service warranty denied for air conditioner

Dear lg service team,

This has reference to my lg air conditioner (Model: lsn5at3df6. Amgaudm, sl. No. 503pawk034057) which was brought in 2015 with an 4 year extended warranty on condenser (Refer attached warranty card pic) and the same was valid up to 12 april 2020.

In the month of march, 2020, i found my ac lost all its gas and not able to cool. Due to covid19 lockdown could not contact your customer care...

I have purchased a lg tv model 32lb5820 in the year 2015. This tv developed some problem during oct.2019. The screen went blank and only the sound was coming. After some the sound also stopped. The lg service centre at thalassery, kerala was approached. The set was taken to the centre. It was seen that the back lights were damaged. These were replaced and the tv restored during first week of nov.19 and rs.6975/- was charged for repairs. The same problem reoccured in march 20 i. E after a period of 4 months only. This time also the damaged back lights were replaced without any charge, being under warranty. On 23.05.20 again the screen went blank and only the sound was coming. The service center at thalassery was contacted for help. A whatsup message was sent to the center on25.05.20. On 27.05.20 the center was again contacted and it was told that a se will check the tv on 28.05.20. On 28.05.20 the center contacted the undersigned and enquired about the problem. The problem was explained to him. He was of the opinion that the problem may of the back lights and the tv is to be taken to the center for repairs. Accordingly the tv was taken to the center on 29.05.20. This case was attended by mr. Jishad. I told him that as per the previous experiences the problem is with the back lights. The reaction of mr. Jishad was very rude. He told if i knew about the problem why i did not repair the the tv myself instead of taken to the repair centre. When i protested he even challenged me to make a complaint about the incident and offered his personal details. This sort of attitude from your service personnel is highly deplorable. I am a senior citizen of 73 years and took all the trouble to take the tv or repairs. Further i will think twice before opting for any lg product based on this experience. I may also share this bad experience with my contacts so that they can be prepared for such ill treatment. [protected]@yahoo.com

    Dear LG India,

    I purchased a LG 5 star AC on 09th Feb 2020 from LG BRAND STORE - SRI VEDIC ELECTRONICS using my axis bank credit card. I suppose to receive 3000 cashback and the no cost emi interest amount within 90days. almost 110 days over but there is no cashback received.

    I went to store last week and they asked me to submit the invoice and last 4months creditcard statement, i submitted almost a week back and there is no response and not answering my phone also. Can you take some action on this issue.

          Last friday i purchased a LG led 65 inches from natraj enterprises sector 35, chandigarh. The actual prize of LED tv is 85000 but the authorised person provide me that led 93000 ... no issues but now my concern is that almost one week completed but no one visit at my place for installation of led tv... that natraj enterprises totally rubbish survise provider ... me and my husband called them so many times but they never sort out my problem .. now i go for consumer court

            I've purchased LG air conditioner from amazon a year ago. And when I want to use the air conditioner then it's not passing any cooling from it so I've made complaint through their WhatsApp number and got the complaint number "RNP[protected]" 0n 20th May 2020 and after three days when I didn't get any response from them then I've checked my complaints status through their website and the complaint service was given to "Infinity service" Vasant Kunj. And the I contacted infinity service and the person said that the complaint was registered on 22nd may with them. And said we will visit your premises and check the error and after 2 days a person name rakesh came and check the error and found it is gas leakage. He didn't fixed it but took a photo of bill and said we'll contact you Tomorrow and will fixed it. Its almost one week and I've called them everyday and they continuously said we are coming and never showed up yet. Now they are saying YOUR COMPLAINt is not registered with us. Please make a new complaint. This is ridiculous. They make me wait for almost 10 days and now staying make a new complaint number and wait again. I've checked the status again and found that the complaint was cancelled by infinity service with reason installation site is not ready and what the ### is that. This is the worst customer service I've faced till yet. I'll submit a complaint in Consumer court and stop my People to buy any Lg product.

              From last 1 year my ac was going to your service station again and again but the same result always, gas leakage problem. Multiple times i have been charged for the same problem. The service center is infinity services, 80/9 kishan garh, vasant kunj, new delhi-110070, delhi india. I am fed up with this type of irresponsible task completion. Its like my money is snatched by company multiple times. Please look into the issue and do the needful.

                I have raised a complaint for repairing our refrigerator which has not been working properly. It is under warranty and i raised the complaint 4 days ago. I called the lg customer care number who asked me to raise it through an app, i did and then they assigned it to some technician who picked my call after 2 days and says he cant come to my house as it is very far off, so i asked him to transfer it to someone near and he didnt. Finally i got hold of the area service manager for hyderabad, mr srikanth's number ([protected]). After calling him multiple times he finally picked the call and took my complaint number and address and thereafter stopped responding to my calls. It has been four days and till now there is no progress or resolution in sight of the issue and looks like everyone is only bothered about shifting the responsibility from one person to another. This is such a poor and pathetic service, completely unexpected from someone like lg.

                  I have been facing issue with my washing machine since from the day i bought it and started using it. The machine is vibrating like hell and moving from its place. We have raised this confirm several times with lg customer care and the technicians just visited my place and was not able to rectify the issue. We have kept out patience till date but now things are becoming worst in our daily lives due to this washing machine. This doesn't seems an automatic machine as it badly vibrates and moves from its place and we have to hold it very hard in every wash so that it should not leave its place. This is an very dangerous situation as it may harm us physically.

                  I have recently raised few request with lg team however the technicians are misbehaving with us and not answering our calls most of the time.

                  As per the discussion with them it seems that there is manufacturing defect and this should go for replacement.

                  We are in discussion with one of the staff of lg whose name is mr. Sagar. He is giving us false commitments and while asking to provide the same over the email, he just says that he will drop us an email however from last 3-4 days we are doing follow up with him and he is just not sending any email confirmation.

                  If this issue doesn't gets resolved i will have to take legal actions against the company and will raise this issue on various social media forums.

                    Purchased a new ac and the installation has not been done till date. It has already been 4 days since the purchase and no one is responding properly. I had the idea about the worst customer support by lg but had no other option. The authorized service center people are very rude and not responding properly. Simply sitting and eating is what they comfort the most. This comes under essential service but what is the company doing keeping such kind of staff. There are thousands of jobless people outside who are desperate to earn money but these people don't see that. I understand that there is pandemic going on but you can't always give that excuse for everything and simply sit back. Learn to live with it, and if given an opportunity to help people with your work, don't lay back. See how lucky you are to atleast have a job that pay's you but also understand the reason why you are being paid and justify fir it.

                        Starting this email of being in an illusion of a happy customer which has been broke by the LG team because of a product which I purchased in June 2017.

                        Here by I am mentioning the details of the product which I purchased from LG.

                        Product Name : LG Split Inverter AC (JSNQ12BPXA)

                        I used this AC in 2017, the year in which I purchased it for 3 months. After that in 2018 I used it for only 2 months when suddenly one day it stopped cooling and just blew normal air.
                        I contacted the customer care of LG to get it rectified and the engineer told me that the gas has finished in the AC, when I heard this I got shocked to know that I only used the AC for around 4- 5 months and how can the gas get finished so early. I asked the same from the engineer on which he informed me that in this inverter AC this problem is there of gas getting finished so early. I was shocked to hear that LG would be making such kind of products too.
                        Then I did not fill the gas the same year in 2018, I contacted the engineer in 2019 again.
                        The engineer had a look at the AC they also checked for the leakage which they were not able to find out.So they filled the new gas in AC for Rs 4000 and told that if the gas gets finished before 2 months then there might be some issue with the gas leakage then will have to get it checked from the company.
                        I used it for 3 months no problem came during that, but this year in 2020 I just started my AC and what I am seeing right now is that again the AC is not cooling.
                        I contacted the service team, the technicians came and told that there is sometime gas leakage from joints but they did not tell the resolution for it instead they told me to purchase the AMC for Rs4000, so means is this a promotional event going on.
                        So I need to spend Rs 4000 each year for the maintenance of AC whereas I only use it for 2 – 3months. They told me this issue usually comes in this AC so if this is the reason that this cannot be rectified that please take back this piece of crap and refund my money, I would rather purchase other brand ACs.
                        I think this is my biggest mistake of my life the day I purchased the AC of LG company.
                        Many of my friends suggested to me that to buy some other brand AC’s, but although I got stuck to the same brand LG because of the reason that I am using many other products of LG and I have never got so much troubled with them.
                        This has become a big burden on my life. I do not wish to spend Rs 4500 every year for filling up the same gas.
                        I just want the proper resolution to get an exchange for this product or refund my whole money and take this worst AC back.

                          Sir my LG 1.5 ton split AC not cooling the room, and AC compressor stops working automatically after some time. I purchased AC on 14/may/2019. I contact with the LG coustmer care before 14/may/2020, but due too lock down I am not able to call there coustmer care helpline number. Then on 16/may/2020 I complain them through there what's app number and they gave me complain I'd (RNP[protected]. Complain is with the name of Mr. Laxman Singh, contact number = [protected].
                          Now Despite of repeated complaints and reminders to the personnel and also in the customer care, i have not yet received the service which was supposed to be free.
                          The request was raised on 16/may/ 2020 and is still pending to be resolved.

                            सर 2019 में हमने एक एलजी का एयर कंडीशनर ₹45000 में खरीदा था लेकिन उसमें कूलिंग नहीं होने के कारण हमने सर्विस सेंटर पर संपर्क किया लेकिन उसके बाद भी कॉलिंग प्रॉब्लम अभी तक ठीक नहीं हुई है उनको बार-बार कॉल करने पर कहते हैं कि आज आ जाएंगे कल आ जाएंगे लेकिन अभी तक नहीं आए हैं और ना ही कोई इस बारे में सुन रहा है जब भी उनके पास फोन करते हैं तो वह गलत तरीके से बात करते हैं हमारे द्वारा एलजी केयर में कंप्लेंट नंबर है rnp[protected] हम इसे इसी से 1 साल से परेशान हैं कृपया करके हमारी सहायता की जाए एसी में केवल गर्म हवा आ रही है, मेरा मोबाइल नंबर [protected], [protected]

                                Let's say Covid-19 will stay 1year with us that means your guys won't come for one year to install my Ac.If this is the case then why are you selling your product.I think I made a mistake for choosing LG instead of choosing Voltas which provides very good service during this pendemic.

                                      Number of times we have lodge complaint 2 times dated 12th april 2020 and 19th may 2020 regards cooling and defrost problem in lg refrigerator with rnp[protected] and rnp[protected]. Still we haven't receive any resolution, infact the person who are talking on call are doing very rude behavior. Warranty is still continue as total months after purchasing is only 12th august 2019 from sargam india electronics pvt ltd. Preet vihar new delhi.
