Sir,
I've purchased LG KS660 mobile week back, and now I am not able to send SMS or receive them properly. Typical problems I've faced are as follows:

1) Send SMS not working, just stops no error msg as well
2) Save as draft SMS not working
3) SMS received from one person appears as sent by someone else! This is really frustating.
4) Delete SMS's not working, they appear back once I delete them!
5) Not able to read SMS, open one SMS opens some other SMS
6) Call lists jumbled!
7) Sms are not sending, outbox is just filling up with SMS queue


With all these defects LG has released so many phones and no support/fix is provided for the same. By this complaint I would like you to help us in getting fix or our money back from LG. I can return my handset without any physical damage to it to LG for my money.

I've seen this kind of problem in KS660 LG handset, and have not seen any response from LG Or LG handset dealer. Sue them
The Mobile LG Mobile Model No KS 660 was purchased at Annanagar, I Charged the battery initially 8 hour and subsequently 2 hour per day, On 4.05.2010 I returned the mobile to service center, I checked last 3 days hardly made 10 calls from this mobile then the device indicated low battery!, I cant make a calls through out the day keeping the mobile on charging,

Sending a SMS with this instrument is a mess,

Hope someone from LG will get back to us on this issue, Either a replacement or a Update

Dear Sir,
I am also facing the same problem. This LG is a pain in the neck. Come together we will drag them to the Forum for inducing general public to buy such faulty and undeserving handsets. Its a great harassment to the public.
I have had many problems with my LG KS660 such as the screen not responding and messages mixed up as described before. I have e mailed LG India with noe response. I bought the phoen in Goa in January. Can anyone advise how i can contact them to get a responce. I live in th UK.
I was planning to buy LG Ks 660 as it has a dual Sim car facility. But reading these adverse comments and the attitude of LG company not to set things right has discouraged me from buying this set. Thanks for wrints these personal experiences with KS 660

I am having the same problem mate. I got this phone from Gujarat in January 2010 and then came to Australia, from the day I got this phone, I have to take this phone to LG Service Centre in India for atleast 3 times; one time for screen not working, second time same problem and third time bubble in the screen which made the screen stop working completely and now I have a new problem as what you have for messaging. Sometimes, when i send anyone a message it does goes but picks any message from inbox and send it instead of what you type in the message and this LG useless people over here in Australia says that you need to take it to LG in india and I am sick of these . LG, , you suck man...Close your business or learn from other competitors. - Nick
I bought a LG mobile hand set No:GU220 on 14th Sept, 2010, after a month battery trouble started and I approached seller. He is telling you have to got to their service centre at Kalyn about 5 km away. I would have purchsed some other brand I would have not suffered.
when i make call to other then the phone book does not open to tell number ; sms and battery problem also.
I had Buy the Same Mobile from Dubai Duty Free ... After Installing Second SIM in India all State Problem had been Started I am unable to Fix it by So Far ..

    had purchased a package of LCD, home theater,2 ton AC, 567 lit double door refrigerator from Saniya Distrubutor in Aurangabad.

    installation of refrigerator was done but demonstration was not done .LG Aurangabad does not have proper engineers to explain the operations ,the engineers have no idea of products. the lcd was properly installed but the home theater has problem as no proper demonstration on the product was given. the ac was fitted it leaks in the house morning we have to get up in a pool of water despite of complains no one come back

    your services are pathetic,

    Onother issue is on pricing the pricing in the BIGBAZZAR are much much lower as compared to your distrubutors when told the officer said that if you buy from bigbazzar we will not give you service i have forwarded the same complain to big bazzar even .

    i receive a phone call from lg about services when i told her my dissatisfaction about the product, engineer, madam is interested to know their dressing sense , cleanliness etc .. hope you understand my problem..

      I HAVE PURCHASE LG OVEN MODEL NO. MC.8080PRR ON 08/02/2010.I HAVE CALL MANY MANY TIMES FOR DEMO BUT FROM DEALER ( NISHANT ELECTRONICS AKOLA MAHASHATRA ) AND ALSO FROM COMPANY(TOLL FREE NO.)       Lg Microwave — no demonstration by dealer

      dear sir
      this is mr ak singh, i have a complaint regarding your service, i have brought LG microwave oven (item code-mwo8083) from your one of the authorised dealer, naming "kohinoor", wadala(E) with a bill no-100877. on date 7th of april-08 but im afraid to submit that not even a single person has visited to come to our place for a demonstration. earlier it was assured that, one person will come and explain us the procedure of operation, i know its not a rocket sciencee, still m/s kohinoor showing an unprofessionl deed from their side and inspite of several call, they just say, "please wait we will send a person today". now its been 7 painfull days ive spent in the name of non working LG product, im very certain that any feedback given by me to other customers blog will be certainly no in a favor of your company.
      kindly tak e pain and look into the matter, other wise im planning to lodge a complaint on you on CUNSUMER FORUM.

      Lg Microwave — No one for demo.

      I have booked LG Microwave, they conveyed that it will be delivered in next two days. From LG service, i used to receive calls for demo. But this call was only till date until the goods delivered to my home. Once goods delivered there was no call from LG service for demo. This is very disgusting.

      LG is spread all over india, thay can't maitin the database that whether demo has been provided to customer or not.

      Please don't buy Lg product as service is very very poor.

      LG - Microwave Oven — IRRESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

      Hello Readers,

      This is to inform all of you that LG.customer service is pathetic!
      I have launched a complain for LG-Microwave oven (which is still is guaranty period) some two months ago..The concerned person Awdhesh came in to our place after lots of delays and he gave a commitment to be back in tow days...these two days turned into weeks and weeks into months.. When I called him up..his approach was very casual and he said that he was not getting a part from head office Lucknow and gave a a mobile number which is [protected] and which belongs to Mahesh. I spoke with Raj Kumar regarding the same and he told me that the part would be dispatched in 24 hours... but it's been 10 days i did not get any news and even today when I am trying to contact him... this person is not receiving my phone calls.
      I think this type of irresponsibility needs a serious attention because I have lost trust in the LG services and with this kind of lethargic attitude LG is going to suffer as it would lose it's customers and eventually market off course .

      I am really disappointed and feel so helpless at this moment as I have to stop focusing all my important tasks and have to focus on these issues. I really don't have time to crave into this matter but I am not left with any option.

      Lg Microwave — NO DEMONSTRATION

      I brought a LG Microwave from one of the Biggest Chain of Stores "X-cite" in Hyderabad, 8days back, but so far, i had not used the equipment, because No demonstration was given. I was told by X-cite Staff, who are very kind, that in next 48 hours LG will send a Representative, who will demonstrate the equipment. I had made around 8 to 10 calls for demonstration only to X-cite. So, i know what type of service we can expect from LG. Even i have a collection of LG products like Television, Color Monitor, and Microwave, i decide not to further trust this brand.

      Hope company open it eyes. Please recollect the words of Mahatma Gandhi, Customer is a King. That company depends upon consumer.

      LG Microwave Oven — Irresponsible service

      Im from Chennai, Nolambur.       Lg-microwave oven — COMPLAINT NOT SERVED SINCE 32 DAYS

      Complaint regarding Non functionality of LG Microwave(In warranty Period) placed on 6th June 2011-Complaint request ID No-RNA[protected]
      Since the past 30 days, every alternate day I kept calling the customer care, the regional office and the tecnician for service, but in vain.
      Customer care dept gave me the contact number of the Area incharge, whom I could not get connected till date as he/she does not care to attend the phone(Mobile phone).
      A microwave oven is a daily usage product which has become the part of every common man's life now a days. I was not able to use the same at my house due to the sheer negligence from few of the people at the house of LG. I have lost 1 month warranty also due to the same.
      Requesting you to look into the matter on urgent priority and sort out the matter at the earliest.

        I bought a LG 1.0 Ton Split AC on 14th march 2010. After 2-3 days i noticed that there is a lot of vibration and more unusual sound in the inner unit. I made a complaint regarding this issue. A service personal came and tried to solve the problem, he inserted some paper packings and applied tape on the unit to avoid the sound. He was trying to convince that now there is no sound but the sound level and the vibration was same.
        i again made a complaint after 3-4 days, again a man from LG came and said that bush needs to be replaced. Next day he replaced the bush and after that the sound level increased a lot. Then he hammered the unit from inside to reduce the sound.

        These people are trying to convince me that now there is no sound...But in night when i use the AC there is lot of vibration and more sound of the blower. A Split AC should not have so much of sound as they are designed so to make no sound or very less sound.

        You can easily make out lot of sound and vibration in night.

        I also called one of there senior officer also and he said that you dont worry i will look into the matter but till date no response..

        If possible i request LG to replace my inner unit or solve the problem as soon as possible.

          Respected sir/madam,
          On 8th march,2010 thursday we have purchased a LG 1TON WINDOW AC from ELECTRONIC CENTRE,benachity,durgapur-13.Before installing the machine we have made contact with the LG service centre officials for the inspection of the place where the AC should be installed.After 1-2 days the person came for inspection and suggested that the place is best suited for installing a window ac.After 1 week the machine was installed and just after the installation was done the machine was creating a huge trouble.First of all when the machine was sitched on it created a huge sound by giving a sudden jerk to the machine.After that for running 10-15 minutes the compressor gets switched off and simply the fan is operating.We called several times in the service centre and then after facing this problem for 3 days they send one of their engineer for analysing the problem.He suggested that the place is not suitable for installing a window ac and the place should be changed but as per the measurement given in the manual our installation was alright.This problem continues for several days and finally the head technician visited our house and decided that they should take the machine with them for further examining.In the mean time we have also made contact with the helpline but it is a sorry state of affairs that still now also we have not got any response.Anyways,after examining the machine they delivered to us after 2 days but there is still no improvement,the same problem continues.As a result we are bound to return the machine of such a reputed company because of the delays and bad response of your service cemtre.Moreover they are not ready to pay any compensation charge for the damage of our property what they have caused at the time of installing the machine.The thing is that we have to face such a huge harrashment and moreover Rs 40000(approx) had already spend from our pocket for repairing the damage.

          Hoping that by analysing my problem you will be giving me some fruitful result as soon as possible otherwise i have to report this whole matter to consumer forum.I will be waiting for your reply.

            Subject: Defective Split Air Conditioner Supplied
            I, Sarita Singh, resident of C-12 Sarvodaya Nagar, Kanpur – 208 005, Mobile Number [protected], purchased a split AC of LG make on 15/04/2009, from SITI Electronics, 117/109-C, “M” Block, Kakadeo, Kanpur (Mobile Number [protected], [protected]), vide Invoice / Cash Memo number 499 dt 15/04/09, Copy of the invoice under reference is attached herewith for your reference. All the payment had been made instantly at the time of installation (AC cost Rs 24990, Stabilizer Rs 3800/- and installation charges Rs. 1700/-). AC model number as mentioned on Invoice was LSAL4W2VFI and as mentioned on delivery challan LSA5UW2VFI, which one is correct is not clear to me; kindly refer to annexure 1 & 2 for correct model number.
            My agony had started from the day one;
            1. I got the Air Conditioner installed in my room at first floor, having dimensions 12x12 feet sq having height of 10 feet.
            2. I bought split unit for two purposes- 1) silent room 2) no water mess out side of room. But both got defeated as the serviceman who landed for installation installed the external unit just on the back of wall carrying internal unit (almost positioned like window AC), citing the reason that if there is distance between external unit and internal unit cooling will be less. He misguided me purposefully either to save his work or he new before hand that AC was defective and wont cool the room properly. Now my room is noisy and it was mess just outside my room. If bucket is not put at the water outlet water travels into theroom.
            3. On the very first day of installation I had realized that AC was not cooling properly; not even like an ordinary desert cooler. Air temperature and air flow were so significantly dismal that even if you were sitting under direct air from AC still you would sweat. That needed no special skills or instruments to judge the performance of AC. AC unit supplied to us was defective, and that was quite clear from observations and output parameters.
            4. I started complaining about the AC to the dealer from where I purchased. Dealer kept on assuring me that he will send engineer from LG; still if nothing works he would exchange the unit with similar model and satisfactory performance.
            5. Initially I lodged complaints with dealer and dealer got the mechanics sent form LG (as communicated by dealer and visiting mechanic). All the mechanics kept on saying that nothing was wrong with the unit but they also acknowledged that AC was not cooling at all.
            6. Afterwards I directly called on LG call Centre (0522 –[protected] but nothing could be got fruitful. Again mechanics of low expertise visited us during odd hours adding to our inconvenience. But none had anything new to tell or any remedy. But all accepted that AC was not cooling properly.
            7. After my repeated complaint calls dealer offered me to change the piece. We instantly accepted the offer. After a month or more, a series of complaints dealer changed the piece. That changed unit also did not work and cooling was miserable. After a few days I noticed that changed model was not the same as the originally installed model. Units were hanging high hence I could not notice what was written on the units. But from remote control device I observed that new remote control unit had less functions (without flap too) than the original remote control unit. But neither any difference sum asked or returned. New unit model number as printed on body LSA5UW2AS1.
            8. Performance of new unit was absolutely miserable and changing of model done no good. Again a series of complaints had started from my side to the dealer and LG Call Center. Number of crude and low expertise mechanics visited no had any correction mechanism. When I adamantly insisted to take the temperature of air out put directly at the vents that was too high as compare to other units installed in my house. (it was 15+ at the vents while other AC’s had 8; and that readings were taken by the gauge carrying by LG Servicemen)
            9. The whole 2009 summer ended up in hot. AC was of no use. Now frequent visits of crude mechanics were adding to our woes instead of doing good. None was finding anything wrong the unit but they had no answer to non cooling of AC.
            10. I am a working woman hence I had to take leave of absence from my job to entertain visiting mechanics. Over a month of 2010 summer has gone no remedy appears to me. I had ended up loosing Rs 30000/- for AC but still live in hot room.
            11. I attempted number of times to know the contact details of any one competent who could find remedy or arrange a visit of any competent AC engineer who could take decision best in my interest; but neither from dealer nor from LG call centre I could seek any such contact details; in fact both were intentionally hiding the same. The persons so far visited my house were simply buying time (waiting for lapse of warranty period) and looking after the interest of the dealer or LG. No one was least concerned about the fact that I had thrown a heavy sum for the facility what I was not getting. The simple remedy was to change the defective piece with the properly working piece of the similar model which I had paid for.
            12. From Internet I could collect some of the addresses; I am writing this letter if any good solution could be found to my problem.
            Looking forward to find a quick response from you. I am not sure whether there will be any redressal of my problem or not; kindly ensure that this does not happen to anyone else. First purchasing an item of comfort then following up for defective performance then no remedy; how annoying it could be one can easily feel the anguish.

              Hi All,
              This is to bring under your notice that the LG company is only providing the sales but not the proper service to the customer .As i had bought the A/c belonging to LG company for the local dealer who is located in MUlund (EAST) New Canara Electronic dated 24/04/09 which is still in the warranty period but the A/c started giving the problem before it complete 1 yrs also for that i had been following up form past 2 months the first complaint was registered on 19/03/10 where the servicing for the A/c need to be done as the water was dipping down and the a/c was not able to provide the proper cooling.So on 21/03/10 an executive for LG named Bajrangi Chauhan has visited my place and charged me 400 hundred to resolve the issue never mind but after few hours he left form my place the same problem arised and again i need to call to the LG representative for fixing the same problem.Again after 2 days Mr Bajrangi informed me that he would sendhis Sr Eng at my place to resolve the issue and they visites my place and did some RND and informed me that the A/c is well efficent to work now but again the problem presist. Than Again i need to have a complaint this was my 3 complaint for the same issue that i had paid 400 Rs.So again i called the toll free nmber of LG Servise center spoke to the executive who transfered my line to the Sr person named Shailesh Tripati of lgservice and he arranged the conference with some Regional Head that was Swapnil Salvi and gave me a assurance that he problem will be resolved by send better person theyofficals from LG visited my place for the 4th time to resolve the issue but were not able to do it.Again one day i received the call asking for the A/c so i informed that the A/c is not working still so two executive again visited my palce named sonu and some one(name not identified) to take both the units (indoor,outdoor) to the company service centre for resolving the issue and after 3 days they had sent me the both the units saying the the necessary measure's had been taken but the problem still was not resolved.So i requested Mr Raghunath G emp 38 to take back the units and get it done by replacing it .The reason i m tell to replace it because in one year only the A/c had given me such a big issue than imagine after 2 yrs its wont work only right......

                Dear Sir,
                I have purchased a 14''LG flat screen on 8-10-09 from M/S Ashoka Electronics,main market,Rithala,Delhi.The product stoped functioning on[protected].I logged a complaint (Bearing No. [protected])in the matter to LG Customer care Immediately but of no avail. I again logged a complaint (Bearing no-[protected])
                on[protected] again proveing unfruitfull.At last i again logged complaint (Bearing no-C[protected]) on[protected].This time a representative attendented the complaint and rectified the defect for the time being but it immediately stop functioning.After this I have made several phone calls and logged a number of complaints in the matter but all in vain.
                I am very much frustrated and disappointed with the unhuman behaviour of the company in the matter.I am a poor man and can't afford to buy another Television.So kindly help in the matter.

                  My daughter in US has booked the LG 52 Inch Back Reflection Home Theater TV during May/June. 2003. This has given exellant service but the TV developed some problem in its electronic circuit and is not working. This was given to LG's authorised service centre at Bhopal.                     This has reference to my LG refrigerator which I had purchased in July 2009 from Dass Electronics, Kalyaninagar, and has not been working properly for the past 2-3 months. Your technician tried to repair it and after 4 consecutive times the refrigerator was finally taken and supposedly repaired by your technicians, and it was kept with your workshop for more than 20-25 days.



                    I would like to mention here that the same problem has occured again and the cooling is not happening as earlier. It has also come to my notice that the refrigerator provided is a different one, i.e. the body has been changed as the colour is slightly different, which I did not notice earlier. Hence, you are hereby informed to replace the refrigerator with immediate effect.

                      I had bought LG microwave in November 2009, considering that LG is the provider of best product and service in the market. However, it was not to be true.I got first problem in October 2010 with pre-heat function. I had used this function for the first time. My microwave made some noise and stopped suddenly while pre-heat function was on.The inner side of the door also melted due to some excessive heat. I lodged complaint in October 2010. LG mechanic visited our place and did some repair and confirmed that the product the now ok. He assured that we will not face problem in future. We asked to test the pre-heat function and confirm. He mentioned that since it takes time, he would not be able to test it and said that we can call him if we have any problem. We went by his words and assumed that the product is now ok.

                      I used the pre-heat function for the first time after it got repaired only in first week of December. It gave me the same problem and stopped suddenly. I once again complained and same LG mechanic visited our place. He confirmed that the same problem persists and the product is faulty. He informed that in such cases of manufacturing defects where problem occurs within 3 months of repair, the company may consider to change the product. Also, if the product is not changed, he will repair the product without any cost after approval from HO. Days went by and we received no response from him. We called him and he asked to speak to Mr. Prince who is co-ordinating with HO. We have spoken to him several times and he always said that he is awating reply from HO.

                      Since we were not getting any response, we chose to call the customer care number and seek the response on delay in unresolved complaint. To my disbelief, they have informed that it is closed to the customer's satisfaction (i.e. me) and told that why I am calling after 2 months. She suggested to lodge complaint again and I did the same. The mechanic visited and informed exactly the same thing which I am aware of. I again narrated the entire story and he took the copy of the bill and said he shall write to HO and we need to speak to Prince. I called him day before yesterday and he said it can be repaired only at a cost to us. I was again shocked and did not know what to do. I did not understand that if the product had menufacturing fault as confirmed by your engineer, why i should be penalised about that. My mistake was that I trusted on LG brand.

                      I have written mails to the consumer care but with no success. Can you help how to take this forward?
                      I bought an LG microwave oven - Model Solo MS 2347BS S/n 809ABY4000370 in Nov 2008. Within months, the magnatron went out of order. Although it was replaced under warranty, in dec 2009 (i mth post warranty expiry), the same part along with the transformer went out of order. We have been asked to pay in excess of Rs 2000 to replace these faulty parts now. since the oven cost us 4000 to begin with, we are now very sceptical in investing any further into this piece of faulty junk. i won't be going for any further products from LG henceforth and would like to warn others before they go for LG products especially ovens
                      Their after sales service is sick, no matter which city they are in. the company has got a rude attitude for customers once the product is sold. Follow them up and take them to task. Am going to do it for my fridge.

                        sir ..i m getting lots of problems in accessing net in my newly purchased LG GM 200 mobile with Tata Docono sim...every tym i uses it ...it give either INTERNAL SERVER ERROR or HOST not found or CONNECTION Failed...i hav installed operamini...bt its nt getting installed due to some error .....i could not access google,gmail ,yahoomail account or orkut....plz giv me solution how to solve it...no Help desk is there though i hav logded mny complaint.....

                          Dear LG,

                          I had purchased DVD Player DV356 from Chroma, ( Badarpur Border, Delhi). Thinking that LG products are quality products. But am very sorry to say that LG makes the worst products in India. And the service backup is equally bad.
                          I had a problem in the set from the 2nd month of my purchase, the DVD switches off automatically after running for 30 mins - 1 hour.
                          When the compliant was launched the service engineer came and changed the Power Supply ( as he told me , whether he changed or not god knows). the DVD ran good for couple of days. Then again the same problem., Again the compliant was registered the service engineer came and did the same thing again ( changed the power supply). Again the DVD ran well for couple of months.
                          Then again it had the same problem .

                          I have this problem now for the 5th time, and LG is not able to solve the issue.
                          Am unable to understand that a MNC like LG is not able to provide support for there own products, and there engineers are not able to repair the products.
                          What should i do now.

                          I bought LG Reliance Mobile from Bangalore before 4 months back.

                          LG Electronics — Service issue for DVD player purchased

                          Dear Sir,

                          Have purchased DVD of LG from Vijay sales Borivali (Mumbai) in july 09,,
                          the DVD has stopped working since 05 dec 09, have lodged complaint with the dealer same day & got the ref no as C09C0516270. since than twice the service guy asked me 2 stay at home, but he didnt arrived both the time.
                          there after i lodged another complaint with same offfice on 11 dec 09. no one has even bothered to give me a call for last so many days even after making several calls.

                          Request your intervention to bring justice.

                              i have purchased washing machine of lg company on febuary 2010 and from the time i purchased it it is not working ,,,,,,,inspite of repeated complains no action has been taken now i request the company to look into this matter and try solving it as soon as possible
                              i have bought this machine at 2004 . the stand of this machine had got rusted so that it is not working properly . we have insured it for 10yrs. but, when we called it for service they are saying that the whole body have to be renewed for an high cost.

                                last year i bought lg split ac at home which initially had no issue and got the first free service done, which i felt anyone could have done. but the issue is its inappropriate functioning after we got its 2nd service done, which i think has started couple of problems like foul smell, noise, swing function and non dripping of water. On sending several mails, messages to the service center, nothing is done so far. I fail to understand how does company like LG afford to have such service centers or people at such places, very poor and disappointing. I do not feel like saying - Life's Good for LG but instead it is like Lost Goodwill.
                                yes i do agree, it seems this have been a common issue at many places. It needs serious and immediate attention
                                I do agree with you, I have purchased a split Ac through CSD Canteen and from day one rather from its installation it is not giving cooling . I have been complaining with toll free help line, service cebtre and its head office at Noida but it is of no use. I suggest it ha worst services in india. hence such type of company should be banned. I am fed up now, no one pays any atention towards your complaint. I do not know to whom approach for the rectification. Every time I complain head office transfer it to branch office and branch office do not bother. From : Banbari Lal Agrawal

                                  I Have bought a LG Lcd Tv jazz theater in january 2010, at that time The Win Big Offer was going on wherin you recieve a scratch card with your purchase and the gift can be redeemed from the dealer or LG branch office. It has 2 months and the gift has NOT BEEN RECIEVED yet. I got the lowest Gift (50 moive dvd pack) and the scratch hasa been submitted to the dealer on the day of purchase itself

                                  I have realised LG is known for cheating consumers by offering many "gifts" and not giving them finally.

                                    LG Electronics India - Replacement of Defective Air conditioner

                                    I have purchased window-air conditioner of LG 3 years before. I use AC only in summer for two months. In the I year summer it worked well for one month and suddenly cooling stopped. In the II year summer I have paid Rs.2,500& get it serviced from LG dealer. It worked for one week and cooling stopped. Again I gave for repair. It worked for 2 weeks and cooling stopped. I left it like that. In the III year summer(this year) I have given for repair 3 times in a gap of 10 days. Three times LG people are failes in doing service. Again they took for service.

                                    I have given e-mail & Courier about this complaints 2 years before for replacement of air-conditioner& Iam following this since 2 years. They are doing servicing& avoiding replacement. As a customer Iam suffering with this piece since 3 years. only a defective piece gives trouble like this.

                                    As a LG Customer Iam very sorry to say about this type of negligence in replacemnt. I need my defective piece to be replaced immeditely and I want my service charges to be reimbursed to me by LG. Iam also demanding consumer damage claims for such type of inconvenience to customers.

                                      I have purchased a LG Mobile GX200 set from M/s New Mobile Hut, Patiala vide reciept no.2547 dt.26.2.2010 .This set is automatically restart every time whenever I dail or receive any call. I have complain their service centre at Patiala IMAGE SERVICES,SHOP NO. 74, CHOTTI BARANDARI, PATIALA videJob no.R07041006 dt. 7.4.2010. Their answer is that they have not the software from company to check / repair this set, you call us one or two days, that the software has come or not then we can repair your set.Is't company open such service centre without software or missguide the customer?.

                                        I have purchased LG Air conditioner 2 Years back. It stopped working in 2 Years only. Now when I called LG customer care for repair they responeded that with in 24 hours it will be repaired. But no one appeared in 24 hours. Since last 3 days I am continously calling on their customer care and getting same response. If I ask them to connect me to some senior person they put me on hold for long time so after that a frustated caller himself disconnect the call.
                                        I can not go to any private vendor for repair as product is under warranty and as per LG rules if product has been opened by some non authorized vendor warranty will be cancelled.

                                        So I am feeling help less. I have never expected such a poor service from LG.

                                        This is to inform you that I had purchased a split AC from Great Eastern Trading company, Baghmore, Halisahar, 24 Prganas(N), on[protected]. But I didn’t have got any free servicing from your end as committed in the past one year. But I have got calls from your servicing team members 2-3 times and they had given the time also. I have waited for full days on those particular dates for your service representative, but despite my repeated follow up no body attended.
                                        Kindly do the needful.

                                        I bought two air conditioner from LGSHOPPEE Racecourse Road Indore. The shop promised installation at a cost which was mutually agreed. The shop sent a technician who refused to install. After numerous calls to LGSHOPPE they sent one person who fitted the A/C. The very next day we realized that one of the A/C is leaking water inside the house affecting many household items. We again called the shop and technician but he never responded.

                                        I made several complaints by email through LG site but no response from anyone yet.
