Our lg washing machine, model no. Wf-t7519pr. Afspeil, had water leakage issue and we complained at lg helpline no. For the same on 3rd dec 2018. Lg service engineer visited our house on 4th dec 2018 and informed that the machine needs to be taken for repairs at the workshop. We were told that they will inspect the problem and let us know of the repair estimate before any repairs are performed. However, we were never given any estimate for the repair and machine was repaired and sent to our home the very next day. We were billed for rs.4691.10 (Job no. Rnp[protected] and serial no. 212nwyc032890) and told the machine has been repaired and there is 3 months warranty on the repairs done. We were rendered helpless and we were also forced to make cash payment for the bill.
Couple of weeks later our washing machine was not even able to retain water i. E. Problem had worsened post repairs. We again complained at lg helpline no. The service engineer visited on 21st dec 2018 and informed us that there was some issue with newly installed parts and drain motor had got jammed. He fixed the problem and re-assured us that we need not worry for at least 3 months as the repairs were covered under warranty for 3 months.
We again faced same problem with our washing machine and we again complained at lg helpline no. Service engineer again visited on 2nd jan 2019 and informed us that drain motor needs to be replaced and we will be charged rs.1600 for this.
Below questions would reveal the malicious intent of your service centre:
• why machine was repaired and original parts changed without providing us any billing estimate and without our consent at the first instance?
• when problem was water leakage why and what were we made to pay rs.4691.10 for?
• the problem with machine had worsened as a result of repairs conducted on 4th-5th dec 2018, then why are we being asked to pay rs.1600 more?
This is seems to be a well thought out strategy to loot the customers and i don’t want to be served by such thugs.
I now feel deceived, and helpless. I would like to point that it is only because of the unprofessional services and mala fide intentions of your company i have suffered undue hardship, mental frustration and also financial loss.
I would like to emphasize that:
● your service has been deficient, unethical, and disappointing.
● i have undergone extreme stress and mental agony because of your negligent and unprofessional conduct.
1. I request you to refund the entire amount paid by me.
2. Additionally, i request you to compensate me with an amount of rs.20, 000/- for the extreme stress and mental agony you have caused to me due to your conduct and the cost incurred by me in buying a new washing machine as our lg machine has been rendered useless post repairs conducted by your service centre.
In case you fail to take these steps within 15 days from the date of this email, i would be forced to:
● ask my lawyers to file a consumer complaint against you for gross negligence, lethargic conduct and deficient service, as well as additional compensation for mental agony and legal costs;
● ask my lawyers to consider the filing of a civil suit against your organization;
● start a sustained online campaign spreading the word about the appalling level of service that i have received from you; and
● issue press releases online and in the print media.
I hope that i do not have to take these steps and look forward to an amicable resolution of this issue.

I had already shared my details. One of your executives had contacted me and did not say anything new. He asked me to pay Rs.1300 and then the machine will be repaired.     Bought from bajaj electronics, madhapur.

    Product name - lg ref gc - b247 sluv

    Date - 05/01/2019.

    In the name of - mrs. Sneha roy

    After this i paid another 1, 500 for the delivery team.

    Then another 16, 400 for the four years amc contract. Amc form number[protected], of my rf, having model number gc - b247sluv. Apzqebn and serial number 808trpt1j440.

    And after this all, the refrigerator doesn't work.

    And this is confirmed that the refrigerator has some issues by the showroom team members and the lg engineer too.

      I have led lg tv model 22le5300atr, lg service technician saying whole motherboard will have to be replaced as it is not repaired, which is equivalent to the cost of new led tv-rs 7000/-
      Even computer motherboard is repaired in india. I think lg in india have screwdriver technology.
      Who will buy such tv if they are not repairable in india, even simple technician can replace whole electronic piece of equipment.
      Who will buy such tv if they cannot be repaired in india and pay the cost of tv to replace motherboards.

People experimented still in vein they just say parts not available for few days later when the parts come they say they are fine in the machine some other parts gone. So please solve the problem.             One no lg make refrigerator has been purchased on 02.02.14 from m/s capital electronics, madhyamgram, kolkata-700129. But after covering the warrenty period the refrigerator is giving so much trouble. Several time engineers came to rectify the trouble but could not rectify properly. So i make an amc for the item vide no. 15027102 & valid from 30th july 2017 to 29th july 2019. Again the refrigerator became defective and accordingly a repair call has been booked on 24th december 2018, vide rnp[protected], but till date the same laying defective and no fruitful action has not been taken so far to rectify the same. Now i failed to under understand what is the intention of lg engineers and there is a great question mark on the after sale service of lg product. P{lese do the needful early.

              My tv two year old tv is not getting switched on. The service guy says smps problem. Why this issue for a new product. The components used probably are not of good quality. The repair is yet to be undertaken by the company. As it is out of warranty, the company wants to charage but i want replacement at no cost to me as the product is only two year old and sparingly used.

                Contacted lg on 13th december in regards to a air conditioning unit not working.

                They informed that they require certain information such as the code on the air conditioning unit, the proof of warranty.

                Once the supporting documents were sent there was no response from lg.
                Until i made a phone call. It has been over 2 weeks i have spoken to countless of people such as oliver, june, kirby who never had any answers to resolve my issue. I was told by kirby that i would be receiving a call from the manager on monday 24th december, 2018. No calls were received. I have contacted lg today thursday 27th december only to be told that this matter has been escalated to head office on monday.

                It is ridiculous that after 2 weeks i am still waiting for a response regarding a repair for the air conditioning unit even with providing all the supporting documents. It has a 5 year warranty.

                Each and every time i have contacted there were no answers given by customer care representatives, no one is aware of what is happening. They read the notes but no one actually processes the issue of the customer.

                I don't understand the purpose of the workers there. Answering phones and reading notes all day telling me what i have provided, but no one actually done anything about it.

                This is an urgent matter as the temperatures are very high (High 30's) and no one is taking any responsibility to call and organise a repair date.

                This company shows no urgency at all and very poor customer service. No one follows up on anything.

                    Purchased from elisha enterprises, bill no.047. Dt[protected].
                    Lg technician attended to on-site job # rn[protected] and damaged the coil when he opened the freezer to replace thermostat on 9-oct-2018.
                    After putting number of calls and they didnt want to repair on site the refrigerator was taken on 20-dec-2018 to lg workshop at betim goa. They say the coil is leaking and will have to pay for new coil and gas which was result of their inexperienced technician and which want guarantee the refrigerator to work as they will be fixing the problem technician created.

                      I bought lg front load dd 8 kg washing machine about 2 months back and since then it is giving trouble. While washing it leaves its place and sometimes moves almost 2 ft. We have called service engineer 4 times but they are not able to solve the problem. It is one of most expensive washing machine costing some inr40k and giving such trouble. I really feel cheated by lg.

                        Respected sir,

                        I submitted my mobile on 13/11/2018. After 36 days i can't get satisfied answer. Your customers care executives, supervisor (Mr. Amar prajapati sir), your area manager (Mr. Manish sir) gave me different different ridiculous answer. I dont know where i call you, mail you so i can get fully confirm answer. I also mail you but i cant get even reply from your side. Very bad experience till now from all the sections of lg customer care department. If you dont want to do this than please tell me we can't. But font tell me please give me 5 days we will sort out. I am jist filled annoying from this answer till last 36 days. Its not about money its about our relation and trust with lg. Surely i never recommended this company to anyone. All d department of customers service are so careless...

                          My request no first i complaint rnp[protected] then i complaint for same problem beacuae of my first complaint was not solved request no is rnp[protected]
                          I have filed complaint atleast 10 times but your call persons donot have any record and moreover not even a single technician visited our place. Yesterday one call person gave me the no of ms bhawna sharma even she didnt bother to help me. She said that i have not filed any complaint thats why no one visited. I am calling customer care since 30 november but your person have record of only two dates.
                          Technician once visited n took rs.826 service charge which is valid for 3 months but dodnot solve the issue.. After that no one visited i have called so many times.
                          Its really worst experince. Truly speaking i am regretting to opt lg. Solve my problem as soon as possible.. I am not able use my refrigetrator for last 15 days.

                            We’re suffering really hard we don’t think there’s any way lg will solve our problem
                            We’ve complained for my 11kg washing machine but company deosnt have parts thus company have to replace our machine and against 11 kg machine they have offered 10 kg as there’s no other option we’ve accepted it but then too its not yet delivered to us till date. Even lg providers are not serious to take responsibility properly they hardly recives calls n at times they misbehaves n are rude to us...

                              I purchased LG washing machine 2 years back and extend warranty for next three years,
                              Last month we are facing dusting problem in our clothes after finish washing, then we make a complaint.
                              Service center pick machine for the service but after service machine get more damage many scratch are their, high noice, door closing problem,
                              Now many times we make complaint with LG service center but no one responded
                              After many times complaint Customers care given us Mis Anju number[protected], but last 15 days morning to evening many times we have tried to call but no one picked this number
                              From LG side they are not providing any Senior Management / RM/VC number details from any source
                              I requested to LG please immediately change my machine with new PC's

                                I purchased washing machine 2 years back and extend warranty for next three years
                                Last month we are facing dusting problem after finish washing we make complaint
                                Service center pick Machine for service but they makes machine more damage
                                Now many times we make complaint but no body care
                                Time to time we follow up our complaint they given us Mis Anju [protected] number but number not responding
                                Very poor service from LG

                                  Its been just 6 months since i bought this lg side by side refrigerator by paying a bomb. This appliance has some leakage current issue which when put on sockets trips the electricity of my apartment.
                                  This is an alarming issue in the appliance but the lg technicians are unable to resolve the same.
                                  Now they are giving a deaf ear to the problem.
                                  This is highly unacceptable as a lg brand customer.

                                    Hi there
                                    I have been calling lg for my water purifier ww180ep filter change and servicing since 26th nov and the complaint id is rnp[protected], since then service engineer srinath [protected] who seems to be a block for whole service delivery.
                                    He booked many appointments and cancel for some or other reasons at last moment. Today also he confirmed to be coming by 1100am and when i call him at 1130am he is consoling me saying that he will fix the thing tomorrow as he is out of station.
                                    That is really unprofessional and waste of our time. Is this how lg takes cares of their customer?
                                    Please look into this as resolve it on priority by today

                                      We purchased an lg tv, model no 42ld420 in 2010.in oct 2018 we lodged a complaint with lg that our tv switches on and off by itself after every few seconds. The engineer came, checked and confirmed that a part needs to be replaced. We placed the order for the same. After few days we got a call from the lg service center in ludhiana that the company has stopped manufacturing that part and so its not possible to repair the tv. However i bought this tv around 8 years back and 8 years is not a very long time when we talk about televisions. Now that the part is not available with the company it means that i will have to discard my tv which is not fair. I never knew that lg stops manufacturing parts of their products just after few years causing unnecessary harassment to the customers. Television is not something we throw away after using for few years. I would want lg to compensate for this.

                                        1. I am colonel piyush berry serving in indian army at patna, bihar
                                        2. I have lodged four complaints with your all india service center, three complaint for repair of my double door fridge, before 30 october and one complaint on 30 october 18 for which the complaint number is[protected],
                                        3. When your service center representative came for the second time to repair the same fridge, he after thoroughly checking the fridge declared that the fridge cannot be repaired it has got to be replaced, for the next 6 days their was no action from team lg located in patna, greatly demoralised i lodged a third complaint again the same rep whose mobile number is [protected] came he stated that he cannot do anything and the fridge has got to be replaced,
                                        4. I started ringing up mobile number of one lady in patna service center ie [protected], durga sahu agency. This lady just does not want to assist me in any way, she will not listen to my problem by saying its dewali time its chat puja time she wasted 10 to 15 days of mine, when she was forced to speak to me through lg india helpline service representative she declined to the your all india helpline assistant and me that i have not spoken to her. While call records of her number for the month of september and october should be taken out and matched with my mobile numbers which will automatically confirm that she is blatantly lying, my mobile numbers from which i have spoken to her are [protected] and [protected].
                                        5. On 30 september when i showed my annoyance to the lady it was confirmed that e mail for replacement was forwarded by service center to one mr rajiv jha having mobile number [protected], he is a very big farce in your lg community, after speaking and requesting him umpteenth times he confirmed to me on 27 november 18 that i have got to deposit rs 21142/-, within two hours self did neft, and the said amt was transferred to lg india bank account bank of america in delhi vide utr no sbin[protected].
                                        6. Mr rajiv jha confirmed receipt of the amount on 28 nov 18. When today i spoke to him ie 29 nov18, he states that another weeks
                                        Time is required for delivery. I am facing lots of problems without fridge. Lg india you have to do something in your patna service centre to improve the satisfaction levels. Why so much delay, should i never buy lg products again in my life/should i go to consumer court or you will give them a well deserved pink slips, which ought to be given to them they really deserve it. God help lg
