I am really upset how you tie up with giffiti and you have send a gift worth 3000 for prebooked a automatic washing machine.

Unfortunately giffiti does not delivered my order and even their customer care numbers also not able to connect and even for complaint s also not responding..

Really upset.. Pls resolved ASAP

I had claimed the voucher at giffiti website and placed order on 04.11.2020 order no 57020.
now on tracking found undelivered due to payment issue while upto 26th on tracking showing shipment reached to Allahabad.

I have even mailed so many times to giffifti...

There is loud sound when compressor is on past 3 days which was brought on 1st Dec 2020...

Complained of Block on 20th Nov 2020

1. Service guy promised several timings and made us wait but never came
2. Finally came after repeated requests and replaced filter and charged us Rs 794
3. Later we realized motor was broken
4. Service guy came again and insisted on AMC
5. Ultimately its understood that the motor was purposely broken by the service guy...

I have been chasing LG for 1 month for repairs of my washing machine,
at First the LG service man told me display PCB need to replaced, the cost will be Rs. 1800/- + Taxes I agreed
Secondly when the service man came with PCB he told me LG has sent wrong PCB, he will again order correct PCB
Third time I received a call and Im told the required PCB is not available with LG I need to buy complete...

The request raised on 16.10.20.This is still open. They have replaced PCB and I had spent Rs, 4200/- & there is still problem persists. And they are not ready to give formal mail by declaring their inability to resolve the problem which going on since the day I had purchased this fridge in 2014.Did I made mistake by buying the product/brand....

I placed LG G8X mobile on lg website, it was in stock first. once the payment is done, amount is deducted but order is not placed. I have seen the message in website that " Your order is not placed due to out of stock. deducted money would be refunded" . This happened on Nov 3rd 2020, till now i didnt get any confirmation message from LG that money refund is initiated or nothing. It is also not reflecting in LG website....
