I have purchased lg split ac 5 months ago. Within these duration it has serviced 3 times by the lg service engineer to fix the gas leaking problem. Today i heard intolerable noise from the compressor unit. Again service person checked and updated me that noise is due to low gas. I have brought this ac for 60, 000. Its regarding lg fridge, the issue was reported on 6/11/18 and the fridge needed a part and we were told that it will take couple of days. We have been ringing every single day to request for the engineer visit or even to contact us but there is no answer so far. We have been reassured every time we phoned that it will be sorted but so far nothing happened. We have zero satisfaction so far and do not recommend lg fridge to anyone....

I have purchased mentioned product and within nearly two years it is showing gas leak problem.

First gas refill in my old whirlpool happened after approx eight years of ownership. Yearly gas refill after that was the reason why i purchased a new product and invested 50 thousand bucks. As you know, none of service provider including lg provide more than three months of guarantee on gas refill.
