Berfore a 1 and half month i registor in a lg service center at jagdalpur. Bt they came at a home once a time for regarding, what the actuall problem of my fridge. And asked me ur material visit witin a one week. Bt actually they never done my complain serious. Now a days they asked me u should registor complain again. Pls as soon as possible kindly my request accepted you. Thanku

    Dear sir/madam,
    I have purchased 01 no. Lg om 4560 model audio system on feb 2018. From june\’18 the system programme started changing automatically. I register my complaint (Compl no. Rnp[protected] with lg customer service centre on 20th june 18 under warranty. The technician of ms service[protected] of lg service provider visited on 22nd june 18 and informed that motherboard is faulty & need to replace with new spare and will be done within a week. I want to mention that after giving every second call to service centre for reminder of pending complaint they ask to contact service provider (Savita pandey-[protected]) of lg, while calling on given no. The person is not answering the call. Even on (02.08.2018) before writing this complaint the customer care person ask to call area manager ([protected]) of lg & the fellow (Mr. Akhil kumar) is also not answered the call of mine. I was very much affected by the service facility provided by lg and the time taken. I need to resolved the issue with audio system and help people like us from such irresponsible organisation or replace my audio system with new one if they were not able to arrange spare part for the repair.

      I have purchased one LED TV inch 24 from Nav Durga Electrionic on dated 30.10.2016, which includes two years warranty . Six months before screen of this LED got severe scratches, the same was intimated to Nav Durga Electrionic for replacement of Screen of LED but is still not been resolved by them though the LED is still under warranty period . I have been to the shop a number of times but they are not listening anything regarding my complaint. Copy of bill and warranty card has been attached along with this complaint. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible other wise i have to take this complaint in consumer forum.

        I have a vs990 phone, and my experience has been horrendous. It took me almost a year when i first bought the phone 2 1/2 years ago to get someone to resolve my problem for a rebate that wasn't being processed. I know there is a file with all that information about incorrect numbers and non-existent numbers being given to me to contact, repetitive responses that failed to address my complaint, and placements on hold for over 30 minutes with no response forthcoming. Recently, i submitted my phone for repair. A large note was included and acknowledged by the technician contacted. The note mentioned that there were valuable pictures stored on the phone, and these could not be replaced. When the repaired phone was returned, the motherboard had been replaced and the pictures were gone. When i asked on 9/28 why a call wasn't made to me or an email sent to let me know of the inability to save these irreplaceable pictures, i was told that the motherboard was at fault. This "fact" was repeated at least three times. I mentioned my previous problems with lg, but that was disregarded. My dissatisfaction with lg's policies continues to grow geometrically. The pictures that were lost include those of my mother, who recently passed away. I cannot take these pictures again.

          I'm totally disappointed with your service. I don't expect this from a reputed international company like lg.

          I raised a repair request for my lg microwave on[protected] through your toll free number. Reference number is rnp[protected]. As per the call engineer will come to my house on[protected] between 11.00am and 11.30am. I got a message saying shashi g phone no [protected]. Till now everything is perfect. On next day[protected] i waited till 12.30pm no one called regarding the service. I called shashi g he told he wont be coming and he gave another engineers number his name is prasanna phone [protected] and he told the same thing and gave another persons number who is suresh phone no [protected]. His number was switched off. I tried atleast two hours his phone was switched off. I called helpline number and told the same they told they will send the reminder request. Evening around 6pm suresh called me asking my address and i told im outside and why his phone was switched off and why he has not turned up in allocated time slot. He was rude in replying telling his phone had no battery and he was not aware of the time slots.

          Time is important for everyone. I cant sit and wait for your engineer entire day. When a time slot is assigned you must stick to the time slot. If any engineers are not coming on the given time slot make sure the customer is informed about this. Ask your engineers to talk politely.

          Last but not least if the complaints and customer grievance are taken so lightly im not sure whether there is point in sending this email to you.

          There has been no response to the complaint of service for the refrigerator even 24 hours after the complaint. My complaint was logged at the LG service app as well as on phone. Very shocking and very very poor!!

            My complaint no. Rnp[protected] regarding current leakage from ac. Technician came and check and found leakage from outer unit. He said that all inverter ac have this type of problem and he could not do anything. Today my complaint closed without any rectification.
            Kindly look this matter seriously, whether replace my unit and refund my hard earned money.

              I have purchased a new lg 32" led 32lj616d tv on 1st jun 2018. But within one and half months ur product is showing a thin 2 lines in a display. I contacted a lg person and he came. Now he is saying that i have to change my display. I objected to open my new tv as i wanted a new tv as a replacement. But now thede lg goons are saying that we can't do so. I don't want to open and repaired my new tv. So please grant my complaint and do the needful as soon as possible 🙏🙏

                Maine may2018 me lg q6 liya tha jisme suru se he network problem aa rahi th to maine lg service center 44 sec chandigarh me is mobile ki pcb change kraae but problem solved nahi hui or usne mere mobile pe screches be daal diye hai. To maine area service manager pe contact kiya mr arun [protected] but wo call pick nahi kar rahe hai. To ab main ye mobile thik nahi krana chata muje is mobile ki replacement chiye.. And i am unsatisfied for there service

                  I am very dissapointed in the authority that google has over my devices. Google comes preinstalled and upon purchase consumers are not advised of the privacy controls that our lg products google is aloud without our consent. Google has permission requests on body sensor, camera, microphone, storage, calendar, contacts, msm, and god only knows what more. Im an lg fan over other electronics but im no fan of google whom is facing criminal charges against privacy are you in bed with that. Ive tried to root my device which voids any warranties however i do not care at this point my rights are already being violated. Oh thats impossible to there are blocks in the framework and software packages preventing us as consumer from doing as we please with our products. Im stuck with my terrible service provider, stuck with google running my data up without concent and now stuck being unhappy with my lg products. The chinese buy apple 98% of the chinese from what i read seems to me their on to something.

                  LG supplies my phone carrier Boost/Sprint Android devices with Google in control. To operate these Android we are required by google to enter an email to take advantage of the play store and other great google featured apps. Little did we know or was advised is that Google hardwired into these Lg products is monitoring us in every aspect of our lives including our sleep. I dont have proof to the full extent but I read that Googles researches our habits and drives to make said habits easier for our convience, shopping favorite places ect... the monitoring is behind the scenes hell why do we care? Check this out for your self in setting go to general and down to apps, find google play store click on it and then you will see. Body sensors, camera, microphone, location, storage, phone, and sms all highlighted without your consent monitoring these all the time according to Australia 1gb per month of our data. Amazon and the my boost apps on some devises doing this as well. Lg did you know about this? Does Lg commply with Googles privacy violations against us and the trust we are being violated against? Lg please tell consumers that your aware that Google has a terrible history still going on today violating consumer trust and privacy rights. What kind of agreement has Lg and retailers like Boost mobile made to push product and services while not informing the customers upon purchase? If we wanted full time monitoring we would brake the law and go to prison atleast there we would know what we are being monitored for! LG I LOVE your design and durability but im pretty ashamed of whats going on inside them! Please feel free to contact me i have file complainst against Boost and Google with the Fcc, Ftc, and the BBB for not replying in concern i wont hesitate to post as much dirt as I can dig up all over multi media. This is a serious complaint!

                    Issue - lg front load washing machine, drum is not rotating.

                    From may 01st i am calling customer care and registering complaint but till not issue is not closed. We are keep on calling service centre (Contact number[protected], recently they told that they will close on 22 july, but nobody came and repaired it.

                      I purchased the said tv in jun 2011. The tv went blank a few days ago. The lg technician visited & said that the motherboard needs to be changed. He also placed an order for the same after checking on some website. A few days ago, someone from the service centre called and said that the part is not available. They said that the support for the tv is only for five years and that i'll have to buy a new tv. I wonder what kind of customer support is this after having shelled out close to rs. 45, 000 for the tv. Does lg expect a customer to change his tv every five years, when everything else is fine with it other than the motherboard?

                        I bought lg washing machine (Front load) with 10 years warrantee on motor. I am not happy with the product right from the beginning but during installation and demo time just after purchase, the service man convinced me to buy amc for washing machine maintenance by telling all lies and wooed with false promises and cheated me.
                        Now it is more than 6 monts and they never visited. I csme to know through customers that they tell all big lies with an intenstion to cheat customers.
                        He told me that every 4 months customer care will call you and somebody will come for maintenance. More than 1.3 years gone, and they never called me for maintenance.
                        As i paid around rs. 5525 for 3+3 years amc maintenance, i really regret my decision. I checked this from showroom, they told me that the service man gets fat commission for these amc so they try to convince. Also showroom guy told that there is not much required for these front load washing machine maintenance, i just need one liquid to clean drums.
                        I have been trying to contact service engineer and he has been requesting me for over 6 months that he would pay me back my rs 6000 /- though the amount is credited to lg electronics from my account.
                        I have nbo alternative to take legal action against for the mental agony caused to me and also the fradulent nature of the company and its agents.

                        You have been given a time of 7 days to revert on this. If you fail to do so, i will not spare any platform available (Social media, legal recourse, writing to your heads) about this fraud you are running. I have been subjed to a lot of mental agony.

                          I am very disappointed with the product i received from LG.i bought an AC on 22th june from which water leakage started from internal unit. reported the same multiple technician came and finally i asked them to replace the product. replacement product reached today but there was no gas in the outer unit informed to Rajendra and Anuj and a person came to me with a gas cylinder and while filling gas they identified that the compressor has a big leakage i am very sad and frustrated that what LG is doing with its customer .What is our mistake ??? is it that we trusted LG and paid a huge amount for AC, i would have got other brand AC at low cost. Even for getting replacement i need to call multiple times.

                          I have never imagined that this is goint to be the case. I got 2 AC and both are defective . In need the higher management to look into this and now i don't need this model now since 18HUZD doesn't seem to be a long lasting AC and i hope i will be trouble througout.
                          i did have never received any revert from anyone from LG over email

                            My Father Jeffrey Fleming contacted the service center directly as his fridge was not working. The service center sent a technician on Monday 16th July to inspect the fridge and told my father Mr Jeffrey Fleming that a gas change will be needed and would cost Rs 4600 which was done and an invoice would be provided via email which till today, Sat 21st we have not received. We were also told there will be a 5 year warranty which we cannot claim if required without the receipt.
                            To solve this query we need to know if the amount of Rs 4600 charged is correct. It sounds like an over charge for just a gas change and also we need the online receipt that was promised.

We have complained to the Bajaj and LG company quite a lot but I am not getting any response, neither Bajaj or LG company, either return my money or replacement To be given, I have become very upset and Disappointed. i have attached the bill copy and ac video please resolve this issue. my bajaj insurance policy number.                                   I purchased 6 nos of the above air conditioners from M/s Devi international, 3rd Block, jayanagar, Bangalore during May 2018 and they were installed by Mr Rajesh and Mr Sajjad (3nos each). During rains the water enters in to the rooms through the air conditioner thus spoiling the furniture and the beds. I brought this to their knowledge personally many times and to the service center. They promise to come but do not turn up. Hence I request you to please get the problem rectified or else i will be constrained to take up the matter with the higher officials of LG.

                                    I have logged complaint # RNP[protected]. Against this complaint, I am only getting calls but no resolution so far. People ate trying to forward the complaint to Reliance and in turn to LG but no solution. This Microwave-oven I purchased on 6th and it is defective peace so need to be replaced ASAP. I do not want to keep my wife's life in danger as it is overheated during use. Kindly replace ASAP.

                                    Hello Sir I have purchased LG Microwave Oven from Reliance Digital Store Hinjewadi Pune on 6th July 2018. They have not arranged proper Demo and person misguided us and food was burnt out and bowl provided was burnt due to mistake of reliance engineer. I am being harassed from last 2 weeks. When Calling people are forwarding their query to Reliance and LG and I am pissed off between two. My product is defective due to which food is burning and overheated.I am now reprehending my decision to choose LG for my home appliance. Could you please help in replacing the product ASAP and arrange complete demo by LG engineer only. My contact number is [protected].                                         I had purchased LG Double door Refrigerator during October 2017.By June, 2018 I found that the Refrigerator has cooling defect and registered a complaint in the Customer care of LG on 27th June 2018. Thereafter a serviceman came and inspected the Refrigerator and he found that certain parts of the Refrigerator was not functioning. He told me that he had requested the store department of LG for supplying the said spare parts. From 28th June onwards I was contacting him to know whether the spare parts were received. The answer was in negative. Meanwhile I contacted the Customer care and whenever I contacted them I got answer that the problem will be solved immediately.Today also I got the same assurance. But there is no progress .The lackdaisical attitude of the company in redressing the grievance if the consumers cannot be excused. The defect occurred after 8 months of purchase.I request you to look into the matter and take necessary action in redressing my grievance either by repairing or replacing immediately.
