I bought a double door lg refrigerator model no gl-t502fpzu from croma electronics paying inr 53, 990 and 2 years extended warranty inr 4, 990 on thursday (20th aug 2020). Fridge was delivered on 21st aug 2020 afternoon. But the installation & demo didn't happen till now. A lg representative walked into my home yesterday (24th aug 2020) around 7:00 pm and asked for a knife to cut open the packing material of the fridge. His name is karthik with phone number [protected]. He was very rude and showed his frustration on me. I said that i don't have a knife which cuts the packing material, he simply walked away without doing anything. Such people with attitude should be fired from the organization. The expectation is that lg representatives who are coming for installation and demo should carry their own tools. People is service industry should first learn how to behave with their customers instead of yelling at them. As a working women, i had to stay back taking 3 days leave (22nd, 24 & 25th aug) for the installation, but till now no calls from either lg or croma on the installation and demo. I sincerely need compensation from lg end for putting me in trouble and going on lop. I will definetly take it to social media if i dont get immediate response from lg end

2nd time I have also ordered and 15 days gone but no update from giffiti.
I request lg to look into this and get this resolved asap or else this time have to go in consumer court and file complaints against lg and giffiti.
