Dear lg support,

I bought lg washing machine on november 2019 and as part of exchange offer, i was issued paytm vouchers for use in paytm app for zomato food ordering. I was able to use the voucher code 2 times out of 6 allowed usage. From january onwards, i am not seeing zomato link in paytm app and the voucher code does not work when i tried directly on zomato app. Can you help me with some other arrangement so that i can use the voucher to get discount on zomato.

    I had purchased lg led 108cm 43um7300 through croma on 25th jan 2020. I had requested for the instllation on the same date and it was promised that it will happen within 48 hours.

    I am, yet to get someone call me /come for installation despite several reminders as on date (29th jan 2020, it is already 4 days). Request no. Assigned by croma is sr[protected] and the corresponding lg service request no. Rnp[protected].

    I hope someone can help to resolve this or let me know the procedure to return the product back.

      With due respect, i, sanjay, purchased a refrigerator of lg company on 23.05.2019 from ganpati vision, baltana, zirakpur punjab. It's been almost 6 months and the product has been troubling ever since.in a span of 6 months 6 lg company technicians have come and tried to repair it but to no avail. Various complaint numbers filed by us for which no response was provided will be listed at the end of the mail for your reference.in the process to repair the refrigerator the original parts like compressor etc have also been changed but still the problem persists. On conveying our problem to the lg concerned authority his reply, apart from being rude, is always the same that there is no problem with the refrigerator, it was only for your satisfaction that it had been repaired. Then our concern is, if according to you it works fine then why its original parts were removed and replaced. Our patience has been long tested by your dealers, technicians authorities etc. We have been cheated for months now. There is a limit to the torture and mental harrassment given to the customers by your brand and it is enough to drive us to take the next big step. Highly dissatisfied with the product and with the brand. The trust that was built by using lg brand products in the past has been broken. Poor product with pathetic service. Not going to recommend your brand to anyone known to me so that they are not cheated like us.
      It would be in best interest of both the parties to resolve the case without approaching the court of law. We wish that you provide us with a refund for this unworthy product of yours at the earliest.
      Please provide with a reply at the earliest for further course of action.

        My refrigerator still in warrenty period is not working science 27th nov 2019. I have submitted a complain to customer care on 29th nov 2019. Rnp is[protected]. But no action was taken. Then again i submitted a complain to your customer care on 31th dec 2019. Rnp is[protected]. But still no action was taken.
        Again i forwarded this complain to your senior executives names:alakesh choudhary asm lg services and trishna mahanta executive lg services. I was promised to provide a standby refrigerator but till date i have not recieved any positive responce. I feek very much cheated. Its really disgusting..

          Bought a smart tv on 16th dec’19 but unfortunately it’s not in perfect condition as it’s remote cursor is not working, your engineers have changed pcv and other accessories as well but no result found. Now, this is really irritating for me to tolerate all this nuisance for a new tv when brand is like lg. Either change my tv or refund my money. I am really unhappy with your sales & service.

              I bought a split ac from lg, and was told that there will be 2 free services which will be provided.

              On asking them when and how to contact for the ac service, i was told that we maintain a database and it automatically pops out that the service for the customer is due... And then we call the customer ourselves.. No need to worry.

              It has been an year now and no one has called me up till now... On calling the customer care, they cooked up a different story that the product has gone out of warranty and we cannot provide you the service now.

              Initially for 3-4 months, there was gas leakage issue in the new product, which they did not replace and now this.

              Worst experience ever had with lg.

                I had purchased lg 49" tv in 2018 april from nandi lath g mart in thrissur, kerala. For the last week, we are seeing some issues on the tv display. I have registered service complaint in lg authorized service center, a technician came home and examined tv. According to his inspection, he said that the backlights are not working. He was told me to change the backlight set and bring the tv to their workshop for further repair. Charges for 7000 rupees for changing the lead light (Plus transportation + technician service charge extra). It has been two years yet since i bought the product and note that at this point that i have to spend around rs 8, 000 again for repair. Having a lot of expectations with lg company i purchased this led tv for rs. 60, 000/- and today i need to spend rs.8000/- more for replacing the backlights with this i lost confidence in the lg product as a common i expected that this will work for a minimum of 5 yrs. Without any repair but today, it is very difficult for spending rs.8000/- towards repair and that too within a span of 2 years which not expected from the company like lg.

                  Our washing machine stopped working with an error message about a door problem.
                  Calling for a technician, we were told he would come the same day. Nobody came.
                  Calling again, another promise was made. After more calls finally, a technician was sent but didn't find our house. So we had to go and get him.
                  He opened the machine, found the defected part and said it would need to be replaced. He would come back the next day.
                  Nobody came back! Calling didn't reach the technician, he didn't even pick up the phone anymore.
                  Calling the shop where the device had been bought, we were promised once again that a technician would come within the next hours. Nobody came...
                  Another call, finally a different technician than the first time arrived. He found, that it wasn't the part the first technician evaluated as defect, but animals had eaten some electric wires. He fixed them, and he let the machine run some cleaning program.
                  The next day we opened the door of the washing machine and a horrible smell of dead animals was there. We immediately called the technician directly, and he promised to come the same day at 5 pm once again. We were waiting for him more than an hour, called him again. He promised to be there latest in 30 to 45 minutes. You know what comes now: he didn't show up at all!
                  So much frustration, so much disappointment! Why is it soooo difficult to have reliable, functional customer service?

                    I have purchased refrigerator of lg in june 2018 and humming sound started coming from 2nd month as it was in warranty i have lodged complain to lg customer care 3 times (14/12/2018, 18/02/2019, 09/03/2019) and every time service person visits and tell me that it is normal and will be ok but day by day sound increased and currently it can be heard to other room also. Now they are telling it will be chargeable. I asked them this problem is from the beginning and repetative why should i pay single penny to it.
                    After 18 mails also reply i got is we are trying but rhey have not sent a single person.

                        I had bought a refrigerator 2 year back & now it's not working properly so customer service told me to choose another model and it will get exchange the model with the deduct of price 55% so I already paid the excess amount to the service center, they received amount, but now almost 1 month passed but still they have not yet delivered the refrigerator, as I selected model.

                          We go for higher end products in a reputed Brands, so that it will give a good life and good service, but your products are causing too many problems within a period of 3.5yrs itself and the service persons are keen in getting service charges but not prompt in providing a good service .After sale service is seem to be a mere business not a good service and how the customer will recommend your LG products.
                          Need a solution for this, we need our Refrigerator to be repaired and need to be in good condition. Fed up with your service.Low quality, poor service, high service cost, high repair cost, high price.unsatisfied with LG products.

                          We have given away the washing machine to scrap and got a new one again within a period of 4yrs.
                          Making customer unhappy and exploiting our situation.

                              A complaint was registered on 13 th oct 2019 for our lg microwave after repeated reminder for two two weeks the technician came and was not able to understand the problem he wanted to take it to the service centre. After repeated escalation microwave was picked to service centre on nov 21. After few days they info’s motherboard is gone and will cost ₹5000/- we asked to return the microwave without repair. Till date it’s not returned

                                I purchased lg double door refrigerator on 16th october 19
                                Within one month i noticed plastic body of door depressed from one place. I complained to lg "acknowledgement number is cn[protected]" to explain them that the body can not be depressed within one month unless there is some manufacturing defect or weakness in that part. "lg us asking me to pay for the part which got depressed within month. What quality lg boast.

                                  I am sagar kanade get newly launched lg washing machine (Thd11stb) on date[protected]. Reason to write this mail that this washing machine having issue like intensive sound while operating, vibrating anything while spinning like rotating drum inside come out and time indicator showing 1 min but even after 10 min machine not stops etc.

                                  Problem is starts on[protected] and reported, that machine giving intensive sound while operating accordingly lg's engineer come and check the machine and told that he is not seen any problem in machine like losing connection any part and gives explanation that the sound comes is usual as normal, he is also recorded the sound in his mobile & go and instruct me that, in future same is repeated you record the sound and intimate us.
                                  Next day while operating same is done so we recorded the sound and intimate lg's service center and accordingly lg's engineer come on[protected] and again checked the washing machine and again go back to saying that there he is not found any defect in inspection then i show him recorded sound then he suggest we put some cloths and see then he observed the same sound and also observed the vibration of machine that not in usual nature timer of machine is also having defect. So he says that machine is having problem in the suspension and circuit. So i request him to take this matter seriously because i buy this machine around 1 and half month before and issues starts & complaining two times and issue is increasing so you are requested to give me replacement of same model of machine as its giving issue in 1 and half month this is not expected such a huge brand electronic of company like you and also i am spending around 43 to 50k for getting this so take appropriate action and get the replacement as soon as possible because i facing this seen 1 and half week my regular home work is affected because of the issue, then your engineer told me that he is discussing issue and report the same to higher authorities tomorrow because today is sunday you get the call from us on monday
                                  Accordingly i am waiting till 4 pm but not received any call from lg so i again raised issue through croma and it is in processes. I have also write the email to lg's service center and attached video of machine working to understand the issue (Enclosed here with also) and seriousness and showing the time defect. But up till now i am taking followup with lg and croma but till date i am not received proper solution/interest from lg to replace the defective product. Croma persons every time take time to get follow up from lg but they also fails to resolve it from them. So i am taking step to post this complaint through you.

                                  In view of above you are requested to take necessary action.

                                    Fraud to customer
                                    I purchase 49 inch 4k tv jmd yash traders rae barely on 04.10.19. They told me that product comes with 1 year insurance and valid on invoice same varified on lg official website. But at time of complaint he is refusing to insurance. No response from lg company after many email and representative talks even lg up east representative ravi modanwal no. Is [protected] not picking phone.
                                    Go for sony. Lg is a fraud company.

                                    Still no proper response from lg REPRESENTATIVE avoid using lg products i will update all the information on YouTube and local media how the big brands like LG frauds the customer
