I had given my led tv for repair on 7th july at nearest authorized service center (Care delight, pattambi, kerala). Initially they told i will get the tv repaired with in 1 month. Now its more than 3 months and i have been told that the part is not avaiable. I feel unsatisfied and wanted my issue to be immediately resolved....

Hi i have repaired my led tv last year 2017 for motherboard. Today suddenly after 1 yr again same problem occurs. Now again lg person demanding 8500 rs for replacing motherboard. This is very frustrating for customer to pay 9k for repairing in two consecutive years.

Lg please look into this on a priority basis. You will loose customer if this goes on...

Now onwards i lost trust in lg products. Will not recommend...

We had 5 tv in our house from that 3 tv are of lg.
From last 6 months in ur all tv there is a problem of panel in all 3 tv.
I had paid 6500 twice for 1 tv and for other two tv 7500 each.
So total exp. Is 28000 in 6-8 months and ur executive says it might b due to voltage problem and no proper clarification but no prob in other co. Tv due to voltage problem it is only in lg tv.
Its cost too much thinking of not...

After running 1or 2 hours AC had stopped automatically. I complained LG customer service. LG engineers came and said 2 parts of ac needs to be changed. After 4-5 days they placed the parts costing to RS. 5850/- with assistance of third party. But the fault still remains as it is. It means the parts they removed were having no faults. Therefore I want back my money....

I bought lg tv 32 ' in 2105 in rs 24 k, spent rs 4k last year for repair, now again lg service asking rs 4k to repair for same problem. It seems waste of money buying lg tv... I have lost all respect for this brand, this is the worst company, trash brand. Trash company rnp[protected].

Issue with LG Refrigerator: Double door fridge, model number GL-D402RPHM, Purchased in 2014, Cooling only in upper section of refrigerator and no cooling in lower half since 2017.Have Lodged complaint since May 2017 and was charged 500 for service...but problem reoccurs each month. the service man claims that the model is faulty... each month same problem and we had a frustrating terrible time cleaning the pipe... Request the team to do justice...

Worst service by lg.. My tv was taken for testing as thier service person told that the main ic is heating... But i could on my tv after doing on and off several times before testing... When they informed me that the mother board itself should be replaced so i refused due to high cost and when they returned the tv i couldn't turn it on.. As of it was not in the condition as of before testing... This is a scam so they took 250 rs visiting...

I complaint on 22 aug 18 for repair of ro filter but still no one come from company and my filter is off from last 2 months, i have already purchased amc but this kind of service i hate it now, plz come here and take back your filter return otherwise i throw it and upload in social media, i also upload ref no rnp[protected]

I purchased a lg led 32lf5851b-tf tv from reliance digital in july 2016.in july 2017 the back-light of the tv starts malfunctioning (A bright spot appeared in the center of the tv - lg person told this is a problem with back-light) even after my several requests they did not replaced the tv and only returned after replacement of the back-light.

Now again the back-light is gone (Again the same spot is coming). When i approached...

I bought LG Refrigerator assuming that they produce good quality products. But within three years I found paint peeling off at the bottom portion of the door. No refrigerator will exhibit such poor quality within a short time. Their engineer came and visited and now the company says I have to Rs 5400 for replacement, which I refused. I told they have to replace freely, they refused and hence this complaint....

We took Lg appliances and are not happy with the service. We took every thing from the reliance store which are really not good in service and to true commitment. During installation of my split ac, lg's authorized service centre just repair
Damaged my following parts of the ac,

1) connected ac with 5amp instead of 16amp. Also made a leakage in joining the main cable which blust during operation. It could be fatal to any of my family membaers.

2) fixed ac's water outlet pipe in a wrong slope which resulting water logging in the indoor unit of my ac.

Since may 2018 this unit has been faulty. It is under the warranty. The compressor needs to be replaced. It is sited on a ledge which requires special equipment to access. Your preferred repairers are unable to access the unit to replace it.
