Motherboard of my Microwave oven was taken away by LG service engineers 3 months ago with a promise to fix and replace the same in 3 days. They collected Rs. 400/- from me, gave a bill of Rs. 354/- and left the oven dismantled.

In last three months, all my follow up requests to replace the mainboard and fix the issues have simply fallen on deaf ears.

Last time when LG engineer came to fix my refrigerator issue, he took away my torch light with him. When I called he told he would return the same later but that day never came.

    Really I have recieved the worst customer service from LG whenever I call your customer care they say they will send engineer to take care of ac problem but no one visited my home,
    Problem with AC. When it was installed by technician the outlet water was leaking then again I called the guy to fix it and he did some patch and left and then the outdoor unit water leaking issue started and then after a day indoor unit failed to give cooling.

        Hi team,

        I purchased LG ac in croma last month suddenly in 1 month my ac stopped working ..I called croma they were not responding properly and I called LG customer care they raised request for service but no one are turned back for my issue ... 3 days got over still my issue not resolved .. even LG serive center is near to home my dad visited 6 times they not even care about our issue and no proper response from them..service center name AR Electronics..kindly did the needful asap..

          This is a complaint against
          1. Delight and Care LG service, Rishikesh
          2. Unique Services, Jogiwala, Dehradun
          I would like to bring to your notice the fraud and inefficiency going on at your service centers.
          I have a front loading washing machine of your company purchased around 4-5 years back. Unfortunately, its tap adapter broke. I called up the LG service center and they gave me the name o[censored]nique Services, Jogiwala. So I called the number given namely [protected]. After many attempts, ultimately the phone was answered. I asked him for the address of the center so that I can come and pick up the original part. I also asked the person for the cost of it. The person on the phone said first that it will cost Rs. 280/- So I asked him to sms me the address. He said that an engineer will come and the charges will be Rs. 500/- So for a part costing Rs. 280/-, I was asked to pay service charge of Rs. 500/-. I insisted that I will come to the center and get the part. I did not need training in fixing an adapter which I do routinely. The person then changed and said that okay, he will charge me Rs. 300/- and the part cost would be Rs. 280/- and that I pay a total of Rs. 580/-. I told him I will let him know.
          I then checked with local repairing companies and they said that I purchase the part for Rs. 200/- which will be adapter with the connecting hose. I thought that better I should get the original LG product. Hence I went to Rishikesh. There from one of the shop, I got the number of Delight and Care LG services personnel Mr. Nakul [protected]. I kept calling this number during working hours but it was not answered for three days. Later on day 4 when the call was answered, Nakul just said that I can come to the shop and pick it up.
          He did not bother to tell me what further he would need from me when I go to the shop to pick up the adapter. He also did not check whether the same was in stock or not. On the next day when I reached the shop, there was some new receptionist named Nisha who had no clue of what was been told to her. I explained and said that kindly contact Nakul and find out where the part is so that you can give it to me. She called and Nakul without asking for anything more just said that Nisha should take the model number of the machine and she should tell me to come together. He did not ask her about the place I stay. I by the way resided 30 kms away from Rishikesh. This is the level of inefficiency which is going on at your LG centers. They are least concerned about customer satisfaction or comfort. Nisha also was not particularly helpful. She kept talking a lot of rubbish and stubbornly siding the center about which she knew nothing!!!
          I said I will wait till Nakul comes because I will not leave today without the machine part. As I waited, Mr. Ajay walked in. He also looked as dazed as the receptionist and did not know where the things were. But he did call Nakul and asked him about the keys. Later he checked and said that the part is not in stock. I stayed put there and said that not keeping a part when ideally they should keep at least two in stock is their mistake and that I am not moving from that place until I receive the part. And if I do not get it today, I will put in an official complaint. Then realizing that he was cornered, Ajay said that okay he will get me the part within one hour. He then disappeared and came back in 5-7 minutes. He bought the adapter (dirty orange-colored of local make) and handed it to me. I looked and knew that it is not an original piece. I asked him the cost and he said that it is Rs. 180/-. So he was trying to sell me a FAKE product costing Rs. 50/- or less for Rs. 180/- and thought that I would purchase it. This was FRAUD! My dear sir, I have moved the world and know the level of fraud existing in your country! The thing is for you now to realize it and act on it. I want immediate action against these two service centers for their inefficiency in dealing with the customers and also for fraud in case of the Rishikesh center.
          I will wait for 48 hours for an answer from you on this matter and if I do not receive the same in 48 hours, I am going to put in an official complaint as an OPEN LETTER TO YOUR CEO on the internet for all to see.

            I am really having a tough time managing this. so I hope someone addresses this asap.

            I purchased LG refrigerator in 2016 and its a disaster since then. Every year I am facing same issue for cooling, you may refer to my service history.My registered mobile number is [protected].

            It is the same problem since 2016 and everytime the service guy fixes it temporarily. It works for some time and off again. Have paid almost 1500 per visit to the service guy total around 4000 to LG in just 2.5 years and still the issue persists. I’m sick and tired of doing this. Can the problem be permanently fixed? or should I throw away your product

                I had purchased above captioned a. C on 2.9.2018 vide invoice no. 1472 (Copy enclosed).
                I have to complain that the cooling of the ac is not at all satisfactory. I have been regularly following up the matter at your help line number [protected]. Mechanics have visted at least 3-4 times, but none has been able to solve the problem, whereas my guarantee period is elapsing. Also i am suffering from acute hot inside my shop despite having an ac of a well reputed company like yours. Also i am losing my customers due to this problem.
                When i purchased this a. C, i was very enthusiastic having made my mind to purchase a costly product of a best company so that i don’t face any problem later on. But i am very sorry to state that my problem is not being taken care of property and it seems that the company is just passing time, which i never expected from a company like yours.
                I want to add here that when i purchased the ac, these were the last days of the summer season but i just purchased it because i had to start my new shop and wanted to start it with all necessary amenities needed later. By the time i could really start my new shop the summers had gone and winters started, hence its cooling performance in summers could not be checked. But now in this summer when i actually needed it, and started actually using it, i found that it is not working upto the mark. Since then i have been following up to solve the problem but all in vain. Hence, i have to write to you to interfere and resolve my problem..
                I feel there is some manufacturing defect in this piece. Hence, it is requested that this piece may please be replaced with a fresh one at the earliest so that i and my customers may not suffer. I expect an early action in this regard please as hot season is going on.

                  It is regarding installation of my new split lg ac.
                  Complaint 1:- my pre installed gas pipe is damaged but engineer saying it as ok. As per manual it should not be damaged. Image of damaged pipe is attached.

                  Complaint 2:- during odu installation engineer installing the odu on roof floor without frame. As per manual it should be mounted on frame.

                  Complaint 3:- as per manual, to prevent gas leakage, refrigeration oil to be applied on both outer and inner surface of flare (During connecting indoor unit pipe).
                  But no oil was applied during installation.

                  Complaint 4:-installation engineers are fooling the customers.

                    I had lodged service request for replacing of the handle of the lg 320 litres refrigerator main door on friday 31st may - complaint no. Rnt[protected].

                    During the initial complaint call they said it would be attended in 24 working hours. It is two days since the complaint and no one from lg called has called regarding this service till date even after my repeated reminders.

                      I bought a lg 1.5 ton ac one and a half months back. Within a month it’s cooling performance deteriorated. When complained, lg’s so called authorised service dealer best electronics from chengalpattu called me to say they will not service it free of cost and demanded money for the repairs. Haven’t seen a 3rd rated company than lg who cheat customers into buying their products and don’t provide warranty service. I’m approaching the consumer court for justice

                            I miss. Sneha pawar bought the dual inverter ac from croma wakad pune dt: 03/03/2019. The service engg came for installation of ac but they didn't fit the nut - bot of ac properly resulting in leakage of gas. So their is no cooling from ac from 15/05/2019. The newly purchased ac all gas vanished off. We placed the complaint to customer dt 17/05/2019. The lady were handling our call but she didn't the complaint she informed us that you will received the after 2 hrs & that time your complaint will be raised & i didn't get the call back from customer care. So i gain raised the complaint dt 18/05/2019 & by the time no one came to us for resolving the issue. The installation done by mr. Krishna from pimpri pune service center & we get the call dt 19/05/2019 from service man but he said that you didnt received the call. When he called us for repair so he will not come for repair. He is denying of giving us the service. He said that you can do anything but he will not come for service. I had the call recording of that engg. We had taken the ac of lg brand you are giving us pathetic service. We had heard for our relatively that dont buy the lg ac after sell service is not at all good. Now, we had face such a worst service for you. Being a such a brand due to pathetic service you are loosing your customer base & also wont recommend any one to buy the any product of lg.ac is a product were service is must & you people are giving a worst after sell service. Your engineer were having such a daring for refusing of giving the service & he said will closed the call. Please check the same & dont let your brand name to be down. Now i need replacement of this ac.

                            Then engineer came & filled the ac with gas & ac were working fine for 15 days. Again we are facing the same issue since yesterday. We raised to LG but no one came for service. Now i need the replacement of my ac. I am not going to keep this damage module with me. Pls check and resolve the issue at the earliest

                              We have purchased a lg ac from reliance digital on 14th of april, 2019. It's hardly 45 days and the ac is started giving trouble.

                              The ac is not cooling properly, at all. Secondly, after running 3-4 hours it is showing an error ch-38. After that it stops working. Then everytime we need to plug off. Then after sometime switch it on. The cooling capacity has been decreased drastically.

                              The model number which has been bought by us is lg ks-q18gwzd.

                              Ain't we are supposed to get a full refund or a replacement??

                              Lg is a world famous brand. Don't expect such poor products from this company.

                              When i called the customer care, firstly they told me the technical team will call me with in 2 hours. But no call came. I called them second time. They took my complain and told me they will give me a complaint number through sms and will give me a call back. But it is almost 12 hours i have not received anything.

                              Pathetic after sales service.

                              Please take appropriate action on the issue.

                                  I baught lg v30+ mobile on 5 nov 2018.. A mobile has lg's flagship phone but after few month my phone had display problem and suddenlly display fade out.. Finally i go to service center and they checked my phone and tell me that these was company folt and change whole display and front panel too but some mistake happen by them when they fix it.
                                  Lg claim that my phone is ip68 water and dust ressistant and milletry grade cetificate too. But some problem involved bye service center pepole...
                                  So some day before i went outside city to village for enjoy vacation. One day the little rain came and me and my phone clothes my purse all things wet down.. When i come home my phone didn't working.. So i go to service center and tell them but they told me that this not mobile or service center folt this was my folt they claim me that i m responsible for this situation.. But truth is mobile has water resistant so what i do.. And really main problem is that they mistake on first service on my mobile 😡

                                  What is action about it ? I call today lg service manager of my circle area and he also replied me wrong ans. He also told me that it was my folt and he cant understand that the ip68 rating of my phone.. I told him this rating means the phone on water about 30min and 1.5meter of deep water the phone will survive .. But in my case only some rain water effected my phone ... But he dont understand and every time i m wrong he said.. And told me about company policy... I only said them don't cheat customer for these stupid nonsense talk and if your phone does not water resistant dont told us that wrong massage for advertising 😡

                                    I ramdev kumar purchased ks-q18gwzd on 16.04.2019 and installation done on 18.04.2019 without proper manner & demo. Only knowledge of remote explain by technician but not explain all function of ac. After installation technician demand rs. 1200/- from me while installation was free told by reliance digital asansol. After payment of rs. 1200/- i want to know about bill of rs. 1200/-. Than he reply me that bill will be sent by company on your email address. But till date and time i havent receive any mail regarding above mentioned subject. Also installation not done in proper manner. So please consider with me and do needful regarding that matter.

                                      I am writing to complain about an untrustworthy service which your company service person provides to me.
                                      The issue is, from last 6 months, my washing machine (Which i have purchased from your company) was showing an error during working. When i complained regarding that, your service boy came and check the fault, which according to him, very minute hydraulic door problem. I ask him the charges to fix it and he said it will be free of cost but he said he will come again to fix it. Then again after 1 day another two person came to recheck that. When i ask them that once your service boy had already did it then why you came to recheck. They said that, earlier boy was not an authorized person, i send him because i was out of town due to my personal reasons. I am the official man and that's why we come again to recheck. It means that they send an untrained man earlier which handled my equipment without having proper knowledge of it. Right now my machine's door looses its 100% efficiency (Which was earlier showing error a few time only) and it is because of your untrained service persons handled it.
                                      Is this the way you people are proving service to your costumers?

                                      Now the concern is they have wasted my two days in their re-checking procedure and now your company officials are saying that you runs out your warranty and because that you have to charge for that repairing. While according to first unauthorized person it was supposed to be free of cost.

                                      I filled my complain on 27 january while my warranty was finished on 26. At that time the problem was very minute and according to first service person can be fix without paying any cost. But due to handling of your untrained service person now it looses its 100% efficiency. Now i am not in a position to bear a cost of 1000 rupees to repair it. I felt that my machine comes under serious problem due to mishandling of your unauthorized service person which was intentionly done because your dealer know that my warranty has just finished and it is a very good chance to ask a repairing cost from the customer.

                                      Another thing, when i told this issue to your authorized dealer (Patel electronic, nilam baug, bhavnagar), he instead of salving the problem, offers me an offer to extend my warranty with the cost of 3500/- so that this fault can be solved under the warranty period. So ultimately to a no charge problem, i have to pay a handsome amount of rs. 3500/- to your company, just because your service person is unauthorized and he misguided us earlier by saying that it will be free of cost.

                                      I have been a devoted customer to your company for years now and i hope you will take my complaint seriously. Please look into the matter and provide me a solution.

                                      Your service person had already visited my place and report the same hydraulic door problem which arises due to the mishandling of your unauthorized service person. Now I request you to please repair my hydraulic door system as soon as possible.
                                      I have purchased fully automatic washing machine in this current year i.e. in 2019, but its not working.

                                        Sir, Sometimes back my ac went out of order. Accordingly the 3rd party hirer of lg told me the charges would be Rs.3000/. I said ok. Again another person came and told me Rs7800/. Then I made a complaint. I got a call from ASM stationed at AP gave a patient hearing in the midst of his innumerable works got the work done to my satisfaction and advised me to have AMC. Accordingly the service engineer told me the amount as 3300. When I requested for e mail he has dodged for more than a month and now not attending my sms and phone calls. Afterwards I complained the same to his superior and after some follow-up he sent a mail stating that the same will be 5724. When I asked the reason for his difference of quote he told me that the unit is more than 5 years old. I told him that it is less than 5 years old and also sent him the original bill he also started of not replying to my sms and whatsup. For each and everything I feel ackward to contact ASM who is the only person who works for customer satisfaction unlike the chennai team who work for the 3rd party authorised agent at chennai. Yr chennai staff lacks basic courtesy. Unfortunately I have all the LG products and that too based at Chennai. Why not u initiate some measure to yr chennai team to see some customer interest as well.
