    The freezer’s motor fan got damaged just after end of their warranty which is just an year. The product was purchases on 5/5/2020 and it got damaged on 21/7/2021. LG customer care is also not satisfactory. Options only for repairing but not for providing a complaint

      RNP[protected] I requested a service regarding the issue with washtube as all cloth is tearing in 2 to 3 washes but there is no response in a single call it took me to call but as i came to know they changed the tube and regarding parts but issue is not cleared services centers also unable to do anything as they did everything they can... Need high level supports as can i get any replacement .. Sincerely need you support \

        Since last 3 days I am calling for washing machine comaplint. No body is coming for service. Whenever I am calling they will tell that today will attend the case. But still no body came for servicing.

        I never expected such type of Service from Pai International. I purchased so many electronic items from Paid International. Now I decided hence forth I will visit Pai International in futurue.

            My new LG AC was installed on 13th August 2020. The installation team came and installed but just after 5-6 months i started noticing leakage from the joint near the outdoor unit. Consequently, I raised a complaint and showed pictures/videos to the same team who promised to pay a visit and rectify it however, they did not come. I had to raise another complaint but due to the pandemic they couldn’t come. Recently, I made another request regarding the same and coincidentally one of the engineers from the same installation team came, and on observation told me that they had torn one of the pipes in using the drill. I was not made aware of their mistake during the time of installation. Now, I need to call a plumber to repair the pipe for which he’s asking for Rs. 2000. I feel that since I paid more than Rs. 5000 for installation and the mistake was done by the installation team, I shouldn’t bear the cost of repairing and that the amount should be paid by LG.

            Kindly provide me with the appropriate response timely.

              I spoke customer care people, regarding the spare part, they didn't deliver to resolve the issue.

                    I have LG Monitor 22MP68VQ which I bought last year in Aug 2020 from Amazon India. It has 3 years warranty. From day one, I noticed one thing in the monitor that the screen & side plastic panel has gap inbetween. with time dust accumulated in between the gaps but LG is a well-known brand, I did not worry much about that.

                    On 14th July 2021, I saw 2-3 mm wide vertical lines on the left-hand side of the monitor, where dust accumulates. To which I registered a complaint with LG Customer service. The engineer visited the same day, he opened the monitor and saw the dust accumulation, he said that I have to pay for the repair. I asked him why? It is under warranty. He said it is not dust, but it is rust from water damage. I was totally surprised to hear that, I argued that it is dust and accumulated here which is again not my fault. NO MOISTURE of Signs of water or liquid was there.

                    I even spoke to his senior and visited the service center with my product. They all said it is water damage which I very well know is not. Rust is not at all there, just dust is there. I feel looted my so-called big brand. Water damage is possibly a great excuse as customers have no right to speak, they decide it. This is how they treat customers? If I take you guys LG guys to court, they can't even prove it. NO MOISTURE NO WATER but it is water damage. How fool it sounds. Very bad experience. I could have bought some cheaper alternative but I trusted the brand. Now I regret choosing LG. This was my first LG product, I am never going to buy LG products or recommend anyone. They just escaping by blaming the customer. That is so childish "wo kehte hai apne pani giraya hai isme". Am I a fool? This is not my first electronic product, I very well know water is an enemy of electronic devices.

                    REGRET CHOOSING LG BRAND, WORST EXPERIENCE. MY MONEY AND TIME WASTED WITHOUT ANY FAULT OF MINE.

                      I have purchased Lg fully automatic washing machine in 2017 @Rs. 26000, and in 2020 it's panel board rotating button stopped working and selecting. I registered Complaint and get it resolved by paying 4000 Rs. for repair of PCB.
                      Again now exactly after one year in 2021, the same issue is their, I called to lg customer care, engineer said on call only that it is not repairable without checking it, he asked to change the PCB which cost nearly 6000 Rs.
                      Now after paying 26000 and 4000 again I have to pay 6000 + charges. I think I have made a very wrong desicion of buying LG machine, I would never suggest anybody to go for it.

                        Hi Team,

                        This is regarding LG AC complaints.
                        I purchased the LG AC at LG authorized dealer/center in Nalgonda on 25th March’ 2021.
                        And I didn’t choose installation from LG as my own brother is an AC technician which I have informed the same at LG authorized dealer/center on same day.
                        But I have received a call from an LG technician asking when to come and install the new AC, then I have mentioned that I don’t need an AC technician because my brother will do the installation.
                        The AC technician got angry and frustrated with me and asked how can you choose and install AC on your own. And start talking ir-responsibly and not in a polite way.
                        LG AC technician is trying to give me a warning and I don’t have rights to install AC without LG AC Technician and the customer has to depend on LG AC technician only.
                        I have given him clear details and informed the LG dealer that I don’t need a LG AC technician. But again why have you called me to ask about getting frustrated with customers?
                        After 15 minutes, I received another call from Jorge Reddy, an employee of LG service center at Nalgonda. Jorge also started warning and threatening me how come you have adopted the installation of AC from 3rd party and why LG AC technician is not informed about the installation.
                        LG Service Center and LG technicians can give warning and threaten the LG customer to use only LG technicians.
                        I have called AC customer care and updated the same details twice. But still no action has been taken and no update has been provided to the customer.
                        Is this the way you treat the LG customers ?
                        Do you want customers not to use the LG products any more ?
                        Does LG don’t require mouth publicity ?
                        LG service center guys and LG technicians can give warning and threaten the customer ?
                        And no action will take care from the customer care team ?
                        No responsibility from LG customer care team ?

                        Can you please take a necessary action and help customers from your Service Center guys and technicians.

                            I am facing issue with the subject model TV since one month now. And various follow ups have been made since than with Service Support, Customer care team before escalating complain to Customer care HOD more than one week back. Company has discontinued the product and are not able to repair it. Depreciation price was discussed and agreed upon 20 days before but still to see any progress made other than occasional phone calls with assurance from company to resolve the issue ASAP.
                            Big brand like LG to keep Customer waiting for more than month just to finalise a decision is painful after spending more than lakh rupeeson purchase. That too when you have your AMC valid. Why would the company renew AMC in the first place if they have decided to discontinue the product.
                            Should anyone be confident to renew AMC next time with such a delay in the action.

                                    I was having 32'' samsung TV which was bought about 11 years ago. I wanted to upgrade and trusted LG and bought 55'' LG TV about 5.5 years back for about 1, 08, 000. The screen started jumping and i booked a service call with LG. I was shocked to see a quote of around 40K, and the person said it is almost same as buying a new TV. How can LG make such a product which is a premium range costing over 1 lakh, and give a life of 5 years? My old samsung TV is still doing good in bedroom, given that conditions are same. I want LG to be answerable for this type of quality, and made our life worse. LG should correct this at no cost, or announce that their TV has got a life of only 5 years. The service manager just called me and blabbering about frequency, wave length, software upgrades that affect TV, which i dont understand. while i was buying, they said Close your Eyes and buy LG product. I trusted LG more than their words.. pls let me know how to move forward and stop people in getting fooled

                                      Purchased 1.16.2017 for $719.99 Finish around outside of liquid dispenser is all rusted out as well as where the seam is on the front of washer. Dispenser has stopped working due to RUST. It appears that the surface might not have been clean when they applied the finish on the metal as it has all bubbled up and RUSTED. I have contacted Joseph (No last name given ) Who is the supposed President of Customer Care LG Electronics and was told that there is only a 1 year warrenty on the machine. My previous washer was 12 years old and did not have any rust on it. This is simply a DEFECT IN MATERIAL FINISH and all I expect is a NEW SHELL to replace the DEFECTIVE ONE. One again I was told to GET LOST ...not their problem..contact the service department . Pay out of pocket for the new shell and what ever installation cost...Estimate I was given was $200 for the New Experior and $175.00 to come to my house and handle. YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING...I am disabled living on a pension!! I only want what I expected to get when I purchased this unit and so far it has been a nightmare...I have to clear the dispenser everytime I use bleach and have several garments ruined by the problem. LIFE IS NOT GOOD at Debbies house
