I bought an AC last year - almost every month last and now this year I kept on raising complaint.

Complaints number are as follow:
RNP[protected] and RNP[protected].

I will never recommend any one to buy LG anymore. More over I will update all this details on social media as well.

M not sure what all company you give contract to. The techie who comes not sure if they are trained or not. Otherwise how come every month I have been raising complaints.

Bad product plus bad service.

When we talk to customer care they provide these numbers:

Please do business with some good agency which can probably give you good service.

    Request corrective action and refund for motor we spent on

    Had a very harrowing and bad experience with the lg ac repair / installation team -
    We had the lg team come in 3-4 times in the last 2 weeks to repair our ac. After telling us that the motor is faulty - for which i paid 5000/- they told us
    Nothing was rectified and my money spent on the motor which wasn't even needed is an absolute waste. Now the motor is a waste and not our fault.
    Spoke to the area supervisor - mr arjun pandit who rarely picks up his phone and he was also highly unprofessional and not helpful at all.

    After spending so much money on the old ac we bought a new lg ac only to be disappointed again by the installation team
    Two different teams came and left without installing the ac - civil work was required which we are expected to do? Never faced this with any other company.
    Third team came and installed and took over 4 hours, leaving the room in a complete mess
    Disappointed and request for some corrective action - specially a refund on the money we spent for no use

      Hello sir/madam i am your consumer and i prefer only your companys product but my refrigerator are suddenly stop give cooling and i wrote complaint by your company and your service are good your staff are check the refrigerator and say it's compressor are stop working and compressor are in 10 years warranty and he say compressor will be deliver within 2 days and today 4 days passed but nothing response raise by your company i request you as soon as possible fast repair my refrigerator because my regional month are going on.         I had purchased lg dual inverter ac on ninth june and was promised a free demo and installation by your authorised dealer rudraksh electronics jodhpur by next morning. On tenth june i called five times to the dealer however they kept on saying that the engineer is about to come. Finally he visited at four in evening. Apart from keeping me waiting for entire day at my home the individual who came started speaking in a rudely manner to me and started asking me to arrange for four pronged ladder and other things. He instead of installing the ac told me numerous things of what all may happen during installation which shows his interest in installation. When i called the dealer he also advised me to do the things he is saying. I would like to info you that this is very bad on part of customer satisfaction from your company wherein i was neither informed of any additional requirements during purchase and then after keeping me waiting for entire day the engineer responded in a rude behaviour. You are requested to take appropriate action to handle my grievance please.

          We have an lg air conditioner and i guess it needs servicing. It is not cooling properly even after taking all required measures. At times water starts to come out of it which is a great problem. I want a proper servicing of my device as soon as possible. It has started giving these problems after 2years of buying it. I was not expecting this from lg.

            Big bazaar aditya mall ghaziabad sold lg window ac stating that wooden frame will be installed by installation engineer during installation of ac but engineer has refused both dealer and lg are cheating their customers with false commitment i need my ac installed with wooden frame had made dealer speak to your area head meenu rani on concall but no solution given to me
            I want my ac installed in next two hrs i will escalate this to the highest level along with national consumer forum if not got revert on time

              I purchased an lg tv (22 led, fhd) 0n[protected] now it is not working. When i contacted customer care they told that its board is defective and has to be replaced for which i have to spend around eight thousand rupees ( rs 8000/-) which is not at all justifiable and i can not spent it now.Therefore you may please take action to get it repaired immediately . After 18 months of purchasing if a tv goes like this it mainly due to defective manufacturing and putting the ordinary customers in peril.

                Hi,

                I am using LG Television of 43 inches and on one day its screen get damage by itself when it was running. for this issue i raise a complaint coz my product is in warranty.
                Complaint number: RNP[protected]. From LG representative i got a call her name is Krishna from Customer care. She listen to me and after so much discussion she said she can not help me coz its broken and close my call without my confirmations.

                I want to know as a user of 37000 Rs Television we are lying of it screen is of metal which can not be broken itself. In india screen quality of LG TV is very cheap.

                I want to do complaint against Krishna because she close my call without my confirmation. I told her many time screen was not broken by me it will be broken itself but she refuse my issue and close that call.
                Quality of LG TV screen is very poor if after use of 3-4 hr continues it can break then it can blast also.

                I have a concern as a user of LG:

                1st Ponint: is this is the quality of product LG is proving in india which is breaking itself.

                2nd Point how a customer care Representative Krishna from ghaziabad region can close my call without my confirmations.

                As a global electronic product company did customer has to face quality and service issue.

                please look into it.

                If you are not handling it properfly i will raise it to the quality team of Korea.

                  I have purchased 1 ton inverter split a/c (Lg ac js-q 12 buxd. Amlg.) last month and got it installed on may 12 2018.

                  After few days when the a/c was not giving any cooling, we filed a complained rnp[protected].
                  Several people visited our place for 4 days and cited that a/c wasn't properly installed although we got it installed from lg itself.
                  Many times the gas was filled and even the a/c outer unit position is changed on monday i. E. 4june 2018.
                  A/c was not cooling to our satisfaction and technician suggested to see the a/c function for a day or 2.
                  Today again it is not functioning.
                  Room temperature is constantly on 31 centigrade.
                  We are really in trouble with the situation in the scrounging heat.
                  We are really disappointed by the product and service and request you to immediately take necessary action asap.
                  We want the replacement of this unit as it is not working

                    Hi,

                    I have lg lcd tv model 32le5500. It was bought around 2010 january.
                    Recently it had problem that there was no display and complained to lg service centre and they visited at home and informed me that the mainboard of this tv is at fault and has to be replaced that costs around 7000rs. The service guy informed me that he'll go to his office and raise for this spare part and will inform me.

                    And he called me and informed that this spare part is no longer available with lg??? And therefore my tv cannot be fixed??? Lg discontinued the model and stopped the supply of the spare parts for this model?

                    Now i'm surprised and confused that within 7 years of product cycle there are no parts available for my tv? And i'm not sure what to do with my 44500rs (At the time of purchase) worth of led tv? I'm shocked at this response from a reputed company. By the way this led tv model was very popular and was sold to many customers and i wonder what will happen to them.

                    Could someone give me a solution about what to do about this?

                    Complainant's goal: need spare part for my led tv and fix my tv!

                      I bhought a lg water purifier from shenanjali virar (W). It is not working properly so we registered complaint in lg customer care and the technician deepak mob no: [protected] told that there is a fault in the water purifier and told that visit snehanjali virar (W) they will replace the machine. But when we visited there they told that no one has given the report of the prblm and told have send the msg of replacement to the lg company and they will call u, but after two three days no call and no msg. So now there is no trust of mine on snehanjali and the lg company also and the service is really very very poor. From next time i will never prefer to lg products and from snehanjali

                        We are using lg water purifier and its water is acidic in nature.. We are falling ill drinking this water. Several times we try to contact the incharge.. No steps are taken yet for our help. Water is not safe for drinking. No team or members of company try to help us solving dis issue.. Very poor after sale service..
                        Though we buy this water purifier past one and half year ago, and when we bought this water purifier its ph color is blue and now it turns into red which is acidic.. Even highly acidic in nature.. And not fitt for human consumption..
                        We have to bring water from someone's else house nd we are facing this problem from few months.. And there are several health issues occurring due to drinking this water. Its my second complaint letter to company. If no steps are taken to resolve are problem.. Further higher steps are taken from our side for this issue.. As water is not fitt for drinking.

                          I deposited 66, 000 in LG's account for servicing my VRV air conditioner. the amount was paid in two halves. while one deposit reflected in LG's books. the other did not for reasons still unknown. Since the heat was getting unbearable, i went ahead and paid another 33000 and got the work done in my apartment. this with the understanding that if the money shows up in their system they will refund the excess back to me. it has been close to 2 months already and close to 200 emails to LG, i haven't received the refund. i move from one table to another pleading for some response but receive none.

                          One department at LG after close to 40 days of follow up confirmed that the money was received the day it was deposited and asked me to speak with Narendaran at LG Chennai and gave me his mobile number. I called narendaran, he heard me for a minute and said I don’t know anything about it and cut my line. I called him atleast 15-20 times after that but he kept cutting my line. For the record narendaran spoke very very rudely and with complete lack of respect or consideration for a customer. I have paid more than a lakh of rupees to LG in less than a week and the very least I expect is some respect and some consideration towards my issue.

                          If LG had received the payment shouldn’t you have proactively reached Out to me? Is it my job to go knocking from door to door to see if someone can help? Even if I were to do that, what kind of customer engagement is it that you insult the customer and bang the phone down on him and even worse disconnect every call you receive from the number?

                          I write an email on this issue to LG service India but it been close to two weeks and there is no response. While i wait for LG corporate office to respond i am following up with the local team on the status. surprise surprise, one dept says we are refunding the amount and asked for documentation on my aadhar and PAN card, the other department head on WhatsApp says I am sorry but we haven't received the money.

                          Is this some kind of a Joke? what would it take for LG to confirm either way in a properly documented fashion what really happened? the corporate office doesn't seem to care, LG Chennai is absolutely clueless and frankly doesn't give a damn and in all this where does the customer go?

                          I am hoping that through this forum someone in LG will wake up and take up my matter.

                            I have purchased a television (Lg led 109cm 43lj617t) from croma on 05/10/2017 having invoice number sla[protected] with three year warranty (One year with product & two year extended warranty)

                            I noticed display problem in my tv on 07/05/2018 when i switched it on.
                            I would like to bring to kind attention also that it was working fine when i switched it off on 06/05/2018 night.
                            To get resolve the issue, i raise request on 07/05/2018.
                            An service engineer (Mr. Shiv rawat) had visited to my residence on 10/05/2018 & he took some photographs of tv & went back. I came to know in the evening that screen of tv is internally broken
                            . I would like to bring it to your kind attention that three persons from lg service centres (Mr. Shiv rawat, mr. Himnshu & mr. Nanak chand) have visited to check defective led panel & they did not find any external damage on tv screen and they were not able to tell exact reason how a led can break internally.
                            It was completely shocking to me because there was no issue at the time of switched tv off. It was working absolutely in good condition at the time of switched off.
                            I also talked to his senior mr. Nanak chand (Boss of service engineer) on his mobile-[protected] to understand what the problem was but was unable to get any reason as to how a tv cab break internally. I also contact area service manager mr. Dheeraj srivastava on his mobile number [protected].

                            I have been asked to get panel changed on chargable basis for an amount of rs. 19500/-. I would like to bring it to your kind attention that this is not a case of mishandling of product as there is no external mark on tv screen.

                            It is completely beyond my understanding why should i pay for internal damage/broken of panel. It is the clear case of defective led tv, which should covered under warranty.

                            I would request you to get my led tv panel changed free of cost as early as possible. (Photo of led is attached for your reference)

                              Your customer care staff have taken TV for repairing and told in one day it will be OK and delivered in one or two days. But they are giving false commitment to me . Today i have gone to your center at Rourkela center in charge told me to deliver it by evening. But they are giving false commitment and harassing the customer . At the time of AMC he is giving such type commitment to do all things. But false commitment and image create bad impression of your company. Enquire about the matter. Otherwise I will go for another way.

                                  I have purchased a split ac of model no. Q18pwxa from kataria electronics, sadul shahar, sri gaganagar, rajasthan (India) on 24 jan 2018. I asked to dealer for installation at the time of purchase but they didn't respond properly. Two day ago i called to an engineer he said i will do install at amount of rs.499. Today an engineer from lg visit my home and after every change and arrangements in room, he demand for 1500 + tax. He wasted my 3 hrs. No information was given to me from company side regarding the installation within one month at rs. 499. I called to customer centre but they was not able to solve my problem.
                                  I think it was the responsibility of service provider to inform me regarding installation service. I wish you will solve my problem.

                                    I purchased an lg five star ac through amazon. Engineer came after four days and installed it. He charged 6500 and denied to provide any bill. He broke my exhaust fan and use different colors pipe as provided by company. He promised to change the pipe but he has not changed. The name of that engineer is nazim. I contacted his supervisor arjun pandit too.
                                    I sent him photo of fitting. He also did not take any interest.

                                      My washing machine was under repair informed to customers care on 01.06.18 at 8hr. Till evening of the day none was attended.in the mean time i have contact ed customercare four times. The answer was "will be arranged"and i was asked to contact the service centres
                                      Thegiven nos were not related to their jurisdiction to my pĺace. As a customer it is undigested for such a bad service from a branded company. - prasad

                                        It freezes up you have to unplug it to reset the piece of # can't blue tooth has not updated since i got it can't get no apps that are worth anything if there is any apps for it the remote nearly works half the time if i would have known all this i would have not spent the money for it it's a piece of # that lg should have never made. Model number is bh5140s
