I PURCHASED LG KC 550 ON 20th OCT-2008. 15 DAYS AGO I WAS FACING PROBLEM RELATED TO RECEIVER AND THEN I WENT AT LG SERVICE CENTRE AND THEY TOLD ME RECEIVER IS FAULTY SO U HAVE TO CHANGE RECEIVER AND PART IS NOT AVAILABLE SO WAIT FOR 10 DAYS. I hv purchased KG-195 for Internet Browsing. I hv activated GPRS on my mobile on. I not able to start using the internet on my laptop due to Driver Issue. It required 7332 Driver and the same is not provided in the Mobile kit box.

Plz. suggest asap. whom to contact to get that. Atleast send me the link to download the same.

I have lodge a complaint with LG. The complain No is N8CC3102363 on 30/12/08. Even on 10/01/09 it has not been ratfied. Subsequent to this i have made a number of call to LG Service centre in LUCKNOW but of no use.
