Dear sir/ madam

I have bought lg refrigerator from m/s. Madhu electronics, sharanpur road, nashik on 25 march 2018 (Bill attached).

This is to bring your kind attention that recently from last two month there is abnormal noise coming from refrigerator (Video attached), which was not the case earlier. I have contacted to customer care of lg regrading the problem, there was no positive response from lg limited.
Lg is not providing proper service & they are deliberately delaying to attain the my complaint. Even they couldn't diagnose the issue, they are doing their work on trial & error basis. By this way they are just delaying to resolve the issue so that refrigerator warranty period will expire and after expiry of warranty period, they wont bother about my problem.
Sir, please look in to this matter to resolve my issue at the earliest.

    So i had purchased lg ac from croma which gave me extended warranty for five years.
    But now as there are some issues with my ac they raised me a bill of 10000 rs. Is this justified. I paid 30, 000 for 22, 000 ac which is i paid 8, 000 rs extra in the name of extended warranty and this is what their after sale service is. Plus it has been 14 days to my complain stil the ac is issue is not been fixed

      I had bought an lg mobile phone from vashi this year. The mobile battery drains within 2 hours and it becomes dangerously hot. When i went to the big boss shop from where i got the phone. I was referred to the lg service center at sanpada. Unable to contact there, when somehow i managed to reach the said address i found that the service center has shifted to airoli which is very far away from my place at belapur. I traced the phone numbers of the airoli service center and its employee sonali karanjker, me ram murti and mr vino, i found that either their numbers were not reachable or after trying for a long time, they wouldn't pick up the phone and occasionally when they did pick up the phone, they gave elusive replies and to call each other. For instance, if you call sonali, she would ask you to call ram murti, who would ask to call vinod and this goes on and on in circles. Not only the fact that the service centres are few and faraway with addresses not mentioned on just dial, google etc, but also that lg takes no responsibility for its defective dangerous phones but makes you run helter skelter. I would highly recommend that no one buy any lg mobile phone ever, as its products are very bad and dangerous but also its service is unreliable and dishonest.

        This is my second time writing to lg.

        Phone bought: 09 august 2018
        Phone submitted: date 09 october 2018

        My lg v30+ has a hifidac issue (Primary reason for buying the phone was the superior dac)

        The volume of headphones gets reduced after turning the dac on.
        Compared it with my friends v30+ and g7, on them the volume is increased when the dac is turned on.

        Went to the service centre at pimpri. He told me to go to apk technology, saras baug centre
        Went there, he refused to acknowledge the problem. Next day i went back and i demoed a couple of expensive headphones. He acknowledged the problem. Later he promised me he will change the motherboard and it was available with them.
        The motherboard they had was also a faulty one so now he is claiming 5 days waiting for the motherboard
        I had to visit 50 kms 2 times which cost me 5 hours of time and still the issue is not resolved i was not even given a spare phone.

        Poor service, lack of technical know-how, lack of any respect for customers time and money,

        To top it all the receptionist tells me that you should be glad that you are getting service.

        Please address the issue or issue a replacement. You have cost me a lot of money and time.

        I had received a call from your end telling me that a technical person would get in contact with me when I expressed concern on the technical ability of the service personnel. Please get in touch with me. I am facing trouble because my v30 is my primary phone. And I have received no reply from the service centre as well.

          Attached following in this mail, purchase slip of viveks and card slip statement and also credit card statement from date of purchase to till date

          I have purchased a lg 5 star ac on of your dealer shop on 05.05.18
          Dealer details - viveks - the unlimited shop
          No 14, shanmugam rd, west tambaram, tambaram, chennai, tamil nadu 600045

          Product name : lg inverter ac juzd model
          Amount paid - rs.44, 500.
          Bill date : 05.05.2018

          Viveks dealer sales women said if i pay the amount through icici credit card i will receive 7.5% cash back (3000 rs) after 90 days.

          Accordingly, i have swiped the icici credit card and purchased the product, later after 90 days amount has not reflected in my account, i have contacted the viveks branch after 95 days and sent the account statement of credit card to dealer but still no proper response was received. They were asking for the bill i got during card swipe. I have asked viveks shop manager to give card slip statement of my purchased product. I have attached that also here. But they are still delaying on this. If i contact lg service they stats that this is not related to lg. If i reach viveks, they mentioned it was not from our side.

          I am just clueless what to do now. This is lg cashback only.

          Converted to 6 emi's, today[protected] all the emi's completed. I don't know what to do now.
          Please take necessary action as soon as possible. I have been personally suffered lot for this cashback.

          I have sent mail to lgservice. They are asking payment slip generation. I don't have that slip with me as it was 180 days past.

          Kindly look into the issue and do the needful at the earliest.

          Please call me/reach out to me for any additional info need. Hope i have given all the necessary details am able to give on this.

            Bought the range December 2017. Oven fans went out mid August 2018. Stove is still under 1 year warranty, so, seller can not replace stove till LG attempts to repair three times. First call to LG August 24, 2018. I was told I would receive a call or email within 1 day but to expect contact by end of day. No contact (NOTE: As of this writing, I have contacted LG 12 times and LG HAS NOT made any promised contacts, in return). As of the third contact (on September 10, 2018) LG stated that they did not have nor could find a service rep in my area and would replace the unit. On the next call, LG started the entire process all over again (this has happened three times = start from beginning, search and find no service in my area, promise a replacement, no contact, I call, start over from beginning). Lowes has been trying to assist, but, they are going through the same treatment. // * All information was given to rep on 08/24/2018 and then sent via LG web site 08/29/2018 and then given to Lowes on 09/18/2018 // * my phone number to ref LG version of contacts is[protected]

            10/11/2018: Repair technician came by. After removing old fan and parts, tech realized that not all repair parts had been sent. Tech called for remaining parts and was told they would be delivered within one week. // *** It was apparent the oven fan had been installed faulty when the stove was manufactured. "Liquid weld" had been used to repair the fan shaft and jam nut. To get the fan out of the unit, the shaft and nut had to be broken out.

            10/22/2018 Repair Technician received and installed parts that were missing from the first parts shipment. Oven was tested and appears to be working. // While inspecting the stove, it is noticed that the cook top is burning and the "glass" surface is forming "bubbles", as if the glass is melting. The technician and I agree that that should not happen because the range/stove is supposed to have heat sensors that keep the top from getting that hot. I am now in need of a cook surface replacement (since the one year warranty is still in effect).

              Sir i have purchase washing machine model no t1084wfes5a. Asspeil on 24/08/2018 from khoshla electronic kharagpur, it' s having problem of it's clutch assembly. Service engineer told me it is to be changed. Costomer care told me to report to from where you have purchase. As clutch assembly is the major part with in two month it gone bad. Now i want replacement of product what i have to do please guide me. Thanks

                Hello,

                I have this model purchased in 2012. Display stopped working. It seems that led screen is perfectly fine, the motherboard controlling display (Hdmi etc) had gone bad.

                (1) i raised complain on phone some time in june 2018. Lg service people came and said mother board is not available and charged 295 rs as visiting charges.
                (2) not being able to digest that 6 year old tv spares are not with lg, i raised another complain using email method on june 21st, 2018.
                (3) some people came, repaired the tv, charged 10000 rs. Receipt attached.
                (4) it went bad again in 2.5 months. Now those repair people are not picking up phone. The part warranty was for 3 months as per them, which was 28 sept 2018
                (5) contacting lg again, they say these people are unauthorised service people!
                (6) again i raised email complain but lg is not responding.
                (7) i will have to go ahead and somehow get the tv working because i can't just sit doing nothing - lg is not responding.

                Now there are multiple problems:
                (1) what kind of service level lg is maintaining? Why parts are not available in 6 years itself? This tv was bought for about 80000 rs at that time, which was not small money.
                (2) as per step (2) above, the people who came second time, were unauthorised as per lg. How was my email to lg leaked to unauthorised people? This is biggest problem.
                (3) for email complaints there is no case number raised by lg. There is no follow up possible. How pathetic this is!

                What do i expect:
                (1) at this point of time, i expect lg to somehow make my tv working again and respect the fact that i had paid 10000 rs for the same problem.
                (2) if lg can't make the tv working again, i expect to be compensated for the expense i will have to bear in such a short while.
                (3) i may buy another tv (No lg for sure) and will have to continue to fight this battle because lg has completely messed up this case my leaking my email to unauthorised people.

                And for more information, there is big racket with lg service:
                (1) their authorised service people have no clue of how to repair. They just come, give no solution, collect visiting charges (300 rs) and go away. It is good business for them just to collect money. This has happen to me with lg ac.
                (2) unethical connection with unauthorised people. You will never come to know till the same problem surfaces again.

                  I have bought the lg Q7 mobile phone on sept 05 2018 and it is not working properly from the first day.
                  It is default in the product, its processor is too slow to work and it is unresponsive to my touch.
                  Replace this product or give me my money back.
                  We as a consumer can’t take your faulty products on the verge of our precious money.

                    I have lg fridge double door. I have taken lg fridge servicing on 10th sep'18. The technician diagnosed gas issue in fridge and did gas filling then, i have already paid money for the services but again the same problem persisting with no cooling in fridge and smelling badly.
                    I have been constantly following up with lg customer care to take up the issue but no corrective action has been taken. Too much of negligence from your end.
                    Kindly send the concern engineer/technician to resolve at earliest.
                    Treat this on urgent basis.

                        Description_of_the_issue:
                        We have installed 3 air conditioners 9 years back in our house and we have faced so many problems in the middle and we have paid lot of servicing fee for all of them from the past 9 years, here we are not disturbed with the performance of air conditioners but we are seriously disturbed with the lg servicing agents, they take the money all the time by telling silly reasons to my illiterate father, my only concern is if the repair cannot be done why are you extending the work and telling some stupid reasons to the customers and post poning it getting the money and do nothing, i have two stories to tell you here my first point of contact for the servicing is at my hometown (Place:palasa, pincode:532221) where he started all the nonsense, by not attending the issue properly, taking the money and leaving the ac's as it is for 3 years, we ran behind him for 3 years and we got to know that he is unfit for this job and he told us that he will take the other two ac's to the head office and get it repaired, for which we have agreed but he didn't take them and bought it back and told us that everything got rectified but nothing worked for a single day. My second point of contact is the servicing incharge gopal-[protected] when we talked first he responded very fine but to our surprise he said he will be sending the same suresh-[protected] (First point of contact) on whom we have invested nearly 20, 000-25, 000 of no use, in the whole scenario we didn't force them to repair it but we have asked them whether it can be repaired or not where they have fooled us. He didn't provide us any bill and fooled us again
                        Solution:
                        We are not expecting a refund or a repair where we are fed up with suresh from last 3 years from your side but we want you to know that this has happened to us and we need an apology from the above two mentioned people to my father, as we are planning to buy two more airconditioners and a led tv from lg we need a proper statement or a promise from you that this will not be repeated again, we need a good percentage of discount,

                          Just completed 12 months means warranty end, in 13 months AC cooling system stopped. I called customer care number to support they are asking 850 rupees charge. My concern how it completely Colling stopped. Please don't buy LG product. This is completely cheating from customer. They should provide good quality AC. At the time of taking ac they told it will work minimum 10 yrs but within 1.1 yrs not working

                            Hi, i purchased a lg refrigerator from vijay sales bhandup west, mumbai, maharashtra, 400078 on 28th february, 2018 and since 9th september or earlier the refrigerator is not working properly and is not performing appropriate cooling (Also confirmed by the lg technician arun who visited my place on 24th september, arun's mobile no. [protected]). As mentioned by arun and i quote that "the issue is of gas leakage and it occurs because of two reasons that if the unit is bad or while delivery of the unit it got damaged and with time the gas was leaking". As i got to know the issue i visited vijay sales on 24th september evening itself and went to their customer care department to ask for a replacement of my refrigerator as it is very new and it is the product or delivery guy's fault, and after a long discussion they registered a complain with complain no. 1809-b244009. Next day that is on 25th september i got a call from lg technician to fill the gas to whom i denied. And post that i got a call from vijay sales with some lg guy on conference and i informed him that i only want replacement and won't settle for anything less. There was no response either from vijay sales or lg after that and after i made a few calls to vijay sales then they sent me a mail at 5:41 pm mentioning that there cannot be any replacement. To their mail i replied immediately and till now they have only replied once mentioning the same thing that they cannot replace the refrigerator. If i call to sarita pandey their executive she neither picks my call or calls me back. They are so unprofessional that they are responding from their personal mail id and not from work mail. I have attached some images as a proof. And vijay sales have only connected me with lg and further they are not helping me in anyway.

                            It's been a long time they have replied but no one from the company has made any contact with me. My refrigerator is making wierd sounds and i am not able to use it properly. This is worst experience of a customer support.

                            I got a call from lg representative and he was firm on not replacing the refrigerator and even was not providing guarentee that after filling gas the refrigerator will work fine.
                            I request the consumer complain authority to take some action from their end and get me a new refrigerator, thanks.

                            It's been 3 days and i have not got any reply. What kind of help is this for the consumer? My refrigerator is not at all cooling now and my stuff inside it is rotting. Should i take the law in my hand as i cannot see any justification from government's end.

                              I have purchased LG Double door fridge on Aug 13 and due to Kerala floods, water entered the fridge and it's not working now..I have called LG customer care and they send a technician, who took photos and went, it's been a month after I got the previous response..Please replace the Fridge as it's no longer usable.. Because If it had been repaired on time, we could have used it.. Now it's becoming 2 months..

                                I purchased an LG washer dryer set about four years ago. Please review the attached photos showing the dryer panel (as it should look after four years or fourteen years for that matter) and then take a look at the almost nonexistent washer panel. Also the washing machine frequently makes clanking jerky noises when it fills with water.

                                I believe that I received a counterfeit washing machine and would like you to remedy this problem.

                                  I am writing to express my discontentment regarding your services. I own a lg air conditioner vide model no. Bsa18beyd thlg.in august 2018, i availed your services when my ac was diagnosed with gas leakage which was duely repaired. Now again same problem persists, due to fault in condenser as diagnosed by your employee. No such fault in condenser was mentioned in first instance of repairing. Consequently it makes no sense to charge for the same problem arising within brief stint of time due lack of proper diagonising of problem on your part, specially when warranty of condenser still persists.

                                  Such type of instances are not at all professional and bring disgrace to the goodwill that lg enjoy among common masses. I request you to look into the matter promptly to provide redressal to your valued customer.

                                    I had given my led tv for repair on 7th july at nearest authorized service center (Care delight, pattambi, kerala). Initially they told i will get the tv repaired with in 1 month. Now its more than 3 months and i have been told that the part is not avaiable. I feel unsatisfied and wanted my issue to be immediately resolved.

                                      Hi i have repaired my led tv last year 2017 for motherboard. Today suddenly after 1 yr again same problem occurs. Now again lg person demanding 8500 rs for replacing motherboard. This is very frustrating for customer to pay 9k for repairing in two consecutive years.

                                      Lg please look into this on a priority basis. You will loose customer if this goes on...

                                      Now onwards i lost trust in lg products. Will not recommend lg products to any one here after.

                                        We had 5 tv in our house from that 3 tv are of lg.
                                        From last 6 months in ur all tv there is a problem of panel in all 3 tv.
                                        I had paid 6500 twice for 1 tv and for other two tv 7500 each.
                                        So total exp. Is 28000 in 6-8 months and ur executive says it might b due to voltage problem and no proper clarification but no prob in other co. Tv due to voltage problem it is only in lg tv.
                                        Its cost too much thinking of not to buy any lg tv anymore and also suggest to other not to buy due to its maintainance cost is too high which almoat cost of 1 tv to me...
                                        Which i am bearing of almost 30000 and also same problem they used to say us.
