Sir,

I really unhappy with the lukewarm response for support and after sales service. I bought 2 invertor ACs on 29th Aug 2020.
Last month March 1st Week booked the preventive maintenance call. After so many remainder, your support engineer Suresh,
[protected] came and attended. Serviced on AC and found out 2nd AC's outlet tube having damage.
He told that he will order the parts and will come back in three days. Till now he is not responding.
So I booked the another call on 4th April. Again another Engineer called Sivakumar,[protected] and he told that he will come and see the
AC. So far he is not coming. So AC is ideal for last 40 days because if switch on the AC, getting water leakage. Pl. let me what I will do next. Is it the support the LG giving to the Customer. Is it the Punishment for me to choose the LG Brand. Even Product in warranty and I am getting these kind of Support. If product 1yr warranty period over, what I will do. Because You given 10yrs compressor and 5 yrs GAS warranty. Please let me know what you will do in my position.

      I have had my ac serviced on the 30th of March. Unfortunately there is no cooling. So on the 1st of April I made a request for a technician.

      I received a call on the 2rd of April at 6:45pm by a technician seeking to come to my residence. Unfortunately being a religious weekend I was not available.

      On Saturday I received a call by a lady named Selvi informing me a technician will visit on Sunday. Again being a public Holy day I had other commitments. Then she promised that a technician would arrive on the 5th of April by 10:30am.

      To date no one has come and no one is giving me a proper response. I had set aside time today for the technician to come, and one whole day has been wasted. I call the customer care call Centre several times, and we had problem in communicating, because no one could speak my regional language or proper English.
      After several calls today with promises of escalation I still had no joy, eventually a Miss Gupta gave me numbers of regional service managers specifically a Mr. Shivaraman. After speaking to him, and him promising to revert, I am still to hear from him.

      I am really surprised and really frustrated with the tardy and unprofessional service offered by a company that is internationally know. This leaves a very bitter experience and I will be sure to go to social media platforms to let others know what I think of your service.

        Incomplete and poor service: 1. The mechanic didn't stick to his said timing and visited very late. He could not do wall cutting; stated that his drilling machine had become faulty.
        Was unwilling to do it manually and appeared to be not interested in completing the job.
        2. The manager assured that he will send another team but as the time went by did not even take our calls.
        3. The indoor and outdoor units are unpacked and left haphazardly in the room and hall of our home which cause inconvenience.
        4. The mechanic, in an unprofessional way, has unplugged the pressure lines and left it open allowing the moisture to enter into the pipeline.
        It is requested to send your installation team at the earliest so that the mess that your people have created is cleared.

              I recently purchased a dishwasher through the LG website because they were the only place that said that they could get it to me quickly.

              I was supposed to get a delivery around February 14. Suddenly it was delayed and I did not receive a delivery until March 8. I was supposed to get free installation but they said they cannot install until March 28 so I paid for a plumber to come install the product on the on March 13 for $180. After using the dishwasher for less than a week, it was very clear that this dishwasher did not work for me. There are only four lines of spokes in the bottom of the basket (which you can't see on the website since they have dishes in the picture) and it does not accommodate my type of bowls and plates (Picture #1). I was having to run two loads to my one load of my last dishwasher.

              Also I decided on LG black stainless so it would match my LG Black stainless refrigerator. The colors are completely different so they don't match at all. The dishwasher is more silver versus the black stainless refrigerator that has a grey black color. It looks terrible! (Picture 2 and 3)

              It also make a high pitched squeal that you can hear when it is running. Definitely a noisy unit.

              I sent a request on 3/22 to return it but never heard back. I've sent several requests and I called today and I have now been denied for some reason.

              I have already purchased a new dishwasher and the other one is now sitting in a box waiting to come back. I would've ordered it from Best Buy but they said they couldn't get it to me in a timely manner like supposedly LG was going to do and then it didn't happen. I need to return the dishwasher.

                  Fridge not working. Allready complain registered. Ask for repair. They said not repairable.fridge price is approx 70thousand.its a new fridge. 4 years only. Now they are asking to take refund. Refund money 14 thousand. I don't want refund. I want my fridge to be OK. Make service and make my fridge perfect. Otherwise from now I will not gonna buy any product from LG. I was frequently using of LG products. But from now i will never buy any product of LG and I will never suggest any one of my friends.

                      Issue still not resolved, i having calling for almost 3 days, but no one is fixing / resolving the issue.

                      I logged compliant for Refrigerator not cooling on 22nd Mar, 8am. A Technician visited at around 5pm and reported as Gas leak and needs a different team to fix it. I called your customer care yesterday & today, no one visited, nor called, i got the contact information from Customer service center and called the Technical group, they said can visit only tomorrow 25th Mar.

                      I don't understand why does it take 4 days to fix this, i have call and keep running after people to see if it will be fixed or not.

                      Initially, not sure how come a gas leaks with not even 2 years old, that shows the product capability and you take your leisure time to fix it.

                      This was not expected from a company like you, i have 2 LG ACs & Refrigerator. Now i regret to have bought products from you. Mark my words, this would be last product i use of LG, i will never ever recommend any other appliance of LG to any of my friends & family members with such a poor after sales support.

                        The product unsatisfied due to the ice is forming in vegetables and spinach, the water are forming inside the vegetable tray. We are already replaced the 3 times refrigerator but the problem facing same already informed to Pai international staff but your end no action take requested to change the brand but yours side not supporting us...
                        Kindly requesting you to change brand we are suffering in this product.

                          I had purchased AC worth 36k 5months back and then problem started of water leakage from indoor ac unit i complained LG 5 times but they were not able to solve my problem 6th time i went to gala & sons from where i purchased the AC they also failed in helping me then again they sended a lg person in covid times that visited my house 7times also later found by them ac indoor and outdoor both unit have major 3 4 problems. Hence i told to replace the ac but they telling to repair which is not the solution since my product is in warranty and have several problems. During this summer i am not able to use ac from last 3weeks. Neither the dealer gala & sons nor LG is able to provide me with a solution.

                            Hi. My front load 7 KG washing machine is in warranty. I had raised complaint In Jan 2021 to LG for water heating temperature issue, temperature was not being maintained inside as mentioned on display panel. They took weeks to call me for attending issue, visit and then for support from their technical team. Suddenly I got mail that my ticket has been closed. Hence I escalated this to Service Head and now CEO office as it happened 2nd time in this week. I am raising complaint and customer support team is closing it without solution. Please help me to resolve this issue.

                              I have attached the service receipt. engineer didn't instalIed LG AC properly there is gas leakage that's why cooling takes time.I bought LG AC on[protected] and had 1 year service warranty and i called customer service 2-3 times during corona times for service.office was not picking up phone, I submitted a complaint on[protected], but service engineer came on[protected]. they have not resolve the issue yet.

                                I purchased LG FRONT LOAD WASHING MACHINE from Reliance digital on January, 2021. After 2 months, tub shinging is gone and looking black. Regarding that issue, I contact LG and Reliance digital also. But no body gave me response and they said this is my issue and we can't do any help.I have all recording of all calls.
                                I need to replace my washing machine. Hope you will help me.

                                  Seriously im doubting myself why i did preferred LG over Samsung or other good AC Brands. i regret it now

                                  I bought LG 1.5tonne dual invertor AC from Girias, Ambattur (Chennai) on may 14 2020. Since from the beginning post setup, i faced issues like low cooling & CH05 error from 2nd day of purchase. post complaint, service team showed up and rectified it on 22nd may 2020.

                                  So Its been 10 months, the AC was working fine. On 4th March 2021 so called as "Free service", one LG service person Mr.Viswa ([protected]) showed up and started servicing AC and doing things like cleaning the filters etc. Post his work, AC stopped working on his presence. No Power, No symbol on AC. its totally stopped working. he tried like 1hour calling different persons for solution, but nothing helped.. he left my home saying "i dont know sir.. please call dealer for this"

                                  Was tat a acceptable answer from a LG service guy?? ac got malfunction only after this "Free service" thing.

                                  I gave complaint on 5th march itself.. today its 15th march.. Not even single guy showed up to repair the AC for past 10 days.. during this hot summer, my kids and my old age grandparents are way too suffering.
                                  When i raised complaint to Dealer, He directed me to Ambattur LG service person named "Ismayil" ([protected]), He then asking me to call another guy "Anwar" ([protected]) .. when i contacted him on 8th march, he gave me another LG supervisor contact named Ravi ([protected]). Now when i contacted him on 12th march, he is saying that this job order is not assigned to him.?!!!

                                  What is wrong with LG after sales!!!?????? are customers are like a joke to them?????
                                  i deeply regret buying products from LG now and i ll not encourage others to buy if your aftersales and employee behavior is way poor. Hope you will Resolve this immediately!

                                    Hi All, my LG refrigerator has been giving problem for last two months, now for last 10 days they have picked it and now stating its not repairable even from HO Technical team so you need to buy new one, need to understand what is their product replacement policy, they are saying only 20 % will be given and that too with the condition new one purchased is of LG, even for that price offered is much higher than for what its available in market.

                                      We are facing microwave issue in past 10days, we complained and in karur lg service center is not responded properly, Few days after they came and saw and repaired but still we are facing same issue now they saying another issue in microwave, already we paid 1500 rps now they saying 2500 rps for another thing, Karur District, Tamilnadu LG Service Center is very worst and they are money minded only but they are not solving the problems we are so much worried about LG the way we choosed.

                                        I am trying to draw attention on this issue but it is unfortunate that LG a big brand is just dragging the issue without solving this issue as for the new Air-conditioned I understand that installation is free of charge but they have charged me 1, 450 without official receipt and installation has done on the stair case again requested for reinstallation the same procedure continue they charged 5, 350 without official receipt

                                        I will very much appreciate for immediate action in this regards
