Yesterday i bought lg ro, and they told immidetaly, it will be installed, they were singing about good service and all... But all are fake... I regret that i bought lg product very poor service ... No any initiation, if very first day you cant provide initial installation service, its almost 24 hours... Still waiting... I bleave its my last lg product.

    We had bought our refrigerator 4years back for rs.24, 500. The fridge has 10 years compressor warranty + 2years warranty onbthe whole but within two years we had cooling issues. After several followups the engineer came and charged me ₹1600 for repairs, he even took ₹3750 for extended warranty for 3 years.. The engineer was called every year thereafter. With several follow-ups but all in vain they are offering me 15 percent which not even half of the amount l spent

      Well i was having issues with my ac, my first call to customer services was on 04/04 and the representative tried his level best but could not fix the issue. He told me that he will be sending someone over to have a look at the modem and will fix the issue.

      No one came or called after that and i am still having the same issue with the ac. I don't know who to contact if after talking with the customer services manager, my issue was still not resolved.

        Everything is not so good about lg!!! We had bought an lg fridge about 4 yrs back, yes we had cast lots for it... Just after 2 years we faced cooling issues, they repaired the fridge saying the warranty was for two years.. L paid ₹1500 as repair charges, they asked me to extend the warranty for three years again and l paid ₹3710. Even after that there were cooling issues... Everything was spoiled... The warranty period would be over this november.. But then they have said it must be replaced because there is an internal leakage... Now it's been two weeks since l have been doing the follow-up, they want the 4 year old invoice... L have given them the sr. No. As well as the model number, am sure with that they could get all details possible... Lg had promised 24hrs replacement, but it's not true... Snehanjali from where l bought the fridge is also not giving a copy of my bill

          I purchased one lg led from electromart ghaziabad on 28th march 2019. It is a full hd tv but the display was not good. I complained it to dealer electromart. But they were not serious. They were not responding well to my problem for several days. On filing complaint on 8th with lg an lg engineer mr sumit came on 10th april 2019 and after checking he found that display is not good. It needs to be replaced. I contacted ritu devi customer support officer lg. She said that your tv will be replaced. After several reminder she said that my tv will be replaced by 21 or 22nd april 2019. I again called her on 24th april 2019 but she said that i have no answer regarding till when the tv will be replaced. Please note that i have all the call recording and whats app conversation. They are all acting in collusion. Please look into the issue as soon as possible. Otherwise i will be left with no option to file a complaint in consumer forum and with police also for fraud and mental harassment. Necessary action must be taken against electromart and service center officials who are not doing their work.

          I want to draw your kind attention towards callousness behaviour of LG service center. It is described below:

          I purchased one LG LED (43 LK5260) from Electromart Ghaziabad (Plot no. 10, Kala Pathar Road, Niti Khand-1, Indirapuram) on 28th March 2019 in rupees 35000. On delivery I found that the back panel was open slightly and despite Television being full HD, the display was not good. I complained it to dealer Electromart. But they were not serious.They were not responding well to my problem for several days. On filing complaint on 8th with LG by calling [protected], an LG engineer Mr Sumit came on 10th April 2019 and after checking he found that display is not good. I contacted Ritu devi, customer support officer LG. She said that your TV will be replaced. After several reminders she said that my TV will be replaced by 21 or 22nd April 2019. I again called her on 24th April 2019 but she said that I have no answer regarding when the TV will be replaced. Please note that I have all the call recordings and whats app conversations to support my claim. They are all acting in collusion. I have been a great fan of LG products. Almost all my electronic products like Washing machine, Refrigerator etc. are from LG. But this time I am highly disappointed. I am not getting solution to my problem after hundreds of calls and conversations. I am a person from lower middle class. I purchased this Television worth 35000 by saving for months.

          You are requested to kindly look into the issue as soon as possible. Otherwise I will be left with no option than filing a complaint in consumer forum and with Police also for fraud and mental harassment. I will go to any forum, social media and any court for safeguarding my right. Necessary action must be taken against Electromart and service center officials who are not doing their work diligently. They are ruining the name of a great brand LG. I called on [protected] several times but no one is taking care of the issue. They are doing this in NCR region with a person who knows about his right. I am a senior lawyer by profession. What will happen to other people. LG should abide by the law.

          I request you to kindly replace my LG LED at the earliest.

              I have purchased a lg tv from azad eletracic wani on 8th april 2019 and the installation was promised to be done within 48 hours and it's been over 14 days now and still the installation guy has not come to fix it.
              Pathetic service absolutely from lg.
              I definitely would not recommend anyone to buy your products because you guys don't do things promised and don't treat your customers in the right way..

                I purchased lg fully auto machine 5 years back, after 1 year machine was not worming &was told by service centre that pcb is not working & will be replaced they charged 4500 for that, unfortunately machine did not work
                Then they replaced complete wiring & small pcb but after some time again machine ic not working
                Now again service centre employee asking for pcb change as ic not available for repair and again rs 4000 for pcb change
                In 5 years term spent 10000 on washing machine repair

                  Bought a water purifier ww130np in 16th april. It's been one month's since installed, and purifier manage to work only 5 days, only 8 times lg engineer visited 3parts changed but still not working there is problem in the products. Requested the dealer to replace it, but he refused, if these kind of service lg will provide doubt they can retain customer.

                  Every time a serviceman comes from the company or the company's dealer, he has to give you in writing what is the problem with the product and how he intends to fix it or if it is fixable at all or not.
                  What does the service report say?
                  There can be different options available to you depending upon these the answers to these two questions.

                    Few days back i have purchased ac and for installation lg service person came. After review where to setup the ac outdoor unit they have told me that they cannot install the outdoor unit of ac near to window as there is no enough space there as per their view. So later on after so many discussion they told me to install the outdoor unit in terrace where they need more pipe and additional parts because terrace is in 4th floor and i am staying in 2nd floor. After measurement they told me the whole calculation of pipe and additional things which is required as per their calculation they need 8 ft extra pipe and other materials as required which will additional cost to rs 4450 as they estimated. Also they have told and promised to give bill copy of additional materials and pipes. Which they failed to give the bill and till date i am following with them also given complained to lg customer care but still not received the bill copy of that additonal materials. Also later when i have checked by measuring outdoor unit of ac which is installed in terrace, i found that it can easily be fitted near to my window without any additional cost. Which means they cheated me to get the additional money. So i want to complained for that ac service person who looted money from me, the installion which can be done easily without any cost.

                      I have been using lg fridge (Model gl-225bm) since the past 6+ years... And it has been working fine...in 2019 april the cooling is not happening. But the fridge is working. So i get the service engineer number from lg showroom and called the engineer named gopi ([protected]) and a service engineer visited me on 5th april 2019 and after inspection, he told me to change thermostat problem and have to be changed. Then he got the cash rs.1500 for the product and told to come tomorrow and replace it. But after that, he has not come. After a week i called him and he was not answering properly. After that, i called local people about this problem. He came and told me the problem is in a stabilizer. You have changed the only stabilizer. I am really shocking. Then only i came to know the fact. I humbly request the people please don't believe the company service engineer. They mislead us many times. Just enquire some more technicians and then decide.

                      I had purchased a LG refrigerator model # GL- D402JPZL/2015 with 10 years warranty on Inverter Compressor.

                      In April 2022, after 7 years, the refrigerator stopped cooling, since it was out of the 5 year warranty period, i called a local engineer, who filled gas and still after a few days it stopped cooling.

                      Hence I got in touch with the LG company directly who send their representative and said it was a compressor problem and that it needs to be replaced.

                      He also informed that since I had called an outside engineer to fill the gas, my warranty on the compressor is not valid. Even after telling him that my compressor was not repaired or touched, he still insisted that I have to pay for a new compressor.

                      I will have to pay the full amount of ₹ 7000 to replace the compressor officially.

                      I would like to know from the company is this your stated policy.

                            Complain no.RNP[protected]. I have purchased new inverter a.c of L.g in Vadodara on 6th March 2017for 40k .On 30th March 2019 I have complain on customer care l.g.On next day technician came to visit said condenser is not working will change tomorrow.On next day I was waiting for him bt nobody came.On the next day I called back to him he said he will come bt still not came .I complained to customer care they give me no.of l.g service center in Vadodara.I called that person he said he will call me back bt he never called me next day I called him again he cut my call 3 times.I again called customer care center they again give me no.of area manager yogesh gadalia .I called him tell all he said your condenser will come on 12th March.Then said on 15th March .Then finally I got irritated and called him and said what the matter is .He said u can get replacement of a.c soon u have to pay 10k.I said no why should I pay 10k on replacement when my new a.c which is already in warranty .He said it will take around 1 month more for condenser to come that is 15th may.I think this is a pre planned drama people sitting in L.G to earn extra income from customer .I will never recommend any one to purchase L.G product.If you are sitting in senior position in company and not able to solve the problem shame on u .You should stop your brand L.G and stop giving warranty period to customers.

                              I have my double door (side by side) LG refrigerator got cooling issues and registered a complaint with LG customer care app, I had all my frozen and refrigerated food items spoiled. Local services people not contacted me, but the companies are getting closed without attending the issue.

                              Always LG truoubles, no local service engineer is good all speak ver hard.

                                Bought SidebySide Ref. and Ser Eng.came for Installation & Demo of the Product but he was totally untrained as he doesnot know how to adjust the doors & after complaining to Service Agency Owner (Mr.Rinku Maurya) Delight Care Services, Sitapur, he is talking very roughly and in a very bad way as if he is the owner of LG Brand and have very attitude of having the Service Agency.

                                In my life I have seen first time the Service Agency Owner of LG brand talks in the way to the customer is totally very unacceptable and will not be tolerated frim anyone.

                                From such a good brand I have never expected that the Service Agency will be given to the person who does not know how to talk to customers and has not have guts to listen to customers problem and to accept the fault of his Engineers.

                                As an Architect I have suggested LG for having good service till now but from today having faced such problem on myself, literally I got very hurted and shameful that how I have suggested my client your brand.

                                I request you to please take strict action against this complaint and give the Service Agency to the Person who should know how to talk with the customers, so that I should get the confidence back from your brand agian which I lost today.

                                  I have purchased 8 Air conditioners in around march 2017, and also purchased AMC for all. Last week one of my ac stoped working so i called the customer care to register a complaint. My complaint no. Is RNP[protected]. The very next day a technician came(name- Himanshu mob. no. [protected]) n told me that there is gas leakage n the technician will come Tomorrow morning to repair it. Next day technician came at around 6:30 in the evening (name - arshad mob. no. [protected]) n after opening all the parts of outdoor unit told me that he is not able to find the fault due to darkness n will come tomorrow morning n check properly . Next day, nobody came just a person called me 2-3 times that he is coming but nobody came that day . For the next two days i repeatedly called at the service centre n just i got fake assurance. Today also i got calls 2-3 times (mob. no.-[protected]) that we are coming but nobody came.
                                  Now i m writing to you, please look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible. I will be very grateful to you.

                                    It very disheartening to say that lg service center has employed engineers, who wear dirty cloths, dirty shoes chewing gutka go for the services. We purchased one new window ac and is still lying for three days without being installed. Three complaints have been filed to install it. One engineer came for digitex service center gtb nagar and went away without installing. Today he on his own sent somebody else to istall it and said that this men is his good. It is clear cheating case by your engineer. They are outsourcing installation on their own to untrained people. We rae feeling sorry to make this mistake of buying lg a/c, whose services have gone down to such low. This is last time we request you to get this ac installed. We promise you that we will never bother you in future by buying any lg product.

                                      I had purchased lg tv with normal warranty of 1 yr and extended warranty of 3 yrs additional to normal but now at the time of giving service they are not replacing the tv from last 22 days and i am tired of reaching their customer care and grievance cell. Ho is transferring ticket id to hyd branch and they are not interested to do it. Whom i should i reach now.

                                      Local branch is dictating now and i had mailed to them, no response they are demanding heaving money to do the service, i had requested them to replace immediately but still no respite to me from lg brand.

                                      Lg to banned in india for their poor service...

                                      i am raising this concern with your team from last 25 days but no co-ordination with your HO and Hyd branch, they are harassing customers and playing badly . my TV had been shut down from 27 days and no response .. Kindly replace my TV immediately and come clean with indian customers..

                                      Till today my issue of Replacement was not done by your team. I had taken Extended warranty of 3 yrs with Normal warranty of 1 yr of LG. At the time of service HO and branch are playing with the customers by washing their hands.

                                      Now from 2 months my TV was shut down, i am tired of reaching their Customer care team and raising ticket ids which was closing by their respective Branch( Hyd branch lead by Mr.Alok iyengar/N Kishore Goud/Amar and his total service team) with out confirming the customers.

                                      If LG do this kind of service, then all indians should boy cot the LG Products in india. LG HO is just watching this game of fooling customers by selling products in india with out any support or service team which should take care of issues.

                                      From last 2 months no Replacement is coming or responding by their team and HYD service team demanding me to pay additional amount to service the TV.

                                      i am requesting LG HO TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION ON ENTIRE BRANCH OF HYDERABBAD ( ALOK (BM0 KISHORE (ASM) AND HIS ENTIRE TEAM NOW AND THEY SHOULD CONFIRM ME THAT THEY HAD TAKEN ACTION ON THEM.

                                      LG brand is worst brand ever to be in india... Solve the issue and call me..

                                      Bought an LG TV with lot of hopes of service which they given at the time of purchasing the product and now we are running around them to get service. Its Poor service from LG ELECTRONICS as my no of ticket ids from day one 25th mar, 19 had been closing by the Hyd branch without confirming customers.

                                      From day one of my Purchase of LG TV (LB5820), issue was coming and I had 3 yrs of AMC Extended warranty card which was to be updated but LG Team not done and now blaming the customer at the time of servicing the product.
                                      How ever, the problem persisted again and again it has been almost 1-2 calls every day, but the set has been giving problems from the day of purchase.
                                      On escalating the issue no of times, this ticket generated by customer care team was going to the same branch which was not understanding the issue demanding money for service .

                                      It is regrettable that after over 50 calls and over 55 email REMAINDERS, I still do not get any firm confirmation from any LG senior officer and LG HO and branches are not providing the contact nos or email ids to be reached for escalation.

                                      I wonder why LG has taken an AMC if they cd not maintain their own product!
                                      It only reflects on a culture of making a quick buck at the expense of customers.
                                      I have decided not to buy any LG product in future considering the pathetic service levels, and will not hesitate to put this experience across relevant blogs if the company continues to make me run after them .

                                      Hope someone senior and responsible in LG will appreciate this callous attitude of the company and rectify this matter without further reminders.
                                      HOW LONG CUSTOMER SHALL WAIT FOR THE RESPONSE …..

                                      Your System is So Bad is that your BRANCH IS TAKING CARE OF CUSTOMERS QUERY AND ISSUES AND HO IS SLEEPING EVERY DAY WITH OUT RESPONDING TO CUSTOMERS BY CALLING THEM.

                                      MY ISSUE IS GOING ON FROM LAST 65 DAYS AND STILL NO RESPONSE FROM LG HO INDIA AND KOREA. THEY DO NOT WANT TO SERVE THE CUSTOMERS AND CONCENTRATING ON SALE .

                                      HOW LONG LG DENY MY FAMILY TO WATCH TV IS NOW MORE CONCERN. I HAD RAISED THE ISSUE 65 DAYS BACK TO REPLACE THE TV BUT TILL NOW NO RESPONSE FROM HO OR BRANCH.

                                      HYD BRANCH IS WORST SERVICE BRANCH IN INDIA AND LG JUST KEEP QUIET BY SENDING COPY PASTE REPLY TO CONTACT BRANCH. I HAD INFORM THEM THAT BRANCH ( Mr.Alok Iyengaer ( BM) KIshore ( ASM) NOT LIFTING CALLS THEN ALSO SAME RESPONSE IS GETTING.

                                      WHY I HAD TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE WHEN MY LG TV IS UNDER WARRANTY ( I HAD SHOWN ALL PROOF TO THEM ) LG HAD CHEATED ME AND FOOLED ME AT THE TIME OF BUYING TV AND NOW AT THE TIME OF SERVICING.

                                      KINDLY TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION ON HYD BRANCH AND CALL ME. IF YOU HAVE ANY FACE TO SHOW THE CUSTOMER..

                                      I want to know how much time yo require to take action on your Hyderabad Branch Team led by Mr.Alok Iyengar . He is not at all responsible person to be in the chair, he is just disconnecting my calls when i got a mail from LG greivance cell to contact him.. LG Customer care team is so lazy that just sending copy paste reply to customer to contact branch or take their words and keep quiet if they do not listen or respond...

                                      How long LG will deny to watch TV ??? When i get Replacement of TV ?? how long shall ii wait for the replacement ??? Now even my calls were not attending by the Branch. This is stupid service giving by the LG..

                                      LG Should shut down their offices in india and go back...

                                        My name is Ruchi Singh. We have purchased LG split inverter AC on[protected]Invoice No 380-R-SI 3028) from Vijay Sales at Sector 58, Noida. I have raised the complaint that AC is not working and there is no cooling on 10th April 2019. Customer Care executive assures me that I will receive a call regarding the same within 24 hours but I haven't received any call from your executive. After this, I raised another request on 12th April 2019 and got to know that my issue is not registered by your executive on 10th April 2019 so they raise a fresh request and committed to me that the executive will visit my place by today (i.e 12th April 2019). After doing rigorous follow up with them they are able to send one technician at my place but he refused to anything other than normal cleaning of the AC. AC is not cooling due to lack of gas that we got to know but he refused to do so. After I call to your customer executive and explain and requested for sending any technician for gas refilling but no one helped me. Next day again I contacted your executive and they promised that they will send one technician by the end of the day which does not happen at all. I waited for the whole day but no use. And finally today some technician show up at my place but they refused to do the work and said that we have re-installed our AC from any other technician apart from LG so everything is charged now.
                                        Please enlighten me on some points
                                        1. My AC is in the warranty period so why I need to pay for gas refilling?
                                        2. Why your executives make false promises and if we confronted them they hung up the call on me or put me on hold for more than an hour?
                                        3. Provide me any document where it is written that if we reinstalled our AC from any other technicain than we need to pay for anything?

                                        Let me know the solution to this.
