I purchased lg fully automatic washing machine (T8077nedlk) from ace electronics, great india mall, sector-38a, noida on 1st sept 2019. On 2nd sept machine was delivered and installed. At the time of installation, my wife pointed out that it has a big dent at the lower end which installation engineer (Neeraj –[protected] denied any such dent and installed it. I informed this defect and shared the pictures of the same with the showroom sales person. Showroom sales person offered me to get the body replaced instead of whole unit, which i denied. Since then i talked to several person from lg service dept. (Lg service engineer [protected], supervisor dharmender ([protected]), ms ritu singh, anuj ([protected]). However, everybody start from repairing the body and then assured me to get the replacement still no action has been taken yet.
Lastly, i was in a discussion with mr anuj and on his suggestion, i selected higher capacity (8 kg - 780sjbk1z) washing machine and paid the differential amount on 15 oct as lg does not have same model (7kg) available. However even after 1 week, i do not know the actual status. This is the height of lg customer satisfaction and service.
I called lg showroom manager – mr. Shaildera ([protected]) many times and visited the showroom also, every time he assured me that he is in discussion with service dept. And soon i will get the replacement. I don’t know when this discussion ends and action will be taken.
Looks like everybody is simply passing the ball in others court and doing nothing and nobody is really interested in resolving the issue.
• why everybody is emphasizes to get the washing machine body replaced instead of the unit when the fault is from the showroom/lg side.
• the packaging of the washing machine (Refer the pic) is broken which they tried to fix by tape, which indicates that the lg showroom personal knows that this piece is defective before the delivery. Why a defective unit be delivered to the customer?
• why installation engineer lied and installed the defective piece even when my wife pointed the dent at the time of installation. Looks like lg showroom get rid of the defective unit by pushing it to their customer with the help of installation engineer.
• why i have to call them and remind them the pending issue? It is the duty of lg to resolve the issue but nobody cares in lg once they sold out the product.
Now i need my money back as i do not want lg product anymore.

The problem is company has taken no steps that's why I put my complaint. and you marked this as resolved. Why would anybody put their complaint if the companies respond to their customer issues. This is hilarious !!! Not understand what you are expecting?

    I had registered at lg service center for repair of my washing machine. The complaint no. Cn[protected] was registered and a technician fixed an appoint the next day. He came and after inspection he said that both drain motor and sensor need to be replaced which would cost around 5, 800/- thinking that the washing machine is imported, the cost specified would be genuine, i asked him to proceed. He got the parts fixed.

    However, the next day when i checked the price of the spare parts, i was shocked that he had charged exorbitantly.in the evening i wanted to clarify the same at their given address. To my surprise there's no such repair and service center with the name of bird view in that place. I called the land line and it was out of service. I called the mobile and the gentleman who spoke said that any company makes profit and since you agreed to the price nothing can be done.

    He is providing repair services to lg and many customers who believe that he would be genuine are getting cheated like i have been cheated. He has no office, no gst registration and is running a fraudulent business.

    A copy of his invoice is attached herewith for your perusal. I would request that he refund the extra amount charged and he should be blacklisted for cheating the public.

    After calling the LG Customer Care, I got an SMS with Complaint No.CN[protected] with code 4001. Thereafter, I received a call from a Technician by name Tousif from Bird View who had this complaint number. After verifying the number I was convinced that I'm dealing with a genuine professional from LG and hence proceeded.

    If this dealer Bird View is not authorized by LG, how did the technician get the complaint number on his mobile. Bird View has registered with LG and hence he got a call for repairs and servicing.

    How do I share my contact details as I cannot disclose here.
    I have every item from LG at home as I trust and believe in LG. However, my above complaint is still pending and wonder if LG Support Team will eventually resolve it. I can be reached on [protected]@gmail.com

      I had purchased lg washing machine "lg 6kg fl fht1006snw" on 25th june 2019, invoice # [protected] from reliance retail, r. T nagar, bangalore.
      By the trust on the quality of lg, we have purchased washing machine, tv, and fridge from reliance retail, but it is miserable to see unprofessional and non-technical service team who doesn't know how to install the appliances,
      They were rushing to complete their targets assigned for the day.
      They installed washing machine without removing the packing bolts due to which there was a major noise and movement due to which we were not able to use the machine, after raising complaints, technical team unable to identify the issue, from past 2 months we are not able to use the machine due to the defective piece delivered to us.
      I request to the lg management to take necessary action and to replace the defective material at the earliest.
      Your prompt and immediate action will be appreciated.

        I have brought lg split ac two years back & now having issues with ac compressor. Though lg is giving 10 years warranty for compressor, but when they came to know it's compressor fault they are not covering it. Instead of that, they are telling other parts are damaged & you need to pay extra money. Registered complaint 3-4 on their customer care number & online., but they are not escalating it to high level & after 1-2 days they are closing that compliant number without even contacting or informing the customer. I have been contacting them from past 15 days, but they aren't responding. Worst customer service from lg!!!

          Horrible experience with LG Product and LG
          I bought a new LG washing machine from Flipkart in August-2019, and within 20 days stopped working properly. Logged complaint on 08-Sep-2019 with LG Customer Care, ticket# RNP[protected]. LG Service men came 4 times, to repair the washing machine, but to no use. Finally concluded that it has to be replaced.
          Since then I have been constantly following up with LG. Everytime I call LG Customer care, they give a new contact number to call. And I keep of following up with the person. In last 48 days, I had contacted LG nearly 40 times through different mediums. But it is such a pathetic company that it has no interest in sovling customer problem. Neither the company is replacing the defected machine, nor it is refunding the amount.
          Behavior of LG is even worse than a road side shop. Even they has some level of honestly, but in LG, there is no such thing.

            I have 43 inch led tv, which has got back light issue i called to lg service center, lg engg came and ideentified the issue is black spot they have taken the tv they told 6400 and it will take 4 days after that i called them they not responded properly and they told so many reason for few days after 15 days i called to lg service head bangalore through him i connecte to service center
            They told today we will deliver, tomarrow we will delivery... This continues four days after that i told them i will go to consumer complaint they after three day they delivered the tv but the calirity is notsame as compare with before service i asked them regarding thei but the engg did not answered me and the remote is also not working all the options are changed i dont know what to do and they have not given the bill also they came and delivery the tv without giving bill and they have not answered for my query clarity issue i messaged them to give bill i will slove through consumer they have not responded what can i do my son and wife is not happy with the tv because of clarity is not good compare to before service.

              I purchased a Washing machine under exchange and they gave one promocode. While going to redeem in electricity bill, it says this offer is not applicable for this product. I want to know whether they are actually giving or cheating us. They taken my old machine also. While contacting the toll free they told to send feed back to PAYTM with the error message screen shot. But even for that there is no response from both side.

              I don't know why the company playing like this.

              Now the company collected the old machine without paying any amount to the customer and also they cheated us.

              Regarding this I need immediate solution

                This is a summary of my harrowed experience of having bought an lg refrigerator by putting in our hard earned monies! We have always had other brands of refrigerators but it was my mistake to think i should try lg because ultimately, i am the loser ie. Within hardly a few months of purchase, it is leaking water inside and outside with pools of water on the floor ; now it is rusted at hinges, the gasket has turned black in several places. This is going on since june & my contact with your team has been as below, and all relevant photos sent and taken by them as well :

                Observation of leakage : june 2019

                Complaint lodged : rnp[protected] on july 30, 2019 (After being sent around in circles ie. Contact service centre and after speaking /interacting with several backoffice team members, another complaint no. Was registered ie. Rpn[protected]

                Visit to andheri service centre : october 4, 2019

                Escalated on your website for complaints not attended to : cn[protected]

                The absurd and ridiculous suggestion is to ask me to move the refrigerator from the location that the builders have provided for all flats! I am amazed at even been told this! As mentioned above, we personally visited the service centre at andheri and met your team and in fact, the service team have themselves accepted that this is an unfortunate situation that we are facing but are still awaiting for the internal approval from lg to get the refrigerator replaced.

                I am sure if any of the sr. Management / board of directors put themselves in our shoes, they will understand how frustrating it is to follow up continuously even when they know that this issue cannot be resolved and needs replacement of refrigerator. I have been forced to write on this forum as an escalation point to get the team to attend immediately and replace this defective piece. Not only have i been violated of my right to get a quality product but now, there is no response at all from lg - a company whose logo says 'life's good' - maybe for the employees but definitely not for me.in fact, as mentioned earlier, i regret having made this purchase and even tried out an lg product as this is the first time i have bought an lg refrigerator.

                Due to non resolution of the problem, as mentioned above, i have once again escalated this again on lg site cn[protected]. However, if it goes into the whatsapp mode of interacting with your back office team, it will be futile and i will be sent around in circles with different back office staff calling me - each not knowing what has transpired earlier, and i have to repeat the same story again and again and again till i am completely at my wits end.

                I am escalating this to you in the hope that you will help a very unhappy customer of lg and not allow me to pursue any further escalation / social media route to express my deep distress on this matter.

                  2/1/19 purchased lg tv – 1-year warranty

                  9/23/19 tv not showing picture, sound is working

                  9/24/19 contacted lg customer service. We were told we would be contacted in 24-48 hours for a service appointment.

                  9/26/19 no call received. We contacted lg cs again and we were told the previous agent opened a problem ticket but didn’t send it to service. This agent tried to schedule a service appointment but she told us lg did not have anyone to service our address. We were told to call back in the morning.

                  9/27/19 called lg cs and spoke to ryan. We told him that since they could not service our location, we were demanding a replacement be sent. He said he would check into that and call us the next morning.

                  9/28/19 no call back from ryan. We called lg cs and spoke to peter. He reviewed the situation and spoke to a manager who approved the replacement. It was saturday and the shipping department was closed. Peter said he would call us at 9:00 am on monday to schedule the shipment of the replacement.

                  9/30/19 no call back from peter. We called lg cs and the agent told us the replacement was denied and we would have to wait 3-5 days for their service department to find a service provider. Later in the day we received an email stating that a repair request was sent to an authorized service center. Instead of showing a service center name the email said, “your repair servicer will be identified, and contact you within 3-5 business days”.

                  10/1/19 we received an email from lg telling us who the service provider is, and we should be contacted within 3 days to schedule an appointment.

                  10/2/19 rather than wait i called the provider and was told that he just received the email and he would call me back the next day.

                  10/4/19 no call back. We called him again and he told us that he didn’t service lg products and he didn’t know why he was given the service order. We called lg cs and were told they would escalate the problem and it will take another 3-5 days.

                  10/7/19 we called lg cs again and were transferred to the executive service dept. The woman we spoke to was very rude and said it hasn’t been 3-5 days. We disagreed saying it have been 10 business days since we first called about the problem. She said that doesn’t count. The 3-5 days starts when they escalate the problem. When we asked to speak to a manager, she said she was a supervisor and there was no one else to talk to. When we insisted on talking to her boss, she put us on hold and never came back to the call.

                  10/8/19 we received an email from lg stating that our service appointment that was scheduled for today, between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm has been cancelled. We were never told we had an appointment scheduled.

                  10/9/19 we called lg cs and were transferred to the executive service dept again. This time the agent was courteous, but essentially told us the same thing. She would escalate our replacement request and we would have to wait 24-48 hours for a manager to call. We also received the same email again saying our service appointment was cancelled.

                  10/11/19 end of day, no call from lg it has now been 14 business days since our first call to lg.

                  10/12/19 called lg to ask why we were not called in the 24-48 hour time frame. We were transferred to the executive service dept again. The gentleman i spoke with said he could not do anything because the department he needs to talk to is not open on saturday. He said the would put in a request to have the woman we spoke to on 10/9 call us monday morning.

                  All along we have insisted that since they did not have a service provider in our area, they should ship us a replacement. It would seem they just want to keep delaying us until we go away. Best buy will not do anything because the tv was purchased more than 30 days ago and they only service tvs that have their extended warranty.

                    We have purchased lg refrigerator on 12th oct... Before purchasing the dealer explained very good about product and other benefits of it so we have accepted to buy... He said he will give discount on product with his employee i. D code.. We may get additional discount on overall cost aftr entering otp he said... We received otp for our mobile... Aftr we received otp he said it is not available for ua product worth sorry madam
                    ... This is not the correct way to treat customers... Before buying they were well explained about every benefits but aftr payment totally fraud
                    Plz take immediate action regarding this we have to receive discount amt of rs 750 aftr applying the code but they weren't done sooo...

                      Hi team,

                      After reading about the product i still chose lg over samsung but i do regret that now because the product was silent only for a month.

                      I also doubt the store and product originality because i could observe severe changes in the product as it created sounds vibrations that was heard till my room at night times.

                      Despite sharing the concern lg always said it normal normal but i did not raise a compliant until and unless i observed for two months.

                      Engineers were sent to adjust the coils but first time sound improved but again the same issue started.

                      I expected a replacement of the compressor as it's waste investing 31, 000/- on this refrigerator.

                      I totally am unsatisfied putting my money and getting it wasted.

                        I purchased a convection microwave oven of model no. Lg mwo mc3286brum 32l on 17.08.2019 from reliance digital store of bistupur jamshedpur with four years extended warranty. On the time of purchase they said that "kal ek aadmi aapke ghar jayega demonstration k liye". But till now no one come. Only phone comes time and again (Minimum 10 times) and said "aapke oven ka demo hua". I said "nahi". They said "abhi tak nahi hua, ok main arrange karti hun. Kal ek aadmi aapke ghar jayega". Same dialogue again and again. We and our family leave other appointment and waiting for that man. When we call reliance digital same dialogue again. Its really irritating. I want to know "kis product ka demo hua kiska nahi iska record company ko uske executive batate nahi kya". Kya wo aadmi kisi dusre planet par rahta hai.
                        Now i want to know who will come & when (Date and time). I also want a written warranty extension of no. Of days of difference between purchase date and demonstration date.

                          My self sanjay jadhav & its ashamed to say that your company executive/dealer is not ready to exchange old lg tv. I had purchased lg product tv 32 inch 3 years back but in amazon offer fest i tried to place new lg tv with exchange offer but the same is not done by your dealer or [protected] executive. (Reason stated by your executive that spots are reflecting on tv screen) however it seem that your product is worth less within 3 years. I had also made full payment for the same but now your dealer is not allowing me to take benefit of exchange offer. When we had exchanged my lg tv on amazon having two available options your tv working or not working. My lg tv working same it is your dealer pick up picture.

                          Note - take the matter seriously & allow me to do exchange offer deal. (Hence will file complain to consumer forum & i will take the same matter at high lever grievance)

                            My fridge was repaired on 8th october 2019 by mr rohit of lg sector 105 noida branch. He charged me rs 3400 and my fridge is not working at all. Please refund my money. I told rohit technician that if fridge cannot be repaired then only repair it otherwise do not repair the fridge but he still repaired the fridge and fridge is not working.

                              I bought neo chef microwave in chennai on january 2019.
                              It's sparingly used and in sep stopped heating food.
                              The lg service centre in adambakkam sent a technician and he said coil needs to be replaced.
                              After 10 days he came with a coil and on fixing it a wire burning smell came. He said the board has shorted.
                              He has gone back saying will come after a few days.
                              This is shocking and a serious safety issue.
                              We paid around rs 31000 for this useless microwave.
                              I have bought many different lg products like fridge ac and washing machine but this experience with microwave is shocking.
                              I want either a replacement or my money back.

                                I bought a top load washing machine on 8th sep 2019 and trying to purchase amc for 3 years on 5th oct 2019 in chennai.

                                The lg customer support team is quoting as 3, 540 inclusive of gst, however, the product service engineer is demanding 4, 280. Narrated the incidents to support team and no resolution so far.

                                I have submitted my queries in the grievance form and it went vain. Though the difference amount is very less 700rs, however, it is kind o[censored]tilizing the opportunity by using their ignorance.

                                Please note, in this context, i am trying only purchase from lg and service and repair are nowhere related.

                                Please be aware of lg product team & support team.

                                  I have bought a led tv (Model - 42lf5530 atr from darbar traders pvt ltd on 29th feb 2016 and also opted annual maintenance cost (Amc) from 20/03/2018 to 19/03/2020. But in past and recently, there were many vertical lines appear on the screen, accordingly i called customer care, they register with complaint number - rnp[protected]. An engineer from lg service center came to my home and got snap shot of the panel telling that the panel became defective, so will get full replacement. But till today’s date i haven’t got the replacement nor rectify from lg customer service centre.in recent past days, regularly i had communicated with customer care and service centre. And nothing conclusive response is given by them. They provide me only one option that i have to pay them around rs. 22, 000/- (This amount is based on some short of depreciation policy). I just want my led with rectification is required (Which is covered under amc) with the same model which i had purchased. Don’t want to purchase any new modal.

                                  Kindly note i wasn’t described about this depreciation policy when i had opted amc. Now company can’t take step back to resolve my led issue. Present status of complaint is closed and reason is given to me is part is discounted.

                                  Your services are really dissatisfying to me as customer. Customer centre executive never take feed from customers as i had raised this complaint on 21st september, 2019 and so far without any valid reason my complaint has closed.

                                  I had paid for amc. Not to buy or exchange with new model. According to contract through amc, your company is bound for repair in any situation. Not to compel me to buy any new product. Well, i’m hoping the company will resolve the problem as soon as possible

                                    I got a washing machine in 2015. Top loading latest model. After 3 years pcb board had problem. Reapired once for 350 again after a year it conked off. Replaced with new board paying 4500. Now again board is giving prob after a month. Are the washing machines so bad? Lg especially. I'm too disappointed with lg as a product. It was reputed. I have seen many compliants with lg washing machine specially with these boards. Both front load top load giving lot ofproblems.

                                      I purchased front load washing machine 3 years ago. Now i got the issue in machine. Lg service person came and replied that pcb to be replaced. It will cost aorund 6000 rs. I invested 35k to purchase this machine and now i need to put 6-10k again to make it working.
                                      Further lg is not responding from 10 days to that service. Service person told that this item is not available.

                                      Please repain the item at earliest.

                                      Thanks to "Consumer Complaints" team for taking it up with LG.

                                      This is to inform you that LG is not treating customer properly. I got feedback from them and they have suggested me to exchange my 32K machine at cost of 11K. Full Depreciation in just less than 4 years. As LG is unable to provide spare part it is their fault. Why I should exchange my machine ?
                                      I have purchased machine thinking LG is reliable and machine will work for atleast 10 years. Here LG is asking me to depreciate it in 4 years. I am ready to pay for spare part but if that is not available in India then LG is at fault.
                                      I am thinking to sue LG in consumer court as well as take it to internet media & news with full potential and bring true face of LG to the market.

                                        I am radhakrishnan vp. I bought lg refrigerator gc-l 247 clav in may 2018. The refrigerator stopped working on 15 sep 2019. Lg consumer service was contacted but the service from lg technician was far from satisfactory. The technician came after 3 days. Since he could not find out the fault, they have taken th refrigerator to service centre on 18 sep 2019. But till today, the repair has not been carried out and the service centre has stopped attending the phone also. I am without refrigerator for past 15 days.
                                        I bought a premium product of lg and the service of the product is very very poor. Not at all satisfactory.
