AT MY WITS END ......NOW ......AND MY PATIENCE HAS WORN THIN [IN FACT ITS ON BREAKING POINT]..........I HAVE BEEN AN ARDENT LOYALIST OF LG TILL NOW AND AM USING ITS AC'S , MOBILE ........MICRO.........NOT ONLY THAT..... I HAVE RECCOMEMDED TO ALL I MEET FOR A LG PRODUCT .......HAVING ACQUAINTANCES AT VERY SENIOR POSITION IN TEH UP GOVT. ANY AC REQUIREMENT I RECCOMENDED LG AND ALSO DID PROCURE QUITE A FEW ACS FROM VARIOUS DEALERS........BUT NOW HAVING SPENT NAERLY 40000/- FOR A FRIDGE [LAST YEAR] I WAS SHORTLY GOING IN FOR TEH 42 INCHES PLASMA ALONGWITH TEH BLUE RAY HOME THEATRE.......I AM NOW HAVING SECOND THOUGHTS........BECAUSE I HAVE A PIECE OF JUNK WITH NO RESPONSIBLE COMMUNICATION FOR THE LAST EIGHT DAYS FROM A COMPANY WHO SWEETLY JINGLES "LIFE'S GOOD"

                                        I have made a compliant with LG customer care regarding the picture quality problem in my LCD TV. My filled compliant no. C[protected]. The compliant is made on 29th July 2010 at 9:30 a.m. they told me the problem will be resolved in 24 hours. But is has already 48 hours passed, but nobody in LG listening to me. I have called up customer care almost 10 times but they are giving me round answers. I request your forum to raise this issue with the appropriate authorities.
