Bought a 26" Lg LCD tv in october '08. Which has stopped working. Had made a complaint in service center but those guys are very busy. Finally when they came they gave me a huge quotation for the repairing. They were really very unprofessional and didnt even knew how to talk to customer.

Really very upset with these kind of sub standard products.

    two years before i have purchased lg double door refregiator & and within a warraty period of one year my lg refregiator has been repaired 4 times but now my product is not in warranty period i am facing lots of problem
    my refregiator is not working it is not cooling so i called servive center . They told that refrigator curcit board is not working & the parts is not available in india . so if the parts are not available why lg compony is selling the product .

      Serious complaint!

      I purchased split AC as I have already told you from true link electronics (vasant kunj). My complain id is 2903100.Here's my problems took place-

      24th we booked our AC and asked for installation on the same day and they committed to do that on the same day but nothing happened as per their commitment,

      25th-i called them 10 time and my father called them 5-6times but even then no installation took place, then at 8.30pm they send AC at our home but still didn’t installed,

      26th finally people came to install, till that time i compromised from my side! it was tolerable,

      27th -next day I got to know that which AC they have send is 2star which consumes more electricity which I was not informed by the dealer earlier, and on the same day i got to know that AC is defective, it produces lots of smoke(gas kind of)which was all over in my house, which could cause serious respiratory problems to us, on the same day I called MR MANISH and asked about this leakage and asked him for replacement(instead of 2star I was asking for 5star),he said ok to replace it at that point of time,

      28th-ac used to release smoke nonstop and stopped cooling as well then I again asked MR MANISH to send some engineer to repair it but nobody came. Yesterday I called him again and again for at least 10 time but the responses were same that your work will be done within an hour but nothing happened as such, also I am very much tense because of this and tomorrow onwards my final year exams are going to start ,
      29th-after giving my exam I went to true link electronics and asked for replacement but they refused badly I came back and I called MR AARIF (area manager)to sought out my problem but nothing happened, then I wrote a mail to you, then 2engineers came from LG and said that there was a leakage of gas due to improper installation of AC by the local technicians send from true electronics. I am totally fed up from such responses and I again went to true electronics with my father, brother and friend to asked him for replacement and to get new AC by today itself but they refused to do so(why should i suffer in all this? why should i wait?)By the time of purchasing they talked us like a gentlemen but now they are (MR MANISH AND MR AMIT) were saying that we don’t care you go and replace your ac and we can’t do anything for you (in a very rude way), then I told them that “I will go for consumer court” then they said “yes of course you can, company will suffer, we won’t”,

      30th-Today engineer came from your company and checked my ac but it still didn't replaced, engineer said it will get repaired and cant replaced. I am not convinced, very very disappointed.Wont ever go for LG and I want replacement at any cost. I will go to consumer court for sure.

      31st- still not replaced,

      Apr, 1st-no response from company’s side,

      2nd- Dealer called me and said, maam your work will be done by tomorrow 12pm,but nothing done.

      So I am asking you as a customer is this the way to treat your customers?????????????????????????

      The problems which I have faced during this-
      1) Mental depression during my exams
      2) It could caused respiratory problem because of that leakage
      3) Loss of money (phone charges & petrol of my car)
      4) Wastage of time during exams
      5) Violation of consumer right (right to be informed)about the 2star and 5star before purchasing......
      Etc etc etc.....

      On the above facts I can & I want to file a case against you and the dealer for depression.
      Actions I want from your side-
      1) Replace my ac immediately (1.5ton5star BAA ratings)
      2) Take strict actions against Mr. Manish and Mr. Amit.

      WAITING FOR QUICK POSITIVE RESPONCE FROM YOUR SIDE!!!
      I have purchased LG split AC Model No. LG LSA5NW2VF1 dated : 06/08/2010 from matrix distributors(mumbai).

      From the day of installation i have been facing problems with the AC.

      1) The AC does not cool at jet cool option, it just throws air which does not cool the room.
      2) AC has been making very peculiar noise. The noise comes from the unit which is inside the room. The sound is really unbearable and disturbing.

      Twice LG officials came and checked the matter, and it was reported to LG that there is defect in the indoor unit. This thing was done 20 days back.

      Their is no response from your end even after you are aware of the problem faced by me. Things from your end is really sluggish and i dont think you are in anyway going to help me.

      I, Suresh Pai one of your valued customer first bought LG TV in 2003 I was very happy by your service and also by your product I also insisted my friends to buy LG TV. Then I bought another LG product Automatic Washing Machine in 2005 which has also given me good result, so I felt in love with LG products and there after I always tell my friends & relatives to buy LG products due to Good result of products and also very good service whenever they take my opinion. Then in 2009 I went for your another product without thinking of any other company. I bought two LG split A/C, one of 0.75 tons and other for 2 tons for my Res. But sorry to say that your 0.75 tons A/C in last 400 Days I have not used even 40 Days and the service provided by you is very very poor. The A/C was mostly lying in your workshop most of the time especially in April & May 2010 when it has a maximum utilization. Being an electronic product I do agree that even the new piece can be defective so I even told your Service Center to replace the piece but they went on repairing sometime Gas leak or some other time some other fault they even replaced the compressor but of no use. Last month they again took full set of A/C and brought it after almost 20 days without plug and now condition of these A/C is that it looks very old (some 3 to 4 years old A/C) as everywhere they have used taps and they told that they had forgotten to bring the plug and they will be coming tomorrow but Sir 6 days have passed nobody is bother to give service.
      So, I request you to look into the matter personally.

        As i go for repairing of my LG handset RD6600.the service center situated at Badash Nagar Lucknow they told the estimated cost of Rs.2000/= and charged 55 Rs. as inspection charges.But as i repaired from outside it will cost only Rs.200/=.Kindly take action against them coz they r working only for cutting the customer's pocket only not for customers satisfaction.

        Dear Sir,
        We are LG Customer, we have purchased LG Mobile (Model: LG GD-510 Purple, RSN No.:[protected], S/N: 0071PEL029796) as on 11.09.2010 from [censored]al Communication, Vapi. This mobile is not working priority from 15.05.2011 & submitted to your respective service centre (Kare Center, Vapi) as on 18.05.2011. This problem is create the second time same problem. First time problem start from dated 17.10.2010 & solution after 15 days @ Servicing Centre. I am not able to any work. I feel havebeen absloutely cheated and my Rs. 5800 have gone a waste.
        We had already communication with your respective vapi service centre, But till now not complete your process (i.e. your service are not fulfilled) & not any satisfactory reply or action taken in this regards.

        In event of not given any solution within 03 days on your information we will have no other option but forced to go to consumer court with Police authorities and take legal / Civil action against your company.
        So, kindly look in to the matter and take immediately appropriate judgment is highly appreciated.

          I was registered washing machine's non working complaint on 17/03/10, C[protected], It was assured that on same day the person will come and attend the complaint. After reminder one person (Mr. Devendra) came on 20.03.10 and told that the tub's puly's screw is damaged and need to change. He went on that day and till date (upto 01.04.10) no one attended the complaint. I have called there customer care number[protected] so many times but they only able tell that your complaint and reminders are forwared to concern department. Then One day I have received a number of Mr. Prashant Shah [protected], he assured that today (27.03.10) your complaint will be sorted out. But till date no one has came to check the same. From last 8 to ten days my wife is ill due to fever and viral infection and she is not able to wash the cloths by hand. So we are very much trouble some with the service. why did I bought this product which is costly than any equivalent products, is the company hearing????? pl attend

          Dear Sir,

          I have Purchased LG Washing Machine fully automatic, top loading system, after warranty period machine was repaired not woking condition, purchase date is 01.12.2008.

          I have asked for repair LG Washing Machine Customer Care Centre. vide Customer ref. No:[protected] dt 03.12.2010 & various dates are[protected],[protected],[protected], it is very poor response from your Service centre.

          Service Centre Shreeji Engineering, person came after 13 days from 03.12.10 to 15.12.10, that service person says some push parts can be replaced, he says I will come with material next day.

          I have called on 17.12.10, he says only for your machine repair i will not come, he says that area require another 6 to 7 customer complaint required otherwise i will not attend the same.

          I am daily dialling phone call to Service Centre M/s Shree Engineering, Mr. Amit Bhai, Mobile No: [protected], [protected], [protected] .

          Service attended Person Mr. Kalpesh Rathore Mobil No: [protected] now both are not lifting the phone.

          My question is LG product after warranty period will not work or disposal item, after completion of warrnty period machine is not working.

          In India LG product is very good name & and also Excellent product name, kindly protect the protect, this type of service centre destroy your business very shortly.

          Kindly instruct to Service Engineer to attend my washing machine to be repaired in time.

              Sub: Replacement for a damaged LG Television
              Numerous complains regarding the same not attended

              Dear Sir / Madam

              My name is Santosh Sahu, resident of Mumbai (Antop Hill), would like to bring to your kind notice that I have received a damaged LG Television Set - Model No. LG - 21FS4RG purchase through a dealer – Kohinoor Televideo, Dadar East, Mumbai on 5th July 2009, invoice no – 57142

              After over one month of the purchase one day while dusting with yellow duster the sticker on the TV set got stuck to the cloth and I was shocked to notice a crack behind the sticker. Immediately I registered a complain with the dealer (Mr. Nair of Konhinoor Televideo) who examined the piece and confirmed the defect. He promised a replacement but no action has been taken till date.

              I have logged 2 complains at LG Customer Care the complain nos are NV140031 & C09B1415395. The service engineer visited my residence, examined the TV set and confirmed the defect but again no action has been taken till date.

              My TV set is still under warranty and have requested LG for fresh piece.

              Awaiting for your positive reply.

                After servicing of LG 5.1 Home Theater (Due to malfunctioning of FM), sometimes it will not turn on. Sometimes after 3 to 5 hrs it will work.

                I think, to solve malfunctioning of FM, they already replaced board. And it took more than one month to service. I don’t have time to go to service centre for each problem. Most of the time due to faults this produce is not ready for use. I cannot continue anymore with this faulty system. Please do the needful to replace this system with new one.

                And one small speaker is also stopped working. I already registered a complaint through dealer and still I didn't get any response. I hope you will solve my problems as soon as possible.

                  around 2 months before i have buyed e new hanset of LG-KG195 FROM mpnagar,basement of jyoti cinema,bhopal,m.p...in the menu it was mentioned that the respective hanset has the option for internet browsing...i did everything such as ,intalled LG-PC SUITE software in my computer,have saved all the settings of GPRS PLAN ,10 rs. per day (AIRTEL)..as told by the employees of service center at bhopal,zone1,m.p nagar but it won't worked...finally i gived my cellphone to them for 3 days,they were also not succesful to start the internet in the cellphone..rather they broked up the backcover of my cellphone,next time when i gived my cellphone they broked up the port pins...i asked them to get it repair but now two weeks have passed but they not reparinig the cellphone

                  I hv purchased KG-195 for Internet Browsing. I hv activated GPRS on my mobile but till date I not able to start using the internet on my laptop due to Driver Issue. It required 7332 Driver and the same is not provided in the Mobile kit box.

                  Plz. suggest asap. whom to contact to get that. Atleast send me the link to download the same.

                    I have requested for servicing my AC on 15-03-10. The person who

                    attended the call told me that he will send a complaint ID. But nothing

                    happened. Or nobody came to service the AC.
                    Later on 21st March I requested. Then they sent me the complaint ID

                    C[protected]. Later the service person called me and told that he is

                    on the way and he will be here by 4.30 PM. But nothing happened.

                    He didnt even have the curtsy to inform me that he is not coming.
                    Later on Monday (22/03/10), when I checked with the customer

                    service, once again they sent me a complaint id (C[protected]) and in

                    1hr, the service person called me and asked me whether he can come

                    now. As there is nobody at home, I told him not to come today and

                    come on saturday.
                    Later today I checked with the customer care and they sent me

                    another complaint id (C[protected]) and told me that in 4 hours the

                    person will service the AC. 4 Hrs over and again I checked with the

                    customer care. The person attended told me that, in 2 hours, the

                    person will come for the service. later the service man also called me

                    and told me that he will come today by 4PM. But nothing happened.

                    And when I called him back, he is not even picking the phone. His

                    number is[protected]Chennai).
                    When I checked with the customer care, they are again extending the

                    time to 2 hrs.
                    I'm not servicing my AC on their mercy. I request the LG authorities

                    to take necessary steps to service my AC on saturdays or sundays. I

                    bought the LG AC only because of the reputation you have. But if the

                    treatment is like this how can I go for a product of LG or suggest LG

                    to others?

                    LG Split AC 1.5 Ton — 7 times problem in a year

                    i got a lg split ac 1.5tones in uttam sales in jamshedpur,bistupur.the ac is out of order 7 times in a year ,still the dealer not replace this product.what can i do pls help me.
                    Recently I have purchased a 1.5 ton capacity LG split AC from the agency M/s.Shah & Shah at Tambaram on 9th May, 2011. They have brought the AC to my residence at Perumkallathur on 17th and installed on 18th May, 2011. It seems that the suppllied piece was a defective one and gas leakage was there and it was not working. On complaint LG engineers visited my house on 21st May, 2011 and promised me to replace the piece within a week's time. As of now they have not replaced the piece and still they are asking time for replacement. Finally they have promised me today 3rd June that they will be able to supply the material only on 6th June, 2011. I feel very bad about the LG response in this regard. Normally I heard that LG customer response will be very good. But in my case it is not. I request the higher authorities to take urgent necessary steps to redress the problems of the customers.

                      I brought this LG window A/C on 5th feb 2010 from Next retail ltd.(borivali west).I found the product to be not functioning properly within few days after the date of purchase.I registered a complaint immediately on 20th march 2010.
                      But recieved no reply from the LG customer support.After this i repeatedly complained at the call center many a times but recieved no help from their side.
                      Then i personally visited the 'Next' outlet to lodge a complaint.But being so patient for so many days recieved no proper reply from both the parties.
                      Finally a serviceman came to my house on 23 march 2010 and found a gas leakage problem in the A/C.
                      Inspite of the A/c being so new how can such a problem occur...?
                      So i claimed for a new product in place of the repaired one's for which the people from the company are not agreeing.
                      What should a consumer do at such a stage...please give me a solution...all that is happening is not right...i hope the company replaces my product as soon as possible.

                      LG — about Lg window a/c

                      I have purchased 1 no. 1.5T window a/c (make - LG,model - LWA5EW1DF1) from RAMSONS,Urmila tower, Dhanbad(Jharkhand) on 25 th April,2009.The a/c is giving some problem(cooling is not as per satisfaction,some abnormal sound from inside when it is switched off ).I have communicated this to L/G via telephone no.[protected] on 22.6.2010. Mechanic had attended the a/c & told that Gas has leaked out & so refilling has to be done.The same problem had occured within 3 months of its purchase & was rectified from L/G. . The same problem has been repeated this time (just after 1 month of warranty). I have communicated this to L/G many a time through e-mail and also telephone but they are not ready to repair it free of cost.

                      LG — Replacement with the other product

                      Recently in november I purchased a refrigerator after lodging a complaint to the showroom they send the piece after 1 month that too again I received a damage piece after replacement also. Till now I did not used that product so now I dont want to take that product at all but I'd like to take different product with the same amount.

                      As I paid it in stalement basis. Is it possible to take the other product with in the down payment amount. And more over I want to cancel the instalement basis. Could you please give me the suggestion regarding this.

                        I have ordered a LG fully auto. washing machine on 16th Mar 2010 with "MVIJAY", a local LG dealer by making full payment of Rs, 15,300/= (15000/= + 2% authorization changes) via credit card. I have received the machine on 19th Mar 10 and it was noticed that the machine has some bend on its outer body on left side. This was informed to the dealer and they said LG technician would come for demonstration and based on his recommendation, they would do the needful. Since then, I have been continuously following up with the LG customer care, Branch manager and the local dealer. Nothing has been done so far and on 26th the branch service manager, Mr. Janak Doshi agreed to refund the amount that too after 10 days for completing the formalities, for which I have replied that refund Rs. 15300/= and take the machine back.

                        It is very pathetic to inform that all these days, my wife had to wash all the clothes with hands and because of this reason, she had developed back pain.

                        All I need to compensate me appropriately alongwith the amount paid by me against purchase of the machine and I want to register these type of complaints with the ISO certification authority of LG to see that they are delisted from the ISO certification.

                        Hope you consider the case with appropriate weightage. In case you need any additional information, plz let me know the same.

                          I purchased LG A165 which is a Dual Sim phone from Kathmandu, Nepal.

                          Within just 3 days of purchase I began to realise its' hidden defects.
                          I realised that I was sold a mobile phone with it's inner sticker( I mean the sticker with MADE IN ... and IMEI Number) was already tampered and the MADE IN INDIA was cutdown (I don't know why) but the part of MADE IN INDIA could be seen. The mobile also makes noisy, loud & unwanted sound when keypad is pressed (Note: I'm not talking about Keypad tone). The Keypad also has its own defects. And most of all, upon closer inspection, the mobile looks like it had been already used.
                          The LG Customer Care Service (CG of Nepal, the sole distributor as far as I know) doesnot care about my complaints instead I recieved an aggressive reply.

                          This has made me trust more on NOKIA than on LG.

                          This is my request that if anyone is purchasing LG mobile from Nepal, then please inspect the mobile carefully and fully before making the payment so that you don't get exploited.

                            My name is Dinesh Kumar Agarwal. I live in Bareilly, U.P.
                            My tale of trouble begins on 4th March, 2010 when my brand new LG LCD TV became dead. I purchased this LG TV on 1st Jan., 2010 vide bill no. 42 from Vision Enterprises, Bareilly. It’s a 32 inches LCD TV Model no. 32LG80FR. There were just 2 months have passed on 4th of March, 2010 when my LG TV stopped working. On that date I lodged a complaint with LG Customer care no[protected] and they gave me request Id # C[protected] and assured me to solve my complaint within 24 hrs. But due to some unavoidable conditions, the technician could not visit my place as our city Bareilly was caught under curfew since 2nd March,2010 which was relaxed only on 5th & 6th March, 2010 for 1 hr.(morning 9am to 10 am), and on 7th March for 5 hrs. (6 am to 11 am). On this date, i.e. 7th March,2010 I requested the customer care of LG to send the technician on 8th March if relaxation is given for certain time, and then the technician visited and inspected my LCD on 8th March. After inspection, the technician Mr. Devendra Singh told me that the supply of the TV is dead and a new supply will be demanded from the company. He also told me that this process will take not more than 3 days to bring my LCD in working condition. Unfortunately, our city was again arrested under curfew till 14th March, 2010 with nominal relaxations of 5 to 8 hours every day. Thus, these days go useless and I didn’t bother more. But since 15th of March, relaxation was given for whole day and city starts recovering from the curfew conditions. I telephonically asked the technician regarding the supply of my LCD, then he told me that the same has been demanded from the Company and will be available probably the next day. But sir till date I have not been replied by any of the company people. I also called the customer care on 20, 22 and 23rd March,2010, but every time I am asked to wait for 24 hours to get my problem solved. The customer care executive also gave me the number of their customer care officer (CCO) Mr.Shashi Singh Mob. [protected] and asked me to contact him, if my problem is not solved. On making a call on this number, my call was not even received. Now, on 24th March, 2010 I got a call from the local LG Service centre and they told me that my LCD’s defective supply will be available within 3 days (this assurance was also given to me by the local service centre on 17th March, 2010). I asked them to refund back my money and take away their LCD TV. On calling again to the customer Care of LG they informed me that my request no. C[protected] dt[protected] has been cancelled by the local service centre giving reason that “the customer could not be contacted on his mobile” and they told me that I have again lodged a new request at 3.32 p.m. on 24th March,2010 having ID # C[protected]. But sir actually I didn’t lodged another request. On making further enquiries, I also came to know that there is no one above the CCO in LG with whom grievances could be reported.
                            I wish to tell you that after bearing all this, I don’t want to remain attached LG and I wish that my money be returned back to me and LG can take away their LCD TV. I will buy some other company’s TV. I am really frustrated with the pathetic services of LG. If I remain attached with this company, I think I will have to bear their poor services in the future also. I think with LG - LIFE'S NOT GOOD.

                              I have been a standard user of Reliance communication Network and is owning a mobile set of model stated in the above product name title.The display of the mobile is suddenly lost and i took it to the authourised service centre varun electronics ,chirag ali lane ,Hyderabad.They said that the board is to be changed and charged 550 rupees for the change of board and the mobile is activated.But the signals recieved by the mobile are completley poor only one or two signals.To confirm the qulatity of the signals recieved by the phone I possess one more same model of the handset and the is giving full signals in the same area.
                              I complained again to the dealer stating that the board changed is faulty and is in capable of recieving the signals while the other mobile of the same model is recieving the signals.They said that they would again change the board and returned back to me in 4 hours but the condition is intact. I questioned them that the board is faulty.But they are not responding properly .

                              They wasted my time, fixed the faulty old board,

                              I need my money Rs 550 back with compensation for wasting my time.

                                Hello,

                                I have bought LG Jazz LCD tv from Girias outlet in bangalore. After some days the LCD frame is slowly getting intacted with the LCD panel and a gap is formed between the frame and panel. This formation of gap is not regular all the foursides. when i raise a complaint about this, the service center guys were telling this is a normal behavior and the design is made such that. I spoke to the higher management in the bangalore LG service center, he promised me that he will get the problem resolved. But tilldate after following up so many times also, no one from LG service center turned up. and the other side, slowly the gap is increasing.
                                the worst point here is, i am also the employee of LG but for different division. if my problem is not solved even by this mail, definitely i will be approaching the cosumer court. I am fully got pissed off raising service requests about this.

                                  On 7-3-2010, I bought LG cookie pep GD510 from Axiom outlet in central mall, jayanagar 9th block.
                                  Within a week I noticed that the device heats up after 3-5 minutes o[censored]sage.

                                  I took it to LG service center in jayangar and they say this heating up is normal.
                                  They are offering to replace it with a new handset of the same model but can't gurrantee anything on the performance

                                  It is unexpected to see this kind of issue in a touch screen model wihich is just launched and is being advertisement widely in media.
                                  My LG cookie pep mobile phone does not allow other renowned mobile phones like Nokia, Samsung, and Spice to send MP3 files via Bluetooth, it pairs, but on receiving gets disconnected. This problem started a month ago, till date. Please advice. My phone number is [protected]
                                  i also have the same problem, i visited LG Service station and they said that the problem will be resolved on reinstalling phone siftware. the same was done by them but the problem still exists.

                                  4 months back I have bought a new LG cookie pep phone seeing the new attractive features and stylish looks. It was working good till the first 3 months.

                                  Suddenly the touch screen got some issues. I went to a service center & replaced the same. Its not been a month after I have replaced the screen, it is again having issues with touch pad.

                                  So it is like every month I have to go and change my screen till its under warranty. And after that LG team cannot help because warranty is over?

                                  i have purchased lg cookie pep gd510 yesterday(8/10/10)...the very next day wen i tried to transfer songs via bluetooth...it freezes and switched off...then after few minutes of trial again it got on...but the problem persists...it started to freeze when i opened the music icon..2gb memory card is provided with the mobile..but for 700mb itself the mobile starts to freeze...very dissapointed wit the performance..wats the solution for this problem

Consequently on 30/10/2010 we visited the service center of the LG at Vadodara, where, software of the cel was reinstalled.
                                  In spite of the fact the problem of battery getting discharged, without the handset having been used for not more than 15 minutes persisted.In the circumstances above we have reason to believe that the handset has inherent manufacturing or technical defect causing malfunctioning of it, which has caused us mental agony, and financial and other losses.
                                  Also,We did not get desirable and suitable response from the retailer or service center either. We feel pain to bring to your notice that, we are totally dissatified with the performance and quality of celphone handset of LG, particularized above. This should deter us and many others to go for any product of LG. I hope our grievance would be taken note of and be addressed the way in which it ought to have been.

The unit was retained for a day for regulation checking or testing and on 03/Nov/10 the same has been returned.
                                  But to our utter chagrin and dismay, the nagging problem of very short duration of battery persists.

                                  May it be taken note of that, very next day of purchase of the celphone in reference, we have been caused to forward it to service center, and again couple of days later. In spite of the same no real and positive result so far.

                                  The facts above lead us to believe with conviction that, the unit is of inherent manufacturing defect resulting in to malfunctioning of the celphone itself. Hence, this is pre-litigation communication of our problem. The desirable solution of the same is exchange of the handset, and nothing else. As, we ought not to have been forced to visit service center of the very next day of shopping of the celphone in reference. We feel we have been betrayed. We may kindly be requested to visit the service center of LG.
                                  In the circumstances above we contemplate to initiate appropriate legal action for the wrong done to us. And of course, in the interest of public at large ,the facts above would be brought to the notice of one and all, so , no one else be betrayed by LG. I have been made to repent upon my decision to go for LG product which i found so lousy and much much below par.

                                  a possible reason for why it gets disconnected when your're sending mp3 songs via bluetooth may be because the phone's internal memory is too small for the size of the song being transfered... try to switch the phone's primary storage to external memory.

                                  and as for my Cookie which i got in August this year, it has so far experienced every one of the problems mentioned above...i am completely dissatisfied. right now, it does not come on at all. i think i have to flash it... and the store which fixes phones is charging me $50...(in my currency) which is $25 USD...

                                    I HAVE A LG SPILT A/C IN MY BEDROOM. ON THURSDAY MARCH 18TH, I NOTICED WATER DRIPPING FROM THE INDOOR UNIT SO I CALLED LG CUSTOMER SUPPORT AS I HAVE AN ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE AMC WITH THEM.

                                    MY COMPLIANT NO C[protected] WAS LODGED ON FRIDAY MARCH 19TH,2010 WITH THEM AND A SERVICE MAN FROM SYNERGY SERVICES ATTENDED THE SERVICE CALL ON SATURDAY MARCH 20TH.

                                    HE CLAIMED THAT THE WATER TRAY WAS BROKEN AND HAD TO BE REPLACED (COST RS.850) WHICH IS NOT COVERED IN THE AMC.

                                    HE CHANGED THE WATER TRAY (WHICH WAS UNNECESSARY) AS THERE WAS ONLY A SMALL CRACK WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN GLUED.

                                    WHILE CHANGING THE WATER TRAY, HE DISMANTLED THE COMPLETE INDOOR UNIT.

                                    WHILE ASSEMBLING THE SAME, HE DELIBERATELY TAMPERED WITH THE WIRING ON THE A/C, SO THAT THE OUTDOOR UNIT (COMPRESSOR) IS ON EVEN IF THE INDOOR UNIT IS SWITCHED OFF WITH THE REMOTE.

                                    ON SUNDAY NIGHT, WHEN I SWITCHED ON THE A/C, I NOTICED THE MAIN POWER SWITCH WAS OFF, SO I TURNED IT ON AND THEN STARTED THE A/C WITH THE REMOTE AFTER SETTING THE TEMP TO MY REGULAR 24 DEGREES CELSIUS.

                                    EVEN THOUGH AFTER REACHING THE 24 DEGREES MARK, THE COMP ON LIGHT WOULD SWITCH OFF ON THE INDOOR UNIT, BUT THE OUTDOOR UNIT (COMPRESSOR WOULD STILL BE ON) HENCE IT BECAME VERY COLD.

                                    ON MONDAY I SWITCHED THE A/C OFF WITH THE REMOTE , BUT NOT REALIZING THAT THE OUTDOOR UNIT WAS STILL RUNNING (THE MAIN POWER SWITCH IS ALWAYS KEPT ON).

                                    SINCE NO ONE WAS HOME, THE OUTDOOR UNIT (COMPRESSOR) CONTINUED RUNNING ALL DAY, AND SINCE THE INDOOR FAN UNIT WAS OFF, THE INDOOR UNIT STARTED ICING AND THERE WAS HEAVY WATER DRIPPING THE WHOLE DAY.

                                    I CAME HOME IN THE EVENING THINKING THE WATER LEAKAGE WAS NOT REPAIRED, BUT WHEN I OPENED MY WINDOW, I COULD HEAR THE OUTDOOR UNIT WAS STILL ON.

                                    I WAS COMPLETELY SHOCKED AT THIS AS THE INDOOR UNIT LIGHTS WERE OFF AND SO WAS THE FAN MOTOR.

                                    THIS IS A DELIBERATE ATTEMPT BY LG ELECTRONICS SERVICE CENTER SYNERGY SERVICES TO SABOTAGE MY MACHINE.

                                    PLEASE ALL CONSUMERS BE AWARE OF THESE TACTICS USED BY SERVICE CENTERS TO GENERATE MORE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR PRODUCTS.

                                      I am facing regular complaint of AC not cooling and I am facing the same problem again and again. I have regularly serviced it and I am having an AMC with

                                      In the last 6 months, following complaints has been sent to LG Call centre for AC cooling problem.

                                      Same problem of Cooling coil failure is occuring again and again and they have not taken any action on it.
                                      I have spoken various persons of LG and have also written mail to "[protected]@lgindia.com" and "[protected]@lgindia.com". However i have never got any response from them.
                                      Infact i feel that they never bother for customer satisfaction.

                                      The response from LG Authorised service centre "M/s Ruchika Enterprises,Vasai"is even more pathetic.They never give us a Job card of nature of problem and actual repair done. Infact they say that the problem of cooling coil failure will reoccur.

                                      My AC is lying with "M/s Ruchika Enterprises,vasai" from last 16 days. I request to help us in getting my AC back along with a proper job card .

                                        I purchased a LG Cookie pep on 17th march on my Birthday. The issue started from the beginning. poor quality touch screen. It was very inconvenient to use and i was not able to access internet faster as promised!! I contacted service provider and they told me that they don't have any information about LG mobile for internet settings!! then went to install the LG PC Suite software for the mobile to transfer songs to the phone. When I tried to install the software from the CD, my PC crashed!! PC had no problem so far with any other softwares even I have installed Nokia PC suite without any issues. Then I called LG Hotline number[protected] and after a long wait of 22minutes i finally got in contact with a Representative. as soon as I started speaking she asked all my details (like phone # address, pin etc etc!!) they transferred the call, then again wait for 5 minutes to get to the mobile department. After so much hard work to get in touch with them they disconnected the call, this has happened more than 4 times. when I got in touch with them on the 5th time I stated my problem (PC crashed due to software) and asked him whether the software is compatible with Windows Vista or not or is there any other things to follow..
                                        then he replied : I'm sorry that we don't have any updates on the software compatibility and your phone requires service. I was SHOCKED!! I bought it YESTERDAY and service TODAY!!! I confirmed again that the issue is with the software. then he replied the same and gave me a number for service : [protected] as soon as i called. there was some person who attended the call and transferred me to another person. And the other person who was very weak in English told me that the concern person is on leave and call after 1 week!!! then i again contacted LG hotline[protected]. I was verryyy frsutrated and asked for a refund and don't want any more BUSINESS with LG. then he gave me another number of someone in Bangalore named RAM KUMAR at [protected] and stated to call him after 11am. Then I called him and as soon as I called him he asked to briefly explain the issue. I explained about the software caused my PC crash. But when I spoke about refund he told me : "I'm sorry my battery is low it seems we are being disconnected" then disconnected. when I tried to call again it was switched OFF. even after many hours it was switched OFF.

                                        So ..... FROM ALL THIS I CAME TO KNOW THAT LG HAS MADE ME BAKRA FOR 7600 RUPEES WORTH MOBILE!!! I remember when I bought a cheaper Nokia phone (1500Rs) Nokia customer care were very polite and helpful..
                                        Is it so??? my god!!! after much pleas, i finally had an LG cookie pep yesterday..actually, i also had some problems with accessing the internet from the phone..

                                        i m one o[censored] who has been undergoing this trauma since may 2010.i bought this set in may and right from the first call i recieved, the listeners on the other side are saying that my voice is heard too low on the other side.firstly i ignored this but eventually everybody started complaining.i called the lg customer care and they gave me the address of the nearby service centre.i said that how can a new mobile require service but she said that i may require in certain cases.then i went there and got the mike replaced.but the problem diidnt get right. i again went at the service station and they again replaced the mike.imagine, , , , , replaced the same component twice!!!then again i went to the service station with the same problem, , , now they said that they will replace the motheerboard and software.i wonder whether they replaced anything or not!!!even aftr this the problem was not solved.then at the end they said that u get ur set repalced.after 2 days i callled them to ask should i come for replacement they changed their statement that the mohali head of lg services has declined to replace the set.i got so annoyed and called the mohali head maself.he just denied of have said anything and agreed to replace it.now i have got it replaced bout 2 days back..but i dnt think that the voice is as clear as in other mobiles.i wonder what to do now!!!

                                        I have purchased a LG mobile cookie KP500 IMEI- [protected], battery no.- SBPL0097701 charger no. RA[protected] on 14/07/2010. Within one month my phone started giving problem. Battery of the phone was not getting full charged. I have given my phone three times to LG service centre, MP nagar, Bhopal. They told me that they changed the motherboard of my phone, but then also problem is same. Today on28/10/10 again I have given my phone to the same service centre. Also I want to say that sir, they mishandled my phone in such a manner that the body of my phone got a lot of scratches. When I complained the madam sitting on the reception behaved very badly. She told that I can't accept that these scratches are done by us. But this is the fact sir. I want to say that sir, LG care staffs have this responsibility that whenever they complete a mobile phone at the time of delivery they must check it once. But, my phone gone there three times. Not a single repairing was done. I am hoghly harrased and need your co-operation sir. Please co-operate me and have a kind look and deatail investigation.

                                        I purchased a LG A-165 mobile phone set from M/S. Neelkanth Electronics, 3, Jawahar Nagar, Durgakund Road, Varanasi on 22.02.2011 in the evening and that mobile phone set became out of order next day morning i.e. on 23.02.2011. The set's problem was as under:
                                        The receiving voice was not heard on that set and outgoing voice was heard by the caller in echo.
                                        Immediately I rushed to M/S. Neelkanth Electronics with that set. The salesman of M/S. Neelkanth Electronics sent me to the LG Service Centre, at B.37/115 B-1, 1st Floor, Baradari Complex, Rathyatra Crossing, Varanasi. I handed over that set to the worker of the service centre. The service centre noted my contact no. and gave their contact no. and told me that they will inform me in due course. I saw my status report online on 26.02.2011. The status report was as under:
                                        "Dear Customer, Your complain RNA[protected] is in process, reason is tampered"
                                        Sir, kindly tell me how that mobile set became tampered within a night. That means LG Company supplies defective products to the market and there is no quality control test. Earlier, I trusted the LG Company products very much but now no more trust on the LG Company products. If that mobile set is not replaced by the company, I will never purchase any LG product in future and advise my relatives and friends not to purchase any LG product.

                                        LG Mobile phones are waste, good for nothing, failed to perform basic functions, worst service and with cheater officials. I am saying this on my personal experience. Stop buying LG products including all latest mobile phones they launched. We lost 7K. Who will guarantee for 20K. Learn from our mistakes.
