Incident details- After logging the complaint for repair of my LG refrigerator, had to call atleast 3-4 times to make the technician visit to home, he visited clicked few photos and said that LG will intimate the estimate via text. Asked for INR200 and left, after that got a call from LG but no estimate was shared from their end. After a day or two, I received the text messages mentioning that my complaint has been closed.
No resolution was provided and he LG took the Rs.200 for nothing, did't even touch the refrigerator.
Desirable resolution- Repair the refrigertor, It's not generating the icing in the upper freezing section, because of which refrigerator is continuously running without any break, causing the 7-10 KW units electricity consumption per day. It is serious and crictical issue to look into urgently.

    I, Sukla Chowdhury purchased 1 LG refrigerator 335L color black 4 star Model Number(GL-T372JES3EESZ) EVN
    ([protected]) at total cost of 41000 Rupees with Bajaj Finance scheme @EMI 2050 Rupees per month for
    15 months. (scan copy attached).
    The fridge was delivered and installed by Khosla Electronics Pvt. Ltd, Kalikapur Branch on 03.08.21. Thereafter
    on using the following defects were found.
    (1) From the defrosting tray kept at the bottom of the refrigerator water is overflowing on the floor.
    (2) Vegetable tray pushing and pulling is not easy.
    (3) Door is not closing properly.
    The refrigerator was sold by Mr Ravi and Madam Jayanti of the above dealer on the condition that water in
    the collection tray will evaporate automatically and need not be cleaned weekly and regularly. The same is
    written in the user’s manual page 20(scanned copy attached). Further it is written at page 9 that do not
    remove the back cover for safety.(scanned copy attached).
    The defects were reported to dealer and LG company personally and through email. The LG service technician
    Mr Soumendra, Soumyajit and team leader attended on 11.08.2021 and 12.08.2021 but told that due to high
    humidity in the monsoon the water is difficult to be evaporated and therefore overflowing on the floor which
    needs to be cleaned when the same is visible. They opened the bottom back cover and kept it with one screw
    for easy opening by us for cleaning water which is contrary to the words and specification as stated in user’s
    manual mentioned above. Therefore I am not accepting the service technician’s version and requesting to
    replace the refrigerators of same model.
    Myself aged above 60 years is suffering daily in using my refrigerator at home and therefore request for
    replacement only to redress my suffering.

      Since the year of purchase, I am facing same issue... which is leakage of gas. Every year nonstop- I have to raise multiple complaints, the engineers come, 2-3 times, fills up gas, charges me ... Have been requesting the company to replace the product, as its a faulty product... But I get to hear, "not in our policy, will give discount on gas charging"
      I need to hold up this company for major inconvenience and harassment.

      Same Issue I had raised the complaint in 2019, and 2018...
      in year 2020 I wasnt home, hence I couldnt.

        I purchased the above A/C, from EHAM Digital LLP, Ajaa Godown, ground floor, pantheerankavu, CALICUT-673019, phone-[protected], Customer care [protected]. on[protected]
        Your customer provided a stabiliser of very low standard, and A/C become unservieable due motor failure inside.
        Technician says it will encure around 4 to 5000 rupees for replace and repair.
        If I spent around31000 why these Customer didn't provide a standard stabiliser. You are requested to advise and do necessary action

            I bought my LG OLED 65 Inch TV from Girias, HRBR, Bangalore on 15th July 2021. During purchase i was told am eligible for Vouchers worth Rs 25, 000. To confirm this i got OTP in my mobile and the sales agent updated the same in the website and uploaded the Invoice also. I was promised within 7 days I will get the vouchers in email. It is more than 1 month. I have written to LG Support, reached out to Area Sales Manager and nothing is moving. No support reeived

              I Register a complaint with LG for my LG LED TV repair on 25th May 2019. My LG LED TV model number is LB5060. LG technician done a wrong fixing inside our LED TV, due to that my TV damaged and it can't be repaired itseems. Attached the screenshot of the bill or re riot paid on 25th May 2019. Hence requesting with the forum is to please help me with the Justice and ask LG company to provide valid service or to replace my LED TV, as the cheating or fraud done by an LG technician, Bengaluru.

              Thank you so much for responding, but really felt bad and also sad, since 10 years we are using the LG products like Refrigerators, Front load Washing machines and 2 TVs, but due to LG technicians carelessness I am going to loose interest towards LG and thought nit to recommend to my friends and colleagues.               Hi LG, still I didn't get any calls from you people even after sharing my contact details. This actually shows your carelessness which your technician done to my working LED TV. I want my problem to be solved, wherein the problem created by your LG technician. Or else will move forward to lodge a fraud complaint in Consumer Forum with the valid bills or receipt I have.

              These people share few voucher code to get my bill amount refund which I paid to LG technician on 25 May 2019. I get a doubt and didn't proceed with the procedures they suggested, which later I realised that it is fraudulants called me. But I never expected this from LG help desk. Again very dissappointed with the LG.

                    The company franchise holder of the BULANDSHAHAR district who provides the service to the lg customer provides the local parts to the customer and he has the franchise of other companies too like samsung.

                    this was the worst time i had faced the worst service by the LG.

                      It's very disappointing that since my lodge of compline on dtd.03.08.2021, my AC didn't repair till today i.e 13.08.2021. We are suffering lot's these very hot days.                         I am a loyal customer of LG and using your products from many years. This year in Feb 21 month, i bought fridge from Bhundelkand shop. They sold display piece to me. The product is defective. It's thermostat stopped, fridege leaking, door is jamming. Three times technician could not resolve the problem. I deserve the replacement.                           I purchased a LG refrigerator 4 years ago. The ice maker started giving me issues last year now the refrigerator and freezer are not cold. I called LG on 6/29/21 to out in the service call and my refrigerator didn't get serviced until 7/23/21. I called again on 7/26 to put in a another service call because it still was not cold. They came out to service it on 7/30 and told me they need to re-order the compressor and other parts because it looks like the previous parts are not working properly. Now I get an email the the parts are on back order until ETA 8/18/21. I been calling LG at least twice a week to get it serviced sooner or refund me for my fridge so I can just get a new one and still no resolution. At this point I just want a refund.

                            Ref to my previous complaint, 40 mins is the required time for the tank to get filled up and it's taking 2.5 hrs which is way longer and unusual. I'm still waiting for a response from LG. Would appreciate if I receive a line of acknowledgement.

                            Good day, Please note after posting a complaint through consumer complaints forum I received only one notification asking for my contact number which I refused to post as the fraudsters can access it. There was no response received after that. So I escalated the complaint to LG customer service head and received confirmation call. Since again going back to square one there was no progress observed, this time I escalated to CEO office and next day the membrane filters were renewed at free of cost and purifier is working satisfactory.                               Bought washing machine of Ifb, after delivering the product, when the installation team came they charged rs350 & 150 service charge for fitting a tap for connection which supposed to be free of cost, and if charged it should Have been informed earlier. They continously follow up with us to buy their accessories inspite of refusing them. I requested the Pai staff to send the technician again since it was little difficult to operate, he said OK, but no one turned up nor the staff received my calls nor called back.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, Good day!

                                    Please note, I purchased LG water purifier, Model: WW140NP on Oct 2020 promising warranty as labelled. The ratio of waste water is 60:40 and found for one litre of good water 7.5 litres of water was getting wasted and accordingly a complaint was registered with the customer care. The technician who attended checked and renewed the filters and advised to observe for 24 hrs. The problem still persists and suspect membrane filter is faulty as advised by technician. But the APPROVAL for a free renewal of membrane filter was REJECTED and the reason was not disclosed. They want us to pay for the membrane filter and this problem occurred in warranty period and If such a reputed company behaves in such a way then what's the point of giving a warranty. I request to give a positive solution for the above and a prompt response will be highly appreciated.

                                      I had purchased one Bluetooth speaker, model: PH2R on 5th-10-2020. My product has some issues which comes under warranty. So, I issued a complaint and also went to service center. Over there the in-charge told me that your product can't be repaired but it will be replaced by dealer. I was waiting for 4 days and again talked to service center, they asked me to call the dealer and they are responsible for the replacement. So, I called the dealer and they denied to replace and asked me to go to the service center for replacement. So, no one is taking responsibility for this after my complaint to customer care also there is no outcome.. Here is my complaint details

                                      Dear customer RNP[protected] is given to JMD SERVICE [protected].

                                      Since no outcome was there, I had to email to the office of CEO on 8th-july and one complaint has been registered (RNP[protected] again and its been more than one month but no output was here. And i called many time to the LG authority, someday he was saying it's under process and sometime he was not picking my call.

                                      And, again I wrote email to CEO office for complaint.

                                      I have complained to the customer care twice and complained via writing email to CEO office thrice. And, its been more than one and half month of complaint to LG. Attaching the invoice and official complaint for reference. .

                                        Team,

                                        I am an unfortunate costumer of LG. I have purchased, Your Water purifier, AC and Washing machine...Fortunately I disposed Washing machine and got another one from IFB.

                                        Right now I am having issue with Water purifier, for which I have paid Rs. 6786/- in December 2020, thinking that I will get prompt service.
                                        But I was wrong. For the past 7 months no body has contacted me.
                                        Now since I am having problem with the Water purifier, I tried contacting your Customer care. Since last 4 days I only get " Prompt promises " and assurances.
                                        I have chatted with your Representative several times but no action taken.

                                        When I asked for the Phone number or email for escalation, they gave me a number, which is never reachable.

                                        I am totally disappointed and regret buying LG equipments.
