LG microwave was not working, so I called lg service person, he visited and without opening the microwave, gave estimate of Rs 7000/-, so I didn't availed the service, I got it repaired from local person who charged 2000/- rs only. LG service person charged 413/- and gave estimate of rs 7000/- that too without opening the cover. Had he opened the cover and if he had given correct estimate for repairs, I would have asked him to do the repair work. My complaint is how he can gave estimate without opening the cover. I want my 413/- back as he has just visited and have given some fake estimate and taken 413/- I feel LG person has cheated me and I want my 413/- back.

    We ordered lg 1.5 ton inverter ac on feb 2020. And the installation went well, we paid around 1800₹ (Approx.) as installation charges. Everything was working unless 3 or 4 months later, we noticed when raining, rainwater is flowing inside the house.

    We filled a service request, and the technician came and did a general service. When we enquired about the solution, he says, we have to do a reinstallation of the ac and that would cause another 1500₹ and more. I would like to know who's fault it is?

    Why should we pay for the fault down by the technician? I strongly get disappointed by this. If its fault by the technician, it should be corrected free of cost right?

    Even the wall is damaged. How can i live with waters? I was feeling comfortable without having ac. But after using this ac, no one in the room can sleep peacefully.

    I have complained 2 times, still no resolution from the lg service team. They call and enquire, asked us to send us the installation bill when we sent it, they are not responding. It's raining here and water is coming inside the house. What kind of service is that?

    I demand the right resolution of this issue.

      This is to inform you about some discrepancies have been found in lg co’s product and services :-

      ref. : complaint no. Rnp[protected] dt. 02/09/20

      As per engineer visit on dated 02/09/20 report that gas leaked in joint regarding complaint:-

      Which puts a question mark on the quality of lg brand"?

      First, gas leakage in the joints of refrigerator during a short period from purchase of set is not acceptable / justified? It shows the manufacturing defective product.

      secondly, i have paid the amount of rs. 1, 394/-twice to m/s k. J. Solutions and direct service lg centre (Copies duly attached) for my other product, i. E., a 22 years old single door refrigerator against leakage in a short interval, which is also refundable .

      In the view of above either repair the faulty product at your own level "without any cost/charges " with guaranteed and satisfactory service or replace the manufacturing defective productive piece immediate without the wastage of time and energy.

      i am suffering mental agony and harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in service of lg co., a reputed brand which could not be compensated in the terms of money, so, look into this matter seriously, otherwise i will be compelled to forward this matter to higher authorities and statutory departments for vindication of my right. Waiting for your early positive action to make trust in lg in the future.

        I have purchased lg 1.5 ton air conditioner models - lsa5pw3m, js-q18mpxd. Anlg (Ii), js-q18bpxa. Anlg
        (Ii) & js-q18mpxd. Anlg (Ii) in last couple of years through dealer arihant in kalol, (Gandhinagar) gujarat.
        Most of this acs are not working properly some are not giving cooling and some are leaking water in indoor units.
        But i have been cheated by lg and its partners.
        It was my decision for purchasing lg make although other make were available at lesser price. My family insisted
        For daikin which is far ahead of lg in this segment.
        It would have been better if i would have chosen any indian brand rather than going for fancy korean brand.
        Now i am very dissatisfied and hence i want you people to please take back these products from my place and
        Return my money with interest so that i can purchase other acs.

          I have purchased lg smart tv from you last may2019. Now it is dead lg technician visited and said mother board is defective you have to pay 5500/-
          For so may years i am purchasing goods from you i never had such complaints. But unfortunately this particular tv is having mfg defect. That is the reason mother board become defective just within 13 month. Tv cost is 24000/- need your support in getting product repaired on foc. I have already paid labor charges to lg

            Dear sir/madam,

            This is to make you aware that i purchased a refrigerator on 26th oct 2019 from jhanjharpur bihar (Attached invoice for your reference),
            From march onwards i am facing the cooling problem in the refrigerator (Model. No.: glb-201apgy/2019, s. No. : 908nral010176) and tried to contact customer care but was not able to because of lockdown than logged complain via whatsapp on dated 4th may 2020 and 2nd june 2020, engineer visited several times details are given below but till now no resolution
            1st visit: video was recorded of freeze by engineer, did nothing and return back (No problem identified by engineer),

            2nd visit: engineer told may be compressor problem and without any receiving note carried compressor for cross check to service centre, after asking about product receiving document they told he is from company he will return or replace in 3 to 4 days but came after 15days and told no issue with compressor (No problem resolution),

            3rd visit: different engineer came and did same like 2nd visit, again taken compressor to service centre and return and installed (No problem resolve).
            4th visit: engineer told there is earthing problem after earthing problem resolution by our end they visited again but problem was not resolved.

            5th visit: engineer came opened machine, he cant identify the problem and behaved worstly and left with opened machine (Called local paid engineer for packing the machine).

            6th visit: an engineer came and told us that we have to drop the machine at service center given the address and left. (No problem resolve)
            We hired paid vehicle on dated 10th august 2020 to handover refrigerator at service centre to repair from behat, jhanjharpur to madhubani (Bihar)

            My product problem is continue from last 6month and in summer season, after handover my machine at service center they can not repair in more than 40days than what we expect about the quality of the product and after warranty expired machine will be useless.
            For repairing under warranty we have to face that much to resolve one issue and need to give six month or more than what we expect in future. I feel we did big big mistake that we purchased lg product. Therefore request you please ask them to keep their product and return my money so that we can decide to purchase or not in future.

              I have handed over my lg tv for repairing at m/s relation, exclusive service centre lg-itanagar on 10th june 2020. Now 3 months has paased, my tv is not attended, stating that the spare part is not available.
              I have an apprehension, that earlier i have lodged complain against the lg servicing men regarding excessive repairing charge for the same tv. Therefore intentionally they might be lingering me.
              Please interfere and help them to repair my tv at the earliest, it is too late.

                My complaint was lodged on 29th of august, 2020 with lg india for my microwave which stopped working since then. On 1st of september, we were told by the lg technician that the pcb needs to be changed and that it would take at the most 3 to 4 days to fix the problem. Unfortunately, since then neither lg head office nor the local branch office has even thought o[censored]pdating me with the status of the microwave part procurement.
                I found a few contact numbers of lg mumbai branch head and other staff members who could have helped me by answering my phone call. But, they have either switched off their mobile or would not answer their call.
                Finally i got in touch with mr ashok chugh, national service sales head, lg last night. I have lost all my hope with lg. Lg for sure does not make your life good as opposed to its tagline.
                I have been facing a similar problem with lg ac too.

                I am formally lodging a complaint against lg electronics india pvt ltd for conning a customer and harassing her by not responding to her phone calls and avoiding her complaint.

                  Really surprised about the service and the refund amount which is been given for a product which didn't even last for 5 yrs and still appreciated across the globe. My request Number is CNP[protected], raised on 13/09/2020. This refrigerator was bought on 2016 June and just last year we spent around 2000 to refill the gas and again this year it ran out of gas. Should the consumer pay 2k each year for this kinda product. What is the purpose of going for a brand when it doesn't even serve the purpose? Even the visited technician didn't respond to calls or share his superiors contact number for tracking the claim request. The toll free number also let down and told to wait for the technicians call.

                  Its been almost 5 days and the technicians lead called today to say that am eligible only for 15% of the products cost. We almost have/referred around 15 different products of lg and now I doubt the stability of each product and response given to the customer. I will never go for this product again nor refer this to anyone. Instead of "Making Life Good" tag rename it to "Making Life worse"

                      I bought a new nano cell 65 inch tv (65sm8100pta) last year. It was working fine. Since its a smart tv i was using my mobile to control it instead o[censored]sing remote. 3/4 months ago i just took the remote again and started using it. But it has some technical issue, showing the battery is drained in an hour. I tried different battery to make sure that it’s not my mistake. I am still under warranty, and the remote doesn’t have any physical damage. But the company saying remote doesn’t have warranty, which feels bad for me since i didn’t used it much. But seriously i didn’t even used it for 6 month. How can i trust the brand with this technical issue. When i called the call center, they are simply saying they can’t help me.in website they say the warrant for parts is for 1 year.

                        Im trying to get a repair done for my tv its 3 months old and has lines embedded in screen. They schedule service then cancel the day im supposed to get service. Im missing work to be home for repairs and nobody shows. Ive called multiple times and still havent gotten an answer.

                          You have provided giffiti gift vouchers for rs. 5000 towards pre booking offers for purchasing 55 inch led tv during the offer period that is may 25 2020.
                          I have claimed the voucher at giffiti website and placed order on 18.08.2020. Almost one month completed but my order was not delivered.
                          I have even mailed so many times to giffifti but no response from giffiti.
                          Their customer care number is also not working.
                          It is looking like a fraud run by the giffiti web site, which in turn ruin the name of lg electronics india.

                          I ordered 2qty of shoes but that quality and lays holes are very less, already 1and half month gone no response how many times and gave complent mail and all no body gave response all are working useless people and third class services order I'd 16599, all are cheaters.they told me there was no option for returns in image showing defrent

                          I totally agree with the above customer experiences. Giffiti vouchers appear to be fraud. i am at it for 7.5 months and no sight of the goods orders. Orders keep getting cancelled and the most useless customer support team i ever interacted with.
                          No Doubt it is a scam. Check my chat with one of Giffiti employee on LinkedIn. This guy ran away after asking for the order status. I guess Giffiti is just opened to park this money, for sure they must be billing to LG and not delivering us which clearly means money laundering.

                          I have been rewarded coupon from LG after buying a product and the coupon is valid of GIFFITI.IN but my ordered was canceled multiple times, fake product delivered which they denied to return and remaining amount not yet credited to my GIFFITI wallet.

                          I have looped LG also in this but you guys are also not acting. Seem you guys are running a SCAM behind the scene.

                            My lg led tv (Model no. 22ln4105-tabtrnljl) had display problem. I had given to the lg service centre at nn dutta road, silchar (Assam) on 11/08/2020. I was told by the service centre person that after checking the defects they will informed me on my mobile no. I had waited for one month but they never phoned me. So i went to the service centre to inquire about the status of my ledtv, and i was told again that they will informed me in the afternoon. They had never informed me that day. I phoned the service centre no. And the customer care person told me that they would called me back within half an hour. But they never called me since then.

                            Today is 17/09/2020. It is already 37 days since i gave to the service centre. How long should a customer wait to get a tv repaired? Do i need to wait the whole year for a repair of my led tv? If they could not repair my led tv, they should have told me and i would get it repair somewhere else. They never intimated to me the condition of my led tv and keep on delaying the service again and again. I am fed up of calling the service centre. They should be directed to return my led tv if repair is not done.
                            Kindly direct the lg service centre : nn dutta road, silchar (Assam) to returned my led tv immediately.

                              Pathetic and useless customer support service by lg india.
                              Moreover the top management (Viz; country head - service or others dealing with service related issues or customer complaints) are at the mercy of events as they are unable to handle the grievances of the customers which shows how efficient / capable they are.
                              It seems that either they are unable to pull their area/regional service managers and their subordinate staff or simply their subordinate staff do not obey them.
                              Lg india is only into selling products.

                              Now, it seems that i have really made a blunder with my self by purchasing lg products (Home appliances)

                                    Rnp[protected]. Regarding mentioned complaint for ac, technician from om services vendor of lg services, visited on 05th sep 2020. Vendor raised a request for some technical part for which received a text message mentioning complaint raised, on 7th sep 2020. 2 days back i called up customer care on [protected], where executive told part is received at service center and technician will approach earliest. Today when i called up again, they are saying part is yet to receive. I raised my concern why no one bother to respond at least the status of complaint. Then customer care gave me 2 numbers one of which is showing not existing and other one continuously coming busy.
                                    Is this a way lg treat their consumer making them feel ridiculous of brand.
                                    I request you again to get the resolution of my complaint at earliest and at least inform the current status of request.
                                    Hope my concern makes lg to understand customer need and speedy resolutions of complaints

                                      I bought a laptop worth 58, 000 in emi option and paid a downpayment of 25, 000 and we had pay around 4, 500 for about 8 months... Bt due to this lockdown all bank transactions were delayed for about 2 moth or something... Bt we still payed our parts and duties... But these guys started charging around 17000 rs giving a silly reason that our check bounced...
                                      We only had to pay the last two months charge, its about 8000, but these guys started clinging onto us like a leech.. Sucking our hard earned money for no reason.
                                      I request refund... And i would happily give you this laptop thats only 8 months old.
