I Maj Manpreet Singh had applied to buy 320 lit refrigerator from Canteen Stores Department at Banglore on 23 Jun 2010.All documents and payments pertaining to the purchase were submitted to the company representative on 23 Jun 2010 .I was assured the delivery of the refrigerator within 2 days. Till date 3 July2010 no intimation and communication of any sort has been done by the dealer/godown/LG company to me. This being the first LG product with me I should say the association with LG has begun on a sour note.It is requested to expidite the delivery of the refrigerator as it is causing me lot of hardships.My contact no is [protected]
I Sunita Grover had applied to buy 320 approx lit refrigerator from the LG Branch Head Office at Ahmedabad on 09 Nov 2010.All documents and payments pertaining to the purchase were submitted to the company representative on 10 Nov 2010 .I was assured the delivery of the refrigerator within next days. Till date 11Nov 2010 no intimation and communication of any sort has been done by the LG company to me. This being not the first LG product with me I should say the association with LG has begun on a sour note.It is requested to expedite the delivery of the refrigerator as it is causing me lot of hardships.Finally after this incident the delivery person is asking me to collect the refrigerator from my society gate as they dont have the man power in the office..My contact no is [protected]

    Sir, the AC make LG is purchased on 4th april.2010, and it statrs showing problem from starting. we have complaint in the company vide complaint ID C-[protected] and the dealer is also informed about it when we have asked about the replacement of that good, then he denied clearly for repair and replacement of the Air conditioner.

      I purchased Lg air conditioner from amudham agencies, tambaram in the month of september,2009(bill no:4911)........at the time of purchasing , the lg suppliers said that they will provide three free services within one year from the date of purchasing.................after that they did'nt bothered about that........then we made a call to them.....after few days, he visited our house and he removed only the dust from the filter .......at that time ,the indoor unit was not rotating properly and it has created a noise.........we made that complaint to the service man at the time of his visiting, but he has bothered about that...........till now that complaint was not taken into account..............

      our whole family is totally disappointed by purchasing the lg air conditioner

        LG KG195 — GPRS Connection

        I am using LG Kg 195 mobile since last year (Jan 2008) I was getting internet/gprs using airtel connection but now from last 3 month i am not getting the same. when i approached to airtel customer care the send me fresh setting but of no use. airtel customer care advised to contact LG service centre for any problem in my phone, they also said to use gprs with some other phone . I was able to connect gprs using NOKIA sets. when i told to service center they replaced my mobiles mother board .but it was also of no use . they also told that many other lg customers are also getting same problem while connecting to gprs having airtel connection, they can not do any thing other than changing the mother board and now they refused to provide any more service saying that it must be problem with airtel.
        When i have personally used gprs in NOKIA set why LG is denying that it is not there fault. I hope concerned LG authority will look into this matter.

          COMPLAINT NO C [protected]

          Following facts are intimated:-
          1. 03 Jun 10.
          a. 2 Ton Split ac purchased from a dealer in delhi cantt.
          b. Ac has leakage problem in the unit( discovered when unpacked)
          2. 04 Jun 10.
          a. Dealer offers to return the money as he cant find a replacement. Offers us a more expensive model to buy.
          b. We decline the cash back as we have faith in LG, we pay, though it was beyond our budget.
          3. 6/7 Jun 10
          a. ac installed.
          4. 10 Jun 10.(night)
          a. ac internal unit is flooded with water and down pour starts.
          5. 11 Jun 10.
          a. complaint lodged No C[protected]
          6. 12 Jun 10
          a. Service Centre confirm that it is a manufacturing defect. Unit to be replaced. Time given 04 working days. Photocopy of bill taken by them.

          6. 17 / 18 Jun10.
          a. LG cannot find replacement for our ' Intel Eye".
          b. Gives us an option of 6BW or 6AW. we settle for 6BW.
          7. 21 Jun 10.
          a. Finally LG finds us a 6BW for replacement.
          b. Ask us to Pay Rs 3,500/- more for this change.
          c. we decline and ask for refund including the money we spent on installation charges.
          8. 24 Jun 10.
          a. Complaint again lodged with the Services.
          b. Nobody approached for refund.

          DESPITE WE BEING CONSUMERS AND SO CALLED ESTEEMED CUSTOMERS WE HAD TO CHASE LG REPS FOR FEEDBACK & RECTIFICATION, WHEREAS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN OTHER WAY ROUND.

          Comments.
          9. we have faith in LG even after the two initial setbacks.
          10. a wait for replacement commenced from 12 Jun and still awaiting.
          11. We have been without the comfort of the said AC for the past 02 weeks plus.
          12 our budget was X amount, still we opted to pay Y amount for another LG model. Now LG reps want us to pay Z amount. This is unfair.
          13. Above developments tantamount to :-
          a. Betrayal of our faith & confidence in LG.
          b. We have already gone much beyond our said budget for LG product ( as we kept on stretching)
          c. Deficiency of services on every count.
          12. OPTIONS Available.
          a. Approach consumer court.
          b. Intimate other unsuspecting buyers of the hassles i have faced & they may face the same fate; including putting up with indifferent attitude of the LG reps concerned.

          Hence, PLEASE rectify now.

          LG 2 ton split AC — Pathetic,lousy service rendered by LG to customer

          Hi,
          I bought a LG 2 ton split AC from ezone in chinchwad on 22/04/08 which was installed on the same day. I had many options to choose from but the sales person from ezone advised that i should buy LG because it had the best after sales service.
          On the second day itself the AC started giving problems as it was not cooling properly so i went to ezone and complained to the sales guy who said that he has spoken to the LG service guys and they will service my complaint on the next day.
          I waited like a fool till 12/05/08 for the LG guys to come but since they did not come i called the customer service number to enquire and file another complaint.
          I could not believe when the customer care exec informed me that my house was locked when the service guys came. i tried explaining that my house in never locked as their is somebody at my house 24/7 . Anyways i renewed the complaint on 12th may and today is 15th may but nobody from LG has complained or called.
          I have made numerous calls to LG call center and i even called a person called Atul Kachreikar whose number was given by the call center who represents LG service but it was futile.
          It is disgusting the way these guys treat customers who spend hard earned money to buy their products.
          It is such a shame that they have not even replied to my mail to LG service.

          I request every body to think twice before buying a LG products.

          no single free service is provided till after so many complaints.
          and now service dealer is asking charges for pcb replacement whose wire is cut by rats?
          is it right????
          what is the benefit of 1st year warranty+3 years amc????

          LG Split Airconditioner 2 Ton — No installation

          I purchased an LG 2 Ton Split airconditioner on May 1, 2011. I recieved a call from the engineer the next day to fix a time for installation. Later that same, day I got another call saying it was not possible to install the AC on the pre-decided day and time. The next day, the engineers came AFTER cancelling the time, due to which I was not at home. I fixed another time and day TWICE since then, but no engineer has shown up after guaranteeing that they will be there on the day and time, and has not called to inform either.

          I have been calling the number of the service centre (+[protected] to lodge a complaint against the engineers and also to fix another time, I have been told that they will not write down a complaint and will get back to me only after they get through to their engineer.

          The lack of service is completely unexpected from LG. When the company outsources its services, it must ensure that the standards are maintained.

          Please get back to me regarding this complaint. As of today (May 7) the AC is still not installed. My installation request ID is RNA[protected].

            I bought a LG refrigerator the model of which is LG REF GL-528YTX4 on[protected] at a cost of Rs. 42200/- from Shalimar Marketing (Invoice No. 322), Jalandhar with high hopes. On[protected] I lodged a complaint with the customer service regarding the non-cooling of the ref. section and the complaint number wasC[protected]. The very next day the service engineer came and he replaced the fan unit meant for circulation of cool air. Even after that the problem persisted and after the telephonic talk with the engineer the refrigerator was given a water bath on 16-06-10, and the reason given for the same was that the duct was choked with ice. After that the cooling was satisfactory. Again the same problem has surfaced today[protected] and a complaint has been lodged.

            This repeated occurence of the same problem within a fortnight is very annoying and asks for a permanent solution at the earliest. In case the problem is bound to occur time and again, the product may be replaced.

            LG Refigrator (model no 528YTX4) — Non working refigrator

            This refigrator is defective & ceased to work on the very first day of its installtion. Is this what the company is offering under its premium range. We contacted the dealer Navrang( D-10, Laxmi Nagar) on the very said day we bought the refigrator 29.6.08 & we were advised to contact LG Customer care. We did so & were assigned Request Id No:- N8C63001539. LG Technician came on 30.6.08 ( Mr. Daulat Singh) & inspected the product & told us that the product has manufacturing defect & it would take around one week for the compauny to replace the product. All this is causing us a lot of inconvinience & we have lost our faith in LG Brand. The company should test its product before seliing. We are feeling cheated & deeply hurt. I would request the authorites to look into the matter & replace the existing product as soon as possible. ( everybody knows the inportance of a refigrator in our day to day life).

              Sir,

              I had registered a complaint with LG Service centre,(Sincere) at ernakulam about my washing machine on monday 28.6.10. At that time i was informed by service centre team that, the complaint will be solved with in 24 hour. I also made several calls in this regard. Sorry to say, nobody has attened my call, also it was a pathetic response from there.I was surprised to see such type of bad service from LG Company..

                The following is the text of the mail sent to corporate office of LG Electronics post which no response has been received

                Dear Sir,

                Unfortunately I recently bought an LG product – A refirigerator model no: GL-478YTX4 on 8th Dec 2009.

                Since the very day of installation there has been some problem or the other.

                Just few complaint nos for you reference:

                1. C[protected] DT 9TH MARCH 2010.

                2. *C[protected] DT 6TH APRIL 2010.

                3. C[protected] dt 12TH April 2010.

                4. N8CC2908880

                5. C[protected]

                6. C[protected] (NEVER RESOLVED)

                7. C[protected] Dt 23-06-10 .No one called us till date or even attended. And we have reminded daily. and now the service centre has dropped the service request without even attending.

                CONSTANT & CONTINUING COMPLAINT:

                1. FREEZER DOOR OPEN up even if the lower door is closed gently. Inspite of having changed the magnetic beeding. THE PRODUCT SEEMS TO BE UNSUITABLE FOR INDIAN TROPICAL CONDITIONS.

                2. REFIGERATOR and freezer not cooling and in the last 3 days due to your service delay , all the food in the refrigerator are spoiled. We are drinking normal water, my baby is sick due some foul smell in all food stuff.

                *Surprisingly few complaints has been dismissed without our consent and even contacting us.

                NOW I HAVE ON RESORT BUT TO BUY ANOTHER REFRIGERATOR of a better brand if this is not resorted within 24hrs.

                Most spurious is your call centre, wherein your staff mentions the problems in their own unique way misleading your service guy, who will have no idea what is the problem. And if sometimes he comes to attend the complaint he will first ask you empty the entire refrigerator, and would say that a certain part is required which he will bring the next day. Then after few days another service man would come without any knowledge and would repeat the same thing.



                Moreover your technical staff rarely has the knowledge about their product. Few of them were of the opinion that an electronic chip is missing but after a month of harassment it was found out that this model does not require that chip.



                Regarding C[protected] dt 12TH April 2010. I was promised that somebody senior would call me and try to resolve the issue. But nobody ever called.



                I have conveyed my plight to everyone at the call centre, and even your manager Mr. Ajitesh Kumar in Gurgaon.



                Now, it is not only the problem of service, but I sincerely feel that it’s a question on the design of the model. LG management needs to review this model closely and check for these serious faults.



                I have no more patience to make more complaints at your call centre. Hence demands a change of the model and if that is not possible, please provide me the address of your MD and I will courier this refrigerator at his place for free. I don’t need any refund.



                I will definitely send my reviews on the various internet sites about this model, and thinking of marking the mail to the entire industry including your competitors, dealers,stores like walmart, spencers Next, etc.

TWA1241RAEI REPAIRED/SERVICED ON 23RD APRIL 2010 FROM YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE - UNIQUE INTERNATIONAL, F-633, SECTOR 7, DWARKA (NEAR RAMPHAL CHOWK) NEW DELHI - 110045 AGAINST THE CASH PAYMENT OF RS. 1,611/ VIDE INVOICE NO. 1197 THROUGH YOUR TOLL FREE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT NO.

                  BUT I AM SORRY TO STATE THAT TILL DATE MY A/C IS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY (NO COOLING) INSPITE OF REPEATED 4-5 VISITS OF YOUR SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. (EVERY TIME YOUR REPRESENTATIVE GIVES SOME DIFFERENT REASON FOR NON-FUNCTIONING OF THE AC)

                  AGAIN TODAY YOUR REPRESENTATIVE HAS COME AND SAYS THAT I HAVE TO SPEND ANOTHER RS 3,000-4,000/- AND THE AC WILL GO BACK TO THE WORKSHOP ETC.

                  I AM TOTALLY CONFUSED NOW AS TO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM IN THE AC.

                  PLEASE IMMEDIATELY SET IT RIGHT OR ELSE I WILL CONTACT CONSUMER FORUM.

                    I purchased a LG DVDwriter from Saboo Computers, Nagerbazar, Kolkata on 27.2.2010. The product code is:PATA LG DVD WRITER SN 910HUSQ326214. I found that the writer was bad in my home, it could not read or write anything. I informed this to Saboo, but they did not change it. They also behaved very rudely with me, as if I have made mistake by purchasing it from them. They tested it and also found bad. Then they took it for repairment. After 15 days, they returned me the writer. But again I found that no repairment was done on that. So I have to take it to them again. Again after 15 days, they returned me a new dvd writer of LG instead of older one. But still it was not working. The peculiar thing is that the Saboocomputer people never check any thing which they are supplying. Saboo again took that from me, after repairment I got back to this on last week. But unfortunately again, the writer is bad. It can read or write DVD, no CD can be read or write with that. Each time I went to Saboo, they behaved very rudely and badly. They think that only to supply and getting the cash is their work. Servicing is not their work. That is very pathetic. So one advice to all people, PLEASE DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SABOOCOMPUTERS, KOLKATA. OTHERWISE YOU HAVE TO SUFFER LIKE ME.

                    i myself have got many computer hardware from there, but have not experienced any such kind of behaviour, have you checked with ur computer, coz it cannot happen that both the dvd writers were faulty...n if it is faulty u should go to the service centre of LG and not to saboo computers.
                    The worst computer Supply chain I have ever seen in Kolkata. I purchased my computer from Saboo Computers Private Limited, Ganesh Chandra Avenue, Kolkata with highly configuration: Intel mother board, AOC monitor and other highly expensive electronic products. Within a month my computed has gone out of order. I can not use my PC even now. Saboo did not show their responsibility with their promising words. Try to be aware of Saboo Computer.                       Dear Sir,
                      I had purchased LG KM900 Arena Mobile Handset on 02.05.2010, after 15 days it started to give me trouble with the touch screen not working in some area's, soon the entire Touch Screen stopped to respond. I immediately looked out for the Authorized Service Center within my city on the LG's Web Site http://www.lg.com/in/support/repair/support-repair-provider-lookup.jsp , but to my surprise there was no Authorized Service Center at Amravati city as per the site records, then i called up on the Customer support No.[protected] at this now my call was transferred from one dept. to another & at the end without any solution i had to disconnect the phone after 28+mins. of holding the call & the same got repeated for the next 3 successive calls. Finally i went to the LG's Dealer at Amravati & he told me About the "M/s.Scorpio Services" as the Authorized Service center for LG mobile phone's at Amravati city,all this process took up another 3-4 days.
                      Finally i handed over my Handset to "M/s. Scorpio Services" on 15.06.2010, & its 25.06.2010 & they are not in a position to repair / Replace my Mobile Handset, the answer from there side is "We have not received the Parts, as soon as we receive the parts we will inform you."
                      i had personally visited the Service center more then 5 days in a row, & is calling them almost 3-4 times in a day but to no avail.
                      I had also asked at the Service center to kindly Recommend for a Recommend for a new Mobile Handset as my handset was hardy used for 1 Month.
                      I have attached a Copy of the Receipt issued to me by the Service Center.
                      I request you to kindly look into the matter & follow up.
                      Hoping for a Quality Response from all the involved parties.

                      its me "Mohit Jain" after a long fight for the replacement of Mobile Phone, the company finally replaced it !
                      but to my surprise they provided me a used handset & that too claiming to be a Box-Packed, it was having a lots of scratches all over its body & Touchscreen, even there were Video's, Photographs & Mp3 Songs loaded by its previous owner, when contacted with the Head of LG (Vidharrba-Nagpur Region) was firstly noot believing me that it was a Refurbished handset, , but when told about the Data it had in its memory, he had to accept that they might have replaced with a refurbished handset accidently, all this drama is going on from 15.06.2010 & today is 10.07.2010 i.e. 25Days.
                      Now they are requesting to return the handset at there office so that they can provide me a new one.

                      i therefore personally request all you people not to go for the products of LG.

                      After a lot of follow up, i had personally visited the LG's Office at Nagpur today on 12.07.2010.
                      from there to the LG's Go-down almost 40Kms to & fro from there office by my own car, accompanied by the LG officer on duty.
                      there i handpicked New Box Packed Handset by myself.
                      Now with a New Mobile in my hands i am feeling relaxed.
                      But i still want that the company must be prosecuted for all the delay & the cost they owe to me.

                      LG Mobile KM 900 — Service Issue

                      Hi, I am using LG Mobile phone model no. KM 900 worth rs 19,500. i got my mobile repaired on september 2010 from LG Service center Meerut and it was working fine but suddenly my mobile broken down automatically and when i make it checked from a repair shop then i find that its PCB was get stick by cello tape in fact i paid last time for a new PCB, and now my mobile is out of warranty, so can someone tell me if there is any solution for it....

                      or else no one should get such a costly product of LG. now LG is leting down its customers by doing such a cheap things...

                      I will suggest every one for not to purchase any product of LG..

                        Dear All,

                        This is my forth complaint to you guys for the same issue & this time am really frustrated. One of your enginer came to my residence on 8th june'10 to raplace the Compressor of refrigerator & since then constantly am complaining that freezer is not able to prepare "ICE". From that particular day 3 other enginer's visited my residence for the same thing. But none of them was able to solve it. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                          We have purchased Microwave oven on 13.06.2010 under the birthday celebration scheme of E-zone from Home Town, Banjara HIlls, Hyderabad. In the advertisement, it was given that set of glassware will be given as free gift along with micro wave.

                          They have given starter kit with the oven and the technical person who came for demo told us that we can use those for cooking. But, when we put the same in oven it got melted totally.

                          When we purchased, the Hometown sales person said that, the specific glass bowls are not available and we can collect the same after one/two weeks. after one week, we went to Hometown for collecting the same. For our surprise, they have given 2 normal glass bowls i.e, one is little big and second one very small. We will call that bowl as "katori". Please do the needful and provide us correct material.

                          I HAVE PURCHASED A VIDEOCON MICROWAVE OVEN MODEL VM17GSLN-MGZ FROM SANTOSH ELECTRONICS & APPLIANCES INDIA PVT LTD, SECUNDERABAD ON 2/6/2011. AS PER THE FEATURES, A STARTER KIT IS TO BE PROVIDED ALONGWITH THE OVEN BUT THE DEALER REFUSED AND ASKED ME CONTACT VIDEOCON CUSTOMER CARE.

                            Dear LG appliances Manufacturer,

                            I purchase LG refrigerator in the year 2007.In May 2010 exactly after 3 yrs.the thermostat cut out was damaged (burnt) as said by the LG representative in BIJAPUR.I lodged the complaint with the dealer where I purchased.

                            The guy in the shop just noted all the details in a piece of paper & informed me that the LG service man will attend the same.The very next day one guy came & rectified the problem & charged 1000 Rs.for which no receipt/invoice was given.

                            To my astonishment,another guy called up & said he is the service provider & started to enquire.Since I lodged the complaint with the dealer only, how come the LG dealer has send another person ? More over i told them that the warranty is for 5 yrs.The dealer says the warranty is for compressor.Please verify.More over they don't have any brochures to say what costs how much for any replacements.If I knew this is the condition of products what LG is selling I would got rid of it.More over I have a very bad opinion of LG which I will take up shortly with your collobration partner in KOREA.
                            Kindly note this is a wake up call for you if you don't act.

                                  I am writing this email to you out of frustration. I have tried to be as patient as possible with the call centre as well as the service centre and nothing is happening.

                                  For the last 3 months, both my LG ACs, Split as well as window have been going in and out o[censored]r service centre. I do not understand why the problem cannot be fixed. Each time both ACs have been taken for 10-15 days at a stretch. The temperature in Mumbai since May has not been a secret to you, IT WAS HOT !!! Can you imagine living in Mira Road with ACs.

                                  I had to keep travelling to stay at my in-laws while the ACs were supposedly "getting repaired".

                                  Currently they bought my window AC with a "NEW Condenser". I have come back home last week and it hasn't even been 4 days and the AC has conked off again.

                                  My Split AC is taken by your mechanics for the last 15 days and when I called the service centre they said that the part need to be replaced is ordered for and will take another 15 days to come !!!

                                  I am staying in MUMBAI, not in a remote jungle that the parts take so long to come. The whole of summer is over and my ACs are still giving me trouble.

                                  I bought LG products as I trusted them. But now I think I have to caution anyone who wants to buy any of your products as you do not have anything called "AFTER SALES SERVICE".

                                  If within the next 15 days my AC isn't serviced and working like a new AC, I would be forced to go to the Consumer Court and file a case against you and your product.

                                  My Current Complaint Numbers are : C[protected] / C[protected]

                                  LG Air Conditioners — Free Servicing.

                                  In May 2008, I purchased two nos. LG Air Conditioners of 1.5 Tonnes Capacity each.
                                  One AC is installed in DB - 70 C, G-8 Area Hari Nagar, New Delhi-110064 and the other is installed in DA - 112 E, G-8 Area Hari Nagar, New Delhi - 110054.
                                  Both the ACs were promised two free servicings within one year of purchase.

                                  LG Air Conditioners — Theft by their personnel

                                  Wehave two LG 2 ton airconditioners installed in our hall. It's been 8 months and we have gotten them serviced once as well. However today after the heavy rains we noticed water seeping into our walls for the first time in so many years. The same walls where the AC units were installed. We went up on the sunshade where the outdoor units were there only to find that the insulation and water pipes from outdoor unit had been cut and only a small piece retained near the mouth of the sunshade. Effectively, it was so done that from a normal view we would always see the pipe while it was never there. How many times does one go up on the sunshade? I am trying to reach the CCO Rajits, even messaged her but she is too busy to be constantly cutting my calls and not responding. I am shocked by this experience and will never ever recommend LG even if they fix it now. The inconvenience caused has been caused. I am planning to lodge a police complaint against the service center here.

                                      We the POWERGRID Corporation of India Ltd., A Govt. of India Enterprise, have purchased two no. of Airconditioners of LG make through the local supplier M/s.Cool World, Nagpur. Out of two 1.5 tonne unit, one unit started malfunctioning within one week from the date of installation. ( i.e. on[protected] Inspite of repeated complaints to attend the complaint immediately, M/s.Cool World, Nagpur the supplier of said unit is neither responding nor attending the complaint.

                                      Since, the fault persists, we have approached you with a hope that necessary action shall be taken from your side for prompt action by attending the complaint immediately.

                                        Imagine staying less than 3 Kms from their service centre and 24 Kms from their manufacturing unit. LG is unable to give solution to repeatedly low cooling complaints. Since last 3 months the refrigerator needed gas charging four times.

                                        The service is not provided at your convenience and complaints are closed as resolved when the fridge is shut doen for more than a week and not turning into a smelly dumb cupboard. This happens at the nearest possible client then I dread to imagine the fate of all who are staying at far off places. It is not the fridge but the company which is rotting which cannot appreciate customers and act Obnoxiously.

                                        LG is a big no for our familyas nothing Lucky or Golden about it.

                                        LG Double door refrigerator — Improper After sales service

                                        LG cutomer care claims to provide prompt after sales service. their advertisement of "211" funda says you will receive a call within 2 hrs time after registration of complaint to fix up a time for the next day within 1 hrs time range.
                                        I have registered a complain on 23rd august and not even received a call back from them as of yet. I have followed up for this by calling their customer care atleast 10 times after 23rd August, byt there is no call or service attendant coming to my place for repair.

                                        LG Refrigerator — Improper Service and bad product

                                        If life is Good then make it bad and if it is bad then make it worse.

                                        My refrigerator is less than an year old. LG themselves had sent some technician to fix it in october citing that this model has some flaws. Ever since then i am having issues with the refrigerato.

                                        I had lodged a complain in december 2011 for refrigerator not working. The technician came and said he will return back within 2 days with parts to fix it. He never returned back. When i called them back after a week, i was told that the case has been closed as i was out of reach. A nice excuse. They asked me to register a complain again. I got busy with work and could not register again.

                                        I lodged a complain again this tuesday(19th March,2012). I was told that they will get back within 2 hours and technician will visit within 24 hours. Nobody called me, so the called back the next day and the matter was escalated to some senior and i was again assured that things will be resolved within 24 hours and this time it is a definite assurance. As expected nobody called me. I tried to call them again but their service center line was always busy and I could not reach them. Today( 23rd march), I could finally connect to them and demanded the customer care guy, why nothing has been done till now. Again i heard the same 24 hours SLA. I asked if he can mail this assurance to me. He denied and blamed me for being unprofessional. I shouted at him after this and he said within 15 minutes his senior will call me and I got a call within 10 minutes. If i had not shouted nobody would have cared to call me at all. And by evening they also sent a technician to my home. It was the same guy who had come in december. Mr Shanmugam and when i asked why didn't he return back in december, his response was i dont remember where i had gone yesterday and you are asking me about 3 months back. Again he checked the refrigerator and said Someone will come repair it tommorrow. Going by their past record i am sure no one will turn up.

                                        This is the third time in a year that a LG technician has come to my house to repair the refrigerator. I had enough of this tension. How can I get it replaced? What is the procedure to lodge a consumer case in the court? Is my case fit to be register as a case in a consumer court?
