I have Lg joymax Tv set which is facing problem,given problem at your service Southen service,they send Mr Uttam kandari who told me that your IC is ok but there is problem for voltage lickage so i m taking your set for our workshop for examine,so you have to pay for transportation cost so that you can get deliver at home,I have agreed He has taken my set from my house.After then nobody given fedback until i call,whatsoever comes to know that My Sets ic has a problem and it has to be change but co cant provide so they will provide local ic though their technician told that IC was ok,all conversation has recorded already,however i have agreed their advise and tell them to do it,but they have told me that set is ok but i have to go at their service station and have to give payment first then they will send my set though i have confirmed that i will pay whatever charges,Mr Nepal maity [protected] refused to do and tell to contact with your head office,i tell this story to your c/m care they given mobile number of Mis Nupur Banerjee[protected],but she never attend my calls after several times i also requested her by sms several times that Pls attend my call but she never replied then i also sms her with slang coz she has forced me to do it,it has just happened only for not sending my set at my house Nupur dont have to come in picture if when your person was taking set from my house told that i have to go to your service center for payment then i couldnt give my set,Now Mr Nepal maity threatned me tha my fatthers father have to go for payment at their office then will send when i have told that all your charges will pay at the time of geting delivery of set ( all threatning conversation has been recorded.Mr Siddharth Deb [protected] also not attending my calls,tell me just wether you will send set at my house or not as it has taken from my house , i m not able to understand that you dont have faith that c/m can pay all charges though you r unable to provide co made parts and for hiding Nupur banerjees neglignce to c/m for not attending,you can tell c/m that everybody have to letdown/ pray at your c/m care and have to wait for her moods then she think/attend then c/m may...get,Simply problem can b solve by sending set and taking money of charges at the time of delivery or you want to give a lesson to c/m that you dont irritate and dont use slang if our c/m care continiously neglecting/or attending you. goldeneye tv — not working
Dear All,This is in reference to our TV complaints which we made 5 times in last 2 months and everytime we call up again they say it has been cancelled and they are going to make a new one. Is this the way to handle customer complaints. We are sure if such a thing is happening with us it must be the case with numerous others as well. It is amazing that a big company like LG can let this happen without taking care and realising that it is bringing harm to their name and creditibility. Also if we as a customer have undergo such harrasment and be without a TV for such a long time then we are not ready to invest in such a product/company. Apart from TV we have 3 AC 's, one refrigerator from LG which is making us think if we made a right choice by buying this product as well.
Nothing more to say ! can only again request you to look into the matter and get it repaired as early as possible before we need to take a drastic step.
