Hi,
My name is Parveen Kumar. My contact no is [protected]. I bought a new LG LED(32inch). Due to some technical issue, it fluctuates again and again. This issue happens many times. While I contact LG Customer care, they will come and try to fix it. This will happen approximately 3 times. They will check it approximately 10-15 minutes at my home. After that, they will go. While they will go, then approximate 4-5 hours later same issue occurs. While I call them again then they said that we don't know. While we were there than all things work properly. Now they said that we can't do anything. Do whatever you want to do.
Being a professional, I thought its better to inform you first. So that I wrote a mail to you.
The engineer who will handle this issue, no is [protected].
I am waiting only for 24 hours if any action should not be taken against him and my product is not repaired or a new engineer is not assigned to me then I will go with consumer court.
I have a proper bill for my product. It's under warranty. You cant do this. Before now, I will use all products like (AC, refrigerator, washing machine etc) only on LG Brand. But in the future, I will never go with your brand. LG's customer service is very bad. I really fed up with your customer service.

    I bought the phone at inr 45000 only to discover the two best features sold as flagship — screen and sound are defective within 6 months. There are lines / ghost images on screen when the back light dims out or display light kept below 50%. Speaker sound for music can be heard only if it is at 70 % or more. Approached their thane service center. He said they will change display and for that leave the phone behind. Cost of replacement will be borne by me if there is liquid damage.
    Now when i go & check on amazon only 500 units sold and many replaced twice within 10 days because of same issue of display. So my badluck that my phone too 6months to react and now i should use a repaired flagship expensive phone and bear the cost and struggle for data backup and leave the phone for as many days it takes the service center to old the new display as they don't keep it in stock for a known defect. I was informed it might be a software issue and change after update - no luck.
    Online complaints team just kept passing on the complaints and yes no complaint no. Allotted to. Finally directed to speak some area manager mehul choksi with no manners to speak.
    Replaement cant be provided but now phone within 9 months in being sold at 25000. This is a fraud where such companies sell defective products in india and tie customers with their stupid policy of no returns.

    No response after a template revert to meet response time SLA - that we regret the inconvenience. Its all same, pathetic customer service and pathetic complaints team of LG. I cant say anything more - this is how they treat complaints in consumer forum, imagine their own complaints.

      We are very much sad & shocked to see the working & falsehood behavior of mumbai lg sevice centre. We had bought the refrigerator on 09 june 2017, 604 ltrs from sony mony vile parle (W). On 22 october 2018 i had raised a complaint through lg app for my refrigerator. My refrigerator keeps going on and off for some time. Complain no - rnp[protected]. A technician name vivek phone no. [protected] visited my home on 23 october 2018 at about 1 pm. On checking my fridge he said there is a loose connection. He fixed the loose connection and said that henceforth it will not happen. Also he asked for a service charge of rs 649, less discount rs590. On inquiring for service charge i informed him that i should get a discount of rs 100, since the complaint is booked through app. Or which he replied that he was unaware of such promotion. I asked him to confirm the same with his call center for which he said thik hai mujhe aap rs531 dejiye. It was like bargaining with a vegetable vendor and not a lg techie.
      After half hour again the fridge had stopped so i call the same technician again to come and check. He came back after about half an hour. On checking the fridge he said sir there seems to be a problem with pcb circuit board, which i need to change. He also said that it would cost about 1200/- to which we agreed. He changed to new pcb board. But the fridge completely stopped working again after 5 mins and then he said i think your old pcb is not faulty so i will refix your old pcb. Now i think there is a problem with compressor for which he said i have informed my back office and for which a new senior technician will arrive and inspect for compressor by today evening. Again on 23 evening i called up the customer care to find about my complaint no - rnp[protected] and they replied that complain has been closed by technician as your refrigerator is working. Again i had to raise a new complaint as my refrigerator was still not working. Complaint no - rnp[protected]. Here i was informed by the customer care executive that they are forwarding my complaint to higher authorities which will be resolved in 24 hours and on my request they also provided me no of ms sarita pandey – branch head. Inspite of calling her many times she did not pick up my call nor was bothered to revert back for my complaint. Then on 24 october 2018, i again called up the call center and asked for a higher authority number to resolve my complaint for which the executive said sir your call will be sure answered by mr. Akhil – area service manager. Even he is did not respond nor was bothered to reply.
      On 25 october morning 10.30a. M i received a call from ms. Sarita pandey informing me that you complaint is pending for part replacement. I asked her when it will be replaced as the food items are getting spoiled to which she said that she doesn’t know. I asked her then give me the number of some responsible person who has my answer, in reply she said i will call you.
      Who is responsible for sending such a negligent and dumb technician who experimented on my fridge. Does lg techinician repairs product on assumptions. What is a use of buying such a brand when the techie are like trainees. Really upset with myself for buying such useless brand, where staff are showing cold shoulder when it comes to complaint. For sales they will give you hundred of calls but for complaint they are not concerned. Who is responsible for the loss of food items spoiled. Why does lg give assurance of 24 hrs response and why does it give 10 years warranty of compressor when they do not have parts ready. They even ask for extended warranty money inspite of them not repairing the product on time.
      Negative rating for repairs and customer service.
      Kindly investigate & enquire the whole issue;

      1) why trial and error methods are adopted by lg engineers for repairs.
      2) no feedback call from call center for closed complaint.
      3) what is the use of giving contact number of ms sarita pandey and mr. Akhil when they are not going to pick up calls or revert back.
      Repairs of my fridge to be done in next 24 hrs or i need a replacement for the same. While selling the fridge they say a lot about the brand and warranty, but when it comes to complaint they hide their faces behind. Lg sales staff selling the fridge with sugar coated words and lg customer careless staff becomes deaf and blind for complaint. New products are launched quickly but for repairs you have to wait.

        Dear sir,
        I have a lodged a service request for my fridge. Your technical person mr. Venkat (Phone. No. [protected], [protected]) was attended the request on 02.10.2018 (Job no: rnp[protected], just changed the gas and charged rs.2400/- (Invoice no. 1178, dt. 2//10/2018) but my fridge is not working. The next day i have informed the issue regarding not working of fridge to service person mr venkat and service centre representative, khammam, telangana madam uma ([protected]). They promised me to change the compressor on 06.10.2018 but still today it was not done. Now both the service person mr venkat (Phone. No. [protected], [protected]) and service centre representative, madam uma ([protected]) not responding to me and not answering my phone calls. This is very much disgusting. I couldn't get why this mush late of almost one month time for attending a request of changing a compressor of fridge.!!?? And pl let me know why your technical person changed gas and charged rs. 2400/- when the problem is with compressor, why he was not changed the compressor at that time.? What is the actual cost of gas changing.? Pl come back to me and resolve my issue.

        Early action is appreciated.

          Dear mr. Ceo,

          Please note that i have purchased a lg dishwasher from unilets showroom at marathahalli, bangalore on third sept.
          There has been so many problems with the machine as detailed below.

          Problem description:
          White patches are left in utensils and they are not being cleaned properly.
          Solution suggested by you in the past: a part of the dishwasher was replaced and finish brand dishwasher tablet was suggested.

          Problem re-surfaced again after two weeks. This time the solution suggested was: use finish brand tablets for dishwasher and rinse aid.

          However, even after using these products, the problem is not solved.
          The customer service has come back saying that there is no problem with the machine.
          If there is no issue with the dishwasher, then please explain why the dishwasher works fine for few days (Couple of weeks) before the problem re-surfaces again.

          We are not at all happy with the product and would like to return the product and get a refund. Please let us know the steps to get a refund.

          On top of this, i have been in contact with mr. Rajkumar from lg (Mobile number [protected]) and he has not at all been co-operative. He always pretends to be busy and buys time and takes weeks together to come back with any answer. Please escalate against him and ensure that the customer service of lg in india improves. It's people like him who spoil the reputation and brand image of lg.

            This is with ref to lge's poor support service for washing machine under warranty.
            Complaint logged on 28 sep 2018. Service executive visits after 3 days of invariable followup on 1 oct 2018.
            Executive observing the unit ascertains within couple of minutes that we have physically damaged washing machine without a valid clue or a reason. While asking him that how such conclusion is drawn without an appropriate investigation.
            He mentions that we have put some sharp object in the machine while washing clothes therefore drum unit has got scratches within.

            It was surprising us to know that drum is worn out inside because we haven't experienced drum unit worn out internally as yet while we been using samsung washing machines for 23 years. So we know how to operate & handle the machine. I was regretting the change to lg washing machine on my my wife's friend advise. (She mentioned that lg washing machine delivers better wash quality service). We are disappointed with poor built up quality of lg washing machine.

            Service center executive called up demanding charges for the repair on 4th oct 2018. I expressed him that we haven't made any mistake that breaches the warranty policy. Thus it is lg's responsibility & liability by all means of law to fix the issue. He mentioned that he will send another executive to understand the issue once again. Another executive visited on 11 oct 2018 to investigate the issue. After looking in to the issue.
            He expressed us about the probable reason for the occurrence of this issue.
            The possibilities observed by him was that may be the trousers hook lock got unlocked during the washing process, wherein a user cannot observe during the process of washing, because of which this could have happened.
            He mentioned that he will report his observation to the higher authorities & resolve the issue at the earliest without any further delay in this case.

            Since there is no revert from service centre after mr. Raja's visit i called up again on 16 oct 2018 with him
            He expressed that he will confirm about resolution by the evening, but we did not receive any revert as yet from lg support service team.

            How should we understand this quality of product produced by lg electronics because we never experienced such a thing while using samsung washing machine for 23 years. It is a long time isn't it? Also i don't understand the system orientation of lg support service because of the pooor standards of service adopted & practiced by lg support team.

            Sir,
            It is once again disappointing to know that LGe's is adopting poor standard of support service.
            Complaint registered in lge's system orientation on 28 sep 2018 is not addressed appropriately as yet (31 oct 2018).
            How should we understand such a poor standard of Courtesy practiced with LGe's India customer care team . During the demo session of the product service executive mentioned that LGe is customer friendly company with swift services for all the range of products -LGe offers the best services to the customer always.
            I wonder why every aspect of service in LGe India customer care so adverse, lethargic causing grave inconvenience to its customers.

              We bought this product in september of 2016, and experienced multiple issues with the machine vibrating violently and moving far away from where it normally sits within just 6 months of the initial purchase. We had 2 different authorized repair companies out to "fix" it on 3 different occasions (All within 2 months), one of whom told us he believed the unit was either defective or had been dropped during shipping at some point.in any case, the fix lasted only a few weeks and the drum ultimately came completely unattached. Lg finally sent a direct repair representative out to replace the drum, after we waited several days and despite our request to have the entire unit replaced. Within a few more weeks, the vibrating started again and had to be "re-calibrated" again. It is now starting to do the same thing again, but my complaint here is actually driven by the fact that the power to the machine went out completely on tuesday morning, 10/23, and the unit is completely inoperable. After trouble-shooting both the machine and the electrical outlet and circuit breaker, i called lg on tuesday morning and was told that lg had no service availability to come out and that they did not know when they would have availability, so i was referred to two local authorized repair companies. Neither had availability until at least a week out, so i called lg back and was told that they would know their availability after 4pm est. I called back at 4:30 est and was told they still didn't know, and to call back in the morning (On wednesday). They also gave me a third local option who i called on tuesday but have yet to hear back from as of wednesday at 11:00am. I also called lg back on wednesday morning as instructed, but still they had no idea when there would be someone that could repair the unit. They did, however, tell me that there would be a diagnostic charge of $125 if they could find a repair representative and that i could probably find a lower price from a local company. I have explained to the supervisor at lg support that we are a family of six and my wife has been very ill, so this poses a significant hardship for us, and that we should not be expected to have ongoing issues with a machine that is now only two years old, but the response has simply been that they are sorry and will call me when someone becomes available. Needless to say, we are extremely disappointed with this machine and feel that lg does not value us as a customer despite the fact that we have purchased many of their "top of the line" products, including washer and dryer, 3 large screen tvs, an oven/range and a refrigerator, all within the last 5 years. Our desired solution would be for lg to replace this defective merchandise at no cost to us, as it has been an enormous inconvenience and has not worked properly since we bought it.in lieu of that, our minimum expectation would be that they prioritize our issue given the history and send a repair person on the same day.

                Hi there,

                I bought the refrigerator lg 260 l frost free double door refrigerator, (Gl-t292rpzu, shiny steel, 2017) from amico agency, dapodi pune on sunday 21st october 2018 and got it delivered on sunday at 8:30 pm with a dent on the freezer door.

                On seeing the same we contacted the agency and told the same thing to the salesperson who had given us the information about the bridge before buying it. He communicated that he has raised the complaint on sunday itself but when we visited the agency on tuesday, we learned that he had hoaxed about it and did not raise any complaint.

                We were unaware about monday being a week off and when we called on monday no information was provided to us and no updates were given to us regarding the status of the complaint.

                On visiting the agency on tuesday, we have been informed that the engineer will come and will fix the door. When we requested for the replacement the owner of the agency was denying all the responsibility and was diverting it to the customer care. Customer care being rude and citing the reason that they have received so many complaints in the last few days and are not able to process or talk about our concerns and did not provide any eta.

                This is the worst kind of customer experience the dealer is providing with no assistance and rude behavior, its like till the time they are selling the good they are like customer is god and once its been gone from their store its none of their business and telling us that, this is how we received from product from the lg and lg will take care of it. Is it really the way this work? Don't they have any checks done on their end on the consignment they have received? This is pure #.

                The engineer is the one who will tell what needs to be done. Its been 2 days the fridge is at home and we have no idea when will he arrive?

                I appeal for the replacement of the product done at the earliest and need no more hassle with it.

                Hope some actions will be taken against this and i can expect some expedition in the entire process.

                The technician visited the residence yesterday and clicked pictures of the refrigerator and the box. He had promised that will share the update with us by afternoon but till now we have not heard anything from the technician.

                On calling the technician he said he has no updates on it. We had bought the fridge on Sunday and until now ain't able to use the same. We look forward to having the replacement of the fridge done at the earliest. Considering the festival season is around the corner we already have a lot of things to be completed our end and do not want to have any hassle having this replaced.

                Hoping to have the action done on as soon as possible.

                seems that no one has time to respond, it's been more than 20 days but no action has been taken into it. what do I with such filthy promises of yours " that a person will get in touch with you at the earliest" what define earliest for you?.

                The refrigerator is ideal without use at our place holding up space, what should I so with this? even though I have done the Indian consumer complaints it doesn't seem that you guys want to offer a service. one of the key parts of support or service is communication but it has not shown a traces of it too? what do I expect if I am not getting any updates?

                  I have a lg plasma tv 42 inches. Bought in 2011.
                  There were 2 issues for which i registered a service request-
                  1. Non-start from 18th oct
                  2. Sound fluctuation for the last 10/12 days.
                  Service request no – rnp[protected].
                  On 20th oct, a service engineer visited my place and suggested a device change which will cost rs 7500 approx.
                  Though i was not comfortable with the amount (I have shared a mail with you on the same), however, i gave a go-ahead.
                  Yesterday, the same service provider called me to state that the device named – y sus z sus is obsolete and lg stopped making the same.
                  Hence my tv is obsolete and it needs to be dumped.
                  My observations-
                  1. With daily change in technology, each device will be obsolete in the next 6 months. So, if a customer buys a device with hefty amount, will he be in a position to replace it so soon? Is it fair for a renowned company like lg to deprive loyal customers and force them to change the device?
                  2. I have seen all renowned companies like maruti, hyundai etc who may have stopped brands like alto, santo etc but there are no servicing issue. All parts are available in workshops. Why would lg take a different route?
                  These are some serious concerns which disturbs a brand loyal customer of lg like me (I have a 24 inch lg tv and also a 1.5 ton ac in my house).
                  If such is the outcome of servicing, neither will i buy lg products nor will i recommend. I will ensure that the negative word-of-mouth will reach far and wide.

                    I bought an lg g4 smart phone about 3 years ago. I was completely satisfied with the product, but some days ago my phone suddenly froze and turned off. I took it to many repair shops and unfortunately i heard alotof of bad rumours about this phone. They all told me it couldn't be fixed and it was dead forever. They said it would happen to all g3 and g4 phones and i can only call lg costumer service for the issue. I bought my phone in iran and now i live in turkey. Therefore i called lg costumer service in turkey and they refused to help me and told me i must call iran's costumer service. Then i called that of iran and they were not helpful either!!! I have always been using many electronic products from lg company and i also recommended them to people, but now i am totally disappointed. I have to buy a new phone urgently and both iran and turkey are experiencing economical crises, and due to that the prices of the phones increased drastically.

                      I am an owner of lg led 42lb527610# 31200 bought on may 27 2014 from bismi appliances kaloor kochi. On 8 october 2018, my tv set suddenly refused to get switched on. I changed the batteries of the tv remote as a first measure. I then registered on line and received rnp [protected] on my mobile. There was not much action taken on this complaint. I had spoken to lg tv service centre edapally who informed me that they had no stock of remote control for my model and promised to procure one for me. Meanwhile, i took the remote to an lg tv showroom and found that there was nothing wrong with the remote.
                      However, sun direct cable connection guys came in to change the parts that had been damaged due to lightning on the previous day therefore by 9/10 the tv started working.
                      Today ie. 19/10 the tv has switched off again. The remote control sensor and power indicator do not work. When the plug is switched on the red light glows temporarily. I request you to advise me on further action on my cell [protected].

                        My self abhishek r singh contact no [protected]. It is my painful duty to inform that i baught one lg refrigerator from snehanjali mira road, it is very disgusting and highly irating to even mention that refrigerator delievered to me was stopped to cooling in same day
                        It was noticed next day that refrigerator stoppped to cool then i immediately called their customer care and informed about this incident, they addressed my complain and send their engineer to detect the problem, and they informed us that the cooling machine is not working, then i insisted that pls replace it since it is delievered yesterday only and stoopped to work they told my it will take 7 to 10 days since they hve to follow certain process.
                        I would like to ask this reputed company what kind of process is this where product get delievered in 2 days and replacement process takes 7 to 10 days and what process they are following before sending their products to customer that it stopped to work in one day, what ever food i kept inside the refrigerator got spoiled and i hve to manage for 7 to 10 days more without refrigerator since my older one was also taken by them. No body is ready to listen to me rather then listening to me it goes to counter argument to hide their mistake. Being a customer what is my fault? Where i m wondering here and there and no one is ready to take my request to deliever new one at the earliest. If it is not replaced today i will approach consumer forum and social media

                        Above complaint registered on 10th of October 2018, since our refrigerator is down & the LG technician visited & informed the compressor has to be replaced. This refrigerator brought from Dubai hardly completed 1 year. it is 6 days now LG service couldn't complete the work. A marriage function held on 20th October will be effected. Please help.

                          I Received delivery of LG double door refrigerator on 13 October 2018, on 14 installation guy came and found some issue, and same was reported to LG center, as such tech engineer or tech person was supposed to come on other or next day as mentioned by them, but without informing me they have cancelled the tech visit and this has happened twice and it has been more than 4 days still waiting for some one to come and rectify the issue made lots of call to customer care, but they seem to be clueless.
                          please help me out with the issue.

                            Hi sathya team,

                            I have purchased ‘LG 55UK6360’ in Sathya agencies on[protected]. The product was delivered on[protected] and demo & installation was done on[protected]. Same day night I have noticed that their problem in a backlight, I see lost of light bleeding in the TV. The same day I have sent the video and screenshot to the LG technical Person and said that I’m seeing the problem, he said a tech will come and fix that. After 3 days I have called Sathya agencies guduvanchery and asked for a TV model change because I’m unsatisfied with the huge amount of tv. And I have visited Sathya and met the branch manager and explained my problem and the next day the person came to my home who sell this TV and he saw the problem. That on[protected].

                            After some days I got a call from LG tech person and he visited and said yes there is the problem and I’ll update and let you know like that ... after a week he called and said that he will change the panel but I said no. I don’t want my new tv get repaired instead I want a new tv replacement.

                            I contacted the Sathya guduvanchery and they said ‘sure sir we will push from our side to get you a replacement, I believed them. After one-week, same tech guy called and he said ‘sorry sir replacement not possible ‘ I said no. I spoke with the service manager mr.antony about my problem he tried to convince me but I said that I don’t want to get repaired. Then asked one week for a new tv replacement.

                            After one week the manager said ‘ we can’t give you a replacement if you want we change panel which is the best solution otherwise we simply cancel the call’. I said ok .. let’s check.

                            Last Saturday two tech guys came and changed the display. During the testing of the new display the problem remains and its irritating eyes. So I asked them to recharge it with my old panel and talk with the agencies like that.

                            Sunday I have visited Sathya and explained the situation and the asked two daytime to solve.. till today I haven’t received any call so that I have packed my tv and return to the same Sathya.

                            Now the manager saying that why you delayed three months ?? What is the meaning of the question..??? I thought you guys gonna give me a new tv last week then saying only display ?? Why you guys fooling people.. tell me where I have to go for this problem.. I have tried to return my tv today.

                            Why they said that they gonna give replacement then they changed plan.. I have attached some screenshots for your reference below. Hope you do needful for me.

                            I have visited Sathya by referral by my colleague. I’m sure I won’t recommend to anyone.

                              I have requested for servicing and repair of my out of warranty washing machine on 8th october vide complaint number rmp[protected], escalation vide rnp[protected] and subsequently faced the following service glitches :
                              A) untrained servicing
                              B) irresponsible and inconsistent response to follow ups needed
                              C) falsehood - service request closed as completed on system citing customer unwillingness to pay whereas service personnel called customer and cited ill health for not being able to service.
                              D) multiple visits on complaint escalation (
                              - however each visit starting again from start without any continuity of previous feedback.

                              The LG Inverter AC Unit purchased thru Reliance Digital is not working/cooling. The LG TECHNICIAN has pointed out gas leaking as the reason.

                                We had bought a LG refrigerator 5 months back. This application is addressing the following issues.

                                (1) The bill is attached herewith.
                                (2) The piece is bought from Croma, Rajkot.
                                (3) The compressor is faulty.
                                (4) We had filed a complaint since 5 days but still not got any satisfactory answer from Croma or LG.
                                (5) We want
                                (A) Stand-by refrigerator by today only.
                                (B) A complete new piece in place of this refrigerator. We want piece-to-piece replacement.
                                (6) We want Croma to be on our part as we had bought this from Croma
                                (7) LG is such a big brand and it is not expected to have fault in compressor within five months.

                                  Now last some days ac start automatically after switch off through remote l have registered my complaint online through bhavnagar dealer m/s patel electronics yesterday michenic came from the service station i informed my problem he took remote and switch off the ac made some settings in remote within 90to120seconds & he demand rs 649/ service charges i didn't understand that he not done anything only set remote i ask him my problem solve or not but he demands chg. Then he call service station to a lady she demand chg with me before solve the problem she threaten me that if you will not pay i cancell the all your gaurentee warranty regarding ac mentime my problem was remain as it is so i request to you please do needful to the matter.

                                    I have purchased lg 28 LTE convection microwave from dream electronic dehradun on 14 oct 18 . I got a call from [protected] that he will be coming in next one hour for demo sevice. But after one hour got call again from same person saying he will be coming tomorrow morning but till now no correspondence from lg and got one sms from lg which is shown below.

                                    Now please tell me on what basis my service request been closed. I tried calling dream electronic many times but no positive response, only stating that they will come within 24 hours.

                                      On 1-sep -2018 fridge machanic came to my house repaired my fridge and he charged 6000 rs for only changing of thermostat wire in fridge. That time I am not averring knowledge of fridge internal part. later I came to notice that cost 0f the thermostat is around 200-500 rs only. he cheated me. After repair same problem come again. I approached L&t costumer care centre they are not respond .

                                        We have a lg washing machine in which when we start the water inlet, water comes in the tank and directly passes out from the drain hose instead of staying in the tank. We checked the drain hose pipe from inside, the rubber and spring mechanism is okay then also the problem is occuring. The drain motor is also fine. We require a solution as soon as possible.
