This is utter loss of power & water, please do the needful for rectification on priority.Even cheap machines do have memory backup & starts cycle from where, there was power failure

One service person came and looked and told us the parts to be ordered it will be reaching here by 3 to 4 days. After two days i have contracted service centre we have serviced earlier with some local people. The parts is used by then not original.
