Since my daughter purchased her split AC, She is facing cooling problem.
She purchased an LG inverter AC model no. JS-Q18NUXA2 on 4th June 2018 from Veer traders Roorkee vide invoice no. LGBSCL 18'19/0107 dated 4th June 2018 and got installed same day. The AC stopped functioning on 14th and complaint was raised on 14th Sept. 2018 and again on 15th September. 2018 and compressor was changed by sevice centre Roorkee....

I have recently purchased split AC 2019 model from LG, it is not working and the engineers who came to attend the fault just washed the filters and said nothing more can be done. They also acknowledged that AC is not cooling, however refuse to support further. No support is being rendered by LG except sending their engineers. I also asked for replacement of product but no action is being taken....

my tv model 32le5500all video port not working like rca/hdmi/vga all port suddenly working stopped at a time.

Only one pen drive slot working out of two.
When movie try to watch from pendrive, the picture running ok but sound not coming in some movie which is hd(dolby sound) but some movie perfectly working on tv.
I think some software up gradation require. You tube not working if net...

Motherboard of my Microwave oven was taken away by LG service engineers 3 months ago with a promise to fix and replace the same in 3 days. They collected Rs. 400/- from me, gave a bill of Rs. 354/- and left the oven dismantled.

In last three months, all my follow up requests to replace the mainboard and fix the issues have simply fallen on deaf ears.

I purchased LG ac in croma last month suddenly in 1 month my ac stopped working ..I called croma they were not responding properly and I called LG customer care they raised request for service but no one are turned back for my issue ... 3 days got over still my issue not resolved .. even LG serive center is near to home my dad visited 6 times they not even care about our issue and no proper response from them..service...

It is regarding installation of my new split lg ac.
Complaint 1:- my pre installed gas pipe is damaged but engineer saying it as ok. As per manual it should not be damaged. Image of damaged pipe is attached.

Complaint 2:- during odu installation engineer installing the odu on roof floor without frame. As per manual it should be mounted on frame.
