Issue still not resolved, i having calling for almost 3 days, but no one is fixing / resolving the issue.
I logged compliant for Refrigerator not cooling on 22nd Mar, 8am. A Technician visited at around 5pm and reported as Gas leak and needs a different team to fix it. I called your customer care yesterday & today, no one visited, nor called, i got the contact information from Customer service center and called the Technical group, they said can visit only tomorrow 25th Mar.
I don't understand why does it take 4 days to fix this, i have call and keep running after people to see if it will be fixed or not.
Initially, not sure how come a gas leaks with not even 2 years old, that shows the product capability and you take your leisure time to fix it.
This was not expected from a company like you, i have 2 LG ACs & Refrigerator. Now i regret to have bought products from you. Mark my words, this would be last product i use of LG, i will never ever recommend any other appliance of LG to any of my friends & family members with such a poor after sales support.
