I bought an LG 'super fancy' refrigerator with water and ice dispenser and then spent extra money to get special plumbing done for the water connection for the fridge to get cold water and ice. A few months after we got the fridge the water and ice dispenser stopped working! we have brought a brand new LG microwave 30L(MC_8083 MLR) and on switching it on at home found that it switches off auto matically after 4-6 min. when informed Company help line they sent some body with some part but still the problem was not resolved and now no body is even bothering to get it repaired.
An international company with such service back up says alot. we can only hope that with this mail the Company authorities will...

I purchased 7 Kg Top Load 8019QV Washing machine on 21.01.2009. The demo person came on 27th and found the machine was damaged at the bottom and said that it will be replaced by a week time. As on date 03.02.2009 it has been not done and only phone calls still it will take another week to replace the machine. Very poor customer Co ordination not even bothered to listen to u. Washing Machine is meant for washing clothes...

CD's are not recognized and i have not written a Single CD using this Writer. Also the drive doesn't recognizes DVD's even at Sometimes. And when Copying DVD's (New Ones) system Responds Very Slowly.
