This is a copy and paste of the chain communication with LG staff. LG products are the CHEAPEST in QUALITY and LG is the POOREST company in terms of Customer Service. Never buy anything from LG - Life's NOT Good with LG (I am starting to think that the poorest and low quality Korean product and designs are dumped in Indian market...and we as customers are paying price for it. High time we realise this and take actions...)

Dear Sirs,

This is with sheer disappointment w/ LG service and quality that I am compelled to write this email to you...w/out taking much of your time here, below is a quick summary of the harassment I am facing from LG:

* Bought a BRAND NEW Refrigerator from LG India Authorized Dealer on April 5th 2009
* Was sent a faulty, dented and damaged piece...NEVER WORKED!
* Requested for replacement
* Thousands for phone calls to number of staff within LG India
* No Action taken so far
* Received a supposedly BRAND NEW Piece on April 25th, 2009.
* To my HORROR and DISBELIEF, the REPLACED product was also SEVERELY Damaged.
* Still fighting to get the product for which I PAID IN FULL A MONTH BACK
* HARASSMENT CONTINUES
* On the verge of giving up and taking the matter to the Consumer Court, if not resolved ASAP

My questions:

* Why do you say Life's Good with LG...when it obviously is NOT!
* Who is responsible for LG product Quality...I as a consumer demand my right to speak to the person responsible for quality assurance
* I no longer desire any product from LG...will you offer me MY MONEY BACK...

Please take some time out to look into these issues...I know you might be getting lot of such complaints owing to bad quality products that are shipped to the customer, but it probably is high time when we start giving quality and customer service a serious thought.

Hope it will be in your powers to answer these questions and resolve my issues.

It's been a MONTH now since I purchased this BRAND NEW refrigerator and I STILL DO NOT HAVE IT. WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING TO LG QUALITY...I was provided A FAULTY PIECE FOR THE SECOND TIME.

I am going to take this matter to the highest of levels within LG India, UK and Japan. Also to the Consumer Court in India. This simply is CUSTOMER HARASSMENT.

I am extremely unhappy about the situation here and I seek immediate assistance. I purchased a brand new (or it seemed) LG Refrigerator from LG Authorized Dealer Techno Life, Sector 14, Gurgaon on Saturday (04 April 2009) afternoon. However the refrigerator is not working since the installation and it has been sent to LG workshop for repair. My question here is... * How come LG / LG Dealer supplied me with a faulty piece. Is this why LG calls itself 'India's No. 1 Brand'. This is the type of product that it sells in the market? * I did not receive the piece I requested for...I chose a different color and the dealer sent me the refrigerator in a different color. I compromised on that. I found that the refrigerator has got a DENT on it's face. I still did not make a fuss about it. And when I switched it on...IT IS NOT WORKING. * Now the refrigerator has been sent to workshop...why would I accept an appliance which is not working from Day 1. I do not care what the problem is...please. I had paid price for a brand new appliance...and I would like to get one. I would want this email to be escalated to highest levels and I will only be satisfied if I get a brand new WORKING refrigerator. I did not pay the price for a second hand appliance from LG and I am not interested in receiving a repaired piece. I would like to know what my options here are...I only request to have my refrigerator REPLACED and not repaired. I will wait for a response to this email and I will take further actions based on your response. If LG is really interested in providing good customer service, please ensure the appliance is replaced. I am not ready to accept a repaired piece after spending 17000 and with no fault of mine. LG — Poor product and poorer customer service

It has been 4 days since we filed the complaint and no body from LG has even bothered to call us. We have already called three times. What kind of service is this? it has been not even a month since we bought our LG Air Conditioner and it has started leaking water. LG's website claim that they will respond within an hour.

I would like to escalate this matter to next level. And I 'm not going to buy any LG product in future and I'm never ever going to recommend LG to any of my friends/acquaintances.

I hope this matter is taken seriously and handled in a professional manner.

I have 3 AC, 2 Fridges, One washing machine, 1 TV, and One Micro Oven .all LG Make. But I am sorry to say your coustomer service people are useless, lazy and irresponsible. Even after 2 months of calling no one has come to attend our 2 ton AC which is not cooling. And now my son has made another mistake by buying a LG split airconditioner, that too about a week back.

LG — LG faulty product. No action being taken.

It has been over a month since my LG TV stopped working. LG have done nothing at all to help my situation. The only feedback is an email saying " We are sorry to learn about your dissatisfaction.We have forwarded your issue to concerned Branch Service Manager "

I have callled the branch manager several times, without ever an answer once! LG have done absolutely nothing to help me. I have made hundreds of calls and sent several emails.

ALL I WANT IS EITHER A REPLACEMENT OF MY TV, OR A TV OF EQUAL QUALITY. But they refuse. LG state that my model of TV (32LE550 ) has become obselete. The next closest model to mine is the 32LV3730. But they refuse to bear the expense of less than 5000 rupees. LG REFUSE TO BEAR THE EXPENSE OF LESS THAN 5000 RUPEES to a customer who has a TV under warranty and has been seriously inconvenienced.

LG's attitude towards this matter is shameful and disgusting. One month, and my TV still sits here without working. ONE MONTH !

    I have got LG Split Air Conditioners installed at my residence:
    Apt. 303, Tower 3, The Close North, Nirvana Country, Sector 49-50, Gurgaon (Haryana) 122018 on 20th April 2009. Although the complaint was registered on 19th April, A/C was installed on 20th April and full installation fee of Rs. 1500/- and service tax per unit, total of Rs. 3309/- was made on the same day by the medium of cheque. But there was no cooling and the Engineer promised that gas charging shall be made the day after. Additionally, both the A/C were covered under Annual Maintenance contract with LG.

    Till today, numerous complaints have been registered but everytime there is a committment for action on the same day and no action is taken. Having been frustrated with the quality of services received, I would like to seek help from consumer complaint cell to help me by filing a case against LG customer service agency.

      This is kindly inform you that, we had purchased a new refrigerator of LG (Model No: LG350L REF 365 YMQ G-4) from you on dated 22/11/08, vide Bill No- 408.

      Within a short period from purchase, the cooling of the refrigerator went down due to some gas problem. This problem was communicated to LG Service Centre vide Complain No: W9C32404593 and also to you. The authorized service station of LG at Ahmedabad (LG Digital Care) had taken our refrigerator for GAS Problem solution and kept the refrigerator under observation for more than Seven days at their service station. Later on it was returned to us. But to our surprise the cooling became low once again on 24/04/09. This happened within less then one month of the period. Again the LG service station is telling that it is the Gas problem which is affecting to the cooling.

      I don’t understand why the problem is arising again and again in totally new refrigerator of LG. The vintage o[censored]sage is not even six months from the date of purchase. This is totally abnormal

      I can not understand as to how a Gas problem can arise in just 06 months from the date of purchase. This clearly shows that a defective piece has been sold to me. Looking at the frequent problems in the refrigerator, I am requesting you to replace the Refrigerator within a period of 07 working days from the day of the receipt of my letter either by you or by the company LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd.’s Customer Service Department.

      The frequent problem in the refrigerator has caused tremendous hardship to me and my family since it is purchased. So requesting you to take forward over complain to the company LG Electronics and get replaced the LG refrigerator model (Model No: LG350L REF365 YMQG-4). Considering my hardship this is a request to act on a war foot basis.

      Further, I would like to clarify that if an action is not taken and if the replacement is not given within the above referred time frame of seven days, I will be forced to lodge a complaint with the consumer court against the company LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. and against you.

      Till date your support has been good to us and so am requesting you to kindly do the needful for the replacement.


      Would appreciate a prompt reply and action.

      LG - Refrigerator — Very poor customer care, poor service and products are of 3rd grade quality

      I purchased an LG 2-door fridge in the Feb' 2008. In September' 2008 it stopped working, the compressor wont start, it wont cool. On 28th September' 2008 at morning around 10am i called lg customer care and informed then about the problem. They informed me that a service engineer will to come to check my fridge. The very same day i received a call at around 5:30pm from the service engineer that he is coming to visit my house. I informed him, we both husband & wife is at work at there is no one at home. So you please come before 1:30pm. This person said ok, and assured he will call in the morning at try the best to come before 1:30pm. The next day again he called in the evening 5:30pm saying he is standing below your appartment. I reminded him that yesterday I had asked him to come before 1:30pm. So he went back stating that he will come the next day before 1:30pm. Next day my wife was on off so i thought even if he comes late it wont matter. But the next day no one turned up. I waited for another day but even on 2nd Oct' 2008 no one turned up. On 3rd Oct' 2008 i called the contact center again and asked the status of my complaint, they informed that the complaint has been closed because the engineer was not able to reach me. So i asked whats next... the person on the phone said... "sir the complaint is closed, you will have raise a new complaint". I was frustrated but i still raised a new complaint. Within 15 mins one Mr. Devanand Ali called me and informed me that my fridge is fine, its because of ice clogging the internal pipe of the fridge the cooling is not happening. He asked me to remove everything in the fridge, turnoff the power and keep the door open. He also asked me to do this in the night and in the morning the fridge should be fine. I thought Mr. Devanand Ali is saying some sensible solution, so instead of waiting for the night, i immediately vacated my fridge, swtiched it off for the next 5-6 hrs. Post which i closed the door and switched it on. This time checked is there the normal compressor functioning sound coming, but i could hear anything. The fridge was dead there was not activity. so i called the customer care and requested them to asked Mr. Devanand Ali to contact me, which he did. i informed him that he will send someone. But no one turned-up. One 4th morning i again called back and asked for a supervisor. I had to take a lot of efforts to get one Mr. Darshan over the phone. Mr. Darshan informed me that he is floor supervisor. I expalined my agony to him and he promised me that he will take this on top most priority. He will get a call done for me from the service center in 15mins and also he will call me back in 15mins to confirm the call. I said ok, its 15mins i will wait. i waited for an hour, but neither i received a call from the service center nor the great Mr. Darshan.
      Frustrated i called back the customer care, apparently this time it was a lady on phone, so i could not even should at her. I requested her very politely to get me over to Mr. Darshan. I know she tried her best but Mr. Darshan never came on the line. Instead he forced the lady to speak another lie that he will call me back in 5 mins as he is not in office. I had to bang the phone on her. In 10mins i receive a call from Mr.Sachin that the engineer will only come tomorrow between 2-3pm.
      I am amazed by the commitments and the kind of service LG provides, also I would like the stake holders of LG know the quality of their products. My refrigerator konked out in 6 months of running. In other 6 months the warrenty will get over, then LG will tell me "Sir, you not in warrenty, please pay".

      Thankyou LG for its amazing products and service. I will never buy your products in my life and will also let others know about my experience with you
      Never ever buy LG products in future. My fridge gave way before one year with gas leakage and other problems.

        This is further to my LG SERVICE REQUISITION NO. S9C42302013, I like to inform that

        1. Although you claim in your website saying service person will turn up within 24 hrs, and will recceive the call from technical department within 2 hrs, there was no call received from them and asusual no body turned up even after 24 hrs.

        2. Moreover at 7 10 pm I got a call from your techinical dept, as I was busy another call, within 10 minute I received sms from [protected] saying "Dear customer, hence of no response over phone, we are canceling the complaint, for any further assistance call our helpline ..." Meantime I personally called up 5 times requesting for services.

        I feel this kind o[censored]nethical commercial campaign (prompt response after sales service... no waiting" not only marketing gimic but also name abuser. We cant realy expect this kind of services from so called "no1 in India" brand LG.

        Ref: TV was only 2 months old and stopped working, secondly while delived the tv remote was not working.

        I found really unfortunate to see quality of such product.

          I purchased a 3 CD changer in 2006 ( cost was Rs 14000) after 3 years this system has a unique problem, whenvere you put the CD inside the tray, the tray goes inside & within few second it will come back saying that not readable on the display screen.
          with this problem i went to service center of LG keeping some hopes about repair of system, service center person received the complaint & told me that he will revert after 3 days about the concern.but it went 2-3 weeks we had not received any call from LG service center, one fine day we went there and asked about the system, then opened the case that means till time they have not take any step to solve the problem.
          After my shouting the service Manager told me that these systems are off dated & not repairable,
          my concern is that Does LG donot have any bothering about customers money, as i had paid Rs 14000 for the system. the value of that money within 3 years is zero as per LG concept.
          can i go to customer forum for justice?

          yes i am also facing the same problem with LG mini home theatre system, the service is very poor, i have also buy the system in 14000, but when i put the cd in the rtay it come out and goes in, and it keep on doing this only, i dont know what to do should i take the system and goes to the ehad office, and then in fornt of there office o burn the system, then they will realse that the perosn who ahve spend the amount of money, they have to take care of him

              I purchased a LG LCD TV model no. 26LC2R on 11.03.2007 from M/S Alang Ispat (Samudra Sales) Opp. DSP Bunglow, Jamnagar(Gujrat) at a cost of Rs.37, 500/- as per Invoice No.963 dt.11.03.2007.

              We found that when we ON the TV picture comes for 2 seconds and then disappears and TV screen got black only sound is coming, it appears to be a big radio. I went to the dealer who said that he will send a person. Company person Mr. Prabhat ([protected]) came 3-4 times to my home for repair finally he said some fault is there as these are newly launched in the market we are unable to find the fault all parts are
              OK.

              Few weeks and months passed by as it is.

              I went to the dealer again he also said that this is a new launch we are not sure of it. He also talked with Mr.M.I.Dholakawala, Rajkot ([protected]), who after taking to his service man Prabhat, suggested us to put a complaint on LG call center on [protected], for replacement of TV. I lodged a complaint No.81603407 for replacement of the TV. When I followed up my regarding my request it was found that it is closed with out my concent.

              Subsequently I lodged other complaint also No.91403661.But no response was found.
              I talk from LG customer care[protected], [protected], LG Ahmedabad Mis.Hetal, Madhavi ([protected], 12, 13, 14, .15, 17). Later on I found that Mr. Dholakawala has resigned and I talk with Mr. Ketan Veshnav, Rajkot([protected]),
              Mr.Jignesh([protected]) Jamnagar, Janaak Doshi Ahmedabad([protected]). Can you understand my suffering and time loss in the scenario.

              Then ultimately I lodged a complaint in consumer court complaint no. Consumer Forum Jamnagar-94/08 .
              Two years has passed after putting Rs.37, 500/- I could not even see the picture in my LG brand TV. Now court has given decision to replace the same TV.with Rs.3500/-. May be due to my language problem and less time attention, court has given this decision which I demand at that time, was applicable to that time period. Same TV has been obslated by the company. Now LG representative Mr.P.D.Mehta Jamnagar([protected]) is giving me the TV of same size 26” -26LG30R-MRP Rs.28500/-, market price will be less.

              Do you suggest that It is reasonable to give the TV costing worth almost Rs.15000/- less than I paid and that too after two years.

              It is my gentleman-ship that after suffering so much I have not gone to public through news. As till now, I am thinking that I am traped with peoples not of the standard of LG . I am sure this is not LG standard.

              Being Sr. Manager in India’s Top most company I ask LG to answer whether they understand about my, moreover my wife’s frustration.
              Tell us whether we did a biggest mistake buying LG’s new technology LCD costing that much financial and mental harrasement to us and the time loss.
              Myself and my wife could not see a single match of cricket word cup, happened those days, T20-20 world cup, again T20-20 has come. Moreover my wife, who remains alone at home, after I go to office and TV which would have been her entertainment at home, became a piece made her suffered a lot, and after spending that much amount I feel myself who bought a radio which costed us Rs.37, 500/- for the last 2 years.


              I request LG to give me a TV equal to my amount at market price, or return my money, with suffering charges Rs.3500/- will do.

              LG ELECTRONICS INDIA LTD — Taken Gift voucher and Money to give another item now denying to give.

              I had get a gift voucher from Apollo Tyre Kolkata for 29 ince Flat TV and when contacting with Mr. Sikdhar of there company to give us 26 inces LCD TV and difference I would pay. He had agreed and taken the difference money of Rs.12900.00 by cheque No - 152993 of Punjab National Bank and the cheque was cleared on 10/06/2009.

              He had not send the item and every time he had made excuses and today he is telling that he could not give 26 inces LCD TV and 29 inche Flat TV had to be taken.

              The Company had taken our money as well as gift voucher and now harasshing us for any thing.
              I totally agrew with this and face the same problem. Even Samundra sales is also pathetic showroom to purchase any thing as they never give any service after sales & never corporate with customer

              LG ELECTRONICS - LCD — FAULTY LCD

              We purchased an LCD TV manufactured by LG Electronics. This was purchased on 28.08.10 from M/s Pranav Electronics, Sadar Bazar, Delhi Cantt - 10. The detail on the bill is mentioned below:

              Payable amount = Rs. 32,490/-

              The LCD TV stopped functioning since 21st Oct'10 and the first complaint was made on 21st Oct'10 - complaint # is C10A2100085 . The service engineer visited in the evening and informed that there is a software problem. Post that there has been no revertal from LG.We have made innumerable calls to their Call Centre but apart from increasing our frustration it has not reaped any benefits till now.

              It may be noted that it has been only 2 months since we purchased the LCD and such callous attitude from a reputed company like LG is highly unacceptable.

              We sincerely hope that this forum would take up the matter seriously and advise LG to action without any further delay.

                  I brought LG Refrigerator GL- 308VT4 from Sumaria on 22/3/2009 which was deliverd to me on 27/3/2009. Within a month the LG Refrigerator has developed cooling problems twice. First time the complaint was attended and we were told that the problem is fixed. I again had same problem and registered a complaint regarding the same. The Complaint number: W9C41803050 registered on 18th April 2009 at 13.15pm. It has been 31hrs and no one has attended my complaint. LG have falsely advertised on their website claiming service within 24 hrs. It has been a horrible experience for me buying a LG Product.

                  I have 4 LG ACs at home two out of which I had bought in Sept/08. One is not working for last 7 days (only 6 months old). LG India provides worst service in consumer electronics industry. The customer care call centre nos. are like endless wait. I tried each and every option to contact LG India. Even after complaint has been registered no one has done anything. After much of a hasle LG guys came twice but didnt complete the job and left. We have a marriage at home and pain given to us by LG is irrepairable. LIFE IS NOT GOOD BUT HELL WITH LG.

                  I am going to setup a new home in Gurgaon and have decided not to buy any of LG's products. Its better to buy a chinese product where at least there is no expectation.
                  I bought an AC on 24 June 2009 and I started facing the problems with the AC since the day it was installed at my place. It has not been cooling properly. I launched the complaint on the same day i.e. 25 june to the dealer through whom I got the AC and he told me that my complaint woudl be attended in 24 hrs. Next day I reminded him again and he told me that he will get it fixed. After that he stopped taking my calls. I launched a complaint through phone on LG customer care and my complaint number is N9C62713740 on 27 June 2009. I have reminded them 3 times through phone. At the same time I filed my complaint through email at [protected]@lgindia.com and through email my complaint number is[protected]. Today is 30 June. I think this is the worst customer care service given by any consumer durable company and no one is responding either through mail or through phone. LG you are bad and you have lost your customer. I will never ever take your products again. I want you to take strict action against the dealer and get the problem fixed asap.

                  I brought LG Refrigerator GL- 478YTX4 from Bhatia Electronics, Kunjpura Road, Karnal on 10/11/2009 which was delivered to me on 12/11/2009. Within a month the LG Refrigerator has developed cooling problems. We have initiated multiple complaints one after the other but every time the customer care executives comes and repair one part or the other and after few days its the same situation again. In one of the complaints they said that the refrigerator will have to be taken to service center, after taking it there for a week they brought it back with the same commitment that it is fine now. But the same thing after few days it became the same... Now when I have lodged a complaint they came and checked and said; keep your food items in the refrigerator and they will come in a day or two to check if the food items have become stale... It has been a horrible experience for me buying a LG Product.                     I have continuously asked these LG people to arrange a
                    handsfree for my mobile phone but they havent taken any action against

                      Hi All,
                      I have purchased LG LCD- LH 20Series & LG AC from a Dealer at Sarojini Nagar - Amit Enterprises, around 2 days back . Dealer sold the LCD on a price of 26000/- stating that the MRP is 28000/- . Lcd was delivered and I found that the MRP printed on the box of the LCD is 25000/- rather giving me a discount as i bought 2 products from him he charged me extra on the MRP, Also I was misleaded by the sales person there as I was told that the contrast ratio of the LCD is 60000; whereas the ratio printed on the box is 30000. On these issues I called several other dealers to confirm price and to my great surprise & shock I found that the same LCD was availabe at a price of 22000/- only . Now I had called up the dealer and asked him as to why i was cheated, i am been told that its not possible that anyone can quote the price lower than this, i told him that it was not 1 dealer who is offerin this but several other dealers are giving the same price . I asked the dealer to either give the same price what I was offered outside or refund the money back since LCD was lying packed at home, dealer was not ready to refund back money hence he offered me some gift and forced me to accept it, with this incedent I want to aware all the people who are interested to buy LCD, Please, please do not go to AMIT ENTERPRISES!!

                      I totally agree with you on this, we bought 2 LG Jazz LCD's from the same dealer, we had paid 3000 extra on each LCD alongwith giving 2 CTV out of which 1 was just 6 months old . The dealer is definately not to be trusted and hence even i am requesting everyone that the dealer should not be visited .
                      I feel by noe LG company should have acted on this complain and should have arranged refund from dealer. It seems either local LG people are hand in gloves with dealer which feeel can not be true, But it is sure that some where inefficient people are doing time pass in the company by buttering their superiors, LG company and product are good but might be middle management is not properly trained to be tough. Otherwise some body would have responded on this subject. Jaago LG jaago.

                        I had purchased a LG 1.5 ton AC from DASS Electical showroom, Aundh, Pune on 11.04.09((I interacted with sales person Mr.Swapan & store manager Mr.Pradip)Invoice No-08282AC dtd 11.4.09.The AC was purchased as a gift for my father in law Mr.Om Prakash Dubey & was invoiced in his name). The full payment of Rs 23, 300.00 (Rupees twenty three thousand three hundred only) was made by me .The AC was installed by the team from the dealership on 11.04.09 at the invoice address of A-402, Motideep, Balewadi, Pune-411045. The AC was hardly used for few hours on 12th Apr 2009 .On 13th Apr 2009 when my father in law put it on he found that it is not cooling and not working properly. He contacted your showroom on 14th Apr and gave a written complaint regarding faulty AC. On 14th April a representative from the LG service station came & checked the AC and reported that the AC cooling gas has leaked & it needs to be refilled. This clearly shows that the unit fitted was a faulty one or else how can the gas leak within 2 days of purchase. We have gone through lot of mental & physical trauma due to this problem.The dealer says that it is a minor problem & they will fill the gas & it will be done but my point is how can this happen in one day, it surely means that the unit was faulty.I have already lodged my written complaint with the delare twice ( on 14th & 15th April)

                        I have lost my confidence on LG & the dealership. I hope that LG being such a customer focused company will understand my point of view & replace the faulty unit.

                        It happens with the A/C when you buy it for the first, what ever the brand is. Because the A/C unit is kept in the show room for many no. of days, and when it is being imported there are many possibilities for the gas leakage. In our company we installed 9acs and after installing nearly 4 out of 9 acs faced this problem. But after filling the gas they were ok. No need to worry about it and no need to loose your confidence or on the company. It happens..

                          This is to let you all know about my experience after buying LG's so called good product
                          It started giving display trouble just after 2 months from the day I had taken stupid decision to buy LG product, I registered a online complaint and received a phone, discussed problem then I have been told some part will need to be replaced, (No one shown kindness to come to my place and give some of their valuable time to look what exactly is causing problem)
                          and from that day 2 months passed away I again raised a complaint, then they did their job of calling the customer (I guess their job is only to call customer listen problem and forget the thing)
                          After more than 1 and 1/2 months and dozens of phone call finally some one came to my place he opned my monitor (which left broken edge) and he tried to replace the part but again Smart guys took incompatible part with them so didn't replace that part, he closed monitor and tried his luck
                          Monitor went up for 1 month and now its again blank totally blank
                          (I don't know if LG product needs some fresh air in 2-3 months and this is the air they call "some part"
                          This time I have registered a compaint on call center 10 days back till now no one has contacted me back, while inquiring they tell "Thank you sir your problem will be resolved in 24 hrs bla... bla.. bla..."
                          I think they should say 24 years not 24 hrs :-(

                          LG 22" LCD Monitor — Brand New Monitor With A Defective Pixel

                          I Bought a brand new LG 22" monitor.. when i came home and switched it on.. I found a pixel which is always on.. i immediately registered a complaint in the lgservice site... but after 2 days only the customer care replied me.. then later a day.. a guy called me and i said the problem and he said they would replace the product only when there are 5 or more defective pixel.. and they refused for replacement... what did i do.. a brand new monitor with a defective pixel and the company wont replace it.. if there is a defective pixel the company shouldnt have shipped the product for marketing.. they sell defective monitors and they wont replace it.. what is this... LG sucks...

                          i strongly recommend everyone not to buy LG monitors.. these are the worst...

                            I bought LG HT from Croma. I was told that entire installation will be done for it. Once it was delievered I found that they do onloy demo and i need to find someone to get it fixed. Buy a HT for 21K and then run around to get it fixed. Pathetic !!

                            The demo guy (Parhtiban) who turned up does not know a bit about what a HT is. He just connected the wires. Any doubt I asked him was returned with the same anwser - "You try it, you will learn" Awesome !!

                            rgeret buying LG, in talks with Croma to return it.

                              I have purchased the above said 1 TR split aircondition with stabilizer on 01st Jan'09 at Rathna Fan House, T.Nagar, Ch-17 and as only per our request it was installed on 4th week of Jan'09. From the time of isntallation till this moment none of your service engieers gave a proper demonstration. Already I made a complaint request id no. S9C[protected].04.09 at 12.49.16pm). A small boy (namely Suresh)with his freind came to my residence and he has not given proper crisp explanation as how to operate properly and he is frusturated and irritated with a rude behaviour with us on our quiries.

                              Regarding this several times we have spoken by dialling[protected] and nothing happened so far. On purchasing by investing our hard earned money into this LG Air Conditioner and Iam in very distress mind with very heavy mental loss and agony.

                              Iam now demanding my money invested on purchased the above said airconditioner and other expenses relating to this incurred with applicable rate interest with immediate effect.

                              Iam already having one 1.5 TR window Hitachi Airconditioner which is working very effectively and operating with the advice of experienced service engineers with immediate attention

                                I purchased a Godrej AC 1.5 Tn from Pai International Marathalli Bangalore two weeks back under a promotional offer of free installation. The installation team duely came on time and did an installation but failed to get AC cooling. They laid the blame on the apartment folks who have done the wiring as part of the project claiming there is leak in the wiring. Subsequently the apartment management reviewed the entire piping/wiring and found no leak. The person from Godrej Demo came and claimed that it is faulty installation. We took the case to Godrej customer care who never care to respond or act. All my calls to them has resulted in great promises and no action. Now I am chasing three parties Pai International, Godrej, and Apartment Maintenance to get my AC up and running.

                                I purchased a Onida AC 1 Tn from Pai International Udupi this week. The installation team duely came on time and did the installation and went. After 15 mins water started "pouring" out from the AC. Repeated call to the engineer did not meet with any response. The sales guy who did the smooth talking is on leave. Call to the PAI Int udupi the next day resulted in another engineer visiting for the servicing. All he did was dismantle the complete unit and could not find the problem. He left saying he is not the right person for the trouble shooting. Pai Int udupi has promised to send another person for "servicing" again tomorrow. If the issue is not resolved Pia Int udupi has been told that the Ac would be returned back and action will be taken to claim back the advance. Waiting for the engineers visit tor resolve the problem.
                                I purchased a LG TV from Pai International banerghatta road this week. They suggest me to take additional voltage stablizer for safety in case of power flactuation. After delievery of TV i only installed it and checked.While going thru the Manual given by LG i found there is one caution is given saying that "Pl dont use additional stablizer since it has inbuilt stablizer.Any inferrior quality of stablizer may damage your set.
                                I confirmed the same with customer care of LG.
                                Hence i came to shop for returning the same it cost i000/-.But htey refused to take back and asking to buy something inplace of voltage stablizer.
                                There people dont know about any product and just making the customers.
                                Pl advice what to do...?
                                I purchased a GODREJ refrigerator with them on[protected]. They supplied the demo set on[protected], that too after repeated calls. The same was not cooling and compressor was running nonstop. After repeated complaint on[protected]
                                their van came and carried the Fridge to somewhere and next day came with repaired Fridge. Their showroom has no boss or manager. salesmen manage the show in an ugly manner.It is funny that They have given me Xerox copy of Guarantee card. The funny thing is that they say that the company has not supplied guarantee card.

                                  last year our above mentioned product was making trouble so we called lg service centre & they sent one employee for correcting it & after that the tv was alright.but again now it is troubling us a lot
                                  problem is like this whenever we switch on the tv it will not get on from the remote controller but when we beat the tv then it gets started & also inbetween while watching, it gets off automatically.so i want assistance for this problem & even i don't have lg service centre's ph.no. i stay at secunderabad

                                    I Bought an LG W2234S-BN monitor.
                                    After 6 months the video image is out, called customer service they advised me i can do an RMA online and if i select Advance replacement i will get an answer in 3 to 4 hour.
                                    4 days later my ticket still pending, i called customer service to know the reason for the delay i was told they have lots of repairs ticket and they are behind.
                                    The customer service agent gave an LG reapir center that can assist in my replacement, (Sommex) so i called the location just to be told they only handle PC for LG and not monitors, but they are ready to assist me if i pay 65$ for paper work handling, they will gladly take the Screen and ship it to LG, once they received the new screen they will call me.
                                    Long story short i called customer service just to get that they can't do anything for now i have to wait till my RMA is approved.
                                    SO now in day 5 and my request is still pending, thank good for the advanced replacement imagine what would happen if i have selected regular my screen would be without the 3 warranty by the time they answer.
                                    So to avoid waiting i went out and bought a Samsung Monitor.
                                    Good thing it happened to me i had just placed an order for the company i work for to buy equipment from LG i guess they just lost my buissness.

                                    Good Job LG keep up the good work.

                                        We receicved LG washine machin 5.5kt trom model with electronic control as a gift one year before but due to construction of our house is not completed at that time we could not use for the past one year.But after started using that within few months the electronic control panel did not work.We registered our complaint with LG customer care the send some novice person from near by area he don't know how to tackle the problem he simply told us replace the board, we shocked the cost of the board around 30% of the unit cost.Really LG is cheating customers in washing machine segment.

                                        We have the same issue with the control board unit. The washing machine is less than five years old and has very little use on it. LG is junk I would not recommend there products to anyone.
                                        The service call costs us 79.00 dollars.

                                        We too are suffered similarly. Just cheating customer. I repeat just cheating customers in India.LG Service centre is saying they don't have control panel parts anywhere in India. We should opt for depreciation and go for a new purchase etc. LG is just cheating customers.
