Hi I have purchased new washing machine in Feb 2020,
Since then have lodged 5 complaints regarding washing issues and also have damaged number of clothes due to soaps getting stuck with clothes also even after complete washing clothes get stickiness due to soap being not washed out properly which again by no means is good for clothes.
However LG technical team has been unable to resolve the issues and is of the opinion that...

The issue isn't resolved still. The outdoor unit is still making a steel rubbing loud screeching noise.
The service center balaji service center is incompetent in handling the case. The person in charge is rude and refuses to address the issue.
They keep sending over technician who aren't clear at all. If i pinpoint the problem they don't have much...

So i bought lg refrigerator and vacuum cleaner and tv
But when i need a simple door rack lg says it’s not available, they guy who called from a service centre says lg does not have proper service centre here.
For my vacuum cleaner i can’t get attachments as they are not willing to help with any information. I lost the bag of accessories while shifting. Lg products in india looks useless now. Please can someone help me...

I hv complain for my fridge on 20 July 2020 with complain no. RNP[protected]..but still i m waiting for service.i have try to contact your service center, ASM, customer care but no none is giving perfect solution.
Promising daily and going back for service so i am very disappointed....

Washing machine rotation problem it seems dryer doesn't work but washing is done perfectly....

We called LG support to book technician to repair our LG washing machine.2 Techicians from LG came (their contact numbers are [protected]/[protected]).

We have purchased LG Side By Side refrigerator Model:GC-B247SLUV on July 2018 for the cost Rs, 70, 000. 10yrs warranty for compressor.

2 Weeks before we notices cooling was getting drastically reduced and things kept inside fridge were getting spoiled.

We called customer care on 20th July and service person came on 21st July After his investigation he updated that gas pipeline got blocked hencefailure in cooling...

I had purchased a lg washing machine 8kg top load from pranav electronic Ltd store Delhi on 22 July 2020. Employees who were to install machine were given the time between 9am to 10am. Since I am a working person I am not free 24/7 for the installation of the machine. The time was mentioned to the employees 2 days in advance so as to avoid any delay. However the casual attitude and inefficiency shown by your employees, which was not expected...

We did complain about our smart lg led tv about two months ago which we have doubt we have given defective piece by the authorised dealer as we said earlier in our complaints.
