Hi

I had purchased lg v20 invoice no faa52p[protected] date 21/11/2017 as per the given facilites there was one time screen replacement given under warranty. Since my screen is damage but the in service centre they reject to replace the same. They are saying that the screen damage warranty is only for six month but during purchase there is no where mention the screen placement warranty duration in six months. Please look into this matter and do the needful

Road Dahisar East, City - Mumbai 400068 State- Maharashtra Contact No. 9819330203 Further I would like to brife you in regards to product failure intimated at initial stage. After purchase the mentioned mobile handset, number of time I had raised the issue for various problem in mobile hand set to dealer and LG Company within the specified time limit, however they had rejected my all request and deny to replace it. As I had invested a huged amount of Rs. 34, 000/- in this product so I had accepted that I had wasted my money and continue to use, during this period I had faced lot of problem in this mobile hand set but due to poor service experianced earlier and lack of time to visit in service centre I had never raised the issue again. Now the working condition of LGV20 is very worst, I have switch to another Handset. There are two major issue in LGV20 1. Battery 2. Screen Damage, In my last visit on dated 15/09/2018 to your service centre they deny to replace the screen saying it cover only 6 months warranty duration. I hope damage is not appear as per warranty period and yes the damage is occur in the month of May-2018 but as I mention due to lack of time I am not able to visit to service centre. Even I also tried to get pickup service in those days but it was informed to me that it is not avaliable with LG. Also raised the battery issue, they first say that there is issue with your battery which is again cover only 6 months warranty but later it was discover that battery is ok, there is problem with motherboard. So they changed the motherboard. Now please suggest me after investing amount Rs. 34000.00 which is huge amount for any indivudal, if consumer did not get good product and better service then how the trust should be build with the company.     I made a big mistake buying an lg product especially your highly rated mobile lg v30+.. Spending rs 41000 at kochi kerala.

    The phone was bought on 9/sep/18 and defect to the screen was observed on12/ sep/18. The product and its defect shown to service center on 13/sep/18. The defect on the led panel shown to the engineer at service center mr. Spenzo.

    As the defect is observed within 7 days from date of purchase they need to immediately provide replacement with a brand new nin defective product or pay back my money. This is international practice for any electronic product..

    My defective lg v30+ defective phone is still with the lg service center at pathadipalam.. No response and nobody has contacted me till now..

    They have retained the product since 13/sep/18 and without any response even today.. Very unprofessional. Not even picking up the calls.

    The technician is mr. Spenzo mob[protected] or[protected] at lg service center pathadipalam..

    Tell your servuce center not to be unprofessional as they will screw up your image..

    Please initiate replacement of product tomorrow urgently..

    With such service i will never recommend lg to anybody..

      Brought a fridge in 2013 which was promised to be best modal of lg. Fridge compressor which was under guarantee/warrantee (5year old) went off. Complain lodged on 4th sept (Rnb[protected]. Repeated promise by service people but no resolution. Now service people says they don't have part and i should sell my fridge. Highly irresponsible behave by lg. Pls take complaint seriously and provide me new compressor (As it is under guarantee/warrantee). Today its been 10 days and i am without fridge at my home. Please treat complain on high priority and take it seriously

      I have escalated it on lg website twice and following acknowledgment were provided cn[protected], cn[protected].

        Hi Team,

        I have purchased lg tv model :-49lj617t on 10th october 2017.
        Lg service team has not provided the wall mount on the day of installation.
        Sanjay named service guy has installed the tv and not given the wall mount.
        They have recorded as wall mount is given to us in the records.
        When we ask to provide the wall mount as it is not provided to us, we are asked to pay rs.3000 for the wall mount which we have to get it for free by lg service team and we are still under warranty.
        This is so unfair from the team and from lg company.
        This should not be repeated for any customers as customers pay the full amount for tv and other accessories.
        These things are being repeated for few customers also.
        Please provide all the things to customer after buying your product.
        Do not repeat such fraud things to customers.
        We have raised two complaints based on this.
        Till now wall mount is not given and closing the complaints without customer notice.

        Service team has started a new story by saying that TV model is not in the correct customer name.
        We need to go to showroom and correct it.
        My father has reached showroom and checked everything.
        Customer name in the bill is correct as expected.
        Wall mount should be given by LG company is informed by show room.
        People cannot roam to show room and cannot call multiple times to customer care and ask about the wall mount everytime.
        My father is senior citizen and you cannot do such things to a customer like this.

        Please do not do such things and handover our wall mount ASAP .

        Be shameful that you people are doing such stupid things.

          Hi, 659liters of refrigerator brought on june 24th 2017, just 1 year and 3 months completed, i'm facing that it's not getting cool... I have raised a request, a technician came and checked the condition and said some bulls hit reason "ants are made home in board so the refrigerator it's not cooling" said and went. While going he said will send other technician who will do tharow check and repair, but it's almost 2 days no one turned back or call back. Dont know whom to contact now. The value of refrigerator is 81k after paying so much amount the refrigerator not working after a year. Is this the lg standards of manufacturing?.

            Never expected this kind of service from LG. I called up the service agent named Vinod [protected]. He can home to repair the refrigerator. However post 2 to 3 hrs the fridge was back to square and not correctly functional. So from that date I am trying to connect Vinod he is not answering the call. We have paid him approx. Rs. 3500/- Now he is not answering.. Also we tried to connect his boss named Shadab number [protected]. He is also the same person just answered the call once and said sir the agent will come at your location in next 1 hour...but I wonder his 1 hour is not yet completed from last Friday. Again to say morning I called him he said in 1 hr agent will reach now he is not answering the call nor the agent has come. I fail to understand why do we keep such type of agents who is least bothered about customer service.. These are the agents from Dahisar location. Service centre name is Royal Serivce Center. Hope this message will have some action and expecting the positive response.

              After repeated follow-ups of about a month,
              an Unskilled engineer - who do not even know how to open the monitor,
              from LG service centre in Sector 2, Rohini, Delhi was sent today
              to replace the broken screen of our monitor s. no. 605NTLE82504

              He did his own unsuccessfull attempts / R&D on our monitor to open the open the same to replace the screen.

              Is this the service quality standards of LG, Is this why I bought a computer screen of LG, that their service engineer do not even know how to open the equipment for part replacement, and damaging / scratching these delicate equipment without any mercy, at the cost of money spent by us on the same.

              A road side computer repair shop could have performed much - much better !
              Leaves no doubt on the success & realiability of similar external / private independent service centers who are so user friendly / efficient / result oriented ( their only limitation being non- availability of original spare parts with them)
              not like this instance of happening where the causal / beaurocratic / easygoing / non-courteous approach of service centre is taking us for a ride / kind of punishing us for purchasing an LG product !

              Who will compensate us the loss of this 1 month period for not able to get our monitor repaired even by the LG service center - pls note that this is a computer screen, and we could not work our computer in this 1 month period.

              How can LG allow such non- profeesssional / irresponsble repair centers to operate?
              Are such repair centers of LG there to solve consumer complaints or to just make fool of them and enjoy their salaries at the cost of customer’s’ money.

              I am now quite afraid / freigtened to purchase any more of LG products, because for any service support I am absolutely not willing to repeat my such above experience.

              I had already purchased a really reputed brand of monitor, since the logging of my first complaint and was managing my work with the same since the complaint.
              One cannot rely / wait / trust these companies of giving you a quick solution .
              So I missed this requirement of providing my contact details.
              Also had the company been keen enough to attend to the problem said in my complaint, they could have easily traced the same back from the serial number of the product mentioned in my complaint.

              Also there must not have many complaints of such types in Delhi - they could have easily tracked the same from their CRM / service center / spare part requirement request as put by the respective service center( assuming they have the same and maintain it)?

              There is a wise saying: WHERE THERE IS A WILL THERE IS A WAY

              Just hiding behind these small excuses of want of contact number, shows the lack of willingness / initiative to provide service support !!
              Product has been delivered by flipcart by 10 days but it is not installed yet we have complaint them four times but they have not come yet what should we do

                      Hi,
                      I have lg led tv model 32le5500. It was bought around 2012.
                      Recently it had problem that there is no display and complained to lg service centre and they visited at home and informed me that the mainboard of this tv is at fault. The service guy informed me that he'll call his office check for this spare part and will inform me.

                      And he informed that this spare part is no longer available with lg??? And therefore my tv cannot be repaired??? Lg discontinued the model and stopped the supply of the spare parts for this model? I was told we should give this tv in exchange offer and buy new lg tv but i would get only rs 1500 for the old tv

                      Now i'm surprised and confused that within 6 years of product there are no parts available for my tv? And i'm not sure what to do with my 46500rs (At the time of purchase) worth of led tv? I trusted lg for most of my home appliances and tv and my trust has been shattered by lg - i'm shocked at this response from a reputed company.

                      Could someone give me a solution about what to do about this?

                        I have purchased television from lg brand last week at bajaj electronics-hyderabad i have received an offer of jio dongle during my purchase but i haven’t received any jio dongle yet. Both the service center and showroom are showing least interest towards my problem
                        These people will have interest in customer money but not in solving customer problems regarding their products...

                          Since 1 and half month i am raising a ticket for my fridge issue and it is under warranty and they failed to fix the issue service center manager rakesh kundra and srinivas technician are torchering and they are not replacing the fridge even i have posted in twitter but no use now they are not even responding and the other culprict is siddhart or shiva kumar

                            Very bad service by lg service center taj air conditioning himayat nagar hyderabad and the service executive mr rizwan khan visited my place twice and changed the parts for which i was charged rs. 8000. Rs. 3800 first time and rs. 4200 second time within a span of 25 days but did not even give the receipt by the service center. After spending rs. 8000 it has been hardly 20 days now that again the ac is not working and when i called mr. Rizwan he said he would come but for the last 3 days has been giving me excuses but when i told him that i will have to raise a complaint against him and the service center he said that i can file an fir at the police station and also raise a complaint with lg india and said that no one can take action against him nor against the service center. I feel completely cheated and i feel that this service center is avoiding to pay the tax to the govt. And that is why have taken cash and not even provided me with the receipts so far and without even properly providing me with proper service.

                              Hi friends i too paid rs2200 and the gave call letter to one company after i went to that particular company they didnt allow me inside the company and they said there is no vacancy. Then i contacted lg and they said come and collect another call letter. After collecting another call letter i was shocked bcoz it is project center. Then i understood that it is fraud and i ask for refund they refused. With help of my brother he is working in media, then he fight with them and after that they gave refund. So friends who all wants refund just go and fight with them and get back your amount. Then within few days we all planing to file a complaint and put them on media so other people like us wont get cheated

                              Bought a 55 inch LED tv for almost 2 lakh. Did not even ladt 2 years !!! Poor product. Pathetic after sales service.

                                Hi,

                                Facing an issue with availability of spares for my lg 42 inch led tv. The tv stopped display a couple of days back. Registered compliant call with lg and service person visited our home. He checked the tv and said the mother board had to be replaced and will come with a cost quote.
                                The next day lg service centre called me saying no parts available for this tv which is just 7 years in product life. This is bizarre and ridiculous. Expect lg to come with a solution to this issue rather than giving such ridiculous excuses.

                                  I have registered my complaint on 25 aug 2018 with complaint number
                                  [protected] for top load 8kg automatic washing machine. My complaint was gone to sehaj international in delhi. The concern person visited my house on 27th and told us that my washing machine's clutch plate has to be replaced. Next day he came up with a open piece of clutch for washing machine, to which i deny to accept and requested him to bring a new packed piece for the machine. He went back n came after 2 days and bring the same clutch piece in a box of some battery and handed over to me saying its a new piece.. My father told that concern guy that he will go with him to the store to pick a new piece to which he denied and said we have only one piece of clutch in the store. He gave us one number of ms. Ruchi yadav [protected] and told us to call her for further details. From 29th aug i m trying to call her but she never picks up call. I called at your customer service as well to inform the complete scenario. And they said i will get a call from there senior in 2 hrs but i didn't receive any call yet. I again call at customer support today and they said my complaint has been closed. I really dont know without resolving my problem how can they close the complaint. I re registered my compliant today with complaint number[protected]. And my request has again send to same centre i. E sehaj internationals. I really can't believe with such unprofessional behavior from there side... Giving me a piece of clutch in a box of battery! Kindly see to my case its been 8 days now.

                                  I can add images as well to show how a piece of clutch for washing machine was packed in a box of battery. And he was claiming it to be a new piece for which he was charging us 4000 rupees.

                                    6.5 kg front loading washing machine purchased in july 2016.in first week of aug 18 i. E. Just expiry of warranty, the display dimmed. Thereafter, a week, the machine stopped working. It is stated that as it is out of warranty, so i will have to bear the expenses and the pcb has to be changed which will cost rs.7000. This is too much. One can purchase a fully automatic front loading washing machine in 15000 of brand xx. Moreover, i have seen a large number of such complaints in this portal stating the same problem in almost same period.in my opinion, the batch of pcb has some problem, so the machines having the pcb with such batch, are going faulty. Why should i bear such a huge amount for a printed circuit board.

                                      Worst after sales service experience for my lg monitor

                                      Product : lg monitor - 18.5 inch
                                      Model : 19m38a-b
                                      Serial number : 609infk3q123

                                      I had registered my monitor complaint from my registered mobile number on 29th july 2018

                                      Your lg technician mr. Ravi bankar inspected my monitor and guided me that i will get replacement of my monitor within 4 to 5 days as my monitor was showing white screen under warranty.

                                      But after around 4 days i got sms from lg that my complaint is resolved. But since my problem was not resolved i again contacted lg customer care for checking my status of previous complaint. But customer care told me that my complaint was closed. When i asked the reason for it, they said as per the technician i rejected the repairing of my monitor.

                                      “i would like to mention that why would a customer would reject the repairing of the faulty product which is under warranty?”

                                      Thus i insisted customer care to escalate my complaint and take serious action against mr. Ravi bankar lg technician who closed my complaint without a valid reason and cheated me.

                                      My complaint was transferred to mr. Amar senior customer care and he took conference call with nashik service area manager and assured me that i will get the parts replaced by 7 or 8 august 2018.

                                      But after waiting till 8th august 2018, i against contacted mr. Amar. He again took conference call with mr. Janardhan patole service incharge nashik division and assured me that i will get monitor working on 15 or 16 august 2018.

                                      On 15 august 2018, mr. Bajirao lg technician came with monitor parts during evening and somehow managed to start my monitor.

                                      But when i started monitor on 16 august 2018 morning, again the same problem of white screen was present with the monitor. I knew now that my problem was not resolved. Thus i called mr. Bajirao and reported the same issue. Mr. Bajirao came with other monitor parts and tried every other combination of parts but the issue was not resolved.

                                      Thus i contacted mr. Amar and briefed him about the entire issue. He assured me that by 16 aug 2018 evening i will get my monitor working.

                                      Around 5 pm on 16 aug 2018, mr. Bajirao came with some other parts (Panel) and installed the same on my monitor. But the panel was damaged as we could see vertical lines on the monitor. Mr. Bajirao assured me that i will get replacement within 7 to 8 days.

                                      Since i was harassed by lg team from around a month, i again contacted mr. Amar, briefed him that my monitor issue is not resolved and technician has installed fault damaged panel on my monitor.

                                      I was also assured my mr. Amar that the panel may have been damaged during transit and i will get replacement within 7 to 8 days over a conference call with mr. Janardhan patole.

                                      But till date it’s a month, my monitor problem is not resolved. Also my service tickets are closed without resolving the issue.
                                      After involving your seniour customer care team mr. Amar, my issue is still not resolved.

                                      Thus i request lg and it’s authourised decision makes to take strict action against the lg service incharge - nashik and his technician involved for closing the service tickets without resolving and also delaying the resolvement and making faulty commitments.

                                      This entire scene has created business loss as well as mental torture for me.

                                      I also request to provide me a working monitor on my priority basis and compensate me for a month trouble caused to me.

                                      I also request you to make an internal audit over the calls (Conference) involving me, mr. Janardhan and mr. Amar, to get a clear picture about the issue and to understand how i am cheated.

                                      My warranty period is wasted from 29th july 2018 as i am having faulty damaged monitor installed by your technician. This has resulted business loss as well as medical damages to my eyes for using the damaged monitor. Also there is a mental disturbance by continuously discussing over my monitor issue with your customer care from over a month.

                                      If you require any more information, please contact me on my registered mobile with you.

                                      Expecting a prompt and immediate action against the lg employees involved in cheating and harassing me and quick repairing / replacement for my monitor to avoid further damages.

                                      I was purchased product i.e. LED TV 43" during festival season 2017 in the cost of Rs. 48000/- and 1% cash back was given me . Loan is going recover left 3 instalment balance but cash back not excluded in the total cost of Rs. 48000/- . So you are requested to kindly adjust the cash back from balance amount as early as possible.

                                        We have purchased one refrigerator ( MODEL NO – T292 RSPN, SL NO – 805NRQV123628) from Cooch Behar, West Bengal. After 1 month of purchase it started giving problem as product inside the fridge not remain fresh. We have contacted your service engineer and they found four parts of the fridge faulty which was replaced later on. But problem is not resolved yet. Even after 2 months of purchase we have facing difficult in keeping the product fresh.

                                        Please look into the issue & exchange it with new one.
