I purchased a LG Cookie pep on 17th march on my Birthday. The issue started from the beginning. poor quality touch screen. It was very inconvenient to use and i was not able to access internet faster as promised!! I contacted service provider and they told me that they don't have any information about LG mobile for internet settings!! then went to install the LG PC Suite software for the mobile to transfer songs to the phone. When I tried to install the software from the CD, my PC crashed!! PC had no problem so far with any other softwares even I have installed Nokia PC suite without any issues. Then I called LG Hotline number[protected] and after a long wait of 22minutes i finally got in contact with a Representative. as soon as I started speaking she asked all my details (like phone # address, pin etc etc!!) they transferred the call, then again wait for 5 minutes to get to the mobile department. After so much hard work to get in touch with them they disconnected the call, this has happened more than 4 times. when I got in touch with them on the 5th time I stated my problem (PC crashed due to software) and asked him whether the software is compatible with Windows Vista or not or is there any other things to follow..
then he replied : I'm sorry that we don't have any updates on the software compatibility and your phone requires service. I was SHOCKED!! I bought it YESTERDAY and service TODAY!!! I confirmed again that the issue is with the software. then he replied the same and gave me a number for service : [protected] as soon as i called. there was some person who attended the call and transferred me to another person. And the other person who was very weak in English told me that the concern person is on leave and call after 1 week!!! then i again contacted LG hotline[protected]. I was verryyy frsutrated and asked for a refund and don't want any more BUSINESS with LG. then he gave me another number of someone in Bangalore named RAM KUMAR at [protected] and stated to call him after 11am. Then I called him and as soon as I called him he asked to briefly explain the issue. I explained about the software caused my PC crash. But when I spoke about refund he told me : "I'm sorry my battery is low it seems we are being disconnected" then disconnected. when I tried to call again it was switched OFF. even after many hours it was switched OFF.

So ..... FROM ALL THIS I CAME TO KNOW THAT LG HAS MADE ME BAKRA FOR 7600 RUPEES WORTH MOBILE!!! I remember when I bought a cheaper Nokia phone (1500Rs) Nokia customer care were very polite and helpful..
Is it so??? my god!!! after much pleas, i finally had an LG cookie pep yesterday..actually, i also had some problems with accessing the internet from the phone..

i m one o[censored] who has been undergoing this trauma since may 2010.i bought this set in may and right from the first call i recieved, the listeners on the other side are saying that my voice is heard too low on the other side.firstly i ignored this but eventually everybody started complaining.i called the lg customer care and they gave me the address of the nearby service centre.i said that how can a new mobile require service but she said that i may require in certain cases.then i went there and got the mike replaced.but the problem diidnt get right. i again went at the service station and they again replaced the mike.imagine, , , , , replaced the same component twice!!!then again i went to the service station with the same problem, , , now they said that they will replace the motheerboard and software.i wonder whether they replaced anything or not!!!even aftr this the problem was not solved.then at the end they said that u get ur set repalced.after 2 days i callled them to ask should i come for replacement they changed their statement that the mohali head of lg services has declined to replace the set.i got so annoyed and called the mohali head maself.he just denied of have said anything and agreed to replace it.now i have got it replaced bout 2 days back..but i dnt think that the voice is as clear as in other mobiles.i wonder what to do now!!!

I have purchased a LG mobile cookie KP500 IMEI- [protected], battery no.- SBPL0097701 charger no. RA[protected] on 14/07/2010. Within one month my phone started giving problem. Battery of the phone was not getting full charged. I have given my phone three times to LG service centre, MP nagar, Bhopal. They told me that they changed the motherboard of my phone, but then also problem is same. Today on28/10/10 again I have given my phone to the same service centre. Also I want to say that sir, they mishandled my phone in such a manner that the body of my phone got a lot of scratches. When I complained the madam sitting on the reception behaved very badly. She told that I can't accept that these scratches are done by us. But this is the fact sir. I want to say that sir, LG care staffs have this responsibility that whenever they complete a mobile phone at the time of delivery they must check it once. But, my phone gone there three times. Not a single repairing was done. I am hoghly harrased and need your co-operation sir. Please co-operate me and have a kind look and deatail investigation.

I purchased a LG A-165 mobile phone set from M/S. Neelkanth Electronics, 3, Jawahar Nagar, Durgakund Road, Varanasi on 22.02.2011 in the evening and that mobile phone set became out of order next day morning i.e. on 23.02.2011. The set's problem was as under:
The receiving voice was not heard on that set and outgoing voice was heard by the caller in echo.
Immediately I rushed to M/S. Neelkanth Electronics with that set. The salesman of M/S. Neelkanth Electronics sent me to the LG Service Centre, at B.37/115 B-1, 1st Floor, Baradari Complex, Rathyatra Crossing, Varanasi. I handed over that set to the worker of the service centre. The service centre noted my contact no. and gave their contact no. and told me that they will inform me in due course. I saw my status report online on 26.02.2011. The status report was as under:
"Dear Customer, Your complain RNA[protected] is in process, reason is tampered"
Sir, kindly tell me how that mobile set became tampered within a night. That means LG Company supplies defective products to the market and there is no quality control test. Earlier, I trusted the LG Company products very much but now no more trust on the LG Company products. If that mobile set is not replaced by the company, I will never purchase any LG product in future and advise my relatives and friends not to purchase any LG product.

LG Mobile phones are waste, good for nothing, failed to perform basic functions, worst service and with cheater officials. I am saying this on my personal experience. Stop buying LG products including all latest mobile phones they launched. We lost 7K. Who will guarantee for 20K. Learn from our mistakes.

    I have been making continous requsts toBSNL for GPRS settings.Each time they say the settings have been sent.But i never recieve them.On requesting the next time the people misbehave.Kindly help me to atleast get the settings

    lg kp199 — Ringtones Changing Problem

    Dear Sir,
    i can' t change my LG Kp199 rington, when i change the ringtone after few minut saw that the old ringtone automatically return to ringing alert.

    I m a user of lg kp199 mobile. I want to use internet in. Therefore i send message to airtel to activate my gprs. But they are not sending me any service. When i talk to them they say that your phone dose not support gprs. Please send me settings.

      Dear Sir / Madam,

      Let me introduce myself, my name is Sripathy.P from Chennai Tamilnadu, India Recently in 25 December 2009 - i bought a LG 278VA5 refrigerator for nearly Rs.18,900 from GIRIAS chennai, since then i experience trouble LG advertises it is the best latest model , but my fridge has got cooling problem & some sound is heard intermittently from the back of the unit, each time i register a service call LG engineers take time in even attending my service call, it takes atleast 3 days for them to visit my residence although i am very near to LG regional office, Chennai ( 5 mins walk from LG chennai RO ).

      Service team is trying to convince me stating that it is a new model so performance & other factors needs to evaluated by people & the sucess & failure depends upon patronage of the customers, which means they are not sure of the performance of the fridge.

      On Mar 12 - Friday - i again made a complaint to LG, it took 3 days & many reminders to service centre to attend my complaint, at last they visited my house 15 Mar 2010, and concluded that the refrigerators wheels are broken it might have happened during transit from dealer place to my residence & needs to be replaced - they needed max 2 days time to arrange for the wheels as it is a new model, but till now no body has turned up for the same & my follow ups with call centres yields no results

      How many days still LG need for replacing the wheels, till today it has not been replaced if spares are not available for a new model how can i expect LG to provide service support in coming days to come if i have any service problem.

      LG — NEW REFRIGERATOR PROBLEM

      I made a complainat with LG customer care 2 days back as my brand new Refrigerator stopped working .First of all it is very unfortunate that your brand new refrigerator costing Rs 20k couldn't see the first half and now they aggravate the grievance of the customer by not enttertaining the phone of customer and till date my grievance is not redressal and no body is giving response. Its very pathetic condition that Now company are making fool of customer charging handsome and giving nothing in the name of product quality and customer service. Its very unfair trade practice.
      As you know how the customer family is suffering without refrigerator in peak summer

      LG — PROBLEM OF WHEEL

      I BOUGHT A REFRIGERATOR FROM LG. REFRIGERATOR HAVE WHEEL. WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD , THE WHEEL STOPPED WORKING PROPERLY. I MADE FOUR COMPLAINT TO THE LG CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY DIDNT SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

        The consultancy has stopped responding to our calls and is not ready to refund our money.

        Kindly take necessary action against this fraud company so that no more innocent people can be counterfeited by them.

        Global Consultants, LG 15 Somdutt Chamber 1, 5 Bhikaji Cama New Delhi - 110 065, Delhi, India — non-refund of fees

        This consultancy is charging Rs. 1500 as fees in the name of lining up of interview, But now they are neither providing job with in the said period of one month nor refund the paid fees.
        When asked to pay back the deposited amount the person their started talking with abuses.
        Kindly suggest me how i can proceed for this case.

        It is very shocking to note that this constultancy takes money from you in advance with a promise that they would provide you the job with in a month. But once the money is in their pocket, they do the vanishing act. nobody feels responsible and behave as though they are giving us alms. .Surely I would not recommend anyone to deal with them.
        It is a fraud consultancy running by SANDEEP SOLANKI & PRIYANKA ARORA .It is taking money from candidate in the name of giving call for job, but once you get register with them they forget all these things.they are just making money from poor students and job seeker.i do not understand what they gain to cheat people except some money.
        the worse consultant... dont approach this consultancy...they will keep your money..but they wont caontact you and will send you at different places which are very risky specially for girls..

        i have very worse experience...action must be taken.

        Hi, They have changed there address now. It is Global Consultanys, D-124, mohmad pur village, Near August Kranti Bhawan, Bhikaji Kama, New delhi 110066. I got a call from them on Thursday and they told me that I will get a good job with a good salary hike. This female told me that they have HR from various companies coming in that day and asked me to come there. I was in office, I took half day off and when I reached there I was shocked to see there office. It was such a shady place with 2 computers in it. There were 2 boys and i girl. A boy, who was hardly able to speak english told me about there so called "SCHEMES", 1) 1500 rs, 2) 500 Rs(advance) + 1200(after placement), 3) 200 Rs (advance) + 15 days salary... When I did not show interest, he said this scheme for today only. I got annoyed and scold him to give wrong info(girl said HR will be there, it was suc a shady place and any good comapny will think 1000 times before coming there for inteview). This boy also showed some forms with phoographs on it and an excel sheet of candidates detail. I did not believe a single word he said to convience me. I told him I can give you a fake data like this and then they realised that I am a hard nut to crack and will not pay any money, they did not show any interest.
        Thank God I did not trust them . Please think before wasting your hard earned money.

        I an my sister went to this consultancy in jun 2010. It is a fraud company. I request all of you not to got to this place. A girl calling herself Priyanaka called my sister with lot of promising job openings. When we went there she said there is an opening in American Express for finance job with a salary ranging between Rs. 20-22k and asked us to pay immediately if we wished to apply. They asked for registration charges of 1900 with assurance of full return if we dont get a job. We got enticed by the offer and paid. Aftr few days they arranged an interview at amex however later the job was for some menial profile that to night shift at salary of Rs 8000. But Priyanka assured us that they will get it changed soon. After few more days they asked us to pay Rs 3000 for getting a desired profile at amex, which we paid like fools and obviously didnt get a job. Now when we aksed for our money back this sweet sounding chick 'Priyanaka' was totally a changes person who was shouting and threatening us. She went to the extent of saying call goons and all if you have courage, she will see how anyone can harm her and their fraud company. This company is extremely fraud, we have been cheated but belonging to a good family we don't wish to get into the case of police. I think these cheats take this as their advantage and fool thousands of people everyday. Please guys don't go to this place. They are using the name of Monster.com to promote themselves and that's how we got trapped. Please don't trust them. They are not only cheats but probably have contacts with goons too!!!

        Hii.. My name is Shweta Gupta.. I too am a victim os Sandeep Solanki and Priyanka Arora's "Global Consultants", situated in Bikaji Cama Place in South Delhi. They are completely fraud. Took Rs. 5000 from me and yet hasn't got me placed me anywhere. They kept sending me to places saying that go for the interview, we have taken care of everything. I did go and then I came to know that the company isn't hiring anyone. I went in so many companies (ofcourse, they sent me there) where hiring wasn't going on. They didn't knew anything. They know only one thing and that is CHEATING PEOPLE. I have wasted my four and half months after them. Now they are not even picking up the phone and Sandeep's number is changed. I request everyone that please don't go for it. Its high time that action is taken against them so that no one else falls a victim to them.

        request id RNA 141211044825 : false reporting of service by company service technicians

        Service of machines was carried out by two company service technicians.Service was not carried out in satisfactory manner.Therefore they made false statement.Company should enquire in to the matter and withdraw incorrect reports.

          It is amazing how the big companies cheat common men on the pretext of warranty for 1 year and when you call for services they seem to ignore all calls…. I have registered a complaint 5 times and have a proof of the same… One service rep comes the first time and fixes some thing… but the problem still persists… when complained for 5 times thereafter on the persistence of the problem no representatives call after so many complaints… the reason being the AC is still under warranty and they will have to replace the compressor due to leakage of gas and water dripping due to the same….. Everyone seems to give a deaf ear and I am left with no option then reporting the same on the customer forum…. I hope I get justice reporting herein about my problem as it is my hard earned money where talking about here….

            sir i am an owner of l g refrigerator for last many years fifteen days back an executive from your company came to our house without any complaint from our side saying that he has come to check the fridge because it was in warranty his name is ramulu his number is [protected] after this our fridge problems have started earlier it was working very much in good condition cooling was excellent but now even whole night in the morning water is not cool then we made a complaint for four times till now and a person by name harinath his number is [protected] is coming and what he is doing god knows he tells it will work properly and goes not even waiting to see if it is cooling he says he will come in the evening to check but he never shows today again i had made a complain they said it will be repaired in two hours but no one came, my two request id are [protected],[protected]. sir please see that it is repaired very soon my contact number is [protected] hyderabad

              I have a 32" LCD TV which I purchased in 2007, and the TV is conitnuouesly in Warranty and Annual Maintenance Contract. On 30th Decemebr 2009, TV stopped working and I made a complaint immediately. LG Service Engr immediately came for serivce and found that, the TV Panel has to be replaced. From that date, till today, nothign has been done. After a day to day follow up, LG Cutomer service told me that, Panel is not in use and hence we would like replace the TV or give refund. This information has been repeated told by the LG Service People since Feb 12th and today we are March 12th and nothing has been happening. Please suggest, shall I go for filing case against LG for the breach.

              LG - 32" LCD TV — DVD not able to attach.

              Dear Sir,

              We had lodge complaint against our LCD 32" TV which we have bought recently and is under warranty period. The piece which we brought from the Electronic shop they could not attach the DVD and whenever they tried to do it, all lines were coming on the TV. They just gave excuses and till today it is not been done. There was also call from Noida office but just called up to know the view about the LG Company. This is just not fair. You people are not solving our problem. Either you solve my problem or replace the piece which doesnt' have two AVs. When we are buying a new TV we will always see that we get better satisfaction. But in your case we are not at all satisfied. We have uncessary wasted our money on your TV. If it is not solved immediately we will have to take strict action against it.

                I have purchased new window mobile set Model No GW550 (LG). But I have not get 3G Internet setting from BSNL. I uses more methods like sms and costumer care help.

                I have purchsed a new LG GW550 in mumbai. But not able to get GPRS setting from dolfin I uses more methods like sms and costumer care help.
                Anyone please guide me what to do
                I also bought LG GW550 in July 2010 in Warangal, AP. BSNL call centre told me that they do not have 3G settings for this mobile.

                The phone has got many advanced features.. but rendered useless without GPRS/EDGE and 3G settings from BSNL.

                BSNL please do something.
                I have. LG GW550. I am able to use gprs from BSNL. Add new account in 'connections' under GPRS and use access point name as bsnlnet and save. You will be able to connect gprs. Select all other settings as 'automatic'. -G.Ganesh

                    Whenever I have purchased this fridge since that it never worked smoothly to till date.

                    I have complaint aprx 15 times to LG customer care as well as shopkeeper but still zero result.

                    After purchasing I carry this fridge at my home and same day I saw that there was no any cooling in fridge, I had complaint to shop keeper and LG customer care. I said that

                    A defected piece it being delivered to me so please replace it but to till date 10 persons has come at my home but problem is remaining same.

                    Please see my compliant dates and person names (I have also noted down all persons name and dated to carry this case in court i.e. Ashish, nikhil, vikram, purnima, Raghu Sharma etc.)


                    As summer starts it creates more problem (no cooling).

                    Yesterday I also talked to Mr. raghu Sharma and he promised to me the solution.

                    I would like to request you again please take back this defected item otherwise definitely I m going to court as well as I will throw myself this item in your company.

                    LG Fridge — DEFECTIVE MODEL

                    I have purchased an LG gl 478 YSX4 /2011 Refrigerator from Croma in Mumbai in November 2010. The first unit that was sent to me was dented and I refused to accept it. In the second unit there was a constant formation of ice in the freezer and lower shelves. After several complaints we were informed that the particular model was being recalled as it was defective. So a third unit was sent to us within a span of 6 months. In this unit also there is formation of ice in the freezer and vegetable tray. The food gets fungus and if the temperature is lowered , the food in the freezer thaws and decomposes. The LG techinician does not come until at least 10 calls are made . Then after a fortnight he comes , looks at the fridge , fiddles around and leaves. The problem persists.

                    This particular model is obviously defective and needs to be recalled. I have spent 38000/- for a TIN CAN.

                    If the fridge is not replaced with an effective model, I will be forced to approach the appropriate Authorities.

                    Apparently LG is no longer the Company it once was.Will someone take action ?

                      It is to bring your notice that i have purchased LG home theatre on 19 January 2010 from Big Bazaar Nagpur. From the very second day of buying it i am lodging complaint to big bazaar and your service centre at Nagpur that the product is not reading DVD/ CD properly. I approached the service centre on 6 Mar 2010 regarding the same problem. They said that the service will be provided and parts will be replaced (if required ) at customer's cost. They also brought to my notice that the Big Bazaar persons sold me the product of 2006, hence we can not provide services free of cost. Selling the old product is fraud to me. Hence it is requested to please help me to rectify the problem or allow me to purchase the fresh product.

                        Sir I have lodged a complain with LG for replacing the handle of my refrigerator 1 month ago but it has still not replaced. The engineer had visited a month ago & said that it will be replaced in one week. but more than a month has been passed inspite of giving them reminders they are not ready to attend our complain pls. tell me what should I do further.

                          We were extremely shocked to observe that there were Three Cracks inside the Refrigerator in 3months from the date of the purchasing.We informed to the LG Service Centre, Guntur in first week of January 2010.A techinician came and cheched the Refrigirator.According to his Advice we took Photoes in different Angles and given them with Xerox Copies of the Warrenty Card,Bill Receipt to the Service Centre,Guntur On[protected].

                            Delay in delivery with foulty product, replaced product after 5 days of folo up

                            LG / dealer(surya electronic) have delivered faulty product (I placed order on 14th feb with payment to dealer and received product after lot of follow-up after 4-5 day’s)
                            And now for replacement also LG saying that I have to wait because your(LG) vehicle is scheduled on weekly basis? Why should I wait for your comfort / timings?

                            Hi,

                            I bought an LG mobile handset which is GB110 model for my husbad on his Birthday.

                            The handset has good quality of sound and all the other features too. Also it's very handy to use. Infact, i liked LG set more than Nokia as been a regular user of Nokia only.

                            This handset also has got camera and 1 gb card where no data cable was given with that. Due to which i'm unable to download any ring tones or songs of my choice.

                            If there is any other option to download the songs, please let me know.

                              A few days back my lg tv stopped working. It gives a beeping sound when I start it. The led on the front panel flickers and the intensity of the led glow is very low.
                              Is there a known solution?

                              Our LG television model # 47LC7DF - first year was taking over 10 minutes to start then 15 and then 30. It had to be un plugged and re-plugged. This was LGs recommendation from service group. Eventually it was taking forever 45 plus minutes when I called LG for the hundreth time they said that was all they could recommend except contact a repair person. We did and $194.54 later it works... WHAT NEW TV FALLS APART in that time frame? What a waste of money LG should stand behind product according to repair man it had 6 flawed parts...

                              I feel they should pay the repair. They know what is wrong... NO MORE LG products
                              My LG Model #LC7DF went out after 2 years. Two years later the same thing. I will never, ever buy an LG product again. For the good money that was spent what a pieace of junk. I have friends that bought Vizio and have had over 4 years without an issue. That's my next one or a Sony. GOODBYE LG!!!

                                    I m Zuber Khan Ph.No. [protected] I have purchased a new LG mobile RD3540 RSN No:- RLGHS[protected] on 21/01/2010 form meerut, after purchase of 3 days my mobile phone starts getting switched of automatically,i have gone to LG service centre meerut many times but my problem is not solved by then i done a complaint in LG Online Service centre My complaint no was LG [protected] but no feed back has been given by LG also neighter a mail nor any call by service centre. only the answer by service centre is What can we do?
