My husband purchased a bundle of LG appliances through Pacifica at Best Buy in early 2013, I believe his intent was to make my life easier, after his death in March 2013. In March, 2021-the compressor died on the refrigerator. After numerous calls to LG, their customer service was hideous! No resolution on their part. I guess I expected the refrigerator to last more than 8 years! The whole process was frustrating, humiliating, and we got the worst customer service I’ve ever seen! I encourage people to see LG’s history, the lawsuit against them in regard to this model of refrigerator, etc. I encourage all to see the complaints with this particular model and the feedback from customers. I encourage all to never purchase ANY LG products. We have had problems with the dishwasher as well as stove that was purchased. Even the names of service providers given to us from LG were honest to say they no longer work on LG products! This was a difficult process for us, as we can’t afford to dump or replace the refrigerator! Life is NOt good i[censored] purchase Andy products from LG!!!

          Our LG repair man is ordering parts but not putting them in our appliances he takes the parts with him then we received a copy of the bill stating that he repaired our appliances and replaced all the parts except he didn’t he ordered the parts for before even seeing the appliance and then he comes and says it doesnt need them this is insurance fraud and the same repair man comes and does it every time we have a problem with one of our LG appliances it seems hes the only LG repair guy for our area

            My AC is not working since two months and as many as 7 technicians attended so far and even it was taken to the service center but still the complaint remain unsettled. Are you penalising the customer for having bought LG AC. Never have I come across such a situation either with Godrej, Lloyds, Samsung or any other brands. What is the delay /and why is the service team so poor to to rectify the complaint. The customer care never discloses the identity or location as it is a policy matter but why is the service so poor to satisfy the customer?

              Hello.. I purchased a washing machine on[protected] with a five year warranty. After 3 years my machine was rusting really bad. I called home depot and Lg and no one covers rust. I paid 750 and I can not believe what Iam seeing. I was dealing with chemo at the time and didnt have the energy to keep calling.                 I had purchased LG Dishwasher, LG oven and LG OLED TV from LG Shoppe - Indiranagar(VIdeotronics) on 31st of December 2020. The goods were delivered on 8-1-2021 and as we had the requirement of installing them on my new flat, the dealer asked us not to unseal the product and the installation can be done anytime based on our call back.

                Due to delay in my flat hand over, I had to install them only on 5-4-2021. The LG dishwasher was unpacked by the LG service person and he told us that the door can't be opened as its getting struck and advised us to claim for replacement as the product was faulty. After we had to make several followup with the dealer and LG service team and have been told that they will get the issue fixed in next few days. But then we had been following up with LG service team for more than a week till now but no proper update on that yet.

                A week later technician came to replace the broken door and side panels, but they brought an old piece of panels in which several scratch marks are clearly visible. And they found there was a dent even inside the dishwasher door. Now they are claiming to replace the entire door panel which will take further ??? days, which no one knows.

                They are simply wasting my time and money on a newly purchased Dishwasher which made me totally disappointed, being an LG customer for past 10 years (as all my home appliances are from LG)!!!

                I need replacement for my dishwasher at the earliest, because this throws me and my family to mental stress for the past few weeks and we couldn't peacefully settle in my new home.

                Expecting a quick and positive response understanding my situation.

                After our continuous followup with LG service team for past 60 days, finally they had REPLACED the damaged parts (yes, its brand new product but no replacement!!!) and made it worked. Thanks.

                  I applied for AMC on 12/04/2021 and paid the amount of Rs 5310 in cash and received the receipt as that my AMC started from 20th April 2021 and valid till 2022 but till today ie 7 th May 2021, they had not been repaired or serviced my water purifier.

                    I am complaining about lg washing machine getting rust and vibration

                    I am a teacher. i bought lg washing machine at mancherial( 504208) in Reliance digital show room. After few months it starts vibrating. We though that floor may not be flat so that it was shaking. But even making more adjustment we could not find the solution to stop vibrations. I made a call to complain the problem they promised to send repairer. But no person had come to see the complaint mean while corona playing...

                      Mr Manjunatha Gowda of Pixel Technology ( Partner of LG) has surreptitiously damaged the mounting frame of my 55 inches LG TV . Additionally he has not replaced all the screws after closing the panel. He charged me Rs 413/- on top of it . Highly unprofessional n unethical workmanship. Not expected of LG service centre. Despite my talking to Aksith Kumar proprietor of Pixel Technology no action has been taken. I shall escalate the matter on Google Reviews with photos as also on You Tube ! Sad state of affairs.                             Hello,

                            I buy your another ac because we have good experience and trust in your election application but as off now its gone. your services not beyond expectation (1 star).
                            When we purchased the AC we feel very good as we purchased the reputated brand LG but with this problem, we feel that we made a bad choice to select the LG AC as we are taking any benefits from the AC.

                            I buy ac, After 2 days I register complain. I was facing cooling issue with my LG Split AC & I have called LG service customer care.
                            Service person came after 1 days. He tell me that give me two days i solved your problem, After 2 days he will come with room temperature machine.
                            He will talk with his region head according to region head the room temperature machine between 17 to 20 temperature.
                            Around 20 minutes, the room temperature machine shows 27 to 28 temperature, so he turn ac in 16 and increase fan speed to 6.
                            then they determine temperature. So obvesly on this condition any room temperature machine goes to 17 to 20 or less.
                            This ridiculous methods and he is in hurry, so we tell him that leave your room temperature here we observe your temperature.
                            We send you video. but he leave.Tell that I have a proof you have a Colling in this room.

                              I purchased an LG oven from Home Depot, $2, 000. We didn’t install it immediately as we were re-modeling the kitchen.
                              The first time I used the lower oven I needed to lower the shelf, upon doing so 2 large chunks of the blue enamel exterior fell out. Every time I move a shelf the enamel becomes scratched.
                              I have had nothing but a run around from LG customer service.
                              I am now told that this is a blemish and is not covered by the Warranty. Really LG? This is shoddy workmanship and poor quality, not a blemish. The response is absolutely unacceptable. I feel consumers should be made aware that you only cover working parts, if the oven liner is inferior, then that’s my problem.
                              I would have expected a better response from your company.

                                As I am trying to replace my cooler.Because it's too noisy, unhygienic air and due to cooler surrounding rooms are hot.so instead of cooler I want Ac in return as remaining amount will be paid, I am not getting any response from them.

                                  I am complaining about the new purchased window AC, it's making alot of sound while it's running as well.as when it's not working, I tried reaching their Regional manager, he is not having much knowledge about the product, no one is reverting the call. Their engineers visited but didn't able to resolve the problem, both the Engineers were saying it's a part of manufacturing from LG company, we produce window AC which will.sound everytime day and night wheather they are running or not.
