respected sir,

I had purchasae LG mobile model no.KM501on 11th march but from the second day onwards the set is not functioning properly its got a big hang problem it uswaly get hanged when any message is received .i had given my set to the nearest LG service center for the complete sowtware checking but then also my problem is not at all solved..i have to switch it off again and again when it gets hanged...
so, please sir i kindly request you to replace my set as soon as possible because the problem is occuring in my set more than three or four times in a day.....and i m not at all satisfied with this piece.

    i buyed a LG dynamite KP220 phone from ghaziabad on 10/1/2010, it's keypad which looks like a mettalic finish was actually just a mere plastic film . then that too got unfunctional after a month ,and earpiece too gone bad. when i gone to LG service center at RDC ghaziabad then they charged me Rs 450 towrds repair charge even in warenty. then again after 3 month it's keypad got unfunctional this time i gone to LG service center nehru place new delhi where they repaired it for free

    all was working fine till govt of india imposed genuine IMEI on all operators then this phone got wrong IMIE .LG company is froudant and provides with wrong IMIE to it's phone. i again gone to nehru place,delhi service center where they replaced the board of phone and it worked fine . but this replacement of board now has caused problems in charging now the phone. it sometime charge and sometime dont .now the LG service center at ghaziabad want to charge all the fees for replacement or maintainence but it is the fault of the board they provided. i will never buy any Lg product again
    beware of this LG phones they got charging problem ,have wrong IMEI , and customer service levies heavy charges even in warrenty period

      I have an LG AC which is under warranty period.. It had a faulty motor which as per LG engineer needed to be replaced.. I have this issue/ticket ([protected]) opened on 27th April, 2010.. I havent heard back from them since that day.. Everytime I call the LG customer care number, they say sorry for the inconvenience and this issue will get resolved soon.. But when?? Its me who has been calling them and not they... LG customer care is vey poor.. If they dont have the LG spareparts in there stock then y do they sell window ACs... Please be aware before you purchase an LG AC...

          Dear Sir / Madam,

          Let me introduce myself, my name is VipinChandra B. Shah from Mumbai , India Recently in 16th February 2010 - I bought a LG 305VV5 refrigerator for nearly Rs.18,900 from Omega , Mumbai, Borivali (w), since then I experience trouble LG advertises it is the best latest model , but my fridge has got Damage and Color faint problem ,after 2 Month it was replaced with New Model LG ( GL – 305VM5)but cooling problem & some sound is heard intermittently from the back of the unit, each time i register a service call LG engineers take time in even attending my service call, it takes 2 Months to replace the fridge but also there is problem in Cooling with New model.

          Service team is trying to convince me stating that it is a new model so performance & other factors needs to evaluated by people & the success & failure depends upon patronage of the customers, which means they are not sure of the performance of the fridge.



          How many time we will face this issue. We are thinking about the consumer court because when we buy the fridge dealer asked that it’s good model and all but after receiving the problem dealer inform that to contact LG service. Why Dealer and service center are playing with customer.

          GL — Display problem

          Re:- Replacement of Nokia 5610d-1 set Colour Blue

          This is with regret i have to inform you that my set has developed problems the day it was purchased from, it first developed problems with display. I took it to nokia care they fixed the problem and said it would not occur again.Later it started again and it was taken to the nokia care and they fixed it again, now this is the third time the display problem occurred now they have kept it with them to rectify that. Every time the service center takes a month to rectify the problem. Thereby my handset was there with them for 3 months within a span of 9 months from the day of purchase. I am sure that a faulty set has been given to me and i have lost the trust in the current handset. The Product code is 0552318.It has been currently given to the Nokia Care at Clarity cells, #319/13, 59th cross, Vatal Naagaraj road, 3rd block, Rajajinagar, Bangalore and the Job Sheet no is[protected]/081213/11. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

            I bought a washing machine on 20 ^th Mar 2010 at Electronic Bazaar, E zone
            Nirmal Life Style, Mulund West.

            They supplied and LG installer visited on 27 Mar 2010 and opened the pack. To his surprise, he found out that the machine what was delivered is dented and some parts are missing. He noted and took a photocopy of the order at my cost and promised that the machine will be replaced. Till date no reply or confirmation.

            Numerous times I tried your help line numbers 3901 0909 and registered a complaint.

            Till NO one responded and no confirmation of replacement and i requested them to refund the same

            LG / Washing Machine — Dent

            Purchased washing machine bearing Model No: WF T7519QS on dated : 24.11.2009 from Home Town, e-Zone, Rajarhat. The same has been delivered on 26.11.09 at 7-00 pm with several dent in front side as well as other areas. The material is not checked before delivering the same and also not allowed us to check at the time of delivery. My point is that why customer will suffer after paying the full in advance for such an irresposible attitude. Please let me know who will take the resposibility to solve this issue as early as possible.

              This is with utmost disappointment with LG's customer care that I am writing this email.

              Last year (2009) on 04-April, I had bought a 32" LG LCD TV (Jazz) in Kolkata from the Khosla Electronics dealership in Garia. I had bought this TV after months of research and being convinced that a company like LG will treat it's customers well. After all, the website of LG global promises the following to all it's customers:

              Providing the Best Service
              Showing Kindness & Respect
              Fixing it Right the First Time

              After only around 3 months of enjoying my newly bought LCD TV, the TV began to show problems. It would shut down all of a sudden and would not start up even after 5 minutes of pressing the remote button (right now it does not start up in the entire day). I was surprised that a costly product like an LCD TV and that too from LG was showing problems so soon; however, I thought that an electronic product might have problems and it would be just a couple of days before the problem is solved. After all, LG promised its customers "Fixing it Right the First Time". I was to be proven very wrong.

              The first jolt came to me when I called up the customer service call center and I was told that the LG engineer would be coming to my home at a time that the LG customer service representatives set for me and I cannot give any choice in that regard. I was also told that they (the customer service representatives) have to close service calls within 1 day (to meet their internal SLA, I suppose) and hence if I booked a call on a weekday, I have to be present at my home within the next 24 hours waiting for the engineer to turn up. If I wanted the engineer to come on a weekend, then they have to close the service call and I have to call back on Friday. So they forcibly closed the service call when I said that if they did, they would be doing so without my consent. Inspite of that, they did. Since I work for a reputed MNC (India's biggest software exporter), I was under the impression that a service call cannot be closed without the customer's consent. But well.....this was LG's version of "Showing Kindness & Respect".

              Anyways, I gave the customer service a call once again on Friday and an engineer visited my home on Saturday. He said that a PCB was faulty and that it had to replaced. He also said that the PCB comes from Delhi and most probably would take 7 days. After 7 days, another engineer (not the same person as before) turned up with the replacement PCB. However, this gentleman said after a second inspection that the PCB was not faulty and something else was (didnt tell me what). He said that part also comes from Delhi and would take another 7 days to arrive. Another 7 days passed and a third engineer (not the same as the first or the second) arrived at our home. This engineer had other thoughts and wanted to see what the problem was before he did anything (he was not satisfied with the diagnosis of the other engineers). The engineer was at my home for 30 mins and as with all electronic devices, the problem did not happen at that particular moment. The engineer said that he cannot do anything without seeing the problem and he left. During all these incidents I had literally called Mr Moloy (cell - +91 [protected]) from LG Kolkata Servicing around 50 times; however most of the times he did not pick up the phone - at other times, he just gave a thousand reasons why I was being subjected to this kind of harassment.

              A few days back the problem resurfaced and we placed in a third service call. An engineer came in last week and said that the PCB was faulty. The enigneer again came in on Friday (02-April-2010) and replaced the PCB. However, today is Saturday (03-April-2010) and the problem is happening again. So much for LG's promise of "Fixing it Right the First Time".

              When I gave Mr Sumit Dutta (cell - +91-[protected]) a call (he is the person that the engineer told us to call) half an hour back, he just told us to call the Customer service and said that he could not do anything regarding this. I am really surprised why the engineer gave his name and number if he could not do anything. When I asked him for a person whom I can report all of these, he told me straight out that he will not do that. I asked him for his email id and he said that he does not have an email id. He told me repeatedly (and rudely) that he cannot do anything and that I have to all the customer service.

              During all these incidents, I was in India partly and in USA partly due to my job and my elder brother (Saurav Talukdar in Kolkata) and myself (Arnab Talukdar in USA) are really tired of following up with LG Customer Service. Right now I am in USA and writing this email with extreme frustration over LG, LG's customer service, LG's products and all of the people like Moloy and Sumit Dutta involved in these incidents. I have vowed to myself that I will not buy any other LG product in my life and will discourage anyone of my friends, relatives, acquaintances of doing so.

              I have again logged a call (number - [protected]) for this but I am seriously thinking of moving the Consumer Court if adequate steps are not taken to correct this.

              Some other call numbers that we had logged are given below. With all the call numbers I have forgotten which call number is for which and there are some more call numbers which I dont have with me right now but I suppose that if a search was made with my name (Arnab Talukdar) or my past mobile number ([protected]) or my elder brother's mobile number ([protected]), you would see that whatever I said are true.               LG LCD — Poor Customer service

              Bought a LG LCD 32 inches TV on 28th of Mar, the TV was delivered at our home on 29th of Mar after paying full cash of Rs.36500 . The shop keeper at Vasanth & co Chennai branch informed that they will be installing the same on 29th Mar. But 29th being a Sunday it is understandable that no one turned up.

              On wednesday when I was at office they gave me a call from LG and asked whether they can come now to install but I said i cant come now and asked them to come on Saturday Morning. Again they asked me to fix up a appointment. Which i did and on Saturday morning they called me and said they can come only in the evening were I have already fixed up a appointment to go out. Again this week the TV will not be installed.

              When I asked the customer service person named shobha, she said they will be calling you by 5 for a 6 pm appointment, were i wanted them to install in the morning or atleast in the afternoon, since Iam going out. I tried explaining the customer service person on the same but she replied saying the same thing that they will be calling in the evening to fix up a appointment.

              Not sure if such a big company has only one person for entire city and they will install when they find time. Its very hurting to get such kind of responce from a reputed company. This was my first LG product I bought and this kind of customer service will make be think this will be the last one I should buy from LG.

              If there is some who can sort out this issue pls call be at [protected].

              One happy customer will say it to only 2 or 3 person he knows but one unhappy customer will say it 100 of people he knows. I request some one to take immediate action or will ensure atleast people i know will not purchase a product of LG.

              LG / LCD — Poor Service

              I bought an LG LCD on 01.06.2009 from ATLAS RADIO CORPORATION, Mumbai. The product was delivered on 03.06.2009 at 22:30 hours as per my request by the dealer. I was assured by the dealer that the service engineer will install the TV by next evening. However till date no one from LG ever bothered to call on their own regarding the installation. Moreover whenever I called at the customer care on [protected] or to Manager of the Service Centre Mr. Mazumdar on his mobile no. provided by the customer care I was always assured that the work would be accomplished by same evening before 20:00 hours, right from 04.06.2009 to 09.06.2009. Now I think I committed a blunder by going for an LG product and I shall be highly obliged if the company can arrange to take back its TV. I'm really sorry for trusting you to make my LIFE GOOD.

              i m arihant jain i purchase a LG computer TFT on 9 june 2009. it is not work properly . 2 times i complaint a shopkeeper but no action will be observed.TFT screen are fluctuated . plz take action. Phone no. -[protected]

                I have purchased LG split A/C model – LSA5ZG5NTY (seriaL no -- 912NLQF007028) on 31 Jan 2010. Bill no CA/ANR/24176 , Date: 31-Jan-2010 from GIRIAS , Anna nagar chennai.

                Installation was done on 6-Feb-2010 by LG service person.

                Feb 6 to Feb 22 -- after installation did not use the A/c as we were out of station till Feb 22

                Feb 23 to March 5 -- Started using the A/C from Feb 23 . We found that A/C was not giving cooling effect. Initially we thought we were not setting temperature properly.

                March 6 -- Raised a complaint with LG service on March 6. Complaint no -- C[protected]


                March 8 -- Service engineer Purushottam from chennai, visited on March 8 and told there is some GAS leakage in outdoor unit. GAS needs to be refilled and GAS will be refilled within 2 days. There was no response from LG service after this.

                March 8 -- Called up LG customer service in the evening, to know about the status of the issue. Surprised to know that earlier complaint has been cancelled with status as “Customer will call again”
                When I asked the call centre person to re open the same complaint, he told me he cannot re open the same complaint, as system is not designed to re open the case.

                New complaint has been raised on March 8 -- C[protected]

                March 9 -- Service engineer Manikandan from chennai, called up on March 9 and I have explained the whole issue. He has assured that GAS filling would be done on March 10

                March 10, March 11 -- Made several to LG service on March 10 and 11 to find out , when service engineer will come and rectify the issue.

                March 12 -- Service engineer Jabbaraj (Ph- [protected]) visited on March 12 and after inspection he told us there is no problem with outdoor unit but there is some problem in Indoor unit.

                I have requested him to replace the whole unit as it has given problems within 10 days o[censored]sage and within 1 month of purchase.

                As of march 12 20101, Indoor unit has been dismantled and lies on the floor in my house. A/C has been dismantled by service engineer Jabbaraj and currently not working.


                March 13 -- Spoke to Service supervisor in chennai Mr.Sivaji (Ph. [protected]). He told , my request has been sent to Head office and he is yet to get any response

                March 15 -- I made a visit to LG service office in 100 feet road, beside Hotel Ambica empire, Vadapalani , Chennai.
                Met Service person Saravanan (Ph- [protected]) in the LG office. Given a signed form requesting for replacement of A/C

                March 17 -- Called up LG call centre to find out about status of my complaint raised on March 8 -- -- C[protected]. Surprised to know that earlier complaint has been cancelled with status as “Customer will call again”. The 2 nd complaint also has been closed with out resolving the issue.

                March 17 -- NEW complaint has been raised C[protected]

                March 17 -- sent emaiil to [protected]@lgindia.com giving all details of the problem

                March 18 to March 23 -- Made several calls to Rajkumar(ph-[protected]), Srinivasan(ph-[protected]), Stephen (ph-[protected]) to know the status regarding my problem

                March 23 -- sent email to [protected]@lgindia.com asking them to escalate the issue


                March 26 8.00 PM in the night -- LG sent wrong model for replacement. I have purchased LG split A/C model – LSA5ZG5NTY.
                Model sent for replacement is LSA5ZP5VTY1. This model do not have all the features when compared to original model I have purchased.

                March 26 8.00 PM in the night -- Called up MOhammed of GIRIAS dealer for sending wronmg model. He cannot resolve my issue and he needs to talk to LG service people.

                March 26 8.00 PM in the night -- Spoke to service manager Srinivasan(ph-[protected]) . He told, earlier model I purchased in Jan 31 st is not available. For that reason they are gving this wrong model

                March 26 -- Only received the indoor unit, indoor unit has not been installed and I do not have a working a/c in my house.

                March 27 -- Personal visit to LG office -- LG Electronics(I) Pvt. Ltd. , AA11, 2nd Avenue, Fatima Tower, Anna Nagar West , Chennai , 600040

                Met service manager Srinivasan(ph-[protected]). explained him all the details about this issue
                As the earlier model is not available, they will replace with LSA5BW5NT1 , which has got all the features like the original model I purchased.

                Promised to have the LSA5BW5NT1 model A/c installed by March 31 2010

                March 30 -- Spoke to Vijay, Service peron in LG office. He told me as they have audit, they cannot fulfill the promise of installing the a/c by march 31 2010. They will try to install by April 5th or April 6th

                April 5 -- Called up LG call centre to find the status of my complaint -- C[protected] -- raised on March 17
                Found that this complaint is also closed

                April 5 -- Spoke to Shiv shankar ( ph-[protected]), team leader for LG call centre. requested him to escalate the issue to level above chennai branch.

                April 5 -- sent email to [protected]@lgindia.com explaining the whole issue.


                2 MONTHS
                AS on today April 5 2010, do not have a working a/c in my house.


                LG customer complaint service , do not have a system to get feedback from customer, whether customer issue has been properly resolved or not. anyone in the service department can close the complaint without actually resolving the issue

                ANY ONE READING MY ISSUE. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE. DO NOT PURCHASE LG PRODUCTS. LG AFTER SALES SERVICE IS BAD

                If you purchase LG products , pray that your product do not give any problems.

                I am left with NO OPTION but to take legal action against LG.

                      Bought a 26" Lg LCD tv in october '08. Which has stopped working. Had made a complaint in service center but those guys are very busy. Finally when they came they gave me a huge quotation for the repairing. They were really very unprofessional and didnt even knew how to talk to customer.

                      Really very upset with these kind of sub standard products.

                        two years before i have purchased lg double door refregiator & and within a warraty period of one year my lg refregiator has been repaired 4 times but now my product is not in warranty period i am facing lots of problem
                        my refregiator is not working it is not cooling so i called servive center . They told that refrigator curcit board is not working & the parts is not available in india . so if the parts are not available why lg compony is selling the product .

                          Serious complaint!

                          I purchased split AC as I have already told you from true link electronics (vasant kunj). My complain id is 2903100.Here's my problems took place-

                          24th we booked our AC and asked for installation on the same day and they committed to do that on the same day but nothing happened as per their commitment,

                          25th-i called them 10 time and my father called them 5-6times but even then no installation took place, then at 8.30pm they send AC at our home but still didn’t installed,

                          26th finally people came to install, till that time i compromised from my side! it was tolerable,

                          27th -next day I got to know that which AC they have send is 2star which consumes more electricity which I was not informed by the dealer earlier, and on the same day i got to know that AC is defective, it produces lots of smoke(gas kind of)which was all over in my house, which could cause serious respiratory problems to us, on the same day I called MR MANISH and asked about this leakage and asked him for replacement(instead of 2star I was asking for 5star),he said ok to replace it at that point of time,

                          28th-ac used to release smoke nonstop and stopped cooling as well then I again asked MR MANISH to send some engineer to repair it but nobody came. Yesterday I called him again and again for at least 10 time but the responses were same that your work will be done within an hour but nothing happened as such, also I am very much tense because of this and tomorrow onwards my final year exams are going to start ,
                          29th-after giving my exam I went to true link electronics and asked for replacement but they refused badly I came back and I called MR AARIF (area manager)to sought out my problem but nothing happened, then I wrote a mail to you, then 2engineers came from LG and said that there was a leakage of gas due to improper installation of AC by the local technicians send from true electronics. I am totally fed up from such responses and I again went to true electronics with my father, brother and friend to asked him for replacement and to get new AC by today itself but they refused to do so(why should i suffer in all this? why should i wait?)By the time of purchasing they talked us like a gentlemen but now they are (MR MANISH AND MR AMIT) were saying that we don’t care you go and replace your ac and we can’t do anything for you (in a very rude way), then I told them that “I will go for consumer court” then they said “yes of course you can, company will suffer, we won’t”,

                          30th-Today engineer came from your company and checked my ac but it still didn't replaced, engineer said it will get repaired and cant replaced. I am not convinced, very very disappointed.Wont ever go for LG and I want replacement at any cost. I will go to consumer court for sure.

                          31st- still not replaced,

                          Apr, 1st-no response from company’s side,

                          2nd- Dealer called me and said, maam your work will be done by tomorrow 12pm,but nothing done.

                          So I am asking you as a customer is this the way to treat your customers?????????????????????????

                          The problems which I have faced during this-
                          1) Mental depression during my exams
                          2) It could caused respiratory problem because of that leakage
                          3) Loss of money (phone charges & petrol of my car)
                          4) Wastage of time during exams
                          5) Violation of consumer right (right to be informed)about the 2star and 5star before purchasing......
                          Etc etc etc.....

                          On the above facts I can & I want to file a case against you and the dealer for depression.
                          Actions I want from your side-
                          1) Replace my ac immediately (1.5ton5star BAA ratings)
                          2) Take strict actions against Mr. Manish and Mr. Amit.

                          WAITING FOR QUICK POSITIVE RESPONCE FROM YOUR SIDE!!!
                          I have purchased LG split AC Model No. LG LSA5NW2VF1 dated : 06/08/2010 from matrix distributors(mumbai).

                          From the day of installation i have been facing problems with the AC.

                          1) The AC does not cool at jet cool option, it just throws air which does not cool the room.
                          2) AC has been making very peculiar noise. The noise comes from the unit which is inside the room. The sound is really unbearable and disturbing.

                          Twice LG officials came and checked the matter, and it was reported to LG that there is defect in the indoor unit. This thing was done 20 days back.

                          Their is no response from your end even after you are aware of the problem faced by me. Things from your end is really sluggish and i dont think you are in anyway going to help me.

                          I, Suresh Pai one of your valued customer first bought LG TV in 2003 I was very happy by your service and also by your product I also insisted my friends to buy LG TV. Then I bought another LG product Automatic Washing Machine in 2005 which has also given me good result, so I felt in love with LG products and there after I always tell my friends & relatives to buy LG products due to Good result of products and also very good service whenever they take my opinion. Then in 2009 I went for your another product without thinking of any other company. I bought two LG split A/C, one of 0.75 tons and other for 2 tons for my Res. But sorry to say that your 0.75 tons A/C in last 400 Days I have not used even 40 Days and the service provided by you is very very poor. The A/C was mostly lying in your workshop most of the time especially in April & May 2010 when it has a maximum utilization. Being an electronic product I do agree that even the new piece can be defective so I even told your Service Center to replace the piece but they went on repairing sometime Gas leak or some other time some other fault they even replaced the compressor but of no use. Last month they again took full set of A/C and brought it after almost 20 days without plug and now condition of these A/C is that it looks very old (some 3 to 4 years old A/C) as everywhere they have used taps and they told that they had forgotten to bring the plug and they will be coming tomorrow but Sir 6 days have passed nobody is bother to give service.
                          So, I request you to look into the matter personally.

                            As i go for repairing of my LG handset RD6600.the service center situated at Badash Nagar Lucknow they told the estimated cost of Rs.2000/= and charged 55 Rs. as inspection charges.But as i repaired from outside it will cost only Rs.200/=.Kindly take action against them coz they r working only for cutting the customer's pocket only not for customers satisfaction.

                            We are LG Customer, we have purchased LG Mobile (Model: LG GD-510 Purple, RSN No.:[protected], S/N: 0071PEL029796) as on 11.09.2010 from [censored]al Communication, Vapi. This mobile is not working priority from 15.05.2011 & submitted to your respective service centre (Kare Center, Vapi) as on 18.05.2011. This problem is create the second time same problem. First time problem start from dated 17.10.2010 & solution after 15 days @ Servicing Centre. I am not able to any work. I feel havebeen absloutely cheated and my Rs. 5800 have gone a waste.
                            We had already communication with your respective vapi service centre, But till now not complete your process (i.e. your service are not fulfilled) & not any satisfactory reply or action taken in this regards.

                            In event of not given any solution within 03 days on your information we will have no other option but forced to go to consumer court with Police authorities and take legal / Civil action against your company.
                            So, kindly look in to the matter and take immediately appropriate judgment is highly appreciated.

                              I was registered washing machine's non working complaint on 17/03/10, C[protected], It was assured that on same day the person will come and attend the complaint. After reminder one person (Mr. Devendra) came on 20.03.10 and told that the tub's puly's screw is damaged and need to change. He went on that day and till date (upto 01.04.10) no one attended the complaint. I have called there customer care number[protected] so many times but they only able tell that your complaint and reminders are forwared to concern department. Then One day I have received a number of Mr. Prashant Shah [protected], he assured that today (27.03.10) your complaint will be sorted out. But till date no one has came to check the same. From last 8 to ten days my wife is ill due to fever and viral infection and she is not able to wash the cloths by hand. So we are very much trouble some with the service. why did I bought this product which is costly than any equivalent products, is the company hearing????? pl attend

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have Purchased LG Washing Machine fully automatic, top loading system, after warranty period machine was repaired not woking condition, purchase date is 01.12.2008.

                              I have asked for repair LG Washing Machine Customer Care Centre. vide Customer ref. No:[protected] dt 03.12.2010 & various dates are[protected],[protected],[protected], it is very poor response from your Service centre.

                              Service Centre Shreeji Engineering, person came after 13 days from 03.12.10 to 15.12.10, that service person says some push parts can be replaced, he says I will come with material next day.

                              I have called on 17.12.10, he says only for your machine repair i will not come, he says that area require another 6 to 7 customer complaint required otherwise i will not attend the same.

                              I am daily dialling phone call to Service Centre M/s Shree Engineering, Mr. Amit Bhai, Mobile No: [protected], [protected], [protected] .

                              Service attended Person Mr. Kalpesh Rathore Mobil No: [protected] now both are not lifting the phone.

                              My question is LG product after warranty period will not work or disposal item, after completion of warrnty period machine is not working.

                              In India LG product is very good name & and also Excellent product name, kindly protect the protect, this type of service centre destroy your business very shortly.

                              Kindly instruct to Service Engineer to attend my washing machine to be repaired in time.

                                  My name is Santosh Sahu, resident of Mumbai (Antop Hill), would like to bring to your kind notice that I have received a damaged LG Television Set - Model No. LG - 21FS4RG purchase through a dealer – Kohinoor Televideo, Dadar East, Mumbai on 5th July 2009, invoice no – 57142

                                  After over one month of the purchase one day while dusting with yellow duster the sticker on the TV set got stuck to the cloth and I was shocked to notice a crack behind the sticker. Immediately I registered a complain with the dealer (Mr. Nair of Konhinoor Televideo) who examined the piece and confirmed the defect. He promised a replacement but no action has been taken till date.

                                  I have logged 2 complains at LG Customer Care the complain nos are NV140031 & C09B1415395. The service engineer visited my residence, examined the TV set and confirmed the defect but again no action has been taken till date.

                                  My TV set is still under warranty and have requested LG for fresh piece.

                                  Awaiting for your positive reply.

                                    After servicing of LG 5.1 Home Theater (Due to malfunctioning of FM), sometimes it will not turn on. Sometimes after 3 to 5 hrs it will work.

                                    I think, to solve malfunctioning of FM, they already replaced board. And it took more than one month to service. I don’t have time to go to service centre for each problem. Most of the time due to faults this produce is not ready for use. I cannot continue anymore with this faulty system. Please do the needful to replace this system with new one.

                                    And one small speaker is also stopped working. I already registered a complaint through dealer and still I didn't get any response. I hope you will solve my problems as soon as possible.

                                      around 2 months before i have buyed e new hanset of LG-KG195 FROM mpnagar,basement of jyoti cinema,bhopal,m.p...in the menu it was mentioned that the respective hanset has the option for internet browsing...i did everything such as ,intalled LG-PC SUITE software in my computer,have saved all the settings of GPRS PLAN ,10 rs. per day (AIRTEL)..as told by the employees of service center at bhopal,zone1,m.p nagar but it won't worked...finally i gived my cellphone to them for 3 days,they were also not succesful to start the internet in the cellphone..rather they broked up the backcover of my cellphone,next time when i gived my cellphone they broked up the port pins...i asked them to get it repair but now two weeks have passed but they not reparinig the cellphone

                                      kg195 — browser is not working

                                      Hi,
                                      I hv purchased KG-195 for Internet Browsing. I hv activated GPRS on my mobile but till date I not able to start using the internet on my laptop due to Driver Issue. It required 7332 Driver and the same is not provided in the Mobile kit box.

                                      Plz. suggest asap. whom to contact to get that. Atleast send me the link to download the same.

                                        I have requested for servicing my AC on 15-03-10. The person who

                                        attended the call told me that he will send a complaint ID. But nothing

                                        happened. Or nobody came to service the AC.
                                        Later on 21st March I requested. Then they sent me the complaint ID

                                        C[protected]. Later the service person called me and told that he is

                                        on the way and he will be here by 4.30 PM. But nothing happened.

                                        He didnt even have the curtsy to inform me that he is not coming.
                                        Later on Monday (22/03/10), when I checked with the customer

                                        service, once again they sent me a complaint id (C[protected]) and in

                                        1hr, the service person called me and asked me whether he can come

                                        now. As there is nobody at home, I told him not to come today and

                                        come on saturday.
                                        Later today I checked with the customer care and they sent me

                                        another complaint id (C[protected]) and told me that in 4 hours the

                                        person will service the AC. 4 Hrs over and again I checked with the

                                        customer care. The person attended told me that, in 2 hours, the

                                        person will come for the service. later the service man also called me

                                        and told me that he will come today by 4PM. But nothing happened.

                                        And when I called him back, he is not even picking the phone. His

                                        number is[protected]Chennai).
                                        When I checked with the customer care, they are again extending the

                                        time to 2 hrs.
                                        I'm not servicing my AC on their mercy. I request the LG authorities

                                        to take necessary steps to service my AC on saturdays or sundays. I

                                        bought the LG AC only because of the reputation you have. But if the

                                        treatment is like this how can I go for a product of LG or suggest LG

                                        to others?

                                        LG Split AC 1.5 Ton — 7 times problem in a year

                                        i got a lg split ac 1.5tones in uttam sales in jamshedpur,bistupur.the ac is out of order 7 times in a year ,still the dealer not replace this product.what can i do pls help me.
                                        Recently I have purchased a 1.5 ton capacity LG split AC from the agency M/s.Shah & Shah at Tambaram on 9th May, 2011. They have brought the AC to my residence at Perumkallathur on 17th and installed on 18th May, 2011. It seems that the suppllied piece was a defective one and gas leakage was there and it was not working. On complaint LG engineers visited my house on 21st May, 2011 and promised me to replace the piece within a week's time. As of now they have not replaced the piece and still they are asking time for replacement. Finally they have promised me today 3rd June that they will be able to supply the material only on 6th June, 2011. I feel very bad about the LG response in this regard. Normally I heard that LG customer response will be very good. But in my case it is not. I request the higher authorities to take urgent necessary steps to redress the problems of the customers.
