I had purchased AC worth 36k 5months back and then problem started of water leakage from indoor ac unit i complained LG 5 times but they were not able to solve my problem 6th time i went to gala & sons from where i purchased the AC they also failed in helping me then again they sended a lg person in covid times that visited my house 7times also later found by them ac indoor and outdoor both unit have major 3 4 problems. Hence i told to replace the ac but they telling to repair which is not the solution since my product is in warranty and have several problems. During this summer i am not able to use ac from last 3weeks. Neither the dealer gala & sons nor LG is able to provide me with a solution.

    Hi. My front load 7 KG washing machine is in warranty. I had raised complaint In Jan 2021 to LG for water heating temperature issue, temperature was not being maintained inside as mentioned on display panel. They took weeks to call me for attending issue, visit and then for support from their technical team. Suddenly I got mail that my ticket has been closed. Hence I escalated this to Service Head and now CEO office as it happened 2nd time in this week. I am raising complaint and customer support team is closing it without solution. Please help me to resolve this issue.

      I have attached the service receipt. engineer didn't instalIed LG AC properly there is gas leakage that's why cooling takes time.I bought LG AC on[protected] and had 1 year service warranty and i called customer service 2-3 times during corona times for service.office was not picking up phone, I submitted a complaint on[protected], but service engineer came on[protected]. they have not resolve the issue yet.

      Kindly resolve the issue.

        I purchased LG FRONT LOAD WASHING MACHINE from Reliance digital on January, 2021. After 2 months, tub shinging is gone and looking black. Regarding that issue, I contact LG and Reliance digital also. But no body gave me response and they said this is my issue and we can't do any help.I have all recording of all calls.
        I need to replace my washing machine. Hope you will help me.

          Seriously im doubting myself why i did preferred LG over Samsung or other good AC Brands. i regret it now

          I bought LG 1.5tonne dual invertor AC from Girias, Ambattur (Chennai) on may 14 2020. Since from the beginning post setup, i faced issues like low cooling & CH05 error from 2nd day of purchase. post complaint, service team showed up and rectified it on 22nd may 2020.

          So Its been 10 months, the AC was working fine. On 4th March 2021 so called as "Free service", one LG service person Mr.Viswa ([protected]) showed up and started servicing AC and doing things like cleaning the filters etc. Post his work, AC stopped working on his presence. No Power, No symbol on AC. its totally stopped working. he tried like 1hour calling different persons for solution, but nothing helped.. he left my home saying "i dont know sir.. please call dealer for this"

          Was tat a acceptable answer from a LG service guy?? ac got malfunction only after this "Free service" thing.

          I gave complaint on 5th march itself.. today its 15th march.. Not even single guy showed up to repair the AC for past 10 days.. during this hot summer, my kids and my old age grandparents are way too suffering.
          When i raised complaint to Dealer, He directed me to Ambattur LG service person named "Ismayil" ([protected]), He then asking me to call another guy "Anwar" ([protected]) .. when i contacted him on 8th march, he gave me another LG supervisor contact named Ravi ([protected]). Now when i contacted him on 12th march, he is saying that this job order is not assigned to him.?!!!

          What is wrong with LG after sales!!!?????? are customers are like a joke to them?????
          i deeply regret buying products from LG now and i ll not encourage others to buy if your aftersales and employee behavior is way poor. Hope you will Resolve this immediately!

            Hi All, my LG refrigerator has been giving problem for last two months, now for last 10 days they have picked it and now stating its not repairable even from HO Technical team so you need to buy new one, need to understand what is their product replacement policy, they are saying only 20 % will be given and that too with the condition new one purchased is of LG, even for that price offered is much higher than for what its available in market.

            please help to resolve

              We are facing microwave issue in past 10days, we complained and in karur lg service center is not responded properly, Few days after they came and saw and repaired but still we are facing same issue now they saying another issue in microwave, already we paid 1500 rps now they saying 2500 rps for another thing, Karur District, Tamilnadu LG Service Center is very worst and they are money minded only but they are not solving the problems we are so much worried about LG the way we choosed.

                I am trying to draw attention on this issue but it is unfortunate that LG a big brand is just dragging the issue without solving this issue as for the new Air-conditioned I understand that installation is free of charge but they have charged me 1, 450 without official receipt and installation has done on the stair case again requested for reinstallation the same procedure continue they charged 5, 350 without official receipt

                I will very much appreciate for immediate action in this regards

                  Issue No. CNP[protected], My monitor had an panel issue where thin red lines started to appear, I called LG customer service and registered a complaint, the same day itself a technician came to my home and inspected the monitor, he opened the whole monitor, inspected everything inside and confirmed there's an issue with panel so it will be replaced for free of cost under warranty, after 12 days they come with the replacement panel, and when they open the panel the find slight rusting on a corner of the panel which was not there on the first inspection, and they say it will not be covered under warranty and put back my old panel, and the best part is these people mishandles my old panel which got completely damaged and they leave despite me talking to them. I immediately called the customer care and they said this issue will be resolved and they have escalated it to a higher team, so I have waited for 2 days, no call no mail, so I called them and they repeat the same thing, every 3-4 days I call them, wait on hold for several minutes and listen to the same answers, and one fine day I get an SMS saying my complaint has been closed without any information, I was shocked and immediately called back the customer support, with the regular apology message they said they will escalate this, its been one month since that call, no response from LG, at least if they don't replace the panel, for LG being such a big MNC they don't have basic customer support service.

                      In 2017 i had purchese above model refregirator from sindhu electronic jalgaon maharasra (India) but last yr..in2020 compressor of my refregirator was gone that time compressor Was changed under warranty period but from onwards refregirator was not cooling properly and now 3month back stop to total cooling.I was complint on ur customer care toll free no.service center man come after 2WKS. For service and told there is problem in gas likage and need to order it from company it take one wk.than after 10days he was come with gaspipe and tryied to solve the frige cooling problem but it was not solved and he said there is internal likage and i wiil report to company and inform u what to do, than after about010 to 015 days they said it will not repair than i asked what to next???after long period of 15day they offered me 20thousand and said it compulsory on purshesing only LG refregerator but im not aggreed and insisting to repair my just 3yr old refregirator of cost 80, 000/ and it is not repairable it means company manufacturing defect .so please take immediate action my refregerator was not working since 3month.

                              I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Consumable Electronic

                              The issue that I have experienced was: This is 5th reminder...
                              I purchased LG W/M THD12STB from LG showroom Electronic craft B-4 Kanti nagar ext. Date 31/01/2021. Machine is not cleaning clothes properly its collects the lint and dust of clothes and paste it to another clothe which makes other clothes more bad and dirtier. I have complaint your service Centre many times many technicians came and ran the washing machine. Technician said that single clothe have to put in the machine otherwise dust paste on another clothes. But problem is same again lint and dust paste on clothe technicians told and suggested me that you remove lint from your nails. How is it useless suggestion and support from LG. They said your problem will short out in two days. (15/02/2021) but till now nothing happened and after that I call (17/02/2021) to Mr Anoop LG senior that what happened about my problem he said that I assumed that your problem might have gone out. What is irresponsible behavior.? Now all LG senior are not pick the phone. They got it checked and wash thrice but problem could not be solved.

                              Name of LG senior Mr. Anoop, Mr. Amit, Mr Arun, Mr Alok. Mr. Ajayan G(service branch manager ) and Mr. Ashok (MIS) Name of LG technician visited Mr. Ghajendra, Mr Bunty and Mr. Komal.

                              I visited for product complaints in LG showroom and patparganj lg godown where I purchased machine (Mr Amit lg show room, Mr Surya dev Singh lg godown) both are said that we have no any responsibility of product and its quality, stability and functioning, our work only sale the product. Mr. Arun lg senior and technician Mr Bunty again visit and ran the machine but problem is still. (20/02/2021 ) they said that coming Monday(22/02/2021 ) your problem is sort out. But no any response and also not pick my phone.
                              I am totally disappointed by your service and support. Lg slogan is Life's good but you made life's bad. So please return my money.
                              So please do something as soon as possible otherwise I will take legal action.

                                    I have been working with LG to repair my 4 1/2 month old dishwasher for over a month and a half. They initially made me pull it out and do their pre-check before a repair technician would come out, then I had to email them the receipt which they ultimately gave me a hard time over because the store provided an e receipt during COVID and that receipt listed the store name and number but not the complete address, then once the receipt was accepted they scheduled me 6 different times with different service technicians. One completely incompetent and didn't remember speaking with me twice (once the day before) Each one cancelled or could not repair in the time frame . I took three days off of work to be here for appointments they said were scheduled. Still waiting 6 weeks later to get an appointment and was told that if they didn't have one they would escalate and replace my unit. Only to be told after that escalation that they rescheduled again with another repair company (which the company said was not booked).
                                    I am extremely frustrated. I have wasted more time on phone calls, days off that it would have paid for a new dishwasher! I will not suggest LG or purchase another LG appliance again. LG needs to resolve this IMMEDIATELY!

                                      I ordered the mobile one plus 8 pro last week i.e, on 19th Feb 2021 and paid the advance 20k at Koppal Pai international mobile store but still we haven't received the product and there is no proper response from the manager and store as well even after visiting the store many times.
                                      One of the worst experience with Pai.
                                      Please take action ASAP.

                                        I have LG LED TV model 32LE5500. It was bought around 2011 January.
                                        Recently it had problem that there was no display and complained to LG service centre and they visited at home and informed me that the Mainboard of this TV is at fault and that this spare part is no longer available
                                        Could someone give me a solution about what to do about this?
