Hi All,
I have purchased LG LCD- LH 20Series & LG AC from a Dealer at Sarojini Nagar - Amit Enterprises, around 2 days back . Dealer sold the LCD on a price of 26000/- stating that the MRP is 28000/- . Lcd was delivered and I found that the MRP printed on the box of the LCD is 25000/- rather giving me a discount as i bought 2 products from him he charged me extra on the MRP, Also I was misleaded by the sales person there as I was told that the contrast ratio of the LCD is 60000; whereas the ratio printed on the box is 30000. On these issues I called several other dealers to confirm price and to my great surprise & shock I found that the same LCD was availabe at a price of 22000/- only . Now I had called up the dealer and asked him as to why i was cheated, i am been told that its not possible that anyone can quote the price lower than this, i told him that it was not 1 dealer who is offerin this but several other dealers are giving the same price . I asked the dealer to either give the same price what I was offered outside or refund the money back since LCD was lying packed at home, dealer was not ready to refund back money hence he offered me some gift and forced me to accept it, with this incedent I want to aware all the people who are interested to buy LCD, Please, please do not go to AMIT ENTERPRISES!!

I totally agree with you on this, we bought 2 LG Jazz LCD's from the same dealer, we had paid 3000 extra on each LCD alongwith giving 2 CTV out of which 1 was just 6 months old . The dealer is definately not to be trusted and hence even i am requesting everyone that the dealer should not be visited .
I feel by noe LG company should have acted on this complain and should have arranged refund from dealer. It seems either local LG people are hand in gloves with dealer which feeel can not be true, But it is sure that some where inefficient people are doing time pass in the company by buttering their superiors, LG company and product are good but might be middle management is not properly trained to be tough. Otherwise some body would have responded on this subject. Jaago LG jaago.

From your complaint, the following observations follow :

1. U obviously think from your ### than frm whatever fills the gaps between ur ears - u bought an LCD and did not care to check the MRP tag - LOL only south delhi panjabi moneybags can be that dull.

2. Inspite of raising a harangue ... YOU ACCEPTED THE GIFT ... sweetheart the only people who get laid n paid are called ### not customers ... why did u accept the gift if you felt so high n dry bout the whole thing.

.. and u didnt even register a complaint with any consumer court or forum, all u do is get onto such a stupid site to voice ur distress.. self flagellation on the net is sweetheart - it doesnt get anything done ... this goes to prove two things ...

One you are attractive ... appearance being inversely proportional to intelligence ; refer bollywood stars

Two ... Tata Tea should change its sad campaign from JAAGO RE to BHAGGO RE as suggested by you to boycott the seller

Three .. either ur dating or married to a dude called shiney ahuja ... whos busy fiddling with the maid when he should have bullocked the store manager ...

iand finally four ... i seem to be the only who one who truly cares - read that to mean " one who has time to elaborately mail and show off to a girl hes probably never going to meet n two whos ready to take the scrap ur gonna throw at me i[censored] ever come back on this board ... WHICH IM SURE YOU NEVER WILL ... somethin bout public memory being as short as pamela andersons g string ..lol

    Hi,

    I had purchased a LG 1.5 ton AC from DASS Electical showroom, Aundh, Pune on 11.04.09((I interacted with sales person Mr.Swapan & store manager Mr.Pradip)Invoice No-08282AC dtd 11.4.09.The AC was purchased as a gift for my father in law Mr.Om Prakash Dubey & was invoiced in his name). The full payment of Rs 23, 300.00 (Rupees twenty three thousand three hundred only) was made by me .The AC was installed by the team from the dealership on 11.04.09 at the invoice address of A-402, Motideep, Balewadi, Pune-411045. The AC was hardly used for few hours on 12th Apr 2009 .On 13th Apr 2009 when my father in law put it on he found that it is not cooling and not working properly. He contacted your showroom on 14th Apr and gave a written complaint regarding faulty AC. On 14th April a representative from the LG service station came & checked the AC and reported that the AC cooling gas has leaked & it needs to be refilled. This clearly shows that the unit fitted was a faulty one or else how can the gas leak within 2 days of purchase. We have gone through lot of mental & physical trauma due to this problem.The dealer says that it is a minor problem & they will fill the gas & it will be done but my point is how can this happen in one day, it surely means that the unit was faulty.I have already lodged my written complaint with the delare twice ( on 14th & 15th April)

    I have lost my confidence on LG & the dealership. I hope that LG being such a customer focused company will understand my point of view & replace the faulty unit.

    Hi sir,

    It happens with the A/C when you buy it for the first, what ever the brand is. Because the A/C unit is kept in the show room for many no. of days, and when it is being imported there are many possibilities for the gas leakage. In our company we installed 9acs and after installing nearly 4 out of 9 acs faced this problem. But after filling the gas they were ok. No need to worry about it and no need to loose your confidence or on the company. It happens..

      This is to let you all know about my experience after buying LG's so called good product
      It started giving display trouble just after 2 months from the day I had taken stupid decision to buy LG product, I registered a online complaint and received a phone, discussed problem then I have been told some part will need to be replaced, (No one shown kindness to come to my place and give some of their valuable time to look what exactly is causing problem)
      and from that day 2 months passed away I again raised a complaint, then they did their job of calling the customer (I guess their job is only to call customer listen problem and forget the thing)
      After more than 1 and 1/2 months and dozens of phone call finally some one came to my place he opned my monitor (which left broken edge) and he tried to replace the part but again Smart guys took incompatible part with them so didn't replace that part, he closed monitor and tried his luck
      Monitor went up for 1 month and now its again blank totally blank
      (I don't know if LG product needs some fresh air in 2-3 months and this is the air they call "some part"
      This time I have registered a compaint on call center 10 days back till now no one has contacted me back, while inquiring they tell "Thank you sir your problem will be resolved in 24 hrs bla... bla.. bla..."
      I think they should say 24 years not 24 hrs :-(

      LG 22" LCD Monitor — Brand New Monitor With A Defective Pixel

      I Bought a brand new LG 22" monitor.. when i came home and switched it on.. I found a pixel which is always on.. i immediately registered a complaint in the lgservice site... but after 2 days only the customer care replied me.. then later a day.. a guy called me and i said the problem and he said they would replace the product only when there are 5 or more defective pixel.. and they refused for replacement... what did i do.. a brand new monitor with a defective pixel and the company wont replace it.. if there is a defective pixel the company shouldnt have shipped the product for marketing.. they sell defective monitors and they wont replace it.. what is this... LG sucks...

      i strongly recommend everyone not to buy LG monitors.. these are the worst...

LTD.) BUT FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE STILL TODAY 08/02/2009 I PLAY THAT SYSTEM ONLY 3-4 TIMES BUT EVERYTIME AFTER PLAYING 10-15 MINUTES OF VCD/DVD THE SYSTEM BECOMES STOPPED/HANG(REMOTE NOT FUNCTION ONLY THAT TIME)

        I bought LG HT from Croma. I was told that entire installation will be done for it. Once it was delievered I found that they do onloy demo and i need to find someone to get it fixed. Buy a HT for 21K and then run around to get it fixed. Pathetic !!

        The demo guy (Parhtiban) who turned up does not know a bit about what a HT is. He just connected the wires. Any doubt I asked him was returned with the same anwser - "You try it, you will learn" Awesome !!

        rgeret buying LG, in talks with Croma to return it.

          I have purchased the above said 1 TR split aircondition with stabilizer on 01st Jan'09 at Rathna Fan House, T.Nagar, Ch-17 and as only per our request it was installed on 4th week of Jan'09. From the time of isntallation till this moment none of your service engieers gave a proper demonstration. Already I made a complaint request id no. S9C[protected].04.09 at 12.49.16pm). A small boy (namely Suresh)with his freind came to my residence and he has not given proper crisp explanation as how to operate properly and he is frusturated and irritated with a rude behaviour with us on our quiries.

          Regarding this several times we have spoken by dialling[protected] and nothing happened so far. On purchasing by investing our hard earned money into this LG Air Conditioner and Iam in very distress mind with very heavy mental loss and agony.

          Iam now demanding my money invested on purchased the above said airconditioner and other expenses relating to this incurred with applicable rate interest with immediate effect.

          Iam already having one 1.5 TR window Hitachi Airconditioner which is working very effectively and operating with the advice of experienced service engineers with immediate attention

            I purchased a Godrej AC 1.5 Tn from Pai International Marathalli Bangalore two weeks back under a promotional offer of free installation. The installation team duely came on time and did an installation but failed to get AC cooling. They laid the blame on the apartment folks who have done the wiring as part of the project claiming there is leak in the wiring. Subsequently the apartment management reviewed the entire piping/wiring and found no leak. The person from Godrej Demo came and claimed that it is faulty installation. We took the case to Godrej customer care who never care to respond or act. All my calls to them has resulted in great promises and no action. Now I am chasing three parties Pai International, Godrej, and Apartment Maintenance to get my AC up and running.

            I purchased a Onida AC 1 Tn from Pai International Udupi this week. The installation team duely came on time and did the installation and went. After 15 mins water started "pouring" out from the AC. Repeated call to the engineer did not meet with any response. The sales guy who did the smooth talking is on leave. Call to the PAI Int udupi the next day resulted in another engineer visiting for the servicing. All he did was dismantle the complete unit and could not find the problem. He left saying he is not the right person for the trouble shooting. Pai Int udupi has promised to send another person for "servicing" again tomorrow. If the issue is not resolved Pia Int udupi has been told that the Ac would be returned back and action will be taken to claim back the advance. Waiting for the engineers visit tor resolve the problem.
            I purchased a LG TV from Pai International banerghatta road this week. They suggest me to take additional voltage stablizer for safety in case of power flactuation. After delievery of TV i only installed it and checked.While going thru the Manual given by LG i found there is one caution is given saying that "Pl dont use additional stablizer since it has inbuilt stablizer.Any inferrior quality of stablizer may damage your set.
            I confirmed the same with customer care of LG.
            Hence i came to shop for returning the same it cost i000/-.But htey refused to take back and asking to buy something inplace of voltage stablizer.
            There people dont know about any product and just making the customers.
            Pl advice what to do...?
            I purchased a GODREJ refrigerator with them on[protected]. They supplied the demo set on[protected], that too after repeated calls. The same was not cooling and compressor was running nonstop. After repeated complaint on[protected]
            their van came and carried the Fridge to somewhere and next day came with repaired Fridge. Their showroom has no boss or manager. salesmen manage the show in an ugly manner.It is funny that They have given me Xerox copy of Guarantee card. The funny thing is that they say that the company has not supplied guarantee card.

              last year our above mentioned product was making trouble so we called lg service centre & they sent one employee for correcting it & after that the tv was alright.but again now it is troubling us a lot
              problem is like this whenever we switch on the tv it will not get on from the remote controller but when we beat the tv then it gets started & also inbetween while watching, it gets off automatically.so i want assistance for this problem & even i don't have lg service centre's ph.no. i stay at secunderabad

                Hi;
                I Bought an LG W2234S-BN monitor.
                After 6 months the video image is out, called customer service they advised me i can do an RMA online and if i select Advance replacement i will get an answer in 3 to 4 hour.
                4 days later my ticket still pending, i called customer service to know the reason for the delay i was told they have lots of repairs ticket and they are behind.
                The customer service agent gave an LG reapir center that can assist in my replacement, (Sommex) so i called the location just to be told they only handle PC for LG and not monitors, but they are ready to assist me if i pay 65$ for paper work handling, they will gladly take the Screen and ship it to LG, once they received the new screen they will call me.
                Long story short i called customer service just to get that they can't do anything for now i have to wait till my RMA is approved.
                SO now in day 5 and my request is still pending, thank good for the advanced replacement imagine what would happen if i have selected regular my screen would be without the 3 warranty by the time they answer.
                So to avoid waiting i went out and bought a Samsung Monitor.
                Good thing it happened to me i had just placed an order for the company i work for to buy equipment from LG i guess they just lost my buissness.

                Good Job LG keep up the good work.

                    We receicved LG washine machin 5.5kt trom model with electronic control as a gift one year before but due to construction of our house is not completed at that time we could not use for the past one year.But after started using that within few months the electronic control panel did not work.We registered our complaint with LG customer care the send some novice person from near by area he don't know how to tackle the problem he simply told us replace the board, we shocked the cost of the board around 30% of the unit cost.Really LG is cheating customers in washing machine segment.

                    We have the same issue with the control board unit. The washing machine is less than five years old and has very little use on it. LG is junk I would not recommend there products to anyone.
                    The service call costs us 79.00 dollars.

LG is junk I would not recommend there products to anyone.The model no.T-6011.It could not be repaird due to unavailability of the control board part no. 00120914.
                    We too are suffered similarly. Just cheating customer. I repeat just cheating customers in India.LG Service centre is saying they don't have control panel parts anywhere in India. We should opt for depreciation and go for a new purchase etc. LG is just cheating customers.

                        I have ordered LSA3ZG5NTY1 from Cams Corner in City Centre Kolkata. It was delivered on as promised but when the people came for installation and opened the box I found that the model inside is different than what is written on pack. As per the specifications of the LSA3ZG5NTY1, indoor unit should be Golden in color but I got a silver colored unit. I was promised for the replacement today (6th April) and I followed up multiple times with the dealer but not yet recieved the correct indoor unit.

                        This is the second time I am having a bad experience with LG. I bought a DVD player from LG and it broke down just within 2 months of purchase and then I had serious issues in dealing with Call Center person in Kolkata. I almost decided that I will never buy any LG product again but then I thought of giving a try once again buying this AC and bad luck again. NEVER buy LG.

                          I'd purchased 1 home theater( 5 point 1 ch active speaker system SH 13 ST) of this esteemed co.(LG Services) and within 1 month 1 of the speaker is not working(there is no sound).

                          I'd lodged a complaint (My complaint no. is N9C[protected]on 16th March, 2009 in their call center no.[protected]and the initial response was good, appointment was scheduled and 1 service engineer had visited my place and confirmed that the speaker needs to be replaced(can not be repaired), and the same will be done in next 2-3 days.

                          After that I kept on calling in their customer care no.[protected]and every time, I've been told that the 'spare parts' are not available and service engineer will call me and confirm the date by when the speaker will be replaced.

                          But till now, there is no update on this.

                          On 1st April I'd mailed my complaint in the mail [protected]@lgindia.com, and one Mr.Sebastian(Customer Services Dept., LGEIL- Head Office, Greater Noida(UP),[protected] had replied assuring that somebody will address my issue and had also provided the no. of Mr.Arup Chaudhury, Mobile No. [protected], Branch Service Manager, for any further assistance.

                          But then also no body has even called me, since then.
                          Today I'd tried to call up Mr. Arup, his phone was unanswered,
                          Then while I'd called up the call centre, and requested to talk to somebody senior, I was put on hold and then was disconnected.The same thing has happened twice.On the 3rd attempt(executive name-chhabi)I was told that I was put on voc and was given an assurance, once again, that the matter is sent to the higher authority and I'll get a call soon(again no commitment!)

                          I've also forwarded the mail to [protected]@lgindia.com to Sebastian, once again, for his assistance.


                          This is creating a huge dis satisfaction in me as a customer and I want to know when the speaker will be replaced/repaired and why the same was sold to me if the spare parts are not available in 1 months time, for a brand new product of such a reputed co.?In that case I want my money back/a fresh product to be replaced with the defective one.

                          Thanks for giving me the platform to express my grievances.

                              I had purchased a LG split AC from LG dealer, PAI International, Bangalore.
                              The dealer's installation engineer and LG personnel have observed the problem at my place and
                              acknowledged the problem that it is full of scratches after they removed the plastic coverings themselves.
                              After dicussion, the dealer(Vijay Kumar) informed me that is is not him who will be sending me a new AC as replacement but it would be LG, and the same has been acknowledged by LG personnel
                              (Surendra). It's about 3 days since LG has promised but there is no sign of them.
                              LG is a cheat and i have seen that they never deliver what they promise.
                              My advice to all consumers is to not make full cash payment before receving any product
                              and inspecting the same yourself by removing all the covers.
                              Actually i was delivered a product that was kept for display as it was full of dust when i inspected it
                              and the product was not sealed. I was told that the seal has been removed for inspection but no inspection was carried out by the dealer, it was just a drama. Also, the dealer had no time to stamp
                              his sign on the product's warranty cards. I donot know what Viyay Kumar of PAI international means by the word inspection...

                                On 16-03-09 it was found that no cool air is coming from the indoor unit whereas the outdoor unit was operational and the same was report LG customer care at the same time. After complaint the alternate day the engineer visited my home checked the AC and told that PCB (Electronic board) is faulty and same has to e replaced and he told that it take 2 or 3 days to get the part. after 4 days another engineer visited my home and told that PCB is ok the problem was with blower and it needs to be repalced and it will take 4 or 5 days to get the part and after 5 days the engineer visited my home and checked the AC and told blower is ok and motor is faulty and should be replaced and it will take 4 or 5 days to get that and till date the part is received and my AC is not working. The complaint was given on 16-03-09 and todays date is 04-04-09. Everytime different technicians attend the problem and they are not competent to carry out the job thats the reason the problem was identified in three different ways. I am having lot of problem as it is summer time. I really fed up calling these guys asking for the part and I think as it is free service they are ignoring. I am already my friends & relatives not use LG product as it is junk and nobody cares to attend your call when you have any problem.

                                The technician come from MBS services, Vashi and the people sitting in that service centre they dont have minimum manners to speak with the customer.

                                Date of Purchase of AC[protected]. Its not even 1 yr from date of purchase and it started giving trouble

                                  I am Vrajesh Tripathi currently residing in Pune. I have purchased LG LCD TV from Mumbai on 26 Feb 2008. I have recently shifted to Pune in Feb 2009.

                                  I understand my warranty period is now over. But on 21st Mar 2009 (Saturday) My TV suddenly broke down while we were watching it. It switched off in between. And after that when we tried to switched on it never worked.

                                  We lodged a complain on same day i, .e 21st Mar 2009 through customer care.Complain Num is W9C32101902. And person attending is Surendra Kashid Then after 2-3 days your technician appeared and checked the TV he wasnt sure what the problem is he said either power supply or panel is problem and told us to get back to us next day. He never called back but we have been calling him every alternate day and he's always saying tomorrow or giving other dates. but never turned up till date. TV is still in same condition after 13 days.

                                  You guys claim a lot about your customer service standards but its unfortunate that I have to experience such sub standards service. This is totally unaccetable.

                                  I have decided not to trust any LG products now onwards and I'll make sure I'll spread the words in whatever way I can. I work for IBM and have decided to send this alert to a larger group in my organization and previous organization so people think twice before buying LG products.

                                  Now even if issue is resolved I am going to do this as I and my wife is really bugged with this whole issue.

                                  I hope you understand this and get me a proper explaination on this issue.

                                  LG 21 inches T.V — Poor customer service

                                  have purchaged 21 inches color television from Pranav Electronics Opp.GNFC Tower S.G Road in March. But the first day i have one problem in T.V, It is getting self started when we swtich off T.V from remote ( Note: Main AC. remains on). I have lauched complaints 3 to 4 times. Two times your technician came to my house, he has done sone setting but the problem still exist. But last time when technican came, he told me T.V needs to be take to L.G service Center as he was not able to understand the problem. That complaint was not closed by me. Still they have closed my complaint & after that i lauched complaint, noone is attending the complaint. In each services slip i have put remark T.V is under obervation. I am not able to understand company like L.G having this type of custmor support. Please solve my problem at the earliiest For your refernece in giving you all the complant number:---

                                  LCD TV- LG make — not working immediately after warranty period

                                  I bought LG- CD player, Micorwave oven and LCD TV.

                                  All of them failed- It took more than six months by LG service to tell me that the CD player cannot be repaired.

                                  The Micorwave oven served me for five years

                                  The LCD TV failed exactly after two years - the time the extended warranty was taken.

                                  If at all the company has any bother for their items, they can have them for research these items so that others are not put to similar troubles.

                                  hope for the better solution.

                                    Dear Sir/Ma'm,

                                    I have given a Semi Automatic Washing Machine, LG make, Model Number WP8003 for Servicing to LG's Authorized Service Center on 24.03.2009 and paid an advance amount of Rs. 1000/- as asked by the company. The Complaint No/ Job No is N9C32401451.

                                    On 29.03.2009 they have returned the machine saying that the servicing has been done but I was shocked to see that dryer drum was fitted old one, bigger in size and the water could not come to the drum at all, more over the original top fitting of the dryer compartment was removed and old fitting was fixed that also cutted by blade by the service center people in order to make the dryer-drum fit. But all in vain since the water could not reach to the drum because it is old and big vertically.

                                    I am not satisfaied by the company's work hence I returned the machine on 29.03.2009 itself and asked the service center, who has assured to fix well all in order and promised to deliver the machine on 30.03.2009. I enquired on 30.03.2009 in evening but the service center people told that machine could not be delivered and told me to wait till 4th April 2009.

                                    I am not happy with the work and attitude of the LG's Company and their work and facing a deep sorrow in my heart.

                                        I, respectfully submit that I had, for the first time purchased LG's color TV from M/S Ruby Enterprises, Dhobi Bazar Bathinda vide bill no. 939 dated 21.08.2008. When I started the TV at my residence, the same day it did not function. I contacted the dealer over telephone regarding non functioning of TV. He sent a mechanic at my house, who after two hours said that there is fault in the TV and get replaced the set. Then I again contacted the dealer for replacement of TV. He after two days replaced my TV.

                                        When we fell asleep at night in the other room, at arount 2:00 am (midnight) we heard some noise. We woke up and were astonished to see that TV was on. At the first instance we took it as our mistake that we might have forgotten to switch off TV. We switched off from main and slept. Again on next day we noticed that TV, when we switch off it with remote, starts on its own at its irregular intervals say 5 minutes, one hour, three hours.

                                        When I contacted the dealer at his showroom, he gave me a telephone no.[protected] and advised to contact at that number. I contacted at the given no. on 20.09.2008 and Madam Savitri attended me. I narrated my problem to her. After hearing my problem she gave me complaint ID no. N8C92006739 and assured to resolve my problem at the earliest. Mechanic from local LG service center came at my residence and after some time said that set is ok. There will be no problem now onwards. But the problem continued.

                                        I once again contacted the dealer over telephone and told him my problem. He told that the set generated problem after delivery at your house and we are not responsible for that after so much time. You do not know how operate TV (My age is 51 years).

                                        I there after contacted at the toll free no. given above and I was attended by Mr. Vinod Kumar to whom I narrated my problem. He gave me complaint ID no. N8C[protected] and assured to resolve my problem at the earliest. Again same story was repeated. Mechanic came; some time spent on the TV set and assured that the problem had been repaired. But my bad luck, problem still persists with the TV. I contacted at the above no. for the third time on 03.10.2008 and lodged my complaint to Mr. Anand Kumar who gave me complaint ID no. N8C80309927 and assured me that my complaint will be resolved soon and you will not face the problem in future.

                                        Mr. varinder from your local service center came on Saturday 04.10.2008 at my residence and after checking the TV he removed "MainBoard" from the set and told that it demands some repair and I will revisit on Sunday 05.10.2008 to fix the "MainBoard". After my repeated reminders over telephone and personal visit to LG service center Mr Kamal Ahuja Mechanic came on 09.10.2008 and fixed the "MainBoard" and told that its "IC" was damaged and have been repaired and the TV set will run smoothly now.

                                        I may call it my bad luck tha the TV is still suffering from the same problem despite my repeated complaints with dealer / LG customer care center. When the company had designed the TV to be switched on/off through remote then why it is not functioning properly. On the night of 10th October we again had to switch off the TV set from main as it started on its own at night after we went to sleep.

                                        I now request you to look into the matter and arrange to resolve my problem either by getting repaired or replaced at the earliest. I cannot spare time on daily basis for lodging complaint, reminding therefore and so on.
