I make a complaint for lg tv for this complaint your executive visit and suggest tv dry to sunlight for two days and i pay rs three hundreds but problem persist then i again make complaint then your executive visit and tell me company has close this model and do not available spare parts of this model i can only replace picture tube and board

So why did register my complaint while this model was close and not available spare parts
So kindly refund my service charge rs three hundreds asap

    Dear Sir
    I have purchased one Split AC(1.5 T) on dated 6 may 2018 and it has been told that there are three free services will be provide by LG .In sept 2018 first service was done vide request no RNP[protected] after which AC was start making sound while moving the flap swing, which was discussed on the same day with the engineer came for the servicing and he stated that this is normal after the servicing and after a week winter started and we were stop using the AC and we found that swing Flap of AC is not working so on 19 Jan 2019 we have loged request no RNP[protected] for second servicing and non functioning of Swing Flap and they assure that the issue will be resolve in three days but the engineer has visited on 19 jan 19 and told that he will be coming in evening and do the servicing but he neither visited nor receiving the phone calls.Then on same day evening again I have called customer care and discuss whole issue with them so they had given Nancy Gupta (Customer Service Officer) contact number, we had called her repeated times but she never responded to our calls.After one week ie 21.01.2019 when i called customer care then I came to know that service requestno RNP[protected] is already closed with remarks service done and issue resolved.Customer Executive Mr ashish has instructed us to lodge fresh request for the previous problem.
    My concern is that because of the Brand name LG we purchased this AC and how come within 7 months swing flap is not working and we are not receiving satisfactory results from customer care.
    The Consumer Rights Act makes it an implied term of the contract that goods I purchased must be of statisfactory quality and proper servicing should be provided to the customer within stipulated timeline.This sort of behaviour is completely unacceptable so I demand you to either resolve the issue immediately or refund my money.If you do not do so i shall take this matter to customer council.

    After Repeated request to concern LG official now my Problem of Split AC as mentioned above has been resolve by LG team.we face some problem in beginning but at last we got proper response from LG India and they have resolve my problem in proper time.

    Sir/madam our lg split AC is not getting cool it's blowing an hot air from an account we have informed local lg service center...but there is no imidiate action...sir I want it to be fixed soon
    after Repeated request to concern LG official now my Problem of Split AC as mentioned above has been resolve by LG team.we face some problem in beginning but at last we got proper response from LG India and they have resolve my problem in proper time.

      Hi i bought lg smart inverter in dec 2016 and in dec 2018 the cooling started reducing... And eventually in jan 2019 my fridge conked off... After repeated follow up for 1 week exactly, a rude mechanic came saying some part was damaged and took 3000 from me... Later after 5 days exactly again my fridge got spoilt with no cooling... And after 8 days of follow up same mechanic came and told me another 3 parts are damaged including some duct.. After 4 days another mechanic came and he said i will come back later saying that he will come and check.. But again after follow ups there is no revert

      What am i supposed to do???
      Im going to put a strong complaint on twitter against lg

        I purchased lg freeze double door costing rs 68000/- on april 2017. It was working properly for the first year and the internal warranty of the freeze is also for 1year only. After 1year the cooling began to slow it's effect and slowly slowly on 28th december 2018 the freezer suddenly began giving cooling equal to freeze... On -6 degree the water wasn't being condensed to ice. This thing continued till 14th of january 2019 than the freeze stopped it's working and later after complaining for damn lot of times in the customer care the lg customer support team did cheating... They sent their mechanic too late. On 17th january one mechanic came charged me 1076/- rs as service charge, on 18th one more came because the first one wasn't able to solve the problem and this continued one more time on 20th also one person came and to speak frankly they were untrained they didn't even knew how repairing is done. On the third visit the person charged me 3700/- (2850 for gas refill and 850 for a part change which wasn't required) i was charged 4776rs in total for changing one part which were not really required to be changed and filling gas and service charge and i made a loss of 7, 000/- more as i had 4, 500/- rs worthice creams and milk products and few other other products which got stale due to freeze not working. Total loss incurred by me because of lg is around 11, 776/- and my freeze is still not repaired i have complained 20times in lg they don't pick up the call on seeing my number when i call from different number they say we will send mechanic as soon as possible and disconnect my call.. This has happened to me since 22nd of january 2019 and today is 26th of january 2019.. Yesterday they didn't pick up the call as they knew 26th is a public holiday and 27th is sunday.. One of the mechanic visited also said that if we get the freeze repaired by them than some hundreds of rupees will be made less and few months more warranty for the replaced parts will be given...

          Dear Sir

          I had made a complaint to your call center on 7 Sep 2018 regarding the failure of Defrost in my REFRIGERATOR GL-528 GSX5(SV).

          Your Mechanic had come and on inspection told me that the Heater Plate in the Refrigerator had failed. He said the Company would not do anything about it. He volunteered to install a Plate privately, which I refused.

          I had to go abroad, hence did not pursue the matter till my return in the first week of Nov 2018. I again lodged a Complaint with you on 08 Nov 2018.

          Your Rep checked it again and gave the same diagnosis. He said he would talk to his superiors, and that I will get a phone call in this regard. Two weeks on, I received no call from you.

          I, therefore, again called your Call Center on 21 Nov 18. I was told that the concerned part was not being manufactured now, and as such I will have to go for a private arrangement. I insisted that I would like to speak to their superiors. I was given the contact No of the Service Manager Pune, and asked to speak to him.

          I spoke to Shri Sagar, the Service Manager, in this regard. Mr Sagar explained that the Company assures Frost Free till 5 Years. After that one has to go for private replacement. On my insistence regarding Company's Warranty in this regard, he assured me that he will escalate the matter.

          Prior to this I had a Samsung Refrigerator which worked for me for 14 years perfectly well. It appears to me that LG Refrigerator does not work for the full Warranty period.

          I wish to emphasise that I had purchased a Frost Fee Refrigerator. The Company had advertised that it has a 10 year Warranty. The Company cannot now say that the Frost Free will work only for 5 years. If that was the case I should have been informed at the outset before I purchased your product.

          Since your Refrigerator has failed to be Frost Free I request that the complete machine may please be replaced in the best traditions of the LG.

          I am sure the Company will not force me to take Legal and other actions in the matter.

            An lg led lcd tv bearing model no 28lh454a was purchased by me on 26.02.2018. Currently the tv is not working properly (Picture problem). Online complaint was registered through the toll free number of lg on 06.01.2019 (Rnp[protected]. Service engineer came on 07.01.2019 and told that the display is broken and it does not come under the purview of warranty. The tv is wall mounted and there is no chance of the display being broken. I am totally dissatisfied and depressed with the service provided by the company since my tv is within warranty period.
            In this regard kindly do take necessary action at the earliest and oblige.

              We have purchased a microwave oven from reliance digital dated 16th december 2018. The product is defective one. At the time o[censored]sing it some spark noise and smoke smell is coming from inside the oven. So we have registered a complain to customer care bearing no rnp[protected]. Technician visited and informed us that the magnetron is defective and it should be replaced. So we request you to kindly replace the product with a new one being the product is a defective one and also we are not feeling safety for using a repairable items. We would also like to inform you that without resolve the issue the complaint is closed at your end.

                wide invoice no 5445 - doe dt 15th nov 2018 from m/s, arcee electronics.
                cost: rs.99, 000/-

                they deliver the same on 16th nov, day one onwards we have a problem of door. Initially doors was up and down. After rectification by your engineer it become front and rear. We have visited the show room and lodged complaints, no proper answer.
                i am requesting to replace with new. Requesting you please look into this.

                sir i am also in similar industry, we have empathy on customer always.

                  Capacity - 1 ton, split ac, dual invertor.
                  Costing - 32, 000 (Cash paid as booking amount 20, 000/-)

                  I have bought this product from your well know shop and at start itself your s. Man have misguided me. To get his sales done, he confirmed that i can book this product by giving booking amount of 20k and rest on delivery (Next day). However to my shock, next day when i enquired as delivery didn't come, i was told that full payment needs to be made post which delivery will be done. I got so angry but still had patients and had come to your shop and made payment.

                  Now this ac is installed but again i faced problem of non cooling and immediately complaint against this.
                  Your technicians and engineers visited at my place manier times and found that yes cooling is not happening. However they are going as per their device, which is placed just next to air outlet of indoor unit. As per their checking device (Which is placed just 1 feet away to air outlet of indoor unit) ac is giving proper cooling but when you sit room, you will still feel warm.

                  I'm fed up of repeated complaint against this but there is no concern shown to solve my genuine problem of faulty unit.

                  I had also visit to your store, to complaint against this but again it was worst experience. When i visited your store to complaint, two to three sales person within 15 seconds were like mam come in, what would you like to see, which product would you like to buy. When i told them i have come to complaint against a product, all vanished within a minute and i was made to wait for more than good 30 minutes. Hats of to your sales and customer service.

                  Yesterday engineer and technician had come and made some job sheet, for which they didn't give me a copy and as per them they are not supposed to give this to customer. Let me know what proof customer will have and what will customer understand if job sheet is not given to customer. On insisting and after heated discussion, he allowed me to take photo of this (As attached).

                  1 - please let me know, who keeps ovan on for full night. Why ovan is mentioned as a reason for non cooling.
                  2 - why fridge is hold responsible for non cooling, does fridge emit so much heat. If yes, then human being would not be able to live at home.
                  3 - if ovan and fridge is the reason for non cooling, then this ac should not be sold in the region like rajasthan, chennai, and even in mumbai.
                  4 - also there is a point mentioned in job sheet as ac starts after 15 minutes.
                  5 - again one of technician says that dual inverter ac doesn't gives that much of cooling what is given by normal ac.
                  6 - again, i had discussion earlier on phone where your person (Name not know) insulted me that handover phone to the person who is sensible, understand problem and who have used ac before. Let me tell you that we are using ac from last many years and pay bill of 7k every month, as we are used to ac in all my rooms.

                  I request product replacement immediately, as i had enough of insult and suffering after paying 31, 000 for this faulty product.

                    washing machine motor

                    I was purchased washing machine of lg front loading in year 2011 and company assures me for satisfaction of product and 10 year guarantee of motor. But now last 2-3months our machine is not working and technician cheque the machine and advised for change the motor which is under guranty.. But unfortunately the bill of machine is not traceable and technician demands bill for exchange the motor. It is worth mentioning that date of manufacturing...

                    I would like to inform you that we have purchased two no of lg inverter ac 1.00 ton and daikin split ac 1.5 ton with vguard stabilizers booked at m/s. Vivek private limited, vc manapakkam rdc and materials delivered from east tambaram shop. Total cost of the ac of both is around rs.77500/- in that one of the lg brand ac fixed in my room is giving continuous trouble from the date of fixing, within 10 months it has been repaired three times and your service staff not updated the genuine reasons why it is happening regularly to none of my staff who handling admn in my office.

                    Now the same ac has not been working from 19th december’2018 to till date even after continuous follow up by my team nothing has happened finally it is understand that your service staff demanding repairing cost, please explain who’s responsibility to fix the ac in a proper way if you done any mistake it is the responsibility to customer bear the cost within the warranty period? If you deputed experienced service staff to installation of this ac how he was fix the ac without closing the gap behind the ac, so your team carelessness in work causes wasting of my staff valuable time and i personally affected also i could not receive my guests to my room because of this issue due to this image of my organization and my business getting disturbed.

                    So in the above circumstances all your attention requested to clear this issue within two days time

                      Please see the below mail which we have sent to the company for which i haven't receive any response. Kindly guide me on the below or can call me on the number provided in last of my query.

                      Through this mail i like to request you to repair my smart tv without any charges.

                      Please note that i have purchased the smart tv from the agent at 14, jayanti market, jaipur

                      Because of the bad sales market practice i have to bear the charges for the repair of the tv, as per the talks done with the agent at the time of purchase is that i do not have to bear the charges till 2 years, and they will pay all the charges till 2 years, but now just after completion of 1 year my tv wifi is not getting connected to the tv (Sometimes it does and some times doesn't).

                      Just because of this false information provided to us i have to bear the charges around 4500 as per the conversation from your side.

                      Please note that i like to ask you whether you or your agent whatever, is ready to resolve my problem or i have to go legal against you an your agent.

                      Please give your full consent and answer on the mail itself, if you do not respond me within 3 working days i will assume that you disagrees on the below and i can go for legal action.

                        Horrible customer service.I have the manager number which was given by customer care: [protected] who intially told me they will be attending but soon later started disconnecting calls.Then of course customer care people Vijay and apparao very rudely people.All they do is just speak rudely to people when the customer is not provided service.This is from Hyderabad. please never buy Lg products.

                          I have bought lg led tv on 05-feb-16 at sathya dealer at chennai, tamilnadu. As per lg there is 1+1warranty ie one year extend warranty, so totally i have 2 years warranty on my led tv refer attached bill copy for your ready reference. But last month i have facing picture issue on my led tv, ie there is vertical line on the display. But immediately after two years completed problem is started in lg tv.
                          So i request lg to replace my led tv display panel in free of cost, since immediately after two years, there is problem in panel is not accepting to me and leads to bad image to customer.

                          Due to this is i am facing problem with this tv.

                          I request lg to replace the panel immediately as factor of good relation

                            Our lg washing machine, model no. Wf-t7519pr. Afspeil, had water leakage issue and we complained at lg helpline no. For the same on 3rd dec 2018. Lg service engineer visited our house on 4th dec 2018 and informed that the machine needs to be taken for repairs at the workshop. We were told that they will inspect the problem and let us know of the repair estimate before any repairs are performed. However, we were never given any estimate for the repair and machine was repaired and sent to our home the very next day. We were billed for rs.4691.10 (Job no. Rnp[protected] and serial no. 212nwyc032890) and told the machine has been repaired and there is 3 months warranty on the repairs done. We were rendered helpless and we were also forced to make cash payment for the bill.
                            Couple of weeks later our washing machine was not even able to retain water i. E. Problem had worsened post repairs. We again complained at lg helpline no. The service engineer visited on 21st dec 2018 and informed us that there was some issue with newly installed parts and drain motor had got jammed. He fixed the problem and re-assured us that we need not worry for at least 3 months as the repairs were covered under warranty for 3 months.
                            We again faced same problem with our washing machine and we again complained at lg helpline no. Service engineer again visited on 2nd jan 2019 and informed us that drain motor needs to be replaced and we will be charged rs.1600 for this.
                            Below questions would reveal the malicious intent of your service centre:
                            • why machine was repaired and original parts changed without providing us any billing estimate and without our consent at the first instance?
                            • when problem was water leakage why and what were we made to pay rs.4691.10 for?
                            • the problem with machine had worsened as a result of repairs conducted on 4th-5th dec 2018, then why are we being asked to pay rs.1600 more?
                            This is seems to be a well thought out strategy to loot the customers and i don’t want to be served by such thugs.
                            I now feel deceived, and helpless. I would like to point that it is only because of the unprofessional services and mala fide intentions of your company i have suffered undue hardship, mental frustration and also financial loss.
                            I would like to emphasize that:
                            ● your service has been deficient, unethical, and disappointing.
                            ● i have undergone extreme stress and mental agony because of your negligent and unprofessional conduct.
                            1. I request you to refund the entire amount paid by me.
                            2. Additionally, i request you to compensate me with an amount of rs.20, 000/- for the extreme stress and mental agony you have caused to me due to your conduct and the cost incurred by me in buying a new washing machine as our lg machine has been rendered useless post repairs conducted by your service centre.
                            In case you fail to take these steps within 15 days from the date of this email, i would be forced to:
                            ● ask my lawyers to file a consumer complaint against you for gross negligence, lethargic conduct and deficient service, as well as additional compensation for mental agony and legal costs;
                            ● ask my lawyers to consider the filing of a civil suit against your organization;
                            ● start a sustained online campaign spreading the word about the appalling level of service that i have received from you; and
                            ● issue press releases online and in the print media.
                            I hope that i do not have to take these steps and look forward to an amicable resolution of this issue.

                              After this i paid another 1, 500 for the delivery team.

                              Then another 16, 400 for the four years amc contract. Amc form number[protected], of my rf, having model number gc - b247sluv. Apzqebn and serial number 808trpt1j440.

                              And after this all, the refrigerator doesn't work.

                              And this is confirmed that the refrigerator has some issues by the showroom team members and the lg engineer too.

                                I have led lg tv model 22le5300atr, lg service technician saying whole motherboard will have to be replaced as it is not repaired, which is equivalent to the cost of new led tv-rs 7000/-
                                Even computer motherboard is repaired in india. I think lg in india have screwdriver technology.
                                Who will buy such tv if they are not repairable in india, even simple technician can replace whole electronic piece of equipment.
                                Who will buy such tv if they cannot be repaired in india and pay the cost of tv to replace motherboards.

                                  This is to inform regarding my complaint given on 21st november for lg front fully loaded washer. Still not rectified. People experimented still in vein they just say parts not available for few days later when the parts come they say they are fine in the machine some other parts gone. So please solve the problem. Fed up of lg services and now products too. Scared of buying lg products.

                                      One no lg make refrigerator has been purchased on 02.02.14 from m/s capital electronics, madhyamgram, kolkata-700129. But after covering the warrenty period the refrigerator is giving so much trouble. Several time engineers came to rectify the trouble but could not rectify properly. So i make an amc for the item vide no. 15027102 & valid from 30th july 2017 to 29th july 2019. Again the refrigerator became defective and accordingly a repair call has been booked on 24th december 2018, vide rnp[protected], but till date the same laying defective and no fruitful action has not been taken so far to rectify the same. Now i failed to under understand what is the intention of lg engineers and there is a great question mark on the after sale service of lg product. P{lese do the needful early.
