Hi this plasma tv we bought on 15/04/2015
tv automatically got off.We raised the complaint on 1/9/2018 he visited the place and told me part are not easily available will follow up and repair.after follow up they told me get the tv to service center service center people told me that this will repair and give they collected advance amount 4000 rs.since then follow up they told will repair after sum time service person told we cant repair this u will get depression amount 40%.
for me depression amount is not criteria.When u sell a product for minimum 5 years u should give a service.Ur agency people made me run behind this [protected] and [protected] i communicated.And Mr jagdish area service manager i communicated but nothing is materialized.where as i stay away from service center its difficult run arounnd. When i asked i want to meet service center owner they made me to talk LG company representative.i am attaching a snap o[censored]r person he refusing to talk and uses sum rough language
my problem has to solved on the initial commitment with paid amount
When u sell its company responsibility to repair
even i spoke to ur call center RMP[protected] and RMP[protected] even u can check their also no proper follow up my complaint is very clear to them even they call and say ur washing machine is for repair how they judge it we dont know u can take that audio conversation.

    Hi all i am santosh singh have purchased lg refrigerator only 10 or 11 months ago on 25th have raised complain for non working of it. A technician visited on 26th and said there is some issue in compresser and some one else will visit. Since then am following with service centre but am only receiving numbers to be contacted but no solution, mumbai teams seniors number mrs. Sarita was shared with me but fantastically she is smart enough and do not pick any call, she is like a cat who closes her eyes while having milk assuming everything is fine and no one is looking her.

    Pathetic service response from service centre incase you are unable to reach all consumers either increase your product quality so it does not get faulty or your man power so they can attend complains.

      I have been trying to resolve phone issues with lg for months. This is my second lg phone that has had phone issues within the first year of purchasing the phone. Obviously a quality issue with the phone. I was talked into the lg g7 by a sprint rep who told me how dependable and reliable that phone was. I had problems with ongoing dropped calls, the speaker was working, the sound was muffled and battery didn't seem to hold a charge for long. I wanted a new phone but was not given one. I made countless number of calls to lg customer service. I would be put on hold for 45 mins. At a time after which i was sometimes disconnected. I would tell them i couldn't be on hold long due to the battery issue and they would say okay we won't put you on hold long, then they would put me on hold so long i would have to eventually hang up because the battery was running out. I provided a rep with a number of issues i was concerned about. I asked them to document my issues and concerns. They assured me they were doing so but when i called back i was told hee was no record of my concerns or prior conversation. I could go on and on and on, suffice it to say, worst customer service i have ever experienced. I eventually sent my phone in. It's a work phone also. They offered no replacement phone. When sprint transferred my data to an older phone i lost all my current work contacts and all the work programs my tech department had put on my phone. Data that was transferred was from 2018 not 2019 for some reason. Lg offered no pick up and no box to send phone back even though phone was still under the 1 yr warranty. I had to bring it to the fed ex office which was another nightmare and pay $8 for a box to ship it. After all that, the phone came back and i noticed cracks in the screen that weren't there before. You would only see them in the sunlight. I had a defender case and screen protector on my phone to avoid this. The battery was not better and when i charged it, it would say "slow charging". I tried different chargers. The battery life is not good still. The screen is freezing. I have been bounced back and forth from sprint, to lg to the insurance company to customer care. For today for example i have literally been on the phone since this morning. I am on hold with customer care and it is now 20 of 5. They want me to pay $242 deductible for them to replace the defective phone. Unacceptable. I need to hear from someone who can actually help me.[protected]

        I complained of my tv malfunction on 22/09/2019. I bought the tv nano cell 55 inch tv. With in a month of time i can see a straight line.
        I have received a some valuable points of the tv during the purchase but i am completely unsatisfied about the product how can this can happen within a month of time.
        After loggin the complain service engineer visited and they took some snaps of the tv. But i have clearly mentioned about the probelm and my concern.
        Instead of replacing the product i am in need of new tv to be replaced. Since the replacement of the particular part wont make sense since it can create some other issues
        In near future which i dont want to happen. Still i havent got any call back from them after 4 days.

          We purchased LG washing machine on 18/09/2016. It was top load automatic machine and we used to use it everyday. On 21st September, 2019 (Saturday) by 11:00 a.m. we were using the machine and suddenly the machine caught fire. The fire was so intense that there lot of black smoke. Our eyes were literally burning and whole house was engulfed in black smoke. Soon the fire started spreading in kitchen and the living room. Luckily, my brother got the gas cylinders from the neighborhood and tried to extinguish the fire. My dadi who is 90 years old couldn't bear the smoke and felt suffocated we immediately shifted her to our neighbours place. We were very fortunate that no one lost their lives. Now the question is who is responsible? LG company will say that it is fault of electrical connections and the electricians will say it is fault of machine. My point is that while designing machine all worst case scenarios should have been taken into consideration. It is clearly fault with machine design. The machine started burning from inside, it is evident by the pictures (as attached) of the burnt machine. Please find attached all the relevant proofs and photos along with bill of the machine.

          In the photos you can check the amount of damage caused by fire. You are also welcome to investigate and check the damage caused by fire. We have kept the burned machine as it is. We request you to please replace the machine and make good the loss caused to us via reimbursement. Awaiting for your concerned action on this.

            Hello,
            I had a led tv of 42 inch which was bought around june, 2013. Model number: 42le5500. Atr. The tv suddenly stopped working with only the logo on screen. I called the customer care for sending an executive for checking the problem and replacing whichever part is required. A representative visited my home and informed me that a part has to be changed and he would get it within two - three days. Later, i received a phone call from a representative of lg by the name of raju roy. The reference no. Of the conversation is[protected]. He informed me that lg stopped making the particular part and the company can offer no help. After insisting, he further told me that if the complaint was made within 6 years of purchase (Which is three months earlier), the company could provide compensation. I asked that representative to make me talk to a senior representative, to which he abruptly denied. Is this your attitude of “service” towards your customers, seriously? Just because it’s 3 months later than the stipulated time frame, a loyal customer gets no help? I am registering a case at the consumer court for the same, as i see that the lg company can’t help me. I was contemplating on buying one more tv from lg, namely oled tv of 55 inch for my personal room. But after such a bad response from your customer care, how am i going to trust your services in future?
            I have numerous high end lg products at home but i am very disappointed with the customer care response this time. I’d rather shift my loyalty to other competitors of lg and persuade rest of the nation to do so. I am sure there are many more customers like me whom i would like to voice at the court. This is an information mail so that we can talk about this reference in the court.

              I purchased lg television 3 years back worth rs 48000 now it is not working as per complaint status update spare parts are discontinue of product... They are valuing my existing tv value is rs 16000... As spares are discontinued... It is not my fault... Lg totally responsible to provide the service of product... I have purchased lg tv keeping in mind that it will work for min 10 years who will bear rs 32000 for using product for 3 years

                Lg tv 32inches ln 54 model bought in the year 2014 years. Tv display automatic black-out happening since past 8-9 days... But recently the whole display is gone... No picture is coming... I registered a complaint with [protected] while lg service man comes & checks... Says display is damaged... So will cost around 8500 rupees... For which a agreed and paid the guy who visited my place rs 2500/- advance and he took the t. V for repair and after few days he brought it back and the display was working he took the remaining amount and said that it is covered under warranty for next 3 months but the same problem started after 9 days when enquired with the guy who visited my place he kept on postponing and after my repeated request he visited my place and checked the tv and said some other sp air was not working and it is not serviceable and left. I try to reach him on his mobile number which was on the bill given to me but of no use, on my further enquirey i learnt that the feed back he has given to customer care is that he visited my place and charged for his visit rs.275/- and reported that the pannel was not working this is nothing but day light robbery please do take some action so that customers are not cheated the way i am...

                The complaint no. RNP[protected] has not been rectified even after 45 days of the machine having been kept at service center. Repeated query and trying to contact tech team has yielded no result. My product is in AMC. It has been thrice deposited at the local repair wksp, but not properly attended.

                  This is to inform that we have brought our lg refrigerator of model number gr-s352qlc years ago. Since day before yesterday, it suddenly stopped working. The lg engineer contacted said the fault is in pcb. Fridge is maintained very properly and in such a perfect condition that even the lg engineer who visited our home for checking himself accepted that it seems like the one kept for demo. Now we have been calling customer care services 24*7 and they are all like the company has stopped making its parts, so its of no use...
                  Its very unprofessional and disappointing to hear that people even use their refrigerator for 40 years without issue and here the company people are like they have nothing to do in this. And the parts aren't available, the company has stopped producing it so we can't do anything. We just want our fridge to be repaired on urgent and priority basis. All the things kept in it are getting rotten thick and fast. Please look into the matter

                    My single door defrost water spilling all over d fridge which hapnd earlier but mr raju frm lg fixed but this tym i cald mr ketesh frm customer care problem was very minor but he was confused and changd sum wire cost 1200 which i was continuoisly stoping him and dint give me the bill also and still problem not resolved later i came to knw d tray was bit tilt coz of tht water was coming down now they r not responding neither refunding ma money

                      I have purchased a side by side refrigerator on may 04th, 2019 but since day 1 the refrigerator was leaking and ice started forming on the items, that i kept in the refrigerator and they got spoilt. The demo person said it happens in the beginning and will stop after a few days. I complained to the customer care innumerable times and a few technicians/ engineers came and said a senior engineer will come. Then an engineer came for inspection, and stated that the refrigerator was defective.

                      Then i asked for refund of my money, but mr. Sanket, area service manager, on conference call with mr. Rajeev shah, branch manager, forced me to accept a replacement and promised that the company would refund the money if the replaced refrigerator would be faulty. Hence after 3 and a half months the refrigerator was replaced on aug. 20th, 2019.
                      The replaced refrigerator has the same problem and more. Now also the technicians have visited a few times and twice the engineers have inspected for more 2 to two and half hours, taking photographs and videos. After that, there has been no response till date.

                      Please help me to escalate my complaint to some higher authority so that i can get my refund at the earliest.

                      I am a senior citizen, aged 64 years, and my husband, aged 69 years, have gone through a lot of mental torture and harassment for more than 4 months now. Please do not force me to go to the consumer guidance society and on the social media as i had never ever thought that a lg, a mnc, would treat sr. Citizen customers in this way.

                      Hope my complaint is escalated to higher authorities and my refund is processed immediately.

                        Reference is made to rnp[protected]Complaint i'd) given to m/s. Sristhi smart solution (Mob no. [protected]) of guwahati, assam on 14 aug 2019. The complaint pertains to the defective front panel of my 32 ltr lg microwave owen. Now it's almost a month and still there is no response from either the service centre or from the service engineer (Mr. Kiran sarkar mob no. [protected]) who paid a visit to our home. Not even they reply to our call even after numerous attempts. My only query is that is lg unable to rectify my problem if so should i get my owen repaired from other outside vendors. Now my response to all my near and dear ones is to avoid lg products due to their poor after sales service. They should better go for samsung or whirlpool..

                          I purchased a lg ac ks-q18wnxd from sargam electronics on 9 april and since i purchases the ac i am facing issues with it. Actually the ac is not maintain cooling, also the room temperature never goes down from 28-30 degree. I complained to lg multiple times and sargam as well about the same.

                          1. First time when i complained to lg and sargam and engineer came to my place and they told me that some of the part is loose and they fixed it and everything will go fine now. But nothing was improved.
                          2. Second time when i filed the complaint they send the engineer again and he told me that there is some issue with gas the gas is not complete in the ac and he is going to send another engineer who will fill the gas in the ac. The second engineer came and filled the gas but nothing was improved. (The engineer also told me that this is an incompatible ac as per my location)
                          3. Third time when i filed the complaint an engineer came and checked the ac and cleaned it and told me that this is not a compatible ac for my location and if i want to use it i need to clear the filter and out door every single day. The problem was still there and nothing was improved.

                          This happened multiple times and filed complaints and the recent complaint i filed a engineer from their senior team came and checked the ac. He also told me that if i want to use the ac i need to clean the filter and the outdoor every second day. Also he told me that he changed some data in the ac and the performance will be better now. Nothing was improved.

                          I requested sargam electronics for help as well as the asm manish gupta ji but no one helped and told me that their device is the best. But i wanted to know, if this was the case where i need to clear the filter and the outdoor every second day, why it was not told to me at the time of purchase.

                          Lg devices are very bad and low performance. When i told their asm that other ac in my area from other companies are working fine and how could they if the issue is with my location, he told me that this is not their problem and denied to help.

                          Worst products and worst services.

                          I will go for any brand but never for lg again in my life. Also sargam electronics are selling products by making customers foll they are breaking the trust of customer in a product and brand. The first fault here is of sargam that they made a wrong pitch and the second fault is of lg that they are not ready to help and not willing to look into this.

                            We purchased lg fridge to replace our 11 years old completely problem free whirlpool fridge. This fridge lost its cooling in just over two months from purchase. We were out of town and when we came back all the items (Including costly medicines) stored in the fridge got spoilt causing us considerable financial loss. Also the fridge started stinking despite multiple cleaning as the water along with decayed food went into its rear side collection tank.

                            Now the role of lg service comes into picture. We raised a complaint as soon as we realised that the fridge is not working. The service engineer promptly came very next day and failed to identify the actual problem (His diagnosis was that it is a gas leak). Next day he came back and did some more checks. That is when he announced that the compressor of my two months old fridge is gone and has to be replaced. He requested 4 days time to get the parts and fix the issue. Today is the 11th day since we raised the compaint and we are without a fridge, waiting for lg service person to call us despite paying 30k to lg/amazon.

                            Now the follow-ups we did during these 11 days with amazon and lg.

                            1. A call to amazon customer care asking for a replacement. They made me understand their 10 days return policy and gave a number of a lg service point of contact.

                            2. I spoke to the point of contact 3 or 4 times asking for replacement. He assured me that if they can not fix it in 4 days he can discuss abut replacement. He never picked up my calls since then.

                            3. I sent a mail through grievance redressal form in lg site. Other than an automated reply, no actions or follow ups

                            4. I between spoke to multiple people at different levels in lg service center. They all gave me false promises for date of resolution and never took my follow up calls after that.

                            At the time of writing this feedback, i still dont have a solution

                            This complaint is not resolved even after a week. LG team is just delaying the repair. Pathetic service. Need someone to help by taking appropriate action.

                            They are not professional and whenever i call them, they give a different timeline to resolve the issue. No one is bothered to take proper action to fix the issue.

                              I complained of my tv malfunction on 20/08/2019. Service engineer visited and told that a particular part needs to be replaced. I agreed for the charges and he raised a request for the same. I was clearly told that time the said part is active and will be replaced in a very short time.

                              However, after more than 10 days of waiting, when i enquired with the customer care, i was informed that my complained has been cancelled and the reason given was that my tv is more than 10 years old (Which is completely baseless and false) and hence it can't be repaired.

                              How can lg refuse to service a product which was purchased at a cost of rs. 75000/-?. What am i supposed to do now?

                                This is to let you know that I bought one Oppo A5S(CPH1909) handset from your shop in Madinaguda, Hyderabad on 15th Aug 2019 7.30 PM. After putting the SIM next morning I checked the camera is not working as explained by the sales person while explaining the features of product and also the call did not establish to three different numbers after trying for three times each.

                                It is very clear that this is a defective product and I then came to their shop and clearly explained and returned the same handset to the sales man “Sandeep- [protected]“ on next day 16th Aug 7PM. I didn’t even use it for one day.
                                They confirmed they will go to service center and get it checked.
                                After several follow ups someone called me and said the phone seems fine as per the service center. Not sure when we have several problems why they are not listening. Then I called the store in charge Mr. Vishal[protected] and narrated the problem once on Fri-23-Aug and on Mon 26-Aug.
                                As per the store in-charge they will escalate it to their corporate office and get my money refunded. Also I emailed to theie ID: [protected]@paiinternational.in and [protected]@paiinternational.in and [protected]@paiinternational.in and meena.[protected]@paiinternational.in
                                Still there is no response from them even after three days.

                                After investing Rs11270 not used the product for even one day, the PAI shop is torturing me and I’m really undergoing lot of mental agony.

                                Request you to help me refund my amount Rs.11270 and pay me Rs.25000 towards the torture, agony and time spend towards this.

                                  Purchased refridge in march of 2019 — unit will not turn on called warranty and put in claim and they said it would be at least 2 wks before a tech would be available — what kind of service is this - the product broke in less than 6 months time - i have purchased many items in my lifetime but never had a experience such as this. Why would anyone in the no ever purchase a lg product with a warranty that is worthless

                                  I bought a double inverter five star lg ac 2 months back .immediately after installation it showed error code ch38. I have been repeatedly calling service centre and seller for the last 2 months but the issue has not been solved. I need a replacement. Kindly advice me how do I take legal action. I have been left with no other options.

Mechine buckets centre portion a cover made of plastic that cover and filter the centre portion of bucket.. I could not get that part.                                       I am owner of lg 42 pn 4500 tv in india

                                      On 31 july, my tv suddenly went off and i registered a complaint with lg customer care rnp[protected].

                                      To my horror, this guy comes and asks rs 38, 000 for repair.. Are you guys insane? He even charged rs 500 for that useless visit of 5 mins

                                      I know the first reaction of lg india will be that tv is out of warranty and outdated. But is that how you intend to retain customers??

                                      I am firm on taking this to consumer forum and social media and will not allow any of my friends and family to go for an lg product in future.

                                        Hi,

                                        I purchased the refrigerator in year 2012 and as per customer service and other details available on site my refrigerator is under warranty for the compressor. But the technician and his manager is saying that it is out of warranty because the warranty was for only 5 years.

                                        I have pasted the link below which says that the warranty is for 10 years and the compressor should be replaced free of cost.

                                        This is insane. Please fix it on priority.
