We had purchased a lg split ac 1.5 ton in november 2018 through amazon. During the winter season of 2018 it wasn't used much and when we tried to use it in summers of 2019 we found that the gas has leaked and the cooling was not happening, since it was within warranty the gas was filled on placing the complaint and we were assured that the product was not faulty and the leakage happened while the installation of the ac. The service engineer even assured us that this would not happen again. However, this year again we are facing the same issue we again contacted lg and the service engineer who visited us this time confirmed that the valve is of the outer unit is also damaged because of which gas is leaking. We have two concerns here:
1. If this was the problem why were we not told about it last year when the product was under warranty?
2. What is the guarantee that there is no other part besides the valve which is damaged, which we might discover next year.
We have been using numerous lg products for the past 12 years and this is the first time that we are facing such an issue on a brand new purchase. We are fully convinced that it is a faulty product that has been sold to us through amazon and would request you to get this replaced as the earliest. The receipt of the product is also attached with this mail. Request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange for replacement of this ac at the earliest.

Within the last week my complaints have been cancelled twice without a proper resolution. The solution that is being provided is to pay Rs. 5200 and get the gas filled with the replacement of the valve post which 3 months period warranty would be given for gas leakage. This complaint is not for repair of the AC but for replacement of the faulty unit. If the unit cannot be replaced then in that case proper inspection of the outdoor unit should be done and free of cost repair of the unit should take place with the warranty of 1 year. The resolution that is being provided by ideal solution person Mr. Vivek is just the normal course that we follow when gas leakage happens for the first time in an AC. But this issue is happening for the second time with us.

      I purchased the above 32" ledplus cinema 3d smart tv in 2012 and hardly used it for 4 years in the last 8 years. It has stopped working and i booked a complaint with the lg authorized service centre. A technician came and inspected and said the motherboard is gone and lg has stopped the model and spare support is also stopped after 5 years. I had coughed up rs.48, 300/- for the purchase and now he says it has to be scrapped. So pathetic that lg does not provide spare support after 5 years. Had i known this, i would not have purchased it in the first place. I want a solution.

      We have been charged Rs.413/- (I suppose Rs.350 + 18% GST) just for your technician to come and check and say that product support is stopped. That could have been told over phone itself. AND NO INVOICE WAS GIVEN TO ME FOR THE PAYMENT. IS THIS HOW LG WORKS? PATHETIC AND SHAMEFUL TO SAY THE LEAST.
      Please note, I got to know of the above reference numbers from your sms only and no invoice was given to me for the payment and even the feedback option by sms didn't work.

            Hi lg team,

            This is to inform you that i had purchase an ac last year in aug 19 but same is not cooling properly actually room temperature is not gone down even in 16 degree celsius. Many service executive comes but the actual problem is not found by any executive. Request you to please arrange a good service executive with full authority to check deeply what is the issue. Otherwise it is worst product for me. I am a using lg products from last 15 year but this is the worst product for me if the problem is not resolved.

                Ø 6th May – Service engineer Mr. Afrid visited the place after multiple calls and told me that the issue is related to Gas choke and will be transferred to different team

                False status were continuously done on the ticket (attached screenshot as “False status updatedSMS”) and multiple follow ups were done from my end (attached screenshot as “Follow up call for gas charge_1, Follow up call for gas charge_2”)

                o False status was first updated as on Saturday 23rd May, saying the call will be attended on Monday, 25th May but no one visited the house

                o Another false commitment was made on Monday, 25th May after multiple follow ups saying the call will be attended on Tuesday, 26th May, but to no avail and no response

                o LG Engineer Shanmugam called me on Wednesday, 27th May around 3:43 PM saying that he cannot visit the place and do gas charging as moisture will come and will come on Thursday, 28th May

                o LG Engineer Shanmugam visited the place after multiple follow ups on Thursday 28th May around 4:50 PM for gas charging and since it got dark after a while committed to come on Friday 29th May for further completion of work

                o LG Engineer Shanmugam visited the place again on Friday 29th May and completed the work but the issue was not resolved so called Mr. Irfan from my place and explained the issue to which Mr. Irfan told to tilt the product and see if it works and later committed to come on Saturday 30th May for resolution

                o Saturday 30th May, called LG Engineer Mr. Irfan to know by what time he will come, to which his response was that he won’t come

                Below is the call summary of calls made to respective LG representatives over the entire duration -

                  I have complained through lg online app that my usb port of my tv was not working. My ticket no cnn [protected]. One of their technician prodip das talked with me over phone several times and also told me that he will visit my house to check the problem o[censored]sb port but suddenly today on 31.05.2020 i saw their app that the pcb of my tv has been broken and i refused to repair and they cancel the service call.. No technician visit my house to examine the tv. They imagine by sitting in their office that pcb is broken. How pathetic lg service centre. They just ruined the goodwill of lg company.in future me and my relative and also my friend circle never bought any lg product due to their pathetic service centre. Shame!

                    I had purchased my ac a year ago from the lg store on[protected]. Now we are looking for ac service which is provided by the lg 3 free services for one year from date of purchase. We had reached multiple times to the lg customer care and the concerned person but still, none of the action has been taken. One service agent which is suppossed to come his name is praveen kohli call me and asking for home address and said that your area is not in my control so i will another engineer for your service but none of the engineer has been visited from last 7 days and i reached there website also lg.com raised my query there also the lg representative call on 29-may-2020 from this number-[protected] (Milan patel) and said that our engineer shall be visited within 24hrs but onone of the engineer has been visited yet... Please take some action regarding this at lg and request my ac service

                      I a having lg tv led model no43uf690t - tc of year 2015. Now on 17 feb 2020 i have applied for extended warranty for 1year by paying sum of rs.5310 to lg representative vijay mistry of malad mumbai location, around 5th od march my tv diaplay stopped working suddenly so i call the operator vijay mistry to check and replace my tv display in warranty, he said on basis of soft copy diaplay cannot be change. So now almost 3month gone still i have not received hard copy of invoice copy, yes i agree that you will give reason that due to lockdown delay happen but for kind information lockdown started from 22march 2020 so why dont i got my invoice within1month. Now fron last 3month my tv is shutted my family is bored at home without tv. Before takeing the money and suggesting for extended warranty service provider said we will solve your problem within 2days... So this is just for sake of sale of product ans earn money right...

                      Now my question is how long i have to wait and when will this issue goinf to resolve and i have lost almost 3 month so i want extended warranty to be extend till june 2021.

                        service warranty denied for air conditioner

                        Dear lg service team,

                        This has reference to my lg air conditioner (Model: lsn5at3df6. Amgaudm, sl. No. 503pawk034057) which was brought in 2015 with an 4 year extended warranty on condenser (Refer attached warranty card pic) and the same was valid up to 12 april 2020.

                        In the month of march, 2020, i found my ac lost all its gas and not able to cool. Due to covid19 lockdown could not contact your customer care...

                        I have purchased a lg tv model 32lb5820 in the year 2015. This tv developed some problem during oct.2019. The screen went blank and only the sound was coming. After some the sound also stopped. The lg service centre at thalassery, kerala was approached. The set was taken to the centre. It was seen that the back lights were damaged. These were replaced and the tv restored during first week of nov.19 and rs.6975/- was charged for repairs. The same problem reoccured in march 20 i. E after a period of 4 months only. This time also the damaged back lights were replaced without any charge, being under warranty. On 23.05.20 again the screen went blank and only the sound was coming. The service center at thalassery was contacted for help. A whatsup message was sent to the center on25.05.20. On 27.05.20 the center was again contacted and it was told that a se will check the tv on 28.05.20. On 28.05.20 the center contacted the undersigned and enquired about the problem. The problem was explained to him. He was of the opinion that the problem may of the back lights and the tv is to be taken to the center for repairs. Accordingly the tv was taken to the center on 29.05.20. This case was attended by mr. Jishad. I told him that as per the previous experiences the problem is with the back lights. The reaction of mr. Jishad was very rude. He told if i knew about the problem why i did not repair the the tv myself instead of taken to the repair centre. When i protested he even challenged me to make a complaint about the incident and offered his personal details. This sort of attitude from your service personnel is highly deplorable. I am a senior citizen of 73 years and took all the trouble to take the tv or repairs. Further i will think twice before opting for any lg product based on this experience. I may also share this bad experience with my contacts so that they can be prepared for such ill treatment. [protected]@yahoo.com

                                Last friday i purchased a LG led 65 inches from natraj enterprises sector 35, chandigarh. The actual prize of LED tv is 85000 but the authorised person provide me that led 93000 ... no issues but now my concern is that almost one week completed but no one visit at my place for installation of led tv... that natraj enterprises totally rubbish survise provider ... me and my husband called them so many times but they never sort out my problem .. now i go for consumer court

                                  I've purchased LG air conditioner from amazon a year ago. And when I want to use the air conditioner then it's not passing any cooling from it so I've made complaint through their WhatsApp number and got the complaint number "RNP[protected]" 0n 20th May 2020 and after three days when I didn't get any response from them then I've checked my complaints status through their website and the complaint service was given to "Infinity service" Vasant Kunj. And the I contacted infinity service and the person said that the complaint was registered on 22nd may with them. And said we will visit your premises and check the error and after 2 days a person name rakesh came and check the error and found it is gas leakage. He didn't fixed it but took a photo of bill and said we'll contact you Tomorrow and will fixed it. Its almost one week and I've called them everyday and they continuously said we are coming and never showed up yet. Now they are saying YOUR COMPLAINt is not registered with us. Please make a new complaint. This is ridiculous. They make me wait for almost 10 days and now staying make a new complaint number and wait again. I've checked the status again and found that the complaint was cancelled by infinity service with reason installation site is not ready and what the ### is that. This is the worst customer service I've faced till yet. I'll submit a complaint in Consumer court and stop my People to buy any Lg product.

                                    From last 1 year my ac was going to your service station again and again but the same result always, gas leakage problem. Multiple times i have been charged for the same problem. The service center is infinity services, 80/9 kishan garh, vasant kunj, new delhi-110070, delhi india. I am fed up with this type of irresponsible task completion. Its like my money is snatched by company multiple times. Please look into the issue and do the needful.

                                      I have raised a complaint for repairing our refrigerator which has not been working properly. It is under warranty and i raised the complaint 4 days ago. I called the lg customer care number who asked me to raise it through an app, i did and then they assigned it to some technician who picked my call after 2 days and says he cant come to my house as it is very far off, so i asked him to transfer it to someone near and he didnt. Finally i got hold of the area service manager for hyderabad, mr srikanth's number ([protected]). After calling him multiple times he finally picked the call and took my complaint number and address and thereafter stopped responding to my calls. It has been four days and till now there is no progress or resolution in sight of the issue and looks like everyone is only bothered about shifting the responsibility from one person to another. This is such a poor and pathetic service, completely unexpected from someone like lg.
