    Sir,
    I mad a complain in the Month of March, 2021 regarding that the Refrigerator is not cooling, the service person came and told me that i need to replace the MotherBoard and sensor.

    Then he told me that the first lets change the sensor and see after that if its not working we will change the motherboard.

    i told Him ok.

    Now after almost a month the same problem occured, now he is telling me that why i have made the complain that the service person has not done the work.

    Today he called me up and we had a heated argument, which i have already shared from my mail id: [protected]@yahoo.com at [protected]@lge.com

      I logged a complaint in LG for my air conditioner on March 29 th 2021.Complaint was regarding the poor performance of the AC. My Air conditioner is covered under AMC. Service engineer visited after a week and cleaned the AC. After cleaning also the performance was not good, service engineer suggested to check the outdoor unit motor and transferred the call to different department. In next 2 days other service engineer visited to inspect the AC, he reported cleaning was not done properly, but after seeing the earlier report given by the cleaning team, he checked the AC GAS and informed the unit is suspected to have leakage and transferred to other department. Again in next 2 days, 3 service engineer team visited and inspected the unit and observed there is no leakage, suggest to clean the AC and found gel formation in the indoor unit.

      I am really frustrated because daily I am calling customer care and no proper response or solution given for my problem.I am writing this today April 23 rd 2021 still my problem is solved and the ticket number is in pending state

      Please help guide what should I do now

        We have registered a complaint since 2 weeks and still not rectified. More over the technician came and damaged our motor of AC . They initially told PCB complaint and when they came and place it, power got cut and smoke was coming from AC. Later told motor got burnt out has to replace it. I told all these to the customer care as well as the Authorised service centre. They are ignoring my complaint and not doing anything. It’s only 2 years we bought this AC and it is very hot here.Kindly help us to rectify it. Sorry to say that very disappointed from the attitude of the servicing centre, In our house all our products are LG but never faced such issues till now .Service centre is Bhushan Electronics, Mumbai

          Hi Team,

          This is regarding LG AC complain.

          I have purchase the LG AC at LG authorize dealer/center in Nalgonda on 25th March’ 2021.

          And I didn’t chose installation from LG as my own brother is AC technician which I have inform same at LG authorize dealer/center on same day.

          But I have received an call from LG technician asking when to come and install the new AC, then I have mention that I don’t need AC technician because my brother will do the installation.
          The AC technician got angry and frustrated on me and ask asking how can you chose and install AC at your own. And starting talking irresponsible and not in polite way.
          LG AC technician is trying to give me a warning and I don’t have rights to install AC without LG AC Technician and customer has to depends on LG AC technician only.

          I have given him a clear details and inform same to LG dealer that I don’t need a LG AC technician. But again why have you call me ask getting frustrated on customer.

          After 15 minutes, I have received another call from Jorge Reddy employee of LG service center at Nalgonda. Jorge also starting warning and threatening me how come you have adopt the installation of AC from 3rd party and why LG AC technician is not inform about the installation.

          LG Service Center and LG technicians can give warning and threaten the LG customer to user only LG technicians.

          I have call AC customer care and updated the same details twice. But still no action has taken and no update has provided to customer.

          Is this the way you treat the LG customers ?
          Do you want customer not use the LG products any more ?
          Does LG don’t requires mouth publicity ?

          LG service center guys and LG technicians can give warning and threaten the customer ?
          And no action will take care from customer care team ?
          No responsibility from LG customer care team ?

          Can you please take a necessary action and help customers from your Service Center guys and technicians.

          Area manager calls me and gives warning who and how will you get the warranty on AC.

          Is this way that your managers are trained ?
          Does you technician and managers are given communication skills ?

            Desirable resolution- Replace with the New TV or to Refund the amount.

            We have purchased one LG TV through your distributors by Name Unilet in Rajajinagar - Bangalore on 20th August 2020 & On 15th April 2021 @ around 7.30 pm suddenly it started getting Horizontal & Vertical lines, we immediately contacted the Unilet Shop to register the complaint & after repeated calls on 17th April 2021 they have sent a technician to check.. he verified and told me it has been physically damaged & I told him if it is physically damaged there should be some scratches on the panel board or the beading of the television should have some variance on panel board as well, technician checked, he was unable to answer my questions...and he told he will get back to us by evening.. after repeated calls he gave his superior number Mr. Chandan, Spoke to him as well, He told me that was physically damaged and they cannot do any thing and i told him we are going to log a complaint in consumer forum, he told us to go ahead.

            Being a loyal customer to LG, Using LG Refrigerator & LG Washing machine, Never expected this type of response from LG Customer Service.

                  Dear Sir,

                  This is regarding a mental torture of seniour citizens by LG service. LG is renowned company world wide and the service given to my parents for past one has not only drained them out but in the condition of corona has continuously got contact with different executives and even after an year the problem is not solved
                  The mental harassment that has been caused to me parents who are senior citizen is almost equivalent to suicidal thoughts.
                  my simple question is if the senior citizens are not respected by your company in our country then i suppose how other customers must be treated.
                  the story of my parents fridge:
                  Model No.- GN-M702HLHM.APZQEBN and serial no.- 507INMF0B427

                  The first complaint was made on January 7th, 2020 and complaint number- RNP[protected]
                  There was an issue of cooling and the executive had come to visit and said the some fridge part has to be changed which will be costly so better to take AMC and it shall be covered under that. so we took the AMC for 3511/- from January 11th, 2020, AMC No.[protected].

                  We called the service center again on January 17th, 2020, compaint no.-RNP[protected] and told them we have taken the AMC and your executive said the part shall be changed under the AMC. The same executive came and said the part cannot be changed and you have to change the fridge. My parents were shocked and said why did you say to take AMC then and now your saying part cant be changed now fridge has has to changed and the cost will be beared by the customer and not the company.

                  We put up a complaint again on January 22nd, 2020, complaint No.- RNP[protected] and told the customer service how the excutive visiting to check the fridge is fooling us and customer care person did not bother and said ma'am if executive is saying part cant be changed then it cant be changed, but said i shall send my executive again to check. The same executive again came and said there is an issue in the fan due to which cooling is not happening and said we dont have the part so cant be done now. He opened the fridge fully and was unable to put back the parts properly and for hours kept trying and finally managed somehow in the right or wrong was we dont know.

                  For months poor parents did not have a fridge working as they did not know how to manage this situation alone and i also dont stay with them and stay in different city.

                  We put up a complaint again on June 16, 2020 and complaint No.- RNP[protected] and told them the situation and to send the executive to check and get it repaired. the same guy came again and checked the fridge and said i think the PCB is not working and will change that. He did not get any new PCB and did something and said the part is changed and the fridge is working. but the fridge was not cooling properly then also.

                  We put up a complaint again on September 16, 2020 and complaint No.- RNP[protected] and asked to send the executive. the same executive came and said the fan is not working properly and the cost was 2000/- and this will not come under AMC. he did not change the fan or anything and did some repairing and said the fridge will work now.

                  The fridge was cooling very low but my parents did not have the energy to deal with the situation and managed with whatever the fridge was cooling.

                  The fridge stopped working and the AMC was wasted and we put up a complaint again on April 5, 2021 and complaint No.- RNP[protected]. the same executive came on Aprill 11 and repaired something and charged 1745/- and the fridge is still not working.

                  I can take very easily the legal action of harassment and mental torture of seniour citizens for one year over a fridge repair and which is still not resolved. money is c=taken and the problem remains the same. LG is making money from customer by targeting weak customers and know how they cannot do anything.
                  I would seriously suggest that the damn fridge is changed or face legal action which shall be taken against your company as I have all records and evidence of what LG service has been given. Pathetic company and insensitive employees you have from customer care to your seniors to your lower staff to your engineers.

                  Kindly reply to the mail after checking all records of complaints we have put and what in return you have done and the fridge is still not working.
                  Look at other countries how they are serviced and how they respect their customers, companies like you make a bad name for our Country.

                    I had purchased 3 LG OLED from an LG dealer in Chandigarh in Oct 2020, as per the company scheme I was issued three different vouchers of giffiti company for different denominations. I placed the order on so-called giffiti website to redeem those coupons and even I paid an additional amount of approximately 100 or 150 rs to match the value of products ordered and I received the confirmation messages with the order id's, but since that day I am waiting for the products to be delivered and I will say that LG India is completely responsible for this.

                      I registered for servicing two split AC units vide cal registration numbers (1) RNP[protected] and (2) RNP[protected] on 10/04/2021.
                      The above work was entrusted to Hitech Services.
                      I tried to contact them several times but went in vain but once I could talk to them. The Agency assured to send technician, but no one called me back. The work was not attended.
                      On 13/04/2021 called the Customer care to explain and requesting to change the service Agency. The Customer Care people after some discussion, put a ear piercing nuisance noise in between, call could not be continued.
                      Both your Customer Care and the Agency are not co-operative,
                      Hence please cancel all my service registration requests and i will get the ACs repaired some body else.

                        Defect product sent and secondly the installation services are very poor .No one is here for the installation even after regular follow up for the past one week.pls don't for lg products and don't ever buy them sincere suggestion.

                          Firstly they sent a ac which is not working and we ordered replacement for it and when the replacement arrived we called the customer care service for installation but no response from them;it's been a week since the ac arrived.How are we supposed to deal with it if dosen't work again and lg services are very poor never every buy this products from Lg.

                              I have registered a complaint with LG india regarding issue in my AC RNP[protected]. Their engineer came and informed me like my AC PCB board has to be replaced in order to fix it. Since 18th March 2021 they are simply ignoring my request and not able to arrange a normal component. I have raised multiple concern / complaint with their customer service head team[protected]/[protected] but no response from them. I even connected with their chennai service area manager but he also raised his hands. Instead of giving me correct ETA they are lying with me everytime. Area manager is blaming thier parts delivery team as they are not able to arrange the parts. My AC just is just 3 years 11 months old and in such a sort time it went down. Irony is they are suggesting me to take the depreciated value of my AC and buy the new AC from them. It means they are asking me to spend another 20-25K rupees to buy a new AC from them. No respect for customer hard earned money whose AC can be fixed with 1500 rupees PCB board the amount whic they informed for arranging the new one. I am really tired and frustrated with thier attitude, the way they handle customer grievances is really pathetic. Just to warn everyone here please don't buy any LG product as they don't have parts and components to fix your issue in future. I never had such bad experience with any electronics company in fast. I already asked my family and friends to stop buying any LG products right away.

                              As a proof I am providing all complaint numbers and screenshot of the amount they are offering me after depreciation. It has all details about my AC like date of purchase etc. If you see in there they are giving reason of return as parts NSP, which really shows thier failure.

                              If you can't fix my AC please take it back with you. Lots of mental agony I have already gone through because of your bad and pathetic service. If you don't take it back I will personally burn my LG AC in middle of road to register my protest. Really I am frustrated because of your such attitude towards customer concern. But before I burn it I will surely register my complaint with consumer court. Lets court and media decides about the LG products.

                                  Poor customer service

                                  I bought AC on 4 April and daily I called customer care for instalation but its very poor response given by the customer service daily they are saying by today within 24hrs it they done like that finally 9 th April nit after 8 pm they installed but I really appreciate the engineer who installed my AC but from the customer service its the worst service I ever seen in my life time....

                                  Sir,

                                  I really unhappy with the lukewarm response for support and after sales service. I bought 2 invertor ACs on 29th Aug 2020.
                                  Last month March 1st Week booked the preventive maintenance call. After so many remainder, your support engineer Suresh,
                                  [protected] came and attended. Serviced on AC and found out 2nd AC's outlet tube having damage.
                                  He told that he will order the parts and will come back in three days. Till now he is not responding.
                                  So I booked the another call on 4th April. Again another Engineer called Sivakumar,[protected] and he told that he will come and see the
                                  AC. So far he is not coming. So AC is ideal for last 40 days because if switch on the AC, getting water leakage. Pl. let me what I will do next. Is it the support the LG giving to the Customer. Is it the Punishment for me to choose the LG Brand. Even Product in warranty and I am getting these kind of Support. If product 1yr warranty period over, what I will do. Because You given 10yrs compressor and 5 yrs GAS warranty. Please let me know what you will do in my position.

                                      I have had my ac serviced on the 30th of March. Unfortunately there is no cooling. So on the 1st of April I made a request for a technician.

                                      I received a call on the 2rd of April at 6:45pm by a technician seeking to come to my residence. Unfortunately being a religious weekend I was not available.

                                      On Saturday I received a call by a lady named Selvi informing me a technician will visit on Sunday. Again being a public Holy day I had other commitments. Then she promised that a technician would arrive on the 5th of April by 10:30am.

                                      To date no one has come and no one is giving me a proper response. I had set aside time today for the technician to come, and one whole day has been wasted. I call the customer care call Centre several times, and we had problem in communicating, because no one could speak my regional language or proper English.
                                      After several calls today with promises of escalation I still had no joy, eventually a Miss Gupta gave me numbers of regional service managers specifically a Mr. Shivaraman. After speaking to him, and him promising to revert, I am still to hear from him.

                                      I am really surprised and really frustrated with the tardy and unprofessional service offered by a company that is internationally know. This leaves a very bitter experience and I will be sure to go to social media platforms to let others know what I think of your service.
