Dear Team,

Subject - Regarding Wrong TDS deduction for Somnath Bartakke

This is with reference to above subject, I have purchased one Refrigerator from Saluja Electronics, Sr no 23-25, Plot no 534, Satara Road, Dhankwadi, Pune, 411043 on date 23rd December 2017.

I have purchased this asset with my own money at that time. However, while filing my ITR, I came to know 3000/- are deducted on the account of TDS from TAN NO DELL07242E for this asset which I have purchased.

Since, I do not have any co-relation for this deduction, seems this TDS is erroneously deducted against my ITR.

I came to know one update from above mentioned dealer when I visited his shop that, I have won lucky draw coupon amounting to Rs. 10, 000/-

Out of these 10k, I did not receive even a single penny till date and my TDS has been deducted unnecessarily.

I urge you to refund my deducted amount back to my account as I do not have any interest in lucky draw which was drawn without informing me or my family.

This is direct financial loss to my income tax hence, request to take serious action against the dealer.

If required any document please let me know I will provide the same.

    I hv bought an lg washing machine on 17th aug 2018. Today is 21st aug 2018. No one from lg has visited d site for demonstration. And the store salesperson from patra electronics have failed to gv any support and on top of dat misbehaving with me... Not taking calls, disconnecting the calls, not responding to my queries... The product dealers at rourkela m/s patra electronics are not responding. The salesperson at the store who sold the product is not responding at all.

    I bought a lg Sound bar and blue ray player and I've had it less than 2 yrs it's been in already once for repair.

    It is doing the exact same thing and I want it exchanged for a new set.

    The sound bar keeps freezing up on pause and I have to unplug the whole system every time. I dont get the proper sound that is expected from this system.

      This pertains to my complaint ref # rnp[protected].
      I noticed that on both the outdoor units installed on the ledge of the floor of my balcony, the black rubber insulation has deteriorated and have exposed the copper tubing. It is just one year since the installation. This is because the installers have not bothered to cover the insulation with proper tape. Last week i made a complaint and an engineer visited my place without necessary material and equipment; he inspected the outdoor units and said he will come back with an assistant and the necessary material required for rectification. Couple days later when they did not return as promised, i called them only to find that they will not be coming. On speaking to your central customer service representative who arrange a conference call to include the service manager in bangalore, the service manager said that the work cannot be done as the location of the units is risky to access.

      My point is, if lg installed the unit, how can you refuse to service the unit citing inaccessibility?
      There is no truth in the claims of the service manager about inaccessibility. The units in question are easily accessible by standing inside the balcony itself. How can he say that even without visiting the site?
      There is a history to this saga of poor installation of these two units at my place. Earlier on it was shoddy installation, now again it is the result of another shoddy installation that has resulted in this situation. I request lg to send a responsible engineer to address this issue, failing which i will be constrained to seek redressal through appropriate legal forum.

      Very very disappointed from your product.Worst experience.Not expected this from big brand like LG.The day I purchased refrigerator, it is creating problem of GAS CHARGING just after 2-4 months.My Frustration level increasing day by day.Just replace this worst product with new one.Only then I will may be satisfied.Very very very bad experience.

        I am dealer of lg company. I had purchased lg 50 inch plasma from lg company. As it was displayed in my showroom, its panel is defective and not working properly. I also reminded company many times about the problem but there was no solution has come yet. This product is more then 50000 rupees. And it is pending from more then 2 years and company has stopped replying and trying to avoid the situation. As it is still in gurantee so it is a request to solve my problem.

          We are visited pai international at chikmagalur. We esquire the price of the mobile samsung j6 at there the sales representative name is suheel ahmed initially explained features of the phone and when said the price is too high compare other shops he suddenly became rude and rudely behave with us and behave very unofficially. He keep on challenging and arguing about price of mobile it’s too irritating for customer like us so please look towards my case and slap such people who are totally misbehaving with customer

            Just like many others, my lg tv started dropping the reflectors and now i have 15 white lights on my screen. I called their customer service and they refused to acknowledge that their design was flawed and because the warranty was up, they would not pay for the repair. I was told they would send the complaint up the ladder and would be notified of the outcome by email. I did not receive an email or call and it has been over a month. Needless to say, i will no longer purchase an lg product and advise other consumers to do the same.

              Shame on you lg service.. Worthless service by lg. I purchase lg q6 on 15 may2018 but this phone is manfac ture defective piece network problem in this phone at starting time. I contact lg service centre at 44c chandigarh this service centre enginer change pcb my phone but not solved my issue and this engineer put screeches on my phone back side.. I contact lg helpline so lg helpline provide area service manager but this manager don't pickup th phone actually lg only hareshment our customers..                 I bought a dual inverter ac last year which was installed on 24/7/17.. It has 5 year condenser warranty.. When i lodged a complaint (Complaint no-rnp[protected] in lg a technician came and he hardly took 5 minutes to look at the problem and told me that condenser is damaged and it will cost around[protected]rs to replace it, when i asked him about the warranty of the product he told me that the product comes with only one year warranty.. Then i again called the customer care they gave me the number of some senior official peson, when i called her firstly she didn't pick the call and next day when she called me she also gave me the same information about the product which the technician gave me.. After calling many times only then she agreed that the product has 5 year warranty but till then i got my product repaired from some other private technician because i was not provided correct information and i was getting charged heavily even though my product is still under warranty.. Ihave sent a mail to lg but no actions have been taken yet.. I request you to please look into this problem and do the needful for the loss of money and most importantly even after calling so many times i was cheated.. Thank you

                  I bought one lg fridge (Double door 284 litre) last month on 15th july and the installation being done on 17th july. My lg fridge doesn't stand for 20 days. Such a defective piece lg have delivered. We thoght lg have good name, so i bought one fridge and washing machine. Its shocking to see such a massive defect in fridge comes which breaks down cooling within 20 days.

                  There is no more cooling happening in fridge, it has gas problem, compression problem and other defect.

                  Lg technician also not well known to lg technology. He came and fool us by giving completely wrong instruction.

                  What companies comitted lg made our life goods, but it makes our life sucks from past few days.

                  I want my fridge should be replaced as soon as possible.

                  Very bad experience with lg. I should not recommend anyone to buy lg product not atleast fridge

                    I have purchased lg neck bluetooth not long ago. And since then i have had neck redness, itchiness, inflammation and pain. Creams are not working. Not a happy or satisfied customer! This is very frustrating and annoying. This needs to be addressed immediately wether it's a long or short complaint. Ridiculous to tell us how many characters our own complaint submission should be. Maybe it's another way of making it harder for consumers to submit their concerns so you don't have to deal with it. I feel my complaint was to the point and very descriptive. So now that's another complaint (On you).

                      I have bought lg washing machine from jharsuguda lg showroom on 16.05.2018. There was a cashback offer @7.5% with payment by icici card. But i have not received any cashback. I have followed up with the dealer and lg customer care but still not get my money back. Also complained in lg complaint section. They have not solved the issue. Plz help.

                            I bought a refrigerator 360 liter yesterday 08 aug 2018.in less than 24 hours its freezer fan started creating noise. Upon complaint and after engineer's visit what has been told by asm is that they will replace the fan.
                            My main concern, a new refrigerator within 24 hours why should i go for repairs or replacement of parts. Such refurbished products are available for much lesser price.
                            I need lg to look into it and replace the refrigerator.

                              We have purchased a fridge few days ago but it doesn't work properly. It's door cooling system is not working well. Due to excessive moisture our things get wet. So many complaints put with local dealer but no one can resolve our problem, everytime they tell this is not a problem. But we request you to either resolve our problem or replace the fridge.

                                My washing machine is out of service for the last two months engineers have taken it to the service centre as well they cannot fix the machine this machine was under warranty when i first complained and now its under amc

                                It seems lg doesn't have qualified engineers and spare parts to perform the duties and repair the most expensive washing machine in the country its been two months and my laundry bill is exceeding 10000 rs no one listens service engineer never picks your call service manager never picks your call if lg cannot fix it than replace the machine with a new one at the earliest without causing further harassment and mental agony

                                  Maine may2018 me lg q6 liya tha jisme suru se he network problem aa rahi th to maine lg service center 44 sec chandigarh me is mobile ki pcb change kraae but problem solved nahi hui or usne mere mobile pe screches be daal diye hai. To maine area service manager pe contact kiya mr arun [protected] but wo call pick nahi kar rahe hai. To ab main ye mobile thik nahi krana chata muje is mobile ki replacement chiye but koi be hardly action nahi le rahe hai na consumer court or naa he lg care

                                    The word LG for me -trust less, unreliable, fraud...since I have brought this refrigerator the satisfaction level is zero n the cherry on the cake is your below dissatisfactory After sale service.i complained 10 days before abt my refrigerator area not giving cooling.the salesperson came, took the Service charge n went away with incomplete work...since then I am making daily calls at the LG service center and I get the reply as -today the service person will reach you..but no one has yet come in 10 days..I would suggest go for a unbranded electronic products but never go for LG.

                                        Purchased lg fridge from harsha'ajjarkad, udupi on[protected]. They have supplied me defective set. Leakage of water is there at the bottom in front side of the fridge. The service provider of lg company has visited on[protected] and told that the set is defective and needs replacement. Online complain with the lg company was registered on[protected] and the complaint acknowledgement no. Is cn[protected]. Now i lost faith in lg company. I do not know when my complaint will be attended to.

                                        The service center technician mentioned that the motherboard is damaged since it cannot detect different HDMI ports. However, it seems LG no longer manufactures this part and it is not available in stock. This is really bad customer service and after sales service provided by LG.
