With reference to the above, I would like to add that the above cell phone was purchased by me from Reliance Webstore Ltd. on 16.11.2007 for a sum of Rs.6, 350/-.

In reference to the above, Mr. Dutta from LG Electronics contacted me from his cell no.[protected] and accordingly I have sent my cell to M/s. J.P. Computers on[protected] vide their receipt no. R[protected].

I would like to add that I had already given this handset to M/s. Skylink, Centre Code IN018510CDM00613 on 21.10.2008 for check-up and repair because the battery did not hold the charge wherein they replaced the battery. Again, on 03.11.2008 I had given the cell for check-up and repair wherein the charging circuit of the instrument was changed by M/s. Skylink. The same problem has cropped up again and the battery of the cell phone is not fully charged even in 30 hours for which I had given the set to JP Computers on 06.02.2009 who gave an estimate of Rs.1997/- which had to be paid by me.
After nearly fifteen days, I found that the same problem is continuing. The battery still does not hold charge even in 48 hours. It appears that either it was an eye-wash for the repairs made earlier during warranty period without any charge and no proper repairs were carried out or this model has a manufacturing defect.
I have purchased an LG cell phone for my comfort and not to visit your repair and service stations. Under the circumstances, i request you to replace this handset with any competitive model without delay. The set is lying with JP Computers since 07.03.2008 on request of Mr. Dutta
I fail to understand why LG is manufacturing such an inferior product which does last nearly a year. Having spent so much money on repairs especially since last 5 months and i have visited your service centres at least 10 times even then the same problem persists. I presume that LG has manufactured this defective model. I would request you to replace this defective mobile with another similar or better model.
I have been using LG home appliances since last 10 years and I have 6 + 2 Split air conditioners, 3 large refrigerators, 1 microwave, 2 cell phones and 1 TV which has never given any trouble. This makes me doubt whether the aforesaid appliances might also give me the same problems.

LG M0bile Set KP- 110 — Cell phone under warranty

I had puchased one cell phone of LG model KP 110 from Hot Spot Mobicare Subham Plaza NIT Faridabad, HARYANA on 17/08/08 with additional warrenty. On 31.12.08 subjected cell phone suddenly stop working, The cell was examined by the Hot Spot care person and taken back for repairing vide job sheet no. 00023 & IMEI no. [protected] . That time i was informed that cell will be repaired within week, but it is regret to inform you that inspite closely followup every time a new person giving new date. Even if now either they are not picking up my phone or disconnect after hearing my voice. I had purchased a product of the branded company having confidence in the company but it has become the cause of my mental agony. I never expect that such type of behaviours will be shown by the customer care of a reputed company.

Pl. look in to it on priority basis & solve my problem.

i have got a mobile set from UK in 2005 (LG U8120) which i liked and used very much

i have got my mobile repaired by your servise center twice but my problem persists. please tell me if i can get it replaced and what is the procedure.
i have bought a lg gw300 on April'2010 but the only problem is the hanphone will always shut down by itself after 2 months i've use, therefore i sent it to service center for repair but when sent back from service center this gw300 still having same problem, is there anyway i can claim a new handphone since that after repair still having same problem. now i'm not confident o[censored]sing lg anymore if after service or repair but still can't solve the problem..please reply.
I bought Nexus 5 on 19-Feb-2014 from Authorised LG Store in Vashi, Opp .Inorbit Mall. I bought a 32GB Nexus 5 costing Rs 32500. As soon as I took it, I found it difficult to search Networks on Manual Mode after restarting phone for 2-3 times i could manage to register on Networks. Now within 2 days i am facing lot of troubles :-

1. 3.5mm Jack sometimes detects earphones, sometimes not.
2. Voice clarity on earphones as well as on speaker is not at all proper. I face so many troubles while talking on Phone.
3. When I dial a number, firstly I am unable to hear anything from other side neither the other person is able to hear my voice. I have to disconnect and redial every time in this case.

I bought this phone with lots of expectations but totally disappointed now. I want a replacement for this as its not more than 7 days and i assume it as a technical error causing some defect in the handset.

    We ve purchased an LG LCD before 20 days.Its colour quality is very poor. I ve registered my compalint for last 15 days. Customer care used to say that engineer will going to visit, bt neither an engineer has visited nor he called us. Once an engineer has visited, he says that there is an problem with the model. What shall we do.If we call to the customer care they says that u wait for 24 hours, bt no response we ve get so far.my complaint no. is N9C31002518.

      My daughter has recently Mrs. Sheetal M. Vyas moved from London and needs to have her LG Refrigerator installed at her residence @ D-202, Indrayu Enclave - II, NIBM - Pune. I made a request for Service with specific instruction that the Service Technician should visit with the Door Hinges which seem to have been misplaced or lost in transit. My Complaint No with DASS Electronics at Wanowrie Branch is dated 5th March'09 (Ref: B-050083).
      Surprsingly your Technician Mr. Chetan visited this afternoon but without the required part/s. It is like a 'barber visting without razors'! What is the point? We have lost 5 days and we have a Puja scheduled on 11th instant.

      Would you please take up the matter appropriately with the Pune Service Center and do the needful immediately and oblige?

      We are LG users for a considerable time with LG refrigerators, Microwave, Aircons, TVs etc. and but with the above experience, now we hesitate to recommend LG to relatives and friends as our faith and trust in you is shaken up..

      LG Refrigerator — Icing on door

      I Purchase a refrigrator on 27/06/2008 from Nerul- Navi Mumbai
      Same day we noticed iceing on the door and complained the same to the shop keeper. since then about 10 times the technicians from LG attended the same but the problem is remains same and it is observed on three occasions that fridge is getting automatically off and again will start after about 01 hrs, during this the cooling is came down .

      Please look in to the matter and let me know that how much time you will take to repair if possible ? or replace the fridge.
      I Completely dissatified with LG India and It's Service.

      As my refrigrato not working since last 6 days, I have lodged complaint two times on customer care, posted emails, and also lodged online on your site.

      Since last 5 days i called 2 times everyday, However no any responce from LG. and in your customer care people are transfering my calls here and there and also not taking complaint properly. Mr. Suri/Manager of Mumbai is no picking up his mobile at all. I called Mr. Roshan, Mr. Nitin Sharma, Mr. Akshat, and so many other people. All denied me to give directo contact number of Customer care head and giving me wrong contact number of service station. on your website, also there is no directo number only customer care number is given.

      Note that this is serious concerne, If my query is not resolved withing next 6 hours, I will escalate the matter to higher authority in consumer ministry of Govt. of India, LG head quarter in Korea and Press in India.

        1. Last 3 years, my LG wahing m/c has no problems but suddenly developed a tumbling noise in last month2. I registered the compliant with LG Customer care and gave me a number on 27 feb with complaint number S9C[protected].LG sent a Technician, after one week, Who promised me to sent a vehicle to pick my machine.5. After I keep calling their number[protected]/([protected])) and I reminded them not only once, but 5 times. every time they assure they will sent the vehicle but it does not turn out7. After 14 day, Today I called them 8. He again assured. i am just waiting but I do not want to wait the machine becomes a scrap10. The attitude of LG Hyderabad is entirely unprofessional. They are not interested in business
        I told I will raise with their regional managers in Hyderabad region but I believe all people in LG service has the same culture

        LG Washing Machine — poor service by LG

        I had sent my machine for repair to one of LG service centre in sector 46 chandigarh. But the service provided by Lg is so poor that i recommend that please dont buy LG products
        These LG people have just one or other way to keep the customer moving from one place to other. For their job they charged me 1500 but the problem stood where it was.

        That is absolutely true, I have same experience for my LG front loading washing machine in Greater Noida. the LG call centre keeps telling me for last 7 days that someone will contact me with in 24 hours... but their 24 Hrs hasnt passed for last 7 days... numerous numbers were given to me.. for serevice centre engineers.. etc... but every time I call they tell me yes they will call me back with engineer.. but no luck...I think this is last LG product I am buying..

        L.G washing machine — Poor service

        We have purchased Front load L.G Washing Machine on 16 April 2011 & the person who came for demo(i.e Mr.Altaf cell no. [protected]) to him i have ordered a stand for machine on 18 April,he told me that i will get my order within 2-3 days,now more than a month is passed out i haven't received the stand,i have called him 20-25 times,he told me to call at the showroom to Ms. reema(cell no.[protected]),they both alwz tell me in a day or 2 u will receive but till 2day i.e 31 may,i didn't get my order.
        It's very annoying that the brand name like L.G,we are not receiving proper service,it's really very much disgusting.

        LG-Washing Machine — poor service

        i had taken an amc for LG washing machine, logged a compliant on 22nd june, and engineer attended the same on 22nd and told us he need to replace belt, after that he vanished and no joker from LG is calling us and attending our call. everyday calling customer service center and asking for replacement and they are not able to provide update. if these guys are not able to support they not sell the product. and surprising thing no hole from bangalore service center prick up the phone also. real crazy and urge every one should not buy any LG product and should not get into service issue.
        ai have lodged complaint for LG Washing machine. After 12 days they responded and no cure. Service in hyderabad is very very poor.
        RMA no.[protected] logged on 26/06/13, but till now no service engineer visited.

          Dear Sir,

          Myself Shweta Sinha, basically I from Patna, I am staying in New Delhi but my parents stay in Patna itself. They are using LG appliances i.e. Whirlpool washing machine. But in between they were facing some short of problems in its usage and lodged a complaint in the LG service center Patna on 14th August 2009 with Complaint No. PT[protected] . A guy called Vipul in that center to whom they used to contact. He took our machine to the service center 1month back but he didn't return it back to them yet, always saying that this or that part of machine is not available in our service center.

          You(LG) always saying about that we are providing on-time service. Can you plz let me know is this your on-time service? Please try to revert me back as soon as possible with positive result and take some action against Vipul otherwise we'll take it?

            I purchased one LG make 230 litres refrigerator (model number 245 TM) on 21.05.2008.

            As there was no colling in the refrigerator, I lodged a complaint with LG after Sales Service of Mumbai / Thane branch - Complaint number W9C20901790 fifteen days back. The complaint was attended by their Service technician and he informed us that the Timer was defective and it should be replaced. He told me that the timer was not available at present and will come back with timer after three days and get it repaired but no one came even after four days.

            When we contacted their Service centre, they once again lodged a new compalint - Complaint number W9C21401010. Next day another technician came and he also told us that the timer was defective and he will come with timer after two to three days. No response from the Service centre even after four days.

            Again we contacted the Service Centre and once again they lodged a new complaint - complaint number W9C30203076 on 03.03.09. Next day on 4th March the technician came and he also repeated the same answer we heard from the earlier two technicians and went back without solving the problem.

            Then I spoke to their Customer care executive on 4th March and she ensured me that she will take up this matter with the concerned person and revert back to me but even after two days I did not hear anything.

            I spoke to one of their senior person at LG Bombay office and requested him to solve this problem immediately. As I was totally frustrated by the way they are dealing this issue, I told him if the problem is not solved immediately then I compelled to go to the Consumer forum. But to my surprise, he shouted at me and told me if I want to go to the Consumer forum, I can go and he is not stopping me. He did not take any action after that also.

            I sent a mail to [protected]@lgindia.com regarding this on 5th March but till now I did not get any response from there also.

            I am totally unhappy and annoyed as it has been already more than 20 days and we could not use the refrigerator but the LG Service people did not bother about that even after several efferts taken by me.

            If they can not repair the same then they should provide me replacement but they do not bother about to close this issue.

              Sub: Request for immediate replacement of door of one LG, GL-325-TMG-S Inox/ Refrigerator

              Sir,
              Painfully, at the very out set I like to draw your kind attention towards poor and sub standard after sales service of your product by local dealer and offices. From the flow of the event I have been compelled to form an opinion that though yours the topmost company in the field of house hold electronic equipments in the country but due attention/important is lacking while providing after sales service to the customers.
              On 25/10/07 I purchased one LG Refrigerator model No-GL-325TMG, SL No-704LPUH003694 from your dealer M/S Anmol Electronics, 1/1 B.T.Road, Dunlop Bridge, Kolkata-56 at a cost of Rs-17, 920/- with one your warranty period.
              But, unfortunately both the doors of the refrigerator developed rust with in a short period of its installation and gradually the colour of the door become fade. As this occurred with in the warranty period I immediately rushed o the dealer from where I purchased the refrigerator as well as to the local authorized service centre M/S Maloti Electronics, 195, Barasat Road, Nona Chandanpukur, Barrackpore, kol-122 and lodged complain in this regard.
              The service centre inspected the defect vide their inspection No- NPCB2703783 and opined that this has happened due to manufacturing defect and there after with vigorous persuasion the upper door was replaced on 12/09/08, but the lower door remained as it is and all concerned of your company at Barrackpore as well as at kolkata expressed their inability to replace the lower door mainly due to non-availability of identical size, shape and colour and ultimately they have advised to take up the matter at your level.
              You will please appreciate that due to mismatch of door colour the refrigerator is looking ugly. Though I have tried constantly for about one year to get the defect set right but all my effort went in vain.
              It is needless to mention that as the defect develops with in the warranty period, it is the primary responsibility of the company either to replace the door or to replace the entire refrigerator with a new one in the interest of goodwill and reputation.
              In view of the above position I hope you will kindly take all necessary positive step for immediate replacement of the lower door or replace the entire refrigerator with a new one.
              As a considerable delay has already occurred in this regard, I hope with your intervention the matter will be settled with in a fortnight.

                    I bought LG LCD TV model no 26L930 on 17/6/08 but within a year it has generated problem. It TV tunner card got damaged and now it has to be replaced. I contacted Customer care office on 19th May but the mechanic from Kalyan office arrived only on 20th and said it will be reciving the default part on 23th and by the time they will be arranging for stand by TV . On contacting them on 23th May said the part has yet not recived and will be arriving on 25th and shurely the TV will be repaired. On contacting them on 25th they again came out with the same answere that they had not yet recived the part and when they will be reciving it is not shure meanwhile nither they bother to arrange a standby TV . IThe customer is all left alone on the mercy of the LG people.

                      Sir,
                      I purchased the LG TV "FLTRON" model 29 inches screen in August 2005. The piece since the day of purchase was giving some or other trouble and I insisted for changing the piece but the High Tech LG service centre at Bhopal kept postponing. 3-4 months back the power kit of the Tv went off. The LG service people replaced the kit when they found associated wear out of some other components which were changed. The TV remained disrupted for more than a month.
                      It again gave some trouble and was attended leisurely by the service people with similar period of disruption.
                      Now again some fortnight back the TV went off. Until today it is not repaired.
                      I am preparing to go to consumer forum for redressal but before that I thought of lodging my complaint to you. I lodged similar complaint a week back on your this sight only.
                      I am 68+ a retired Principal of Engg College.

                        I am purchased The L.G. Refrigerator, Dated march 2008. Model No.:- GL-365YMQG4. I regret to point out that the L.G. Refrigerator is creating big notice and vibration problems since last five months, the L.G. Refrigerator is in warranty period, I am complained regarding as per same in The L.G.                         L.G. Refrigerator — Re:delivering a damaged refrigerator

                        we bought l.g. refrigerator (model no:Lg Ref 478 YTX) on 11th of september 2009.company demo person came on 12th september 2009. Till then we haven't touched the refrigerator.when the company demo person came to demonstrate we noticed a scratches on the refrigerator door and we lodged a complaint with that company demo person .he said they will replace the damaged one within a week.there was no response.after a week we gave another complaint through email.in response to that we got a mail stating that the problem will be solved within week.so for nothing was done and we haven't used the the refrigerator.

                          My Mobile model is LG KP199, Sl.No. 808ACGW082495.
                          I am a LG KP199 mobile user, I have purchased a new connection from LG show room, Mahaboobnager, A.P. on 10.11.2008 with LG mobile show room, The cell is not working with in short period I found that I am unable to key pad operation, i.e unable to switch ON the set or switch off it. So I have given my set to your ACS at Mahbubnagar, AP. ( Sri Chakra mobile care centre ) for service twice on 14.02.09 and 21.02.09, but till now the problem not solved. Due to my work busy I am not able to go the service centre every day. So please tell the cell working or not. If not working what is the procedure to get new cell, as it is under one year warrenty.

                            I, the complainant, am a retired Professor & principal of an engineering college and in my post retirement am on the staff of a private engineering college.

                            I purchased your LG TV model Flatron(29 inches screen) latest model in September 1905. One of your officers Mr Chaturvedi, who is incharge of LG-Airconditioners in Bhopal city helped me getting it. He arranged to call the latest piece from Indore as it was not available in Bhopal show room. Since the day it was delivered to me, it didn’t function satisfactorily but due to a busy schedule of each one in the family, we couldn’t take its malfunctioning seriously and with the help of your service center pulled on. It is since Dec 2008 that it started giving trouble. First its Power unit went off. New one took some few days to arrive from Indore and then its replacement and testing another few days and it started working. After ten to twelve days. Again some thing went wrong and your service center fellows took another few days to make things go. This repair not only costed me some two-three thousand rupees but the children of my family got extremely bored and worked up and with great extra efforts they could be silenced.
                            Since last week, again, the TV is lying non-functional. This time some other Unit went off. Your Service technician was waiting for some component to arrive from Indore. When it arrived, he took another few days to fix it. After that he located that the equipment is getting heated up and he requires to take the entire equipment to the workshop to examine each bit of it. He may do so on Tuesday i.e., 24th Feb. He says that, “In the present condition, this TV can not run for more than 10 minutes continuously. It gets heated up. Then it requires to be cooled down.”
                            I strongly feel that coincidently and unfortunately, the set supplied to me is defective. I, therefore request you to replace the entire set. I hope you will attend to my complaint without delay else I will be forced to go to court of law for redressal.

                            Please instruct your people to replace my set at earliest.

                            29 — TV is not starting

                            Dear Sir,
                            I purchased 29"HT from Ranchi, Jharkhand in the year 2003. Last year I executed Annual Maintence Contract which is due to expire this month.
                            The complain of TV not starting took place some four months back. The local service Engineer Mr Amjad
                            tried to fix it four times but it didnot last more than a day or two. Finally, he took the set to his workshop and after one month returned it . When we started viewing it after say two to three hours later the same problem persisted. The same thing was communicated to the Engineer and since then he has stopped coming or communicating with us. I think he is waiting for the maintence period to expire so that he can ask for complete replacement of certain component and charge for it.

                            If such is the tendency then how long the reputation will be there. This is my third ONIDA TV and I am very much disappoited with local workshop competence in attending to such complains.

                            You are requested to instruct the local people to rectify the defect without any extra cost, otherwise why anyone shall opt for AMC.

                              I have purchased LG KP320 mobile for two months before. But till date i could not get the pc suite in any place. I think most of them who are having LG has got the same problem. Try to solve this problem as soon as possible.
                              Lg is the WORST MOBILE COMPANY on earth
                              I purchased KP320 two months back. From the first day itself its not working properly. Low voice recording. poor video quality. Blue tooth problems.
                              Definitely made a mistake to purchase lg kp320. Value for money for this phone is the worst. Very low voice and the 3 mpx camera is sometimes even worse than nokia/sony 1.3 mpx camera.

                                The TV is a defected piece with a faulty display.

                                The LG customer care sets false expectation of the time of arrival of the technician

                                The customer care Phoenix Electronics(Pune) is reluctant to replace the LCD TV.

                                The level of service I have recieved from LG so far is really very pathetic and sub-standard.

                                I am not prepared to accept a faulty or a repaired TV set and I would like it replaced at the earliest.

                                I too purchased the same model 2 days ago, I've noticed a blur in the image when watching TV and when I've connected it to my PC i've noticed the same blur effect. I've tired adjusting many settings but no change. I came across your complaint because I was looking for feedback regarding this problem so thought I'd let you know you're not the only one.

                                I too purchased LG LCD 22LG30R Model about 4 months back, now it is not working, even power on. I made complaint to the authorised service me, but they do not respond since 10 days, today I also made complaint to the toll free number, they registered a compliant on which the service men phoned me saying that he forgot about my call, that is the service given by the LG, our call is not registered with them, simply saying forgotten
                                me too purchased the LG 22LG30R model LCD TV on April 2009 in Chennai, After 7 months now the display gone (a white screen displaying), we can hear only the sound. Going to log call in LG service..
                                I have also purchased an LG 22 30R, two years before, but now it displays a distorted image.The picture is not having the correct color & and it has an ugly picture.

                                  I lodged a complaint about our LG Washing machine on 15th February’09 using LG helpline +[protected]. The complaint number is S9C21604861. We got a message from LG helpline that a technician will call us within 24hours. However, even after 3 days we did not receive any response from LG. Our repeated calls to your helpline were met with a standard response from your executives that “A technical will attend to your call as soon as possible”. Any attempts to ask for a specific time by which the call would be attended would be totally futile.
                                  one person, who identified himself as My Syed (Senior Executive), assured that a call from a technician within O1 hour but again no response. Till the time of writing this, I am still waiting for a call from LG technician.

                                  This has not been the first instance when complaints have been attended much beyond the promised time lines. I would like to bring to your notice that LG Hyderabad helpline is NOT doing justice to the brand value that LG carried. This has totally led me to lose faith in LG and their after sales service.

                                  I have asked the Lg service centre for general maintenance of ac and one week has passed but no use, earlier I had the same problem with washing machine servicing 4 times, finally i decided to change my washing machine. Despite promising to attend within 24 hrs of complaint by them everytime and at the promises made by the dealers, i find that the time is increasing even more. My complaint no is RNA[protected].
                                  Sir, I, S.C. Singh, have lodged a complaint of LCD TV on 21.07.2011 with docket no. RNA[protected]. The technician came after 24 hours and advised to send the TV at service centre, CHB Jodhpur. LCD TV is lying at service centre since 22.07.2011 at 1100Hrs. I had persued for rectification vigourously on daily basis overphone, in person by going to service centre 6-7 times but all efforts in vein. I could not recieve a single call from any person from LG or service centre but assurance were always given on calling that we will intimate you regarding status very shortly.

                                  Ultimately, I had approached to Sri Pradeep Jhalani, the Area Service Manager with very positive response over his cell no. [protected] on dated:05.08.2011. He assured that I will recieve acall from him or service centre within few hours but no output or even no response. Between 05.08.2011 till date I had requested him on daily basis and get a baseless assurance for rectification of my faults within today or tomorrow but ultimately I could not get any positive response or outcome except we will see shortly and confirm you over phone.
                                  I could not understand; to whom I should approach for such critical & pathetic service performance of LG product at Jodhpur(Rajasthan).

                                    I bought this phone two months back. Product quality is not up to the mark. Colour of toggle switch has started coming off. Camera inspite of 3.2 mp is nor better than 1.3 mp. Reception is also a question mark.

                                    I purchased a LG KP 320 mobile phone in September 2008.Since then i have been experiancing number of problems like phone going off, getting hanged, battery showing error, poor performance etc.To solve the problem i went to a LG service centre and replaced the board of the set.But still i am experiacing the same problems.Till today i have visited the service centre 5 times and still my phone is not OK.

                                      I bought an LG 'super fancy' refrigerator with water and ice dispenser and then spent extra money to get special plumbing done for the water connection for the fridge to get cold water and ice. A few months after we got the fridge the water and ice dispenser stopped working! It has been over 7 months now of constant complaints to the local LG Service folks - who, after 5 calls, will come and do some fiddling around and claim that everything will start working in 3 hours time. They can NEVER seem to guarantee that it will work when they're still there! Anyway, 7 months later, I'm still in exactly the same spot of having paid over Rs. 1 Lac for a fridge that does not work, and LG doesn't really seem to care to fix the problem. The local service center and their management seem to be made of liars and cheats who keep promising things and never deliver, and then blatantly lie about it. DON'T EVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING LG!!!

                                      LG Refrigerator — Horrible Product and Worse Service

                                      We bought a 180 Litre LG single door fridge in Pune . Within the first year the coil of the freezer was found corroded, mostly because of sub standard material used. The service centre guys took two whole weeks to repair even though the fridge was in warrantly period.

                                      Next the freezer door broke. We put a compalined in Oct 2008 and today it is March 2009, the service centre guy still says they are yet to receive the door. And after 6 months when we threatened to take him to consumer court, he threatened us back.

                                      This is the pathetic Serivce you will receive if you buy LG products
                                      I have bought LG Fridge it is the same problem i am facing. I brought the fridge 1 year back but know it has stopped cooling. I have been launching complaint for last 10 days back the technician have visited & replaced the part at 6.00pm evening at mid night 10.00pm that also stopped working He assured me that this part is not of garuntee. The next time you call me you have to pay service charges as well as the electronic part charges. Again i am calling him from last 4 days but now responce.

                                      DO NOT BUY an LG Refrigerator! We bought one from Best Buy 5 years ago, and are having problems. It won't shut off. Runs all of the time, and freezes everything in the refrigerator side. We are having to cycle it on and off manually using our breaker. On for an hour and off for several hours. I called Best Buy, and our service plan ran out this year and they neglected to send us the renewal in the mail, so we're screwed. LG is made in Korea, and it was almost impossible to find anyone to repair it, so they charge a fortune to fix it and for parts. I was told by a local appliance dealer to buy a US manufactured product if you want to be able to get it serviced at a reasonable price, and get parts easily. Never again will I bu and LG!

                                      2. THE QUALITY OF SERVICE PROVIDED IS GIVEN BELOW:-

                                      (A) ON FIRST INSPECTION WE WERE INFORMED THAT THE FAN IS
                                      LOOSE. HE ASKED US IF WE ARE IN POSSESSION OF FEVI
                                      QUICK ( WHICH HE IS SUPPOSED TO CARRY IF HE USES IT).ON SAYING NO, HE TRIED TO FIX IT WITH SOME SOLUTION AND TOLD US NOT TO USE THE OVEN TILL NEXT DAY MORNING. ON STARTING THE OVEN NEXT DAY MORNING THE NOISE REMAINED AND THE OVEN STOPPED AFTER TWO SECONDS, PROBABLY DUE TO LOOSE CONNECTION WHILE FIXING THE FAN.

                                      ( B) ON HAVING CONTACTED HIM ON 28 NOV THE ENGINEER SAID HE WOULD ATTEND ON 29 NOV, FOR WHICH HE NEVER TURNED UP . ON HAVING CONTACTED HIM ON 01 DEC HE IS CLAIMING THAT THE FAN NEEDS REPLACEMENT.IF THE FAN NEEDED REPLACEMENT WHY WAS IT NOT TOLD TO US AT THE FIRST INSTANT.

                                      3. OUR VIEWS ON THE WHOLE EPISODE ARE:-

                                      (A) THE ENGINEER IS MOST UNPROFESSIONAL WITH LACKADAISICAL ATTITUDE TOWARDS JOB.

                                      (B) NEEDS TO CONFIRM IF IS TRYING TO MAKE PRIVATE CUSTOMERS.

                                      4. OUR REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT HIM ON CELL HIS PHONE SINCE 01 DEC HAVE FAILED. MAY WE REQUEST FOR YOUR PERSONAL INTERVENTION TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE .

                                      LG — Vegetables freeze in our fridge

                                      Hello,

                                      we bought a 2 door LG refrigerator (390L) in April 2010.
                                      Model: GL-408YVQG4/2010

                                      For the last 6 months, we have been facing problems with it.
                                      Vegetables get frozen whenever they are kept in the fridge.

                                      We have called and requested for rectification. Few times, a service engineer paid us a visit, said they will bring a replacement part and then disappeared. This has been happening for the last 6 months.

                                      Both the quality of the product and that of the service is disappointing.
                                      I purchased a LG refrigrator from Dass Electronics Pune.We are facing problems with the cooling system & we contacted Dass for the service engineer. On contacting them we got to know that they have closed all their showrooms. So we contacted one more showroom in our local area.Now it has been 15 days that we are not able to get the spare part from LG & our fridge has become useless for us. LG has got the worst after sales service.
                                      I aggree LG is having worst service and worst Products. Unfortunally I have 3 products of LG at my home. They gave me lot of trouble.
                                      I fully agree with the above statements. After sales service of LG refrigerator is the poorest I have seen. The customer care centre will speak with you very nicely and give the complaints reference number. He will also assure that service centre will call you within 2 hours giving tele no of service centre and one more executive. But they will never call you back and the numbers given are also not accessible.Worst service ..

                                        Dear Sir/Mam
                                        My brother in law was gifted this phone to me from USA after one month it goes off and showing blank screen we have approach to LG service center but they say this is not launch in india so we dnt have solution now we are not able to under stand whwt should i do please provide us solution i will be very thanful to you .
