Since 1 and half month i am raising a ticket for my fridge issue and it is under warranty and they failed to fix the issue service center manager rakesh kundra and srinivas technician are torchering and they are not replacing the fridge even i have posted in twitter but no use now they are not even responding and the other culprict is siddhart or shiva kumar

More over these people rakesh kundra and shiva kumar and krishna are warning me regarding this and saying we will not fix your issue do what ever you want. Rakesh kundra is the service center manager in attapur hyderabad

    Very bad service by lg service center taj air conditioning himayat nagar hyderabad and the service executive mr rizwan khan visited my place twice and changed the parts for which i was charged rs. 8000. Rs. 3800 first time and rs. 4200 second time within a span of 25 days but did not even give the receipt by the service center. After spending rs. 8000 it has been hardly 20 days now that again the ac is not working and when i called mr. Rizwan he said he would come but for the last 3 days has been giving me excuses but when i told him that i will have to raise a complaint against him and the service center he said that i can file an fir at the police station and also raise a complaint with lg india and said that no one can take action against him nor against the service center. I feel completely cheated and i feel that this service center is avoiding to pay the tax to the govt. And that is why have taken cash and not even provided me with the receipts so far and without even properly providing me with proper service.

      Hi friends i too paid rs2200 and the gave call letter to one company after i went to that particular company they didnt allow me inside the company and they said there is no vacancy. Then i contacted lg and they said come and collect another call letter. After collecting another call letter i was shocked bcoz it is project center. Then i understood that it is fraud and i ask for refund they refused. With help of my brother he is working in media, then he fight with them and after that they gave refund. So friends who all wants refund just go and fight with them and get back your amount. Then within few days we all planing to file a complaint and put them on media so other people like us wont get cheated

      Bought a 55 inch LED tv for almost 2 lakh. Did not even ladt 2 years !!! Poor product. Pathetic after sales service.

        Hi,

        Facing an issue with availability of spares for my lg 42 inch led tv. The tv stopped display a couple of days back. Registered compliant call with lg and service person visited our home. He checked the tv and said the mother board had to be replaced and will come with a cost quote.
        The next day lg service centre called me saying no parts available for this tv which is just 7 years in product life. This is bizarre and ridiculous. Expect lg to come with a solution to this issue rather than giving such ridiculous excuses.

          I have registered my complaint on 25 aug 2018 with complaint number
          [protected] for top load 8kg automatic washing machine. My complaint was gone to sehaj international in delhi. The concern person visited my house on 27th and told us that my washing machine's clutch plate has to be replaced. Next day he came up with a open piece of clutch for washing machine, to which i deny to accept and requested him to bring a new packed piece for the machine. He went back n came after 2 days and bring the same clutch piece in a box of some battery and handed over to me saying its a new piece.. My father told that concern guy that he will go with him to the store to pick a new piece to which he denied and said we have only one piece of clutch in the store. He gave us one number of ms. Ruchi yadav [protected] and told us to call her for further details. From 29th aug i m trying to call her but she never picks up call. I called at your customer service as well to inform the complete scenario. And they said i will get a call from there senior in 2 hrs but i didn't receive any call yet. I again call at customer support today and they said my complaint has been closed. I really dont know without resolving my problem how can they close the complaint. I re registered my compliant today with complaint number[protected]. And my request has again send to same centre i. E sehaj internationals. I really can't believe with such unprofessional behavior from there side... Giving me a piece of clutch in a box of battery! Kindly see to my case its been 8 days now.

          I can add images as well to show how a piece of clutch for washing machine was packed in a box of battery. And he was claiming it to be a new piece for which he was charging us 4000 rupees.

            6.5 kg front loading washing machine purchased in july 2016.in first week of aug 18 i. E. Just expiry of warranty, the display dimmed. Thereafter, a week, the machine stopped working. It is stated that as it is out of warranty, so i will have to bear the expenses and the pcb has to be changed which will cost rs.7000. This is too much. One can purchase a fully automatic front loading washing machine in 15000 of brand xx. Moreover, i have seen a large number of such complaints in this portal stating the same problem in almost same period.in my opinion, the batch of pcb has some problem, so the machines having the pcb with such batch, are going faulty. Why should i bear such a huge amount for a printed circuit board.

              We have purchased one refrigerator ( MODEL NO – T292 RSPN, SL NO – 805NRQV123628) from Cooch Behar, West Bengal. After 1 month of purchase it started giving problem as product inside the fridge not remain fresh. We have contacted your service engineer and they found four parts of the fridge faulty which was replaced later on. But problem is not resolved yet. Even after 2 months of purchase we have facing difficult in keeping the product fresh.

              Please look into the issue & exchange it with new one.

                I have taken lg ac on 19th may 2017 after a year in have faced problem of no cooling. Than we cantac customer support at the time of taking appointment they people said they will take rs 550/- with taxt but next day i was not available at home my husband was there those person come from senergy service centre mahim and charged 650/-. On thursday person (Technician) who come for repair informed might be gas is leaking so they need to take ac to the service centre to find it out gas is leaking from where. Friday ther cancel and call us on saturday saying i will remove ac from wall but the tempo guy will come on monday becouse sunday is holiday so i request him to schedule it for monday both work for ac removing and tempo guy who will be taking ac from my house. Monday ther called at 11am and confirmed appointment than after 2 3 hours they (Technician) called up and told i will remove ac but tempo guy will come on tuesday. Again i explained them to collect ac same day as i don't have place to keep ac my house is very small its 5.41pm tuesday still ac lying at my house ther removed today at 1pm. I was trying technician number as well as supervisor mr. Raja[protected] who promised me to sending transport persone same day but still noting is happen

                  I had been to your lg showroom at jyoti electronics, tilak road, opp. Sarvesh hall, dombivli (East).421201. For purchasing refrigerator, television and lg purifier. Person at counter explained me regarding cashback offer. Accordingly, i had received one link on my mobile and i had filled in that form. Thereafter, i had received 100% cashback offer on that link with unique code number with a request to get instant cashback. But after waiting for more than half an hour, your person at counter called someone and informed me that cashback offer was valid till 19th aug, 2018. But this was not mentioned on website.
                  On the above subject, i have to inform you that this is not at all acceptable. Since i have received this message today i. E. 26/08/2018, i should get 100% cashback. I request you to look into this matter and instruct concerned lg showroom to deliver fridge immediately.
                  Please note that i am senior citizen women who was kept waiting for long time without my fault.

                    Sir, i was complained about my lg fridge gl-325tmg regarding replacement of shelves and crisper tray, at the time of conversation your representative told me that i have to pay service charges to mechanic when he visit to home after getting lg service for said complained, accordingly i had booked for your services for replacement of shelves and crisper tray shelve (I had a call recording to this effect) then after your rep visited on 21. Aug.2018 and informed me, said parts production had been stopped by lg very long back, he is unable to give service for the same, then forcefully he took service charge of rs 118/- including gst. (Neighter he supplied any goods and provided any service to me, eventhough he took g (Goods) s (Service) t (Tax) from me) my complained is when i was mentioned my nature of complained to your call centre people, (Regarding replacment of shelfs) when you dont have the parts/stopped the production very long back for the said model fridge, then why you send the mechanic to my place? Only to extort the money from me? Still i am ready to take your services for replacement of the said parts, whereas you are not able to provide the service, then why you
                    Charged me? This is deficiancy in service and unethic business practice for collecting money like extortion/unethic business practice.
                    Therefore i request you to refund my rs 118/- within 10 days else i will take legal redressel for extortion of money/consumer court from your unethic

                        Dear customer service team,

                        I understand lg name stands by it's own in term of quality product as well as meeting the highest customer satisfaction index.
                        In above scenario, with highest confidence i purchased this tv in jan'18 which is used in range of 5 hrs a week.
                        It means usage pattern was (6 months * 20 hrs) = 120 hrs in 6 months span
                        Unfortunately since aug'18 tv had power issue (Displays only lg logo) and screen disappears and turns on with same logo.
                        Hence registered call booking through customer care executive (Complaint number : rnp[protected], dtd. 05-aug'18) with sms on the dealer details tirumala electronics - [protected] capturing above reference details)
                        Following day, authorised expert person came to ivestigate the issue & concluded as software issue followed pcb replacement if software bug is not fixed. (Reason confirmed was board heating) with clear target date for software as 5 days.
                        Till 17-aug'18, i tried to reach either the authorised expert person nor dealer with no response.
                        However cusomer care team assisted with contact number as listed below :

                        While explaining the same, i proposed for replacement as i have this problem. He convinced me that it is board issue which can happen due to spike or it can be due to poor usage from my end.
                        When i reached customer team on 25th aug'18, to re - open the first complaint reference number as the first registered call reference was cancelled (Reason was customer not reachable) & closed.
                        Since it can't be re-opened, registered a second complaint : rnp[protected] on same day assisted with contact number as listed below :
                        Asm :mr. Nana morthy (Mobile:[protected])
                        Bsm : mr. Gopala krishnan (Mobile : [protected])
                        As the first and second number was not reachable, i tried to call bsm and spoke for 20 minutes inspifte of his busy schdeule to explain me the web os software has reached to his e-mail but have issue in downloading.
                        Hence he went for my favor to replace the board (Which was surprise for me, to see why should lg change the board for simple software issue)
                        As per his direction, lg authorised dealer called me from [protected] on same day to send next expert person as the first expert person is in kelambakkam area (Where they have network issue to reach).
                        Hence second expert guy visited my home at post lunch session, where i requested him to teach me on "know how" to handle this product as to avoid the customer handling issue as quoted by asm : mr. Ajay kumar (Mobile : [protected])
                        He explained the same, later we tried to reach the same person to get his confirmation on the knowledge gained by me thru' your expert person with no response
                        To add with, expert guy was not having the data log sheet on the initial complaint history which was reported reflecting for the software issue.
                        Hence he agreed to bring the job data log sheet to fix the issue. Till now i'm waiting for the same.
                        Please advice on the same.

                          Hi,
                          It is very disheartening to see the extent of lg service failure here in goa.

                          It has been one month i am complaining about my fridge which is not cooling properly.
                          But to my displeasure the problem hasn't been corrected yet. I have complaint four times and each time your incompetent engineers come and give all sorts of explanation about the problem and its solutions. But nothing seems to be working.

                          First time they said it is a compressor problem which needs to be corrected at the service centre. And i paid rs 1400/- for the transport charges. And they send a bill of service of rs 600/- (Nothing explained on the service contents on bill), when asked what was done for servicing they have no answers. It also started giving a disturbing sound after that. I definitely think they have screwed up my fridge. And also i got the fridge in a damaged condition.

                          Total loot of consumers time and money

                          In the second complaint when i found about from the technician about the problem of defrosting, i would want to know if this was the case during the first servicing then why was the fridge taken for servicing. Total failure of the technicians.

                          And 3rd time again the same problem and now fourth complaint was registered on 21st august, 2018. Till now no one has attended. People are total causal and incompetent.

                          In this frustrating ordeal we have been facing losses everyday due to non functioning of the fridge. Everyday our food items are getting spoilt.

                          I demand lg gives me a new product or get the problem corrected as fast as possible.

                          I would never recommend lg products to anyone else nor i will also go for a lg product.

                            We have purchased product
                            Lg semi automatic washing machine
                            On 5 august 2018 from the dealer gajanan electronics, while having a demo of product from dealer they found product it is defective. So dealer wanted to verify with lg executive, he did a temporary fix to a machine and given a demo. But again another day we faced same issue. Now they are telling us to service again, as it is new product and from day 1 if we have to register service it is definitely product issue.in that case company should provide replacement or refund. Even if they service today and tomorrow i will have problem then who else will take ownership of that. So kindly help me to resolve the issue.

                            Who did call to my parents from your support team, and from where you got the no(Lg executive who visited for demo installation only have their number), anyway who ever called atleast have some sense that not to show her english knowledge to senior citizens, Very cheapest kind of support that I am getting from your support team.

                            After daily follow-up and contineus efforts, finally I am able to replace my washing machine . Thank you consumer complaints team and for LG anyway, thanks a lot, but you definitely need improvements in your support . It took me a months efforts .
                            One speaker is not working accurate and sometimes sound is not coming from one speaker

                              This is in grave pain and frustration with your lg products and after sales service.
                              I bought a tv[model no. 32lf6300-ta] almost 2 years back, suddenly on dt.13/08/2018 i have to register a complaint[rpn[protected]]for not able to see the screen.
                              — after a rigorous follow up, your engineer [contact no. [protected]] has visited the premises and updated the defect and estimate to replace the same, while conversation he was not at all humble and friendly. He was like because of him lg is doing their business.

                              — the timing suggested for replacement of the same was not at all conducive [week days 10.00-20.00 hours], while discussing on this, the reply was surprising..."you to have manage or have thought before purchase".

                              — on 20/08/2018 got a call from your service center ghaziabad, stating the requested part is not available, thus the complete panel would be replaced and estimate cost is increased up to 400% i. E 17k.

                              — now am getting calls from your service team for replacement of the panel on the same cost.
                              * my question the amount which you have suggested can easily give new product with your company or other company???
                              * does lg not having moral of doing ethical business???
                              * what kind of people were hired, who is not having basic civic sense???

                              Need point wise clarification is due time.

                                Poor service by helpline and service center. Let me take this as a test case and see if your service center can resolve a simple task.

                                Model wf-s7012dn, topload

                                Issue: water is coming out of the washing machine from behind.
                                Resolution: need s simple inlet pipe.

                                So far what happened: called 4 times helpline and the first three times was royally mislead by the executives. They asked me to call local lg service center and provided me landline numbers. Called 12 times, no response on a working day between 10 to 11 am (22 aug 2018). Again called the helpline, they advised me to go to service center and provided me address to collect the inlet pipe. Went to the center (Lg service center banashankari, bangalore) over 15 km from my home, to find out that they dont have simple inlet pipe in stock. They ask me to go to another service center on kh road or purchase locally from road side market.
                                Then got frustrated and called the 4th time helpline and executive took the order and said same day by evening i will get the inlet pipe at my door with applicable delivery charges 22 aug. Now waiting for the inlet pipe. Will see if this really works.

                                Why is that:

                                1. Your executives on call are devoid of knowledge on the basic activities?
                                2. Why when ever called with the reg phone number i need to tell the complete story? That means there is no history of the previous call and we were actually wasting our time
                                3. Why dont your service centers maintain stock of most simple item called inlet pipe?
                                4. What service can you do if this simple task is not possible by the whole service line activities?
                                5. Why there is no ticket generated for this issue when you replied to this mail?
                                6. How do i ensure that this complaint is not lost in mails and reaches your grievance cell? Fyi... I will put this in various social media though.

                                  Subject - Regarding Wrong TDS deduction for Somnath Bartakke

                                  This is with reference to above subject, I have purchased one Refrigerator from Saluja Electronics, Sr no 23-25, Plot no 534, Satara Road, Dhankwadi, Pune, 411043 on date 23rd December 2017.

                                  I have purchased this asset with my own money at that time. However, while filing my ITR, I came to know 3000/- are deducted on the account of TDS from TAN NO DELL07242E for this asset which I have purchased.

                                  Since, I do not have any co-relation for this deduction, seems this TDS is erroneously deducted against my ITR.

                                  I came to know one update from above mentioned dealer when I visited his shop that, I have won lucky draw coupon amounting to Rs. 10, 000/-

                                  Out of these 10k, I did not receive even a single penny till date and my TDS has been deducted unnecessarily.

                                  I urge you to refund my deducted amount back to my account as I do not have any interest in lucky draw which was drawn without informing me or my family.

                                  This is direct financial loss to my income tax hence, request to take serious action against the dealer.

                                    I hv bought an lg washing machine on 17th aug 2018. Today is 21st aug 2018. No one from lg has visited d site for demonstration. And the store salesperson from patra electronics have failed to gv any support and on top of dat misbehaving with me... Not taking calls, disconnecting the calls, not responding to my queries... The product dealers at rourkela m/s patra electronics are not responding. The salesperson at the store who sold the product is not responding at all.

                                    I bought a lg Sound bar and blue ray player and I've had it less than 2 yrs it's been in already once for repair.

                                    It is doing the exact same thing and I want it exchanged for a new set.

                                    The sound bar keeps freezing up on pause and I have to unplug the whole system every time. I dont get the proper sound that is expected from this system.

                                      This pertains to my complaint ref # rnp[protected].
                                      I noticed that on both the outdoor units installed on the ledge of the floor of my balcony, the black rubber insulation has deteriorated and have exposed the copper tubing. It is just one year since the installation. This is because the installers have not bothered to cover the insulation with proper tape. Last week i made a complaint and an engineer visited my place without necessary material and equipment; he inspected the outdoor units and said he will come back with an assistant and the necessary material required for rectification. Couple days later when they did not return as promised, i called them only to find that they will not be coming. On speaking to your central customer service representative who arrange a conference call to include the service manager in bangalore, the service manager said that the work cannot be done as the location of the units is risky to access.

                                      My point is, if lg installed the unit, how can you refuse to service the unit citing inaccessibility?
                                      There is no truth in the claims of the service manager about inaccessibility. The units in question are easily accessible by standing inside the balcony itself. How can he say that even without visiting the site?
                                      There is a history to this saga of poor installation of these two units at my place. Earlier on it was shoddy installation, now again it is the result of another shoddy installation that has resulted in this situation. I request lg to send a responsible engineer to address this issue, failing which i will be constrained to seek redressal through appropriate legal forum.

                                      Very very disappointed from your product.Worst experience.Not expected this from big brand like LG.The day I purchased refrigerator, it is creating problem of GAS CHARGING just after 2-4 months.My Frustration level increasing day by day.Just replace this worst product with new one.Only then I will may be satisfied.Very very very bad experience.
