I was purchase the LG refrigrator double door on 23-april-2007.Now the ice box is not working last 1 month.I have already submitted the complain but there is no revert. i have already talk to varun [protected](customer service man).He says that he will be come at your home for repairing the freeze. But not his moblie is not working of last 3 days.Pls suggest me what can i do.

    We have a LG Washing machine. After we shifted to the new house, we called LG helpline to send a support engineer to re-install the machine. We were told to speak to their support engineers at 39010909 or 33522700. We were told someone called Arun Hegde ([protected]) would attend to it same day. he finally came after 1 week that too after calling him over 50 times. He charged us about Rs 430 for installing the machine. Immediately after he left, the connection has started leaking. We have called him over 20 times. He promises to visit us same day but doesn't show up. We told his office to assign someone else but they say he is the only engineer for our area. Can you please make sure senior execs at LG hear about this complaint and attend to it?

      Dear Sir,
      I had Purchased a 29 inch Flatron Color Tv on 4-11-07. But sir Within Just 2.5 Years the Color of the Screen is going Fade or change in Color of the Pictures, I Immediately make a complaint in LG service center & the Technician come at home after visit the television he says that the problem is typical u have to send these at service center , after checking at service center the technician says that there is a problem in the PICTURE TUBE of the TV. and it has to be replaced
      I am Getting Shocked as in within 2.5 Years how its possible that a Picture of the TV is Defective. Before these TV i have a TV which give us Service from the Last 22 Years, I am Definaetly sure that the Quality of Picture Tube is so Worse that it Become Defective in Just 2.5 Years
      So, Sir Please Make A Solution or Please Change the Picture Tube as Soon as Possible

      29 inch colour TV LG — not working

      Dear Sir,
      This is my first experience that my TV is out for 2 weeks now. Complained on toll free no 5 times. persons arived 2 times but complaint remain the same. My TV is not getting on. The TV is in Warranty period. I want it repaired at the earliest. What i had to do. when I contacted toll free no [protected] they had first issued me complain ID - S8C62004326 they said person will contact you in 24 hours. contacted after 2 days, on first visit just only hit on the TV. TV statred they said no complain.

      second time i conctated toll free number to say that TV is not working they rejestered the complain on old ID number they again visited my home this time just soldered on some points on the board and when asked told that board had gone dry that is why it happened.

      Know it is almost 2 week know and my TV is not working. Look like your company technician are just playying. since my last complain ID S8B70203901 its almost 2 days but no repponse.
      looking forward to necessay action taken in this regard.

          My name is Sonia Desai and I reside at Ghatkopar. Last month on 7th May 2010 I bought L G TV model 29FU3AG5TG Sr.no 003LPGE004103 from Meghdoot Electronics, 1 Dhamodaya Apts Jivdaya Lane Below Savla Hospital LBS Marg Ghatkopar West Mumbai 400086 from Mr.Raichand. 25100808.

          Since 12th June 2010 TV has suddenly stopped working due to some fault. We have constanly informed the service station as well as the shop keeper but we are not getting any response. The technician visited on 13th June 2010 said that TV has some majority problem and the shop keeper will exchange and give you the same model. Since than I am following up with shop keeper Mr. Raichand regarding the same but we are not getting any response instead he is abusing us. We also tried contacting the LG service station 25180149 Mr Nirag but we are not getting any response.

          I planning to file a police complaint against them but i dont think my purpose would be solved.

          I seek help from kindly help me in this issue as being lady i cant run behind that person when he is abusing me.

            I HAD MADE A COMPLAINT REGARDING NOT WORKING OF LCD TV WHICH WAS PURCHASED ON 10TH MAY 2010. THE TV HAS NO SOUND WHILE WE CONNECT THE SAME WITH HDMI CABLE AND WHILE THE SERVICE ENGR COME THERE IS NO LIGHT AND I REQUEST TO WAIT BUT REFUSE AND SAY I WILL COME ON SUNDAY. NOW I RECEIVED ONE MESSAGE FROM LG THAT MY SERVICE REEQUEST NO.[protected] IS CLOSED (REASON CUSTOMER WILL CALL AGAIN) IF NEED.

            WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY NEED WHILE THERE IS COMPLAINT THAT NO SOUND IS THERE WHILE WE CONNECT THE CABLE.

              Dear customer care manager,
              I would like to bring your kind notice that I am really disappointed with your one part of service level.
              My micro oven was not working and I lodge a complain in your web portal :
              Satisfaction :
              1. I immediately receive a call – and your service personnel came on time. Good time management. Keep it up.
              Dissatisfaction :
              1. the service guy told me the PCB board is not working – and he is not having the same readily available with him – he will come on next day and install the new one.
              2. he came with the new one and replace the same and it is working now.
              3. Later on I observed that the box contain the new PCB – the cost is written on the top of the box is Rs. 366/-
              4. but he has charged me Rs. 771/- for the same.
              5. why the customer don’t have any clarity on the price tag which has fixed by LG.
              6. why we have to pay as per the price mentioned by your service guy ?
              7. who is authenticating the price of various parts which they are replacing from LG end ?
              8. over and above the service guy is not aware about the guarantee period of the replaced equipment !!
              I am not satisfied the way it has handled – please find attach the retail invoice and provide me the actual price of the equipment – ensure it has not over charged by South End Service - Kolkata. Also service guys should carry a price list of various parts which should be authenticated by LG.
              I will wait for your reply on this issue at the earliest pls.

              I wish to inform you that i have made many complaints for my micro-wave which is having some noice problem due to defect in some inner part.After filing the complaint 3-4 times a sales person visited but was not able to rectified the defect,and use to make fault comments by saying that he will visit again with his supervisor but not came till date .I want to draw your attention that after filling so much complaints i am not able to get any positive response now what i should do in this case .I want your help in this case .Please do the needful.

              I have purchased a refrigerator in december 2010 & have received a faulty door handle, for which i have raised a complaint to get it changed. Till date it has not been changed. The complaint no. is RNA[protected].

              LG electronics & appliances — freeze- spare parts

              Dear Sirs,

              I am Mukesh Khandelwal, resident of Ajmer; my freezer door was broken in May 2011, since then I am following up local service providers for the same.After initial resistances, they took advance and after 15 days they gave me a door which fits to 165 ltr freeze where as my freeze is 200 ltrs.
              After returning the same, they say take this or else we can not provide you the one which fits in your freeze?...Is this a professional answer...this is rediculous,isn't it?Whenever a company sales any product; assures customer to provide spare parts 15-20 years after the product is obsoleted from market.
              I mailed the same to their customer service cell, received no reply.

              On 30th of November, i lodged a complaint about my microwave oven, which was not getting on. After couple of days, executive came and told me that power cord is faulty and he will come next day and replace the cord. Today its 6th December no one has come and whenever i call at customer care they always say the same line. We have escalated the matter, executive will call within 24 hours. My complaint number is RNA[protected].

              I don't understand how to proceed on this. Please advise.

              I am yogesh and this is regarding the worst service which I am receiving from LG after purchasing a Air Conditioner. I Purchased A/C from Viveks showroom mylapore on 1st of May 2013. It was installed on 3rd of May 2013 and it worked only on that particular day and later than that it never worked. We called up the Support and registered the Issue and the case no was RNA[protected]. The rep gave a time frame of 24 hrs to fix the issue. Next day when we called up to track the status it was said that the person who spoke with us registered the complaint as the Demo and installation instead of Repair. So another complaint was registered and provided a case no which was RNA[protected]. Also we were said that we have the call the number 26245617 for our Area.

              When we called that number they gave another number to contact which was 64549187 or 64530431 both the numbers were ringing no response. Again we called the Customer support and informed the same then the rep gave another number to contact which is Hiffi Solution and the No is [protected]. but the number was ringing no response.

              Next day we called up Customer Support and they provided the Asst.Manager Bharathi Devi contact no : [protected]. But the number was either busy or ringing no response. Again we called Hifi Solutions and they said that a tech called Yagoof will be attending by 4 pm.

              No one turned up till 4pm so we called up the support once again and the rep said that he is attending a customer near our place and he will be attending us soon. No one called up so again we called and asked for the tech Yagoof mob no : [protected]. when we called up the tech he said that he is in his home and no one informed to him about any service more over he said that he is not the right person to attend the Kolathur Area.

              We called up support again and asked for the manager contact info as they are giving a run around. The rep gave the manager info named subramani and no is [protected]. When we called him he said that he is not the manager for our area and he gave another manager info whose name was srinivasan and no is [protected]. We called him on Sunday eve and he said he is on off and assured that he will look into it next day once he goes to office.

              Next day we called him and said that a tech will be attending today but no one turned up so we called him once again and he said that he does not belong to our area and also added that still he will help us and said a tech Yagoof will be attending us and the tech came on May 14th evening and found that a cable was not fixed correctly during installation. He fixed and Compressor was running. Later when which we tried and it is runnin for half an hour to one hour then it starts emitting the hot air and the compressor stops running.

              We called up the tech Yagoof on 16th and he said he will attend the case in the eve but he never turned up. On 17th may we registered a complaint the rep said she will register it as well as asked to check in JET MODE. We tried and it was not working so when we called up once again and found that the pre tech never registered any complaint. Later this rep registered the complaint and the no RNA[protected]. As usual they said it will take 24 hrs and till now no action was taken. When we called today they are providing the Asst.Manager Bharathi Devi number which was provided in the first week and she never picks up. Reps refusing to connect to the manager and says we will receive a call and no one calls back. We also registered complaint with the VIVEKS Showroom on 14th with case number 597048 and on 18th with case no C[protected]. Those people never take any action and asking to call LG Support. So final outcome is everybody wants to give a run around and nobody wants to take a initiative and fix it.



              So this is what I am requesting now. I need the A/C to be fixed once for all and it should never come up with any issues here after as it’s a brand new product and never worked since it was purchased. If it’s not fixed or once again if I have any issues I am definitely going to escalate it to the next level and I will surely reach the top level escalation or even to CEO unless I get it fixed or a replacement . Thanks Much.

              Fridge not working for a month Complaint No -RNA[protected]
              My fridge which is 2 years old is not working. The have placed a complaint 1 month back. The poor quality of technicians cannot find the right fault.Pathetic service!!! The concerned officials do not pick up the phones now (probably hidden their faces in shame).LG is the worst company where after sales service is concerned. The toll free number will tell you that in 24 hrs someone will attend you. My biggest mistake in life to buy a LG where nothing is good neither the product or the service. LG service guys please note

                  On 29th of may i had bought 22" LCD tv from LG Shoppe Marathahalli.During salesvsalespersn said we will be getting Airtel dish TV as complimentory(in a weeks time)
                  Its been 14 days still i am waiting for the dish to come. Morever the bill which i got from LG Shoppe is of Adishwar Marketting.I am wondering this level of cheating happens openly.

                      I had purchased split AC in 2007 and getting it serviced by LG only. Last service i got it done on 18th march 2007 and they had filled in the gas also and serviced it . their warranty is for 3 months but now my ac is not working i lodged in the complaint on 8th and they gave me a complaint no. and on 9th i again called up because there was no response they gave me another complaint no. saying that we wrote a wrong address the engineer came in yesterday but he didnt do anything as he said i will have to refill the gas. he came in today changed a valve and refilled the gas and again after 4 hrs my ac is in same condition that it is not cooling. i registered a complaint and they again gave me a complaint no. and no response from them

                          goldeneye tv — not working

                          Dear All,

                          This is in reference to our TV complaints which we made 5 times in last 2 months and everytime we call up again they say it has been cancelled and they are going to make a new one. Is this the way to handle customer complaints. We are sure if such a thing is happening with us it must be the case with numerous others as well. It is amazing that a big company like LG can let this happen without taking care and realising that it is bringing harm to their name and creditibility. Also if we as a customer have undergo such harrasment and be without a TV for such a long time then we are not ready to invest in such a product/company. Apart from TV we have 3 AC 's, one refrigerator from LG which is making us think if we made a right choice by buying this product as well.


                          Nothing more to say ! can only again request you to look into the matter and get it repaired as early as possible before we need to take a drastic step.

                            with regard i am facing a problem of mobile phone spying by some wrong persons. it is harmfull for my security. sir i have a LG non multimedia mobile phone with imei no[protected].now i am using reliance gsm preapaid sim .in this phone no anti spy softwarw is used. i complaint aout this to network but it was useless.so please suggest me to overcome this problem.
                            and a similar problem is causd in my mail id that is also spying by same persone.
                            please suggest me right way to resolve this problem.

                              Hi , This is with regards to our complaint no:C-[protected],We have made this complaint over the phone on 27th may2010 as our A.C was not cooling sufficiently and also last time when an engineer from your dept came did not fixed the A.C properly b'coz of which there was leakage in our wall below A.C ,on 28thmay2010, engineer from your department came , he checked the A.C but was unable to identify the cause of both problems , he said that i will put on a paper that there is a gas leakage b'coz of which it is not cooling properly ! Now on 31st may 2010, people came and they took our A.C with them to the Comfort Point A.C repairing centre of yours and told us that A.C will be repaired in two days and we will get the delivery on 2nd June. All this was Told by an agent we spoke with by the name of Abhishekh there. We requested them to deliver the A.C on the date they gave us as we have a kid who cannot sleep properly without A.C as b'coz of hot Temperature. Now till 2nd may 2010 afternoon there was no response by the A>C repairing Centre people that what exactly was faulty in our A.C. When we called them again to ask when they will deliver the A.C gain Mr. Abhishekh said that we will not get delivery on that very day. We asked them the reason of the same but that guy was not willing to tell us what the fault was. As weather was very hot that time somehow I managed to get the Number of Mr.Prakash Pandit who is the senior area manager of L.G Air conditioners. We requested him to work on our complaint . He did phone call to the engineer there and was told that they are waiting for cooling coil which was faulty and that they have not received the same which they have ordered also they said that they will be getting the coil in the evening and then they will start working on our A.C( which was all lies).Mr Prakash told them that what so ever the point is the A.C should be delivered on 2nd June as wwas promised .Now we got our A.C delivered on the same date. Now our major issue of A.C not cooling properly is still the same. When my husband called the Engineer there and asked him what was the problem with the A.C he told my husband the the condenser in the A.C was having Leakage so the cooling was insufficient which was altogether different answer which was provided by the engineers earlier. Now the major point of concern that the A.C was not cooling properly is still there and with that another problem of A.C making noise has emerged and with that thermostat of A.C is also not working.Also I have a major complaint against the engineers working with Comfort Point they really do not know what they are doing and how they have to manage complaints. Kindly help me for my concerns. AMC is also done for our A.C….

                              Window AC — cooling is not proper

                              L.G./ AIR CONDITIONER — TAKEN MORE THAN ONE MONTH TO RECTIFY

                              I Arun Kumar Shrivastava, resident of E-303, GAMA-1, GREATER NOIDA, DIST-GAUTAM BUDH NAGAR (U.P.) complained first on 27.05.2009(no-N9C[protected].Again complained so many times to customer care. They always replied that your complain has been revised.After waiting, i again complained on19.06.2009, 24.06.2009 and 27.06, 2009(no-N9C[protected].On 02.07.2009 my A.C.was taken away by service centre.On 03.07.2009 i.e. today my A.C.is reinstalled and an amount of Rs.1539.00 has been charged on me.

                              LG Window A/C — Not working from the day of purchase

                              We have purchased LG Window A/C (1.5 tons) on June 20 09, it was installed and it started working like Air cooler rather than a Airconditoner.It blows hot air and inbetween cool air and stops for 10-20 minutes again blows the hot air.It is behaving in the same fashion from the day we purchased .We have called customer care lot of times but no response till now..

                              LG Room Air Conditioner — Abusive behaviour and bad service of staff

                              Purchased a split AC of LG from the local vendor Sardar Electronics, Sadar Jabalpur.
                              They arrived with the AC at around 10 PM in the night and simply barged in the bedroom without any intimation or permission. Then they did not installed it properly and left the main device standing over bricks and charged money for it! On requesting the seller to get installed properly, after about a month they again dropped in one day just like that and asked for extra money, used abusive language and refused to install it properly.
                              Such unskilled and abusive local staff is bringing bad name to LG and it is expected of LG to take action against them for trespass, intimidation and threat to customer, and get our problem solved by a professional and qualified and non-abusive person.
                              My file network is not working so not able to attach photos.

                                LG split ac the auto ' on ' is not functioning and the remote control

                                only to be used when the power dipps the ac stops working and when

                                the normal power comes the auto ' on ' is not functioning and the

                                remote is to be used to start ac functioning. this is very horrible

                                as we have to constantly watch the ac working

                                all complaint to LG authourised call centres did not work and they

                                could not find a real technician in chennai. sorry state of affairs

                                  I purchased a split AC from LG Delaer of LG Make Model LSA5AB5Vt1.AN48DV1 on 31st march2010. After installation Indoor unit started leaking continuasly. I made a complaint to LG Care on [protected].
                                  Received a complaint no.C[protected] before 27th May2010. And reminded several times with request no. Always receiving reply as framed reply that within 24 Hrs you will receive a call fromengineer and problem will be solved. But till the time I could not received a single call from LG Engineer. There electrical switch Board below the Indoor Unit and Stablizer. Due to this leakage short circuit can happen and it can catch fire. So LG is care less. Hopefully some body can help me. i want this prblem should be solved within actual 24 haurs by repairing or by replacing the same. If nothing is possible then I'll request to LG to take back their Split AC and refund my money.

                                      Our AC was purchased on 30/05/09.Intial problem started after 2nd free servicing in the month of April,10 for which we complained to the dealer "SATYAM,Ultadanga,Kolkata" as well as to the customer care situated at Gurgaon,India.The problem was : automatically shutdown of the Internal Unit but the respective AC's Outdoor unit would remain on.The defect was attended by LG mechanics but couldn't be rectified, and repeated complaints were given to SATYAM the dealer and LG customer care and the complaint ID's are:-

                                        I Sunita Dutt, R/o B-34, 10343 Ranjot Park, Haibowal Kalan, and Ludhiana bought a Split AC from Batra Electronics Gallery Ludhiana, Wide Invoice No. 3806 Dated 30.03.2010 Model LG A/C LSA 5NF3Vf2. On 0I.06.2010. Suddenly ac breakdown with reduced cooling, I lounge a complaint no. C-[protected] dated 02.06.2010. The service engineer came and checked the ac after checking the ac unit he asked me that the gas of the compressor has been leaked, the other engineer come and refill the gas. Today service engineer came and asked that the quail of the ac is leaked now the new quail will be installed in the unit. Sir, I have used this product only one month and user esteemed company engineer now want to bring my ac unit to their service center. I don’t want to retain this particular unit. I want to change my complete unit on this regarding I talk to Mr Vikas (Manager AC) on his telephone no [protected] , he bluntly refuse to listen me. He just blaming me that the unit is ok but this is the fault of installation team, if this unit installed by LG service center than we change the complete unit. Sir, this unit is installed by your LG installation team headed by Mr. G.S. Chawla, I informed this to Mr. Vikas, he suddenly breakdown and said we don’t change AC whether it is company fault or installation team fault. The owner of Batra electronics also refused to take interest in this matter and totally refused to co-operate me.
                                        I am old customer of LG; I have LG refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. Now I purchased the LG ac only due to the good services of esteemed concern. I deeply discouraged by Mr. Vikas Attitude. Pls look in to the matter immediately otherwise I have to go District Consumer Court. Hope for the positive.

                                        I have purchased split AC on dated 04/03/2010. two times gas has been leaked so far .it is totally mistake of your installation team. they did not install the AC properly.Third service was done by your company.but they did not do the service properly I am doing complaints by mail from April but no action has been taken so far .they asked me to pay rupees 2000 for filling gas but i will not pay any amount because it is the fault of your company.they filled the gas in the month of august.After august i switch on ac in April i found there was no gas in AC.It is totally fault of your mechanic and poor quality product I will told fifty more persons do not purchase LG product.
