We took Lg appliances and are not happy with the service. We took every thing from the reliance store which are really not good in service and to true commitment. They will never call you back as they say. We took a side by side fridge four ac one microwave and ten kg washing machine. For washing machine three technician came with different views. One didn't know how it worked he made the motor turned by his hand as it was not moving other said it has a motor problem and the third great person said we have made a feature that machine will make noice now my work is done. I said just wait my husband is on his way he said i cant wait we have work and i have a second appointment. So are we worthless for Lg or say relaince to buy such products with GREAT SERVICE. Hats off to you all. Even the fridge was damaged which we asked for replacement and it was done very happy we are still waiting for technician to solve our problems like ###. Its not your fault its our fault that we trusted such branded store with a branded company. Thank you thanks a tonn for your service which makes our life miserable.

We are not satisfied with the lg service as the problem is not resolved and they said talk to the store from where you took its ok from our side. But the machine is same and after all its your product this is the service you provide to your customers. We are now looking forward towards reliance. If you get such services never buy products. As they assure you while taking once the payment is made they dont care

Lg says we will repair it but whats our fault in it when we dont get service. Its all company's fault lg is not worth its service is pathetic no proper response no customers satisfication what else should i say wowwww lg this is the trust what customer expect from you.

    We bought a lg ac from pai international uppal depot, hyderabad, india. Within 10 days we got problem with ac (Not giving cool).. Lg people came and done some repair and gone when i was requesting to replace with new ac.. They told if problem comes again they will replace with new ac.. But again after two months again it is not working.. Now lg people are troubling again.. Dear friends "please do not buy lg products" and don’t buy from pai internationa…. Service is worst...     They have not registered my complaint but later I got to know that it is not linked with LG . It's a fake number. Plssss take strict actions against it. So that customers doesn't become fool and suffer.

      During installation of my split ac, lg's authorized service centre just repair
      Damaged my following parts of the ac,

      1) connected ac with 5amp instead of 16amp. Also made a leakage in joining the main cable which blust during operation. It could be fatal to any of my family membaers.

      2) fixed ac's water outlet pipe in a wrong slope which resulting water logging in the indoor unit of my ac.

      3) broke the lock of the swing louver, as a result it's not swinging well also not closing properly after power off.

      Despite several request through mail and telephone no body from lg and just repair responded my concern. They were very much reluctant to resolve my issues. So i repair the damages done by the lg's service center locally by myself with extra cost. Though i made the full installation charges to the company.

      Now i want my money to be refunded. Please advice.

        I have purchased a lg water purifier from shubham electronics ghatkopar, mumbai-400086

        My equipment in warranty i was renew my amc period and purifier is not working from last 8 days and i call back in customer care but no one given the response we not able to drink water. I my home 2 adult and 1 child. We are drink bore-well water and that water is dangerous to our heath so that why we are purchasing the lg water purifier.

        Mr. Shahbaz khan service engineer come twise for repairing but he doesn't understand the problem and problem was same.

        Service form lg service centre is very very poor.

        Though other products are available in the market for 12k average we have spent 26.5k because of faith what we have it on lg products.

        I request you to consider my request to replace ro filter on free of cost since it was a problem due to solenoid valve.

        I request you to consider the ground reality and do the justice.

        I purchased my house in may 2020
        I have purchased the LG RO water purifier
        From Sanket India on 12 June 2020 as per the rules the LG purifier delivered On my house and installed by LG engineer at that time they check all the necessary TDS and force of water.
        But within 15 days o[censored]se The time for filling the Tank is increasing and filter not working properly .
        Than this types of problems are occured many times so I talk this matter the LG service team and management also for proper solution that I permanent solution.
        But as the LG manger said that there's is problem in water so the problem is that so I said that to return LG RO unit and return me the legible amount of money.as I have only used it 1 and half months.but they denied and blame me that your water is problem.
        But after inspection of my society I have found that one couple also have the problem such in LG water purifier delivered and installed one year ago in same my society we have commen water bore.
        So if LG services have the reference of such information year ago in my society they have to inform me to not buy LG water purifier because they also have complaint against LG water purifier for such problems
        Now LG management not to understand and refused to return my money and we are suffering for water since 2 months so what is the solution permanent suggest me please

          Urgent: faulty air conditioning unit / ser #491goofk, 409tabn00189 /case # cnp[protected].

          No response to many many emails and phone calls.

          Since may 2018 this unit has been faulty. It is under the warranty. The compressor needs to be replaced. It is sited on a ledge which requires special equipment to access. Your preferred repairers are unable to access the unit to replace it.

          We have a qualified air conditioning serviceman to inspect the faulty compressor. If he reports that the compressor has failed will you honour the warranty?

          Will you supply a replacement compressor to the apartment?

          I am very concerned that this matter has dragged on for a very long time. Is this a matter i should raise with consumer affairs? I was promised a call last friday however no one has had the courtesy to phone me despite several calls to your centre.

            This is to bring to your notice that I have been following up with customer care from last 10 days on my refrigerator repair request and I am not getting any resolution. My double door refrigerator is not working and one of the parts needs to be replaced however, the part is not available!

            I can't understand how can a company as large as LG doesn't have machine parts available . It's been 10 days and my refrigerator is not working. I don't think I have to emphasize on the importance of refrigerator and how difficult it is to survive even for a single day. Please let me know as a consumer why I should be buying Lg products in future?

            This is really unprofessional on your part and as a customer I am very disappointed and needless to say that I am not going to buy any of the Lg products for sure.

              I had purchased one of 3 star split a. C.in kolkata. It was found that the outdoor unit coil was damaged before delivery. Finally i got it changed to copper coil thereby getting much better cooling than original. Recently there was little problem in cooling to the desired limit so i had contacted by mistake if service centre in kolkata who finally visited after three missed appointments. They only checked the back pressure and said that fully functional cooling unit is to be replaced with their aluminium foil for which the charges would be 7500/. Next they called me over phone only to inform that that estimate is not valid as they would take the complete machine to their factory before any estimate. Then to my surprise a local mechanic checked the machine located the leakage a fixed it within minutes & only charging me for 100grm of gas & labor for rs 200/ only while lg's inspection charge cost rs294. This is simply cheating. I would never ever recommend you to buy any lg product which product is worst of the lot & serv i e centre is horrible. Bs

                We have been a regular customer of lg using products like television owen washing machine. Last year november my father bought an lg phone with modal number lgx2301. This phone is still under one year warranty and in august this year it stopped charging. I visited service center noida and sunny the engineer said there is a part which will replaced under warranty. It took three weeks and i received a call from service center and the new engineer said part has come and please visit the center. The engineer checked today and said there is another part in the mother board which is physically damaged. He called sunny the previous engineer which on phone said no it was alright earlier. New engineer said mother board will be chargeble as it is physically damaged. There is not even a single scratch on the phone and how come phone is physically damaged from inside. I have not given this phone for repairing to any other service center. The lg service center engineers are giving false information and hence an action should be taken against them. Also the lg service center customer manager mr dheeraj is telling me that we can give you ten percent discount on charges. They are hiding the engineers faults and telling the customer that part will be chargaeble. Hence an action should be taken against against manager as well. As a customer i want that either my money should be refunded or my phone should be replaced or it should be repaired as free of cost as how come it can be physically damaged form inside if i have not given to any service center apart from lg service center.

                  I had purchased lg v20 invoice no faa52p[protected] date 21/11/2017 as per the given facilites there was one time screen replacement given under warranty. Since my screen is damage but the in service centre they reject to replace the same. They are saying that the screen damage warranty is only for six month but during purchase there is no where mention the screen placement warranty duration in six months. Please look into this matter and do the needful

After purchase the mentioned mobile handset, number of time I had raised the issue for various problem in mobile hand set to dealer and LG Company within the specified time limit, however they had rejected my all request and deny to replace it. As I had invested a huged amount of Rs. 34, 000/- in this product so I had accepted that I had wasted my money and continue to use, during this period I had faced lot of problem in this mobile hand set but due to poor service experianced earlier and lack of time to visit in service centre I had never raised the issue again. Now the working condition of LGV20 is very worst, I have switch to another Handset. There are two major issue in LGV20 1. Battery 2. Screen Damage, In my last visit on dated 15/09/2018 to your service centre they deny to replace the screen saying it cover only 6 months warranty duration. I hope damage is not appear as per warranty period and yes the damage is occur in the month of May-2018 but as I mention due to lack of time I am not able to visit to service centre. Even I also tried to get pickup service in those days but it was informed to me that it is not avaliable with LG. Also raised the battery issue, they first say that there is issue with your battery which is again cover only 6 months warranty but later it was discover that battery is ok, there is problem with motherboard. So they changed the motherboard. Now please suggest me after investing amount Rs. 34000.00 which is huge amount for any indivudal, if consumer did not get good product and better service then how the trust should be build with the company.                     I made a big mistake buying an lg product especially your highly rated mobile lg v30+.. Spending rs 41000 at kochi kerala.

                    The phone was bought on 9/sep/18 and defect to the screen was observed on12/ sep/18. The product and its defect shown to service center on 13/sep/18. The defect on the led panel shown to the engineer at service center mr. Spenzo.

                    As the defect is observed within 7 days from date of purchase they need to immediately provide replacement with a brand new nin defective product or pay back my money. This is international practice for any electronic product..

                    My defective lg v30+ defective phone is still with the lg service center at pathadipalam.. No response and nobody has contacted me till now..

                    They have retained the product since 13/sep/18 and without any response even today.. Very unprofessional. Not even picking up the calls.

                    The technician is mr. Spenzo mob[protected] or[protected] at lg service center pathadipalam..

                    Tell your servuce center not to be unprofessional as they will screw up your image..

                    Please initiate replacement of product tomorrow urgently..

                    With such service i will never recommend lg to anybody..

                      Brought a fridge in 2013 which was promised to be best modal of lg. Fridge compressor which was under guarantee/warrantee (5year old) went off. Complain lodged on 4th sept (Rnb[protected]. Repeated promise by service people but no resolution. Now service people says they don't have part and i should sell my fridge. Highly irresponsible behave by lg. Pls take complaint seriously and provide me new compressor (As it is under guarantee/warrantee). Today its been 10 days and i am without fridge at my home. Please treat complain on high priority and take it seriously

                        Hi Team,

                        I have purchased lg tv model :-49lj617t on 10th october 2017.
                        Lg service team has not provided the wall mount on the day of installation.
                        Sanjay named service guy has installed the tv and not given the wall mount.
                        They have recorded as wall mount is given to us in the records.
                        When we ask to provide the wall mount as it is not provided to us, we are asked to pay rs.3000 for the wall mount which we have to get it for free by lg service team and we are still under warranty.
                        This is so unfair from the team and from lg company.
                        This should not be repeated for any customers as customers pay the full amount for tv and other accessories.
                        These things are being repeated for few customers also.
                        Please provide all the things to customer after buying your product.
                        Do not repeat such fraud things to customers.
                        We have raised two complaints based on this.
                        Till now wall mount is not given and closing the complaints without customer notice.

                        Service team has started a new story by saying that TV model is not in the correct customer name.
                        We need to go to showroom and correct it.
                        My father has reached showroom and checked everything.
                        Customer name in the bill is correct as expected.
                        Wall mount should be given by LG company is informed by show room.
                        People cannot roam to show room and cannot call multiple times to customer care and ask about the wall mount everytime.
                        My father is senior citizen and you cannot do such things to a customer like this.

                        Please do not do such things and handover our wall mount ASAP .

                        Be shameful that you people are doing such stupid things.

                          Hi, 659liters of refrigerator brought on june 24th 2017, just 1 year and 3 months completed, i'm facing that it's not getting cool... I have raised a request, a technician came and checked the condition and said some bulls hit reason "ants are made home in board so the refrigerator it's not cooling" said and went. While going he said will send other technician who will do tharow check and repair, but it's almost 2 days no one turned back or call back. Dont know whom to contact now. The value of refrigerator is 81k after paying so much amount the refrigerator not working after a year. Is this the lg standards of manufacturing?.

                            Never expected this kind of service from LG. I called up the service agent named Vinod [protected]. He can home to repair the refrigerator. However post 2 to 3 hrs the fridge was back to square and not correctly functional. So from that date I am trying to connect Vinod he is not answering the call. We have paid him approx. Rs. 3500/- Now he is not answering.. Also we tried to connect his boss named Shadab number [protected]. He is also the same person just answered the call once and said sir the agent will come at your location in next 1 hour...but I wonder his 1 hour is not yet completed from last Friday. Again to say morning I called him he said in 1 hr agent will reach now he is not answering the call nor the agent has come. I fail to understand why do we keep such type of agents who is least bothered about customer service.. These are the agents from Dahisar location. Service centre name is Royal Serivce Center. Hope this message will have some action and expecting the positive response.

                              After repeated follow-ups of about a month,
                              an Unskilled engineer - who do not even know how to open the monitor,
                              from LG service centre in Sector 2, Rohini, Delhi was sent today
                              to replace the broken screen of our monitor s. no. 605NTLE82504

                              He did his own unsuccessfull attempts / R&D on our monitor to open the open the same to replace the screen.

                              Is this the service quality standards of LG, Is this why I bought a computer screen of LG, that their service engineer do not even know how to open the equipment for part replacement, and damaging / scratching these delicate equipment without any mercy, at the cost of money spent by us on the same.

                              A road side computer repair shop could have performed much - much better !
                              Leaves no doubt on the success & realiability of similar external / private independent service centers who are so user friendly / efficient / result oriented ( their only limitation being non- availability of original spare parts with them)
                              not like this instance of happening where the causal / beaurocratic / easygoing / non-courteous approach of service centre is taking us for a ride / kind of punishing us for purchasing an LG product !

                              Who will compensate us the loss of this 1 month period for not able to get our monitor repaired even by the LG service center - pls note that this is a computer screen, and we could not work our computer in this 1 month period.

                              How can LG allow such non- profeesssional / irresponsble repair centers to operate?
                              Are such repair centers of LG there to solve consumer complaints or to just make fool of them and enjoy their salaries at the cost of customer’s’ money.

                              I am now quite afraid / freigtened to purchase any more of LG products, because for any service support I am absolutely not willing to repeat my such above experience.

                              I had already purchased a really reputed brand of monitor, since the logging of my first complaint and was managing my work with the same since the complaint.
                              One cannot rely / wait / trust these companies of giving you a quick solution .
                              So I missed this requirement of providing my contact details.
                              Also had the company been keen enough to attend to the problem said in my complaint, they could have easily traced the same back from the serial number of the product mentioned in my complaint.

                              Also there must not have many complaints of such types in Delhi - they could have easily tracked the same from their CRM / service center / spare part requirement request as put by the respective service center( assuming they have the same and maintain it)?

                              There is a wise saying: WHERE THERE IS A WILL THERE IS A WAY

                              Just hiding behind these small excuses of want of contact number, shows the lack of willingness / initiative to provide service support !!
                              Product has been delivered by flipcart by 10 days but it is not installed yet we have complaint them four times but they have not come yet what should we do

                                Sir my self bhushan kumar i purchased your air conditioner but your service center told us that they could not give home service for service of air conditioner i am very shocked to hear this but my product is under warranty and you have to give home service of air conditioner otherwise i have no any option to take legal action in consumer court i have send already 2-3 mails to you but you have not approached us so now i have only option to take legal action in consumer court

                                  I have purchased lg tv model :-49lj617t on 10th october 2017.
                                  Lg service team has not provided the wall mount on the day of installation.
                                  Sanjay named service guy has installed the tv and not given the wall mount.
                                  They have recorded as wall mount is given to us in the records.
                                  When we ask to provide the wall mount as it is not provided to us, we are asked to pay rs.3000 for the wall mount which we have to get it for free by lg service team and we are still under warranty.
                                  This is so unfair from the team and from lg company.
                                  This should not be repeated for any customers as customers pay the full amount for tv and other accessories.
                                  These things are being repeated for few customers also.
                                  Please provide all the things to customer after buying your product.
                                  Do not repeat such fraud things to customers.
                                  We have raised two complaints based on this.
                                  Till now wall mount is not given and closing the complaints without customer notice.

                                      lg tv 32le5500 motherboard no support

                                      I have lg led tv model 32le5500. It was bought around 2012.
                                      Recently it had problem that there is no display and complained to lg service centre and they visited at home and informed me that the mainboard of this tv is at fault. The service guy informed me that he'll call his office check for this spare part and will inform me.

                                      And he informed that this spare part is no longer available with lg??? And therefore...

                                      I have purchased television from lg brand last week at bajaj electronics-hyderabad i have received an offer of jio dongle during my purchase but i haven’t received any jio dongle yet. Both the service center and showroom are showing least interest towards my problem
                                      These people will have interest in customer money but not in solving customer problems regarding their products...
