Hi,

I have bought 1.5 split ac of lg electronics from aditya vision showroom patna on 31/03/2019, there were free services for which i have not received any communication from after sales service team.

I have called to lg customer care for servicing in the month of may from my mobile number some one responded and after listening all my query they told in 2 days you will receiving the call from the service guy but no one responded.

After that i have followed up couple of times no one is reverting or attending the call i am disappointed with the kind of service which after sales lg is providing.

And also people at call center also not bother to talk to the client properly. They talk very rudely so we request you to take action on this asap

If this kind of services are provided they customer wont have faith on the products which lg is selling.

Request you to resolve my complaint urgently.

    I brought lg mashing machine 20 days back from rk electronics bellary'
    When got it i never knew that that particular machine front loading one requires power point which is of 15amps one, for which i took 15 days more to fix power point. And it is only technician told get the point done when he had come.
    When my misses called firstly he will pick the calls.
    Secondly when he picks the phone he speaks with a louder voice on the does he he is so smart, he will shout at others. Saying how many times he should come and show the demo, this is the manners.

    More ever he is interested in selling stand and covers to the customers in his visit than he never turrs up

      I am a very basic & non-elite customer of lg electronics here in india. This is in regards to your product as fully automatic top load washer which i bought in the month of november last year from an exclusive lg retail outlet. It was working perfectly fine in the initial days in winters however by the start of this year 2018 we have been seeing problems every now and then. You can check your data base in your call center the number of complaints that were logged and on the app as well, some of them got sorted just by calling up your people on those number and rest done by the technician no charges paid as it's under warranty. I must say it is the most pathetic experience from a multinational brand like you. I have got other lg products as well but is it working okay except minor flaws. I should not be spending this much of my precious time on these trivial things that too after paying this heavy cost just for the washer which is actually double the cost for even better products than yours especially your major business contender "samsung" now i can say they are way advanced in technology than lg.

      Prior to this one i was using the samsung top load washer almost with the same configuration with that of yours from[protected] we had not even touched it except just one small repair after couple of months of installation.

      You got to look into this issue as you may not be catering some elite country market your product quality says it all and more over the customer service on top of that.

        regarding discontinued spare parts and service

        Hi,
        i brought my lg inverter front load washing machine on 2015, it has a logo of 10 years of warranty logo given by lg, initially its working fine after two years gasket was damaged and i rise complaint with service team they came and visit, they said your model number was discontinued providing the spare parts, you pay the amount we can fix gasket of the another model with some altering (cutting some excess parts )there is no problem...

        This is to inform you that my name is sohan singh rawat and i had purchased one refrigerator from lg in 2017, now my refrigerator compressor has been not working from last 18 days.         I purchased lg refrigerator in aug 2015 from vijay sales corp, sector 18, noida, u. P..in spite of so many complaints to lg customer care & technician visit, still serious performance issues with product. Careless approach by technician visiting.. Not able to track the real problem.         But it's very noisy

            Bought lg inverter ac before two years and its started giving trouble now.ac is not working and i have logged complaint after a long struggle as the customer care says invalid number, i tired the number which they provided in lg website. [protected], [protected] which is not working and finally registered complaint through lg app. Ticket no. Ccn-[protected].
            Complaint registered on 8th may. From next day the service engineer came to home checking for the problem. They are not sure of whats the actual issue. They spend one hour every day and say some issue and leave the place. Today it's 12 may, till now the issue is not resolved. Ak engineering is dragging the service like anything. Pathetic service.
            I felt very bad of buying lg inverter ac. Previously used onida, videocon but never faced issue within two years and service is very fast than lg. I don't know until we buy there product they respond good and good marketing strategy, but after we buy the product they respond like they have given ac for free of cost.
            Everyday morning i am calling service engineer to fix the problem. Even today i called the engineer and he said to contact his office since he is not available. When i reach out to office, they said they will check with service engineer and let us know the status. Four days struggling with lg customer service with my two months old baby which she is suffering in this hot climate.
            Even when i send mail to management, there is no response. What's a superb customer service. It's good lesson for me to choose lg ac.

            How this issue is closed as resolved. The AC which they to company for service is not working after they fit in my home. So again they took the AC to service center saying it's compressor problem. Last time also they said it's compressor problem.

            This complaint is not resolved till now. I am seeing it marked as resolved. Could you please reopen

                I had a kent ro system which worked for 5 years without any issues.
                However the booster pump had a fault so i decided that i i should change the complete system and hence i procured a new ro water purifier system from lg, model no ww130np on 18th april 2019.

                On the very second day of installation the system started making continues unusual noise for about half an hour. This became the norm and the noise would start of at random timings.

                I explained it to the service chaps and the dealer but nobody is interested in it.
                They are saying that it will be repaired and not replaced.
                If had to repair a new system which was purchased 2 weeks prior then i feel it would have been better to repair my old kent ro rather than buying a new one.

                Despite of making endless complaints on customer service center there has been no action taken by the team. Each and every product that I have is of LG brand. But this is the first time I have experienced such lame response from LG.

                  I have purchased 2 tons lg ac dual invertor on 3.05.2019 from bajaj electronics habsiguda branch, hyderabad by paying cash. It is not installed even today.
                  Today 8.5.2019 at 10 am technician contacted me over phone and offerd services for installation saying that he got orders from lg. Then i said ok and install. He said if installation charges are paid he will install. I said as per invoice only angular stand fitting charges rs250.00 will be paid. He was not ready for it. 5 days are over and ac is not installed. This is not correct.

                    I have purchased lg v40 thinq. It was a premium mobile. But within 20 days from the date of purchase i got vibrator problem.in this regard i asked for replacement because only 20 days it was fault. But there is no proper support from lg.

                    My concern is why should a prodcut has been like this quality. If the quality mistake is there why cannot you make a proper solution.

                      I bought a 516 ltr refrigerator from the authorised dealer m/s great eastern retail pvt. Ltd on 23.3.2019 for rs. 58500. The dealer delivered the refrigerator on 23.3.2019 and when we were out of station the company technician came without informing us and switched on the refrigerator and did not report the company that the freeger is broken and the control panel is not working. He did not obtain any signatures from us that the product is working fine. When we came back we found the defect and immediately informed the dealer who assured that the product will be replaced. The lg technician came and acknowledged that the freeger is broken and control panel not working. Since i did not get any satisfactory reply either from dealer or lg i tweeted the matter at lg india. Today i got a call from some ravi kumar who looks after social media that lg will not do anything in this case. I said you give in writing he said that it is not possible. I am amazed that how a company like lg can unilaterally decide that they are not at fault. I feel that anybody who sees the defect will vouch that this can not be caused by user. No senior officer from lg contacted me before taking any decision in the matter. I am uploading the photos also to show that the breakage is such that a user can not do it. Further the control panel is not working and for that also the company is saying that they can not do anything in the matter.

                      The LG office Lucknow is asking me to pay 40% of the cost of refrigerator for replacement of defective refrigerator. Without payment they are not agreeing to replace the refrigerator. I never recived any mail from LG on my mail ID.

                        Dear sir,

                        Owner/ service man's behavior of authorization service center at nadiad, gujarat is rude with me (Customer)

                        Issue: refused to deliver to rotating ring at home and not provided basic information like price even after providing microwave oven which is mc3286brum.

                        I called to lg customer care about broken rotating ring. They gave me nearest service center no because i asked about price of rotating ring and they don't know.

                        They provided me mobile no. [protected].

                        I called and asked for the free delivery service but he refused it and force me to come there and check if available or not. I asked question that is it possible to check on phone that it is available or not? If i provide my microwave oven model no.

                        He said that part is very different and cannot check online while other service center are able to do that and so many excuses from him. Still i provided him mc3286brum if you can find so i don't have to come and waste my time.

                        But he refused and also said that you have come here, if available than you will get otherwise you have to order and make advance payment and then once it will arrive we call you than come to collect that product.

                        I said that my product is under warranty. You suppose to check in online and tell me the price. You are refusing the free delivery

                        I called again to customer care regarding this matter and asking for complaint number against this issue. Call center representative (Mr. Aarup) said that lg don't have online facilities to generate complaint against authorized service center. But he provided me another no [protected]. This number is a cco (Name: nisha niyal) of master services, nadiad, gujarat.

                        I talked to her everything, she wants 10 minutes to discuss with the person whom i called on [protected] so she said that she will call me within 10 minutes.

                        After few minutes, she called me and she gave it to that person whom i called before. Again he started and telling me about contract with lg and authorized services. You have to come to center and again he excused.

                        I told him that if other service center check the price by providing the lg microwave model why you did not check and told me and force me to come at center. What is the meaning of warranty? You said in warranty accessories are not count. You are taking 100 rs charge on non-warranty items to deliver at home.

                        He put me on hold and disconnected. I call her back (Cco because it was her phone). I said that you suppose to do your job. This issue has to be resolved at your level but you gave it to that person who already refused to deliver and force to come at center.

                        In front of you, he said some nonsense talked with customers (Me) and excuses. You have to take action against him.

                        Many calls came from customers care.Those are don’t have any ideas of my problems and I mail to higher authority including ceo but I did not get any responses of my e-mail. I share my contact no but unknown are calling to me. Still I am providing my contact number: [protected]. lg customer care are making me torture and asking nonsense questions which are not relevant to my problems. They don’t understand my problem and asking me for demo for lg microwave.
                        Hope you can do some help to get resolution of my problem.
                        I already plan to go for local consumer court and apply complaint manually if I did not get proper help from online consumer portal soon.

                          Purchased LG 5star inverter AC, installation boy asked for bill and some water, i went down and in between without my consent he fixed AC at corner of the wall. when i asked "why u fixed at corner?" he said there wont be any issue. but now colling taking time and I am sleeping somewhere in the room, cool air facing somewhere in the room. next day i called to service team, they accepted to fix it. now no one picking up the call. pathetic...i have LG branded washing machine, Refrigerator, tv but with this AC experience, no more LG in future.

                            Please do not move the status of the ticket to completed without doing anything!! I have waited 2 weeks for my remote and i am not able to turn on my ac because of that!! First you provide a faulty remote and cannot replace/repair it! What is the point of buying an ac then?

                            We have 3 lg acs in the house and if this is the service that you provide i will assure you that this will be my last product.

                            Rnp[protected] has been previously registered in this context regarding my split ac remote which abruptly stopped functioning.
                            The lg service person came home and took the remote for repair/replacement. It has been 1 week and i have not received my faulty remote till now.

                            Please provide an update on this else take back the ac and return my money!!!

                              lg team is not responding to my previous complaints

                              This is the 3rd time, that i am giving complaint in this forum.
                              But lg team is not at all responding.

                              Don't know the reason, but it is giving the message that they are not respecting to any of the complaints through this forum.

                              New lg split ac not working since 25 days and in workshop since 1 week. No receipt or reply from service man and company while taking it to workshop for repair. No reply from company even after complaining online. I have also informed regarding this to local shop and higher authority mr. Bansal. Mr. Wajid, who is local service man, is worst for work and service. He has no knowledge about repair.

                              I have bought 1.5 Split AC of LG electronics from Aditya vision showroom patna on 31/03/2019, there were free services for which i have not received any communication from after sales service team.

                              I have called to LG customer care for servicing in the month of may from my mobile number some one responded and after listening all my query they told in 2 days you will receiving the call from the service guy but no one responded.

                              After that i have followed up couple of times no one is reverting or attending the call i am disappointed with the kind of service which after sales LG is providing.

                              And also people at call center also not bother to talk to the client properly.they talk very rudely so we request you to take action on this ASAP

                              If this kind of services are provided they customer wont have faith on the products which LG is selling.

                                I have a 50 in. Plasma tv that i bought before hhgregg went out of business and about a year ago it started cutting out for about 2-3 minutes. I read all the complaints online and i'm amazed your company can put out a product that is defaulting as it is and yet you are not held accountable and will not address the issue to the public.

                                I'm not one of those people that goes out and gets the latest and the greatest of anything and it took me almost a year to save up for my tv and now my tv is cutting out more than ever i believe due to the temperatures outside getting warmer. It's shutting off about ever 10 minutes and it's staying off close to 10 minutes.

                                The worst part of all of this is that i was debating of buying the tv right next to the one i bought, it was a samsung and came with a free blue ray player, i didn't buy it because i didn't need another blue ray player.

                                I guess this is a job for social media... And i will do my best to spread it around not to by lg tv's, as i've noticed it's not just the model i bought.

                                  I have purchased the subject Refrigerator from M/s Vijay Sales during September'2016. In January'2018, the freezer started malfunctioning and on lodging a complain your service engineer Mr. Sunil charged me Rs.3000/- for changing a parts in the freezer. Again within three months, the cooling of the refrigerator stopped and Mr. Sunil charged me Rs. 3000/- for changing the thermostat connector of the temperature controller setting.. The same started malfunctioning again within one month and yesterday cooling in the Refrigerator stopped. On lodging a complain, your service engineer came and told that the top fan needs to be changed which will cost Rs.3000/-. If such is the condition of a LG Refrigerator within two years of purchase then as an existing loyal customer of LG I will have to purchase another non LG Refrigerator today (preferably Samsung) as I am fed up with the Product / Service Engineer of LG. Don't buy LG product

                                  Hey its an unethic behavious regarding your refrigerator technician he come and change parts but both parts are not damage but he change it and also after second day complain he come and change another parts and take 3 k rupees and after we research my both parts are good what a technician lg company hires . dont purchase lg product in future
