When u are selling products have some good services too.. When buying u guys wil say all the good stuff when any problems happen no one are responding to clear the issue... As a trusted customer of your brand losses our interest to buy future products...

We had purchased a lg single door refrigerator in the month of september 2018 through amazon. However, this year again we are facing the same issue we again contacted lg and the service engineer who visited us this time confirmed that the card is burn the compressor is also damaged because of which gas is leaking.
We have been using numerous lg products for the past 12 years and this is the first time that we are facing such an issue...

We've bought the lg washing machine from the indian stores in dehradun raipur road. The machine suddenly stopped working due to the pcb issue. I tried reaching out to multiple people like area manager, area service manager etc and all of them told the same thing that they can't help as the company stopped the production of this part and this part is discontinued.
