I purchased a LG LCD TV model no. 26LC2R on 11.03.2007 from M/S Alang Ispat (Samudra Sales) Opp. DSP Bunglow, Jamnagar(Gujrat) at a cost of Rs.37, 500/- as per Invoice No.963 dt.11.03.2007.
We found that when we ON the TV picture comes for 2 seconds and then disappears and TV screen got black only sound is coming, it appears to be a big radio. I went to the dealer who said that he will send a person. Company person Mr. Prabhat ([protected]) came 3-4 times to my home for repair finally he said some fault is there as these are newly launched in the market we are unable to find the fault all parts are
OK.
Few weeks and months passed by as it is.
I went to the dealer again he also said that this is a new launch we are not sure of it. He also talked with Mr.M.I.Dholakawala, Rajkot ([protected]), who after taking to his service man Prabhat, suggested us to put a complaint on LG call center on [protected], for replacement of TV. I lodged a complaint No.81603407 for replacement of the TV. When I followed up my regarding my request it was found that it is closed with out my concent.
Subsequently I lodged other complaint also No.91403661.But no response was found.
I talk from LG customer care[protected], [protected], LG Ahmedabad Mis.Hetal, Madhavi ([protected], 12, 13, 14, .15, 17). Later on I found that Mr. Dholakawala has resigned and I talk with Mr. Ketan Veshnav, Rajkot([protected]),
Mr.Jignesh([protected]) Jamnagar, Janaak Doshi Ahmedabad([protected]). Can you understand my suffering and time loss in the scenario.
Then ultimately I lodged a complaint in consumer court complaint no. Consumer Forum Jamnagar-94/08 .
Two years has passed after putting Rs.37, 500/- I could not even see the picture in my LG brand TV. Now court has given decision to replace the same TV.with Rs.3500/-. May be due to my language problem and less time attention, court has given this decision which I demand at that time, was applicable to that time period. Same TV has been obslated by the company. Now LG representative Mr.P.D.Mehta Jamnagar([protected]) is giving me the TV of same size 26” -26LG30R-MRP Rs.28500/-, market price will be less.
Do you suggest that It is reasonable to give the TV costing worth almost Rs.15000/- less than I paid and that too after two years.
It is my gentleman-ship that after suffering so much I have not gone to public through news. As till now, I am thinking that I am traped with peoples not of the standard of LG . I am sure this is not LG standard.
Being Sr. Manager in India’s Top most company I ask LG to answer whether they understand about my, moreover my wife’s frustration.
Tell us whether we did a biggest mistake buying LG’s new technology LCD costing that much financial and mental harrasement to us and the time loss.
Myself and my wife could not see a single match of cricket word cup, happened those days, T20-20 world cup, again T20-20 has come. Moreover my wife, who remains alone at home, after I go to office and TV which would have been her entertainment at home, became a piece made her suffered a lot, and after spending that much amount I feel myself who bought a radio which costed us Rs.37, 500/- for the last 2 years.
I request LG to give me a TV equal to my amount at market price, or return my money, with suffering charges Rs.3500/- will do.

This is Anthony who has purchased LG AC to my wifes Beauty Parlour at Kengeri Satellite Town Model No.LSA5FS3VTY1 Sl No.802NLKL000133 purchased from Rao & Company Jaynagar and installed by Mr. Usman. AC was not working and a compalint was registered on 8th of April 2010 vide Compalint No.C[protected]. And we were committed that the problem will be resolved within 24 Hrs and finally Mr. Jagdish came to the premises on 10th of April 2010 and said he would come back and resolve the issue. And finally Mr. Jagdish called on 20th of April and said we need to get it rapired by the dealer from where we have purchased and he cannot do the job. This is something strange and unable to understand that the kind of responce we are getting from a company like LG.And today I have spoken to one Ms. Kavitha on Ph No.39010909 and she says the complaint will be attended within 24 Hrs.
Now I am in confused state and I want somebody responsible to reply on this and sort out the issue at the earliest.
