I registered LG 32" TV service call on 03/09/2021(RNP[protected], Sill now (07/09/2021)your service Engineers did not visited my site but in your service tracking site they updated as re-appointment fixed with customer on 05/09/2021, so i informed this wrong updation to customer care on 06/09/2021 Morning, on the same day (06/09) i received the call from your service Engineer, just they confirm my address, product details and again they updated the status as re-appointment fixed with customer and parts have been ordered.

Without getting any confirmation from the customer how they can re-fix the appointment?

Without visiting the customer site how they can demand the spare parts?

Without any customer confirmation how they can order the spare parts?

Your service center is cheating customer and LG Head office.
I Think they are updating wrong status to LG Head office/Customer for their SLA and TAT

This is Creating a wrong impression on LG Service. Please look into this issue and provide a good service to customer.

    I am bound to write this complaint with sorrow and as the most dis-satisfied customer. I own a LG 55 inches LED TV, purchased on 12-Sep-2016 from LG outlet at DLF mall of India, Noida. It was just a long run trust created by LG till date which compelled me to spend ~85000/- INR for an electronic item. Add on to that I spent ~17000/- INR on AMC of that product directly from LG.

    Within 3 years of warranty LED's motherboard has been replaced twice, but as it was free of cost we didn't lose our trust on LG. During lockdown on 27-Jun-2020, the LED started troubling again. We registered a complaint through a toll free number and the technician replaced the motherboard within a week's time. Again on 29th Oct, LED started lagging, the picture was blurry at the corner of one side then we registered a complaint in which the technician said LED panel will get changed and which will need week's time to procure the part.

    We got a call from LG after a week's time that part is not available so they will try to repair the faulty part of the LED. An engineer visited from the service center and cleaned the connector which went good for 15 days and then resulted in a blue screen. Again a complaint log was followed by an engineer visit and this time they changed the connector but it didn't work and the engineer said we need to change the LED panel.

    Mr. Ashok Kumar from LG service center, Patparganj called to inform us that the part is not available and the company would be providing depreciation value of 35% for our LED tv. We denied for this and asked them to consider it free of cost as the product is under warranty. He provided us with his manager number Mr. Anoop Madhesia for further conversation and approvals.

    We thought of seeking help through twitter and sent email too but there was no response. After so many follow ups for our complaint, finally today Mr. Anoop Madhesia offered best from his side which is 55% depreciation value.
    This seems to be their money making policy

        Dear LG,
        I purchased an LG Q70 phone in Feb. From the moment I got the phone there were problems.
        1. The screen goes blank after you make a call or receive a call. In order to view your contact you need to push a button to reengage the screen. I was told it was a problem LG was working on and there would be an update to fix the problem. There was never an update!
        2. about a week and a half ago the phone did not allow to call out and all incoming calls went directly to voice mail. I spent hours working with Verizon, my carrier, they finally found out it was due to an update LG did and it effected the Q70 and other models of LG phones, there was no known fix. I then went to a Verizon store where they to spent hours working on the problem. They finally arranged for a new LG Q70 to be sent to me. It cost me $12.95 to have it shipped next day. I had been without a working phone for five days at that point and could not wait 4-5 days from ground fright.
        3. When I got the new LG Q70 the calls out and incoming calls worked. However, the icon screen would only scroll into place with GREAT difficulty and many attempts. The Verizon store Tech tried and had the same problem.
        4. I was then fed up and ordered a new Samson phone. I still owe about a $160.00 on my Q70 phone and will have to pay that off and then I will have to pay for my new Samson phone. Which I am still waiting for.
        5. I then called LG Customer Service and was insulted by the representatives not really listening to me, while they spouted the company line about their warranty policies,
        6. During this whole ordeal I was informed that LG is no longer making cell phones, which seems to tell me you were experiencing many problems with the product.
        I HAVE USED MANY LG PRODUCTS IN THE PAST (TV'S, APLLIANCES ETC.) AND HAVE ALWAYS FOUND TEM TO BE OUTSTANDING PRODUCTS. I AM HOPING THAT LG WILL STAND BY THE LG Q70 AND AT THE VERY LEASTY REMEBURSE ME THE $160.00. STILL OWED ON THE PHONE. i WILL COMPLY WITH ANY VERIFICATIONS YOU NEED FROM VERIZON TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN!

          I purchased with warranty 5 years back @ 55000 later realized this last model in LG seller cheated me. with in Two years I changed TV screen Price of 18 thousand and Mother board cost of 8000 from 3rd party service center.
          Noticed that if we purchase LG products ready to pay for service 50% of our cost!

          if you call LG service end they will charge and quote more than the actual.

            I purchase LG TV in 11 jan 2017
            And aftr only 3 years in jun 2021 i see fine lines in bottom of tv hence i complaint about it in LG LG customer care that please repair it and i have tv Amc too they replay me that they can't repair it and they give me option that you purchase new tv from us and pay 65% of Price of new tv which is not possible for me i request them that please repair my old tv we can't pay 65% for new one then tey stop replying me. What should i do now?

                I purchased a refrigerator in the month of Dec. since then i registered 4 complaints for excessive ice in ice box and no cooling in referigrator.
                Daily our eatables are getting destroying due to no cooling. Even after visiting by technician and disussed with your customer care head no solution is provided and they are stick to their point that their product is ok.
                It is my humble request to look into the matter urgently and give me solution

                  This is the response of my service request initiatd on 21st August, 21. Engineer visited and advised me to wait for a week as the compressor required to be replaced. He told later that order has been placed by him

                        We purchased LG AC from croma electronics on 5th July 2021, it was installed on 6th July 2021. On using it at night of 6th July, water started leaking inside room. We raised a complaint, the technician visited and told that it must be moisture problem. Again same issue happened on night of 7th July, we again raised a complaint, technician visited and informed that outlet pipe was getting coiled, hence he cut some portion of the pipe and told problem is resolved now. We did not use AC for 20 days and again we used at night of 23rd August. Same problem happened again, we raised a complaint, complaint id RNP[protected], this time the technician visited and said Inlet tray is broken.
                        On all the 3 occasions, problem was same - water leakage inside room. This is happening from day 1, hence we are demanding complete replacement of the product to which service center and LG team is denying. They are giving replacement of just a tray.

                        On escalating to customer service, they made us wait for 3 weeks stating they are following up, later on closed the case. On reverting on same email they opened up a new ticket and again kept us on wait.

                        It seems that LG electronics is selling defective products and on complaining they are just replacing the defective parts. Had the tray would have been broken after 1 month we would have taken tray as replacement, but since it is broken from Day1, we are demanding complete replacement of product. we feel it is a fair ask.

                        Kindly let us know if complete replacement is provided or not or else we can take it up to legal forum via an advocate.

                          I bought new lg up55 uhd smart tv in July 2021 through Bajaj Finserv .But at the time of buying they said you will get 15k worth ottp subscription but haven't received Anything after waiting for month they are said you will get it within 25 days. But still I didn't get it .Nano technology lg authorised showroom comes in pincode 577201 in india .Bharat is the sales person who promised me to give ott subscribtion worth 15k .but still not received anything .I bought the tv only for this benifit now am very disappointed for fooling me .now onwards I don't trust authorized lg showroom.feeling cheaters everywhere..

                            I purchased a lg washing machine in 2015 model no T9003TEELK @26000/. Now it's touch panel not working. Lodge a comment on 2 nd August RNP[protected] ...and after 7 received a call that parts not possible and hence forth washing machine can't be repaired.They provide a option that purpose new one you will get 20 percent discount (5200) on new purchase of LG machine...I agreed and send my choice to Mr Sandeep Gurgaon office ...but alas 10 days more gone and he always reply that it on approval... Very casual approach from LG...very annoying ...not expected from LG.I feel non availability of parts is just a trap and 20 percent discount is next trap to compelled the customer a new still...still LG failed...

                                  I had requested for my TV repair on 10 Aug, service personal from LG (Aircon Services Dhanbad) visited and suggested circuit needs to be replaced. Charged 413 as initial service charge and remaining was to be paid once the TV is repaired, and he said it would be done in next 5 days, i followed up post 5 days. i was informed it would take another 5 days. Now it's day 12, i escalated the matter to LG customer care but they were ignorant and didn't help, today post discussion with LG customer care and the service center they said it could take another 10 days and i can choose to cancel my request but there would be no refunds.
                                  I am harassed here talking with them requesting for fix ( post promising 5 days they are just delaying ) or refunds but am denied both

                                    Dear Ashok,
                                    I have a 42 liters LG Microwave ordered via Amazon Oct 2020 last year. Three days ago it stopped working.

                                    Despite having complained same day, LG repair service agency at Haldwani i.e. Megha Services, have been most unhelpful. The technicians blame each other for not getting any information on the complaint, or that I am too far from where they are. Haldwani is less than 25 Kms from my place.

                                    Additionally, Ms Kavita Pundir, who is LG customer service employee stationed in Dehradun is not being any help at all, and is refusing to pick up my calls.

                                    Finally, yesterday, a technician visited, and said the touch panel etc. needs replacement. While it is unbelievable how a brand like LG can have such a critical part breakdown in less than a year, it is the lackadaisical attitude of the service staff, Ms. Kavita Pundir, and the no-one cares attitude that is really causing me untold anger. Yesterday and today, the LG repair service agency has been giving me the same story i.e. a few days before the part is delivered.

                                    Requesting you to take this into cognisance and expedite the repair job at the earliest.
