I registered a complaint for my refrigerator on 8th of june. Technician visited next day, who checked and left saying i will send another technician. Next day second technician came and after checking the fridge said fan motor not working, asked to change. We agreed. He took two days as the part was not available. After changing the part he asked us to check after 3-4 hours. But still error was showing and fridge was not working. Called him again and he said will visit by evening. He came next day and after checking fridge he said there might be a problem in motherboard. Next day he changed the mother board. But fridge was still showing error and not working. I called up the technician again.
Technician doesn't visit after giving time everytime. Even don't pick up phone. So i took the number of supervisor mr jagdish ([protected]) from customer care no. Mr jagdish now sent that technician along with third technician, who said there was wiring problem... Which he has repaired. They put back the old motherboard back in fridge. But problem was not solved. I called mr jagdish again for technician. They visited yesterday and asked me to switch off the fridge as they will come today morning and change the heter now. No one visited till afternoon. I called mr jagdish again as no one visited, he said mam switch on the fridge. If it works after 3-4 hours... Its fine otherwise you will have to change your fridge. And for this fridge (Purchased two years back) depreciation policy will apply.
Highly disappointed with the customer service. Feeling helpless for taking lg product. How can a fridge just stop working within two years of purchase. Please help. If this is the attitude people will stop purchasing lg products

    Pin of power cord of my refrigerator has burnt. On contacting, your service centre is ready to sale the product/new power cord on condition that i would have avail services for which separate amount will be charged. As such, your service centre is compelling me to avail your services which i have no need. Please provide me the rule/company policy under which such condition has been imposed on selling the above product.

      I got LG dual inverter ac one month back... Firstly persons send by LG to install it were highly untrained... They took 5 hours to install it... But not able to install... They cut our wrong wires... We call our our person to install it... Ater 2weeks it started showing ch 38...and cooling stopped... It stop working... Pathetic product and poor services... I want to return it... Please don't buy LG products... Useless..people warn me not to buy LG... I made a mistake...

      AC cooling is not working. AC is 6 year old two days before AC cooling is not working.
      Water leakage from bottom crisper compartment. Can not find the location of clogged condensate drain hole in Owner's manual.

        I am writing to complain about an untrustworthy service which your company service person provides to me.
        The issue is, from last 6 months, my washing machine (Which i have purchased from your company) was showing an error during working. When i complained regarding that, your service boy came and check the fault, which according to him, very minute hydraulic door problem. I ask him the charges to fix it and he said it will be free of cost but he said he will come again to fix it. Then again after 1 day another two person came to recheck that. When i ask them that once your service boy had already did it then why you came to recheck. They said that, earlier boy was not an authorized person, i send him because i was out of town due to my personal reasons. I am the official man and that's why we come again to recheck. It means that they send an untrained man earlier which handled my equipment without having proper knowledge of it. Right now my machine's door looses its 100% efficiency (Which was earlier showing error a few time only) and it is because of your untrained service persons handled it.
        Is this the way you people are proving service to your costumers?

        Now the concern is they have wasted my two days in their re-checking procedure and now your company officials are saying that you runs out your warranty and because that you have to charge for that repairing. While according to first unauthorized person it was supposed to be free of cost.

        I filled my complain on 27 january while my warranty was finished on 26. At that time the problem was very minute and according to first service person can be fix without paying any cost. But due to handling of your untrained service person now it looses its 100% efficiency. Now i am not in a position to bear a cost of 1000 rupees to repair it. I felt that my machine comes under serious problem due to mishandling of your unauthorized service person which was intentionly done because your dealer know that my warranty has just finished and it is a very good chance to ask a repairing cost from the customer.

        Another thing, when i told this issue to your authorized dealer (Patel electronic, nilam baug, bhavnagar), he instead of salving the problem, offers me an offer to extend my warranty with the cost of 3500/- so that this fault can be solved under the warranty period. So ultimately to a no charge problem, i have to pay a handsome amount of rs. 3500/- to your company, just because your service person is unauthorized and he misguided us earlier by saying that it will be free of cost.

        I have been a devoted customer to your company for years now and i hope you will take my complaint seriously. Please look into the matter and provide me a solution.

        AC not working for last 3 months. Technicians are unable to resolve the issue.
        No one contacted us and they are not even responding. I want to escalate this. Issue is there for last 3 months. The technicians are not capable enough to provide solution. Is this the way you provide service to your customers?

          I had purchased a #WashingMachine from #VijaySales #Mumbai just 3 months ago.
          On 4th March 19, I and my wife went out of the house for some time while the machine was on. When we came back, we found flames coming out from inside the machine.
          These flames were so dense that the entire house had to be repainted. My entire kitchen got fired up. The refrigerator, utensils, filter.
          To curb the fire, even I got injured and was admitted in the hospital with burn injuries.

          When reported to #VijaySale, they were not responsive and neglected the issue. So I had to approach #LG. These guys came to my place to inspect.
          I showed them the socket of the washing machine which is untampered to remove the possibility of a short circuit. I asked for reimbursement.
          Here, #LG responded that their quality assurance team has checked and found that the fire has been caused by external sources.
          I asked for the report and they said that it is a classified report (I suppose it belongs to defense ministry).

          #LG is ready to give me a machine but not the other expenses which I had to bear. I ask them,
          if it's not your fault them why even you are giving a replacement machine.

          Overall this mishap has cost by around 1 lakh rupee. I am just married and moved to a new place with many beautiful plans but this incident caused me mental harassment and to top up with it #LG doe not believe in me and claim that I am lying to them.
          To assure you here are the pictures of the washing machine.

          This post is to inform and alarm you all to think twice before believing in such brands. I purchased the #LG product as I felt it has good quality but I was wrong.
          Don't purchase such products, further never buy anything from #VijaySales. #VijaySales is such a cheap company that they immediately delete such posts.
          They only keep good posts.

          My only option now is #ConsumeCourt!!!

          I had been approached by the LG guys. Your executive is claiming (Mr. Vinod Gaur) to give me 30, 000 rs as a goodwill gesture. Here, I dont need a good will gesture. I am capable enough to earn and purchase these kinds of stuff. They also claim that the fire has come from an external source, why don't be re-verify from your testing team. Cant it be that you guys have not checked properly.
          No one was present at my home. No chance of external fire as everything was off.

          You guys a fooling me. I incurred huge losses and your guy (Mr. Neelkanth) called me and said that it's my fault and the source of the fire was external.

          I am going to take you guys to court. I could have died due to your washing machine.

          I need the report prepared by you. Else I will send you legal notice.

            We bought an LG air conditioner on march 2019. Since the very first day, the ac stops after running for 3-5 hours and not provide proper cooling . We have repeatedly complained and every time a technician not comes some time they come.when they not come but on remark he mentioned some issue like we go and check do adjustment and some time they right I am not giving appointment it's continue going .after complaining lot they provide Sidharth contact not of Hyderabad region head of service centre.he is worst person when you calling to that person he didn't receive, if you message him he didn't reply.when LG customer care take conference with him he treated as he didn't know anything and told when our guys come I will discuss with him and call back you immediately but in remark it come I didnt give appointment I told them to come tomorrow but without my permission they are doing like that.i think LG electronics have no control on that but could not solve the problem. This has been going on for the last 3 months.today it's showing error code 38. We are fed up with LG's customer care service. We need a replacement of the product. Please take necessary action immediately on service centre and cancel the licence of service centre.this types of irresponsible behaviour from LG electronics we didn't think that.

              Installation of AC was not done even after 10 days, repeatedly calling the customer care and service center persons and sales person from Bajaj Electronics. They used to give all false promises. I dont know what about the installation procedure??

                  I purchased 65" OLED tv on may 21, 2019 and I am not satisfied at all with its sound and picture quality. For every new video or film, I need to keep adjusting quality and display mode. Sound is so poor that it has to be set at at least 40 to even hear. No clear n crisp sound which a high end tv is supposed to have. Plus no external device is detected by the TV.

                  Filed couple of requests with lg support but only 1 or 2 technicians visited. Their whole focus has been on somehow closing the ticket. They can't even explain basic tv settings or help in tuning it. I seriously suspect that I have been delivered a faulty tv.
                  Another problem is with LG WK7 speaker which I got along with tv. These don't connect with tv or play it's sound. LG technicians are anyway are of no use. They have neither product knowledge nor any willingness to resolve issue.

                  It has been more than 2 weeks since time of installation and I am still struggling to get experience for which I spent 2 and half lakh rupees.

                  Ongoing ticket number raised with LG is : RNP[protected]. Moreover, I called the LG Supervisor Mr. Nagesh twice, he simply disconnected the call with no callback at all. He is given the authority to resolve the issue at hand BUT is simply IGNORING the complete matter which is RIDICULOUS.

                  On the final note, If LG is unable to provide any resolution, then I would want the TV to be returned with my money money back.

                      I have purchased LG refrigerator around 3 years back (model number: GR-B772GSPH) and facing cooling issues from last few months. And yesterday, I have been told its condenser has problem and needs a replacement. And this part i[censored]navailable and would take more than a week to be made available.

                      Couple of things to raise:
                      - My last request was raised 4 days back and I made nearly 50 calls to supervisors and then they come to see the issue. There is no SLA, no proper support being made available.
                      - 2 different mechanics came in and explained different set of issues and finally said condenser has issue
                      - Now part is unavailable and would take more than 1 week to be made available. Refrigerator is not a luxury product, it’s a daily routine product and without it, it creates lot of trouble specifically in such a hot temperature. Our various consumable items are getting spoiled. Despite highlighting my concern, there is no way urgency shown to make part available and maintenance team has made clear cant do anything

                      I would like to bring this to your notice, that I never expected such a poor customer experience with LG (though it’s not my first product). It’s a harassment from maintenance team which I have faced and facing.

                      Would like to see a swift response and action to resolve my issue.

                      My TV not working for past 1 month. I booked a complaint through lg customer care... Service engineer visited after 48hours..
                      service engineer told that motherboard is no longer available for this model because lg company discontinued the product... what will be the solution?

                        This is the third time the fridge is not working ( minor problem shown by fridge in beginning).. servicing not done properly by service engineer (only saw the fridge outwards), rude and ignorant behavior of service center in bareilly . Third time I called but no one is coming for servicing till now(complaint registered on 13 June 2.45 pm), fedup off their bad service. Won't recommend anyone for lg products.

                          Hi

                          Since my daughter purchased her split AC, She is facing cooling problem.
                          She purchased an LG inverter AC model no. JS-Q18NUXA2 on 4th June 2018 from Veer traders Roorkee vide invoice no. LGBSCL 18'19/0107 dated 4th June 2018 and got installed same day. The AC stopped functioning on 14th and complaint was raised on 14th Sept. 2018 and again on 15th September. 2018 and compressor was changed by sevice centre Roorkee. AC again stopped cooling and complaint was raised vide RNP[protected] on 6th may 2019 technician visited and informed that gas is less in compressor and left. Complaint was again lodged vide RNP[protected] on 31st May 2019 technician again visited and simply cleaned the unit and said that gas is OK without topping up. But AC again was not cooling properly. Complaint was again raised on 3rd June 2017 vide RNP[protected] technician visited on 4th June and left without doing anything saying that he will again visit on 6th June 2019 but he never turned and closed my complaint from call center itself. Complaint was again raised on 7th June 2019 vide RNP[protected] for which I was informed that my call is closed due to voltage fluctuation which is absolutely not their as we run many sensitive instruments in IIT roorkee and voltage is well stabilised. Then I contacted regional ASM roorkee Mr. Vipin who very kindly rescheduled my appointment and technician Mr Satish visited on 9th June and said that the machine is completely fine despite it was not cooling. He said that he will talk to company regarding exchange o[censored]nit but never returned. I again talked to Area ASM on 14th June 2019 and appointment is fixed on 17 June 2019. I am afraid they will not attend properly on 17th because of their casual behaviour. Every body except expert engineer from service centre says that AC is not cooling. Because of their casual behaviour the warranty of AC expired on 4th June with none of my fault. It is requested that service centre may please be asked to be serious on complaints and get AC property repaired or replace if not working. I bought the AC because LG is a reputed brand but from service centers casual approach I am disheartened. Kindly help else I shall be forced to approach consumer court and social platforms. I hope L G officials will understand my problem and resolve the issue. Further no customer satisfaction was recorded by technician. I have made more than 20 requests and more than 10 different engineers have visited my place, few said its fine, few said they would come back again with their senior, few said there is a faulty component which has to be replaced, few said that their regional service manager is travelling now a days and they would come back in next week.
                          I am fed up of entertaining incompetent engineers, who come without any solution, take rest, take some water and juice and at times tea / coffee and go back with promises.

                          I wish to escalate this to some senior and competent authority but every time I call up customer care number (which is there at the website) I again go through the very same experience.

                          Now no one even visits for inspection as all these (local / area) engineers must be feeling that they are incompetent and cannot do anything on this (at least that's what I feel).

                          Please help me with escalating this as I am completely clueless on this.

                          This product wss very much under original warranty when I started complaining but due to negligence of service centre expired on 4th June 2019.

                          so again one of the technicians visited and no solution to the problem. If 1.5 ton AC cannot cool a 8x8 room, it is not worth buying. I received a call from LG and they are so reluctant to even listen that their technicians are lying about voltage issue. The technician made a video yesterday with room temperature 25 degrees, while AC is set on 18 degrees, please ask him for that video rather than just believing whatever your technicians lie.

                            Sir I purchased an LG inverter AC model no. JS-Q18NUXA2 on 4th June 2018 from Veer traders Roorkee vide invoice no. LGBSCL 18'19/0107 dated 4th June 2018 and got installed same day. The AC stopped functioning on 14th and complaint was raised on 14th Sept. 2018 and again on 15th September. 2018 and compressor was changed by sevice centre Roorkee. AC again stopped cooling and complaint was raised vide RNP[protected] on 6th may 2019 technician visited and informed that gas is less in compressor and left. Complaint was again lodged vide RNP[protected] on 31st May 2019 technician again visited and simply cleaned the unit and said that gas is OK without topping up. But AC again was not cooling properly. Complaint was again raised on 3rd June 2017 vide RNP[protected] technician visited on 4th June and left without doing anything saying that he will again visit on 6th June 2019 but he never turned and closed my complaint from call center itself. Complaint was again raised on 7th June 2019 vide RNP[protected] for which I was informed that my call is closed due to voltage fluctuation which is absolutely not their as we run many sensitive instruments in IIT roorkee and voltage is well stabilised. Then I contacted regional ASM roorkee Mr. Vipin who very kindly rescheduled my appointment and technician Mr Satish visited on 9th June and said that the machine is completely fine despite it was not cooling. He said that he will talk to company regarding exchange o[censored]nit but never returned. I again talked to Area ASM on 14th June 2019 and appointment is fixed on 17 June 2019. I am afraid they will not attend properly on 17th because of their casual behaviour. Every body except expert engineer from service centre says that AC is not cooling. Because of their casual behaviour the warranty of AC expired on 4th June with none of my fault. It is requested that service centre may please be asked to be serious on complaints and get AC property repaired or replace if not working. I bought the AC because LG is a reputed brand but from service centers casual approach I am disheartened. Kindly help else I shall be forced to approach consumer court and social platforms. I hope L G officials will understand my problem and resolve the issue. Further no customer satisfaction was recorded by technician.

                              I have purchased one freez at 27.05.19. But shopkeeper has given us defecate freez. Freeze is not able to stand his four leg. One of leg is short comparatively other three leg. Freeze looks like a polio patients. This is purly miss selling with us. My complain number is[protected].one person from lg service also came and he is also told me this is manufacturing defecate but shopkeeper is regularly trying to repair this freez instead of replacing.

                                I had purchased LG Dual Inverter AC JS-Q18SUXD.AML(II) on 14.5.2017 invoice attached.
                                I am complaining regarding the cooling of AC which is not good at all may be GAS leakage or problem in the machine. I had submitted the same complaint last year and even after installing the AC, I feel that the cooling of AC is not good and not spreading the
                                cool air. The engineer visits several times and look for the problem and did something but that's not enough I think because the problem still remains and I tired to submit an another complaint and we are not using AC very frequently. I have not started the AC from last year and now when we start our AC, we feel the same problem. I submitted another complaint this year and then the same, engineer visit checked nothing but says there is GAS leakage problem. I don't know how they installed the AC.
                                When we purchased the AC we feel very good as we purchased the reputated brand LG but with this problem, we feel that we made a bad choice to select the LG AC as we are taking any benefits from the AC.

                                I am very sorry to say that my problem is not being taken care of properly and it seems that the company guy is just visiting and increasing their bills, which i never expected from a company like yours.
                                Since this problem remain from long time and I don't want to spend more money (huge money) into this I feel that I need to write here and look for the best resolutions.
                                I am expecting a early and satisfied resolution so that this problem will not occurred.

                                I don't know how much time the team will take to resolve my complaint. I have not use my AC until now in this season.
                                One Engineer visit my home and checked the AC and said that there GAS problem and said that he will forward my complaint toi the concerned team but still waiting.

                                Please get this problem since as soon as possible

                                  Description :Hello, I recently bought LG AC[protected] from reliance and it got installed on 2nd March. I have not used completely at least one month. But my AC got damaged and it's not working now. It showing error code CH 10 on screen. The same issue reported 15 days back to both reliance and LG customer service but no use. I am not receiving any updates from both teams even I facing this issue from last 15 days and I am contacting daily to get the updates. Sorry to say this and didn't expect such a bad service from LG. I HAVE 10 months old baby and he getting infected by sweat and he is not able to sleep properly due to peak summer hot. Can you please take this as high priority and do the needful asap.                                     I've purchsd a675Lr Fridge (GC-M247UGLB)IN OCTOBER 2018 .As I was told by the sales personnel, it dsn't need a stabilizer I dn't install any stabilizer .b coz of some voltage fluctuat'n my fridge is not working now. service personnel had taken the motherboard to replace it .B'cos of wrong information given by the company am suffering with out a fridge for 6 days.                                       I brought 23rd of May Dule Inverter Split AC Model No KS-Q18ENZA, Indoor Model No. KS Q18ENZA.LG, Unfortunately I have facing cooling problem from 1st Day, I was contacted many time to customer support and Engineer also they come visit many time, They Change my AC gas also but not solve my problem. My AC is only 5 dgree down in 10 hour at night When electricity Bill is come when we realised My AC is consume heavy Electricity, My Electricity bill is come so high after Install LG AC, First time Me and my family is very upset from buying from LG Product.

                                        I have recently purchased split AC 2019 model from LG, it is not working and the engineers who came to attend the fault just washed the filters and said nothing more can be done. They also acknowledged that AC is not cooling, however refuse to support further. No support is being rendered by LG except sending their engineers. I also asked for replacement of product but no action is being taken.
