My f&f is not settle and when i called to teamlease info team they even told me my check amount when i asked, then they asked me to call your company reputed manager. I have submitted and now they are saying my salary is pending with the client and they are not ready...

I bought an LG AC on 2nd May 2019 and I haven't got any service yet. One of your serviceman came and he didn't even checked it and asked me to take the service in summers....

I bought LG Dual Inverter AC 1.5 ton. It's not cooling now.. displays an error of CH 32.. what is this mess up. It's less than an year I bought. Stupid one. I would like the LG customer service people to resolve it. Tried reaching them and no one's responses. I'm resident of Hyderabad...

This complaint i have raise on 16 oct, after that technical visit scheduled which confirm that there are deal pixals in the screen but no action taken even i haven't about the result of this complaint. Somebody from backend close the complaint without any confirmation. I am a bit worried...

I bought brand new lg ac in mumbai and 2 days back it was delivered to me.
I was told that rs. 999 will be the installation charges till 1 year from the date of purchase. His technician has already admitted that it is beyond his capability to solve the problem.
So i requested them to send someone who is able to but instead i am humiliated...

Bought water purifier ww172ep on july 2019 and stopped working on feb 2020. Raised multiple complaint and they visited more than 6 times.. But problem sti same. Now thay stopped accepting call and not giving any response. When calling customer support, they are speechless.
I have even bought i year extended service when i purchased the product.
If they can't repair, they can provide my money back

I am using a washing machine of lg for last 20 years. I have did also major servicing by lg & i was satisfied.

For last 6 months i am facing issues but the authorised service center infinity is not able to resolve the issue.

The engineer came & told that this machine can not be serviced. It was advised by...

Despite of repeated complaints and reminders to the personnel and also in the customer care, i have not yet received the service of the outer unit which was supposed to be free and is due since past many months.

Outlandish after sales service being provided by LG.

The request was raised on Jan 12, 2020 and is still pending to be resolved.
