Ref to my previous complaint, 40 mins is the required time for the tank to get filled up and it's taking 2.5 hrs which is way longer and unusual. I'm still waiting for a response from LG. Would appreciate if I receive a line of acknowledgement.

Complaint marked as Resolved Good day, Please note after posting a complaint through consumer complaints forum I received only one notification asking for my contact number which I refused to post as the fraudsters can access it. There was no response received after that. So I escalated the complaint to LG customer service head and received confirmation call. Since again going back to square one there was no progress observed, this time I escalated to CEO office and next day the membrane filters were renewed at free of cost and purifier is working satisfactory. Email address are available at LG website. I thank LG for their service and their efforts in resolving the issue.
