I purchased ac ksq24enxa{3 star inverter } 2 t from vijay sales gr & 1st flr, shop no: 3-10, kahan commercial complex, ahmedabad-382415.
They promised us that he delivered 2 months service free at the time of sales.
And after one and a half months when we call them. They send 2 gyes for servicing, and the gyes were come and took their blower and show it to around the ac 2 or 3 time and the service is over.
Really is this a servicing of an ac..?
I want to ask a question to the lg which is a leading company that if you are going with your car to a car service center for a monthly servicing. If they pulled out the dust from your car and give it back to you then can you say that your car is technically superb...?

    Issue - video not showing in display or mother board problem
    Complaint given at last 10days back yet not solved and service providing only chargeable basis amount of 8200/- i is very high of low class peoples.
    Please arrange a free of service and provide good quality products for customers.

      I am writing this mail to express my ownership experience after purchasing lg`s premium product 65 inch 65ec970t
      Uhd 4k smart 3d curved oled tv on 23rd september 2016 from lg shoppe shri mangla electronics sector 7 dwarka new delhi.

      Since april`19 i am facing problem of television getting restarted while running on its own. Same started to occur frequently without any particular order. I registered complaint on 8th june`19 to lg`s customer care which was attended by authorised representative. On his visit he simply checked system status log and reported that either motherboard or panel could be faulty. Being unconvinced with his statement i asked for through diagnosis of fault. Hearing this your representative denied any such procedure and told that he can factory reset the television and advised to change input power supply. After few months o[censored]sage same problem started to occur randomly again.

      Complaint was made on 20th november`19 for same problem, to which lg`s representative suggested to replace power supply pcb unit which was approved by me. After subsequent part replacement problem is still same occurring in random order. I informed lg`s representative over phone regarding same he directly said that panel may be faulty.

      I had purchased premium & exclusive product of lg at high cost for very bad ownership experience in just 2 years.

      Senior officers are requested to look into this matter and rectify same without any cost as i have already invested a huge amount in your product citing lg`s premium product offering.

        Hello,
        I am purchasing AMC for my 2ton Inverter A.C every year.
        1st complaint:- in April i.e. on 23.04.2019 i had a issue with cooling and loged a complaint vide no. RNP[protected] and the same was closed with out visiting the site and problem was not resolved.

        2nd complaint: on 28.10.2019 logged a complaint with same issue vide no. RNP[protected] received a call and complaint closed without rectifying, later after arguing with the service center manager i came to know that the technician him self signed job sheet and closed the complaint.

        3rd complaint: on 27.11.2019 logged a complaint based on 2nd complaint vide no. RNP[protected] and till date the service center is not ready to refill the gas in my AC as detailed below:-

        Service Centre: RR Electronics, sangareddy, medak district, telangana
        Manager Name: Ravi (dont no full name)

        Manager : Extremely qualified for bluffing or closing the complaints with out any reasons and later blames technician. Never picks the call nor in personal phone neither in service center. closed above complaint within no time.

        after logging my 3rd complaint i made a grievance in LG website and accordingly i received a mail informing to contact Customer Relationship officer Ms Hima on her contact number [protected] on 27.11.2019 but till date she never lifts the call.

        After 27.11.2019 a technician Mr. Mahesh, Ph No.[protected] without visiting site called on telephone and asked to send the video of AC and promised to come on next day with gas but not turned up till date.

        After a week technician mr. Imran, Ph No.[protected] visited the site and confirmed low gas and infomed it has to be refilled with the gas and left and never turned up till date.

        After few days another technician Mr. Sai Kumar, Ph No. [protected] visited the site and checked and again confirmed no gas and it has to be refilled by gas and infomed that the manger instructed only check.

        Both the technician Mr. Imran and Mr. Sai Kumar were friendly and good technician but helpless due to the service manager ignorance.

        I made a continuous call to Service manager and i called both the above technician under conference. Service manager was not ready to listen to the technician and disconnected the call and never responded till now.

        Yesterday again a technician came dont the name ph no. [protected] came and said nothing to worry only 1 pipe of the AC is forming ice which is very good for the AC and done water wash to the outdoor unit. He also informed i[censored] face problem again then it has to be refilled by gas.

        So, the company is ready to collect the money under the name of Comprehensive AMC but till now not ready to refill the gas, this shows the negligence to the customers.

        I demand the company to take action against such worst service managers and refund the amount i paid till now to the company under the name of AMC and mental torture.

          After like 2 hours of running, my lg inverter airconditioner displays error code ch 38 and stops working. I put it off and after a while i put it on and it starts cooling then after a while, it stops working and the error code displays again. I don't know what the problem is and i am worried. Please i would like my complaint to be treated urgently. Thanks

            Since last week there is problem with mother board. The picture is coming in a color negative format. Voice is audible but problem is with picture display. This problem has occurred just within 4 years of purchase of tv. I've asked a mechanic who repairs the tvs, told that it might be the problem with the mother board. How to get the problem solved by lg company with out spending money? I should put a case regarding the problem of my tv? Kindly suggest me how to solve the problem?

            Every time was drain out from refrigerator even it is new technology .
            we have others brand refrigerators in which water is evaporating as per new technology .

              I have purchased lg's brand new 308l refrigerator model no. Gl-t322rasn on 24 october 2019, after 10-15 days the compressor starts making annoying noise, so we lodge the complaint in lg customer care helpline no. [protected] after this the service engineer visited my house and adjust the coil and compressor after that it works silently. Few days after the visit, noise again starts coming from the compressor and again we lodge the complaint but this time the service engineer said that your voltage is around 270v and we cannot do anything, while the label on refrigerator says it can work from 100v to 310v. On 3 december 2019 the compressor fails to maintain cooling and again we lodge the complaint and this time they said that we need to change the compressor and from 3 december 2019 to till now (14 december 2019) they didn't change the compressor, the best part is they are giving 10 years warranty on compressor which doesn't last 40 days and they also refused to exchange the refrigerator, from 11 days onwards they didn't solve my complaint, thanks to the winter season we somehow managed to keep our food products and dairy products fresh upto 1-2 days. I feel cheated by the brand and wanted to exchange this faulty refrigerator or want my refund. Please help!

              On 17 December they have managed to change the faulty compressor and official said it takes 24 hours to work normally and they leave at 4:30pm on the same day. After 24 hours when I checked the refrigerator, it does not cool at all as compared to the cooling at first day when I purchased it. Out of 5 temperature settings my freezer and refrigerator is at 3 and on 18 December 2019 at 4:00pm I put some water into the ice tray and as on 19 December 2019 (7:00am) it stays in its liquid stage and doesn't freeze at all. Now what should I do?

                Had opted for the lg ewaste initiative where they collect old e waste and issue paytm vouchers on 3rd december. The vouchers were promised within 7 days. However this has turned to be an horror experience as even after multiple correspondence and assurances the vouchers have still not been issued.
                One executive named mr sharad keeps giving vague replies and excuses of wrong paytm no and system downtime for the past 1 week.
                Even after confirming the paytm mobile no which is clearly mentioned on the consent form submitted to pick up persons and sending a whatsapp image of the same to the executive he is still dilly-dallying the matter.
                We spoke to his superior named mr hrishikesh today but he inadvertently blamed us saying that we provided the wrong number whereas the consent form clearly mentions the proper paytm number. A senior executive named miss babita is ignoring our calls and not replying to the messages too.
                There is no proper coordination between lg and this 3rd party executives and the vague answers are continuing.
                This has been the worst decision ever.
                If lg people who are famed for their prompt service as so lax about this e waste initiative i think they should think twice before continuing this nobel initiative and stop wasting our precious time. Kindly resolve this matter.

                  I bought an lg refrigerator from vasanth and co at karambakkam (Chennai). Which was delivered on 31.08.2017. As you are writing that lg is committed to extend the best possible services to its customer, but from the behaviour of service engineers it is not reflecting. But within two years the problems started with the refrigerator. There is problem with cooling in refrigerator. I complained about the same with lg. I also registered a complaint on 24 nov by mobile no [protected]. My complaint number is gcp[protected]. Your engineer came to us and confirmed that compressor failure. But it remains same as of now. I have again called your call centre again ang again. To know the status. Customer care executive provide me one contact number of service centre manager. When i tried contacting the service manager, the manager number is switched off and when i contacted him. Lg has sold me a poor-quality refrigerator and are not able to provide timely service think 100 times before buying lg product... But now i am disappointed by service, so i will never recommend any one to buy this product from lg i was disappointed with all this their staff are extremely rude (Chennai service head mr. Balaji team). I thought lg was a good company but so far my experience has been horrible.

                  Hope this is taken on very serious note. A quick action in this regard shall be highly appreciable.

                  I called lg customer care they gave me number of head of lg services branches area then i called lg service area manager mr. Vijay mannepalli but his number is switched off.
                  They do not gave me positive reply. I called customer care daily, but there is no solution. There is no such executive who is ready to take the prompt action, then why this customer care???

                    In oct i purchased a 49 inch lg television from a local retailer. Shortly after setting it up i started to experience problems with the set where it would black our losing sound and picture for up to 2 mins at a time. My original calls to lg service resultedin instructions to reset the television both factory and system with no long term remedy of the problem. Eventually i was told that a repair person would need to troubleshoot and "fix" the set at least 2-3 times before replacement could be considered.

                    The repair company was timely and responded professionally. They ordered and replaced the motherboard. Within days the problem reoccurred. I contacted lg service and they again placed a repair order. The company than replaced the only remaining board (Powersupply) and while talking to repair person he stated that there were no other parts to replace and that a replacement was the next step. Within 5 mins of the technician leaving my house after replacing the power supply the problem reoccurred. He did make asuggestion hat i ensure the hdmi cable was connected to hdmi. I ensured it was and the problem continues to occur. The technician than instructed me to contact lg again and request a replacement. Which i did on november 27th.

                    During the call of november 27th i was assured that within 3-5 business days i would be contacted. On dec 4th i received a response to an email i sent to lg inquiring about status of the decision. I was told that there was an open case cnn[protected]. I hadnot heard anything about a follow-up so chose to call last night and it was a "horrible" and "unprofessional" experience. Here is the sequence of events for my 4 telephone calls to get this resolved.

                    Call 1: the customer service person informed me that the above stated request number had not been placed with the correct department and that i would have to start the process over again. I stated this was not acceptable and i wanted to know if there was amethod of expediting to resolve this problem as i had already been patient and waited an extended timeframe only to learn that the request was not compelte satisfactorily. I was than connected to executive customer service whereby the representative proceededto tell me that "when that's the philippines" blaming the original call center for the issue. She than proceeded to provide me with what i assume is standard script as i have heard it repeatedly during each attempt to resolve this problem "i will place therequest and in 3-5 days you will..." to which i stated my dissatisfaction and requested an immediate response and action to replace the defective tv. She placed me on hold stating "i'll see what i can do". After approx. 15 mins she came back on the line andstated "hello mr. Howard" to which i corrected her and stated that she was talking to mr. Snyder. She stated "oh" and placed me back on hold without any other communication. Approx. 6 mins later my call was disconnected.

                    Call 2: i reached customer service and immediately asked to be connected to a supervisor. I was placed on hold for approx. 12 mins at which time i hung up and redialed customer service.

                    Call 3. I reached customer service and asked to talk to a supervisor and the representative did not hang up or place me on hold as she reviewed case with supervisor. She returned to the line and stated she would place me on hold for the supervisor. Approx.5 mins later the local supervisor came on the line and after explaining to him my complaint and issue he told me that the only recourse was to be connected to executive customer service to seek remedy for defective tv and to place a complaint about customerservice. I expressed my amazement about this process however went along with the process. He stated he would forward me to executive customer service. I was placed on hold and after approx. 10 mins i hung up and redialed lg customer service by this time beyondfrustrated with the process and planned to just have another request be placed pending my contacting the two of you today.

                    Call 4: the customer service representative placed the "new" request cnn[protected] however it was clear to me that he was unwilling to acknowledge the problem with the request on nov 27th and continued to make the same comments "i will call you back in 3-5days..."

                    I have sent an email for the past 3 days to senior lg leaders with no response.

                    To date I have been contacted by Marianne Manley who had Milton contact me. Milton was efficient and took my information and submitted another claim for "review" however he was certain the unit would be replaced. That was December 13th and I have NOT been contacted again by LG. I contacted them last week and was told Milton was on vacation. The customer service person did reach out to the department who is to make a decision and I did receive an email response. In the email response from LG returns department CeCE stated "Hi Carlise, Yes we do have it. I cant tell you exactly when a decision will be made as we are so overwhelmed as I’m sure you guys are as well. I will ask Kim to have the agent contact them asap. Thank you"

                    This is ridiculous. Two other email attempts to reach senior leadership have gone unattended. Marianne or other senior leadership have ignored the problem. I even placed the VP Customer Service on last set of emails and it appears selling defective parts has LG Overwhelmed in the return department. I continue to have sporadic TV viewing and LG seems to be a customer service black hole. This will be the last LG product I purchase nor would I recommend LG to family and friends.

                      I bought an lg refrigerator from himansu sales corporation vadodara. Which was delivered on 25th october 2019. As you are writing that lg is committed to extend the best possible services to its customer, but from the behaviour of service engineers it is not reflecting. But very next week the problems started with the refrigerator. There is problem with cooling in refrigerator. I complained about the same with lg.                       I bought an lg refrigerator from Vasanth and Co at Karambakkam (Chennai). Which was delivered on 31.08.2017. As you are writing that lg is committed to extend the best possible services to its customer, but from the behaviour of service engineers it is not reflecting. But within two years the problems started with the refrigerator. There is problem with cooling in refrigerator. I complained about the same with lg. I also registered a complaint on 24 nov by mobile no [protected]. My complaint number is GCP[protected]. Your engineer came to us and confirmed that compressor failure. But it remains same as of now. I have again called your call centre again ang again. To know the status. Customer care executive provide me one contact number of service centre manager. When i tried contacting the service manager, the manager number is switched off and when i contacted him. Lg has sold me a poor-quality refrigerator and are not able to provide timely service think 100 times before buying lg product... But now i am disappointed by service, so i will never recommend any one to buy this product from lg i was disappointed with all this their staff are extremely rude (Chennai service head Mr.Balaji team). I thought lg was a good company but so far my experience has been horrible.

                      Hope this is taken on very serious note. A quick action in this regard shall be highly appreciable.

                      I called lg customer care they gave me number of head of lg services branches area then i called lg service area manager Mr. Vijay Mannepalli but his number is switched off.
                      They do not gave me positive reply. I called customer care daily, but there is no solution. There is no such executive who is ready to take the prompt action, then why this customer care ????????????

                        I placed a call to lg service call center on july 2019 for servicing my fridge.
                        A lg service guy mariappan ([protected]) came to my home checked the fridge and told me that he had to change the board (6 blinking light in board) of the fridge as its out of warrenty i had to pay 5000 rs.
                        I paid him 5000 on august 3.
                        After i paid he brought a board and told me he ordered the correct board but he got the wrong board and told me he will reorder the correct board.
                        He bought another board and the same 6 time led blinked, then he told me he has to change the compressor.
                        He told the same story for the compressor as well (He ordered for one model got another model) this happened for 4 months.
                        When i called lg support they told me no compressor has been placed from this lg service guys and he has been scamming for money and casing my apartment (He totally came 5 times with out any resolution/service). I have recorded our conversation and have proof for money transfer.

                        Now finally when i raised complaint with lg service center they sent another 3rd party service guy and he took 10 thousand from me and told he had ordered new motherboard and new compressor and he told finally that the fridge cannot be repaired and he will take the fridge for 800rs. I bought this fridge on december 2017 and following back with lg service for a year now and no resolution has been made, or atleast lg company guys are ready to follow up on my complaint.

                              Its been only 1 month time since i bought it. And now the compressor is not working. So when i raised a complaint about it they came and did some welding to make it fix on a 1 month old refrigerator, that also last for 2 days only. And again we were facing the same issue. So now when we requested for new refrigerator instead of replacing it they took it to either workshop.
                              And after 3 to 4 day they are telling its working fine now.

                              What the hell is that now if that was the case then why did we bought a new refrigerator of 24k instead of we would have repaired the old one only.
                              This is not acceptable after spending so much on any product and if it stops working in a month only then why to spend so much money, instead of that buy a cheap one. I used to thought lg products are good but no lg products are worst, and their customer services more worse.
                              Either i need a new refrigerator or money back.

                                I have got a 55 inch b9 last month. Now it has developed 3 stuck pixel. Had run pixel refresher 2 times. But no avail. I am attaching photographs. Kindly do look into the matter as it was a costly and a very recent purchase to ignore the same.
                                Ps i have an engineer visiting my place on 3rd december, took pictures of the panel by opening the back cover, (Was not put back in the correct way, having gaps from. Improper fitting) and sent a request for replacement of the tv. Its 4 days i have not heard a thing from them. If this is the quality and consistency of one of the premium tv from lg i would like to regreat my decision to buy the tv and urge everyone who sees this post from refraining buying any premium tv from the lg cause it's not worth the price.. Specially how the after service deals with any issue u face thereafter. Lg u are losing credibility here.

                                    I have raised one complaint regarding my washing machine which fell down when on running due to vibration. I have stated the same issue by the time i bought that. They did some stand thing and still i faced some vibration. This time it fell down. It happened on[protected]

                                    I raised complaint on the same day and i told them.clearly i wont be available on weekdays between 10.30-9pm so make sure to send some person for this. They said ok ok then till now[protected] no one showed up .Sunday i got one call from one guy telling it was raining so Monday morning before 11 i will try to come . I called that guy on Monday morning his number was not reachable and i was waiting till 10.30 and i have started. Today ( on Tuesday ) i got call same person asking whether he can come now or max 8 he can wait . I told i will be late bro . He simply replied ok then we can see on weekend. ( One week ) and this week as i am going on leave i said no bro not possible going home. On then next weekend we can see . See the reply from the person. I feel like ###. We bought one item and it falling down when running and now we ar begging them to come . And they lethargically replying. What kind of ### service they are providing.

                                    Even i am trying to call the CUSTOMER CARE number mentioned in LG site[protected] and[protected] but both are available. It's telling 24*7 and i am calling by 6.30 IST it is telling network congested. Not sure where i have to contact then. Raising complaint here believing it will help.

                                      Now this is the limit.
                                      My single complaint made 4 months ago is not yet resolved. Everytime one will come n do something n make the fridge work for few days. Then again some error and no cooling will arise.
                                      You please replace the product. How many times do i have to keep on calling you and mailing you. Its been 4 months since its a headache for me.
                                      I have been provided with a number of sivakumar, for further assistance. That gentleman named siva kumar, never picks my calls and responds. Then why is he sitting as customer care manager?
                                      What a pathetic system of service and customer care does lg have. Everytime all my things bought with my hard earned money is getting spoiled and i cant even keep milk for my kids. Then for what the f... Do i own a 495l fridge? You better replace it. Everytime you are proving that you are not able to repair.
                                      Please dont reply me with apologies. Im fed up hearing that. Moreover who will repay my losses. For u, apology is just a meaningless word to eye wash the poor customers.
                                      Its been just 4 days since ur guy came last and voila. Now the display is showing again error and cooling stopped

                                        We (Customer name: satyapriya ray) bought an lg refrigerator (C292sasx 260l double door) from great eastern trading co batanagar branch (Bbt rd, maheshtala, west bengal 700140) which was delivered on 2nd november 2019 in presence of vendor sunil shaw (Mob no. [protected]).
                                        Claiming to be an lg representative, a guy named suvo (Mob no. [protected]) contacted us beforehand and told me that he would take the responsibility if any fault could be found while unpacking by himself. Suvo arrived on the same day, unpacked the refrigerator, and it came to our notice that there was a dent on the upper door. Consequently, he pretended as if he was going to lodge a complaint and would get the door replaced as soon as possible.
                                        After hearing annoying excuses from the vendor and suvo for several weeks, finally i called lg customer care[protected] and the concerned representative informed me that no complaint had been lodged yet. Then, he registered it into the database (Complain rnp[protected] and i got to know that one of lg service engineers would give us a visit to do the requisites.

                                        Can anybody give me specific answers to the following questions-
                                        1. Who is this suvo and what kind of tie-up he has with sunil shaw and the great eastern trading co batanagar branch?
                                        2. Does lg have any kind of support staff evaluation system in specific areas? If yes, then how can there be such a contradiction (Fake information) in terms of lodging a complaint?
                                        3. How long will it take for the lg service engineer to contact me and provide a solution?

                                        This kind of vendors and support staff hamper customer trust, due to which loyal customers start suspecting the authenticity in the long run. I've also checked the relevant google my business review section (http://bit.ly/2OFl7qK) and found very bad reviews on their (Great eastern trading co batanagar branch) services.

                                        Please look into the matter asap and give some worth to the brand value of lg as well as great eastern trading co.
