Hi,
This is faiz i purchased air conditioner on 25.02.19 and installation is completed on 01.03.19. On 21.03.19 the air conditioner automatically leaked and i complaints on 22.03.19 having complaints no rnp[protected] regarding this. Due to irresponsible behaviour from lg till now problem not solved. On 22.03.19 sri sai electronic call me and told me this area not belongs to me after that they transfer the call to other lg service centre than from their call is come and told me we are not install your air conditioner sri sai electronic hyderabad person is come to install air conditioner of your after that when i contact them no one receive call and after that i contact lg toll free no they provide two no one service centre no and another customer officer no name sidharth he also not received call after continues call to sidharth he receive call i told all thing happen after sometime from service center call is came and the lady told me sir technician is go to your home and check it the issue in that time i told please told your technician to come with gas to fill but the technician not come with gas. After coming to my home gas is not there to fill he told i come on 24th morning and i fillup your air conditioner gas. I told why you not do today as we are facing issue he told today not possible. This all is happen on 23rd 11.30 am. Again i call to lg service center she told me after one installation of air conditioner technician come and do the gas filling but no one came. I also told to that lady technician told me he come on sunday morning and sunday is holiday, she told me sir sunday is working as this is the season. From morning i call to lg service center, technician, owner, lg customer officer no one pickup lastly i call to lg toll free no but not proper resolution given to me.

I never expect this types of service from lg. I take legal action against you as with in 24days of purchase air conditioner this issue happens.

I can't tolerate this types of irresponsible behaviour from lg service center sri sai electronics hyderabad, lg customer officer siddharth, lg service center technician imran.
I take legal action on lg regarding this issue.

This is Mohammed Faiz I purchased Air Conditioner 25/02/19 and installation on 1st march 2019 till now i complaint many neither the LG service center responds it nor customer care just they send mail the complaint is forwarded to service center and they will handle it and one more mail they send hyderabad region head sidharth and their contact no but till now he not receive my call.Lg giving worst service.i want my money should me return and take your air conditioner back.i no need any more irresponsible behaviour.

My LG Automatic machine is not working as it stops anytime in between washing clothes sometimes.

    My complaint is that if we purchase ac from shop. They were charging 1173 rs for installation.
    If we purchase ac from online they were do free installation. Why this type of difference between online and by shop purchase.
    Why lg electronics making this type of difference. I had twetted to lg electrnics but they were not replying properly. I had called customer care they told me i[censored] had taken ac from shop we should charged for installation.
    After talking lg electronics on twitter via direct message they were not replying propely. They were telling that talk to lg customer care

      My air conditioner with the production model no.: lsn3np3ff6. Ammfuam is not working. It is 2014 model and now it has no cooling. It seems as if the cooling gas got over. And now, it has started a new problem as it is not even switching on. Seems like the current is not going through to the air conditioner.

      Hope the company will consider my complaint with good care, and get me a solution as soon as possible.

        I have bought 3 lg phones they all have problems. The first one finished two years after that it was dead beyond repair.

        The second one is v20 i thought my life will be easy but it was a beginning of my problems. Just 3 months after buying it, the battery started to have a problem, the phone also started to be slow. I took it to repairs they change the whole system including battery. But that did not solve any problem. I didn't not enjoy what i was paying for i feel robbed by lg. Even today the phone can't be fixed is still under warranty but now i am told to pay.

        The other phone u bought for my son it does not even have a year. The charging hole is not charging.

        Kindly assist me what i do with this lots of non functional items with your name on it. Please call me and sort this before i send it to another level. The problem is that crime here in my country is an offence and been robbed my money like this is chargeable offence. If you were a person you would be taken to court.

        I pay r370*24 and r199*24 and the other one is paid up at 230*24 this is the money i have been robbed by lg.

        Kindly help me i need to know how you are assisting me

          We bought lg refrigerator gl-d292jpfl in may 15. Since last 1 1/2 month, cooling does not happen in fridge. After repeated complaints, lg service team came, took the fridge. The service people said machine has internal board problem. As that particular part is not available; the fridge cannot be repaired and we need to buy a new fridge. We got a call again saying that lg will pay only 35% on the bill amount. As a company if you cant provide the spare part, you need to replace the fridge free of cost. Is this the problem of the customer? Need your response for the same.

            I purchased mobile phone on 05/11/2018 last year so its on warranty right now.. I face display issue from my mobile phone and i reached service center they told me that display was not working so change the display by them.. I told ok change it but they had refused and told me we have not display right now.. So give me 10 to 15 day to arrive display from company.. I m wait and suddenly after 15 days they call me and told me they have disply and change it as soon as possible.. So i convince and give them my phone to change it but after a 3days gone but they cant change it and they told me that they have not permission to change... They email to company for this but company didn't reply that email... So help me what can i do for this situation...

              Water filter is not working from the second month. Called many times the service center. Customer service is pathetic and no proper followup. Now today again they tell our area water is not good and they are blaming us to buy the product online from third party. The lg service is unprofessional and have not tried resolving the problem. They keep pestering to buy amc or charging us for replacing filter.

                  With full confidence, prestige and emotions i purchased lg refrigerator (Gcc-247uguv — lg 675 ltr), invoice no: 2017-18/ct/109/l, dated 16. July, 2017 from jeevan jee refrigeration engineering pvt. Ltd., lajpat nagar, delhi in rs. 89, 000/-
                  Within short time span of only one & half year i am really disappointed and i don't have words to explain the pain, stress and pathetic experience face by me towards this fridge.
                  Since beginning we have faced cooling problem in this product. Number of visits have been made by the executives of l. G. Customer care as per following details:

                  This not the way, that a very costly product of such type of leading brand gets faulty and trouble shooters have no way out...
                  In fact this is the responsibility of company to replace the faulty product with new one, so that the customer remains satisfy and happy with their decision of purchase.
                  In this matter i humbly request with competent authorities to kindly look into this matter sincerely and come to the concrete solution.

I was not bothered about it as far my ac worked. Now i have some issues with my ac so called the customer care to book a service.                       Product is under warranty from date of purchase april 2015 till april 2020, unfortunately lg refuses to fill the gas as installation done by third party last installation also done by third party, only 2nd installation was done by lg paying 1700. How can lg refuse gas refelling when gas is covered under amc, written to [protected]@lge.com 14 times no reply.
                      More ever they refuse to give in writing or on reply mail that amc stands null and void if installation is done by third party vendor..
                      2) you will not refill gas free of cost as it does not come under amc.

                      Request you to please send this from [protected]@lge.com.
                      It's a shame that the product is under warranty from the date of purchase and you are asking charges for gas refelling.
                      Thank god there is no compressor failure.
                      Means amc (Annual maintenance contract) means only your regular service dry/wet.
                      Initially the area service manager was even reluctant to share his official email id

                      Request to take this matter on highest priority as reply at the earliest.
                      In future please do inform your customer while extending amc or even at the time of purchase that in case of installation by third party vendor warranty is void.
                      Dear after april 2020 would have not given a single mail or call.

                      Most important thing past 4 years or more virar comes under dist palghar, unfortunately system still reflects dist thane, they say how does it matter, if it's a seperate dist mention the new dist palghar, from 2015 till date lg has not spend a single paise on repair and i never knew gas leakage problem may happen which also i doubt., because i have been told by third party vendor that every time you relocate the split ac there is defenetly gas loss.

                        I am facing cooling problem in my refrigerator since few days back in lower part of the two door model fridge. Upper part is working properly. I made complaint to toll free number of lg [protected]. The complaint was attended by mr. Navin on 4th march and i was recommended that the internal heater plate needs to be replaced. I agreed and requested to place the order and replace & repair it at the earliest. After my repeated reminders, the service centre representatives say that this part is not available and it cannot be repaired. My problem remains un resolved even after many reminders, emails and calls. No one responsibly provides any satisfactory answer as to when my problem will be resolved.
                        Kindly look into the matter and please help me in getting my problem resolved

                          The customer service of lg was requested to replace the corroded grey plated outer body & your franchisee, m/s aar kay tech approached us to undertake the work. Accordingly the machine was taken by them and brought back on october 16, 2018. On receipt we found a projection on the top side and mr. Venu gopal, in-charge was requested to replace the same. Even though he agreed, it was not carried out for a delayed period informing us the order had been placed to lg for the item and expected soon be replaced. But, when contacted mr. Venugopal on february 01, 2019, he informed that the grey colour body was no more available as its production has been stooped by lg and white colour was only available. On agreeing by us the machine was taken by the franchisee and returned back n the same day by replacing it with white cover. On receipt of the machine, the plastic anti-rat cover of it was found to have been broken and was shown to the employees brought the machine back. The anti-rat cover was taken out by them and had agreed to replace it. Subsequently when mr. Venugopal was contacted. But he refused to accept the fact that it was broken by them and asking me to pay for the same for its replacement.

                          Originally the job was carried out vide their invoice no. 2224 dated october 16, 2018 for the cabinet assembly rs. 1111.70+repalcement of the clutch assembly rs. 2038.30 + nut common rs. 124.60 + chemical wash service charge rs. 550.00+ transportation charges rs. 500.00 plus the gst amount. Thus totalling rs. 5266.10 (Rupees five thousands two hundred sixty six and paise ten only).

                          Therefore it is requested to instruct your franchisee m/s aar kay tech (Authorised service centre of (Lg electronics india pvt. Ltd.) address :42//2015b, old no. 3332 a1 arkkakadavu road, vennala p. O. Edappally south village, ernakulam kerala state pin code 682028.

                            Product purchased on[protected], till now i gave complaint for 5 times as room was not getting cool after two hours also as per technician there is a gas leakage due to improper installation. He filled gas and it worked for few days again same problem occured.

                            For installation they charged 3500 saying that it should be done with rope for keeping the outdoor unit but they kept from beside portion which is vacant.

                            And they have not checked the unit properly as recent technician said the problem occured at the time of delivery only who ever installed they have not checked the unit properly.
                            This is fifth time iam complaining now lg service person wants the unit to there store for service i said to take still they are asking money to detatch and install 1500 and for transport 400 as well.

                            I asked to replace the product as it was not working properly but one lady (Her no [protected]) at the service store was talking very rude and saying we will charge amount you should bear and at any cost product will not be replaced finally its your wish to get your product checked or not.

                              Again amc form number 15105515 same ac model lwa5gw3aanlg same serial number 701nayw060898 for same ac was done again for period 1 oct 2018 to 30 sep 2019 amount 2832 was paid again

                              This is clear fraud how cam same ac amc be done twice and today your lg representative came again for amc of same ac for third time

                              Please i need resolution

                                Hello team i brought a mobile lgv20 in feb 20th 2018 by online via flipkart. I was happy customer till feb 25th 2019. On that day i was on meeting via skype on middle of the call my wifi got disconnected. First i thought it was my router issue later i found it was mobile issue.
                                On 27th i called lg authorised dealer in vellore (Tamilnadu) where they said we wont service mobile phones. So on 02/03/19 i travelled to chennai which is 150 km after from my home town and visited authorised service center in arumbakkam. They checked and confirmed that my mobile has a hardware issue and wifi wont work. Also they said the same cannot be rectified, we need to change the mother board which will cost around 15 to 17k. I was really shocked as a week before one year warranty was completed and explained the situation. They refused and said they cannot be considered in warranty.
                                When i bought the mobile a year back i was taught that the mobile was one of the flagship model and all hardware are military tested etc., if the issue has come a week before i would has got in warranty now im not in position to spend a huge amount which im no were fault. I want you to consider to change the mother board on warranty on exception. Im renowned customer of lg and have a high perception on company values.
                                Please consider my request to change the mobile mother board on exception basis. Hope you will understand my situation. Expecting a favourable reply from your end.

                                  Hello. I had raised a service request on 11th feb 2019 for no cooling in refrigerator. Also there is frost formation in freezer in a frost-free refrigerator. This is ridiculous. The response given by service center is "product cannot be repaired and new refrigerator needs to be purchased". I don't want to buy new refrigerator. I faced same issue 5-6 months back and spent rs.5000 in rectifying it. Now again the same issue and it becomes not repairable now?? I want my refrigerator to be repaired and i'm ready to pay the cost for repairing. I don't want a new refrigerator. If a part is not repairable, then why this information was not mentioned to be me while buying? This is definitely against rti and i can take this legally. Also if 10 yrs warranty is given to compressor and related parts fail in just 4 years, then what is the purpose of giving 10 yrs warranty? And if it is not repairable, why to fool the customers and sell such products. If you have norms/policy which says "some parts of refrigerator (Which are related to compressor having 10 years warranty) cannot be repaired", then share the same with me. And also share the same with customers buying lg refrigerator and definitely no one will buy lg products then.

                                    Last year 23/02/2017 i have purchased ac for our drawing room of lg dual inverter.

                                    As we were two in family so usage was very limited during dinner or lunch.

                                    But this summer some relative had visited to my house so we use drawing room for sleep at night as it's the only room after bedroom having ac.

                                    But this summer i have faced water leakage from internal unit, even my entire sofa got wet due to leakage, for this i had registered first complain on 17th may 2018, since that day i have registered 10-12 complains and 15-16 engineer from lg have visited but no body able to resolve the problem.

                                    Than i have received the contact details asm sagar pande from your side i have contacted him he has arranged one senior engineer from lg on last saturday 9th june 2018.

                                    But still problem not resolved even now all engineers, sagar pande and himanshu balaji service center has stop attending my calls.

                                    I want replacement of the product as piece was defected one which you had sold to me that's why your entire engineer team could not able to fix the problem.

                                    Never expected such kind of product from such a big company like lg

                                      We purchase 4 lg appliances last january. Fridge, convection oven, over the stove microwave and a dishwasher. We thought that we purchased a great quality product, top of the line. We were getting a new kitchen and the completion was in april. We have used these appliances less than a year. The fridge has a new circuit board installed today. Only because we purchased extended warranty. They have to come back and replace the motor on the micro wave. Again through extended warranty. We also have a issue with the oven. Hard to believe that we spent $3300. On a fridge that needed a repair immediately after the warranty, yet it has not even been used for a full year, same as the microwave & stove. We paid almost $10 grand for these appliances. I am so disappointed with the poor performance for these products. I have contacted the customer service for lg. There was no offer to make this bad situation good. They felt that the products were over the 1 year and i would need to contact the extended warranty company. I would be so a shamed as a company to know that customers out there are spending this kind of money knowing the products are poor performers in the appliance world. Purchasing these appliances i feel that i paid way more then they are worth, as of now i would never purchase a lg product, nor would i recommend to purchase. Poor quality, poor customer service.

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        This is to inform you that we have purchased lg front loading washing machine from reliance retail ltd (Reliance digital store, udhna, surat, gujarat) on 6-sep-2018 but we regret to inform you that said washing machine has not been working properly since last few days. As soon as we load the clothes and start the machine, it is vibrating with high loud. Also inform you that on 28-nov-2018, we have raised the first complaint in reliance digital and after 2 days one technician visited to our home and get it partially corrected. At this point of time also we insisted him to get it correct properly but he said it will be corrected automatically in next 2-3 days. There after issue continued and on 2-feb-19, we have again raised complaint to lg india and next day they sent an engineer to repair the issue but he accepted and said that machine is defaulted and sending request to replace your machine to company after that while taking follow up with lg india company they are not giving proper response and behaving like anything.

                                        Moreover we have also raised the complaint in reliance digital (Point of purchase store) with complaint no. Rnp[protected] and but they are also not giving any response and attention to this issue. We don't want to keep this defaulted product with us and want new machine in the replacement of this defaulted machine.

                                        Please help.
