I have lg led tv model 32le5500. It was bought around 2012.
Recently it had problem that there was no display and complained to lg service center on 09.05.2018 and they visited and informed that the mainboard of this tv is at fault which needs to be replaced and the costs around rs.7500. At the same time he told that the motherboard is not available as lg discontinued the model and stopped the supply of the spare...

I have purchase a 1 litre lg refrigerator. Refrigerator is not working properly. I have make a complaint than your service man has came and firstly said that there is a problem in condencer they have change the condencer and take a bill and than also refrigerator is not working properly and again they have came for check the refrigerator than they said there is a problem in compresser. They have treated us very rudely.

I purchase lg split ac 1.5 tan (Inv.) 06.05.18 from shree apeshwar electronics raniwara. Next day serviceman came to my office and told me if you purchase compresser stand from me than i can installation your ac.
I talk with lg branch cco smt nilu yadav but dont response.
Till 72 hour my ac was not installed.
So i was decided that tommarow i returned my lg ac to apeshwar ele....

I am very disappointed with LG. I considered it one of the most satisfying company but no more.

On 25th march when we lodged a complaint about our split ac. Saju monday came and he couldn't figure out anything and sent amjad. He understood the machine needs to be taken to the workshop to be repaired. So instead of doing that he went and commented"the machine is alright"in their records. I have purchased lg inverter ac. From that time water is leaking from ac and falling on electric switchboard below ac, there is a chance of electric shock and short circuit of entire wiring of switch board.
8 to 9 complaints raised in this period. Every time lg technicians are coming and providing cloth packing, but after 4 to 5 days again water is leaking from ac....

@from last 3 day lg service engineer given me the various type of reasons and they do not come yet to resolve the issue.

Mulitple times lg team has been visited but not found the issue and again & again new problem show in oled tv and 2nd last time engineer mr. Mohan visited and change the wire connector after 1-day same issue then again visited, he spoken will be oled tv panel and screen change but this is not good because of purchase after 5 to 10 days facing the issue and 6 months 17th visited done by lg team.

So, please refund the money.br...

Had purchased lg refrigerator and the compressor stops working between 6 months rediculous this is. Customer service executive mr prashant patil the most unhelpful and a representative who have no basic etiqute to talk to customer acted pricy and rigid. I have bought before 1 year. Lg ac installation team is very un professional. They did not installed ac well and tubing is in hanging position not supported well. Causes my ac cooling is not properly. So many times complained lg but no any installation technician they sent till date. More than 1 months gone. They neither give me any receipt for buying cu tube.

I have purchased lg dual inverter ac model no: js-q18atxd. But it is making all my family members sick. Sleeping in the ac for 3 - 4 days continuously, slowly you will get affected with running nose, cold, cough & fever. It is working like a air cooler and not air conditioner. Just blowing the air. When we complained about this to the service technician simply he is saying if you use the ac for first time these problems may acquire. Pathetic!!!...

I have logged a service call first time on 22/04/2018 but without repair service call closed after that again i booked a service call on 28/04/2018 but till now no one communicate with me. I don't know what is happening i am suffering from few days but till now my problem is same air condition has been installed without any extra support but now i call him he say give me extra support to repair otherwise he can't, requesting you to solve...

On 27/04/2018 i filed a complaint to the lg customer care regarding the issue that i am facing in my split ac. They send technician on 28/04/2018, they told me that my ac is having gas leak problem, so next day on 29/04/2018 they sent another technician team for gas filling. I bought the 55 inch oled model c7 on 30mar18 from reliance digital, gurgaon, got installed on 1apr18.
I was referred by a friend through a referral program, he also gave me a code to claim a gift, but when i called up the 1800... Line there were unaware about it, rather they said that all such schemes are expired, even when i told her that the date printed is 31dec18.

I requested for my lg washing machine service.. The part which ii's of 1050 drain motor... He charged me 2850... N rest i paid 350 for visit... This is high difference in amount... We trust a product.. N during service we are not getting genuine service. Plz look into matter.. If a part is available in 1000... N i am paying 3000... It clear shows that it's all fault system by a franchise... Or service provider...

I bought AC in june 2016.I just need answer dat how come there is gas leakage problem within a year, its a branded product not a china material, then why I am facing such problem, I have spent 30k not for this ###.
CUSTOMER CARE people are also not supportive, they even do not care to log my complain.
such a irresponsible response from LG, worst experience...
