    I am LG customer since last 15 years .I have lodge the ac camplian on service center azamgarh mr sushil kumar attend me and assigned mr Sunil Yadav mob no [protected] to resolve my problem.mr yadav has visited 4 times on my place and also charged repair and service chg approx amount of Rs. 2450 illegally without solving my problem.i request him to change the ac part he says that part is not available in Azamgarh service center and demand amount of Rs 5000 for arrange the part form noida.these type of service provider degrade the reputation of company . kindly take immediately action against him.

        Dear Team,

        I have purchased OLED55B8PTA HSN/SAC CODE 85287219 from Rahul Electronic Pvt Ltd. Manekpur Vasai(w) on 24/04/2021 under Voucher no.SLS3025575 INVOICE NO.1975VAS/ ORDER NO.ORD3014566.

        The TV unit was delivered to us on 24.04.2021 and further it was installed on 30.04.2021.
        As per our prima facie observation we understand that the OLED TV unit delivered to us was with defect of horizontal line on the panel which was difficult to identify or detect at the initial stage but, gradually when its increased we could easily view/identify and detect the defect on the OLED panel.
        When we were very sure it's a defect on the OLED Panel and could possible that it will increase more we immediately contacted the sales executive from Rahul Electronic Pvt.Ltd. Vasai about the defect on OLED TV.
        The sales executive has immediately raised and registered this defect with LG Electronics and in turned the technician from the LG ELectronics has visited to check and verify the defect.
        Post checking and verification Technician has confirmed the defect and informed his reporting line the fact of the defect and we were told/informed verbal/telephonically that the company will replace the panel on which i requested for the replacement of entire unit instead of only panel.

        After few days i was received call from LG Customer service desk/Technical service desk that the LG Electronics is not willing to replace the entire unit but will only replace panel.

        Even after repeated call discussion i understand that LG Electronics is adamant and not extending cooperation to replace the entire unit.

        Humbly i just want to update that the OLED TV Unit i purchased was of the costly product nearing to Rupees Hundred thousand (100, 000.00)
        as a customer my expectation with LG Electronics to give me 100% satisfaction for the product i bought under "BRAND NAME LG ELECTRONICS" .

        Once again my humble request/suggestion to LG Electronics to replace me the entire new unit instead of only changing the panel and set a best example of customer service satisfaction so that i can endorse my positive experience with others about such a highly supportive customer service.

        Hope LG Electronics will positively turn and replace the new OLED TV Unit to avoid any inconvenience for both o[censored]s as a Brand to you and as a Customer to me to restrict me to escalate ahead in consumer forum.

            I purchased my refrigerator in February 2019. Serial Number 810TRDPOA946 from Costco in Surrey, B.C. The fridge compressor has completely gone and it is barely over 2 years old so out of warranty. The technician from Maple Leaf said it is not worth replacing for the cost. This fridge was almost 2, 000.00. All of the food in my fridge went rotten.I called the customer service line for support. Very poor customer relations. Was on on hold for almost an hour to talk to a manager. Basically told me there is nothing she could do. The technician and online there was a lawsuit for this model and year for the compressor problems. The LG customer support line, warranty offered for such an expensive fridge and the fact that I'm looking at having to replace this fridge barely over 2 years old is very disheartening. What can LG do to improve this disappointing situation or is this a Better Business Bureau issue or investigate the law suit further to see if I would qualify to be added to the suit? I would like a timely solution to this issue.

                My TV became faulty before it was 12 months old... I've had nothing but headaches since... With non existent customer service ...giving wrong info... Sending technician without parts... Then weeks later the technician came installed the part & found it was faulty... Had to take the TV away ...very frustrating and I would never ever recommend LG to anyone... It's my last purchase 🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁

                  I purchased my LG television model 65UH750V from Lulu Hyper Market, Al Wahda Mall, Abu Dhabi in July 2016.
                  I shifted to India in 2017.
                  I've been using it ever since the day I bought it.
                  Recently the TV stopped working. The LG service center in my locality was contacted and after technicians visit and examination they confirmed that the Main Board (mother board) is damaged, and it needs to be replaced. I told them to go ahead by getting the part.

                  Due to Covid, and its related lockdown days in Kerala, I've waited for over two months now. They have now returned to me with the answer that the part is not available.

                  What am I supposed to do?
                  Throw this TV away?
                  This TV is hardly 5 years old. Is this the kind of aftersales support LG is offering ????
                  This is an LG product. Maybe this particular model is not available in India. But is it my fault that I trusted the brand and bought this model????

                  When LG is talking so high about its products, its reliability and its after sales support across the globe, where is the value of LG's brand promise ???? Is it all an eyewash to induce the consumers?

                  I find it very difficult to believe that a brand like LG cannot provide aftersales support to its consumers! I'm confident that LG will have an alternative solution available but I dont think anyone has the interest to do the follow up and get it done., because; Its easier to say " PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE" and close the chapter!

                  I had a similar experience with my LG washing machine, when LG India said parts are not available any where. But I got the part from LG itself.

                      I had purchased LED TV ( LG43UH750T) on 30/10/2016 for Rs 63800/-and its penal get defective . I had requested to company to change the same but company service engineer told that parts is discontinued by the Company and i get refund approx 15000/- as per company depreciation policy which will used for purchased LG other product .                         Bought this LG monitor (32GK650F) from Amazon on[protected]. Warranty period: 3 Years. Screen gave away (Green bleeding+Dead patch in bottom right corner) during regular usage on[protected] at around 8.30PM IST. Applied for Repair under warranty on LG's website immediately. Mr. Dinesh from LG comes in at around 11.30 AM on[protected] for inspection. Notices the green screen bleeding and the supposed dead patch, says he needs to confirm with supervisor if it's covered under warranty. Takes pictures and leaves. Says will call in evening. Calls me at 5:36PM. Says the issue isn't covered under warranty as it's potentially "damaged due to pressing". I ask about service charges, he says 21.3k INR! For a monitor that I bought for 23k INR! For a product that's only 1.5 years old and clearly under 3 year warranty! A 32 inch monitor that hasn't been moved since the day it had been installed. Has been kept with utmost care and I get told that there's physical damage that voids warranty. How do you even damage a 32 inch monitor without actually smashing the screen with a hammer? LGIndia has provided pathetic service not just this time but even before. Spent 8k extra on a microwave (MC-8047ARH bought for 18k) and spent 47k extra on a FHD TV (47LA6620-TD bought for 92k). So you can see what kind of horrible products LGIndia makes. Now I have to buy a new monitor after having this crapbox for just around 1.5 years. And I'm positive LGIndia will straight up refuse to service this under warranty. Atleast I swear never to cross paths with LG products and stop anybody I can from buying their products!

                        I recieved a call from LG Customer Care (Delhi) today asking about this complaint posted here. I informed them of my grievance and I was told the case would be forwarded to the branch office on tip priority. I acknowledged the same.

                        And then in the same night, I recieve this WhatsApp message saying that I've requested a cancellation of the ticket, which I never have yet.

                        So what do I make of this, LG?

                        I have been called by the Call Centre today asking about the issue, on two separate instances. The first time I elaborated on the issue, I was asked to wait so that the Service Center can be patched up in the call. Waited for almost 10 minutes, no patch was done, and I was told that the Service Center could not be contacted and I would be called again later in the day.

                        Now I just wraped up the second call I revcieved. Elaborated the same issue again, and was told to hold while he patches the call with the Service Center. Same antics again, and this time after 7-8 minutes, he says he has talked to the Technical Team and they say there is physical damage. As such, I was pressurized to close the ticket since I was not willing to pay 21, 600 for the repairs.

                        How can you assess physical damage on a panel when there clearly is no such demarcation on the surface and you haven't even opened up a single screw on the monitor?

                        LG has become India's major fraudster and loves scamming people with pathetic products of horrible quality.

                        I have decided to raise this case with the Consumer Court. I've had enough of being scammed now

                            I have bought LG dishwasher on 10 Jan 2021 from Vijay Sales with invoice number THG-A-SI13001.
                            I am facing following problems with my LG dishwasher:

                            1. Whenever there is power trip the cleaning cycle is not resuming from that point as mentioned in the product user manual and it takes hell lot of time to complete the dishes.

                            2. The cleaning of dishes is not good and not consistent at all, some time it wahes some time it does not wash well most of the time it leaves stains on the utensils.

                            I already gave my complaint RNP[protected], after which your technician visited 3 to 4 times where he tried to resolve the problem but could not. the wash quality improved but after 15 days things are back as usual and it leaves stains again and problem persist.

                            Now I want to return the product as it is in warranty and your technicians could not resolve the problem at all even after 3 to 4 visits...

                            please make my refunds and take the product back.

                                  We bought a fridge on 26/06/2020. Richa Distributors Jodhpur sold us the model that was manufactured in August 2019. Now that fridge is giving us problems.
