I purchased LG 8kg automatic washing machine on 6th July 2018. I washed 5 jeans with strong wash (jeans) function which is ideal for jeans washing.
After wash I saw that drum got damaged due to jeans chain which was not expected from LG. I called up Mr.Yogi (Hari Om electronics Lajpat Nagar ) he said I have to remove jeans buckle before wash 🙏🙏.(in short he want me to remove all chains and buckle as a result this washing machine...

The socalled smart remote stopped functioning suddenly and after complaining the service center people came and checked from outside and informed that there is battery leakage so no warranty we received the LeD in march 2018 and in 3 months this is the problem now they don't want to replace and want unofficial charge...

I am having lg led tv. Model -42lb 5610.in dec 2017 there was problem in backlight. I got it replaced through your authorised service centre aditya services. I had paid rs.4956.

Again on 24 june 2018 same backlight issue was there and had to again replaced it through aditya services[vikhroli] by paying rs.4956.

I have purchased 32LB563B TV on[protected] and after 13 months only i have started getting problems like intially i got problem with some spare and i was told my waranty was completed 1 month back and i was charged 4500 or more for spare and repair after 9 months of so again i got problem with my TV and it was repaired and charged 700 or so.

Very sad experience with the local service staff... These guys are working in a corpus and are not customer friendly... Asking for procedural details and paper work as a protocol... At the same time... Opting out of the same when it comes to themselves.

Bought an lg ac in 2010 worth 40, 000rs/-, which was offered with 10 year warranty. Raised a complaint as i wasn't able to reach the desired temperature in the room. Lg technicians visited my home multiple times and told me, a sensor is malfunctioning and need to replace it. The cost would be around 300rs/-.
