I bought the lg split air conditioner 4 yesrs back and the from 3 month of purchase i am facing quality issue in it, they repaired 2, 3 times but not succeed, once warranty gets over they quote me for replacement of cooling coil and they have done.
It was my worst experice with lg product as well as service they had provided.
They sold me a faulty product as am getting a cooling issue at every 3 to 4 months interval, now again they are saying that cooling coil need to be replace as there is leakage.
I want to lodge complaint against lg for faulty product provided to me.

They are demanding more money for fake job offers..so gals and guys, please dont believe those..There will be two people, a guy and lady in that office(like) giving duplicate job letters getting money...They are money eaters..Be carefull...

I lost my money 2200 with them.. They telling 18000 salery it's not true and all

    Bought lg microwave oven on 17th aug'19. We've been calling the service centre for the demo since that day to which they respond like.. We will send someone today (Which they didn't), we'll call you back in some time, i'll tell someone to call you, our man is coming, will reach in 10 minutes etc etc. Still haven't received anyone. Didn't expect this from lg services

      I am Avi Bhavsar and my registered number is [protected], as I have purchased my AC on 20th March 2019 and model no.is KSQ12SNZD split AC. As these ac has 3 issues they are
      1.Cooling issue
      2.Scratches
      3.On decor rusted water is sticked means it have rust inside ac somewhere.
      These issues are from the purchase date and so its a technical issue so I request you to replace the Ac.For replacing the ac dealer ask for the confirmation of replacement from lg so i request you to grant the permission of replacement to "Snehanjali Electronics and Trading Pvt.Ltd, Boisar" so that it will help us satisfactorily.And as the issues is from the purchased date I am clearing myself again so help us out as soon as possible.These method of sending a mail is told by your executive.Thankyou.

        Sir.
        My name is kiran from kollam. My lg front load washing machine was not working from last week of july 19 and i raise a complaint through customer care and on aug 2 one technician came and told that one control panel is not working has to replace. But even after two weeks no response has came from lg side. After that three times i contacted customer care once the technician called but till today nothing happened. I never seen such a irresponsible approach by a company to the customer

          Last a year ago, I purchase the LG 4K TV model no 43UH650T . And a few months ago 26/4/2019 I got the problem of panel due to physical damaged occurred and does not coverd the warranty .i agreed, I pay the charges of new panel and covered the warranty of 6 months of company service . Last a week i got the problem of panel due to vertical lines .i complained the customer care no on date 9/8/2019. They told me that the warranty is still on.i will send the technician.dat next day the engineer Shravan Singh visited taken all the photographs and checked all the tv parts opened and admmited that there is no physical damaged and water damaged occurred and forward the details to service centre also admitted covered the warranty.Yesterday 13/8/2019 i got the phone call from technician told me that you the pay the charges of tv panel almost estimate 18000 and does not coverd the warranty . Now they give me the reason because of water damaged does not coverd the warranty . How is it possible the techanician check already there is no water inside in whole tv and agreed that there is no water damaged. Already tv is on the wall of 4ft deeper there is no water crisis occurred.i already spoked YOGESH SIR and SHAILESH SIR OF executive service manager they also admitted that there is no customer fault and coverd the warranty of his tv to company. So give me the feedback as soon as possible and coverd the entire warranty of panel

            Lg washing machine 2017 was purchased. Now that machine does not work suddenly, whose complaint i filed on july 29 in the lg toll free number.
            They sent the technician and they told that the display button does not work under warranty. I bring the display and replace it. 14 days left no part changed and there was no response from the technician and his team.
            Very bad experience. The technician and his supervisor did not respond to me and delayed my washing machine work. It has been 14 days since my machine is down

              I lodged a comaint with lg customer care of my new split ac purchased on april 2019. Lg personnel came and did nothing and told it's a gas leakage problem and went away by telling that i will receive call from lg. My problem was not resolved can a product get bad within 3 months of purchase. Lg personnel behaviour was rude and disgusting. Customer service should be of quality such disgusting professional work here i got a call from lg [protected].

              My issue is not resolved my ac is not working. Please take up the issue or i will file a customer case in appropriate forum.

                I have purchased a new split ac in the month of april. The ac is not cooling a complaint was lodged with lg customer care. An engineer visited and done nothing and told it's a gas leakage problem. Such kind of people with so unprofessional attitude work here. He behaved very badly. He even didn't give time and went away. Without resolving my problem he told you will get a call from. Lg

                  Dear sir/mam i bought the this led on date 05/062015 from future retail worth rs, 55580 and product was delivered on 06/06/2015 and led installed by lg on 11/06/2015 second day i saw a spot on display then i visited future retail and i complained there for that error so they said to register complaint to lg then i registered complaint to lg customer care so a technician visit my place technician name was janrdan mishra (Mobile no.[protected]) he visited and checked the led and found that is technical error company fault was found by him delivered damage product make report to his senior and gave them snap shot also after i received call from his senior vijay mishra (Mobile no. [protected]) he said to me i have received the approval your led will be replaced after long time a called to mr vijay mishra and asked for my replacement so he delayed by saying that product is not available still i did not get it my complaints - rna[protected] on11/06/2015, - rna[protected] on 24/06/2015 now case is that lg was ready to replace my product and the y delivered on my last address even i already given new address to update bt the asked me re send on my new address but having more than 2 year they did not deliver and replace my product and even they are not giving any response from long time

                    I bought a fridge on 31 july and it has been 10 days but the fridge us still not working i have already complaint 2-3 times but the engineer comes to check the fridge but is still not able to fix the problem. I have not been able to use that fridge for even one day. For a product as important as a refrigerator it is very slow service being provided by you as all my food is getting spoil because of the irresponsible behavior caused by your staff.

                      I had purchased a double door refrigerator in 2016 from your authorised dealer madhu electronics at nashik. Since the refrigerator stopped working, i raised a complaint on 5th of august. Your technician visited and informed that the internal panel where temprature controls are given need to be replaced and he will order it and expected to receive in 2 days. While contacting him yesterday, came to know that spare is not available pan india. This is shocking as its just been 3-4 years of product purchase and spare is not available. This is such an eye opener for me as trusting a brand like lg and buying product is of no sense.
                      Kindly do something at earliest. My refrigerator details are as under.

                      Now after 5 days, lg service engineer called that your refrigerator model is discontinued and spares are not available, you need to go for replacement and need to pay 65% of the cost of new refrigerator, you choose. I am shocked to know that if this model was planned to be discontinued and company was not sure of not providing spares for atleast 5 years, why they kept at dealer counter and sold to customers. Also, the warranty on compressor is of 10 years and which is the main component of a refrigerator and rest is body and internal panels, why depriciation is 65%.

                      Ideally company should give a replacement without any cost as it is their fault as they sold an obsolete product and should also pay towards the extended warranty i took from bajaj finserv, being bajaj a funding partner. Also, they should pay the losses i made in last 5 days & till the replacement which is of huge cost being medicinal and costly product.

                      This is absolute cheating with customer and a forceful impose of buyung new product of company, which will help in increase os sales volumes.

                      Need a solution to this asap.

                        Purchased a LG WT7100CW clothes washer. Within three weeks it started having issues completing a cycle with having to be restarted MANUALLY.
                        Finally failed completely after the 30 day warranty had just barely passed. Had a LG service tech attempt to repair it twice. On the second call after the main drive assembly washer parts were replaced it was determinced that the electronic motherboard needed to be replaced. Have to wait for the backordered part to arrive now which I do NOT feel is a guaranteed delivery date when it has to come from overseas since there is no USA manufacturing plant for this in the USA. USA service manager refused to replace the current unit immediately with no real concern for being without the use of a washer for over a month based on the estimated 3rd service call date and the short time that the NEW unit worked. Plastic parts in components that the metal drive parts are moving are getting the plastic grears stripped in the process of the washer machine washing. No concern as there quote "there is no engineering defect having been identified by LG" on this first year of this washing machine model. Consumer reports rated this top loading washing machhine as the best one in the market currently which is a useless rating due to their limited testing period obviously.
                        LG manager refused to extend the warranty on this product. Recommended that we buy their overpriced warranty which is more than is more than 24% of what we paid for the unit to start with for 3 additional years. Totally ridicously when you would be forced to incurr extended periods of non-use waiting for a repair that actually resolves the problem incurred for a short period of time based on how well the unit has performed for us in the short time we have had the unit. Will not spend more money on something that has already shown serious endgineering defects by using plastic gears with a metal drive shaft that strip the plastic gears connected to it. They are refusing to correct this major engneerring defect so one has to replace the unit more quickly than it should occur. NOT buying any LG products with such a lousy design product in the future. A 10 year direct drive warranty is useless when it strips the plastic gears on other components that would have to be replaced due to not being metal.

                          Bought their brand new ac in april2017... Regular service was being done, in march 2018, got it serviced from lg only.

                          In may 2018 i complained that the airflow has reduced drastically... Over smart engineer comes and just serviced the ac again and says its normal and was only concerned about visiting charges.
                          Within 15days of his visit we felt the cooling also gone down, thought maybe could be due to heat, in july one day the cooling was completely gone, again complained... Engineer came and
                          1. Cleaned the fan in the internal unit which was completely blocked and overlooked by the previous engineer...
                          2. Says the gas has leaked... Will fill once, but if leaks again.. Will have to take the full unit and repair which can take 7-10 days... Within 10-12 days the gas has leaked again!!!

                          Ac worked ok with cooling going up and down...
                          Now in 2019, the cooling was less than normal, i raised a complaint online on 7th aug, the engineer came and said, gas has leaked... 4400/- will be the charges.

                          I think this is being done by the engineers on purpose, and i fail to understand why such issues with the products of companies like lg.

                          I need resolution of the same at the earliest, and dont want the ac to be taken for repairs, but need the unit replaced.

                          Same Issue again I am facing... 4th year... and repeated complaint... Tired of explaining them that the unit was faulty since day1. But they say, not in our policy to change, will give discount of gas charging.
                          We purchase washine machine in last month in the name of Vinod Dattaray Jadhav Reg mobile no [protected] and there is water leakage problem with product. We are already raised request in customer site but still no resolution.
                          Very disappointment with service and product. We are continuous follow up with them on mail or phone but no one is respond.
                          My LG UHD TV., Model UK75 series . Is creating problem. Its Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity is not working properly. Any its remote courser is not working.

                            I have bought fridge in 21-oct-2013, before a few months ago bottom part was not colling. We did complaint rnp[protected]/13/11/2018 and service executive contact us, they told us there is some ico blockage and we resolved that. After sometime again the problem arised and we complaint again (Complaint no. Rnp[protected]/29/11/2018). After few days i received a call and he said we are unable to repair the fridge, please get 15% amount from total invoice after depriciation and it is around 7605/-. He told talk to radharamanji our workshop head (Malviya nagar, jaipur) branch. Now he said outside the office i will advise person to replace your heater. I paid 3500 and they changed. Now again after sometime the same issue arised and they replace the timer this time and advise your refrigerator is ok. After sometime same issue arised and they are saying we need to change heater again, i ordered in the company and we replace it and saying you need to pay 3500 again, i said ok please resolve it asap. We are still waiting for response. I sent several emails to lg support but they are not taking any steps. Why they changed heater everytime and making money. Fedup with the service please advise some suitable solution.

                            Yesterday one of lg executive came and changed the heater, took 1300 money for part. Now refrigerator is working fine, although i am not sure when it is.

                              I bought lg front load fully automatic washing machine on 21.01.2019. After some days i noticed that machine was giving holes, damaging the clothes in respect of which number of complaints were made through email and call. Then mr rahul visited to address the issue. The damaged clothes were shown to him to which he said his senior mr rakesh bhatia will do the needful. When the damaged clothes were shown to mr rakesh bhatia, he does not accepted the fact that machine is damaging the clothes in fact he suggested that he will wash clothes himself, but no holes were found when he washed the clothes. So he denied the problem. After mr bhatia's visit i found new the holes so made complain again through email and call in response of which no action has been taken by lg till date. Now i am very scared and tensed that whether to wash the clothes in this machine or not.

                                I have purchased a side by side refrigerator from Famous Fridge Centre, Mumbai on May 04th, 2019 but since day 1 the refrigerator was leaking and ice started forming on the items kept in the refrigerator and all of them got spoilt.
                                The demo person said it happens in the beginning and will stop after a few days. But it did not stop
                                Hence I complained to the Customer Care hundreds of times and a few technicians came and went saying that a Senior Engineer will visit. The Sr. Engineer came and went without resolving the problem. The PROBLEM is STILL PERSISTING TILL DATE. After innumerable complaints, an Engineer came to inspect the refrigerator and after about 2 hours of inspection, he said that the refrigerator is a defective piece.
                                I had never thought that a MNC like LG would have such POOR SERVICE.
                                On July 26th, 2019 I got call saying that after approval from the Head Office,
                                they will replace or will refund me my money. But till date no has approached me neither has my money been refunded.
                                I, a Sr. Citizen, aged 64 years, herewith request you to kindly refund me my money as I have gone through a great mental torture and harassment for more than 2 and half months IMMEDIATELY.

                                  This is regarding how lg is endangering life of it's customer by sharing it's customer complain data secretly with 3rd party companies.

                                  We observed on (29th july, 2019) morning around 7:30am that our lg washing machine is not working. We downloaded the lg service india app from playstore and registered a complaint on the app (Complaint id: ccn-[protected])

                                  Immediately after this complaint was raised, within 1hr mr. Sharif (+91-[protected]) called me and confirmed that a complaint has been raised for washing machine repair so he would be coming down and he confirmed the address. I provided him all the details and informed my mom & dad that a technician will be coming down. Mr. Sharif came and did an inspection and confirmed that pcb & motherboard is gone and needs a replacement, he made a job card and took the parts with him and left.

                                  After this, i received a call from mr. Tanveer (+91-[protected]) in afternoon and he said he is calling from lg and would be coming down to attend the complaint. To my surprise i told him that one of the lg executive has already attended the complain and has taken the h/w piece with him. Tanveer then said to me that no one from lg has come for this till now and it was some other local guy. Mr. Tanveer was now only interested in closing the complaint by just putting the same update.

                                  I immediately called tanveer again and he gave his am number, mr. Rajkumar (+[protected]. I conference this call with mr. Sharif and it was found he works for intime service pvt. Ltd but he didn't confirm how he got my details and had the audacity to walkin to my home under false identity of lg executive and take away parts from my appliance.

                                  After some hot conversation finally rajkumar (Area manager) agreed that this complaint details have been shared and he doesn't know how but he doubt that the family members of the customer may have done it.

                                  I'm not really worried about the washing machine, but i'm scared how lg can compromise on customer's data and put their life in risk. We have heard about such cases happening in other cities a lot, today could have been a nightmare for me as my aged parents were alone at home.

Code terms and conditions are given to purchase are minimum of rs.750 but when applying the code in paytm, it's stating to purchase for rs.6000 to get cashback.
