Problem, Cooling- Frosting and other electronic issues
Purchase Date- 18th July 2021
Reporting Date- 22nd July 2021
Approved for product replacement on 29th July 2021

Never had such a bad experience as its really unmanageable at my end and felt like cheated.
Product was suppose to be replaced by Monday-02nd Aug 2021- Its already 10 days after the initial complain- and not even a single person from LG called to update or let me know any sort of status. Service center is fooling around as after so many follow-ups, came to know that there is a problem with the stock and will take another 3 days for the product to be replaced. Anyways, I don't have any option except filing a case in consumer court for refund as I am done with the LG service and will never buy/refer any LG product. Last 10 years, i am using LG products. All the photos and videos have been already sent to concerned

Below queries to Management
If you would have been in my place, what would you have done. Company should have left you suffering.
Where is the process if customer is facing such issues after buying a product worth more than a lac. no follow-ups with customer, not even a single call

    I have a 1 year old dishwasher that worked for 9 months. I have been waiting for repair for 3 MONTHS and it is worse than when the repair process started. My dishwasher is not functioning and is actually worse because of the repairs A and E have attempted. I have to turn off the fuse to keep it from constantly running. Which means every time I want to use my garbage disposal I have to run out to the garage to flip the fuse on and then go back to turn it off. I have had to miss about 8 days of work to meet the repair men. A similar thing happened with my LG refrigerator. After 6 months of attempted repair and backordered parts. I got it fixed myself. I am done with LG appliances. Never again will I buy one which is unfortunate because when they work they are good. I am at the point of hiring a lawyer and notifying the BBB and filling out bad reviews. Just fix my appliances in a timely manner. THAT IS ALL I ASK! If you offer a warranty make sure you have repair people that can fix it!

      I am disturbed from last 11 days. My refrigerator is detected but company denied to replace it. We are using it on high temperature but cooling is very poor. A mug of water taking around 8 hour to make ice. We are very old customers of LG.

        Bought a water filter on 24th july feom pai international bangalore. Started leaking as soon as it was installed. Pai electronics sold a faulty piece and now the customer care is unwilling to help. Cutting the call as soon as they see our no. OR soon as they ask our registred no.             Since last 7 days, we are constantly facing problem of storing our food in other's fridge as ours is not working at all. We made a complaint a lot of time but no strict action is taken till now by the relevant authorities. Only a call came to me to confirm that the technician has visited you or not, however, in actual, no one came to our house to check the refrigerator. I've made complaints several times, and today when i called the lg customer care no., the executive gave me the no. Of a lady named Anju (phone no. [protected]) and said that i should speak to her regarding the matter. I've called her more than 5 times but she is not picking my call. All the engaged personnel are not working on our problem and we are highly disappointed with this kind of service of LG. Our food is getting spoiled each day from last week and we are constantly being told that soon someone will come someone will do this someone will do that, but that someone is still missing and no one is helping us for this. Our complaint no. Is RNP[protected]. Kindly take some action against all the people who are just reassuring us but not helping us by doing anything.

              I went to showroom and asked to show latest model and good performance Ac 's then showed me LG Ac and said it is latest ok, I trusted them paid total amount,
              Next day delivered and installation done, , But
              From day one after installation done no cooling effect and faced much problems, and model also 2019 old version they provide me,
              I asked to replace my product I'm not satisfied I said, but the paishowroom Guy rudely said whatever you do also we can't replace your product, just adjust with that product only service will be provided, I bought dis product 5months ago in this period they refilled gas 3Times and then they go away but no permanent solution shown to me, No one are responding properly to replace my product
              I'm much worried because under warranty it all happening its OK, but with 6months warranty period will complete who will be responsible for it,
              While we visit to pai international showroom today the guy rudely saying whatever you can do do we can't replace, dat's it
              No one will come and help you to replace he spoken very rudely Really very hurting because Trustfully we went and purchased but now they are saying we are not responsible for that replacement
              I asked why you send 2019model then he is saying that is only available but on purchased day he said it's latest model total manufacturer defect product has been sent to me, Sales guy spoken rudely, So many products purchased in pai international showroom but now no one are responsible,
              Please I request to replace my LG A/C Product Immediately

                But from day one after installation completed
                Still now I'm facing no cooling effect
                Many technicians visited and refilled gas thrice in 5months of purchase of product, you can understand that 3times they filled gas in short period, I asked both LG And Pai International To replace My product I can't satisfied with this kind of product, because now it's under warranty after 5months the warranty period will expire then who will be responsible for it continously facing problem
                But their is no replacement you have to adjust with that product only we provide upto warranty after that we are not responsible for it they are saying, , Pai international Ramathapur guys are rudely saying you can do whatever you do no replacement will be done,
                I'm requesting please Replace my LG AC, Immediately,

                  There was water seepage continuously from our LG refrigerator for a few days. We googled through the names of the LG service centres and found one SS Enterprise Pvt Ltd. We contacted them, and the technician came to repair the same. on July 15/2021. He did the job and provided the invoice for a total of Rs.6000. He was paid in full by my mother.

                  I purchased one lg side by side refrigerators on may30 2020 from cash and carry metro and they said that I will get oucher of rs 5000/- through uploading online and in that oucher you can buy. Anything worth rs5000/- but till now I have not given anything and saying it will come today, tomorrow and I have sent lot of letter to and they are it is still in process which they said I will get the oucher in one month but now it is almost 14 months over and still I have not got anything

                    It's got more than a week but My Television is not repaired till now. I placed a complaint regards My LCD TV before 10 Days to so-called LG Customer Care Service that it's not screening and connecting correctly and efficiently but not a single technician come to check My Television's Defects and I am continuously receiving calls from LG Service who are avoiding My Complaint and continuously asking me to repairing My Television from other local shop.

                      I had purchased an LG Refrigerator on Dec 2019 from Vijay Sales, Chakala, Mumbai. In just 3 months time in Feb '20 the Refrigerator cooling stopped and i had to call LG for the same. LG technician visited and refilled gas as there was a leakage as confirmed by LG technician. During that time I had requested them to give me a replacement of the fridge but they refused. Now 4 days back suddenly again the cooling stopped and all my groceries and perishable products got spoiled. Since I had purchased the product from Vijay Sales, Chakala at Andheri East, Mumbai i raised a complaint regarding the same. I was assured by LG and got a call from LG yesterday i.e 27th July that the technician will visit my house but till date they haven't called or visited my place. This is what i have been experiencing from LG.
                      This feel like i have been cheated by LG and seems helpless.

                        I'm Mohammed Safwan Hafeez from Mangalore karnataka- 574143.
                        I literally had Bad experience after buying a LG washing machine Model No 1084WFES5A. I have Complained so mamy times and i didn't get repaired. Service people have visited and tried to repair and they told us to that it wont get repaired here we need to take to the service centre and they took it for 15 days and they returned with the same and with extra problem like door, dryyer and PE error. Please i request you to replace the washing machine and solve the problem which we are facing from last 5 months.

                          Purchase a double door refrigerator from LG SHOP AT DEHRA (M.R. ENTERPRISE) on[protected]
                          This it got damaged due to electronic plate issue which got replace by engineer after 15 days

                            I have paid 5310 towards the AMC service for my LG water purifier on 05-Jul-2021. The warranty period have been started from 6th july 2021 to 5thjuly 2022, without even fixing the issue. They have taken the payment upfront and havn't repaired the purifier till date. Its been 23days and they are giving diff reasons everyday and not fixing the issue. They are cheating customers, our hard earned money is taken from LG and without even fixing...

                            Yesterday I have registered for re installation of water purifier in Vadodara for 24 hrs via customer toll free number. They have given this responsibility to Krishna services in Vadodara. Already 24 hrs has completed. But no one still has contacted me. I have followed up by three times but still Krishna services has not contacted yet. It's urgent.
                            Really, Service is very poor. Now i have to think for service before buying any product of lg.. No meaning of purchasing of product if service is very poor..

                                I purchased 7.2 litre LG semi automatic washing machine in 2015.Today (26/july/2021) the dryer cover is broken. I went to the service center in below address. Since it's a cover i asked for it so that i can fix that myself. But the service center staff mentioned it's a service part and only service technician can fix and they will not sell it to customer directly. Even after telling them that i can fix by myself they keep on repeating the same and asked me to raise complaint through LG toll free and the service technician will come and fix this. cost of the cover and service technical charges should be paid they said.

                                This is really not tolerable. I didnt ask the cover for free. for fixing a cover why do i need a service technician. This is pure day time robbery. I want strict action to be taken against the service center else i will file a case in customer court.

                                    Respected sir
                                    I have purchased a washing machine from your company front load 7 kg machine in 2013
                                    Now it is giving problem in absorbing Washing powder and liquid
                                    I contacted customer care but now they are telling the warranty is on for 2yrs not 10 yrs and 10hrs for only motor
                                    While purchasing the machine nobody form your company told that warranty is only for 2yrs now they are telling me like this
                                    This is totally injustices to and even u are also aware of that
                                    They told that they are going charge on service and spare parts this totally injustice to me
                                    I request you to please help in solving this issue at the earliest
                                    And also pls give me the mob number or e mail id of the company so that I can raise complaints to them also
